The cushions are so sunk in,I was advised to fluff them,but how do you fluff the back. The service tech came out and agreed that they were flat but was told it was normal wear!!! Late delivery and no one ever sits on the couches for periods of time still to get up from a sunken in butt mark. Cheaply made if that’s considered normal wear. Trying to get in contact with an actual person is impossible. I’m so disappointed with the quality and the way I’ve been ignored. My only and last purchase.
Not much product in stock and the prices here are identical to the actual ashley store when you are in store check the item online before you purchase as that same item is new at the actual ashley store so there is no saving money at this location. We left and got brand new furniture elsewhere

Our sales person Autumn was very kind, helpful and informative!!! On the other hand, I tried to call the week before to make adjustments to our delivery like having our old mattress removed. Eric, one of the managers kept me on hold for 25 minutes and never came back. I called back the next day & he told me he would call me back and never did so I called again, then said he could adjust my delivery preferences, but he couldn’t. Even had me make a trip into the store to get it done …It was a little frustrating. He was friendly, but not helpful or truthful. Delivery people were awesome!!!

We bought a kitchen table and purchased the warranty that was available. The table became stained and we called to utilize the warranty. We were granted a new table minus some costs, paid those costs, and awaited delivery. The table, and a bench we then also purchased, arrived at the warehouse to be scheduled for delivery. However, no delivery has yet to be scheduled as accounting has yet to credit our account the amount our warranty covers. The amount is only for the table, not the bench, so nothing should be delaying the delivery of the bench. We have been in repeated contact with the store manager who processed the initial transaction, who states that accounting fails to return his calls as he fails to return our calls. We made an in person appearance to the store after weeks of this, only to be put on a phone with accounting who stated he had never seen paperwork similar to what had been sent to us by the company explaining how to use the warranty, what the warranty had covered, the arrival of the furniture, etc., or otherwise stayed silent on the phone and referred us back to the store manager. I can not think of a more complete example of incompetence and absolute lack of customer service by accounting. This has been exceptionally frustrating as we accommodated our schedule for the predicted delivery and none of this came about until after the estimated date has passed. The paperwork which had codes establishing the warranty, the compensation, , etc. has an expiration date that has also come and gone, and we are concerned at how poorly everything has been handled so far, this will be an excuse for everybody to now pass on taking any effective action and leave us in the lurch on money we paid for the first warranty, the warranty on the second table, and the separate purchase of the bench. It appears as if nobody has been interested in doing the job right the first time, who will care to make it right by us now?

I financed a couch and a love seat through Chris at Ashley Furniture. When the two pieces arrived it was immediately apparent that the 2 pieces were too big for the living room space. I called Ashley Furniture's customer care team who provided a new sales order number so I could exchange the love seat for a chair. I have spoke to Sage, Chris, and Nick after 4 or 5 different phone calls and this issue is still not resolved. I've been provide two different order numbers and was instructed to wait for a scheduling call for pickup and delivery. The call never came. Ashley Furniture was great about making the sale, but they have been horrible in their customer service pertaining to this issue. I'm extremely disapointed.

My husband and I stopped here to check out mattresses. We ended up out casing a mattress and box spring set, a mattresses protector, pillows and a leather reclining sofa. We were helped by Sarah and the store manager (I can’t remember his name). But both were extremely helpful and seemed to be knowledgeable of the products. Overall it was a good experience and I’m looking forward to enjoying my new mattress and sofa.

The Ashley outlet store on Brice Road in Columbus is running a scam. I was told if I purchased a certain amount I would be entitled to a discount. Upon review, Ashley charged me for the discount in the gross sales before discounting it in the sub total. Meaning I received absolutely no discount. I highly recommend nobody shop at this Ashley outlet store. Ashley‘s corporate office did absolutely nothing to rectify this scam. Be warned!

We went to this Ashley store back in April 2023 in order to find furniture to furnish three 3100 sq.ft. condos for short-term rentals. Rob AKA Russell, was the first to offer his assistance to me (Christie-I'm signed into Google under my husband) and my friend Sheri who were handling this huge endeavor. Sheri had already had several items she found online to be ordered and we also needed several additional items from within the store. Rob was not pushy at all. He was genuine, friendly, fun and professional as we browsed and then sat down to have him pull together all our needs and make sure we got the best pricing. Rob pulled in his manager Cody in for assistance with some of the process. Cody was also extremely patient, professional, kind, and fun. We spent hours here and found everything we needed either in the store or online with their assistance. They really gave us the best pricing as well (and we did several comparisons to similar items online while in the store to make sure we were getting the best pricing possible). As we awaited all the furniture to be delivered over weeks, they communicated very well. We had a couple small issues as items were delivered, one table was damaged and we had a couple chairs that didn't fit in the space as expected. The team offered a replacement or repair to the table. I opted for the repair and they had a repair person out to fix the table to our satisfaction within a couple days. In the instance with the chairs not fitting in the space, they had the delivery team pick them up with no problem, and we ordered two different chairs that fit the space perfectly once they arrived. From beginning to end, Rob and Cody were absolutely awesome. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to assist us with this entire process. Thank you so much to Rob and Cody for making such a grandiose task fun, easy and as efficient as possible (since we had deadlines to get the furniture in place)! PS----Not all the furniture in the pics is from Ashley but the dining tables, darker dining chairs, kitchen island chairs, bar chairs, couches, end tables, and sitting area chairs are just some of the items we purchased from Ashley and are shown in the pics attached. Their customer service shines through. They greet you at the door, aren’t pushy or salesy and every staff member wants to ensure that you have the best experience ever. They have a good selection of furniture in store and reasonable prices. Now granted, the first attempted delivery experience was a nightmare, but when I visited the store, Cody and Russell were already all over it. They got the situation resolved quickly, my furniture delivered in 2 days by JBL Delivering LLC and now I’m sitting pretty on our new power reclining sofa and loveseat! Update: A month or so later, we even returned to this location and worked with Stephanie again and bought another loveseat to complete the room/look. We are so glad we upgraded with this furniture from Ashley Outlet.
Purchased a powered loveseat 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly in the store. Was delivered less than a week later. After it was plugged in, it didn't work. Upon inspection I found a frayed and broken wire and my wife immediately called the store. We were told they'd have customer service contact us to set up a repair time however, C.S. told us they've never been contacted about the problem. We've been getting the Runaround from the salesman and this location ever since. Will not recommend or shop Ashley again. Ever.

I was quoted a price one day (50-60 percent off the ticket price) and when I went back to buy it the next day with a larger vehicle they would only give me 30 percent off. False advertising and they were very rude. Do not trust them! Then they said to call Jocelyn to help make things right. I left two msgs and she has not returned them. You can't reach a human to talk to. Frustrated!

Never again , I wouldn’t want anything from this store even though it was for free Last month I purchased 2 set of beds and dressers for my kids had the princess bed delivered as you can see , the bed was damaged. I was not home at the time the bed was delivered so I took pictures and I went to to the store and show it to Fatima , she told me she’s the store manager she’ll take care of it . It’s been 3 weeks and I went back to the store and they couldn’t find the bed she supposedly reordered for me . 4300 dollars I spent for my purchases and still nothing I’m still waiting on the bed they supposed to replace , along with the dresser , wanted to get the night stand they can’t get the barcode🤣🤣and I also waiting on my other bed and a dresser If I go to the store and thi have not change I’ll cancel the prefer

Dont waste your time. This place does an insane markup on their products. The Ashley store over in Taylor Square in Reynoldsburg is significantly better stocked, better staffed, and $300-500 cheaper on the same furniture. We bought a couch for 1299 from the store on Taylor that had been marked up at the Outlet on Brice to 1499 so they could provide a discount and make you feel like you got a "deal". Shady and shiesty. I do not recommend. Take 10 extra minutes of drive time and just check out what they've got over at the Taylor.

He was accommodating to my requests of comparing sizes and costs between multiple sectionals. My experience was smooth from the minute I walked in to my deli every date. Ive furnished my whole house at this store but my last visit there to pick up some items that I purchased I was told that everyone was busy even though everyone seemed to be standing around having a conversation I have rented a U-Haul I am there to pick up the $800 worth of items that I purchased only to be told that everyone is busy so I started dragging my furniture out the front door and finally someone stopped what they were doing to help but it's sad when you spend that kind of money with a store and they act like they don't want to help so this will probably be my last visit
This is the Ashley/Morris outlet store just off Brice Road. We saw a variety of furniture items - sofas, chairs, tables etc. Pillows, lamps, and other accessories were there too. The inventory is variable, just what you would find in an outlet store. Prices varied between expensive to reasonable. If you are looking for a lift chair, there is only one example, and it has a unique color cover.
Nice staff, they are polite and don't hound you. That said, the selection is "ok". Most items are likely floor models or closeouts and have already gotten a lot of use from shoppers.

This was my first time there. I thought I was going to have displays and stuff but it was just some of the furniture they have online that I saw in person. It felt like a warehouse. The guys who work there offered help when I arrived, but I iny came to see the quality and color of some things.

We just received our beautiful recliner loveseat from Ashley's. The incredible quality is amazing. Sitting and recycling is so easy and of course falling asleep is easy too. The sales people were very knowledgeable and have a high degree of personal service. The delivery was excellent and very professional. This company is very nice in today's market and I would highly recommend getting your next furniture needs from this location.
I was looking for a new Mattress. I was educated about the brand purple. I was not going to make the purchase, just wanted to test it out. I Ended up loving the bed and was given the option to finance. Normally I do not do financing but everything was explained in detail how it works and now im getting the best sleep I've had in over 10 years. I wanted to shout out Nadiie because he did an amazing job. He was very informative and positive and have me one of my best sales experiences of my life. Didn't have my chair
Cody was very helpful and patient. When I went in two days later to cancel my delivery and get different chairs, once again he was great. He came in on his day off to make sure that the switch was made and called me to confirm. I have worked with a different store several years ago and as a result had not been back. We saw the outlet store and I went in with one attitude and came out with a better one. I will be recommend the store and Cody and the whole staff.

I won’t even give one star to these people I have ordered a dining table and queen bed frame the dining table has lot of cracks and when I called those people they said that they will replace the parts and it has been two months we didn’t received the parts so I have called the customer care the lady with whom is spoke is so harsh and she is saying we don’t know when the part comes when it comes you need to call us . Customer care lady is so rude . And about queen bed frame they didn’t send the railings when I asked about the railings they said it will come in December but we ordered them in July they didn’t even send a mail that it will be delivered in July. Worst place please don’t buy from here .

This place is awful! I will say though the lady that helped us was nice, we went to buy a bed for our daughter ( twin size) and it didn't have a label on it which was fine, it happens there was only one sticker on the whole bed as well ....She types it in gives us the price we said ok we'd take it Go to pay and a man came over and said no no we aren't doing that that we had to pay for each piece individually, the headboard, footboard, and rails. Which took the price literally 5x higher than she had given us. We had already looked the bed up online and knew what the price was which is what she had told us. We will not be back. Guessing they work on commission there and it was a slow day.
Evie is the best store associate! she made sure we were taken care of while giving us our space. we were able to find a good mattress for a killer deal here. defiantly a good place to buy a mattress!

Sign is very misleading. I came here because I saw a table at the Ashley store on E Main and thought I could get it here cheaper. Why was the table more expensive at the outlet??? I expect outlet prices at an outlet store. Waste of time. Very disappointed.

The sales staff were wonderful, HOWEVER, my product is cheap junk. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again. The arms pop (it’s because made of plastic over the particle board arms”) The cushions are getting loose skin on the seating area. Every back pillow has gone flat. Day 4 of having this sofa, I (a shorter woman that isn’t obese) went to go get out of the loveseat and crack...yep it cracked. They sent a rep out to look at it for repair...he told them I did it (which I did) therefore they will NOT repair it. It’s junk. It’s cheap and I wish I would have held out and went elsewhere. Oh and all of this is written and I have had this living room set for under 3 months. Yep-ONLY 3 MONTHS. We don’t have kids in our house. It’s me, my husband and my adult son (who has an apartment in the basement) nope...no wild kids or animals. Avoid Ashley!
Made a purchase and was told delivery was $199.00. But if we opted for free delivery they would put it in first room of house and we would have to unpack. Furniture is in my garage which delivery and store now say is the first room. SUCH LAIRS. Never another purchase from Ashley. No furniture to sit on on a Saturday afternoon.

We went into the outlet and Evie welcomed us and explained the layout of the store. She was about to let us roam and I asked a question. She answered and was very helpful in finding options and what we needed.
Quality stuff at decent prices
On top of being mislead at the point of sale, we had to try and get attention from someone on sales team while they laughed and chatted there at the front desk. There were multiple delays with the delivery due to a mixup with the bed frame size. One of the delivery guys were being unprofessional during the delivery. I did work with two people from the sales team who were very accommodating and gave a discount for my troubles. This was a not a very good experience overall and wouldn't recommend this location.
I really don’t want to even give them one star. They don’t deserve it! Stay away from this outlet store! Horrible service and terrible products! I love Ashley furniture, it’s great furniture, but I will never buy anything from this outlet store! I bought a recliner and sat in it once and it broke. Wires pulled out of the motor and a metal arm under the chair is broken. I called to have it serviced because the chair was not like this in the store! I get no answers when calling the store or I’m told someone will be in touch and they never do. I am sure this is not the reputation Ashley furniture wants even for the outlet store! I will be posting on social media to never shop there and why!! Terrible!!

We bought a couch from here a little over a year ago. When we bought the couch the salesman (who was very nice) told us anything that went wrong with the couch would be covered if we bought the 5 year protection plan, which we did. The frame broke in July. After spending 10+ hours on the phone we were told that the frame is not covered under the warranty. We paid a technician to come out and fix it through them. Now the frame is broken in the exact same way and they will not fix it unless we have it picked up and pay $100 an hour to have it fixed. The customer service is HORRIBLE and the product is trash. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go anywhere else.

I was a little disappointed with our recent visit but mainly due to selections of what we were looking for were soarce. But this is an outlet store that may not always have a large selection. We did see the usual quality of what items were on hand; and we have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley Homestore over the years. They have good quality merchandise, we'll be back. On this trip, we were just getting ideas. Next time, we'll be buyers.
My wife and I went into the store to pick out a sofa. Evie helped us (she was so nice and professional), let us know what could be delivered before our deadline, let us know which sets came in the color we wanted, and let us know which sets had discounts. Great experience. Delivery came at 10am the day it was supposed to!
We bought a reclining loveseat in July and got a call changing the delivery for the 6th time to Dec 10. We went back to the store to pick another lovseat and they gave us a big 10.00 off and acted like it was a big savings! If we didn't need the loveseat so soon I would have told them to stick it. Never again 😒
I will NEVER shop at this Ashley furniture again!!!! We were supposed to have our ASSEMBLED table delivered yesterday (9/26/20). Instead they dropped off the box and said have a good day! The delivery guys refused to look at my receipt showing that I was charged for assembly too. After they left I Called the store for 15 minutes straight until someone finally answered. Talked to the manager and she was going to call me back. Waited over an hour and heard nothing. So I called back and talked with another manager and our sales person. They couldn't send anyone out to assemble until next Wednesday (4 days later), problem is I work at my table! They are refunding us the $200 for delivery/set up. Thats great and all but now we are wasting our whole day assembling 4 chairs and a table (after setting time aside yesterday for the 4 hour delivery window). Not to mention we have to figure out where to throw out the giant box. Beyond that the packaging contains the Styrofoam thats get everywhere so after we spend the day assembling we are going to to clean all that up. I've always had good experience with Ashley furniture (at other locations), but this location is a freaking joke! I typically don't write bad reviews but in my experience this bad review is 100% deserved!
Very prompt and friendly service. We received the wrong couch (we need the mirror image of it), and the store organized a swap right away and even let us keep the old couch while we're waiting for the correct one to come. Thank you Morris Furniture company!
On 7/23/2020 we purchase and paid in full for a recliner - to be delivered 8/27/2020 on 8/25/2020 we got a voicemail notice that our furniture would not be delivered until 10/29/2020 - on 8/25/2020 I called to cancel our order and get a refund - on 9/15/2020 I still do not have a refund so I again called and waited on hold for an hour to find out they did NOT cancel my order yet and a refund check has not been issued - The customer service personal was very kind but this is a horrible place to deal with if you expect to actually receive what you purchase and pay for

Love my new chair! It’s so soft and provides lumbar support! I can’t get anything done at the house since it’s been delivered because I don’t want to get out of this most comfortable chair! The delivery guys were awesome - clean, personable, so friendly and got the job done in no time at all. They were so great, I wish I could have invited them in for refreshments.

I went to Ashley Furniture Home store East looking for TV rooom furniture.Upon my entering the store, Trent greated me. He was professional and polite.I found very nice sofa, loveseat, chair and rug for a great price. The manager, David is wonderful. The only thing I don't agree with or like is the high delivery charge. I noticed after I got home later that they charged me $199.99 delivery fee.👀😳☹I will be contacting them about this because that fee is unsatisfactory to me to pay. Except for high delivery fee, I would highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture.

The most horrible business furniture I have to deal with because they forgot to give me a cord for a recliner and still after 4 months with the chair still havent received the cord. I have called 4 times and to reach someone it takes me 2 hours, I have emailed, and went to the store directly. They can't do anything about it, are you serious? im still paying for the chair like all you can do is either let me return the chair but no all you care is the money and not good customer service.

I ordered a dining room table from here, everything went great. So I decided to go back and order my daughter a bed and a bed frame....... I have had nothing but issues since the beginning of this order. I ordered on 3/2/2020 and was supposed to get delivered 3/10/2020. On 3/9/2020 I got a call saying I owed the full amount or I wouldn't be getting my order delivered. This was strange because the total for the order was supposed to be put on my synchrony credit card. Tried calling the store, nobody answered, so I drove there. Finally got this issue taken care of and not even 2 hours later someone else calls me and says that my bed won't be delivered 3/10/2020 because the bed frame isn't in yet. The lady said she didn't have a new delivery date for me, I would have to contact customer care. I finally got a hold of customer care and they told me my new deliver date was 3/19/2020. On 3/19/2020 my order was delivered to my house and the workers were putting the bed together......... Well the bed frame is missing a screw, and the wood slates to put the bed on. On top of the foot board being damaged which nobody had mentioned to me. So GREAT right? Got the bed and still cannot use it. The worker put an order in and said someone should be calling me by 5pm that day. Nobody called. So I travel to the store, once again, and explained the situation. The lady at the desk told me she would have to call customer care and give me a call.... Never happened. So I called customer care on 3/20/2020 and this lady told me she would have to contact the manufacturer for the bed to see about the screw and the slates because the bed was no longer being made and she would give me a call back by the end of the day or Monday (3/23/2020). It is now 3/25/2020 and I still have yet to get a call from anyone and still have a bed in my home that I cannot use. Would not recommend. UPDATE: it has now been 2 months and nobody has got in contact with me after calling multiple times and getting told someone would call me back. I was never told there was a screw missing when i bought the bed and come to find out the lady who did my transaction never put the wood slates on my purchase after she asked me did I want them. How the hell do I put a bed in the frame with out the slates or screw? I CANT. Will never purchase from here again.

A bunch of crooks! I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was supposed to have my bed delivered February 27. They pushed it back 4 times to March 14. On the 13th they called and said one piece was broken so they wouldn’t have it delivered until March 26th. Today they called and said they now won’t have it until April 14. I called to get my money back and no one at the “service department” can issue a refund, it has to come directly from the store, which is closed. They are holding my money and refusing to refund me after jerking me around for 6 weeks.

The only reason I give it a one is because I really liked my sales lady. No pressure and worked with my budget!!! BUT the deliver service was horrible and I will never return to any Ashley store. I bought the bed with a month till deliver which was fine because my daughter had a bed. Feb 27th we take her bed down and give it away. On Feb 28th it was suppose to be delivered. I got several emails and texts to confirm. Even the day of. I leave work early use my PTO and at 7:30p I call customer service....the bed was left at the warehouse is what I was told. I rescheduled for March 3rd...Scheduled PTO again. I called March 2nd to see if I could get a later deliver after waiting for a live person for 49 minutes I was told the bed wasn’t even in stock!!!! Set another delivery for March 13th. March 12th they call and say the headboard is broke!!! I have company coming to town on the 14th and they were suppose to stay at my house and sleep in the bed which is now just a mattress on the floor! I went to the store and got a refund, but I’m totally screwed now. The associates working were really sympathetic . But this experience was absolutely the worst furniture buying experience I have ever had.

Bad Customer service
Ordered a coffee table and end tables. Was supposed to be delivered on 1/20 went in to pick up and they NEVER put the order in! All the associates were confused. If we didn’t have our receipt we would’ve never gotten our order situated. Instead they try to blame it on all these other issues so now we have to wait another 2-3 weeks! Paid well over $300 for our items and they never even ordered them. Waste of my time. If I could give them negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time!
Sucks that they would expect someone to pay $150 delivery for a $250 dresser and picking up isn't even an option. No thanks.

Got rid of the set 1 year after purchase after it fell apart whole store wouldn’t call me back to honor their one year warranty..... Don’t trust this store. Several of the similar pieces were on multiple other stores that have exemplary customer service and won’t mistreat you
We bought a bedroom set back on 22 July. We had told our sales rep that we would be closing on the 26th of September on our new house and would like to pick it up that date to which we were told would be no issue. My wife called a week before to confirm which we were told would be good to go. 26 September we closed on our house and decided to go pick up our bedroom set at the warehouse and were told it hadn't been delivered yet and that part of it wouldn't get in until the 18th of October. We were also told we would have to go the actual store we purchased it from to dispute the issue. I went to the store that night and was told we would receive a nightstand and chest that Friday (27 Sep) another portion on 17 October and the last night stand on the 23rd of October. 27 September came and we never received anything. I called the store the next day and was told nothing would come in until at the earliest of the 18th of October. 18 October comes and received an email stating we would get several things but to call and confirm. I called and apparently what it states in the email does not accurately reflect the inventory because we were told we would only receive the mirror and that was it and the rest wouldn't be delivered until November first. Every time I have talked to someone on the phone I have gotten different dates as to when our furniture would be delivered as it has already been almost 4 months we have waited for it. When I called the corporate office they told me there was nothing they could do for continuing to push back my delivery dates. 01 November came around and they delivered the incorrect slides to our bed and have yet to receive a phone call explaining anything to include dates we would get the correct rails. I have left voicemails and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. I would strongly recommend going to value city furniture or pretty much any other place that takes better care of the customer. Edit: It is now 25 November, 6 days after the rest of my purchase was supposed to be dropped off again before it was postponed again. Just curious if you “followed up” with your customer care team as stated in the response as I have not gotten a phone call back. I am still unable to get ahold of anyone at your customer care locations despite voicemails being left.

I WILL NEVER SHOP on the same street as an ashley store. UPDATE-25SEP 1436-Ashey (Anna) rep just told me that it was my "wrong" because they were not made aware of my issue until the 23Sep, and that they could have exchanged the desk but now it is too late. I may be looking at 02Oct before a tech is available. WOW! Never SHOP WITH THEM Purchased a 399$ desk 10Sep for delivery 14Sep, when the desk arrived I noticed the right top drawer was hard to open, however it did not seem like an issue that would required me Not to take delivery. I called the store 15Sep and spoke to Evangline Brown ( my Salesperson) I let her know my issue, she advised that she would alert a tech. She called me back to say that the drawer should stick, I let her know that the other drawers are fine, this one is not. I called Wednesday and Friday left a message. I called 22Sep only to find out that nothing was ever set up. Sara advised that she would contact a tech and they would call me to set a time to come out, EBrown did say the same. I am very disappointed and will not shop or suggest this store to anyone. update 25Sep-still have not received a call from the "tech dept"
SARAH CAMPBELL was the absolute best! She gave me the "price match" as stated and made me excited about my purchase. My only sadness is that it cannot be delivered until DECEMBER!! My prayer is that it might come sooner.

The experience I had here wasn't quite as bad as the amount of time it took to get my furniture. It took a month for my sectional, that was supposed to take 2 weeks and it took 2 months for my dining room table to be ready. Trying to get of hold of anyone that actually seemed to care was not even possible. The experience was horrible. Emailed the company and still nothing. I do love my furniture, that's why I bought it, but I would not recommend due to the experience I've had.
I enjoyed the pleasant customer service from Sue in the store. She took the time to give me a follow up call about my delivery to see if things met my standard That was very thoughtful and also rare these days. When I buy more items I will look for Sue again.
Overall we are happy with what we got. But there were a lot of hiccups along the way. It took them 2 months to get our furniture delivery correct. I will say Sarah Campbell was very helpful, communicative and really did her best to makeup for the mishaps. She is the main reason why Id consider dealing with Ashley furniture again. The delivery boys to do deliver the last batch of equipment were very nice as well.
We ordered a bed, mattress, box springs and nightstands which were supposed to be delivered 10/18. When the order arrived all that was on the truck for us was a mattress and box springs. The driver said that they did not have the footboard for the bed and therefore couldn't deliver the bed. No one notified us that the footboard was missing and they would not be delivering the bed. He then stated that the queen size mattress would not fit up the stairs. We were told that they would give us a split queen box spring so it would go upstairs. Customer communication was sadly lacking as no one advised us there was any problem with the order until the truck showed up.
Sue Babulski was awesome! Her customer service was through the roof but didn’t bug us constantly like a lot of sales associates. She was able to answer any question we had and was very friendly. Thank you Sue!
They never answer their phone. Tried calling them two days in a row with no answer. The first day was to check stock on an item another store near me said they had on the floor. They didn't answer so we drove out to Reynoldsburg just to be told the item had to be ordered and wouldn't come in for a month.

I ordered furniture from the Ashley outlet store about a month ago.i told the salesperson the day I had to have the furniture delivered because we were moving that day and would not have any. She told me they could not do that day because they had no trucks but assured me they could have it the next day. So we had not heard any news confirming our delivery so I called the store. They told me I could not get my furniture for three weeks later bc someone went in and changed the delivery date for no reason.never heard anything from a manager and made no attempt to make the situation right even though it was their mistake.i called the corporate office and they were very rude and offered no solution.this is not how you run a business and I would leave negative stars if I could.i would suggest getting furniture anywhere but ashley

We always went to lazy boys for our furniture but they did us wrong on a chair so I went Ashley's and had a very good experience.

While i love my furniture, i am completely dissatisfied with some of the service i have received. Upon my initial call to schedule delivery, i was informed that they would not be able to deliver the chair i purchase until the following week. Because i work Monday through Friday (and because i was involved in a car accident through no fault of my own) i chose to have all of the furniture delivered on July 19, which was 2 weeks after i purchased it. So i took a vacation day off from work. When my furniture arrived on Friday July 19, i discovered that they brought a twin sized bed frame with the FULL sized mattress and box springs. i purchased a FULL SIZED BED FRAME. So the delivery guy took the frame back, and removed my bed. I called Customer Service, and was initially advised they would not be able to bring the correct frame until Saturday July 27, since i had told them i work Monday through Friday. I advised that was not accepable, that i would have to sleep on my mattress on the floor for a week! After about 3 hours they called back and advised the frame would be delivered on Sunday July 21. But when i returned their call on Saturday July 20 to sched delivery time for the following day, i was told that the rep had not put the frame on the truck, and it now cannot be delivered until July 24, and they will refund my delivery fee. All well and good except that i am sleeping on my mattress ON THE FLOOR!! This has been a HUGE hassle, and i will NEVER shop at Ashley again!!!!! Footnote: The Customer Care reps i have spoken with have all been courteous and kind, and sympathetic to my plight. But that doesn't change the fact that i am STILL sleeping on my mattress ON THE FLOOR! Yesterday, i was told that a manager would be contacting me later in the evening. But that NEVER HAPPENED!!!!! So when u purchase furniture from Ashley, be prepared to have to deal with the delivery hassles!!!!
Ordered a couch and chair they said they had in stock. Went to pick it up a week later and it wasn't there and I was informed it wasn't in stock nor did they let us know at any time prior to our pickup. Waste of time and money

This location is the epitome of trash. They lack basic customer service and etiquette. We went in to purchase a bedroom set and mattress. The transaction was smooth as can be. The issue we had was the mattress was too soft and it made you sink in like it was quick sand. We went back and spoke to the management about returning it back and we were give the ran around. I was told to sleep on the mattress for 30 days to see whether or not I would like it. I thought this is a joke, I am telling you right now that I can’t and won’t sleep on it any more and they are telling me to wait 30 days. It’s like saying here wear these shoes for 30 days, so what if it’s too tight, but after 30 days you might like them. Ridiculous, ideology. They started saying it’s a sanitary issue to bring back a mattress that was slept in and all sort of non sense to say the least. Rubbish, if you ask me. I wasn’t bringing back a used tampon, I was bringing back a mattress that I slept in for 1 bloody day , that had a mattress pad on top of it. Mind you when we were purchasing the mattress the deal was to also buy the mattress pad and that would guarantee the mattress can and will be return. Long story short, Sarah Campbell, Is a bold face pathological liar, she has zero credibility and completely lied to our faces. Said one thing and then switched up and said the total opposite. She is so arrogant and despicable. To anyone that attempts to purchase anything from this store and she is the one helping you. Just leave, I have warned you. She will lie through her teeth to make a sell. She is a snake. Read the fine print, because they will say one thing and then say the total opposite. And finally when we asked for a store manager some guy named Adam shows up. He is the scum of the earth, he was also rude and so condescending. He was dismissive and arrogant. Ashley furniture/ Morris Homes needs to either stop hiring people that have zero customer service or train their employees better. Stay as far away from this store. You have been warned. You can just go to the store at 2339 Taylor Park Dr, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 . They actually know how to welcome customers and treat customers with respect. They were the ones we went to resolve the mess that Sarah created by lying. May be Sarah and Adam should take a lesson out of the staff from the Taylor store because they are exceptional, courteous. Edit: Just to reiterate: Sarah Campbell is also a thief. We bought a counter height kitchen island. That was just delivered but with no bar stools. Which we paid for and she charged us for. I fail to comprehend how someone so reckless is working for a company like Ashley/ Morris homes. I have spoke to the store regarding this issue and was told to give them 5-10 mins to figure out why I was charged for a prodcut that I don’t even have. It’s been hours since I had that conversation. No one from the store has reached out to notify me of their findings. At this point, I am regretting ever stepping foot in that store. It has been a nightmare ever since making my purchases from that God forsaken store. It’s basic customer service and basic principle. Which clearly , Sarah Campbell has none. How hard is that.
Terrible customer service never received call when my order wasn't going to be shipped so I waited all day and the bed frame I ordered will never come because the piece that was missing isn't available anywhere. And now it will take over a week to get my money back because they didn't have anything I could pricw match at all. Will never shop here again ... Ever

Item purchased was defective and declared defective by their own service tech. 13 months later we still not have received a replacement table. Every service rep I talk too says they can’t make the decision to replace the table. Every supervisor I speak to says they can’t make the decision to replace the table and there has been no decision by the manager in 13 MONTHS!!! As of yet I have been blocked from speaking to the customer service manager. Don’t waste your money, a quick search online and you will find hundreds of examples like this. STAY AWAY!!!!
Bad delivery. Broke the furniture. Trying to get my money back and it's been over a week. No one ever answers the phone at the store so I have to contact customer service to actually talk to someone. I have been waiting over a week for my money to be returned. I wouldn't order from the Brice Rd location. Probably won't ever order from Ashley furniture again.

I went to Ashley on Sunday to purchase a couch and table set so I spent a lot of money there. I took the table set with me the same day and scheduled an order for the couch. Today, when I was told that I would get a call with a 2 hour time frame for the delivery for tomorrow, I received a phone call from Morison Ashley aplolgizing because the tables were not in stock and could not be delivered- mind you, the tables are in my living room as I type this. I immediately tried to call back and was disconnected 3 times by the phone being hung up on me for no reason. I was livid. I decided to just call the store directly and they stated this was due to a miscommunication so I asked what time the couches would be delivered and the gentlemen stated that since I chose “same day” shipping- even though it is now 2 days later, they’d call me day of with a 2 hour time frame. I mean, how ridiculous is that. I live 10 minutes from this location and they can not give me a time so I can plan in advance to have someone at my home or so I could notify my property manager but nope, I guess that would make too much sense. I’m already regretting doing business with them and wish’d I’d taken my business elsewhere but I am now stuck and financially committed to them. Can’t wait to see what other headaches come about with them! I can already feel it. Smh.

It was easy to find just what we needed and the sales STAFF worked with us to make a great purchase on a Dining Room Table and Chair set and Living Room Sectional. The delivery team was friendly and careful to set up our new furniture.

Very good shopping experience at this location. Was greeted with a smile by Evie as I told her I was looking around for new furniture and was just going to take some notes. Then, I met the sales associate , Mary! She was great! She was very patient and honest with me while we went around around the store for 2 hours. She actually made a tedious activity fun for me! In the end, I purchased a living room set. After price matching almost all of it, I spent less than I budgeted. Overall, I am very pleased with the service thus far.

We both liked that we didn't have someone standing over us. When we found what we was looking for, James came over and answered our questions. If we decide to buy anything else for our home we'll go back to that store first .

What a great experience! I was treated wonderfully, my kids were offered refreshments, and a balloon. The salesman was super nice, but gave me space to browse and look around. We went to look at and purchase a new mattress set last Saturday. We were greeted by a very nice lady who directed us to the mattresses. We were looking around when we were greeted by a salesman who identified himself as the regional director. He said it was our lucky day and we would get a great deal. He asked us what we were interested in and what type we presently owned. His response was to say that the type we owned was the worst kind(though he tried to sell us a set made by that company). He only showed us two types of mattresses( the most expensive) .The prices ranged in the $3000.00 range. We asked him for a card ( which he didn't have) and asked him how long he was going to be there so we could have lunch to talk about it and then come back, that this was a major purchase and we wanted to duscuss it.He nervously replied, he was only going to be there another half hour and we needed to make a decision. He also said he would "throw in the box spring" . We noticed( and thought this was laughable, because on the tag it already said it was included). He was clearly out to take our money and not satisfy a customer. He said his name was David. We left there, went to a different furniture store and purchased a very similar set for $1000.00 less, and love it. We won't go back there.

Im 23 and came to make my first “big girl” home purchase. As soon as my mom and I walked in Ricky was there to greet us. I had an idea of what I was looking for but wasn’t exactly sure. I get extremely stressed out making decisions in itself and even more anxiety when salesmen are overbearing. I can say that this was not Ricky at all! He allowed me to walk around on my own and was there whenever I had any questions. He was very honest and kind and didn’t try to sell me every item just to make a sale. I had my 3rd set if furniture delivered last week. In that order were 2 bar stools. They came damaged. I asked for customer service to call me. They called the following day and scheduled a replacement for today. They confirmed the time would be between 3:30-5:30 today. At 5:33 when no one had been here yet I called customer service. I was told they were running behind and they would now be here between 7:00-8:00. At 8:00 with still no delivery and NO phone calls to me they tell me it's now too late and they aren't coming! I wasted 5 hours waiting and not one person called me! I had to call THEM twice! Jared the delivery supervisor told me several drivers were sick and called off and they ran behind. Really.....no one knew this at 5:30? Or at 7:00? He was very nice and said he would reschedule my delivery for tomorrow or the next day. And give me a $100 credit. All I ask is that someone could have cared enough to call me. I wouldn't have been as upset about rescheduling if they had the courtesy to call me in advance. I love their furniture and have never had an issue until today. Their customer service dept needs help.

Visited Ashley Homestore for the first time last weekend with my husband. We were greeted immediately by Ricky Bell, as we walked in the door. He was very nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable . Recently purchased coffee table and end tables. After I get home to check them out from being delivered I notice black permanent marker all over each piece and scratches on one of them. Also missing a rail for the file cabinet drawer. Took pictures and sent to be reviewed, to have them swapped out because I was told that would not be a problem. After being reviewed, we were told that they are stretch marks and it's normal.. I believe I know the difference between dots and marks of marker compared to wood grain texture. In the process of getting returned. Too much money was spent for marked up furniture that I thought would be world class.
I would like to rate my furniture but since it has been almost a month and I still don't have it I can't. Instead I will rate the horrible customer service and knowledge of the people working at this store. I went in and ordered and couch and matching chair and they set the delivery up for 21 days later since that is when it would be available. The night before the delivery I sell my current furniture as I live in an apartment and have no place to store it or use it as spare if need be. They delivery guys show up with a couch and chair that I did not buy and say their order is completely different than what's on my receipt. I call the lady who sold me the furniture and she said they don't make the couch she sold me anymore and I could have the showroom couch for no discount or anything. She then calls me back 4 hours later and says they do make the couch and chair and it will be available in another two weeks. So now I have no furniture for 2 weeks because they have absolutely no idea what the hell they are doing. And all I got was an I'm sorry. So I will pay off the furniture I bought (if I ever actually get it) and then I will never do business with them again! My previous living room and my entire bedroom is furnished by Ashley so they just lost a loyal customer and I recommend going to Value City. They are much better and actually know what they have and what they are doing.
I have been a loyal Ashley Furniture customer for some time now. I have furnished my living room, three bedrooms and kitchen w/ Ashley Furniture. I now decide to furnish the last bedroom in my house; I go to the store ready to pay as I have looked online & knew exactly what I wanted to find out they do not waive the delivery fee any longer according to the gentleman. Like I said previously I practically furnished my entire home here, all at separate occasions & never paid a delivery fee. That's perfectly fine that you lost business and a sale. I didn't do research cause Ashley has just done me right from the beginning. I looked around and found that other places had similar if not the same exact things I wanted at Ashley for a cheaper price and waived delivery fee. I will be spending my money there this weekend. It was nice doing business Ashley, but not again!
I have previously bought all of my furniture from Ashley, most of it being from this location. I had the worst experience purchasing a dining table recently. The sales rep gave me wrong pricing regarding delivery, then wrong information regarding pick-up. The store manager was helpful in setting up delivery for me and providing the correct pricing. However, when I was finally able to get the table delivered, the sales rep had placed the order for the wrong table. The sales agent I spoke to that day had told me they would provide a refund of the delivery charge for the inconvenience, but it hasn't been done, and I don't care to fight for it at this point. Unfortunate because I have been a loyal Ashely customer for nearly a decade now.

I stopped in the Ashley Furniture Store #41 Brice Rd, Cols, OH and was greeted by Ricky Bell, very personable young man, answered my questions, didn't follow me around the store, but did check on me occasionally to see how I was doing and if I was finding everything okay. After checking out a few places, I went back to see Ricky and picked out a dining room table/chairs. The process went smoothly and delivery arrangements were made. The only problem was the delivery fee, which I thought was free, but turned out not to be. Of course, the protection plan is always a choice, but when I indicated that I wasn't paying for both, Ricky said he would work things out if I could give him until the following day. To make a long story short, he did just that, taking time to find some cheaper price comparisons on the same furniture in order to be able to include the protection plan. So, if you stop in the Brice Rd store, ask for Ricky if he's not already up front.

My son recently bought several items from Ashley Furniture in Reynoldsburg. The product specialist Tiffany Hanson was the best sales person I have ever encountered in my 50+ years of shopping! She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive yet she gave us time to browse and ask questions as we needed. A 5 star performance for Tiffany!!
Came in today looking for a bedroom set .... Tissy Westbrook went out of her way to make sure we found the perfect set. She was attentive, very informative, and personable.
Just wanted to say how helpful and knowledge Tissy Westbrook, the Assistant Manager at the Brice Rd store was, she took the time to help me find what I want without pressuring me into something that I didn't want . Trust me, I am going to go back to the store again for my furniture needs in the future.
Do not buy the furniture protection insurance!!! They are ripping you off and it does not cover what they promise. They are not interested in helping you out when there is a problem. They told me to call a local furniture repair man. Go to an honest place. Their furniture is cheap and will not last.

Ricky is very over bearing and annoying, honestly made me not even want to shop there, bc of his constant hovering and reapproaching. Tissi Westbrook was great to work with. Helpful, caring, and not overbearing, great customer service. We are so pleased to have walked out with a great deal after she helped crunch numbers. On delivery day we were sadly disappointed with the completely wrong parts to the couch we had ordered. It was backwards and they "forgot" one piece completely. They won't be able to get us the right piece today after spending 2000$ and waiting a week already, I am not pleased. Hoping Ashley furniture can make this right and turn my opinion about them around.

The sales person Rickey was awesome he didn't hover over me and wasn't overly aggressive trying to sale me anything. He gave me time alone to search the store and came over to check on me. He was friendly and engaging. I found exactly what I wanted and didnt spend too much time in the store. Overall my experience was great.

The original order I placed came damaged, I immediately called them disappointed, however David and Liz were able to quickly find a solution and turn a bad experience into a good one. When I purchased my complete dining set and server I was completely satisfied with the experience. I even wrote a review before I left the store. When my furniture was delivered and one of the pieces was damaged it took several calls and emails (none of which were returned by the store manager as requested) and 6 WEEKS to resolve the matter. I did not have the beautiful set I purchased to use over the holidays until nearly 3 weeks into the new year. You are a valued customer until your check clears it your credit card is approved!!
The showroom is displayed very lovely. Ricky Bell, the product specialist at Ashley Homestore was wonderfully helpful in assisting me find the exact furniture I wanted. I want to share a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Haben Tecle for her incredible customer care. I was in the store Friday evening shopping. Ms. Tecle was the associate assisting me. While I was shopping I received a text that a dear friend who lives in Florida was being taken off life support and was told it would be a matter if minutes before she passed. I approached Ms. Tecle moments after receiving the message to explain I needed to leave and explained teary eyed the news I received. She was genuinely concerned, she offered to get me water and suggested I have a seat then went to get me some tissues. When she returned she said "I get off in 15 minutes, why don't you let me drive you home." I was so touched by her kindness. Her kindness made all the difference in the world at that moment and actually made me feel better. I declined the ride home but let her know how much I appreciated the offer. Ashey Furniture is very fortunate to have Ms Haben Tecle representing the company, she genuinely cares about her customers.

Terrible service. They delivered me two broken chests and then tried to sell me a floor model that was marked up with permanent marker. I asked for a refund and they cancelled my order but "forgot" to take the charge off of my account. That was three months ago and I have still not received my refund.

This has been an utter nightmare for a year now! Still not getting the service sent the wrong items and NO ONE ever returns a phone call. Worst customer service I have ever delt with! Not only do they promise to come fix everything.. they don't come at all and new people take their place and say" I know nothing about it let me review it" and then they handle it and once agian .. IT never gets done! At this point I am taking this further.. watch out from the sales pitch I heard to buy furniture that is LOUSY!! Thanks Ashely for taking my money and never giving me the service!!!

Terrible Experience with Warranty. Bought a couch that has a 5 year springs warranty. I've owned the couch for 18 months when the spring broke and now there is a terribly creaking noise. I called and they said it is under warranty but that it would cost $100 for someone to come out and then $100 an hour to pay the repair guy. so what is under warranty? The actual spring itself. The $10 spring will be given for free as I pay hundreds of dollar to have it repaired. Awesome warrant, certainly shopping elsewhere next time.

I worked with Haben and she was fantastic; very patient and helpful without being intrusive! I have been furnishing a new house and have been in a lot of stores lately and this was a great experience compared to others! The general manager Rob was also very accommodating!
Did a price hold on an item and was told if I use cash and decided I didn't want the item that I would be given a cash refund. Not True!! We ended up not getting the item and was told the funds would be sent us by mail via check in 2-3 weeks. Management did little to help or correct their error. Total disappointment.
