I had an amazing experience with Tyler! SO helpful, professional and informative! He made us feel very comfortable and welcome as soon as we walked in the store. He gave me so much good advice to help me find the perfect mattress for my toddler and even recommended other amazing mattresses for me in the future. I’m so excited for my toddler to get his new mattress and I am so grateful for Tyler for helping me find the perfect one for him!
Employee provided incorrect information repeatedly but they won't do anything to fix the issue. Mattresses are allowed to be 5 inches too small or too big according to them. So our supposed to be 60 inch wide mattress that's barely 55 inches wide and doesn't fit correctly in the mattress frame we bought from Ashley isn't eligible to be exchanged until after 30 days...

Louis took the time to explain what the differences were between the different mattresses and that a different pillow also makes a difference in the way you sleep.
