Ordered a living room set for our new house a few months ago and it finally got delivered a few days ago. When it was delivered I noticed many defects in both the tv stand and coffee table. They also forgot to give us pegs for the shelves that go in the coffee table. After contacting support they told me they would only give me $40 off the coffee table and tv stand or I can wait another 2 months to do an exchange. After spending approximately $1,000 I now have to sit here waiting for my items to arrive… very disappointed being a first time customer ☹️

Andrew was a great help. Called in with the item of furniture we needed and no only did he go above and beyond to assist us but even found one that was in stock we could purchase right away. Extremely appreciative of his help!

Very disappointed in the transaction. Both with this location and Ashley franchise. Came in for a king bed and pillow top mattress. Salesman wrote it up wrong and received firm mattress. They admitted the mistake and re-ordered correct mattress. Mattress gets delivered and its correct pillow top but Queen size not King. I had to refuse it on delivery being stuck with firm mattress. At that point I was so fed up I just ordered a pillow topper from They had said it was a 10-20 week wait for bed frame. But I needed the box springs badly to lift mattress off ground because I have a 20+ week pregnant spouse. I ended up having to drive to Mayfield Heights to personally pick up the box springs. Not end of the world but really should have been delivered to Medina location at minimum. Then six months after purchase the bed frame was delivered but only received foot board and rails, no head board. Call Ashley and they said it arrived but was not shipped with frame and foot board. Finally delivered the head board but cost me two half days off work to be home for delivery. Meanwhile this Medina location has not called or kept me updated for 4 months now on this order. I have had to personally deal with Ashley Customer Service line in order to get what I ordered. I work in sales, I get it mistakes happen and things are on back order right now. Every part of this transaction was a nightmare! Save yourself the hassle and order from one of million other mattress stores in Medina!

The worst experience! Never shopping there again, waited 5 months for delivery.... and nothing!!!! Went past the contract date and they were more then happy to cancel my order. Mind you it was a bed set that I had purchased for Christmas for my son. No follow up, no eta on delivery or receiving. I’m pretty sure it was never ordered in the first place. Terrible customer service and business practice. BUYER BEWARE

I had ordered items at the Medina location worth over $10k in April/may 2021. After the sale was completed, I kept adding more .. but had strange experience everytime I went to the store ...the sales person was different and they(sales guys and store manager) blamed the original sales guy and the original store manager for making wrong commitments to me. The new store manager(Mr. Martinez) said...I don't know what they committed but, we won't do it...and THIS is how we operate. I asked to speak the the GM ( Ms. Nikki) who was part of the original sales and original commitments in 2021..and guess what ...was told she (Ms.Nikki) too was incorrectly commiting and she has quit working..... Now I had new staff,new store manager who override all the original commitments, that were made to me when I ordered a year back. Everytime I would ask for the current GM they would say she (Ms. April)is not in today...I was promised a call...8 weeks in call. By the way I was still adding on to my order everytime I went in ( so was still spending more money) . My next visit I again asked for Ms. April NOT AVAILABLE TODAY . I now wanted to escalate and was told that Mr. Bob(Ms.April's supervisor) is unavailable today but they will ensure he calls me... 6 weeks call. Last week I went to the store to pick few items that were setup as "store pickup" ..the store manager Mr. Matt(who was my sales guy when I added items a couple of months back)again promises a phone call from Ms April. My experience has been horrendous.. with hollow commitments for Mr. Martinez and Mr. Matt... Don't know if the messages are not cascading upstream OR If the leaders just don't care of customers. My ask is very simple...stick to what Ashley furniture told me when I signed the dotted line ... 1) Don't charge me for order is still open and was told we will keep adding to it.... 2) Don't charge me for the 2 year service plan...I have already paid the maximum to get coverage. Everytime I ordered, I get a feeling that they do me a a favor - if they take my order. I recommend you decide /plan /document your interactions carefully when you go to the store.
