EDIT: Now that we just discovered they signed us up for a credit card we specifically did not ask for, I'll be changing my review to one stars and begin the appropriate process of reaching out to the proper institutions. TL;DR - Everyone is nice and will tell you what they need to sell you the couch/bed/whatever. My partner and I went looking for a new couch. We actually stopped here first before shopping around. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Our salesperson was very great and welcoming and we felt comfortable in purchasing an item here. That was, until we slid our credit card. Our sales person told us the couch we purchased was "a feather core hybrid" and assured us that there would be no feathers coming out of the couch. We've had the couch for a few months, and I continue to get stabbed by feathers as they come out of the cushions. That was frustrating. They now continue to litter the floor of our house for our dogs to try and eat. We were also told that the couch would "Have connector pieces that would allow them to connect together." This was actually a buying condition for us, as the price we paid for this specific couch, may have netted us a couch with connectors AND internal storage. But we went with this couch because we were happy with our sales person and the buying experience to that point. Turns out, this was not the case. After it was dropped off and assembled, we were told that the couch did not have connection pieces, we had to buy and install them ourselves. This was also frustrating. Overall, we feel a little duped by this location. Everyone is friendly enough, but we were lied to about the couch's features. Not to mention, we felt like the minute we swiped our card, they just shooed us away. No follow up from our sales person who, I thought we were provided contact information for. Turns out, it was just corporate. I think this is the last item I'll purchase from this location.

Overall a decent experience. However things didn’t go as smoothly as I would’ve hoped. My adjustable frame doesn’t function. I didn’t get my end tables or coffee table. I also didn’t get the refund I requested. Michael was nice just didn’t follow through on promises. I spent $7500 and just wasn’t satisfied 😞

My sales rep, Michael was fantastic! Helped me easily find the right sofa and took the extra step to draw it on a piece of paper to make sure the layout would look nice, as well as help me search the entire store for perfect pillows to match. Only 2 pillows were in stock and so he called a nearby store where I was able to swing by and grab the other two I needed. He was very patient with my 2 year old daughter being with me as well. Ashley Furniture North Olmstead has great customer service, both sales women & manager were awesome. No pressure and accommodating. The exact kitchen table wasn't on the floor so she brought it up on the internet so I could confirm what I wanted. Delivery was a bit more then expected but the guys really accommodating. Thank you, I'm enjoying my new loveseat, desk, kitchen table/stools, server, and coffee table, the area rug fits well too.

The clearance section is not big at all. I drove 35 minutes because I was told its a outlet and they have more clearance was not impressed. The sales guy that helped was really nice and helpful I ended up getting what I was looking for. Not from the clearance section.

Went into Ashley just to “look around”. We were greeted by Joel who introduced himself and told us to let him know if we needed help or had questions. He was not pushy and checked in on us. We asked Joel no joke 50 questions and to price all 50 items we were interested in, maybe not 50, but felt like it. He did so without any questions or hesitation. After letting him know we wanted to think about it- he passed us his info and I let him know we would be back. Without pressure again he agreed. He was super friendly, knowledgeable , and very very customer oriented. Needless to say we went back that evening and what was supposed to be one touch turned into a $10,000 order. Highly highly recommend Joel and this team at Ashley. We will be back to buy more. If only every company provided the service that they did. Thanks Joel!

Terrible experience!!! The staff had absolutely no idea what they’re were doing, had to cancel and reapply 3 times then call and cancel my lease. Only to have the staff to laugh at me when I became frustrated and left. Spent 2 hours dealing with the nonsense for nothing!!!!! Edit: I still have not received a phone call Like I was promised.

Staff was friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was any of the power recliners you couldn't test out without a sales person plugging in a portable power unit.

I ordered a left facing chase and Right facing loveseat. The sales girl drew the pic and assured it was correct. Though put completely different order in. It showed up as 2 left facing pieces. Ended up keeping the chase, told it would take 3-4 weeks possibly for the other part. Luckily it took 1 week. So whole week with part of a couch. I sent a email to sales girl explaining what happened and requesting at least a refund for delivery fee since it was their mistake. Zero response! Will not be shopping here again.

Great service. If you’re looking for furniture, or in my case a carpet, the staff were so helpful and informative. It’s a league above other furniture stores when you’re trying to find something that meets your needs. And, as an outlet it’s great prices. We came back a third time to this location with better measurements and was taken care of professionally by Will each of the three times. However, with more accurate measurements, we were able to secure our next Right Facing Chaise 2 piece sectional with an added oversized ottoman, protection plan and delivery date. My wife and I purchased a king bed from Darrion(spell check) this week, he was truly awesome. If he didn’t have an answer he went and found out for us. We really appreciate the extra mile he went. Beware!!!!! They have NO authorized technicians in Ohio!!! We purchased an electric couch. 2 years later, it stopped working. Ashley states they do not have in repair technicians that n Ohio and could not provide any assistance whatsoever!! If you live in Ohio, think twice before purchasing from them. Update: Just to further clarify. There was a 1-year warranty. I have spoken to multiple customer service folks at Ashley. I will call again for a 4th time for an authorized dealer. The last person I spoke to called the authorized dealers in New York because there are none in Ohio of your product is out-of-warranty. I will update once I make the 4th phone call. Update: 4th phone call Rebecca was the customer service person I spoke to. She stated that the technicians they use are “in house” and only service items under warranty. When I told her that I had spoken to other local furniture stores and they ALL stated they had authorized technicians that serviced furniture purchased through them regardless of whether the furniture was under warranty or not. That is the kind of service you would expect from an upstanding provider!!!! Again…BEWARE!!!!’ My original statement stands.

We had a terrible experience with a DIFFERENT local furniture store and had to cancel our remaining furniture and went on the hunt for the replacements and landed on Ashley Outlet. We arrived very close to closing and was greated by Tyler. He was very up beat still for being at the end of the day. At no time did we feel pressured to hurry or like we were being stalked. When we had a question Tylernwas very close by to answer. We finally chose our 2 items and was cashed out efficiently. Tyler explained the pick up and delivery process to where there were no questions. They have a great team there. Our interaction with Tyler was phenomenal and even watching his co-worker with their customer having fun still even after closing time was a breath of fresh air. My only suggestion is to turn on the parking lot lights. When we arrived it was dark and there no lights on. Glad we stopped and stayed though, Ashley Oulet will be our first stop on our next purchase.

We got a great deal - a former floor model on clearance, plus Black Friday savings. Sales people (Christian in particular) were helpful, without any pressure. When a part went missing during delivery, they made it right immediately.

Hello. My niece was always an Ashley furniture fan. I had really paid no attention to the store until me and my girlfriend saw the outlet the other day. So we stopped in. Boy was I pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to deal with the staff. And even more they had furniture to my liking. So we did a bit of business. I'm glad we did. I would recommend Ashley's outlet to everyone.

This store is a SCAM! Walked in today. Wanted to buy two bedroom sets. We told the guy Mike Schmidt that we wanted exactly what we saw on the show floor. He said 1500 for the set. Then we asked him to give us a full size bed instead of the queen and to remove the chest. How was it still $1500 after removing an item and downsizing the bed I even voiced my concerns about how cheap and low quality the bedroom sets were at the store. He proclaimed that we can choose different quality in the sets that they have. They apparently range from low to high quality…🤔 Total for two bedroom sets 3k plus $300 shipping PLUS TAX (after downsizing the two beds and removing TWO items) I told him that nobody is gonna charge me shipping if I spend that amount with them and that the price didn’t make any sense after downsizing and removing 2 chest from both bedroom sets, how did the price stay the same? The dude sat there next to me and my wife speaking out loud saying “oh I can remove $40 off of this and I can remove $100 off of that” Me and my wife left right after that. He then texted my wife saying he could give us everything for 2950 out the door with shipping. We knew something was off with that dude Because when we asked to speak with the store manager he flat out told us he was the boss. We spent no more then five minutes on Ashely furnitures website and got everything we need for under 2k! The same bedrooms online from their own websites were cheaper than the apparent outlet store. 🤯 Don’t let these people play you. Be smart. Do your research. We even called their toll free number to confirm the model numbers. The guy wanted to charge me $150 for spring boxes. That are freaking $50 on Amazon. Come on man. Be better do better. The actually “boss” was walking around listening to him and allowed him to try and get over on us. Go try that ish somewhere else. ✌🏼

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and asked what I was interested in seeing. After introduction, I was directed to the appropriate area of the store and was told that he would be available for questions. I was left to browse without any pressure. When I had questions, he was very helpful.

I went to the Ashley store outlet to look at a particular couch listed online as outlet. When I arrived, the couch I wanted was not there but I worked with Elaine to find a couch that was similar and I found one that I liked. It was comfortable and the right size!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Leaving 3 stars since we’ve gotten 2 text messages to leave a review within 24 hours of our purchase. Our furniture will not arrive for 2 weeks, so pushing for a review so early seems strange.

If I could have it 0 stars I would. Worst quality. Worst warranty. I bought a couch, chair, and ottoman. ALL have broken, and continue to break. I’ve had my cousin who’s a carpenter tell me it’s horribly put together. I don’t have kids, I live by myself, and I’m not deliberately trying to tear it up. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I’ve told everyone I know to not ever buy from Ashley. Plus I’ve only had it for 2 years. STAY AWAY!!!!

Great experience

I had a bad experience a this store Ashley outlet north Olmsted on April 5th 2024. I Went there to buy a bookshelf and had a very nice gentleman ( salesman) who assisted me very respectfully and nicely. Until I mentioned that I have an account I am member with a line of credit and asked to retrieve it to my car When I went back the salesman place me with her supervisor (or manager) to verify my account so I can get an Idea of what should I pay if I were to finance or pay cash. When that Supervisor or manager pulled up my account she stated that my account was “on hold “ To my surprised why would it be if I am paying on time and even Have the store or the bank withdrawing their money to my savings every month. That lady ( manager or supervisor) had me with attitude and short words failing or not trained on how to properly communicate with customers. I supposed it was her very first issue of that magnitude and not being properly trained on how to manage those kind of situation. I was stunned by her lack of respect and rudeness meanwhile her subordinate couldn’t believe I was treated that way. I even opened my online account to show them that I am on autopay .. caus it might be an understatement or misunderstanding of information. Theft identity is real I was a victim and it might be that the bank might have being warned by the credit bureau to do that but I had never received any calls mails from TD bank concerning that matter. That same supervisor or manager couldn’t even confirm if TD bank would answer my call cause she replied “ I have nevertheless called them at that hour I wouldn’t Know “. I guess she is supposed to be the one to step in and advise any salesperson talking to a client being that offensive. Because for the record, clients are spending thousands of dollars in those stores and our good or bad deals keep them on payroll and make the business prosper. Respect and good treatment all time for clients and if they are undertrained to accomplish the job they should have help in thos situation where they have no clue how to respond help or react. I did many phone calls in front on both agents but with no success until I walked out the store caus it was time to close and not even a “thank you for coming we hope to see you soon “ from the alleged undertrained ( manager or supervisor) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I felt guilty for being a customer and for trying to buy at a store where I am already a client. That’s a shame. After a 30 minutes phone calls finally I had a customer representative from TD bank from the card department… She informed me that my account was on hold cause someone called last January and attempted to request a card under my name the put my account on hold but… TD never sent me a mail or phone call to inform me anything about the subject. She apologized to me on behalf of TD Bank and make sure she report it so I may not be mistreated or wrongly flagged for a bad guy trying to still from them…while attempting to buy a bookshelf for my books, just because I believe in education. TD bank’s customer service might not be the best, but better it is than what I have had at Ashley’s Outlet North Olmsted store today. Don’t get bitter, just get better. I believe Ashley’s funitures are the best but customers matters and good customer service is key . Thank you..!

Michael S. was my sales person in the north Olmsted store. He was so helpful and made the purchase so easy and pleasant. Will definitely be back to buy more from him. Fast forward two weeks- Michael was wonderful however both pieces I ordered came damaged. I planned on going back to buy a bedroom set, not after my experience. One piece the wheels were worn and used as was the piece. The other piece had a big chunk missing out of the front of the tv stand and a ball of tape wadded over it as if they knew it was there. They offered to replace but couldn’t get it to me til July. You have to wait weeks to get your money back also. The pieces I bought were available on Amazon, overstock, and several other sellers that are 60 dollars less than the outlet.i went to the outlet cause it was close to home. I regret it now. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere. It is my opinion that the outlet sells returned items, it’s the only thing that makes sense with my opinion experience. Buyer beware.

We were unable to find what we wanted (very specific request for a small space) but our Ashley employee had the manager assist her looking through their inventory whereby they found the perfect bed for my son's room. And our delivery was early and quick (great on a Saturday). Perfect.

Disappointed to discover the clearance price was the same price as regular website price although sign indicated that regular price was $900.00. They did knock a hundred off and sold me fabric package for the hundred so it ended up being the $499.00. Should have checked website before purchasing. Be aware and be an informed shopper.

I always seek out the “New Guy” when I make a purchase over $250. They always seem to try harder and are more chatty than the old hands.

Chhorn was very good. He took his time on both my pedi and my mani. The place is a bit “old” and can use updating, but the service and friendliness of those there was exceptional. Kerri did my mom’s mani and she was so patient with her because my mom didn’t really know what she wanted and didn’t know how to explain what she wanted. At the end, her nails looked beautiful and she was very happy with what Kerri did. Definitely recommend this place.
