there was a huge selection of furniture, although I didn't see any king mattresses within 10 minutes I found the perfect couch. It was delivered a few days afterwards, and even the delivery team was phenomenal. salesman was very kind and helpful. Will be going there for any future purchasing.
Their customer service shines through. They greet you at the door, aren’t pushy or salesy and every staff member wants to ensure that you have the best experience ever. They have a good selection of furniture in store and reasonable prices. Now granted, the first attempted delivery experience was a nightmare, but when I visited the store, Cody and Russell were already all over it. They got the situation resolved quickly, my furniture delivered in 2 days by JBL Delivering LLC and now I’m sitting pretty on our new power reclining sofa and loveseat! Update: A month or so later, we even returned to this location and worked with Stephanie again and bought another loveseat to complete the room/look. We are so glad we upgraded with this furniture from Ashley Outlet.
