Went to their flash sale on Saturday and gave us the best discounts and financing to help us upgrade my home! This is the seconding time getting furniture here and will always check here first to see the best deals and furniture they have to offer.

So after contacting another mattress company I contacted Ashley Furniture outlet. I spoke with Michael reguarding what I needed. He went and verified his in stock items and came back with price able clearance items in my range that I could do cash n carry. We went to the store and he showed me what he had and I went home with a new twin bed and box spring frame. He was excellent and funny. Very knowledgeable and friendly

He found us the best deal, got delivery all set up, and made the process very easy and quick. Highly recommend and ask for Ryan because he was great!!

My wife and I purchased a king bed from Darrion(spell check) this week, he was truly awesome. If he didn’t have an answer he went and found out for us. We really appreciate the extra mile he went. We won’t have the bed for another month, but assuming it gets delivered and installed ok. Our experience with the sales team was overall great

I stopped in to Ashley Outlet this morning to look at a loveseat I saw on line! They greeted me as I walked in but no sales pressure! I’ve saw a loveseat in clearance and went to Darione for help. He was amazing! Answered all my questions. And I purchased a love seat I love!

I came in the store in a panic with no furniture after just moving into our new home and then family wanting to come over for Christmas at the last minute, he helped me not only find furniture that was in stock that I could take home that day but he also helped me put together different pieces of beautiful furniture that made our house feel like a home! Michael, Ryan, and Tony were amazing and very careful as they loaded up the truck for me and made Christmas hosting a possibility for us! Thank you guys! Beware!!!!! They have NO authorized technicians in Ohio!!! We purchased an electric couch. 2 years later, it stopped working. Ashley states they do not have in repair technicians that n Ohio and could not provide any assistance whatsoever!! If you live in Ohio, think twice before purchasing from them. Update: Just to further clarify. There was a 1-year warranty. I have spoken to multiple customer service folks at Ashley. I will call again for a 4th time for an authorized dealer. The last person I spoke to called the authorized dealers in New York because there are none in Ohio of your product is out-of-warranty. I will update once I make the 4th phone call. Update: 4th phone call Rebecca was the customer service person I spoke to. She stated that the technicians they use are “in house” and only service items under warranty. When I told her that I had spoken to other local furniture stores and they ALL stated they had authorized technicians that serviced furniture purchased through them regardless of whether the furniture was under warranty or not. That is the kind of service you would expect from an upstanding provider!!!! Again…BEWARE!!!!’ My original statement stands.

We came in knowing what chair we wanted to purchase and it was not in stock. The salesperson, Tony, was very helpful and showed us the couch from that collection to sit in and get a feel for. Store is really nice and had a decent selection. I did not enjoy having a sales associate following me around like prey being stalked. So I knocked two stars off since it was very uncomfortable being followed while I walked around the whole store.

We had a terrible experience with a DIFFERENT local furniture store and had to cancel our remaining furniture and went on the hunt for the replacements and landed on Ashley Outlet. We arrived very close to closing and was greated by Tyler. He was very up beat still for being at the end of the day. At no time did we feel pressured to hurry or like we were being stalked. When we had a question Tylernwas very close by to answer. We finally chose our 2 items and was cashed out efficiently. Tyler explained the pick up and delivery process to where there were no questions. They have a great team there. Our interaction with Tyler was phenomenal and even watching his co-worker with their customer having fun still even after closing time was a breath of fresh air. My only suggestion is to turn on the parking lot lights. When we arrived it was dark and there no lights on. Glad we stopped and stayed though, Ashley Oulet will be our first stop on our next purchase.

We got a great deal - a former floor model on clearance, plus Black Friday savings. Sales people (Christian in particular) were helpful, without any pressure. When a part went missing during delivery, they made it right immediately.

Hello. My niece was always an Ashley furniture fan. I had really paid no attention to the store until me and my girlfriend saw the outlet the other day. So we stopped in. Boy was I pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to deal with the staff. And even more they had furniture to my liking. So we did a bit of business. I'm glad we did. I would recommend Ashley's outlet to everyone.

This store is a SCAM! Walked in today. Wanted to buy two bedroom sets. We told the guy Mike Schmidt that we wanted exactly what we saw on the show floor. He said 1500 for the set. Then we asked him to give us a full size bed instead of the queen and to remove the chest. How was it still $1500 after removing an item and downsizing the bed I even voiced my concerns about how cheap and low quality the bedroom sets were at the store. He proclaimed that we can choose different quality in the sets that they have. They apparently range from low to high quality…🤔 Total for two bedroom sets 3k plus $300 shipping PLUS TAX (after downsizing the two beds and removing TWO items) I told him that nobody is gonna charge me shipping if I spend that amount with them and that the price didn’t make any sense after downsizing and removing 2 chest from both bedroom sets, how did the price stay the same? The dude sat there next to me and my wife speaking out loud saying “oh I can remove $40 off of this and I can remove $100 off of that” Me and my wife left right after that. He then texted my wife saying he could give us everything for 2950 out the door with shipping. We knew something was off with that dude Because when we asked to speak with the store manager he flat out told us he was the boss. We spent no more then five minutes on Ashely furnitures website and got everything we need for under 2k! The same bedrooms online from their own websites were cheaper than the apparent outlet store. 🤯 Don’t let these people play you. Be smart. Do your research. We even called their toll free number to confirm the model numbers. The guy wanted to charge me $150 for spring boxes. That are freaking $50 on Amazon. Come on man. Be better do better. The actually “boss” was walking around listening to him and allowed him to try and get over on us. Go try that ish somewhere else. ✌🏼

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and asked what I was interested in seeing. After introduction, I was directed to the appropriate area of the store and was told that he would be available for questions. I was left to browse without any pressure. When I had questions, he was very helpful.

I went to the Ashley store outlet to look at a particular couch listed online as outlet. When I arrived, the couch I wanted was not there but I worked with Elaine to find a couch that was similar and I found one that I liked. It was comfortable and the right size!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Leaving 3 stars since we’ve gotten 2 text messages to leave a review within 24 hours of our purchase. Our furniture will not arrive for 2 weeks, so pushing for a review so early seems strange.

If I could have it 0 stars I would. Worst quality. Worst warranty. I bought a couch, chair, and ottoman. ALL have broken, and continue to break. I’ve had my cousin who’s a carpenter tell me it’s horribly put together. I don’t have kids, I live by myself, and I’m not deliberately trying to tear it up. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I’ve told everyone I know to not ever buy from Ashley. Plus I’ve only had it for 2 years. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a bad experience a this store Ashley outlet north Olmsted on April 5th 2024. I Went there to buy a bookshelf and had a very nice gentleman ( salesman) who assisted me very respectfully and nicely. Until I mentioned that I have an account I am member with a line of credit and asked to retrieve it to my car When I went back the salesman place me with her supervisor (or manager) to verify my account so I can get an Idea of what should I pay if I were to finance or pay cash. When that Supervisor or manager pulled up my account she stated that my account was “on hold “ To my surprised why would it be if I am paying on time and even Have the store or the bank withdrawing their money to my savings every month. That lady ( manager or supervisor) had me with attitude and short words failing or not trained on how to properly communicate with customers. I supposed it was her very first issue of that magnitude and not being properly trained on how to manage those kind of situation. I was stunned by her lack of respect and rudeness meanwhile her subordinate couldn’t believe I was treated that way. I even opened my online account to show them that I am on autopay .. caus it might be an understatement or misunderstanding of information. Theft identity is real I was a victim and it might be that the bank might have being warned by the credit bureau to do that but I had never received any calls mails from TD bank concerning that matter. That same supervisor or manager couldn’t even confirm if TD bank would answer my call cause she replied “ I have nevertheless called them at that hour I wouldn’t Know “. I guess she is supposed to be the one to step in and advise any salesperson talking to a client being that offensive. Because for the record, clients are spending thousands of dollars in those stores and our good or bad deals keep them on payroll and make the business prosper. Respect and good treatment all time for clients and if they are undertrained to accomplish the job they should have help in thos situation where they have no clue how to respond help or react. I did many phone calls in front on both agents but with no success until I walked out the store caus it was time to close and not even a “thank you for coming we hope to see you soon “ from the alleged undertrained ( manager or supervisor) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I felt guilty for being a customer and for trying to buy at a store where I am already a client. That’s a shame. After a 30 minutes phone calls finally I had a customer representative from TD bank from the card department… She informed me that my account was on hold cause someone called last January and attempted to request a card under my name the put my account on hold but… TD never sent me a mail or phone call to inform me anything about the subject. She apologized to me on behalf of TD Bank and make sure she report it so I may not be mistreated or wrongly flagged for a bad guy trying to still from them…while attempting to buy a bookshelf for my books, just because I believe in education. TD bank’s customer service might not be the best, but better it is than what I have had at Ashley’s Outlet North Olmsted store today. Don’t get bitter, just get better. I believe Ashley’s funitures are the best but customers matters and good customer service is key . Thank you..!

Michael S. was my sales person in the north Olmsted store. He was so helpful and made the purchase so easy and pleasant. Will definitely be back to buy more from him. Fast forward two weeks- Michael was wonderful however both pieces I ordered came damaged. I planned on going back to buy a bedroom set, not after my experience. One piece the wheels were worn and used as was the piece. The other piece had a big chunk missing out of the front of the tv stand and a ball of tape wadded over it as if they knew it was there. They offered to replace but couldn’t get it to me til July. You have to wait weeks to get your money back also. The pieces I bought were available on Amazon, overstock, and several other sellers that are 60 dollars less than the outlet.i went to the outlet cause it was close to home. I regret it now. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere. It is my opinion that the outlet sells returned items, it’s the only thing that makes sense with my opinion experience. Buyer beware.

Disappointed to discover the clearance price was the same price as regular website price although sign indicated that regular price was $900.00. They did knock a hundred off and sold me fabric package for the hundred so it ended up being the $499.00. Should have checked website before purchasing. Be aware and be an informed shopper.

Purchased new furniture (couch, love seat, table & recliner) in August. The sale was actually pretty sweet & got a wonderful sale price thankfully due to a great sales gal. Jennifer was absolutely wonderfully nice, attentative & not pushy. (Unlike our visit to the Mayfield store guys who disappeared all the time!) Then the crazy started! The delivery by their 3rd party was total chaos! After all was delivered I found service was necessary because my recliner & table had damage, not caused by me! What I hate the most is the Warranty Service & Ashley's Corporate Warranty Dept. Yes, I paid for an extended warranty but I have had my 'new' furniture only for one month as it was delivered on Sept. 16th! Receiving damaged products has been a nighmare! This experience with Ashley's is too frustrating! I have not been able to use my recliner at all since it was delivered! I've played crazy phone tag, exchanged many misunderstood texts & with only one tech guy that works in my area 2 days in the week makes for lousy customer service. I think my damaged furniture should be replaced because it is actually brand new! It would be so much easiler to just replace the recliner & table but, nope, Ashley's insists it's a warranty fix. This is not really acceptable as far as I'm concerned! So disappointed in Ashley's! (Yes, thanks Ashley's for the "Ashley's" gift card but it's only for more furniture in your store & not toward anything else like an accessory....but, of course, I'm nervous as if I use the card for some other item it may arrive damaged too & I really don't want to go through what I'm still going though atm!) 🥺😵‍💫

Had a great experience at Ashley Outlet in North Olmsted. I was greeted at the door by the Sales Manager, Nate and told him I was specifically looking for (2), low profile side chairs. He walked me over to a few options on the floor. There were two options that I was considering. He gave me a great price after speaking with Store Manager, Bill. Purchased on the spot. Set up delivery for within (2) weeks. Very easy and smooth process. They had exactly what I was looking for. They were friendly and transparent and flexible through the buying process. We have been Ashley brand customers for years and will continue to be.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all you enter there store and the workers are nice and welcoming and help you with everything. But then When you buy the furniture 1 it took to long to arrive 2 almost all the furniture had a scratch or broken/missing piece. But then you receive them in a good position and they are clean and everything. But then after 13 months the bad stuff. I bought 2 couches and 2 loveseats and they were good when they came but now if you see them the look like everything but coaches. They make noises and the cushion are now flat and so I called they said that they can’t return it because I passed my 1 year warranty. They know that the furniture will start to look like that after a year that’s why they made there warranty expire within a year. Before I bought the stuff I looked at bad reviews and I didn’t believe them but now it happening to me and I know what they meant. So for everyone that thinks Ashley is good it is the worst place to get your furniture from. This a first and definitely the last time I am buying from Ashley. And they also messed up with my Interested when it was 36 months no interest they started adding interest after 18 months and even though i went them and they said that they fixed it but then i went to pay and i found out i was paying 30 dollars interest every month and i didn’t know and i went to them and they said that the person that ordered for us they doubled the price of everything. Trust me this a place i would never consider getting my furniture from. They are all Liars and they never actually mean what they say. PLEASE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET GOOD FURNITURE BUYING FROM ANY OTHER PLACE BUT ASHLEY. And also when I try to contact them on the phone I never am able to reach someone.

I ended up walking out buying a couch, loveseat, and an end table for around $750.00 out the door! Beautiful furniture to select from. I am going back to buy a beautiful dining room table. Not only the prices but they warranties can’t be matched on their furniture. Thank you to the store manager for showing us what you had and the deal you gave us.

I got exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it, and in such short times notice. it’ll be available for pickup at the store way sooner than I expected which is amazing. This particular store is the first to try “commission” sales instead of hourly, they got a new manager that is toxic. Something goes wrong with your order? THEY TAKE IT OUT OF THE WORKERS CHECK BUT NOT OUT OF ASHLEYS WALLET. Probably what’s going on there is illegal because THE WORKERS DON’T GET PAID UNLESS THEY MAKE SALES. Then they expect the workers to stay and keep working whether they make sales or not. I hope everyone who works their quits because they switched from hourly and to commission and they only get a percentage of that commission. Shame on you, because people have families and what you’re doing is wrong. DO NOT WORK HERE. I hope they get sued and closed down.

I was nervous about purchasing a new sectional. My partner and I had been to many furniture stores in the area, eventually we found ourselves here. Aaron was our salesperson and he was wonderful! I've been to many stores where I felt very pressured, but Aaron was patient, informative, helpful, and seemed genuinely eager to take care of us. Our sectional/ottoman combo was delivered faster than we anticipated, the delivery guys were quick and professional. Overall a very good experience. My partner and I will be back, and we will always ask for Aaron!

They said that they would be able to deliver a couch after I gave them the exact dimensions of my door. When the couch didn’t fit they didn’t want to give me a refund only store credit

Terrible service and will try to trick you with their agreement plan. If you tell them what the agreement plan means they will say no it means this and after 3 times they will say well yeah you are right it does mean this but don’t worry about that charge we are gonna give you.

If I could leave less stars I would. Make sure you read every word of anything you sign from this store. Anything the sales representative tells you is more than likely a lie to get you to buy from them. My sales rep Nolan was a real piece of work, do anything you can to avoid him.

My boyfriend and I are moving into our first ever home together soon, when we walked in we were greeted by one of the co-workers named Aaron, he knew we were trying to save money and to find items that will fit us for our home. He has done such an amazing job helping us out with our wants and needs! If you ever come here to shop(as you should!) ask for Aaron! Best experience we have ever had shopping! We ended up buying so much stuff and saved so much money as well!

I had an awesome experience! Sales people professional but friendly and helpful! The delivery group also helpful and friendly taking great care nit to damage anything. I was impressed with the communication they keep with each others I will be back!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The warranty on furniture they offer is a complete joke. Waited months for a warranty claim for a replacement top... then months again for the credit.. then months again for a new table and Ashley Furniture themselves ordered the wrong table.. then called back 2-3 weeks later... they never even ordered the correct one like they were supposed too and then offer me a delivery date after over 5 months of waiting for them to offer it to me I say okay and then its booked and now pushing it out even farther. After months and months of headaches, run arounds and them saying they are going to fix the issues and never do just save yourself the money and go with a better furniture store.

We had bought the best purple mattress with an adjustable platform with remote. Also purchased the pillows and sheets and protector. When delivered the delivery guys told us there was a 10 minute window to deliver and set up. They set it up without plugging the bottom in to raise up. The top has not been flat since delivery. My husband wanted this great bed for his already bad back in which he has had to have many procedures. I have never had a bad back. We have not had them fix the problem yet! My back is so locked up I have been on the floor all day crying! No luck with customer service to make this right! Totally upset with the whole purchase. I am regretting to ever shop at Ashley in North Olmsted!

Don’t buy your furniture from here. We have waited nearly a year and they still don’t have even an estimation of when our delivery will happen. In addition to that.. they cancelled our order by accident and had to reorder things. Barely offered us a discount or compensation for their stupidity.

Overpriced and they use 3rd party delivery. Ugh! Cute salesman though!

When I come here to shop I’m so happy and satisfied the service and communication the worker special Aston and Alicia they are the best they help you out and gives you what you need and give you the best price I shop around everywhere but this is the best this is the place just a girl and a qualified quality material

The staff was very accommodating and eager to help without being overwhelming and in your face. The selection is somewhat scarce in store but they have options online, that they can order for you. We got there a just before they closed and the sales person said it's not a problem and to take our time. To me that shows his dedication to his job and providing great customer service. I didn't want to hold him up so I told him that we'll be back the next day.

I ordered furniture in August of 2020 and still have not received my sofa this beyond frustrating 🤬

Went with my friend he got a real nice 2pcs sectional, for only $300.same one you would pay $1200. At other stores.great prices here,nice people, good quality.

I would never recommend that anyone orders from this store or Ashley in general. They have not informed me about anything regarding my order that was placed over 14 weeks ago. I have had to reach out every time in order to get any information. They stated 8-12 weeks for delivery due to Covid-19 but it has been 14 weeks and they still cannot give me a delivery date. I have ordered furniture from other stores during Covid-19 and they have been able to deliver it within the time frame they stated. They are waiting on HALF of my sectional and cannot give me a date this is beyond ridiculous.

I love this place. I just got accepted for my first apartment and was searching all around for the right furniture. I finally came across Ashley’s when recommended by a friend. Ashton helped me and she was AMAZING! She was quick to say hello and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the colors. I now have a stylish bed set and oversized chair 🥰 thanks a lot Ashton

This store is absolutely fantastic!! It had everything, and Jennifer K was so helpful and knowledgeable. I have already brought my friends and family to her.She makes the whole experience fun. I will definitely be back for all future furniture needs!

They had a good selection of furniture. Its definitely just an outlet, not a full store. But good news is they are priced accordingly. If you're like me and just aren't willing to spend a fortune furnishing your home, then this is a good place to shop when looking for a new piece.

They lied about how long it would take to receive a dresser and night stand. Said 2 weeks, it took 8 weeks. Then, the delivery guys damaged one of our staircase posts. I called everyday to complain and was on hold for over an hour each time, I gave up. Finally got a hold of them and they said they couldn't do anything since it's been over 3 days. The dresser also came damaged and it's taken over a month to get a replacement top. Now I have to call to get them to install that top which will most likely take weeks. This is the first and last time we will ever go to Ashley Furniture, absolutely ridiculous and terrible experience.

This place is great. The manager Nicky s awesome. She really knows customer service. My floor salesman was awesome as well. I think his name was Paul. I highly recommend this place.

Chris and his team at the North Olmsted store were incredibly helpful and attentive when I visited. The furniture was dirt cheap because there was a scratch and a missing part, but I couldn't ask for a better deal. I'll absolutely be coming back soon to check out any new items!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We have bought things from here before. Today we walked in no one greeted us. We walked around looked at different bed sets, walked past the desk a few times, looked at couches. We were in there at least 15 minutes. Not one time did anyone come up to us and see if we needed help with anything. Two people sitting at the desk talking about some show. Won’t be back.

I stopped in to look at some furniture..I think I was at the wrong place at the right time. While the store was clean, and I was greeted from a far...I witnessed with my own eyes/ears a worker trying to repair a broken couch frame on the sales floor. When the worker that greeted me sitting at the computer said to the other worker...so there is no way to fix it? He replied no it's really broken.. I would never buy anything from this place, and I expected more from an Ashley outlet..like items that are discontinued, scratches, or small tears in fabric. Not a $700 bandaid couch..

What a great find! After couch shopping and getting frustrated that we couldn’t find anything in our price range, this place made our day! We found the perfect sofa and love seat right away. The staff members were all upbeat and friendly, and Carson made the process both easy and fun. We just bought a new house, and we plan on being regular customers based on this first experience.
