We went to Ashley Furniture to look for living room furniture—Ms. Jones who introduced herself and asked if we help with anything. We found what we like and she helped us to find a rocker chair to match the couch. She was very friendly and I am very happy she made us looked at two different colors that look so good (blue and gray).

Elijajah Johnson was absolutely amazing and so was his manager Chelsea. They helped us get a good deal and organize and easy pick up and delivery. Wouldn’t have had it any other way!!

Bill our sales guy did a great job and was friendly, informative and so helpful.

Barrett Peter Was right on it I told him what I needed it. It took me to it show me what my three options was he offered me a pillow to get a filling of all the mattresses. Very easy, fast process explain the warranty delivery process and very detail. It was perfect.

Had a great experience! Elijah was the sales person who helped us. He was very friendly & knowledgeable about the products. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The salespeople at Ashley’s at the Reynoldsburg location have been wonderful, especially Bill. He’s very nice, knowledgeable and professional. This has been the upside of the experience. The downside is trying to get your items. There has been a long wait to get the furniture. I didn’t need anything ASAP so the wait was fine. I would say that if you need something right away, take that into consideration. Also, if you get a set (maybe a bed, dresser, mattress) be aware that all the items may not be able to be delivered all at once due to delays. The other thing is, I had a dresser delivered but all the pieces (screws and brackets) were not the right ones so now someone has to come back out to my home again to finish putting the dresser together. My experience overall hasn’t been bad but be aware that there may be some delays in you receiving the items you ordered.

Chris Birt was a fantastic helping us picking out our new mattress with Awesome king size adjustable bed. He really knows his stuff about this! We had all kinds of questions about it, which he answered completely and accurately showing the information to us Which was greatly appreciated because we did not know much about it. He had My wife and I checking out every one of them after we told him what we needed. They have the top selection for this item. The Dreamcloud bed is fantastic. My wife and I had different preferences and he suggested that we get two different mattresses to fit our needs. That was a great idea! They really know their stuff there at Ashley Furniture. Totally pleased with our selection. And can’t wait for them to arrive.

Ms Jones was outstanding in working with my wife and I on a new mattress. The process was smooth, Ms Jones was patient and knowledgeable, and she made the experience extremely pleasant. The delivery folks were great and the mattress is one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. Thrilled with every aspect of our purchase and will definitely be shopping here again for future household needs. Great experience throughout the whole process. I’d give more stars if I could!

We have been searching for some time for a new sectional. Our salesman, Christopher, at the Ashley store on Taylor Park in Reynoldsburg, helped us find the perfect fit for us. We were not only impressed with his knowledge and kindness, but with the quality of the sectional, the protection plan and the quick delivery. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We will shop there again.

We ordered a table for our new home in November and received it in January. The Ashley team made sure to keep up updated throughout the waiting period when each piece was ready for delivery.

What an amazing experience! Christopher was absolutely wonderful. He let me browse without walking all over my heels. Then, at the appropriate time he came over and made great recommendations about furniture, mattresses, and accessories regarding quality, price and more. I would strongly recommend Christopher for your furniture shopping needs. He has made me a customer for life. He offered GREAT customer service… which is hard to get these days.

My first sofa had two rips. They replaced it but the second one the chaise cushion was sagging. They had someone come and they added a piece of foam. The cushion now sits 1 1/2” higher than the other two. I was told to sit on it and it will sink. The problem is when you sit on the other cushions they sink as well. Leaving the cushion still higher than the other two. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Ashley refused it saying it was up to standards. Which by the picture you can see it is not. An appeal has been filed. I tried yo return it but they said since it’s been in the house over 3 days they will not. It took over 3 days just for a response and then to send someone out.

Great experience buying our new couches and end table. Our salesman Bill was great to work with and wasn't pushy at all. He gave us space to look around and was super helpful after we made our decision to purchase. Highly recommend Ashley!

Bartt was great. They didn't have the sofa i wanted to see on the floor. He tried yo find it other places and when he couldn't, he found something on the floor with similar dimensions so I could het a feel for it. I decided to browse and Bartt left me to do it in peace. I appreciated that. It was no pressure or him trying to subtly follow me around the store. I ended up with something totally different than I went in there for but so far im pleased. Lol

Ordered a partial bedroom set. The first time they attempted to deliver they were missing parts. Second time they delivered it was the wrong bed, but I accepted because my child was without a bed after the first botched delivery. A rep agreed to give me a $150 store credit but I have yet to receive anything. I’ve emailed in the past month and still nothing.

Elijah provided great service while we were shopping for our a new couch today! We have been searching high and low for a new sectional, and Ashley’s had exactly what we were looking for.

You cannot get after care from these people

Quita Jones was a great help when I was figuring out what type of tempurpedic bed to purchase. She went through all of the features and explained the differences based on my needs. She also explained the purchase options that were available. I would definitely recommend Ashley furniture because of the service I received.

The associates answered all my questions and made the buying experience a pleasure.

UPDATE: We were offered a $200.00 Visa gift card if we purchased this chair before 12/31, which we did. After repeated phone calls, text messages and stopping into the store 3 times, we never received the card. At this point, we give up. While the card didn’t motivate us to buy, don’t advertise a promotional card if you’re not going to actually give it to the customer. *********************** 2/20/2026 Elijah was very knowledgeable and pleasant. His ability to answer all of our questions without any high pressure sales was appreciated. The recliner we purchased wasn't what we were shopping for, but once sat in, we knew it was exactly what we wanted. If shopping here, ask for Elijah for great service and product knowledge. Answer the dang phone. Any furniture store we've been to, there's always 2-3 sales people sitting around fiddling with their phone. We called this store 3-4 times, nobody answers. You can't tell me that all the sales people are busy with customers. You lost a sale....yes, we're ready to buy a sectional. Just not at your store now.

I was told to lay on these 4 different beds and I ended up getting a couple of big bites on my hip. Now I have an infestation of bed bugs!! DO NOT GET ONTO THEIR FURNITURE

They were very helpful did not rush me trying to get a sale. They let me shop and when I needed help they were there I liked that .

The furniture is beautiful certainly. We got a lovely large lounge chair (about 800.00) nearly a year ago and the fluff on the top of one arm has completely collapsed and it crunches and makes all kinds of noise when you sit, stand or move. Will never buy again from Ashley as the quality is NOT there.

Our salesperson, Abby Jones, was great. She took so much time with us and was very thorough. It was our second time in the past few weeks back at Ashley’s looking for a mattress.We had done a lot of looking around and extensive research on mattresses. We weren’t planning on buying just yet, but after dealing with Abby again, my husband said “We’re buying here”. It wasn’t an inexpensive or easy decision purchase, but Abby made it easy. Can’t wait to get our mattress delivered Saturday.

We purchased our couch from Ashley with the help of Christopher! We are in love with our new cozy sofa. Lisa was an incredible helper! I got an accent cabinet that I love - it arrived quickly and is even better in my house than I expected. Lisa helped me price match the online cost and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. She was knowledgeable and personable. We even chatted about our love for dancing with the stars :) no other sales people even said hello or smiled at me, but Lisa made me feel important and well taken care of. Lisa is the best!

The delivery crew was professional, work was well coordinated between the two of them. Both team members were polite and courteous. The dining room set was an outstanding purchase. I’ve never been to your store (on line), before, but I will definitely use your store for my needs in the future.

The customer service in the store was great. But beyond that they are useless and I'm beyond frustrated. I ordered a couch in stores on 9/4 and called back on 9/6 to cancel the order upon finding out it was too big. I then followed up in person to cancel this order on 9/9. I called back on 9/12 and 9/16 to inquire about a refund to my account and both times I was told the refund was never issued and they'd do it right away! Then I got an automated text on 9/20 saying that the couch was going to show up on Tuesday (9/23) and so I called that day to say "I do not want the couch, please refund me" and they said okay again.... and now it just showed up at my house!! and I tried to call the store and no one answered! Absolutely wild I just want my money back.

Every experience has been excellent, and the delivery service is top notch. I really appreciate the text updates with a tracker so we know exactly how many stops away the delivery is. The delivery team is always prompt, professional, and polite, which makes the entire process stress-free. A big part of why we keep coming back is LaQuita Jones—she is the absolute best! She’s always professional, polite, and truly listens. We’ve never felt like she was just trying to sell us something; instead, she goes above and beyond to help us find the right furniture for our home.

Amanda was amazing! She helped pick out a modular sectional for my living room. She was great! I can be indecisive and tend overthink everything. She was very patient and helped me determine what was best for my space.

We ordered a couch we love, but I am unable to get in contact with anyone since. I tried to get in contact with someone about the delivery because they were outside of the delivery window and no one was home to receive the order, but I kept getting an automated system and couldn’t actually do anything about the problem. We scheduled the delivery for a time we would be home, but they came way before that. I got a message saying “the delivery is 5 minutes away” and I was completely unprepared and not home because we were not expecting them to come outside of the delivery window. I had to drop everything I was doing and rush back home to receive the order and when I got home they brought in the delivery, but slammed it into the wall and left a mark. I’ve also had another issue with getting in contact since the delivery. We filled out surveys to receive gift cards, but never got anything. I have tried going on the website and calling multiple numbers to talk to a person, but I keep hearing “no one is available to take your call, goodbye.” And the automated system keeps hanging up no matter what extension I try. So at this point I just given up because it’s not worth it and it’s a waste of time to keep trying to contact the store and talk to a real person instead of the automated system. We love the couch, but next time I would rather drive to the distributor and pick the couch up myself to avoid the frustration of delivery services and save the money we paid for it. And the phone number is completely useless so if you have a problem you just have to go back into the store.

We visited this store to shop for a new couch. An older lady who greeted us was very shady and hovering over our 3 month old daughter. We stopped to check out a couch and this lady rubbed our 3 month baby's face with her nasty hands. Who knows the last time she washed them. This incident has made us take our business elsewhere. Bob's furniture less than a mile away is a lot more polite and respectful of young children. They are also super helpful.

Visited Ashley store in Reynoldsburg. Ms. Jones was the first person to greet us with a smile. I told her my needs and the first piece of furniture she sat me in I was sold! She was great to work with and the process was quick!

I recently purchased new LR furniture at Ashley’s in Reynoldsburg. It was delivered & I am highly impressed. From the beginning I was not harassed during my shopping, the ordering was easy with my sales rep. Delivery was online. The delivery service was great. Most of all I love my new furniture!!!

don't buy the insurance! we didn't use it and were told we could spend the whole $299 in store after it expired, the catch? must spend DOUBLE that amount or it is useless, we were not told this when we bought it!

We came in to buy a mattress and bed frame Ms Jones was super freinedly and very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. She helped us pick the best one for us and also helped us make sure it was delivered when we needed it to be. She did not pressure us into something we didnt need or want. It was a great experience.

Abbie was fantastic! She helped educate us through the process of picking a new mattress, explaining the differences, what the different benefits and downfalls were of each and taking into consideration all the information we gave her to make sure we picked the best bed and frame.

Chris took great care of us, normally at furniture stores you get hunted down but that wasn’t the case with Chris. Very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We ended up purchasing a couch.

This rating is solely based on customer service. The girl who helped us was really nice initially but then became more worried about trying to sell us a mattress than the tables we asked for help with. Our questions were not directly answered for any products we asked about. We purchased a table however she was dishonest- and rushy- she charged me more and was kind of rude after i showed her the price on the tag but we went else where to purchase a mattress because how she was/ her sales tactic was uncomfortable. I didn't feel secure in placing another order especailly not for $3000+.

Exceptional Experience at Reynoldsburg Ohio Location our visit was outstanding. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed by a young man dressed professionally, setting a great tone. It made me confident in the choice I made. I never felt rushed to choose one over the other or pressured to spend more money if it wasn’t necessary. Today I came into Ashley’s home store to purchase a couch and dining table. As we walked into the the store their was a worker name Abby Jones and she was amazing she was so kind hearted and helpful and she was overall amazing I am so happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back I also recommend Abby to help you around the store and to purchase items!

Chris did a fantastic job and was very thorough. He was kind, helpful and not pushy. My only issue was the sofa online says nothing about sale price so when I called the gal said take 25% off. When I arrived to buy it, I find out that is a sale price. They gave a 5% military discount, which i appreciate. The website says 7 days delivery, but in fact it's going to be 17 days. My expwith Chris was professional and excellent.

Bought a dining room table here and used the middle extension for Christmas dinner. Tried to push back together after and now won’t work. It’s an expensive piece of junk! Getting customer service is very hard and they push you off to avoid honoring the warranty. Do not buy here, I never will again.

Christopher was awesome. He didn't push me to buy anything. We came into the store knowing the two we were interested in and he allowed us to test them out. I had a terrible experience at a different Ashley store in Northwest Ohio. After paying $877, they told me AFTER the fact that they couldn’t deliver my order. I dealt with the “beating around the bush,” for almost a week straight. Calling multiple times a week, trying to schedule a delivery date. Just for them to say, we actually can’t deliver your order. I canceled and went to this store instead. After explaining what happened, an employee named Christopher, went ABOVE and beyond for me! He ensured that they could deliver to me, and even gave me a discount for the trouble. Christopher and the staff at this Ashley, ENSURE the best service. They’re truthful, and give you the best quality assurance! If you visit, just know that this staff cares! Shoutout to Christopher for helping me, and making this right! I'm not an unreasonable person, but all 3 (2 from Big Sandys) were defective. This last one was nicked up just as the others and all the bolts were missing to bolt on the feet. On January 24, 2025 I went to the Ashley Home Store at 2339 Taylor Park Dr, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. My first 🚩 should have been when I walked through the front door the lady that was standing at the front looked me up and down and never parted her lips in any effort to speak, acknowledge my presence, or even ask was there any way I could be assisted or what was I looking for. Second 🚩, there was a sales men sitting on a sofa, looking in his phone, he never acknowledged me. I walked through the entire furniture store on, navigating it with absolutely no assistance. Even when I got fed up and walked up to the front to exit the store, there wasn't even a thank you come again. I have spent quite a bit of money with Ashley Home Furniture and to be discarded as nothing when I'm attempting to spend more money is very disrespectful and unsettling to me. I hope that this location based on the color of my skin refuses to assist me, especially when I was the only person in the store during that time. Do better!

This place just can't get anything done right. The ordering system is so jacked up. Their delivery team just makes up when they can or cannot delivery items. Somehow my phone number kept changing in the delivery so nobody called and, they sent me an email saying they were going to delivery an item, 3 hours prior to showing up so guess what, nobody was available and since my number was wrong, they couldn't call to confirm anything. Do not waste your time buying anything from here because their estimated times of delivery and their 3rd party delivery team are the WORST! Find a store that sells american only. Yes, you will pay more, but you do not have to deal with the overseas nightmare.

I absolutely loved my experience at this store. My sales person was Lisa and she was a breathe of fresh air. She was the complete opposite of a pushy sales person that follows you around the store. She asked what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction, and gave me the space I needed. She also understood my need and was attentive to answering my questions (I had alot lol) she was very kind and patient. She made me feel comfortable, I felt like I was shopping with advisor, the same way it would be if you were shopping with your mom (but in a good way🙂) All in all I highly recommend. Bill Anderson helped me and my brother get a great deal on a couch, entertainment system, and a coffee table and end tables. Super nice experience and we got what we wanted out of it. I definitely recommend going here if you need furniture. There aren’t a lot of helpful, personable, or polite people in customer service but he checks the box on all three!

Came in today to replace a cooling mattress protector for our sealy cooling bed. We’ve had our current mattress protector for a few years and thought it was time to replace it. When we walked in was greeted by an associate and we explained we were looking for a new protector for our mattress. We already knew the brand we wanted and exactly which one we were getting. When we found the mattress protectors nothing was priced or had prices shown, associate had a difficult time getting us a price for the one we wanted. 5 mins later she comes back and says it’s 249$, but the price online was different then in store. So we passed on it and walked around the store looking at other bedroom furniture. About 5 mins later the associate who had spoken with us said hey the protector you were looking at is actually 109$ so cool great we’ll get it. So we get up to the register to buy it and something’s wrong. two associates are speaking to each other and something was wrong again with the price or the associate entered the sku number and the price wasn’t 109$. So INSTEAD of saying to us hey this isn’t the price I told you it was, I got the skus wrong or mixed up they took it upon themselves to go and get a whole different mattress protector from the back and replace the specific one we came into the store to buy WITHOUT EVEN ASKING US! NOT ONE WORD WAS SPOKEN TO US they Just switched it out and thought that was okay?!? Now as the associate walked away with our protector we came into buy my wife said “I don’t want this one, I want that one” the associate just kept walking away with it, and the associate ringing us out just kept ringing us out for a whole different item THAT WE DIDNT ASK FOR OR EVEN WANTED! At that point we just walked out…. We’ve always bought from Ashley, we have their store card, our whole house is furnished with Ashley product. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOD AWFUL. I think I’m done with Ashley furniture for good!

We started off our furniture hunting journey at the Ashely outlet. And eventually ended up at the Ashely main store. We knew what we wanted immediately and the person who helped us there was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will say however that not all of the employees were of that caliber. The young lady at the outlet was helpful but still seemed to be learning making it harder to answer our questions or find the answers to them. And again at the main store another lady seemed to be confused about us wanting to get a specific couch in a manual recline option instead of the power option. And the floor models showed both options. We finally were able to get a person who could answer everything for us! It didn’t take away from our experience though. We were happy to be buying new furniture!

I had the best experience, thanks to LaQuita. Her customer service was on a whole nother level. She was very patient, provided steller knowledge, and was able to answer every question I asked. I left the store knowing I made the best purchase possible. From decore, comfort, warranty, product longevity, price, and a large variety of products to choose from, she gave me reassurance with my purchase and I appreciate her because I was just window shopping and left with a Gem. She definitely deserves a raise, and if she's capped, yall definitely need to fix that. I would hire her in a heartbeat just off of her professionalism alone. Thank you for a dope experience, I hope you employee more employees like her. I'll be shopping at Ashles for all my furniture needs and I know exactly who I'm asking for.

We bought a couch at a year and half ago. We have had stitching come undone from cushions and framing break on one, now I believe a second is breaking. They sold us on warranty that has been a NIGHTMARE. I started the claim process with them January 28th. It was April before they got a tech here. He said the framing just doesn’t last long on these coaches and had to order parts. That was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from that company. Between the quality being far more inferior than I had expected and this awful awful warranty company I have no intentions to do business with this company. Tread carefully, research the furniture thoroughly and don’t buy the warranty if you can help it or if you do know that it’s going to be months before anything is done. I intend to report this to the BBB and anywhere else I need to. Update: after two weeks GBS/Protectall contacts me to tell me that frame repair is not covered. Looked at the list of what is NOT covered and I didn’t really see anything actually covered. Also spoke to Ashley/Morris to find out the manufacturer warranty is also only good 12 months. This is insane. You spend over 5 grand on three pieces of furniture and hundreds on a warranty thinking you’d be good and have quality furniture. Only to have it break down 12-14 months later. Do your research on these companies throughly. Don’t rely on good reviews. I didn’t even know it until recently they even have a class action lawsuit on their hands. Want to make it right? Give me my money back so I can have someone else come fix it or I can use that money to buy better furniture. Also, FYI I reached out to them per their request below and they still did nothing.

Salesperson helpful. Wished for a bit more inventory of dining tables, but I did find what I was looking for, two-toned round table with leaf, upholstered chairs, easy care finish. Sale price was reasonable. Email and text communication regarding sale and delivery very good. Delivery was on time, damage free, and a friendly and efficient team who assembled table and cleaned up all debris. I love it in my space. 3 chairs yet to come but are expected soon.

Do not listen to the salesman when they try to sell you on the extended warranty. I was told it would cover just about everything. He even said I could catch it on fire and the warranty would cover. A sucker was born that day and it was me. Total lie and horrible service. After several calls to the warranty company (they never answer the phone) and zero help from Ashley staff, I finally found their website. I filed a claim because the material on the arm rest is literally peeling away. The couch is only 2 years old. Apparently, I rest my arm too aggressively? Thousands of dollars wasted. Don’t fall for the scam. I hope the sales guy enjoyed his morals-free commission.

Couch was OK, but they signed me up for a credit card without my knowledge and it's been impossible to close it, most frustrating experience ever. They push really hard for you to sign up for a card but don't give you the disclosing paperwork or anything, suddenly they just tell you that you have a card open with them, DO NOT RECOMMEND. They also had a promotion with gift tiers based on purchase amount and they never gave us them, no excuse either, just an oops! Store owner gives customer service email and they redirect back to the owner, ridiculous

We had a GREAT experience in the store ordering our furniture. Kayla was extremely helpful and accommodating. 5 star service. Would highly recommend this store.

Overall are experience was great. We were greeted in the store promptly, left alone to shop and our sales associate was back when needed. Our bedframe did arrive with some damage, but we received a call back right away and it has been handled.

Not the best buying experience. Wish things wouldn't went different. The main guy with slick back hair assured me we would get our order the week after thanksgiving just to get us to buy. We went in the week after and they told us it would be end of December. Beware these guys will say anything to get your sale without even knowing when the furniture will actually be delivered!

An incredibly poor customer service experience. Our sales associate ordered the wrong items. The portion of the order that was accurate arrived damaged. The agents we spoke with showed and continue to show no empathy. It’s a farce to call them customer service representatives. It’s been 45 days since we’ve made the purchase and they have still not replaced the damaged items or delivered incorrect items. We’ve contacted the GM (“Steven”), sales associate, multiple “customer service” reps and no one seems to care. If you’re considering Ashley home furniture there are better and more reputable company’s out there who actually value their customers. If you’re reading this do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere. They simply do not care and will take an “ignore it until goes away” approach to any customer service you may need after purchase.

Ms Jones and Mr Halko took their time helping us today and even stayed after hours to help us get what we needed. Great experience overall!

I went to the Ashley Home Furnishings Store in Reynoldsburg, Oh to purchase furniture for a new home I'm having built. Bryson greeted me and asked what I was looking for. Since my purchase involved furnishings for all rooms including beds and mattresses Bryson enlisted the help of associate JT. The two of them were so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They helped me make comparisons to make sure I was satisfied with each selection. They searched online stock to find what I wanted and were patient with me as I shared my dislikes on certain items. My 94 year old mother was with me and they were very attentive to her needs as she tired from the many hours it took to shop, even bringing a chair up to the counter for her while I was going through the final sale process. I went back the next day and added more to my selections. I can't sing enough praises for these two young men! I highly recommend Ashley Home Furnishings Store in Reynoldsburg and JT and Bryson.

I went to Ashley's after I checked my dining table online and it's price. The store had wide sellection on dining tables so I was able to Check out the material in person the table I was looking forward to buy online. Taylor was a great associate who helped me not only with what i was looking for but she also helped me to shop around couple other options under my budget. She was very calm professional and knowledgeable. She helped me set up the delivery date as I was looking for. Overall I had a great experience with the Taylor for setting up my dining table delivery and the selection. So recently I purchased a couch online from a different furniture store but unfortunately I had to return it because it was too uncomfortable.(That’s what Iget for purchasing furniture online🙄😄) So anyways I decided to try Ashley’s. I’m so glad I did! They had a lot of variety and good quality pieces at a decent price. The staff there was absolutely phenomenal especially Kayla and Justin( My homie😄) They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and hilarious! I definitely recommend this place!❤️

The salesman assisted us by answering all questions. When the items went on sale, the price was matched as stated on the website. We had to have the warehouse hold the items for us for a couple weeks; there were not issues with this. The delivery men were very polite and quickly put the items together I would definitely shop a Ashley again.

If you value your time and money go anywhere else. The associates are fantastic while trying to sell you something but the customer service is gone if you have an issue. There is no corporate phone number to help with issues either, they just direct you to the website. They delivered me a broken sofa sleeper and gave me the run around to get it replaced and flaked on delivering the replacement TWICE, without so much as a phone call. When I called to see what was going on after my delivery window had passed they were incredibly rude. Bottom line: save yourself time and a headache by shopping ANYWHERE else.

Taylor was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She checked in on us and answered our questions but wasn’t overly pushy about trying to sell us something like most places we went. We left wanting to take time to think about what to get and when we came back in she remembered exactly what we wanted (probably better than I did). Overall a great experience!

Ashley is a great place to get furniture. Our salesperson David was very helpful by educating us on quality of dresser drawers. There was no pressure. He encouraged us to look other places but we ended up coming back to see him the same day. As for delivery, we were able to set up delivery via text. We were able to track the delivery. The only small problem was the delivery guys nicked a handle on one of the drawers. I called David to let him know and he advised me to take pictures and send an email to customer care. I have done that and waiting for a solution. This happened today during delivery. Overall very impressed with Ashley and will return again.
