sales people were helpful enough and the store was nice. But after making my purchase they double charged my card and then told me well it'll only take 10-12 business days to get the money back. The transaction took on the first swipe and I said hey it took but they proceeded to run it again. Will not be shopping here ever again

I’m Italian and these are both Italian names. So not only are the exactly what we wanted they have the Italian names🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thank you so much. Waiting to purchase a new sofa. We purchased a recliner for over $1,000 for our nursery. The sales process was great, but the follow-through was not. Once in the space, it was clear the chair was far too large. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture to see about returning or exchanging it for something smaller, I was told it should have been refused at delivery—no flexibility, no effort to help. We had planned to continue giving them business, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back. Disappointing customer service.

Furniture received was defective. When you sit on them, they sink down and make a noise. When I had them send out an employee, he told me they were broken and would replace them. When he made his report, he said nothing was wrong with them.

We had a very good experience purchasing an Ashley mattress today. Amanda was who I first spoke to by phone and then having to leave for the day she set us up with Annabelle. She already knew what we can looking for and showed us a few styles. She was so nice and was able to answer all of our questions. My experience with Ashley was fantastic!! Nicole was my sales person. She was awesome. First time in the store I found the living room set, couch loveseat and recliner, that I wanted and loved it. Nicole came over introduced herself. She answered a couple of my questions then left me alone for a bit - no pressure sales at all. When she did come back, I told her I wanted to shop around. After I left the store, I had several questions for her which I texted her, and she got back with me pretty much immediately every time with my answers. I went to two other stores was not pleased at all and came back to Ashley and had Nicole write up the order. Nicole never once made me feel bad for so many questions. Delivery time was fantastic and the delivery man that came were awesome as well. The whole furniture process was absolutely wonderful. Nicole made it very easy and the other staff greeted me when I came in. I bought furniture before from Ashley‘s and I will continue to do it in the future

We went to Ashley Furniture in Medina on Mothers Day, expecting the sales that the website advertised. Come to find out the store we went to wasn’t owned by corporate (i.e. the website is corporate), so they don’t run the same sales listed on the website. With that said, we worked with Troy in-store and told him how we had gotten our hopes up based on the website sales/ads, not understanding the reality/difference between corporate stores vs franchised stores. Troy talked us through all of our options in detail, helping us understand any price cuts we could take advantage of (eg protection plan, delivery fees), in-store discount negotiations, and financing options, and we ended up getting an even better price than we could have gotten online. He completely made my mom’s day, and we’re SO grateful he was able to make what she wanted come true for us!

I stopped in to Ashley Furniture in Media a couple of weeks ago and met with a sales woman named Ali! She was really lovely and was able to answer all of our questions very well! I was interested in getting a coffee table and couches at the time and looked around at all other options. I found one I was interested in but wanted to think on it. I provided her with my information to stay in contact with me if something else were to come up she thinks I would Be interested in. Ali ended up contacting me when the coffee table went on sale. Very great customer service and I will recommend her to anyone that wants to get new furniture from Ashley or just in general! I came back to the store and ended up leaving with a couple couches and the coffee table/end table after she had texted me about them. Very happy with my purchase and will be coming back in the future! Will recommend Ali and Josh to anyone moving forward!

Such a lovely experience here! I was so nervous to get a pushy sales person as this was my first time looking for a couch and I can be so indecisive, luckily all the salespeople here were super nice, not pushy, but so incredibly helpful. Annabelle was able to help me find exactly what I needed in my price range. I didn’t buy the same day and was able to decide later after looking at a few other places. It was very convenient to be able to do everything through text from bargaining to making the payment. So far my experience has been great!

Having never shopped at Ashley, everything was new to us. We had an idea from the website of the pieces we were interested in, and Lilly was very helpful in showing different options as well as keeping our bottom line in place. In the end, we were able to get one piece we were wanting, and negotiated for another piece which was better than our initial choice. Lilly was very informative of pet protection and financing plans, and then coordinating the delivery schedule. A nice, easy experience.

The team in the Medina store is wonderful. However, the QUALITY of the pieces from Ashley are not great. My husband ordered a chair from Ashley, when it arrived I was able to see the staples down one entire side of the chair, in the front, the chair was not finished the same way from one side to the other and strings were hanging out of it. I called Ashely, they were wonderful to work with on the customer service side. They ordered a new chair to be delivered today. Only to have similar craftsmanship issues. This time the pipping detail on the arm of the chair was not secured and it is right where you would use the arm. AGAIN not problem with the store, the customer service or the delivery, but the product we ordered was just not constructed well. How it passed inspection is beyond me, as the tag is attached right next to the flaw. Attaching pictures. A $600 side chair should not be falling apart when it is BRAND NEW. It should not have pulls in the fabric, you shouldn't see staples and have the entire backing of the chair loose. The piping should be secured to the arm. These are supply chain problems/ quality control. I am trying to let them make this right, but I won't buy from Ashley again.

I had given Ashley store in Medina five stars because they eventually price matched a rocking chair from another store after some finagling. The problem is I got the chair and the sewing was crooked on the back panel so I called them back and they said they would happily replace it. I waited about a month and I did get a replacement chair. This chair was sewn correctly however it had a strange odor/smell. It smelled like maybe men’s cologne or something else, but it made me sneeze.. I covered the chair with baking soda to try to get the smell out after a weekend and vacuuming up all the baking soda still has this Nasty smell now they did say they would replace it again, but it’s kind of a pain because the people who brought it in the house, although very nice, tracked in a lot of snow. So I’m wondering why this chair smells. Are they used pieces? Unsure of what I’m going to do next. I changed my five stars to two.

Outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Shane who was very nice and knowledgeable about the items I was inquiring about. I came back the following day to place an order and Shane was busy with another customer but CW stepped in and assisted Shane with completing my order. I called back a few days later because my order delivery would take a little longer than I expected I was able to speak with DJ who went above and beyond to help me change my entire order and still get me a great delivery timeframe! Very nice store. We had never been in there before and we were in need of a new couch so we went in looking around and because it was explained to us how well it is built and that it will last a long time and that would be a good investment to buy from Ashley, so we did I hope when we do get our new couch on 23 September that it does still meet our expectations. Ashley should check back with their customers when they receive their product to make sure that it is what they expected to receive, and that they Are happy with their purchase. As of now, I can’t tell you whether I’m happy with my purchase or not because I haven’t gotten it yet. Set it up in my home yet or sat on it in my home yet I just sat on it at the store for a few minutes , the price was very good and they did work with us. There was a good sale going on for Labor Day weekend which we weren’t aware of that and everyone there couldn’t do enough for you.

My wife and I were very picky and had specific needs, and Michael worked with us for hours figuring out what styles and dimensions work in our home, and it all looks BEAUTIFUL!! We also brought up how poor sleep we get, and he said he knew just how to fix it.. He fit us for a mattress and pillow and knew so much about each one and explained what each mattress did! 0 Stars, Beware, Read your warranty, ask questions about your purchase, especially pick up versus delivery. I ordered a recliner there 7 months ago, for my disabled brother, it came in and was picked up in November 2023 ( 1 year manufacturer warranty parts & labor) it stopped reclining 2 weeks ago. I called regarding the manufacturer warranty and was told this: Since I picked it up when it came in to the store instead of paying for delivery, only the parts are covered, they will no longer cover the labor that is $75/hour! They did give me a few another options, they will send a tech to my brothers residence for $75/hour or ( and this one is great, nothing like making you jump through hoops) they will gladly honor the entire warranty if I take a picture of the underside of the recliner, send it to them via email, wait for a reply on how they will proceed, they will send the parts that they think it may need to my residence, then I can drive to my brothers residence where I can load the recliner, take the parts I have and drive it to the store where they will fix for free. Are you kidding?? Here's a novel idea, how about you be honest and up front with your customers, at no time did anyone from the Ashley store mention that if you pick up your purchase you void half the manufacturers warranty!! Shame on you!

I was not able to get to the store in time to place an order so I called for help. CW took my order, verified the availability of the item I was trying to purchase, and completed it without any issue. Instead of leaving me on hold, he called me back once everything was taken care of and sent me my receipt. All of my questions were answered completely and quickly. Hands down, this was the easiest interaction I’ve had in a long time. This is our third purchase from this store and I will definitely return. The NEW Ashley Store in Medina is a wonderful and welcome change to what once was an Ashley Outlet Storefront. The building has been completely remodeled and it it's beautiful! I usually don’t like leaving reviews, but I thought this could help someone out. Don’t buy from any Ashley Home store. If you do don’t buy in-store, go online. Jimmy was the sales men that helped up. They tried to scam me out of $1000. I knew something wasn’t right when I checked the receipt. A 4 piece sectional shouldn’t be $3500. I checked online price and it was $1000 cheaper and not even on sale. In-store delivery fee is $399, and online is $270. In-store one modular sectional piece is $999, online is $600. They did price match in-store once I confronted. I do not recommend going to Ashley Home store especially going in-store. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Incredible value. I was able to completely furnish my mother‘s new independent living suite with bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture for just $3000! That included sales tax and delivery. They were also very flexible with what they knew my goal was. For example, I needed everything in place by March 1. When the sales rep learned, one of the chairs would not be available by then, they let me have the one off the showroom floor.

Kyara is an amazing person. She is so down to earth and pleasant and easy to talk too. This was my 2nd time with her and she remembered some of the conversation we had the first time and it really was nice that she remembered and asked. It felt like she was genuine in her actions and really cares about what she does and her customers.

First time in the store. I ended up buying a pouf (small ottoman) - not what I went in to look for. Afterwards, I was concerned I overpaid. After some research, I realize the price was very reasonable. My husband wants one now. Haha!!

We purchased a new couch, chair, and tables from Mattie. She was very professional and helpful. She let us know that our tables were no longer available so we ordered different ones. Then she helped with the pricing difference as well. We highly recommend asking for her when you go in.

Walked in hoping to find the perfect lay-about couch..and I did! Perfect replacement with a reverse sided lay down cushion...meaning it could go on either side of the couch. Waiting for delivery, now.

Saw a small cabinet we liked at their Medina outlet store during their VIP sale marked down to something like $247 and even borrowed a tape measure. A day later I checked for it on their web site, and it's $159.99 marked down from their normal price of $179.99. Not accepting pandemic shortages as an excuse anymore when price gouging like this is so obvious. Also have to say I was bothered when a slovenly young male employee more than half my age called me "boy" twice during the visit. In my case this was casually ageist (but not racist), like calling an older woman "Honey".

I stopped by Ashley Outlet just to look at recliners. I was greeted at the door by the salesperson Stephanie. She showed me some of the options. I wasn't seeing anything I liked so she began searching on her computer and found what I needed. Delivery is in less than 2 weeks which is phenomenal.

Michael was my salesman and he was above and beyond, he not only helped my grandma pick out the perfect set for her house, but also was amazing at explaining all the features about the furniture and she would not stop talking about him for a whole week, thank you Michael!

Absolutely a rip off. Buyer beware. I bought a couch and love seat. With the 5 year warranty. Get it home and unbox it, tear in the arm of the love seat. Called fir a simple resolution and they scammed me and said I would have to pay out of pocket to have someone come out to look at it and it wasn't returnable.

Beware if you apply and receive an Ashley Furniture credit card directly from Ashley Furnitures web site it cannot be used at this store. 6-12 wks to receive any furniture unless it's a floor model

First of all, Mattie was awesome. Non pressure sales. We told her we were memory foam mattress shopping but also wanted to just check out the store. She showed us where mattresses were and set us free. She checked in a few times and then we decided to buy a mattress’s The check out process took less than 10 min and there were 3 young gentleman who helped fold and load the mattress in my SUV. Great experience with staff and the sale!

Never again!!!!!!! We bought a table in may 2021. By end of 202 it was falling apart. We reached out in January because we bought a warranty. It was back and forth for MONTHS. Finally comes September 2022 and I call mad because nothing has been done. They say they are sending out tech. Tech gets sick. Next tech is a no call no show. WORST customer service. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

Worst quality control of any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a chest of drawers back in 2020 that came and one of the drawers was cracked. I ordered another chest of drawers in June of 2022 that came without a handle. I was told by the assembler that took a picture that one would be in the mail in the next week or so. It's the end of August and no handle or information that one is coming. I messaged and gave all the information and have been transferred 3 different times because people I am speaking to "do not have the authority to authorize" rectifying the situation. I just wanted what I ordered, apparently that is a lot to ask for.

We were taken care of by Owen Lawernce. He is new to the business we would never guessed. He listing skills are perfect and helped us find the sofa we were looking for. My next we purchase we will be asking for him.

Honestly the quality of Ashley furniture is horrible. My recliner broke in less than two years with light use. I would never recommend this brand. It is very overpriced for the (low) quality.

Andrew greeted us as soon as we walked in. And as he launched into his "sales mode", he accurately read just how involved (or not involved) we wanted him to be in our shopping experience. He was wonderful when we needed him, answered all our questions and offered very helpful information. He also joked with us, including being willing to take mom's firstborn (me) when she offered that as a payment method (thanks, mom, love you too!). We will shop here again and recommend Andrew to family and friends!

Over-priced

Ordered a living room set for our new house a few months ago and it finally got delivered a few days ago. When it was delivered I noticed many defects in both the tv stand and coffee table. They also forgot to give us pegs for the shelves that go in the coffee table. After contacting support they told me they would only give me $40 off the coffee table and tv stand or I can wait another 2 months to do an exchange. After spending approximately $1,000 I now have to sit here waiting for my items to arrive… very disappointed being a first time customer ☹️

Very disappointed in the transaction. Both with this location and Ashley franchise. Came in for a king bed and pillow top mattress. Salesman wrote it up wrong and received firm mattress. They admitted the mistake and re-ordered correct mattress. Mattress gets delivered and its correct pillow top but Queen size not King. I had to refuse it on delivery being stuck with firm mattress. At that point I was so fed up I just ordered a pillow topper from MyPillow.com. They had said it was a 10-20 week wait for bed frame. But I needed the box springs badly to lift mattress off ground because I have a 20+ week pregnant spouse. I ended up having to drive to Mayfield Heights to personally pick up the box springs. Not end of the world but really should have been delivered to Medina location at minimum. Then six months after purchase the bed frame was delivered but only received foot board and rails, no head board. Call Ashley and they said it arrived but was not shipped with frame and foot board. Finally delivered the head board but cost me two half days off work to be home for delivery. Meanwhile this Medina location has not called or kept me updated for 4 months now on this order. I have had to personally deal with Ashley Customer Service line in order to get what I ordered. I work in sales, I get it mistakes happen and things are on back order right now. Every part of this transaction was a nightmare! Save yourself the hassle and order from one of million other mattress stores in Medina!

The worst experience! Never shopping there again, waited 5 months for delivery.... and nothing!!!! Went past the contract date and they were more then happy to cancel my order. Mind you it was a bed set that I had purchased for Christmas for my son. No follow up, no eta on delivery or receiving. I’m pretty sure it was never ordered in the first place. Terrible customer service and business practice. BUYER BEWARE

I had ordered items at the Medina location worth over $10k in April/may 2021. After the sale was completed, I kept adding more .. but had strange experience everytime I went to the store ...the sales person was different and they(sales guys and store manager) blamed the original sales guy and the original store manager for making wrong commitments to me. The new store manager(Mr. Martinez) said...I don't know what they committed but, we won't do it...and THIS is how we operate. I asked to speak the the GM ( Ms. Nikki) who was part of the original sales and original commitments in 2021..and guess what ...was told she (Ms.Nikki) too was incorrectly commiting and she has quit working..... Now I had new staff,new store manager who override all the original commitments, that were made to me when I ordered a year back. Everytime I would ask for the current GM they would say she (Ms. April)is not in today...I was promised a call...8 weeks in ...no call. By the way I was still adding on to my order everytime I went in ( so was still spending more money) . My next visit I again asked for Ms. April NOT AVAILABLE TODAY . I now wanted to escalate and was told that Mr. Bob(Ms.April's supervisor) is unavailable today but they will ensure he calls me... 6 weeks in...no call. Last week I went to the store to pick few items that were setup as "store pickup" ..the store manager Mr. Matt(who was my sales guy when I added items a couple of months back)again promises a phone call from Ms April. My experience has been horrendous.. with hollow commitments for Mr. Martinez and Mr. Matt... Don't know if the messages are not cascading upstream OR If the leaders just don't care of customers. My ask is very simple...stick to what Ashley furniture told me when I signed the dotted line ... 1) Don't charge me for shipping..my order is still open and was told we will keep adding to it.... 2) Don't charge me for the 2 year service plan...I have already paid the maximum to get coverage. Everytime I ordered, I get a feeling that they do me a a favor - if they take my order. I recommend you decide /plan /document your interactions carefully when you go to the store.

Honestly it was THE BEST customer service ive ever experienced in my life and im not even being overexaggitory. Mattie was so kind and everyone within the store was fun, helpful and just put me in an amazing mood with how kind they where! We had an amazing experience through Ashley furniture store with Mattie being the one that helped us through our entire experience. She was beyond amazing and extremely helpful. Incredibly kind and so professional. Our couch came in perfect condition and is a great new feature to the house that has gotten lots of compliments.

I thought the prices would be better since it's an "outlet" store....not so much...friendly staff, clean store.

Salesperson gave us a price on an item and went to do the paperwork. Came back with a final price approximately 700 dollars more than he quoted. When questioned he stated that we had originally asked for a different item. When I explained that was not true, and questioned him as to why I would ask for a twin mattress, clearly knowing what size my bed is, he said that I was lying and that I did originally ask for the a twin mattress. I truly did not ask for a twin mattress. I don't even own a twin bed frame. Had a similar thing happen at another Ashely Outlet store when buying a table. Salesperson quoted a price, Drew up the paperwork and it was more than 500 dollars higher than the quoted price. Actually purchased the table because the salesperson had us convinced that we mixed up the pricing on a couple of tables we looked at. Die not make that mistake this time. Seems to be an Ashley Outlet practice. Won't shop there again.

Salesman tried to surcharge an additional 85% onto a bedroom set! He had two chances, “after talking to my manager.” Gentleman comes back with another number at 50% markup. His only reasoning after us showing him the price on their own website was; “Well, you would have to deal with 1-800 numbers to check the status.” I can’t make this stuff up. My man blew cash-in-hand customers trying to make over $1400 commission. Listen, Ashley HomeStore Outlet in Medina, people are not as dense as your salespersons would relish them to be. Please do yourself a favor & pre-build online or go somewhere else.

I purchased a 5 piece firepit set within a month realized that i had 2 chairs that were bent . My chairs are steel . I called Ashley's and they sent me parts and a repair guy. Their repair guy recommended not installing the repaired part because they sent me a unfinished part. I called a second time same type of part came back unfinished. My chairs have not been fixed and it has been over a year with plenty of calls text, emails. Worst company I have EVER dealt with !!! If I could give them no stars I would

I have never had this poor of service anywhere. Hell not even Walmart. I ordered furniture, it took months longer then the due date. I ordered a 3 pc set and one PC is the wrong color. I was suppose to get a $100 refund for the trouble, it has been 3 months and till no refund. Terrible service. Would never shop here again!

Nice looking store, but way over priced for an outlet store.

We went to Ashley Homestore earlier this weekend in search of a purple mattress. Mattie took us through a review of different options so we could make the best choice. She did a great job educating us on the differences in each option and if there was a question she did not know the answer to, she was able to check and provide a quick response. She was not pushy at all and honestly it was because of her that we came back a few days later to purchase the purple mattress. We would not hesitate to go back to this location and work with Mattie again for future needs.
