My sister and I came into this Ashley location to look for bed and recliner for my aunt who unexpectedly lost her husband. We are both from out of town and have limited time to purchase and set up her new place in a senior living community. Jordan the sales associate was beyond helpful and empathic. To listen and not to sell to us but helped guide us to what we needed. Jason the bedding and sales manager was super helpful in calling the distribution center to see if we were able to get our items as quickly as possible. I want to ensure that this dynamic team is recognized for going above and beyond to help us.
Katie made it quick, easy and she was also super nice. Coming into the store was worth the trip, cheaper than online with a faster delivery!

After several attempts to cancel part of our order with the sales staff at this location, with customer service email, and escalation to the regional manager, being denied a contact to voice my complaint higher, I am still being denied a refund. These products have not been delivered and we no longer have a need for them. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint as well as disputed the charge with American Express. I will also file a complaint with the CFPB and once completed I will return and post another google review. All we want is for a refund for 2 items that have not been delivered, that we do not want, that we have no need for, and we are being charged for. Make it right Ashley. Do the right thing.

I bought a king size bed promise to deliver by 19Aug ..just imagine after so many conversation it got delivered on 1st October and with a missing part . From now it get worst, they put the bed in my living room and they told you will receive the missing part in a week, after a week i called and they told wait for 21 working days. After 21 working days they told they don't know when you will get take a $75 coupon . the bed was sitting in my bedroom and i was sleeping in living room from 1 month as I cannot put my mattress to it . then i have to literally shout to customer care and told please take the bed and return my money and they don't agree to it . after that they told they will give something so that i can use my bed in next 5 days . and when original piece will come they will replace that .... i am now waiting on that ..... but my last 3 months was almost a nightmare . better buy Ashley furniture from local shop and never from ASHLEY .
Will never buy furniture from an Ashley or Morris location ever again. Refused to refund a non delivered order. Forcing us to take furniture we do not need **Update as of 11/3/2024** I have responded to the request to email my issue. I look forward to Ashley Furnitures swift resolution. **Update as of 11/7/2024** I emailed as requested below. I was told on 11/5 that there was nothing they could do and they were escalating to the regional director. I replied stating that was already done when we attempted to resolve the issue in person and that i'd like this concern escalated. Within an hour I was told no refund will be issued for the items that are not delivered. I have not heard back since. I will post a new review with outlining the next steps I have taken
The staff at Ashley, Deerfield are very nice, patient, and accommodating. Mounika gave us many options on the bed frame and mattress that we need and fit our price range. I recommend this branch to anybody who wants to buy any furniture/s.

Worst store. They won't deliver on time and in many cases won't deliver at all. Mason store employees don't care about customer and not trained.Folks waited for more than 3-4 months before canceling the order.
I'd talk about the product, but I didn't get it yet, 1 week past the due date, we had to go to the store and what do you know, they already had it on stock now, we just need to set the delivery date, I don't feel such a "valued costumer" as they called me. This smells like they forgot, but what do I know, I'm just the one that spent $850 on air so far.
Katie was a wonderful sales rep. She was very special and a joy to work with. Also very accommodating and helpful in getting us the chair, and price that suited us. We were treated just like family.
I have been waiting for my delivery since 3 months and I am pretty sure they won't deliver this year Ashley doesn't care about customer . They just take your money and earn interest but won't deliver your product. Employees are also incompetent. This store is headed for bankruptcy the way they are fooling their customers

We went in knowing the different items we needed but wanted to look around. Jordan was amazing and helped us the whole way even when we went in a totally different direction with what we wanted than what we started saying we wanted. She was able to show us everything specific in the store displays when we had questions. We will definitely be coming back to her next year when get some more furniture. If anyone is looking for a personable salesperson that wants to help you find what you need and makes you happy I highly recommend her!

Just moved from Florida back to Ohio...needed furniture for my new apartment. Jordan was fantastic to work with! I had found some pieces online that were on backorder so I went into the Mason store. She was able to get everything I wanted. No pressure just lots of help! Most of the pieces have been delivered (on time & assembled) & the rest will be here in a few days. Recently stopped in to browse sectionals for basement family area. I was casually browsing, but found something just right. The salesperson I worked with, Jordan, was absolutely wonderful. I am a picky chooser when it comes to furniture and she listen to me she gave me multiple option she don’t mind giving me price ranges for multiple sets. I even ordered a set end came back to exchange it for the one I really wanted but could barely afford because we know those prices are pretty decent. Anyways thank you Katie for all of your help you were amazing the whole time want rude very friendly to me an my sister.

My husband and I came in looking for a new sofa our cats had completely destroyed our last one so we where just browsing, last furniture store we went to they completely ignored us & had us walking around the store for 15+ mins I was expecting the same thing to happen at Ashley’s but to my surprise that didn’t occur, upon entering we where nicely greeted by Zack he was very attentive & helpful , we informed him we where just looking and that we wanted something our cats couldn’t destroy within days, Zack informed us about protection plans and coverages, had us look around to see what caught our eye and even let us know that Ashley’s does price match! Zack also informed us of on sale sofas and their best sellers as well, we found a sofa just right but a bit over our budget, Zack was able to reduce a bit of our total and we where able to get our sofa in no time! Overall BEST customer service me and my husband have experienced at a furniture store, if you’re going to Ashley’s I’d recommend Zack as your salesman he was very helpful and patient not only with the transaction but with the overall experience, he was not trailing us like a dog through the the whole store he was allowing us to look around and test sofas before coming to a conclusion. 10/10 experience.
Nice furniture
We went in with a chair we wanted to see but it wasn't in stock. They worked with us to order it in and gave us a discount vs if we ordered directly from their website. The process was easy and delivery was simple and on time.
Stopped in 8/4/24 to look at furniture. Was greeted upon entry. Wasnt expecting to buy a new furniture set, but the staff at the store was friendly and helpful ensuring all needs were met. When I checked out to pay, the manager worked hard to give the most months for financing on the Ashley cc which was great. Was also gifted the option to select a gift after purchase based on the amount of $ spent. This was a nice gesture. Delivery updates were seemless and I was updated throughout the process. The delivery men were friendly and quick. Was overall a great experience. Anyone looking for furniture, I would say definitely check out Ashley in Mason. They currently have great deals going on because they are relocating :).

Daisy made our first experience buying couches easy. She was respectful of our time and explained the entire process from buying to having the furniture delivered. Everything arrived on time and in great condition.
Daisy and Elizabeth are awesome. They have went over and beyond to get a mattress to me, they held the mattress until my bed frame was delivered.. which was a good month or more. Daisy connected with me and said, “no problem.” I received my Stearns and Foster yesterday and the delivery was great. The deliverer said he could put it on the bed but I really needed a low profile boxspring. I reached out to Daisy and she was on vacation but responded and said , “ I will reach out to my GM ( Elizabeth), and Eliza found one for me and it was delivered the next day. This is true customer care at its best!! I recommend this store, the people and delivery people.
Buyer beware! I purchased an as is floor model. A piece from that floor model was missing from the delivery. I was directed to work with the store to address. I left a voicemail for the store, no response. Went to the store and was told it was an honest mistake and that they would contact the delivery warehouse and make sure the missing piece was delivered in the follow up delivery. It is now going on a week with no resolution in sight. Would not recommend anyone giving their business to this company.

We stopped to just look.about getting a new mattress. We were cordially welcomed by Jason Kidd, a very friendly and professional young man. Our experience was so easy and the general manager was so sweet! She took off some extra money for our furniture and went into great detail to help us find the right couch. Steve also helped us navigate the store and quickly checked us out!
Visiting this store is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. We walked past 3 salesmen and it wasn't until we were on our way out, about 20 minutes since we entered the store, that one of the salesmen approached us. Steve was helpful but he wasn't very knowledgeable since he didn't know many of the questions we asked him. He was trying his best and was nice enough but his knowledge about the merchandise, sales, etc., wasn't the best so we just figured he was new at this job. We were looking at purchasing a new master bedroom set, a Tempur-Pedic power base and a Tempur-Pedic mattress, which was going to end up being a total of over $12,000. We asked if they were offering any promotions, as most furniture stores do, and he mentioned that they were offering a 10% discount for military members, which I am a disabled veteran, also Tempur-Pedic was offering a $300 towards accessories. Not a big discount, considering what was offered by other stores so we told them that if they were able to offer us free delivery we would finalize the purchase. They said that only a store manager could authorize that, and that the store manager had left for the day so they couldn't do anything else for us and to come back the next day. The store opens at 10 am and we were there at 4 p.m. on a Saturday so it was weird that the store manager wasn't there. After 2 hours and us about to leave they “magically” were able to write off the delivery but told us that the bedroom set we were looking at was not eligible for the military discount. So they discounted the delivery fee of $329 but took the 10% discount, which only applied to the furniture, not the mattress, which was a discount of $370. We asked what promotions we could get on the mattress and they said the $300 and free delivery on the base and mattress. My wife asked if they could also include the pillows and the mattress cover, which it was being offered by Tempur-Pedic anyway and after them going back and forth said yes but that they “misspoked” on the $300 discount and free delivery, so now we were getting 2 pillow and a cover for “free” but they were taking away a promotion offered by Tempur-Pedic and not them. We felt like after they were the ones offering us a promotion they took it away as soon as we asked for an additional discount. Needless to say we left after wasting 2 hours of our time without purchasing anything. I don't recommend this specific store and will never visit them again or any Ashley furniture store. It is ridiculous that customers are treated this way. I own several rental properties and if I were to treat my tenants or managers this way I will be ashamed of myself. It is not about that specific sale but about making a lifelong customer, we are also on the market for a new living room set and all our properties are rented fully furnished, so they not only lost this sale but many other future sales from me. This is just bad business.
We got a recliner love seat. The sales people were knowledgeable and the sale price was a bonus on just the sofa we were looking for.They delivered as promised without incident. We did not get the warranty. We’ll have to wait before commenting on the quality and durability of the love seat.
I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt obligated to let people know to avoid this place. We asked two very upfront questions: how much to deliver, and how much is the military discount. Their answer was simply, “I don’t know, you have to wait until you purchase” — they wouldn’t even give us a quote unless we were purchasing that day. Their whole business model is to get you as far down the purchase journey as possible hoping to pressure you into a purchase annd overpaying for simple things such ans delivery. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

This experience has been horrible from the beginning. Went in and paid all cash upfront and was promised a delivery date by November 1. That date comes around and miraculously the pieces are not available. After talking with the store manager, she pulled some furniture from another couple and then refused to talk with us in the process. I have videos from that day too. Furniture arrives 3 weeks after promised date. Deliverers took a picture of the night stand and then dented it on the way out. I asked them to take it with them and they said "you'll have to call the store for us to come back and remove it". I tried doing that for five months and now they say it is not covered under warranty. Will never be back here again.

This is my second purchase at Ashley furniture within the last four months. I returned because I like the service and the process during my first experience. When I entered the store on my second experience, I walked around the entire store almost twice before finally going to the counter and asking for help I was a bit surprised since I’m almost positive furniture sales reps work on commission. The dining room table I wanted was out of stock, but I did get an email prior to when they said it would be in stock and delivery was easy to set up. My first delivery all of the packaging was removed from the item and the mess in the room cleaned up, however with this delivery, all of the packaging was not removed from my dining room set and, there were multiple pieces of trash remaining in the room. I had to pick up after they left. This will not discourage me from purchasing from Ashley in the future, but I am disappointed with the second purchase process.
Could not have had a better experience today at Ashley Furniture. Elizabeth made choosing a new mattress a breeze and soon we will be sleeping on what feels like a cloud!!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering from Ashley. We ordered a bedroom set back in mid feb which was supposed to deliver on april 6th. They rescheduled the order to april 14th by saying bedroom set is on back order. And now on april 13th we got an email that it’s still on backorder, not sure when it’s coming. I am 9 months pregnant and they want me to sleep on the floor. Worst experience ever.

My wife visited the store a couple of weeks ago so she already had an idea of what she was looking for. We came back today and worked with Jason Kidd. He was excellent, very patient(with us measuring and trying to vision the couch in our living space) and he was knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend you ask for him tell him what you want and watch him work his magic, he will even help you look online for options that are not on the floor. Thanks Jason! We will keep you in mind for our future furniture purchases and recommend you and this store to family and friends. Every staff member we encountered during three visits there was great.
First thing's first, I love my furniture. It looks nice and is very comfortable.I had a few issues during this process.1) Our salesperson charged us for the $300 extended warranty after we declined. It was brought to her attention and she told me she would refund it that day. It was not and it took 3 phone calls and a trip to the store to actually receive a refund.2) The furniture arrived scuffed and with holes in it. We declined receiving it in the state it came. The delivery men, whom are contracted by Ashley, tried to talk us into keeping it instead of immediately reloading it on the truck.The second delivery went much better, the furniture was in good shape and the guys were great (different company). All in all, not sure we'd buy from Ashley

Daisy was amazingly helpful! I needed to order furniture for my new office and the online store said the furniture will take 8-14 weeks. I was worried I would have to put lawn chairs in my waiting room for my clients, while I waited for the furniture. But Daisy maneuvered some things around so that the furniture would be ready upon my move in date to the new office! Thanks so much!
Absolutely terrible customer service I have been going in and calling their warranty company for a YEAR for my damaged furniture.Everytime the sales associate and manager in store look at their log and see they have not called me back worst customer service I have ever received. I definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this Ashley store .

Roy did a great job helping me pick out in stock furniture and was able to get a delivery scheduled on a short time frame. Delivery team showed up within an hour of the earliest part of delivery window and got everything up to the 2nd floor with very little issue. One thing was sent back because it wasn't what it was thought to be, but there was no hassle taking it back on the truck. Would buy from them again!
Absolutely terrible customer service I have been going in and calling their warranty company for a YEAR for my damaged furniture.Everytime the sales associate and manager in store look at their log and see they have not called me back worst customer service I have ever received. I definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this Ashley store .

This may be the worst customer service experience I have ever received anywhere. I purchased $3,000 in new furniture for my bedroom. The store experience was great. Austin was spectacular and very helpful. After that it all went downhill. When my bed got delivered there was something wrong with it. I had been told by multiple personnel at the store that the bed I bought did not require a box spring. But it actually did. It took three separate teams to come out and figure that out which took about a month. The customer service agent was very apologetic and said that she would get a box spring delivered right away free of charge. I understand mistakes are made so I was very understanding. However, when the team came to deliver the box spring they actually had no clue they were even supposed to be delivering a box spring! They thought they were looking at the bed again... When I called to see what's going on they told me that my order had slipped through the cracks and they had forgot about me. On top of that they said they wouldn't be able to give me the box spring for free. As I was extremely frustrated at this point I just paid the extra $150 for a spring to get delivered. They told me it would be delivered January 22 which was another ten days out. Now we are going on over a month since I've been able to sleep in my bed and come the day it's supposed to be delivered I get no notifications and when I call they say that they don't even have the box spring yet and it won't be delivered until the end of the week. The communication with this company is by far the worst I have ever seen. I can assure you that I will not be furnishing the rest of my house with this company. It has been the most frustrating consumer experience of my life.

We purchased a couch at the beginning of November from Ashley. The process was super easy and we were promised we would have our new couch the week after Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving we were told they still do not have our couch, and we’d have to wait an additional 2 weeks (December 15). I called today and now they are telling me it will be another 2 weeks and they still cannot guarantee that. It will have been 8 weeks IF they have the couch by then. I asked if I can look for something in stock, and I was told if I cancelled I would be charged 15% restocking fee for a couch that they cannot even tell me when they will have it IN STOCK. The absolute biggest joke. I’m 9 months pregnant and have no couch to bring my baby home to. I will never shop at Ashley furniture again.
Still did not get my bed after delivery was confirmed on three separate occasions the store doesn’t call you back will never buy again and will leave a bad review every day.
I would not recommend and Ashley store at this point, They all seem the same, tell you anything to make a quick dollar. The best thing you get is a friendly face and conversation.

We bought a dining set in November from Ashley. Our salesman was great and the process was easy in the store but that's where the good part of the review ends and the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. After confirming we purchased 6 chairs in the store (twice), we realized they only ordered 5 chairs when looking at the receipt. They did to their credit fix this quickly. Today we were supposed to have delivered the dining set. At this point, we have given away our previous dining table and chairs as well as taken a day off work to receive this delivery. The deliverymen didn't even get it off the truck to find the brand new table had defects on it and they were not allowed to leave it (not that we would want it). We called the Mason store where we bought the set and they were not much help other than "call customer service", a service in which you can never reach a live person. Oh and they told us this table was on backorder so it would be another 3-4 weeks on top of the 3-4 weeks we've already waited. We've spent all morning trying to get this situation rectified just to chase our own tail when Ashley should be the one calling us to make it right. Needless to say, we are cancelling the order, and our family of 6 will be eating dinner on the dining room floor until we find a replacement. Not impressed with the Ashley Mason store.

Update….. we were told by Robin when we bought this chair and couch that they both were in warehouse in Fairborn and could be pick up the next day 10/22. When we called to set up pick up at the Fairborn location they didn’t have them and had to wait for them to come in in about a week or 2. The couch came in but as of 11/7 the chair is not in and won’t be in until “probably December,maybe” the reason we bought this set was we were told it’s in stock and ready to pick up. Then a week after we bought them they went on sale for $200 less. We can’t return them now as we are past the 7day window. Please don’t tell your buying customers you have something and can be picked up when you don’t have it. Went today looking for a living room set Robin Dunn helped us and sold us exactly what we’ve been looking for. Great customer service as we have been to many places and she was what we needed to help us find the perfect set.

Drew, the salesman, was great. We purchased 4 counter height stools in early July. They had 2 in the store. He called the warehouse and was told we could pay for delivery or pick up in Dayton. It would take 10 days. I asked if we could take the 2 home and pick up the other 2. No. We waited 15 days with no word at all about our stools. We called customer service, which required a lot of time on hold, being cut off, and calling back, and finally reached a live person who said they wouldn't be available until sometime in September ... at least 10 weeks after our purchase, rather than the 10 days as promised. We cancelled the order. When we made the purchase, they charged our credit card within 24 hours. We waited a week and still no credit had been issued, so we initiated a dispute for the original charge with our credit card company. It still took them 2 more weeks to issue the credit on furniture they never delivered. Stay away from them. 1 star only because I can't leave 0.

We recently got bedroom furniture from Ashley and our nightstand came with some chipped paint on the handles. We called within the 3 days they say to call multiple times to tell Ashley about it. Never answered and we left multiple messages and no response. Overall we like the furniture we got, just frustrating to get service back. We also asked at the store when we bought it if we would need a box spring for the bed frame and we were told no. We got the furniture and it definitely needed a box spring so we had to go buy that additionally when we weren't planning on it. The rest is great but if anything us wrong it's a hassle. Still have not heard back even after Ashley Furniture posted here. I reached out multiple times and haven't gotten any reply.

I spent in excess of $3,000 on what I was told was a quality recliner and matching sofa. I even purchased their "protection plan" to the tune of $300. I was told when I purchased that plan that if "unused" would be refunded. I complained within my window for a full refund but they think it goes against the plan. I should not only be allow to return the furniture but also be refunded my "protection plan". The recliner is a "lemon". Ashley's has sent parts and repair personnel 7 times. This takes me away from my job every time. This has been going on for almost 2 years. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have been ignored. My next step is to contact a lawyer, which I have on retainer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and would stir clear of Ashley's Furniture.

Don’t expect any help if your furniture needs repair. I bought matching power couch and power chair almost 2 years ago and the chair had a manufacturer defect. The repair people tried to repair it but gave up and then Ashley replaced the chair. Then the replacement chair had another manufacturer defect. I have had 6 or 7 repair people come look and try to fix it, and after all that it is still not working. I am a very patient person but after almost 2 years of this I just want this low quality furniture out of my house and my money back, and neither Daisy (the selling manager) or Elizabeth (the general manager) will respond to my 3 emails. Wow! 8/4/2023 update: Jocelyn was no help. Just so everyone knows. I see she has been responding to others since I tried emailing her for help. No one will help me with this manufacturers defect so I can be happy with my purchase. Take your money elsewhere.

I ordered a sizable amount of furniture (bedroom, dining and living room). My bed arrived with the headboard damaged. It has been a month since I have received the furniture and I still have not gotten the issue resolved. A new headboard had to be ordered because it is not repairable. I received an invoice for the new headboard and was told I wouldn’t get the new headboard until the invoice was paid. Terrible customer service. Still waiting. This exact thing happened to a friend of mine too except she gave up on getting the damaged furniture fixed/repaired.

Went to this store today and the sales associate who is an old lady was so rude when asked about the prices for the recliners. There was this recliner which we liked and the price tag was $599 and also it was written something like 55% discount. So I casually asked her if there is a 55% discount on $599 or is it already marked down and the final price is $599?. To this instead of respectfully replying that it is already marked down, her reply was “Why do you think we have put the price as $599?”. As a customer I have all the rights to ask questions about the price on the furnitures I like and think of buying. I have been to other well known furniture stores including Ashley at different locations but have never seen such a rude sales associate ever. I don’t recommend this particular store in Mason to anyone
The worst Ashley store I have even been to with the worst customer service. Went in to look for rocker and recliner for the nursery. As soon as we entered the store, there were 3-4 sales associates sitting on the side and none greeted. Later a sales associate who was an old lady came towards us and started showing the recliners. But when I was discussing about the recliners with my husband in my mother tongue she started making comments like why I am speaking in a different language with my husband and why can’t I speak in English with him. First of all it’s my choice to speak in whatever language I want with my husband and it’s none of her business as long as I speak in English with her. And the 2nd thing is she was very rude when I asked her what are the prices after the discounts and told me that she can tell the price only if I am buying it which is not correct because as a customer I have to know the price doesn’t matter if I can afford it or not. This is something I have never experienced in any other Ashley stores I have been to.

Daisy was so helpful and informative answering all our questions. We left to do more research and to look at others couches. In the end we were happy with what Daisy had showed us the first time. We returned two weeks later and she even remembered our names! I can't rave about her enough. Definitely seek her if you are shopping here!

I'm handicapped and it's difficult for me to get out and shop. I needed a new bed and mattress and my salesperson went through my personal specifications for a mattress and my personal style in furnishings and recommended a mattress and bed that fit my requirements. They delivered my order within four days. I loved the mattress but didn't care for the bed. She told me to go online and choose another bed. I did and they came and picked up the original bed and brought the new one within four days.

Have had nothing but problems since purchasing a sectional couch, ottoman and two end tables from this location. Working with Lana was a complete mess with horrible communication. I purchased these items back in Sept 22 and they were delivered in Dec 22. I had two end tables scheduled for return bc they did not fit and was never refunded back the $250+ for the end tables. It is now May and I still have yet to receive a resolution (refund) because no one ever answers the phone at this location . Will avoid this location in the future.

My wife and I have been wanting a new mattress for YEARS. Lol. Austin helped us pick out THE PERFECT one, with not only a fantastic price, but with the Presidents day sale, it came with an electric adjustable bed frame too!! My wife and I LOVE our new bed and frame, and actually go to bed sooner to watch TV in there now, because of the adjustable frame. Lol. Austin was very helpful, kind and knew his product!!! Kyle and Lana were great. There was a miscommunication about the matress cover and pillow. I would suggest giving that in writing to the customer, so there is no misunderstanding.

I came in for a new recliner/love seat and ended up leaving with a new bed and the love seat I was looking for and well within my budget! I am looking forward to returning to get the remaining pieces I'm looking for to finish filling my home with the things I want and need! Austin and Drew were amazing! Horrible experience in this store. Do not bring your children here. Mine were well behaved and still they were chastised. Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful sales ladies that acted like droids. They do not ask any questions, and when you describe what you are looking for, they show you the entire store, so no point in the whole process. All they care about is selling you a sofa that is in the store that day. They also said they could configure a sectional any way I chose, so when I explained to them the size and shape I wanted, they looked dumbfounded, and I pointed out that the sectional we were looking at could not be configured the way I had described. I then brought up a sectional on the Ashley website to illustrate what I was looking for. They said I could order it, and if I didn't like it, return it. Not interested in helping me any further. They followed up that said sectional was discontinued. Hmmm, it is available from numerous vendors with no shortage of supply indicated. I can see furniture sales going the way of car sales. Carvana, Sofana here we go! I will never go back in this store.

While my instore experience was wonderful-- great customer care with no pressure, the delivery of my bed has been a nightmare. I was given 2 two hour windows on a day the delivery team set up, with no shows all day. We were given the run around, " The truck is two blocks away. They are refueling now. The truck broke down." We had zero contact with the delivery team. Our bed is suppose to be in this week ( 4 days later than what was promised). We shall see.

We had a great experience at Ashley this weekend. Robin was extremely helpful in getting us a new couch for our home! EDIT: updated because our couch was delivered and the barstools that we wanted and purchased at the same time somehow never got added to our account. Thankfully we were not charged, but now we will be buying the barstools from elsewhere.
Just look at their response… “we haven’t charged any restocking fee for damaged section” lol… I BOUGHT WHOLE SOFA NOT BY SECTIONS. Why I have to pay restocking fee if it came damaged. Lack of customer service. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS!!!AVOID this place! When I was shopping at store, everything was smooth and nice. But once my sofa delivered, that’s where nightmare starts. I discovered ripped fabric and frame of the sofa, called right away to store addressed my complaint and send pictures of damaged sofa. Never get response, called multiple times to customer care department, never answer phone calls nor emails. Have to take day off to get to the store so they can help me, after that they start taking some actions. Spoke with Cheyenne and her supervisor Dominica Davis with customer care department, told me that I contacted not within 3 days, so they can’t replace it but can repair it. You paying full price for refurbished sofa. I asked full refund, got denied. They charged me 15% restocking fee for returning their damaged (already) sofa. When I asked corporate contact Dominica told that she is top tier and I can’t go higher to address my complaint.
One of the worst customer service ever with Ashley. The manager by the name Drew was the one who i talked to and the response was “ because you didn’t buy your furniture from this location I can’t help you” Maaan really? At least as the manager you can direct what to do with such a situation. Really this how you help out the customer. needs to work on how to work with the customers. So mean, rude, disrespectful. Being mad with the customer who stopped you from playing on your phone while you are at work is not a right. Get your a”” to work while you are getting paid by Ashley Furniture Mr Manager!!!

Ashley's caused damage in my house with your delivery service and refused to pay for damages. I bought over $20k worth of furniture that I wish I could just return. I'll never use them again and will forever advise people around me to not buy from them.
We received a damaged dining table they told us to donate it to receive a replacement. We did and received a second table that was also damaged. They told us donate it!!! How many times do we have to do this before getting a decent product.

We will NEVER order from Ashley again. Last year our bed frame broke while I was sitting down and feeding our brand new baby. Thank goodness I caught her. Since then we have been shipped the wrong piece or broken pieces for almost a year now! Nobody ever answers the phone and we haven’t gotten a solution yet. We have been to the store multiple times and nobody seems to care. We are still paying for a broken bed frame and waiting on an entire replacement footboard and rails with no updates for months. Also we STILL have the MULTIPLE broken and replacement parts that were sent to us. We just want a resolution even if that means getting our money back.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!Lies, lies, and more lies from the managers at this store. Their communication is awful, as they do not return phone calls or even answer their calls. I also called and emailed corporate, but this is an independent franchised store so can't get anyway with them. They delivered the wrong mattress the first time. They second time they never showed up because they had the wrong address. And I cancelled the order, but still haven't received a credit on my credit card. So I filed a report with the BBB and FTC.

Horrible service, very un honest about price of my new mattress. Multiple delays getting a delivery date. I had to email the President of Ashley furniture to get a delivery date. Now my name is mud and I was charged double the price agreed on in the store with the GM. It all started due to a defective mattress I got there 4 years ago. But some how it's all my fault because I emailed the President to get a delivery date set, due to the defective mattress was killing my back after having back surgery. NOW I NEED ANOTHER SURGERY BUT MY HEALTH DOESN'T MATTER I SHOULDN'T HAVE EMAILED ANYONE AND JUST WAITED FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE TO GET AROUND TO DELIVERING MY NEW MATTRESS!!!
I had a very good experience purchasing the furniture…but after that you can’t get any customer service. I have a repair on an item and can’t get anyone out to my home to take care of it. I want to find out if one item recently purchased is scheduled for delivery and no o r will answer a phone. It is beyond frustrating.

So we went with the same brand but different frame in a King size from our Queen. The mattress got delivered a month later. Which was great. Except, we had a queen frame that wouldn’t fit the king so it sat up against our bedroom wall until about a month ago we got 2 twin frames to use as a box spring and slept with it on the floor. Flash forward to a month ago when Ashley’s delivered bed but no hardware. So, from March, up until today, my room has had some type of bed leaning against the wall. They FINALLY, 6 months later, got my deliveried AND put together, most of the way. Support boards and the top of the headboard is missing 😒. I’m disgusted with @MorrisAshleyHomeStore yet again. Now, on a positive note it looks amazing and is EXACTLY what I envisioned. Just sucks that it took so long and was such a headache. Thankfully, the next time we purchased bedroom furniture, we’ll have to replace all of it and it WONT be from here.

I must revise my 5 star review!! I have waited for 6-8 weeks to get an answer about my sofa that is pulling apart in two areas. They have not contacted me; as I have reached out to them many times. I would like a new sofa before the boards come through my fabric and hurt someone. They will not answer the phone or send an email with their intentions. Great sales help… extremely unsatisfactory after care…. Beware…. We love this store! Elizabeth is always so helpful and professional. You can tell she loves her job! Morgan went the extra mile to help us!

DO NOT!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They pressured me into a credit card with them so I did, when the things I got got delivered they were broken (after waiting 4 months for it to be delivered) so they took everything back, after they took everything back I had a charge of $1500 on my credit record. THEY DID NOT TAKE IT OFF MY CREDIT LINE!! And they’re telling me I have to pay it off!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE No stars I would. Customer service is horrible, they do not help you and it takes a long time to get ahold of someone. I seriously do not recommend this store

If I could give 0 stars I would. I found a table and chairs online and went in the store to buy it. It was over $300 more in the store, I assume everything is priced much higher in the store, so make sure you do your research before you buy anything. They did give me what the Ashley site said. When I bought the table I paid extra for the "white glove service" and I was told that they would deliver my table and move my current table somewhere else in my house as part of that service. When they finally delivered the table (they delayed the date I was given) the delivery men refused to touch my current table. Luckily my husband could move it to our basement. But the service they sold me for $200 wasn't the service they performed. I attempted calling the store for over 2 hours and their prompts just kept telling me to go online and look at the website or talk to an agent. I talked to the live agents a few times but their only answer was to call the store, so I kept running in circles. I finally got through to someone and her best answer was to call the store. I just wanted to talk to someone so I asked for her supervisor and she refused but called the store a few times for me until someone picked up. At this point I am at 2 hours trying to talk to someone, so I will admit I was annoyed. A man answered and I told him I was upset that I paid for a service that I was not given and that it took so long for me to talk to someone. I made an exasperated comment about their service I probably shouldn't have. The male employee on the phone got very angry, yelled at me then hung up on me. Sick of getting the run around on the phone and then getting abruptly hung up on, I went to the store and a nice associate listened and was going to help me. She explained that they are not able to move the furniture in the house, but they would probably help me because I was told something different by a new employee. Then the assistant manager came over and it was the same man who hung up on the phone 30 minutes prior. I told him he is very unprofessional. He didn't care and talked down to me and made it clear he would not help me. He made me feel terrible. He told me that he looked up my order history (not sure what that has to do with anything). I was sitting at first and he stood over me, I think trying to intimate me (In contrast the first employee I talked to sat with me and talked at my level). I don't know why he was given the assistant manager position because he is terrible with customers. I would not recommend going to Ashley furniture in Mason, Ohio and definitely don't talk to the assistant manager. He will make you feel terrible and won't help you. UPDATE! Still have not heard back from the store even though they said someone from the store would contact me. This place has the WORST Customer Service!
Spent several hours trying mattress' for my mother. Sales were good and a free base. Sales staff were helpful, kind and patient.
My shopping experience here was perfectly fine but ever since my furniture has been delivered it has been a nightmare. My couch was delivered on time but the delivery drivers dropped it off without waiting for me to open and inspect it. When I did I discovered a rip in the arm of the couch. I immediately called for a replacement and was told someone needed to come out to inspect it. That took 3 weeks. That confirmed what was clear from the pictures, it was ripped. I explained I wanted a replacement and they said they couldn't do that but could repair the arm. I was extremely dissatisfied with accepting a refurbished couch when I paid for a brand new one so I was offered a 10% discount. They shipped me the fabric and said a repair person would call to schedule my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for May then cancelled 2 days prior and unable to be rescheduled until June. When they finally arrived to fix the arm they found the wrong fabric had been shipped to my house and could not replace it. 3 weeks later I finally receive the correct fabric and am waiting for the service company to call as they said they would. Today, another two weeks later, I call the service company and they have still not received the work order from Morris. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes they have finally submitted the work order but as I sit here 5 months later on my brand new yet damaged couch. I am beyond disappointed in their service and strongly encourage people to reconsider before shopping here. There are much better companies with quality furniture AND customer care.
Great experience. Went to buy a couch and the salesperson, Morgan, was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgable about the pros and cons of the couches and was not pushy. He also worked to make sure that we were getting the best price and that we got all of the possible discounts. Decided to buy from this store because the couches were much better value than the other stores we looked at, and also because Morgan was able to make the experience so pleasant. I will definitely ask to speak with him again the next time I make a furniture purchase.
Good looking furniture but the sales people are a little pushy and management team lacks knowledge about how to get extra parts needed for ordered furniture that was not received when delivered. (still waiting 3 months for parts).

I would recommend noone buy from this company. They give you false promise dates of delivery, use 3rd party contractors for white glove delivery (which apparently means delivered and set up in your house) with already dirty, damaged, or missing hardware, being lied to as why things are taking so long to get to you, being ignored when you call the store, wait times hours long to talk to someone at customer care. Being told a supervisor will call you back but they never do until you keep pressing the issue. They will not document what is given to you so they can cheat you out of what was said to you and promised to you. This is our story. Back in Sept 2021, my wife and I bought $8000 worth of items to have a complete master bedroom set before my wife has our first child (due in April). We specifically asked when items would come in due to knowing we had a baby on the way. We were PROMISED 3months. When November rolled around the estimated delivery date now was January 2022. Our mattress came on time, so we scheduled a next day delivery. Well it didn't come because the distribution center didn't load it on the truck the day before and their 3rd party contractors didnt want to wait for it to be laided so they drove off with out it. No one called us to inform us it wasn't going to be delivered. We had to call and find out why the truck drove through our neighborhood and didn't stop. Yes we watched the tracker. When the nightstands and dressers came they were dirty with animal fur and one nightstand had a screw already stripped. We did the warranty of the nightstand. Their 3rd party contractors wanted to screw the screw in sideways instead of fixing it right.pnce the bedfre finally came the 3rd party contractors did not build it claiming there was no hardware. So they sent their(Ashley) employees out with parts to build it only to find the hardware in the boxes. The employees stated this is ongoing issue with the contractors. They either steal or say you are missing hardware so they don't have to build it. Now I'm was waiting on credits to hit the account and they don't tell you they won't process the credits until the order is done so they can say well we can run a business if we give you too much back.on't have to build it. They are now saying an outstanding balance was due on my account when the credits hit so I'm not getting back what I was promised. I don't understand how there was an outstanding balance when everything was paid for and financed back in September 2021 at time of purchase. now the manager at customer service doesn't want to talk to me anymore. We bought in Sept of 2021 and it's June of 2022 and I'm still having to deal with bad customer service and being lied to about things about my purchase. avoid any Ashley store at any costs
Worst place I’ve ever ordered from. Ordered a couch at the beginning of April and was told I would have it in may. Now when I call (after waiting 30 minutes on hold) I’m told I won’t receive it until late July. I will never shop with them again.

We ordered a couch and one of the pieces did not fit into our apartment. I spent 3 hours+ talking on the phone with the general manager about a solution that would work. We ended up returning the 1 piece that did not fit and ordered a different piece. I just called in to check on the status of that piece and they are saying they cannot find an order for it. Absolutely ridiculous considering the general manager was the one who placed the order. They were supposed to call me back about this and i have not received a call and you cannot even call the store directly you have to go through a main number first. Terrible, terrible business. We will not be using them in the future.

They lied about when we would get our furniture, the lied about the delivery date and time, then they lost our furniture and we had already thrown out our other furniture due to being told our furniture was being delivered. They only wanted to compensate us 15% and have us wait another week for them to get us our furniture that we had already waited 7 months for. They absolutely suck!!!!!!!
Worst of the worst. Numerous occasions I’ve been told I would receive a call back and have yet. My order was placed over a year ago and I waited a significant amount of time to receive my couch. It arrived with a giant hole in the back of it and a broken frame in multiple spots. The delivery company broken my custom sized screen door and offered me $125 and put a hole in my siding. I never received the $125 or the new couch or replacement credit I was promised. 1 year later. I’ve made numerous attempts to communicate with the store directly by going in. Each time they tell me they will take care of it and then nobody calls me back. Eric and Paris. Both promised and both failed to follow through.

I placed an online order for Belcampo sofa on 25th Nov 2021 as part of my "Thanks giving" shopping and it is still not delivery yet after 3 months of wait. Delivery date was showing 4th March 2022 and now we got an automated call saying it's getting delayed and new estimated time will be given by end of March. Such fraud! I thought Ashely maintains some standards but not at all. To reach customer service it takes hours of waiting on call. Chat service is pathetic. If they have supply chain issues, why take so many orders? By confirming my booking on 25th Nov they ended my Thanks giving shopping. Had they told that its going to take forever i would have ordered from overstock or some other company who is prompt at delivery. Now i can't cancel (as there is a restocking fee of 15%) nor order elsewhere as i am not going to get Thanks giving deals. Will never shop with Ashely again! For now, i will keep praying that my existing order gets delivered some day. Last thing i want to hear is "We are unable to process your order and will give you full refund" after all the wait.

Ordered a couch, love seat and chair from them. They were delivered November 17, about a month after we ordered them. Went back to order end tables and came across a tv stand I could use to hold some of my plants. No delivery date was given for either item. Decided we didn’t need the end tables so canceled those. Kept checking to see if ANY delivery date, no matter how far out was listed but nothing for the tv stand. My husband suggested we try a different store in our area. Found a fantastic tv stand that was 7 inches longer and very different from anything we had seen anywhere! I had always planned to pay cash for what we bought at Ashley but were pressured into opening a credit card instead. With the other company they brought up financing but when I said I really didn’t want to, I was offered a cash price. That helped make the sale. We were told it was in stock and would be delivered the following Wednesday. We went back to cancel the tv stand and the salesman at one point made a comment about how they told us it was in stock but when it was supposed to be we would be told it wouldn’t be. Well….. I ordered it on Saturday and it was delivered on Wednesday at the top end of the time frame we were given!!!

Horrible customer service experience. 1 hour on hold and still unable to reach a representative in regards to an issue with furniture I bought less than 8 months ago.
Ashley furniture is by far the worst place to get furniture right now. They lie and tell you “estimated” deliveries that only get pushed back every two weeks. Management then states that it is a supply chain issue when I was able to get furniture elsewhere in less than 48 hours. They also only let you return items within 3 days, or you consequently pay a 15% restocking fee. I also received delivery of a bed frame which did not come with the right parts and is now just sitting in my bedroom. They’re customer service line takes hours before getting ahold of anyone. I strongly recommend to literally anyone, to shop elsewhere and do not waste your money on this poor excuse of a company.

Went shopping in the store and paid cash. I bought a kitchen table set and chairs and a bed that raises up and down. I was told my bed would be here in a few weeks. So in a week we got rid of our bed and that was 2 months ago. We are sleeping on the couches in our living room still as of November 28. I got a email that I would receive my bed on Saturday the 27. So we stayed home all day and No bed. Not a call , not a email, nothing. Then before this I received my kitchen table set when it was suppose to be my bed, when they came to the door I was expecting my bed instead I got a kitchen table set that I wasn’t ready for. So they put it in my living room. Such a big mess. I will never buy anything from them again.
Guys, please spread this as you would not want to go through a life-threatening experience in your own house just for a piece of furniture. Like everything else these days we need to wait for or an excuse for everything is due to COVID. After patiently waiting for 3 months on replacement sofa other items as part of living room set and mind you still waiting for items which show no delivery till January or forever. Long story short I get a message my sofa (replace )is ready to be delivered. On Nov 24th evening at 5:10pm, Ashley sends two delivery men to my house. Then horrifying experience I go through, I have shared word by word in a recorded line to Ashley customer service so they have all details of the experience I went through. The delivery guy clearly had not brought the right item. But their audacity to take my stuff out on the driveway and then refuse to put it back in. This goes on one of the guys just was so threatening and he was still standing inside my house. But the other guy after a good 40 min puts my stuff in and many other things happen. So I went through all this for no reason as they did not even get my replacement item at all. I am highly shaken and don’t want any other person to go through this goon experience in their own house. I was just a few secs away from calling 911. Post the incident as I mentioned I connected with customer service. This morning when my husband went to share the same with the store manager. She just shrugged it off saying delivery and all, corporate deals with it. They could do nothing. While I am still dealing with this horrific incident and waiting for action from Ashley furniture on this situation. My question to Ashley is - are these homestores just a flytrap? We pay money to get products that are not being delivered and Ashley for cost-cutting hires goons third party delivery? Are we now safe in our own homes? Should we trust these big brands anymore? Be careful everyone.

Wonderful staff... polite, allowed us to browse on our own, made themselves available. Not pushy at all. Knew their store and their stock. Had ability to give almost immediate feedback about pricing and availability. Have some really great items at a variety of price points.

This place is expensive for low quality furniture. I've heard many horror stories about this place, and thankfully have not purchased from here. I came in to check out sectionals, but they were far too expensive and did not seem to be very high quality. I ended up purchasing from value city, got a great deal on very nice furniture, and I'm very happy with them.
The sales associate Daisy was very helpful. Unfortunately due to Covid the wait for the furniture is very long but not the fault of the store.

Never again. I know that Covid has made furniture buying difficult and that the stores have no control over inventory. The issue is dealing with people honestly. The staff at Mason has major issues with this. We ordered a couch in March of this year. We were told it would be in the end of May. They called in June and said it was in and would be delivered on the 23rd. Then they stated it never came in. Here we are in September and it finally shows up. They schedule delivery and do not show up because the truck apparently broke down and they could not deliver for another week. So the day comes that they are finally going to deliver. They show up 2 hours later than promised and then do not even attempt to deliver the couch in the house. The guy eyeballs the hall way and decides the new couch will not fit through the door without even measuring or trying. Gets in the truck and leaves. Never ever will I use Ashley again. Terrible customer service experience!!!!!
We ordered in November of 2020 and still haven't received our items. We have to call every month and ask and are told next month and it still hasn't come. I want my money back and was told that can't happen. I will never purchase from Ashley again. Don't by from them. 45 min on hold waiting for customer service only to be told they can't help us. Buyer be ware. Contacting the BBB next.
We had a very bad experience with Ashley HomeStore this summer. We ordered a dresser in June, and we knew there might be delays due to COVID, so we specifically asked our sales person (Julia) about it. She assured us that Ashley was nationwide and there would be no delays. She promised us we'd have our furniture by the end of July. Predictably, July came and went with no update. It took 40 minutes on hold to reach someone in customer service. When we did reach someone, we were told that our estimated delivery date was in November. When we followed up with our sales person, she completely changed her tune, and said that everything was delayed due to COVID. We felt like she lied to us to make the sale. After looking at other local furniture stores, we canceled our order and bought elsewhere. The sales manager was very helpful and validated our frustrations when we went in to cancel the order. The general manager has since reached out to apologize and offer a discount. Overall recommendation: Shop local; we learned that smaller furniture stores keep their inventory in stock.
I had a really great experience working with Dan the manager from your Mason, Ohio store. I was having an issue with my table and he followed up with me everyday until he could find a resolution for me. He is super organized, friendly and understanding. He also has a lot of knowledge about the furniture you sell. I have not had great customer service like that anywhere else. Clearly this guy needs to be managing all your stores because I spoke to a number of other employees at the store, over the phone, through your customer service line and your warranty company. Some were managers, some were not. I was mostly denied any help with anyone else. All were terrible experiences. There needs to be some changes made to your customer service line. They are not friendly, helpful or understanding. You should never be denied to speak to a manager if the employee you spoke to is unwilling to help or work with you on a resolution. Dan is the only reason I will be a future customer and quite honestly would only buy all my furniture from him. You’ve got a great employee there, don’t lose him!

I hate to say negative things about a store during Coronavirus, but this needs to be said about Ashley Homestore! I recently purchased a new loft bed for my preschooler to help get him excited about school. Two weeks later, and two assembly teams later, it still sits unusable in his room due to missing parts. The delivery teams accept no responsibility. Our salesperson, Eric, has washed his hands of the mess, and you can't get hold of customer care without an hour or more wait! Not sure how this will play out, but please be careful buying from this company!

I don't like leaving negative reviews and I understand that COVID is causing delays but I've called Customer Service multiple times to inquire about a couch that I bought 4 months ago with changing or non-existent delivery dates and have not been able to get a hold of any one at this store. At first I called the number listed on the delivery site but I was informed that questions are only for web orders and not in-store purchases. They forwarded me to the store where I was put on hold for half an hour followed by silence (no prompts at all) then a recording telling me the voicemail had been recorded. I've called the store directly a few more times and each time I'm placed on hold and then a busy signal after the automated line said that I'm connecting with a Customer Care Specialist. At this point I've seen the same couch for a fraction of the price at other retailers and I'm half tempted to just cancel this order but I wouldn't even be able to do that because I can't get a hold of anyone.
We have brought most of our home furniture from ashley, knowing that we will get them nor always when promised but within 10-15 days. This time we made the mistake of going to mason location, we brought 2 recliners love seat for home theater - with COVID impact we were told the earliest delivery will be in May end. We understood and agreed. Not sure what happens since we are still waiting for the furniture we ordered in February - first it was May then it was June then without any communication it was July and now the July date of 7/19 has come and past and guess what not recliners. I would like to understand why did the store sale furniture that they have no intention of delivering. I will not recommend the mason location to anyone. It is upsetting that my money is now tied up and false promises don’t help.
My experience was with Nathan Jeter and Joshua Thorpe. Do NOT give your business to this store. In March of last year, my wife and I ordered a new bed set. Ashley furniture outsources their delivery service to a company who uses extremely sketchy people who proceeded to break the bed set twice when they were hired to deliver and install. Both times I had to coordinate with Ashley furniture in Mason- through Mr. Jeter and both times I was treated horribly. No calls back, zero effort to rectify the situation. Mr. Jeter even laughed at me when I asked if the Company they outsource through could expedite the order. The second and third time I had the bed set delivered, both times the sliding drawers were broken. The company they outsource for repairs- “SAW Enterprises” out of South Carolina- did not have the tools and or parts to fix the drawers. I have taken a total of TWELVE half- days off from work to get a bedroom set in working order delivered to my house. I am sitting here on the 12th day for the drawers to be fixed and the repair company just called to change their timeframe from 10 AM to 2 PM to now 2 PM to 4:30 PM, effectively now ruining my whole day. Mr. Jeter was rude and unprofessional. I believe he is the sales manager. Mr Thorpe, his boss, was decent enough, but did very little to help. Furniture is in my family. My grandfather owned a furniture business and I hold the profession to a high esteem. I say this with conviction, please take your business elsewhere. Anywhere. They have shown Time and time again that they do not care about their customers. Joshua tried to make me feel better about me having to wait another month for a new repair and he said and I quote “ well, at least you aren’t sleeping on the floor now.” I have never had a worse experience with any company than I had with them.
In May I ordered a couch through Ashley. It said it was in stock on the website. Two months and many phone calls later, they finally tell me it's back ordered and won't be available until middle of September. The online customer service would take no responsibility for the blatant lying about availability and would not guarantee that it would be delivered in September. She told me to go to the store and find one there and exchange it. So I did.Initially they told me that there was nothing they could do because it's two different companies. ANOTHER blatant lie. I said it says the same name on the building and how did you pull my order up if it's different stores. They both say Ashley, just ridiculous. Then of course they have nothing in stock. This store/company is a racket at best. Do your business elsewhere. These guys will take your money, pay their commissions and forget you exist. No one cares that I haven't had a couch for two months, that I've had two birthday parties and the 4th of July with no couch for people to sit on. All when they advertised it being in stock. AVOID

Very disorganized place. On multiple days they were supposed to deliver my furniture they just didn’t show up. They didn’t have the tools to put the furniture together. We were supposed to get a $75.00 gift certificate that Ashley Home offered us, but of course never got it. My mistake again was trying to online order a bed months later and it was another fiasco. Every department loves blaming every other department. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. Will never shop there again.
Eric did not pressure us to make a sale. We were looking for a Love Seat and Accent Chairs but didn't know exactly what we wanted. He showed us around and found the perfect set!

Waited months and once delivered was missing shelves. Store refuses to resolve in a way that won’t take months. They have a unit on their floor and said they could deliver it then minutes later said they can’t due to covid. Manager Nathan was unprofessional and hung up on me without a resolution . Still not resolved. We want the item we paid for months ago delivered as promised in tact.
We've bought a couch and a bed from Dan at the Mason location ! The delivery crew ( Dylan) was awesome I didn't catch the other 2 guys names!!! They were in and out of here in less than 15 mins. Dylan was super nice and professional.

The shopping experience was nice. The staff was helpful selling the furniture, but it all changed when it came time to deliver it! We spent over $7000 outfitting our new home and were looking forward to having it show up. I spent the day waiting for them, I get a text saying they are 30 minutes away. About an hour passes, so I call their customer service and am told they have the wrong address, so, too bad. It won't be delivered today. No apology! Come to find out 3 days later, they did have the correct address, but there was construction on our street, so they just decided to not deliver it. No phone call or anything. Now 4 days after expected delivery we still don't have it. They say they cannot schedule delivery for 3 more days! I am beyond frustrated seeing as how they knew we had company from across the country coming to stay today!
Everything about Ashley Furniture has been complete hell. From going into the store and no one coming up to us to see if we needed anything.. so we left and put an online order.. We have been waiting for a month and it was supposed to be delivered today, and now they say they don’t have it scheduled. So I am warning anyone and everyone to NOT go to them….

Spent over $5000 at this store a year and a half ago. The frame of my sofa broke on each side of the middle foot support. I purchased a five year extended warranty which now does not cover it. Went to the store leaving with no satisfaction. Love the look but poor quality. Need to purchase furniture for our new home but not here.
Love my new couch loveseat! The guys who came to deliver did a great job! I highly suggest you come here when looking for your next furniture upgrade!

We bought a couch from this place a few years ago and was told that we had a 30 day return policy. Two weeks after having the couch we tried our best to reach out to them to get the couch returned and they told us we weren’t able to after fighting with them for over a month they told us we were outside the return policy I explained to them I was trying to return this couch well within the return policy the manager told me to come back to get a discount and he would take care of me. We went back in recently and wasn’t impressed.Not a fan of the got ya prices. Tried walking away and see the prices drop. The employee was trying to tell us the couch we were looking at was 100% authentic leather and it was clearly A synthetic material. The manager even confirmed the couch we were looking at was synthetic. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get the sale. They’re just as dishonest as car salesmen.
WOW what an experience! The blonde sales woman near the front door didn't greet us, didn't acknowledge our existence at all ... actually no one did. When we found something we liked we asked the VERY unfriendly blonde sales lady if she could measure the width for us. She did so and led us to a second option then just took off. She didn't offer any suggestions or inquire what we were looking for. She did the bare minimum and couldn't get away fast enough to return where she was when we first walked in. So we headed to Furniture Fair where the sales people were all friendly, smiling, immediately greeted us & helped. We ended purchasing our new living room furniture at Furniture Fair because they seem to want and value our business. Ahhhm yea if this Ashley Furniture closes I know why.
Awesome store to buy furniture & bedding
I bought a table set from Ashley/Morris furniture in Mason in Feburary it came in April. The salesmen talked me into the extended xtended warranty. We hardly use the table. We did nothing harmful to it. I noticed it chipping in July. It has been difficult connecting with them. The bottom line is Morris says it isn't a defect. Warranty said it isn't covered. So sad. Had my prior tabe for over 20 years (bought at Macy's), still looks good (it was just too big)
I was grateful to be greeted right away as soon as I walked in the door. There was many product selections which can make your head spin. The associates ask the right questions to determine which furniture item is better fit for me to buy. The associates took their time and explained about each product and was very patient with me in making my decision on what specific item I was going to buy. Also wanted to point out that the store was very clean and organized on their setups of furniture.

The whole buying process was easy and fast. The store matched online prices of the furniture that we wanted, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely continue buying from Ashley Furniture

I had a great experience with Julie at the Deerfield store. She is very personable and helpful. She spent a lot of time helping me determine a couch fabric for my kids that would withstand a large dog that has destroyed other couches. She even suggested how to file the dog's nails. Went back a few days later with the family. Julie spent much time again showing options and a rug to match. The couches arrived as promised and look wonderful. Time will tell about the dog.
I purchased living room furniture in January 2020. Having problems with each piece. Warranty specialist arrived in May ( which was delayed due to covid-19). Received needed parts in August. Numberous attempts for service repairs. They just don't answer or respond. Don't buy their junk! Finally got a message from Morris Furniture on February 9, 2021 stating I would hear from SAW Enterprises within 72 hours to make arrangements for the repairs. It's February 25, and no one has contacted me. What a joke! It took 8 weeks for service to arrive and repair recliner only to find the parts were wrong. Still waiting on a resolution. Today (5/17/2021) was told it's past the 1 year warranty and they aren't going to order my parts! Sounds as if I need an attorney. Total lack of customer service at all levels! Don't by their junk.
I don’t even know where so start what a horrible experience shopping at Ashley. When my bed was delivered I was told that my old bed could not be taken by the delivery drivers because my old bed was a king and my new bed was a queen. When we called into the store Elizabeth and Dan were absolutely terrible and never would call us back or answer the phone at the store. My bed never got picked up and we had to use our own trash service to dispose of the bed. Nathan the district manager gave us a credit after 10 phone calls and going to the store and called us awful customers. Would not recommend would rather of shopped at Big Lots.
Was told we got lucky and our couch could be delivered in little as two weeks. Got a call that it could be as late as February and ultimately it randomly arrived a couple months later. The salesperson assured us that the chaise could be placed on either side of the sofa which was NOT true so it no longer fits our living room.
They claim to price match but every couch is out of stock.
Quality furniture but Covid 19 inhibiting production and delivery as is the whole manufacturing industry.
Better deals out there for far better furniture
Dealings with this store have been an absolute nightmare. Communication is so poor. My delivery was postponed with no notification; instead they told me to stay home all-day and wait for a couch that wasn't coming. When the couch eventually came, it was defective in multiple ways. A technician came to look at it and said he would recommend a replacement. However, on his official report he falsely stated that he offered to fix it and I refused. And of course no one told me until I called yet again to squeeze out information. This monthslong process has been horrible. No one takes responsibility for anything. They just refer you to other people. Just stay away from this store. It's not worth the headache.
Delivery service was horrible. The recliner was in a box. It was huge. They stated the chair would not go thru the front door. So they left it in drive way, said have a good day and left. Heaven forbid they actually take the chair out of the box and deliver it into the house. We are 63 yrs of age, not in great health. Is this the policy now with the covid? All furniture is left in your driveway for you to figure out how to get it into your house. They did not earn the $98.00 charge.
Buyer beware! The shipping dates that are given by the sales team at the time of purchase are not real. They are working from what they are given so it's not their fault but it's a bait and switch effort. Told one item was in stock and the other 2 items would deliver Nov. 3rd. Now has been pushed back twice since Monday. Companies would build better relationships with the customers when giving honest ship dates. Will be canceling order if they move date again. We had excellent customer service by our sales person. Too bad the company can't deliver what they promise.
Placed an order in the store for a sectional for a delivery date 5 weeks out. Received a call a week before original delivery date that the delivery is pushed another MONTH out! Called the store multiple times but no one answers after being on hold for over an hour. Headed to the store to confront the team, wish me luck since others have not been so lucky...
Placed an order for a loveseat and sofa. We were given two delivery dates, one for each item. The salesperson checked to be sure we would get our items no later than the second delivery date. Now a couple days before the first item is to be delivered, I was notified that the delivery for both items were pushed back FOUR months! Spent about 2 hours - on hold - with customer service with NO answer. So I went to the store. Received no help from employees who acted like they didn’t care about their customers- even when the issue was on their systems end. Horrible customer service!

I am extremely disappointed. I was expecting 75% of my bedroom furniture, as well as my couch tomorrow. I have now been informed I will only be receiving my bed frame. I received NO communication about this being the case, and now I’m being told I am not supposed to be getting my other items until mid/late November. To top it off, I have already paid for everything in full. Very upset with the absolute lack of communication.
Terrible customer service. Would never recommend to ANYONE. A friend ordered furniture in MAY & was supposed to get it in JULY, the day they were suppose to get it they received a call saying it would be pushed back until August 13th. They finally received the couch & ottoman that day but NOT the TV stand. When they made Ashley furniture aware of this they told them it would be delivered October 2nd. Now today they have pushed it back yet again until October 16th. They have waited 5 months for this. Absolutely ridiculous & Ashley furniture has done NOTHING about it. Do NOT even think about purchasing from here.
Bought a couch-- frame snapped in half within a year of purchase with normal wear. Terrible quality for high quality prices! Took forever to get a person to come look at the couch, never called back to give us an answer about whether or not they'd repair it or replace it. After calling THEM back inquiring, they told us they'd REPAIR it, instead of giving us a refund or replacement couch.. mind you the frame is snapped completley through in multiple places and the bottom board is completely out of place. How they expected to repair it is beyond me. It's been over a month and haven't heard back about said "repair" taking place. Over 90 days and this issue still isn't resolved. Now they took the couch (also, they came an hour BEFORE the allotted window, I was hardly awake), now we have no couch, and we have to field through hours of back and forth with a terrible customer service team, in which we've been on hold for over 2 hours before. We've bought multiple pieces from Ashley Furniture and always thought purchasing their products was a luxury for us. What a joke. Very disappointed and will not be shopping there in the future.
The service was great except for the deliver driver who broke one my yard lights and did not say anything to me because he didn't realize I had seen him do it. If he would have told me I would have said no biggie accidents happen but instead he tried to pretend as if he didn't do anything.

Nathan the GM is not very accommodating or apologetic when you have issues with your furniture! We ordered a FULL bedroom set in March and was told it would be in within 3-4 weeks. The deliveries got pushed back several times, and no one even notified us!! The bed frame came one month then a month later the night stands with the mirror for the dresser, but NO dresser! Finally after waiting FOREVER, and many many phone calls, the dresser was delivered in September!! They came an hour early and everyone in the house was still sleeping because we were not expecting them. They didn’t wear shoe coverings, or masks! When we fully awoke we noticed the dresser was very DIRTY!! Coffee stains, HAIR, dust all over the dresser!! Yuck! Plus one of the drawers is broken! After 2 DAYS of trying to get through to someone at both customer care and the store we got a hold of Nathan! NEVER ONCE did he apologize & all he offered was 10% Store Credit!! Never ever will I shop here again!!!!
Very disappointed with the sales people, they did not know what was available or prices They had masks on but all were below the nose. When I asked them to fix their mask the excuse was it fogs my glasses, The next person was asked to fix the mask Very very poor service

Do not order! They will lie about delivery dates and not communicate the changes. If you don’t call them and be proactive about what you paid for, you will have no idea when they will be delivering it, or if they will at all. Unbelievably bad experience.
Nathan and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The showrooms looked amazing and there was a great selection. I found the perfect table for my living room. I definitely recommend Ashley and will be coming back for anything else I need.
We’ve had our couch replaced three times and still have a problem with manufacturing. Scheduled a SAW technician for inspection but he came 20 minutes earlier than scheduled then left before I arrived.

This has been a horrible experience!! It took Ashley’s furniture 7 months to deliver 2 sets of bedroom furniture. They have scheduled so many deliveries to come out to my house but they would only show up with a headboard, or rails only or only a mattress! They have told me they would reimburse me a percentage for my unsatisfaction after all the furniture has been delivered but I had to call the corporate office. I called the corporate office a month ago waited an hour to get a hold of anyone and finally they said they would call me in a week to let me know how much I would be reimbursed. I never received a call from them. I also never received a call from the store manager when I emailed him, called him, and stopped by numerous times at the store! I called corporate again today to follow up after being on hold for 2 hours!!!! Corporate had no records of me calling 4 weeks ago. They wanted to offer me $60 for my overs trouble!! I refused this and she was not going to offer me anything. Then she offered me a gift card to buy more furniture from there! I of course refused. I will never buy furniture from there again. I should have learned my lesson the first time when they took out my entrance walk delivering my dinning table several years ago! They finally offered to refund me $60 plus the delivery fee. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy furniture from there.

I have never wrote a bad review for a company before, but I feel like others should know of the hassle this whole process has been. I started the process of buying my new furniture in May. We were told that things would be delivered by a certain date. Then the date continued to get pushed back even further and further. We were promised delivery dates, that still to this day continue to change. I have tried calling customer service multiple times and only sit on hold for hours. Today after waiting months for our dining room table, the table was delivered, and as the gentleman was putting it together he realized the box only came with the table top and no table legs. I have waited for months for all my furniture to come in, and the only thing I receive is pushed back delivery dates and incomplete items. I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. This has been the absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. This is very unfortunate because this was my first and last time I will ever buy anything from them again.

Worst customer service ever. We had a great experience when we went in the store to purchase our furniture. With that said, we were aware that our furniture was going to take 6 weeks to be delivered because of COVID-19. My fiancé and I felt okay with that and we were so excited when it finally came to the day before we were suppose to receive our furniture. We received a confirmation text saying our furniture would be delivered the next day. Later that same day, we received a call saying because of covid-19 it would be ANOTHER 6 weeks until we receive our furniture. This is very upsetting. On top of that, we tried contacting customer service to get at least some money back and more answers. With all the times we called, we were put on hold for 3 hours all together. We have yet to hear back from them. We even put a request in for them to contact us back. Very frustrated.

This store provided horrible, unethical service. They knew that the consumers purchasing products were two developmentally disabled individuals moving into independent living. Long story short they didn't have their items after a month of waiting. They delivered damaged items, hid the damage, still have not taken damaged items back, refuses to give a refund on items not usable due to the mattress and boxspring being purchased for the set they knew they didn't have. The final straw in bad faith was accepting payment less than a week before the scheduled delivery and knowing the item wasn't in stock until the end of July. I have one person crying because she is living out of bags because she doesn't have her bedroom set, im going to have to wait a week for the redund before we can go buy at another store and another person with a mattress and boxspring he can't use because he didnt get the bed he was supposed to. Its bad but its really bad when they knowingly take advantage of disabled persons. I am simply disgusted and will take every avenue available against Ashley and the sales associates to help the two individuals ripped off by them.
My fiance and I are extremely upset with your homestore. We ordered 5 endtables and a 5 piece sectional in February. It's a long story. We still don't have the complete order and we've been promised delivery multiple times. . I'm just letting you know that we want our money back including the delivery fee We will be in on Sunday. This is an excellent Furniture store , staff are knowledgeable and Professional. Nathan Jetter , store manager helped us by presenting latest designs and user friendly advanced furniture. He went way above and beyond in making sure that all of our furniture requirements are being fulfilled from the beginning up until the end. He did his part in navigating effective communication with delivery team & all items were successfully delivered to us. We are very much satisfied with all of the items that we purchased at this place. Recliner Mahagony couch set, Porter king Bed, Night stand plus dresser table, Deylin Queen Bed n night stand. Four stylish wooden dining chairs plus a cool white side bench. Quality of all items purchased are truly excellent. BUYER BEWARE!! We bought a console table for our family room 2 months ago and finally just got it delivered yesterday. They did contactless delivery (which is totally fine) but when we went to the garage to look at the table, we found that it was in a big box and that we would have to assemble it ourselves. We paid a fair amount of money for this table believing that it would come already assembled. Further, the salesman told us it would be assembled and that all of their furniture is built in their factory in North Carolina. The box clearly says it was made in Malaysia. When we called customer service to return the table, they said that they no longer accepted returns, even though it clearly says on their website that they have a 3 day return policy. Will definitely NOT shop at Ashley anymore!
I bought furniture for my new house most of the furniture are chipped and no one came to assemble it though we are following up from last 4-6 week. Worst customer service will not recommend
Worst Experience one can have. We have bought a house full of furniture for the new house. They were dumped in my garage. Most of the furniture are chipped in many places. Many furniture were not packed and they were dumped in my garage without any packing. Deliver guys cheated on me and got my signature saying that a team B will come to assemble the furniture. Many parts of the furniture was not delivered. After many follow ups we did not get any help from the last one month. Most of the furnitures are still sitting in my garage and I don't know what to do about it. We have reached out to General Manager of Ashley and Customer care team. Never got a reply after they acknowledged they have received our complaint. Please be careful before buying from Ashley.
Recently I bought a coffee table and side tables from Ashley. I had a wonderful experience working with Debra Wallace to find a right table. She patiently spent lots of time with me and my husband showing all the options in the store and online. She was moving around different tables just to make sure we realize how the colors match in our home. She was very kind and passionate about her job. I never felt this much welcome in any other of Ashley’s stores.
Very over priced, extremely pushy staff, can never reach customer service or a manager. THEY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE ,took a week to get furniture then the love seat was delivered damage, was promised 10 percent off from the GM ,then he lied ,and reneged on the offer, would never had accepted delivery if he didnt promise the discount...WOULD NOT SHOP FROM THEM EVER AGAIN...if I were you shop anywhere else, I am stuck with broke down furniture,and still owe 5,000 after only a year!
We have been waiting almost two months for our furniture. After having to reselect our sofa and piece a sectional together to fit into the space, it was finally scheduled to be delivered today. Just got a call it was damaged and will not arrive today. I have never had what should have been an exciting time, furnishing an addition we have worked so hard on, turn so terrible! If your company is meant to sell and deliver furniture you should have the sale, communication, and delivery down to perfection! I would have never thought it would be so disappointing!
I will NEVER buy or recommend Ashley Furniture warehouse again. I’ve had deliveries set without being told, 3 wrong delivery’s, constant excuses and being told that my missing piece is now out of stock until March. All of my furniture was ordered on February 1st. And there is not actual delivery date in sight. When I told them to just take it all back I was told I had to pay a re-shelving fee for their mistakes. The delivery guys left an absolute MESS when taking the incomplete bed frame out of my apartment. Large pieces of styrofoam in the hallway, shoe covers and large pieces of cardboard deliberately left in the public elevator and a trail of trash from the door of my 4th floor apartment through the elevator to the front door of the building. I will NOT be a returning customer. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

We made a purchase on Saturday, December 28th with a quoted expected date of January 16th. I called for an update after the expected delivery date as I'd not heard anything from the store regarding the status of my furniture. I'd elected to pick up the furniture to save on the shipping cost. Time and time again I got the runaround on when the 2nd of the 2 end tables I'd ordered would be available for pickup. Finally, on January 24th the Mason store let me know that the other table should be at the pickup location. My gut told me to call before driving to pick them up so I made a call to confirm. Sure enough, I was informed that the table was damaged in transit and was refused at the dock. Completely frustrated at this point I called to cancel my order. Since I paid in cash (never again) I was told that I'd have to be mailed a check. I frustratingly accepted this offer. It has now been 14 days since my cancellation and I've yet to receive my refund. I was told the last time that I called that the checks typically arrive 7-10 business days after the refund was requested. Today I called (the 10th business day) to be informed that the check was cut on the 27th but not mailed until the 30th. They couldn't provide any tracking information. I understand that things happen and furniture can be damaged during transportation and all of these things are out of the control of the staff that work at the Mason site but this has been a terrible shopping experience. I'll certainly think twice before making my next furniture purchase and will never pay with cash again.

They have a worst customer service! First of all my Sofa was delivered after 4 WEEKS! leaving me without sofa for that long. later within six months things started falling apart from the junk sofa..When i cal customer care i got to know the sofa has to be picked up for repair which means another few weeks without Sofa!! This is really bad experience for me from Ashley Furniture i will never ever buy anything from them neither would recommend anyone to do so. AS REQUESTED I DID SEND OUT EMAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE NO RESPONSE ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!! The sofa was picked up on 28th Jan after that i haven't got any updates, ASHLEY HAS NO COURTESY TO UPDATE CUSTOMER ON WHERE THEY ARE WITH REPAIR, I was told by a supervisor that the Sofa will be picked up section by section so that i have something to sit on , but unfortunately the pick up guys came and picked up the complete sofa and now i am sitting on floor... This is really frustrating, i had gone through same situation at the time of purchase where the delivery was delayed by 3 weeks!!!!

Absolute Ridiculous Sales & Delivery. I have ordered King Bed frame and waited for a week for delivery, which they said product was damaged and rescheduled to another date. Now, the part is missing and I refused the delivery. The store sales person was so obvious with my complaint and didn't even care to keep the business and cancelled the order. Looks like there is a big gap between Store inventory information and Warehouse information. Its a Shame for Ashley Furniture which is a top furniture company to have complaints like mine. Would Never Shop at ASHLEY.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 3 MONTHS FOR FURNITURE! Just a fair warning...I ordered a full living room set early November (couch, loveseat, coffee table, tv stand, ottoman) with GUARANTEED delivered 3 weeks later on December 4th. Call to check on my order the 1st of December and EVERYTHING EXCEPT MY COUCHES were in stock. Couches can&'t be delivered until the 20th...ok fine. I set up delivery and call the 2nd week of December to check on status. Suddenly coffee table isn&'t there and can&'t be delivered until January. Ok fine..... called again 3rd week December to check on status again and now my TV stand and bench are missing and can&'t be delivered until January...hmmmmm? Both times I&'ve talked the the store I was told my items were damaged and that&'s why they were pushed. HOWEVER customer service has NO RECORDS of any damages to my items. So where did they go if nothing was actually damaged and everything was ready to deliver the 4th? Seems like each time I call a different piece of furniture goes missing which is strange since EVERYTHING EXCEPT the couches was ready the 1st week of December. Pretty sure my items have been given to other orders and I&'m getting increasingly annoyed. Absolutely ridiculous to wait this long and have this many issues with an order. Such a shame because we ordering went off to such a good start and then went downhill. NEVER EVER UPDATE 12/27 - couches and coffee table arrived....coffee table is damaged! Went in to talk to manager the next day and the rest of my furniture has been PUSHED OUT AGAIN. What the actual fuck. Send help. How is this place in business still? Bought a whole bedroom set from them opted to pick up at dayton location...after waiting an hour and and half for them to get the stuff so we can load we get home and no hardware to put the bed together. I call three times before getting an answer they are ordering the hardware where now im paying for a bed that we cant sleep on since old bed was already moved out. Went to the Mason OH location today and there was no customer service. A couple of staff members said hi in passing but nobody asked if we needed help or what we were looking for. Two sales associates were sitting at the front of the store as we were leaving and didn’t say anything as we left. I worked in furniture sales years ago for a short time and we used the “up” system. As a former retail business owner, I am always amazed that you have a captive audience and let them leave the store to look elsewhere. was looking for new dining and bedroom furniture today.
Had a table chairs and bench delivered day before Thanksgiving. Bench broke the next day. And 2 weeks ago another piece broke off of it. I tried reaching customer service and was left on hold over 30-50 each time for 8 calls with no one to talk to. I am now calling into sales everyday to get this matter taken care of and customer care is still refusing to send me a replacement bench. It was clearly put together wrong by the delivery people but customer care still wants to blame it on me!! I just want a place to sit at my table that won’t break!!!!! It’s brand new!!!!!! I’m infuriated!!

This store location has terrible customer service! We had multiple issues with our purchase (as first time buyers) and have tried numerous times to work with their management team but they have basically implied that these issues happen all the time and it's not really a big deal. Long story short we had numerous delivery issues and defective merchandise. It took almost 2 months for us to receive our complete sofa set. Last time we spoke to the GM (in December) he was sending an email to customer service management for a resolution and was going to have his store manager contact us. We have heard NOTHING! I will NEVER recommend Ashley Furniture!

On 12/18/19 I expected a delivery, I pulled out my king size mattress and prepared for a new adjustable base and mattress to arrive. I was ready around 8AM and all day I waited. I missed our company Christmas party because I needed to wait at home. Around 8PM I finally got an answer at the store and was told delivery would be at 10PM. I stayed up until 11:30PM without anyone ever calling to update me. Today 12/19/19 the same thing is happening. I have called several times and left messages. I am stuck at home again and waiting. I damaged the end post of my bed pulling the mattress off by myself. This has been terrible customer service and total confusion. I have given them my address and phone number several times and still no call or response. I am a patient person but this is ridiculous. Terrible delivery and customer service. One person (male) has returned my call twice now but he never has any information on when they will arrive. He basically just agrees with me and says he will call me back later. I cannot believe they stay in business. I would not recommend this company.

The chairs were still missing and The bed frame was missing the feet and they couldn’t put it together, they also gave up on getting the dresser upstairs and were just going to leave it in my living room. The delivery guy said the feet needed to be removed but they didn’t have the tools for that. So I had to refuse the whole set even though I got rid of my old bed that morning since I was getting a new one delivered and now don’t have a bed to sleep on and still don’t have chairs at my dining room table. Since they were late it was after 6 when they got to my house and customer care conveniently closes at 6 I now don’t even have a plan of how any of this is going to be fixed. I should add that it’s now December 1st so they have had a month for all the pieces to get to their wear house and for them to figure out delivery.

I’m going home to measure a few things after PURCHASING a dinning set, extra dining chairs, serving table, (2) rockers and an amazing Sectional Couch! Worst customer experience I have ever had. We purchased a sectional, 2 end tables and. Cocktail table. Wrong cocktail table was delivered after waiting 6 weeks. We understand things happen and had patience with the mistake. But We then decided to cancel tables and order ottoman. Basically an even exchange in terms of cost. They would not allow us to return end tables since their policy is “3 days.” This is 8 days later, and keep in mind, we still haven’t received our cocktail table “9 weeks after purchase.” This was a $3k plus purchase altogether and the fact that they would not allow us to switch an item after 8 days is unbelievable, especially since we still haven’t received other table! Policies are horrible and honestly the online store and their policies, as well as the online protection plan is are better then this privately owned store. Protection plan is more expensive And doesn’t cover as much as online store policy covers.
Had to buy a loveseat and chair real quick. Walked into Ashley’s and ww were greeted by Carrie Holcombe. She was so kind and showed us where those items were and let us browse on our own. Checked on us to see if there were questions. Had a few that she had a quick response too. So, we decided what we wanted and she took care of the sale and just like that we were done. Great experience and very comfortable shopping atmosphere.
Elizabeth Evans helped us while we were in looking for some new furniture for our home. She was a pleasure to work with and made our experience fun. She helped us pick out accent items as well, which pulled everything together! We will definitely recommend Ashley furniture, along with suggesting working with Elizabeth if she is in!

I bought a couch here and have had 3 service people out to make it seatable. Another person is coming out but I don't expect anything better. They even gave us a problem with having this repair done. There store warranty is over this month. So I can say their store warranty is all but useless. O I did get a bed that I still injoy. I don't use it as much eather. So this place should be labeled buyer beware.

Very dishonest company with salespeople that will LIE and say anything to get you to buy. Purchased a mattress. Salesperson said if unhappy just call and we can return or exchange. Had it one week decided I wanted a different (and less expensive) mattress. Was told I cannot downgrade. They would be happy to exchange it with no refund on the difference of $700. Also very unprofessional delivery.AVOID!!!

(Update): Our sofa was delivered fine on the 3rd attempt. The store manager at Ashley Furniture was very helpful in getting the situation finally resolved. Our frustration was not with them, but with the delivery department and when talking with corporate, being told different things. I also see now after reading many reviews, the problem doesn't lie within the sales (that's the best part), it's getting the furniture delivered. (Previous post): I am having a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture, its customer service, and their deliveries, (Mason, Ohio). I can't say that I recommend them at this time. I ordered two recliners and they arrived with the seams busting out. The driver failed to document that both were needing to be replaced, and if I hadn't contacted the Mason Store personally, only one would have been delivered. On the 2nd attempt, the recliners did arrive okay, but it was at this time that I asked corporate (and had them put a note into the system), to please check all future items for defects before delivering them, because their delivery window is huge and it's just frustrating for everyone, and a waste of time, if not. Fast forward a week or two, I had two failed delivery attempts for an end table (both having nicks), which I ended up cancelling for all these reasons: they failed to put me in the system as needing an exchange (I called them back 2 weeks later when I hadn't heard anything), they charged me even though I didn't receive the product, and they ignored my request (they had it noted in their system) - to check for defects before bringing the items out. More than anything, I was told different things by different reps: you sign off for exchanges, you sign off to confirm drivers are attempting to make the deliver, or you sign off so drivers can receive their commission, or, if you sign - you are accepting the product overall. When I signed off the first time, I was told it was to put in for an exchange - but it created a big mess, that I had accepted the product, then I was charged, that I didn't need the exchange, and I almost didn't get the product exchanged because "I signed off." Long story made short - "do not sign anything" until the product is in your home and you are happy with it. Fast forward a couple weeks: I have had two deliveries for my sofa fail. Again, a situation of them not looking at the defects before trying to deliver. One sofa had a tear on the armrest, and I was told by the drivers during the 2nd attempt that there was a tear on the back of the sofa, that they weren't going to attempt to bring it in. During the 1st attempt, they wanted me to sign off again (even though they were taking the product with them), and I declined because of the whole mess it had created with the end table. So now, I am waiting for a 3rd attempt to deliver my sofa. Ashley in Mason offered to renegotiate the price of the sofa if I was willing to give the delivery another chance. I agreed. So, we'll see.

Dan was our sales representative he was very polite and knowledgeable. We weren't exactly sure what kind of mattress we needed. Dan helped make the process a lot easier and was able to answer all of our questions and give us good recommendations. He was even willing to talk to his manager Brent about pricing to get us the best deal. Brent was also very helpful in recommending a power base for our mattress it was a lot better for only a little more and had everything we wanted. It took us a couple hours to decide but the team was very patient with us and very helpful.

I appreciated the large selection in Mason, OH but the BIGGEST compliment I can give is for our sales rep, Dan Carney. He was professional, didn't follow us like a shadow, gave us room to browse & chat without being in earshot, helpful, offered to answer any questions he could, and was readily available when we approached him for completing our purchase. This was the ideal approach and we would recommend other sales reps adopt the same style. There's a fine line between being available and hovering. Dan walks that line well.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. After multiple store visits and delivery attempts I still do not have my furniture. 1. Store visit #1 – (June 30, 2019) – I bought a king-sized bed with storage drawer and sleeper-sofa. Great in store service. 2. Store visit #2 – (July 7, 2019) – I noticed the online price for my bed was $372 less than what I paid! The store refunded the difference. 3. Delivery attempt #1 (July 16, 2019)– Drivers indicated that the sofa would not fit due to my ceiling height (8 feet) and that the bed was incorrectly ordered with side rails that did not accommodate the storage drawer. I was instructed by the drivers to contact my store to make arrangements. 4. Store visit #3 (July 16, 2019)- After the failed delivery, I stopped into the store and requested that a refund be issued for the sofa-bed. They were aware of the situation and indicated they would process the refund that night. They also setup delivery of the correct bed. 5. Store phone call (July 30, 2019) - After 10 business days my refund had not been issued for the sofa-bed. I checked with the store. They indicated that refund had been issued to my customer account and not to my credit card. The manager indicated that this would be corrected and apologized. The refund was issued. 6. Delivery attempt #2 (August 2, 2019) – The correct pieces for the bed were shipped, but this time two of the feet were damaged. The driver documented the damage and contacted dispatch. The damaged bed was left at my home and the delivery driver indicated that I should check back with the store….again. 7. Store visit #4 (August 3, 2019)- I returned to the store to request delivery of a new, undamaged bed and to order a new sleeper sofa. With measurements in hand I was assured delivery would be successful. 8. Delivery attempt #3 (Aug. 17, 2019) - The incorrect bed was ordered by the store (again) and the new sleeper sofa arrived “damaged”. 9. Store visit #5 (Aug. 17, 2019) – My patience has run out. I requested a refund of the second sleeper sofa and that the damaged bed be removed from my home. I was offered a pickup date of August 26th! I was unwilling to wait any further on the delivery service and requested immediate pickup hoping the drivers were still in my area. I was refused.

We have had a fabulous experience with this store and location twice now. This second time around, our sales rep Daisy was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable and helpful, but also gave us space to make decisions and think things over. The store manager, Brett, was very kind and accommodating when we realized we may need to switch out an item we just purchased. Lastly, our delivery men, Eric C. and Mario H., were a class act and so patient, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture for reasonably-priced, quality furniture with a fantastic warranty, especially if you purchase the low-priced protection plan.
I give one star only because of Ashley's corporate headquarter staff, who actually helped. The sales representative and the store manager at Mason store and their delivery crew were full of lies. The sales representative made quite a few mistakes in selling me a mattress but those are minor. The problem started when I asked to return a sealed, untouched mattress cover. The sale representative was like "State laws prohibit such returns". When I asked her to show me the said sate laws, she had to go to the store manager, who changed several explanations of why they did not allow return before settling on it was their previous training, which the Ashley corporate headquarter staff clearly labelled as a thing never happened. The delivery crew were more interesting before the store manager's lies. They probably didn't know that Ashley actually send me a text message which links to a map showing their locations and route. They were more than 6 hours late than schedule time, which I even tolerate. However, right before they came to my door, their truck was wandering around in the neighborhood, very slowly. Guess what, when the grew members actually came to my door, one of them panted very hard like he was out of breath (he was NOT carrying the mattress or anything; he was just off the truck which was wandering slowly). What's more, these delivery guys scratched my stairway and 2nd floor walls badly even though I tried to remind them. And they openly ask for tips. Wow! To be fair, the Ashley regional corporation staff actually helped. They offered to waive the delivery charge as a compensation, which I accepted although I'm not that happy about the scratches. And they helped clarified their return policies and finally helped me get the return. What's interesting was that the store manager was trying to tell me that the corporation staff did nothing and didn't contact him. That's another big fat lie.
5 months after purchase and still waiting for product to be delivered. Shipping date keeps getting pushed back with no phone call or email to even notify me that it has been postponed yet again. Would never buy a piece of furniture from them again.
The sectional delivered was not in good shape. It was damaged. I didn't sign and requested for replacement. The delivery person mentioned that he notified the store and I will get call in 15 mins. He left the damaged sectional in my house. I Waited for an hour but didn't get any call. I rang the Ashley store, Mason OH, the operator mentioned that there was no notification about the damaged sectional. After explaining everything she made updates on her system and told me that Manager will call me in 30 mins. Again I didn't get any call from Manager. I went to the store directly and sat with the person there to sort out the issue. She called the manager and then agreed to replace the sectional. She apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned Manager will call and provide some credits. I didn't ask for it but waited for the call from manager till end of day. I called to the store again and connected with the manager. I explained him what happened and clearly mentioned I am not happy with the response from Ashley Manager and staff. He said he will discuss with GM and call he back. It's been 3 days, I didn't receive any call. I waited for the original delivery for 2 weeks and now for the damaged piece need to wait for a week. I am not happy with the customer service, time spent and false promises.

I am a 30 year customer and recently purchased a sectional from the Mason, OH store. I was concerned about the stitching before purchasing as it is very prominent and was assured by the salesman that if we purchased the insurance it would be returned if necessary. Now I've discovered Ashley will do me a great favor and return the sectional and charge me a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. The piece cannot be repaired as all the stitching is coming loose, a single thread across the entire seat. Are you kidding me!! You are charging me a fee for purchasing a poorly made product after owning it for 19 days, after assuring me that this would be covered. I would never have purchased this sectional if the salesman had told me this when asked about that specific concern. I spoke to a Market Manager at the Florence store, Cody Fitzpatrick, that had zero answers. He offered me the same as the call center 25% restocking fee. This is a big mistake on your part as you've ignited not only a fire but a fire storm. Your loyal 30 year customer will never, ever walk in your door. Believe me you haven't heard the last of me. honestly surprised to see some these other reviews! I loved my experience. I worked with Dan and Joanna. they were kind and professional. answering any questions I had, no matter how obvious the answers probably were. As a first time furniture shopper, I felt very comfortable talking to them and will come back in the future.
We picked a 3 piece sectional out and got charged 400 bucks more than the sectional and ottoman are listed on line and we get it delivered, it's a 2 piece sectional which is listed on line for 599.00 plus ottoman which would be 900 bucks. We paid over 1300 bucks. We are going to the store today to straighten this out and get proper pricing or give the furniture back and go elsewhere. We are not happy customers at all. To give an update. We went back and they worked out the misunderstanding about the sectional we wanted. Even are going to refund the difference in price. Just got the correct furniture delivered today and they took back the other. Couldn't be happier with how they handled the situation. Thanks to everyone.
Mason Ohio store has scheduled three deliveries of my bed ... But the bed is still not in my home.First delivery had a damaged headboard. Second delivery was a different headboard but nothing else. Third delivery (scheduled today) was not fulfilled. I WAS SKIPPED.I paid CASH. You&'d think <a href="mailto:AshleyHomeOH@gmail.com">AshleyHomeOH@gmail.com</a> and their Mason OH location might have been able to make my furniture delivery to me.
WORST customer service EVER. Don't make a purchase here or you will also get frustrated with their scam. Just came back from the store to have my order cancelled after getting a call right at the time (and date) my furniture was supposed to be delivered after being rescheduled for the 3rd time. 20 days ago I bought a full bedroom set + kitchen dinning table with 6 chairs and was clear that I needed everything delivered in 2 weeks since I would have relatives visiting from outside US. Result... my mom will have to sleep on a mattress laid on the floor because Ashley Furniture didn't stick to what they sold me. Asked the Store manager for a half refund for the assembly fee (U$ 129) and was told that since they assembled the table and chairs (assembly was only to put the board on top of the stand and chairs didn't need assembling at all) they couldn't refund me for that. Won't buy at this store/brand EVER again.

My wife and I went to the Mason store to buy a lamp. We walked in and saw a section that looked like a customer service area. We walked over to ask the woman who was poking on her cell phone about the lamp. She never once looked up from her phone to acknowledge us. We looked around and saw a salesperson and walked down to talk to him. He was very helpful and from that point the transaction was very smooth. I think now that the phone addicted woman may have been in the credit department. But would it have killed her to address us? She had no idea if we were there for a credit application or not, she didn't ask. WOW!!!

Pricing & selection were the best here out of all the places that we looked! Customer service was also excellent, Dan helped us and was attentive but not overwhelming or pushy. We purchased a sectional and a full dining room set and it was delivered in two days since everything (except the ottoman) was in stock!
There's two sides to this review. One, the chairs we bought from this store were good and came above expectation. However, the process to acquire those chairs was extremely uncomfortable and is still leaving my wife and I with a bad aftertaste. The sales people at this store will tell you anything you want to hear, pressure you, and interrupt your genuine questions about the furniture in order to slam the insurance down your throat that they are also selling in addition to the furniture. I'm assuming there's a tremendous amount of incentive for this because they will surprisingly & aggressively talk down the manufacturer's actual 1 year warranty in order to convince you to buy it -- among using any conversation topic as an excuse to mention how good and essential it is. "What's the manufacturer's warranty on these?" will get you a giant sales pitch on the insurance. They refused to tell us about the 1 year warranty that comes with the furniture. I asked our sales person 3 separate times to outline what comes with the warranty and each time I was interrupted and told how good the insurance was. It was a very frustrating conversation. This also made my wife and I feel like the furniture was actually bad and that we'd be relying on this 5 year insurance plan that costs $235 to prevent ourselves from repurchasing the chairs. When we asked about how we clean the unique fabric of the chairs we were again ignored and directed to the insurance. When we asked to see the insurance details in writing (so that we knew what we were paying $200 for) the management rolled their eyes at us and sighed saying that it was a new plan and they didn't have any material in the store. When we addressed their eye rolling and said we don't just throw our money away -- they reassured us by explaining how Ashley Home Store is A+ on the BBB and that we can trust everything they say cause it's too risky for them to conduct bad business by lying to us. Then in the next sentence they lied to us and said the delivery guys would come with a packet of information detailing exactly what we bought into. We believed them and went ahead with the purchase because of it. Low and behold, when the guys delivered the chairs to us they laughed and said, "The sales people at Ashley are constantly making up stuff that we do...one time they said we bring complimentary leather conditioner for the leather couches." We still don't know what we paid $200 for. I thought I'd receive something in the mail by now and I haven't so I'm going to have to go back in the store and uncomfortably talk to the sales person and management that were frustrated with our questions. I wanted to write this review, because this place has a 4.8 stars due to the quality of furniture and I agree they have nice stuff. But I feel like if you don't just agree to everything the sales person says and buy into the credit card, and buy into the insurance that you may be getting ripped off. So this is a cautionary tale. I'm sure there are a lot of furniture stores that also sell great furniture without all of the other stress that comes with dealing with people incentivized by pushing credit cards and insurance on its customers. TLDR; 2/5 stars - good furniture; overly salesy & misleading staff.

I have been looking for a couch for approximately two years never quite found anything that would be suitable for my home, that is until I found Ashley furniture. The sales representative immediately helped me find the type and style of couches I was looking for and then gave me time to review all my choices. She explained how there was a sale and that she would be happy to go over with me pricing so that I can stay within my budget. I was able to purchase a couch and an additional recliner with the money I saved from the sale. Now I will be heading back to Ashley furniture to purchase some Accessory items!
Tereible service. Sales rep knew nothing of the big deals for Presidents day. Bought a sectional and was told 2 weeks on delivery. They cancelled saying it would be 3 weeks. So we wait....... And the time comes for that delivery and they cancelled again. At this time we were going to cancel our order. Magically they have our things. The corporate and locals need to have a better system for there communicating. Still waiting on ottoman...... Won't be racing to Ashley in the future.
I hate that store bad experience bought a living room set in November had it delivered in December the switch is bad came to house said they would order a part for couch they called last week saying they ordered the part but it will take 90 to 120 days because they ordered the part overseas. Had couch since February and still have to wait 3 to 4 to 5 months before the part comes in!!!
Quick movers, in and out of a 3rd floor apt in 10 min-they drilled the feet to the couch and removed the garbage. So far the couch seems like great quality. Bummed that the coffee table isn't available for delivery for 2 more months. Looking forward to getting it!

The salesman lead us to the area we wanted to go and let us try out the different furniture and let us talk it out without bugging us. The delivery guys were very nice and quick. They don’t like to waste time which is a huge plus for us.
Sales experience was great, but don’t let it fool you. Daughter’s furniture was delivered 2 weeks ago, missing parts to put together. Was told by delivery men I would get a call within 24 hours to set up technician to come and bring parts/fix. Never got call. I have called store multiple times, and was told by associates I would get call by end of day. No return calls. Talked to customer service for delivery/repairs, spoke to Brenda I believe. She assured me this was her job to handle this, and she never got communications from store about my issues. Said they can order parts and if they can’t for some reason, they will deliver new since they have this in warehouse. Said she will call back. It has been 3 business days since I spoke to her. I have now contacted her manager to discuss, but had to leave message for return call, of course. I pretty much am ready to tell them to come and pick this up, and refund my money. I could buy this or similar elsewhere, without all their issues. Terrible experience. And yes, they charge you extra to get this delivered and go thru this.
We purchased an item and after purchasing the entire process was littered with poor service. I don't care to explain it all as it would take too long but below are things that happened. -damaged drywal -damaged table (they had to deliver another one) -wobbly chair (they wanted to repair instead of price brand new chair) -no call backs on 5 separate occasions for various topics spanning 1 month. -financed us for 24 months instead of requested 12 months -Manager will not call back, 3 separate occasions. -Spoke to manager once. . . would not price match due to 24 finance verse 12 mo finance rule. -no call back from district manager -Manger incorrectly told me to call corporate about price matching. . . buy according to corporate they do not handle any local store level matters because they are corp Ashley and the store is franchise Ashley. I assume store manager knew this? -corp store gave me number to call to solve matters for franchise but that number told me that they do not do anything for the stores. Overall the entire store is just poorly run. . . sales staff are really nice but that's normal. My only hope is that the table is not of poor quality. But the silver lining is that due to their refusal to price match, and according to their policy, the item is completely FREE. I do wish they would have honored their price match policy, but on the flip side, free furniture is hard to complain about. I would have preferred a more friendly interaction though while paying the fair price.

The furniture I purchased had problems from the beginning and I kept calling customer service with issues. Fabric stretching on seat and back and not holding it's shape, tears in fabric, ottoman's top cushion not staying on top, kept sliding over the side, back cushions didn't have enough polyfil so they didn't retain their shape. They always had different responses about the problems I was having, my pieces were from overseas and it would take months to repair, my pieces weren't properly coded so that I could get a replacement, that's normal wear. My calls were never returned, and when I called it was always "I do apologize" every single time. I was the one calling relentlessly for an entire year only to have a technician come out 3 times to try to fix the problem and him actually tell me that it wasn't going to help, it was how it was made. Finally, after a year, they agreed to take it back minus 15% restocking and delivery fees. I agreed, to get it done and over with, only it wasn't. They picked up the furniture on September 10. On September 28, I called for an update. Alyssa Crawford (Customer Care Manager) said I was given a refund on September 11, it could take 2 billing cycles to post. What?! I called my credit card, they said no, it only takes 48-72 hours. I waited and waited and contacted Alyssa Crawford again, she stopped responding. I had a very difficult time getting her to call me back when it was escalated to her many months prior. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card. In December, Rachel Neumann (Accounting Department) said yes, I was due a refund. But she wouldn't credit my account til this dispute was resolved. Seriously? It took 3 months for them to credit my account with constant vigilance on my part. I will NEVER EVER make a purchase from Ashley Homestore again.
