BE AWARE!!! In October I purchased a sofa to be delivered to my apartment. The first one came damaged ripped in more than one place. I had that one sent back. I was going to cancel the sale and get my money back. Ashely Furniture would not let that happen. I had to get the sofa. The second one came a little better but not much. I wanted to send it back but the driver told me that all the sofas look like that and there is nothing wrong with it. I figured I have the warranty if anything happens. Well, it did. The sofa was very uncomfortable; nothing like the one I tried in the store. If I sat on one side of the sofa I fell over on my side, the middle has no cushion and the reclining is terrible. I called and explained that the sofa was bad, that it is damaged and Ashely Furniture REFUSED to send over someone to look at it. I was told that they don’t cover such issues. That it is not part of the warranty. How can the fact that the sofa is damaged not be part of the warranty? When I moved a few days later, I found a screw under the sofa. There is nothing else there the screw had to come from the sofa. I called Ashely Furniture back and told them that I found a screw and they need to send someone over. Well, Ashely DOES NOT cover your furniture if you move. It voids your warranty. This is NOT something that they tell you when you purchase. Regardless of the fact that I called before I moved, they still REFUSED to send someone. So now I have a sofa I paid for that I can’t use. Ashely Furniture has lost my business, not just at their stores but the brand that sales in other stores.

I spent $2000 on a sectional did the cushion broke within two months still waiting for replacement part five months after I would never do business with these people again…… I did call you in December and 2 days ago… you told me the manufacture does not have the part to make my furniture…. I was told months ago it will be delivered after Christmas 2025

As soon as I walked into the store the greeter greeted me with a welcome to Ashley furniture and he said it with a smile and he was very friendly. The sales person that helped my daughter out in Florida while I was there looking for a mattress, which I found extra firm called cleveland to order the mattress, and I met the sales person who she talked to here in cleveland, he was so friendly and nice to talked to your cleveland ashley furniture employee are so nice.

He was able to answer all my questions and if he wasn’t certain about a specific question, he found the answer and got back to me expeditiously. Although I spent more money than I planned, Quincy made the process trouble free.

The Mayfield Hts. store is huge! I went there to take advantage of Black Friday sale to purchase a leather power recliner. Although I knew exactly what I wanted, Danielle was very helpful in finalizing the sale. (Leesworth Power Leather Recliner sale price $599). Can't wait for it to be delivered (maybe sooner than the day after Christmas).

Doing some furniture shopping on Black Friday weekend. Ashley has some great deals. Just looking for some inexpensive furniture to replace some old furniture. There were tons of choices. The sales person was there to answer questions but not just following us around. Very good experience.

We went in looking to spend an old coupon, and Ashley did not disappoint! We were welcomed by Q, a friendly and charming employee who asked what we needed and allowed us to explore without hovering. Even when we ran into some logistical issues, they were handled with grace and understanding. In the end, we got what we were looking for and dealt with an angel of human! The rest of the staff was also very understanding and supportive. You will be taken care of. If you go to Ashley in Mayfield ask for Q :)

If there would be a zero star for rating I would give Ashley Home Stores a zero. I would not recommend the Ashley store, their policy on returns is actually does not exist. You can not return the product, even if there is a problem. I bought a mattress that sags and does not provided needed support. After 3 inspections ( they ignored first 2, but excepted the 3rd, because it said want they wanted it to say). They refused the return, but offered an exchange for another Ashley product. From my bad experience with the store I am very reluctant to do that. I do not trust the quality of their products.

I walked into Ashley Furniture for the very first time on October 26, 2025. Upon entry I was greeted by Quincy. I gave him my reason for visiting the store, while what I originally was looking for wasn't in the store, he asked me to look around which I proceeded to do. I was in need of a 9×12 rug and I found the perfect one at an awesome price. I will be returning for a piece of furniture I fell in love with.

After shopping at 5 stores total, I chose Ashley/Mayfield not only because they had what I wanted, good quality furniture, and great pricing, but because of my Sales person Danielle. She made the entire process fun. She was informed, professional and so incredibly helpful. I really felt like I was hanging out with a friend. Positive experience at Ashley Store

We worked with “Q” on getting information and the viewing of new bedroom sets, including transitioning to a king bed. We came in just fact-finding, and walked out with a beautiful and very exciting $10k bedroom set… and that’s after sale prices and discounts! Q was exceedingly helpful, kind and patient. Not to mention very knowledgeable. Delivery is only in two weeks, so we’ll see how that goes.

Purchased Larce sectional 3 piece and got fast delivery same week I ordered. Loving it so far, super comfortable and looks great in my living room. Hopefully the furniture stands the test of time. Very happy with my purchase!!

We both went to a computer I saw the chair I wanted but long time wait for back order. He then took me to a chair that was allmost exactly like the other, I tried it out and bought it. She showed perfect mattresses which was in my budget and fulfilling requirements. Within few minutes we zeroed in on the mattress and she provided competitive price as well. The customer service I received from Alicia was Excellent 😊I found a nice quality sofa within my budget and received a discount on my delivery and a free gift. You can't beat that!! I hadn't purchased furniture in a while these finance companies terms are outrageous if you don't pay off the item in 90 days there going to literally charge the consumer 2x wich is also outrageous be warned when dealing with Synchrony finance company you can only use the credit account at the store where you opened it they advertise as if you can use it at any furniture store that except their card. Ashley is a private label so even if you have an account with Synchrony you have to reapply at their locations inwich Synchrony will deny you because you already have a account with them in speaking with a customer service agent from that company she admitted they don't tell the customers this and they should.

We have an Ashely's much closer to home, but we happened to be out running errands and popped into this location. Allison Sponseller greeted us at the entrance with such a welcoming smile. We had already done a bit of sofa/loveseat shopping, so we knew what we wanted to see...again. Allison was so helpful. Sat with us for a bit in the seating area, shared her experience with the product, laughed about life, walked us through financing options, and when we decided to move forward set up delivery and made the paperwork process so easy. But let me additionally say, this girl goes above and beyond because, I got home and had doubts about the color I chose. I reached out and inquired if I could bring home a throw pillow of each to see it in my space. She called the store closet to me, had it arranged, and the sales folks at that location knew exactly what I needed when I arrived. Thank goodness too because I ultimately went to an alternative color than what I had already order. I let Allison know, and she took care of everything. We have a couple weeks before delivery, but let me tell you, I would go back to Allison time and time again for her assistance. No pressure, no creepy sales guy, just a really smart and kind human trying to help out her customers. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Excellent salesman

I'd like to start off by saying my wife and I had a pleasant experience with the salesperson Alicia. She helped us pick out the dining room set that we wanted. Other than the sale experience everything else with this company has been a complete nightmare. It started off with our original delivery date being pushed back twice in which case we have to wait around 2 and 1/2 months for the delivery to come to our house. Once we finally did get the delivery scheduled there was a mishap with their scheduling service which made the delivery date and time very difficult for my wife and I to be home. Once that delivery was made we found out that they delivered the incorrect chairs which added another 3 weeks for us to wait for them to deliver the correct chairs. Finally we had the delivery date scheduled for the correct chairs to only find out when the delivery guy showed up they didn't have the correct chairs because they had delivered them to the previous stop. Granted they went back to the previous stop and grabbed the correct chairs and brought them to our home so I'm not going to blame the delivery guys for anything. All in all this was a very unpleasant experience with a multi-billion dollar company which should operate above reproach having the type of finances that they have. I will not recommend this company to my friends or family.

I was looking for fabric recliner sofa and loveseat and was pleased with the selections. Issac provided great service for me. He was not pushy or clingy but provided general informational and answered specific questions. He also provided resources to conclude the sale. Prices and quality are good.

Ashley furniture has eye dropping pieces, and the prices are affordable. I bought a sofa, I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes, I will definitely be back.

I was expecting to either be greeted by a disinterested sales person or one who was going to be my shadow not allowing me to think as I shopped. I was greeted, welcomed and offered assistance as soon as walked through the door by Alicia. She was smiling and engaging. As a result I felt at ease. I appreciated the direction to what I was looking for. She said she would check with me later. I liked being left alone to browse without being pestered. She did check in to see if I had any questions. By that time I did and made my purchase. I’m rating five stars because I had a pleasant shopping experience.

My salesperson was Danielle. She explained the details about the furniture and provided payment options. I explained I was purchasing a home and would return to place the order. We kept in touch regarding when I would return to place the order, placed the order with Danielle’s assistance and received notification two days later what day and time to expect my delivery! Danielle was so amazing during this process and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Whenever I am in need of more furniture I will not hesitate to ask for Danielle.

I’ve been doing a remodel in my living room since March of this year. I’ve been to EVERY furniture store many times over since March, including Ashley. When I walked into Ashley a little over a week ago, I was extremely exhausted and sooooo ready for this search to be over! That day, I walked in needing a coffee table and end table. I absolutely loathe being bombarded at the door the moment I walk in the door. However, that day I walked into Ashley, I was greeted by Lizzie. She simply let me know that I was seen and then she walked away and gave me the space I needed to browse. After looking around the store I approached her for further assistance and the rest is history! She was willing to work with me on pricing, and I was FINALLY able to put a period on this task! Whew! Not a bad business, salesperson Daniele and the mgr were great in the sale of my bed, and Daniele was great in trying to help me resolve my issue. The company used for the delivery was super. Should I buy from them again, I will request they use the same delivery company.

I usually shop at value city furniture but since Ashley had a similar set I wanted for $500 cheaper I went with them to my understanding quality was the same . They both had the same ish delivery dates . I paid for the furniture just to get a call a few days later for them to tell me I won’t get the furniture for another 30 DAYS AFTER the expected delivery date SMH ! I ask for a refund so I can go to value city and get what I want in the time frame I want it and they said I have to contact the sales person smh. I believe they just tell you a good delivery date just to get you to buy the furniture, than make you jump through hoops for a refund ! I will stick to value city or online furniture shopping for the future never Ashley again !!

He realized that we were in a tight position with small doorways, so that limited our options. He figured out that the recliners come apart & that they could fit the sofa through the doorways. We purchased one on the spot! It’s beautiful & it was on sale for an amazing price.! I have furniture in my house from Ashley, so I know the durability & comfort that they have. It will be delivered in 5 days & I couldn’t be happier!

After experiencing several delays I've decided that this company doesn't appreciate their customers and the inconveniences these delays bring. I'll no longer be buying anything else from this company. Furthermore, this isn't the first time I've been subjected to such subpar customer service. Same incidents occurred two years ago. Purchased furniture June 25th and it's now August 7th ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ and I still DON'T have a delivery date for the bed‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ UPDATED INFORMATION: AS OF TODAY SEPTEMBER 6TH I HAVE BEEN GIVEN TWO DELAYED DELIVERY DATES FOR THE BEDROOM CHEST REPLACEMENT THAT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED IN AUGUST ‼️‼️‼️. FIRST DATE OCTOBER 15TH AND NOW OCTOBER 29TH. ASHLEY FURNITURE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU EVER AGAIN ‼️
