Went to look for a new dual recliner and was greeted at the door by Abbey Jones. What a wonderful associate! She helped me find the perfect dual recliner and during our conversation even helped me purchase two new pillows and mattress cover! This was a wonderful shopping trip and I will definitely return.

This place just can't get anything done right. The ordering system is so jacked up. Their delivery team just makes up when they can or cannot delivery items. Somehow my phone number kept changing in the delivery so nobody called and, they sent me an email saying they were going to delivery an item, 3 hours prior to showing up so guess what, nobody was available and since my number was wrong, they couldn't call to confirm anything. Do not waste your time buying anything from here because their estimated times of delivery and their 3rd party delivery team are the WORST! Find a store that sells american only. Yes, you will pay more, but you do not have to deal with the overseas nightmare.

I absolutely loved my experience at this store. My sales person was Lisa and she was a breathe of fresh air. She was the complete opposite of a pushy sales person that follows you around the store. She asked what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction, and gave me the space I needed. She also understood my need and was attentive to answering my questions (I had alot lol) she was very kind and patient. She made me feel comfortable, I felt like I was shopping with advisor, the same way it would be if you were shopping with your mom (but in a good way🙂) All in all I highly recommend. The manager was amazing and accommodating as well. Thank you Ashley furniture for an amazing experience. I cant wait for my new bedroom set and dining set to arrive.🤗

Bill Anderson helped me and my brother get a great deal on a couch, entertainment system, and a coffee table and end tables. Super nice experience and we got what we wanted out of it. I definitely recommend going here if you need furniture. There aren’t a lot of helpful, personable, or polite people in customer service but he checks the box on all three!

Came in today to replace a cooling mattress protector for our sealy cooling bed. We’ve had our current mattress protector for a few years and thought it was time to replace it. When we walked in was greeted by an associate and we explained we were looking for a new protector for our mattress. We already knew the brand we wanted and exactly which one we were getting. When we found the mattress protectors nothing was priced or had prices shown, associate had a difficult time getting us a price for the one we wanted. 5 mins later she comes back and says it’s 249$, but the price online was different then in store. So we passed on it and walked around the store looking at other bedroom furniture. About 5 mins later the associate who had spoken with us said hey the protector you were looking at is actually 109$ so cool great we’ll get it. So we get up to the register to buy it and something’s wrong. two associates are speaking to each other and something was wrong again with the price or the associate entered the sku number and the price wasn’t 109$. So INSTEAD of saying to us hey this isn’t the price I told you it was, I got the skus wrong or mixed up they took it upon themselves to go and get a whole different mattress protector from the back and replace the specific one we came into the store to buy WITHOUT EVEN ASKING US! NOT ONE WORD WAS SPOKEN TO US they Just switched it out and thought that was okay?!? Now as the associate walked away with our protector we came into buy my wife said “I don’t want this one, I want that one” the associate just kept walking away with it, and the associate ringing us out just kept ringing us out for a whole different item THAT WE DIDNT ASK FOR OR EVEN WANTED! At that point we just walked out…. We’ve always bought from Ashley, we have their store card, our whole house is furnished with Ashley product. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOD AWFUL. I think I’m done with Ashley furniture for good!
We started off our furniture hunting journey at the Ashely outlet. And eventually ended up at the Ashely main store. We knew what we wanted immediately and the person who helped us there was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will say however that not all of the employees were of that caliber. The young lady at the outlet was helpful but still seemed to be learning making it harder to answer our questions or find the answers to them. And again at the main store another lady seemed to be confused about us wanting to get a specific couch in a manual recline option instead of the power option. And the floor models showed both options. We finally were able to get a person who could answer everything for us! It didn’t take away from our experience though. We were happy to be buying new furniture!
I had the best experience, thanks to LaQuita. Her customer service was on a whole nother level. She was very patient, provided steller knowledge, and was able to answer every question I asked. I left the store knowing I made the best purchase possible. From decore, comfort, warranty, product longevity, price, and a large variety of products to choose from, she gave me reassurance with my purchase and I appreciate her because I was just window shopping and left with a Gem. She definitely deserves a raise, and if she's capped, yall definitely need to fix that. I would hire her in a heartbeat just off of her professionalism alone. Thank you for a dope experience, I hope you employee more employees like her. I'll be shopping at Ashles for all my furniture needs and I know exactly who I'm asking for.

I had an incredible experience from start to finish with morris and Ashley Furniture. The in-store experience was fantastic, thanks to the amazing employee who assisted me (Kayla). She made the purchase process incredibly easy, answering all my questions and ensuring I found the perfect couch for my home. The outstanding service continued with the delivery team. They went above and beyond to ensure my couch was delivered without a scratch. The team even took the extra step of disassembling my banister (with permission) to ensure the couch would fit into the room and then reassembled it perfectly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication were truly impressive. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and excellent service. 10/10 – I highly recommend them!

Great service, great deal on a floor model. Prompt service and delivery
We bought a couch at a year and half ago. We have had stitching come undone from cushions and framing break on one, now I believe a second is breaking. They sold us on warranty that has been a NIGHTMARE. I started the claim process with them January 28th. It was April before they got a tech here. He said the framing just doesn’t last long on these coaches and had to order parts. That was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from that company. Between the quality being far more inferior than I had expected and this awful awful warranty company I have no intentions to do business with this company. Tread carefully, research the furniture thoroughly and don’t buy the warranty if you can help it or if you do know that it’s going to be months before anything is done. I intend to report this to the BBB and anywhere else I need to. Update: after two weeks GBS/Protectall contacts me to tell me that frame repair is not covered. Looked at the list of what is NOT covered and I didn’t really see anything actually covered. Also spoke to Ashley/Morris to find out the manufacturer warranty is also only good 12 months. This is insane. You spend over 5 grand on three pieces of furniture and hundreds on a warranty thinking you’d be good and have quality furniture. Only to have it break down 12-14 months later. Do your research on these companies throughly. Don’t rely on good reviews. I didn’t even know it until recently they even have a class action lawsuit on their hands. Want to make it right? Give me my money back so I can have someone else come fix it or I can use that money to buy better furniture. Also, FYI I reached out to them per their request below and they still did nothing.
Salesperson helpful. Wished for a bit more inventory of dining tables, but I did find what I was looking for, two-toned round table with leaf, upholstered chairs, easy care finish. Sale price was reasonable. Email and text communication regarding sale and delivery very good. Delivery was on time, damage free, and a friendly and efficient team who assembled table and cleaned up all debris. I love it in my space. 3 chairs yet to come but are expected soon.
Do not listen to the salesman when they try to sell you on the extended warranty. I was told it would cover just about everything. He even said I could catch it on fire and the warranty would cover. A sucker was born that day and it was me. Total lie and horrible service. After several calls to the warranty company (they never answer the phone) and zero help from Ashley staff, I finally found their website. I filed a claim because the material on the arm rest is literally peeling away. The couch is only 2 years old. Apparently, I rest my arm too aggressively? Thousands of dollars wasted. Don’t fall for the scam. I hope the sales guy enjoyed his morals-free commission.

Couch was OK, but they signed me up for a credit card without my knowledge and it's been impossible to close it, most frustrating experience ever. They push really hard for you to sign up for a card but don't give you the disclosing paperwork or anything, suddenly they just tell you that you have a card open with them, DO NOT RECOMMEND. They also had a promotion with gift tiers based on purchase amount and they never gave us them, no excuse either, just an oops! Store owner gives customer service email and they redirect back to the owner, ridiculous

Overall are experience was great. We were greeted in the store promptly, left alone to shop and our sales associate was back when needed. Our bedframe did arrive with some damage, but we received a call back right away and it has been handled.

Terrible customer service. After being told I would receive my couch in three weeks and it taking closer to 6 weeks, my couch was delivered extremely dirt. I was told a replacement would take 12 weeks as it was on back order so I declined. According to the "store manager" Fatima, I still needed to pay for the delivery charge because even though they delivered a defective couch, it was still delivered. The service there is poor and there is definitely an opportunity for additional training, especially for Fatima if this is a store manager representing the company.

Not the best buying experience. Wish things wouldn't went different. The main guy with slick back hair assured me we would get our order the week after thanksgiving just to get us to buy. We went in the week after and they told us it would be end of December. Beware these guys will say anything to get your sale without even knowing when the furniture will actually be delivered!

I went to the Ashley Home Furnishings Store in Reynoldsburg, Oh to purchase furniture for a new home I'm having built. Bryson greeted me and asked what I was looking for. Since my purchase involved furnishings for all rooms including beds and mattresses Bryson enlisted the help of associate JT. The two of them were so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They helped me make comparisons to make sure I was satisfied with each selection. They searched online stock to find what I wanted and were patient with me as I shared my dislikes on certain items. My 94 year old mother was with me and they were very attentive to her needs as she tired from the many hours it took to shop, even bringing a chair up to the counter for her while I was going through the final sale process. I went back the next day and added more to my selections. I can't sing enough praises for these two young men! I highly recommend Ashley Home Furnishings Store in Reynoldsburg and JT and Bryson.

I went to Ashley's after I checked my dining table online and it's price. The store had wide sellection on dining tables so I was able to Check out the material in person the table I was looking forward to buy online. Taylor was a great associate who helped me not only with what i was looking for but she also helped me to shop around couple other options under my budget. She was very calm professional and knowledgeable. She helped me set up the delivery date as I was looking for. Overall I had a great experience with the Taylor for setting up my dining table delivery and the selection. The salesman assisted us by answering all questions. When the items went on sale, the price was matched as stated on the website. We had to have the warehouse hold the items for us for a couple weeks; there were not issues with this. The delivery men were very polite and quickly put the items together I would definitely shop a Ashley again.

So disappointed in this company. The store associates do their best but the company itself gives them zero power to help their customers. We purchased well over $5,000 in furniture recently and the associate assured us if their mattress and mattress base policy. We purchased a Queen but changed our mind and want to upgrade to a king (which will be $2,000 more for the model we want) and we will pay in cash. We have been shuffled to every manager known to this company with no answer. We also want to purchase a full bedroom set that is over $4,000 as well. So they are willing to lose loyal customers and a chunk of cash over this nonsense! Will never shop Ashley ever again. So disappointed because their employees at this store are wonderful.

If you value your time and money go anywhere else. The associates are fantastic while trying to sell you something but the customer service is gone if you have an issue. There is no corporate phone number to help with issues either, they just direct you to the website. They delivered me a broken sofa sleeper and gave me the run around to get it replaced and flaked on delivering the replacement TWICE, without so much as a phone call. When I called to see what was going on after my delivery window had passed they were incredibly rude. Bottom line: save yourself time and a headache by shopping ANYWHERE else.

Ashley is a great place to get furniture. Our salesperson David was very helpful by educating us on quality of dresser drawers. There was no pressure. He encouraged us to look other places but we ended up coming back to see him the same day. As for delivery, we were able to set up delivery via text. We were able to track the delivery. The only small problem was the delivery guys nicked a handle on one of the drawers. I called David to let him know and he advised me to take pictures and send an email to customer care. I have done that and waiting for a solution. This happened today during delivery. Overall very impressed with Ashley and will return again.

Awful service. Salesman and manager attempted to pressure me into purchasing a couch for nearly $3000 more than it sales for on the website. When I brought it up I was told the most they could do is knock 20% off. However the Ashley website states price match or it’s free. I was told by the manager if I find it somewhere else cheaper that I should just buy it there. So I did, I went to the Easton store and the manager there upheld the promise on the Ashley website and price matched the exact price from the Ashley website.
We worked with Bartt and he was great! He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process quick and easy. We will be back!

Sales people and female manager at the Taylor station location are good. They tell you everything you want to hear. What the DONT tell you is the following: -The store doesn’t take calls (this was after my 7000.00 purchase) the sales people give out there cell number for communication. - I was promised my old bedding would be taken away upon delivery. Because they use several outside delivery companies there is no communication between store and delivery service. . - a store manager(Fatima) who acts as if she is doing you a favor when she doesn’t follow through and forgets items in the delivery. THE BBB HAS 256 complaints from Ashley customers . VALUE CITY HAS BETTER SERVICE!
I would give 0 if that was an option. I have had a problem with a piece of furniture I bought here since April. I was in the store Saturday and the manager was to finish the processing and call Monday. Nothing. I went back to the store today and the sales people were no help. And the manager wasn't there! You can only email or live chat with customer care. And then they won't give you to someone who can actually help!

My husband and I ordered a new bedroom set back in October of 2021. Finally got the delivery scheduled for the last piece to actually put the bed together some time at the end of April/early May 2022. When the delivery people got here and started to put the bed together, they stated that the bed rails that we had delivered in January were not the correct bed rails and therefore couldn't finish putting together the bed (they had only put together the headboard at that time). They told me I would have to call Ashley customer service and there wasn't anything they could do so they left. Mind you, we waited from October to May to finally have a bed, and I was so disappointed that I'd probably have to wait for another 3 months for the correct rails. I called customer service and the lady I spoke to said the rails weren't in stock but she would dig a little deeper. She then told me that the rails were in stock at the Fairborn, Oh distribution center. I asked if I were to drive and get the correct rails and put the bed together myself if I could be compensated by having money taken off of my credit card bill. She said yes but that I would have to wait to call back until May 18th because of something with the credit statement. I ended up loading up the old rails by myself after driving to pick up my husband's SUV, driving 1.5 hours away, waited about 45 minutes to get the new rails while they exchanged the old rails and charged me even more for the rails I was actually supposed to have, drove 1.5 hours back, and unloaded the rails and carried them upstairs by myself so I could start putting together the bed myself so I could have a bed to sleep in that night. It took about 3 hours to put the bed together, something I'm sure Ashely's team could've done in 30 minutes, and the whole situation wasted my entire Saturday. I've constantly called Ashley customer care to get this rectified and it still has not been. Right now I have an Ashley "case" open, but for some reason they cannot locate the $7,000 bedroom set order we placed in October, so now they're telling me I have to call the store directly so they can go into the case and put the order into the case. Isn't this something Ashley should have to look up? It's astounding that this can't be rectified on Ashley's side, and that I'm having to make phone calls to get this correct for myself. I'm also disappointed that every time I call the main Ashley customer service line, I get put on hold then hung up on, or they can't find my information altogether. I've only spoken to two semi-helpful people, and the one was an escalations manager that told me I should absolutely have money taken off my bill and said he would contact the store and either he or someone else would call me back that day and never did. That was probably early June. I just called about a week or two ago and spoke to a person that I needed to call the store so they could put the order number in the case and confirmed there was actually a case open. I have tried to call the store directly and press option 2 like he said, but I never get a person on the line. I've left two messages and have not received a call back. It's ridiculous that it's so hard to even get a person on the phone, let alone have them actually solve the issue. I would really like someone to get in contact with me over this. It's been basically two months of no help. Thank you.

We had an issue with a pending charge on our credit card from Ashley's (order had been cancelled but charge was still pending). Taylor from Ashley's at the Taylor Rd. Store in Pickerington resolved our issue immediately!!! She was a great help!!!
They will gladly take your money today for a product you will receive 12 months later…if you’re lucky. I purchased a product from them in July 2021. Gave them $2,500 at that time. Still do not have the product. Estimated arrival date moves back a month…every month. If you need your furniture in the next year don’t buy it here. In other news the customer service line just keeps you on hold for 12 hours and hangs up. I’ve had to drive to the store each time I need an update on my order.
Reynoldsburg Ashley was great. Sales person was just right - responsive, not pushy, very helpful. Good price, seamless delivery. My first go to for future needs.

The sales rep was AMAZING didn't have to wait long for help and he had the information I needed quickly so we were able to get what we needed less than an hour and he was able to get it delivered in a weeks time.

Ashley Furniture does not deserve 1 star. I purchased a sofa and chair in July, 2021. The sofa was delivered 11/12/21 - dumped in my living room upside down in cardboard and plastic. I cannot move it. The deliverymen wouldn't set it up. I went to the store, was connected with Cust. Svc. in Dayton (Morris Furniture) and NOTHING was done. The Cust. Svc. would NOT work with me on a specific time to pick up the sofa (I cancelled the chair). I work but I'm home until 10:30 AM.. The sofa is STILL in my condo living room with a delivery date set for 12/16/21. I hate this store, I hate the Customer Service Department. If you happen to drive by Ashley Furniture, keep on going. Worst experience of my life with a retailer.
Great visit. Agent was extremely helpful, kind and professional. We had to order our furniture in our desired color. ETA 12-14 weeks out. We are in no rush...lol. Very satisfied with service.

Ordered a sectional and paid for “white glove” delivery and after multiple confirmations only half of it was actually delivered. They gave me multiple explanations as to where the other half is. Now there is half of a couch in my living room and no one’s responding. Never ever buy from this place.

Customer service sucks, this store isn't runned by Ashley Furniture Corp out of Ak. Its individually owned. Once you make that purchase, you won't be able to speak to anyone. They dont answer their phone and the manager is a liar. Poor customer service and I will never shop this store again.
10/10 experience. Our sales person Tonia, did a great job at communicating with us throughout the process and gave us all the info we needed for delivery. Unfortunately delivery was delayed one week but that’s okay! The delivery guys did a great job. They got here on time from the text that was sent from Ashley Home Store and they promptly put the furniture together. Definitely a great experience and delivery experience
FINAL UPDATE: Every interaction with this company has been nothing short of a neverending waterfall of disappointment. After corporate finaly responded, there was no resolution other than getting my money back and even then, I was able to get more done through the chat function on Morris Furniture's website than from the person who was supposed to be empowered to help me. I would urge anyone who is considering coming here to purchase furniture to just go to Ikea. It is the same quality and you will save yourself a huge headache. Waited 5 months to get a bed. Aparently they will charge you thousands for a bed that is particle board with a veneer. It broke in less than 2 months and no one at the store can help. You have to call the customer care line which just doesn't pick up. Best part, the waranty is 1 year from purchase, not from the date you receive it which is months afterwards.

Shopping at Ashley's was the worst experience in decades. I purchased a sofa, paid for delivery and set up but the sofa was dumped, fully wrapped and upside down, on my living room floor. I called Ashley's within 1 hour and asked them to return and either set the sofa up or take it back. As a senior, I could not even move the sofa. Ashley, despite letters tot he owners, refused to schedule a pick-up according to my reasonable schedule. The damn sofa was in my living room for 2 months - right through the Christmas holidays. If you decide to purchased something from Ashley, run away as fast as you can. I went to Big Sandy's and not only found a sofa and lamps, but had a great shopping experience. Morris-Ashley? Run, run away.
We were able to locate what we wanted quickly and when purchasing they had multiple options for lease to own with no interest and discounted prices. I am happy to say they will be delivering our new living room set in 2 days. The sales associates were very helpful and made buying our furniture quick and painless.
I really like how your sales people are always so easy to work with. I have made purchases from Ashley HomeStore twice now and each time a sales person (most recently Tre Hines from the Reynoldsburg, OH location) was a HUGE help and made things easy. Shout out to Tre for giving me an opportunity to let him say "I told you so." LOL I had initially settled on one dining room set and he had recommended another. I told him I wanted to go see the other one (it was at a different location) before deciding and he was sure I'd be back for the one he recommended. He was RIGHT. :)

Ordered a couch back in April, was scheduled to be delivered on June 8th. Got a message around June 1st that the couch isn’t even in stock yet. Half of the couch comes in stock around the 20th of June. So we get it delivered because half of a couch is better than no couch, here we are July 6th. The other half of the couch still is not in stock and we called customer service and we’re told they don’t know when it’ll be in stock or if it’ll even be in stock at all!? The WORST customer service experience ever. I’m expected to pay for a couch that I may not even receive fully ? Will be returning the half of the couch we have now and NEVER EVER buying ANYTHING from here ever again. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Your store and entire company is a joke.
Absolutely worst furniture company.I purchased a bed set back in March they told me I would receive in April then a month later they stated it won’t be here till July. Ended up trading in that set due to delay and they set up my bed but kept leaving pieces so now I have an unfinished bed that I can’t even lay in. On top of everything there customer service sucks.
Ordered and purchased a sectional in full on January 1, 2021. We were told that our estimated delivery date would be February 16, 2021 and the staff at Ashley Homestore were EXTREMELY apologetic about how far out this delivery date was from our purchase date. We completely understood with the pandemic and everything going on. As February rolled around we got a notification telling us that the sectional was on back order and that our delivery date would be pushed back. Again, we understood. This continued through March, April, May, and even into June 2021….6 MONTHS AFTER WE PAYED IN FULL FOR OUR SECTIONAL. I walked in to Ashley Homestore on June 2, 2021 because I was placed on a 2+ hour wait to speak to a representative who told me that they are on back order and that’s all she can do for me over the phone and that I would need to go into the store to resolve any other issues. Customer service is always good inside of this Ashley Homestore. I was apologized to about the inconvenience of waiting 6+ months for our sectional. I was told that our original sales person would have to be the one to help us and that he would be in to the store later that evening. I was told that he would reach out in which he did. He reached out to tell us that we would have a delivery date of June 8, 2021 and he would make sure of it. We asked for a refund/voucher/etc. to make up for the fact that we’ve had to wait over half a year for a couch that we already paid for. The sales person went on to tell us that if we got any money back it would come straight out of his paycheck. Obviously we did not take any money from the salesman’s paycheck so we went without a refund. June 8, 2021 rolls around and both of us are at work. We were told we’d receive a call giving us an estimated delivery time. We received a text telling us that delivery would be within 10 MINUTES. The driver rang our doorbell 2 minutes after receiving this text. THANK GOODNESS we have a smart doorbell and we were able to talk with the delivery man to let him know that we were on our way and to please not leave! The delivery man proceeded to tell us that he had 2 pieces for us…..our sectional is a 8 piece sectional. The salesperson promised us a delivery date of June 8th….we didn’t know this meant we’d only get an ottoman and a center corner piece. I went in and requested a full refund on the sectional and we will be buying from a different store from now on.
I was told I would be receiving my couch today anywhere from 11-2. Couch never showed up but tracking information shows it as delivered. Called and spoke to someone who told me they’d just have to deliver it at the end of the month. 😡 not happy with this Ashley furniture.
We purchased a love seat & couch set quite a few years ago and had a bad experience (Easton). When the couches were delivered, one had a giant hole in the back of it. They couldn’t understand why I wasn’t satisfied, because they suggested the couch was going to be against a wall anyway. 🤦♀️ My options were to send it back, or have them repair it. I wanted to send it back, but we had been waiting months & had a big party coming up. So they did just an okay job repairing it. They haven’t held up great, & we aren’t rough with our furniture. Yesterday we decided to keep an open mind & look at recliners (Taylor Station-Reynoldsburg). I will NEVER buy anything from this place. An older lady tripped face down over a folded rug they had at the entrance. She screamed loudly, and the employee standing directly ahead of her didn’t budge. My husband ran over to help her up and get her a seat. Nobody ever came over to see if she was okay & there were multiple employees that weren’t busy. She was really shook up, and I suggested to the employee that she may need some water. He completely ignored me and was far more interested in making a sale. He wanted to know what I was looking for. I told him no way, take care of that lady. He still didn’t bother. Horrible customer service. Not even sure he had a heart. I’m disgusted. 0 STARS.

I purchased a mattress, box spring and bed for $4700.00. This has been the worst customer experience ever. The bed was delivered with missing hardware. The delivery team couldn't get out of my house fast enough. Additionally, they said they couldn't fit the mattress upstairs to the bedroom. There were going to leave it all in our front doorway. When they came back the next day to assemble the bed, they still didn't have the right hardware. Regarding getting the mattress upstairs, I had to show them and actually help them move it up. It did fit and easily. I am not sure why a moving team couldn't do it themselves. With the hardware still missing, I went to Lowes, bought the hardware myself and put it together. It took me 3 hours. The bed is obviously a returned item, as I could see the press marks where it had been assembled previously. I assume this is also why the hardware was missing. During assembly another part was missing. NO ONE CARES. It is three weeks later and I still don't have the missing part. I have talked to multiple people, including a VP and I don't believe anyone cares. When everything is smooth, customer service is easy. When something goes wrong, customer service shows show itself. This story is condensed and actually longer and worse. I will never buy from them again. This has been a terrible experience.
I recently purchased a bedroom set in late February. It was set to be delivered the first week of April. That was pushed back to the middle of May. During this time, I received a message stating that the dresser came in stock early, so I set up delivery. Not once, not twice, but on three different occasions the dresser arrived with dents in several spots. One time, it looked as if paint was even applied to try to conceal the damage. I noticed it immediately. I decided to call the store and even left several messages for the manager to return my call. He never called, but told the associate to give me a $100 credit. My daughter is literally sleeping on the floor, on a mattress and boxspring. Her 13th birthday is May 13th and I am sure that she won't even have her big girl bedroom set, due to these issues. I have multiple purchases from this company, but will no longer make any purchases from them.

At first we had a very bad experience here. We had been waiting in line for a sales associate to help us and when it was our turn the associate helped the person behind us instead of helping us. However, the sales associate trent rippey seen this happen and ran over to help us if it would not have been for him we would have left just then but he was so great and helpful we bought a sofa and loveseat that will be at our house in less then a week. I recommend if you go to this store to ask for Trent Rippey!

very unprofessional company !!! We ordered a dinning set and a bed on November 2020 then we received a BROKEN DINNING SET before Christmas and waited 1 and half month to get it replaced and now we are on March and they cancelled our Bed delivery twice without any notification, we supposed to get our Bed on Sat 28th of Feb from 2pm to 6pm and at 8pm we received a message to reschedule. When we called the delivery we get yelled at for some reason. Now I'm on hold to speak to an agent for 1 hr still no luck. very frustrating.

Bought a Leather loveseat and couch in March 2022.. Having a problem with the leather coming off after 7 months?? Talked to the store manager and she told me to call customer care. They came out after a 2 week delay. Was there a total of 2 min, took pictures left. I received a email from them and was told not covered by the 1 year manufactured warranty or the extended warranty I bought from the store. Was told this is a common problem. Talked to a customer care supervisor and he said I would have to pay to have it fixed. Did not care about how I felt after 7 months of use the leather is junk. What a waste of money. Will never go back.

I ordered 2 beds as Christmas gifts. First bed arrived, but there were parts missing. I contacted Customer service and they ordered new parts. Next delivery date scheduled, they brought the 2nd bed, (AGAIN no hardware) and they didn't bring anything for the first bed. I called customer service again and the lady was Rude. I went to the store where I purchased the beds in Reynoldsburg to speak to the manager. He was not there, so I spoke to the salesman who sold me the beds. He acted rushed, asked me what exactly I wanted him to do ( Really). He sent this email to customer service that didn't rsLly explain much. He walked away twice to go check on a customer then told me to either call back or come back and talk to his manager. Then he grabbed his little IPad and left me standing at the counter. I Will Not be buying furniture from this company again.
We visited the Reynoldsburg, OH location on 10/25/2020 and fell in love with a sectional that was on sale. Our salesman, Scott, went above and beyond to not only make sure we were able to purchase the couch but also made sure everything was delivered by the date we needed it. With family visiting from out of town, it was crucial to have our couch by a certain date and Scott went out of his way to make that happen for us. Our sectional is well made, looks beautiful in our living room and was definitely worth every penny. Delivery was right on time, nothing was damaged, and the delivery guys were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much to Scott, the store manager, the delivery team, and all of the friendly customer service representatives that assisted me along the way. I have been telling everyone I know to get their next couch from this store! 10/10!
Iwas very happy with the sales person when picking out our bedroom suite. It was ordered in August and now informed pieces will not be available until February. This is not acceptable as no one should have to wait 6 months for an order, and this date is not guaranteed. Do frustrated right now. I understand COVID has delayed things but this is ridiculous.
I would give negative stars if I had the option. They don’t deserve a star. With the original purchase yes the customer service was ok. Ordered furniture in Aug and still do not have it to this day. I was told I had one piece missing and that would be in within 3 weeks. 3 weeks passed and then I had 2 pieces missing. Another 3 weeks passed and now 3 pieces missing. I called the store to speak with the store manager and he was supposed to return my call. That didn’t happen either. Called back and he answered the phone. He told me he is telling me the truth and doesn’t know what happened and there was no way that I didn’t have all the pieces missing from the beginning. I asked to speak with his manager and they never called me back. They wanted to break up my deliveries into two so I would get some pieces and the others would be delivered a couple weeks later. At I called customer service and they told the district manager to call me because they couldn’t do anything about it. I understand COVID and the shut down hurt production but I’m really not sure how my pieces went missing without communication. I still haven’t heard from the district manager. I called customer service again and asked that they cancel my order. They couldn’t do that there and told me that the store manager would have to call me back and he was the only one that could cancel my order. Guess what..... he didn’t call me back. I had to call again and again to get him to finally cancel my order. Absolutely horrible customer service and will never shop with this franchise again.... EVER. Not even an apology.

Before even getting into the store we was greeted by Tristan who went over and beyond on helping us. He even educated us on the spill protection and not just try to sell or rush us into anything. Thank you for making our experience easier then we had plan on it to be. Definitely would recommend and will be back.
Just when i thought they gave me the greatest customer service. I was wrong from June until now still no furniture I have to call and keep checking because nobody reaches out to let you know that your furniture will be delayed. Went from June to end of September is the new date for my delivery. Please look elsewhere because they will not warn you the delivery time is longer than just a couple weeks. It’s literally been 3 months. They will LIE TO YOU!! UPDATE!!! It is now 9/19/2020. 5 months later and furniture is still delayed . I will no longer shop with this company again. Will need to get my refund ! Waited way too long. Will no type of fair accomadation, discount or anything for the delays! 0 star!

Tables were poorly put together
If you don't want to read my full review, here is the short version. Customer service in the store was great. Delivery, and the 1800 customer care was awful. Damaged furniture and rude people on the service line. We had used Ashley in the past to buy some dining room furniture and had a good experience with them so we decided to go back and order bedroom furniture, a new kitchen table and some living room furniture. The person who worked with us at the store was courteous and helped us with our needs. They price matched everything with their online store so we got the best possible price. That's where the good ends. As we were checking out there was a couple talking to the manager about their numerous problems with the delivery of their furniture. I should have saw the signs then. To preface, we bought this furniture in February and finally received the last piece in August. When we ordered it was promised to us that our furniture would be delivered in two orders. First, the bedroom furniture and table in March, and second the living room furniture in April. When we received the first order our bed was not on it and the table that we received had multiple dings and dents. When my wife enquired as to where the bed was, the driver said it was too banged up to deliver to us so he didn't put it on the truck. He said we would have to call customer care to sort it out. We are a little mad but let it go. We call customer care about the table and bed, they state they can give us our bed and replacement table in our next order in April. Covid happens and all orders are put on hold because of the lockdown. We understand, no problem. We get a call late April from customer care that they can deliver the remainder of the furniture to my garage, but no replacement table until the lockdown is lifted. We get the furniture, all in boxes and I have to assemble the furniture myself, Ikea style. Since my wife is pregnant I have to haul the king bed furniture up the stairs myself. I get it up there and open up the headboard. and behold... its the wrong headboard. We call up customer care and find out when the order was initially placed, the wrong headboard was added. After some negotiations they tell us that they can deliver the correct headboard the following week and take the bad one. I thought this sounded too good to be true because of the lockdown but I said OK. Next week comes around and no one shows. We call customer care yet again and they say "oh no we can't do an exchange because of Covid, whoever told you previously was wrong. We will contact you when the lockdown is over." We are absolutely furious at this point, so for the next 3 months we had to have boxes of king size furniture sitting in our house because of their constant mistakes. Finally in August we get our correct furniture and guess what. It's dinged and damaged. Also the delivery guy pointed out that the dresser was missing its feet. Something we missed at the time of the first delivery. At this point we just don't care, and we will just live with the dented furniture. We both understand that things were delayed due to Covid, but the quality in delivery and customer care was not acceptable. The people on the customer care line were just downright rude to us over the phone most of the time. So consider this when you go into the store to buy your furniture from Ashley. I will give the people working in the store a solid thumbs up. They were always professional and courteous. The furniture that is not damaged looks nice, but I got a very clear insight that I paid for essentially fancy Ikea furniture. This will be my last experience with this company.
Ms Jones at the Reynoldsburg location is the best. She listened to my needs and helped me get exactly what I wanted with the understanding that I'm balling on a budget! I will definitely go back!

While our initial experience with Tonia was amazing, working with her manager and just getting any sort of fair treatment has been a nightmare. We ordered a dining room set that came torn, potentially by the movers and we asked for a change of set of equal or greater value. The store initially OK'd this and we selected and sent our set over. Nearly a week and a half later, the manager finally replies to Tonia, which again, was extremely helpful and attentive, that the set we wanted went up in price and that we would need to pay $100 to get it. We have been trying to get in touch with the manager for another week but no one at the store ever picks up and the manager is literally always busy, have the store on speed-dial and still get put on hold for over an hour. The only reason i'm giving this a 2 star rating instead of 1 is because of Tonia. Would never buy again at Ashley after this however .
I have never dealt with a worse company for customer service. Prepare to wait 80+ minutes for customer service with irritating music. There was one customer service representative for the entire company. This is not an exaggeration they were horrible to deal with. And to make matters worse their third party company came to inspect the issues with my bed and told me they would send me a new box spring. After not hearing how we were moving forward to get this for three weeks I had to call and and was told they would no longer help me with the issues in their furniture and now I am stuck with a broken bed. For your best interest in mind stay the hell away from this company.
It's Monday August 17th...our furniture was suppose to be delivered tomorrow after a 3 month delay. They just called and advised that the furniture hasn't even been made yet. Got a confirmation email last Friday indicating that the delivery was still scheduled. We've emptied the entire house of our old furniture this past weekend and no have no place to sit. Spent a LARGE sum of money at this place...never again. I'd take your business elsewhere. Update: 2 delays later, still no sofa and loveseat. This was the last straw. Walked in the store and remanded a refund. They’re thrives! Stay away

This store and its employees are fantastic. I will recommend all my friends and family to visit this one in Reynoldsburg over any other furniture store. We were visiting the Polaris store and fell in love with a bedroom set. We are a younger couple only 19 and 21 so we had that against us already. The salesman you could tell was very unenthusiastic about talking to us, kinda talking down to us in a way. He introduced himself, we said thank you and we would like to walk around and look at anything and will come find you if we had any questions or were interested in purchasing. Well he would not stop bothering us and talking to us like we didn’t know anything. He would also not stop trying to push this bedroom set on us just because he knew it was the only one in stock even though we didn’t like it and told him that. He wanted the quick sell. We did end up finding him when we were done looking just to ask when everything would be in. He said everything wouldn’t be in till October, it is now the middle of August which sucks but I get it with everything going on right now and we’re are not desperate for the new furniture. He tried selling us a spill protection warranty that we didn’t need on wood furniture. Said “if a perfume or cologne bottle breaks and you can’t get the smell out, we have a company that comes out and cleans it for you”. And that’s when we both had enough. We said we are going to go to dinner and will think about it before making a big purchase. We got in the car and both agreed we wanted the furniture just not from this store. So with 30 minutes till the store closes we decided to drive to our closer one in Reynoldsburg. We got there with 5 minutes till they closed. The manager of the store Bartt greeted us with open arms. Didn’t say the store was about to close, didn’t talk down to us. He treated us like anyone would want to be treated. So we both agreed we would get the furniture through him. Ended up telling him the story about what happened and why we were there. Bartt helped us with no problems and a no pressure. Didn’t try up selling us on anything. Told us we didn’t need the spill protection. Even helped us pick out a mattress and the best delivery options. So with no problems at all helped us pick out the financing that would fit us and got everything ordered. I wanna thank Bartt and his associates for being so kind and helping us even though you were about to close. He stayed and hour later after the store closed to help us. This was a much better experience and will definitely recommend anyone towards this store.
This store and company are awful. They delayed my furniture then have refused to give me a refund after canceling. Don't shop here unless you just want to throw money away.

I went in store and ordered a couch here on 5/31.The delivery date for my couch was set at 6/27, but I reccently got a call that it was rescheduled to 7/28. While the store and rep was lovely, I'm not sure it's worth having your furniture delayed a month and only having a 1 day notice it's been delayed. 7/28 update- they called me the day before and delayed the delivery till Aug 20th. I'm cancelling my order with them and I do not reccomend buying from this company.

Laquita Jones was amazing! She let us browse without being overbearing. She was able to answer our questions and ensured we got the best deal. Ms. Jones is everything you look for in a sale rep. This company is a joke. The only reason I would even give it 1 star is that the sales team at this locations was nice. After rescheduling our furniture delivery 5 TIMES, I was finally fed up with this joke of a company and took my business elsewhere. They would call last minute each time with another excuse as to why they cannot deliver on that day. Unreal
Really strong company. Your delivery team was extremely professional and on time. Your sales person was courteous, professional, and accurate in everything she told us. We are very pleased and love our new furniture. Furniture can be expensive, yet we felt that the prices here were very fair.
The sales lady had no interest in what I was actually looking for. She kept pointing out ridiculously large corner book cases when I was searching for a C -bed stand that was 23 inches high and 8 inches wide. She stated there was nothing in the store that I would find that I was describing .. only for ME to turn around and see exactly what I was looking for. Sales people..please listen to your customers we know the spaces pretty well that need furnished.

We received fantastic assistance from LaQuita Jones, who spent a great deal of time with us and was very responsive to our concerns about what we wanted that would appropriately fit our home. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the furniture, and pointed us in the direction of what we wanted while giving us plenty of time on our own to compare and decide, and then checking back. She is very friendly and personable, and also very adaptable to changes, such as when we had to request a different delivery date. All in all, it was wonderful customer service in a beautiful store with high-quality products at reasonable prices. Thank you very much, LaQuinta and Ashley!

I ordered three pieces in the beginning of November, delivery dates were set but then moved multiple times. Each delivery had missing hardware and it should not take a week to get missing hardware. Attention to detail is not being done at the warehouse and they certainly do not deliver timely. Just got my last piece delivered today and it was missing hardware as well, mind you I ordered early November! Unbelievable-I ordered items from Big Sandy as well and they exceeded delivery dates and expectations, I will stick with them going forward. On a positive note-delivery guys are very nice and professional but look bad when warehouse set up messed up. 2/21/20-the HORRIBLE experience with Ashley Furniture continues. The last piece I had delivered arrived with no hardware on 1/9. Still no hardware here, emailed and called multiple times with no phone call back. Was told on email that hardware was ordered and should ship 2/14. Still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible experience with no resolution still

The customer service and location was all great! The store is full of beautiful stuff and I just love to go and just walk around. On Saturday November 16th Saleswoman Laquita Jones was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable in helping us choosing the right mattress for better nights sleep, that is long overdue! Laquita was also caring, she listened to what I wanted and explained a lot of information pertaining to my recent mattress that I got yesterday. My husband and I are very excited for better nights sleep and we thank you Laquita for all your help and such great customer service! Everyone was very nice and keep up the good work! 👍
Sometimes it’s hard to find the right furniture and the right look, but Jenna was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. My family and I got exactly what we wanted. Jenna is one of the main reasons why this store is great.
My store experience was great. LaQuita went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. We had a problem with the delivery of a part of our purchase and that part was a nightmare. Customer Care was completely useless and had zero customer service skills. I was even guaranteed by a manager that I would receive a follow up call from Customer Care--which I did not! Almost 2 months into this frustrating and aggravating process, we called the store one more time. Our call was handled by Risse (sp?) and she was amazing. She researched our issue and spoke to several individuals--and called us back as promised! The next day, she and David (a different store manager) actually came to our home and personally delivered our missing pieces. Those 2 also went way above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. It's because of those 3 individuals that they get 5 stars. If it was based on Customer Care, it would be 0 stars.
Great Quality furniture
After waiting for two weeks for the delivery of my furniture, they never arrived with my furniture, they never took the courtesy of calling me to let me know that the furniture did not have them. They are irresponsible, improfecional. I lost my work day and without my furniture I get frustrated with that team of irresponsible impresofecional. I hope this time if you give me my furniture on 21st and 24th and not make me lose more days of work and who will reward me for lost days because of your irresponsibility.

Since that rating isn't an option I'll give them 1 star based solely on their Guest Services staff for their pleasant attitudes each time I've had to call in an effort to resolve an issue they've failed to rectify, and in fact expect me to go out of my way to make the situation better. I am sharing this experience because people need to know the kind of company they are choosing to do business with. Let me start by saying I am not currently a customer of Ashley Homestore, but I am a victim of negligence on their part. Monday my neighbor was having a new couch delivered and, according to multiple witnesses (because I was not home) one of the delivery guys decided it would be a good idea to carry my neighbor's old couch out my himself. This resulted in his dropped that couch on my car and causing almost $1900 worth of damages. I would have never know what happened if my neighbor had not written me a note about the incident because the delivery guys just drove away. They knew my car was damaged because the neighborhood kids began to take out their phones to record a guy dropping a couch on a car and the delivery guy yelled at them to put their phones away. I called Ashley Homestore the next day and had hope they would handle the situation in a timely manner. I was told I would have someone call me back within 48hrs. Fast forward 2 days later and no call, so I called them. I was then told I needed 4 estimates, at least, before they would pay for damages. The next day I called back to speak to a supervisor or manager (because no one was previously available) and was told again one was not available but someone from the accounting department would call me that same evening. No call. I called again on Saturday morning and was told an email had been written to the delivery department by a supervisor. Again I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone from accounting as previously promised but conveniently no one was available...again. I was however told they would call the delivery supervisor and he would then call me back. No call. As I mentioned, I am not a customer of Ashley Homestore and after this experience, brought on by something completely due to their employees negligent actions, their inability to allow me to speak to a supervisor/manager, and their inability to direct me to a claim number or insurance contact, I will NEVER be a customer of Ashley Homestore and nor will any of my friends or family. Unfortunately my situation is not unique. In fact, my husband had a similarly frustrating experience several years ago with Ashley Furniture in Canada (where he is from) when they put a huge hole in the wall of his house while delivering furniture. He received the same run around, no supervisors being available, and months of calling and trying to get his wall fixed before they would take care of the situation. It's a shame that integrity and care for the customer aren't pillars in Ashley's business practices.

In fact, my husband had a similarly frustrating experience several years ago with Ashley Furniture in Canada (where he is from) when they put a huge hole in the wall of his house while delivering furniture. He received the same run around, no supervisors being available, and months of calling and trying to get his wall fixed before they would take care of the situation. It's a shame that integrity and care for the customer aren't pillars in Ashley's business practices.
I really hate writing negative reviews and usually can find something positive but my experience this week with Ashley Homestore has been -5 stars. Since that rating isn&'t an option I&'ll give them 1 star based solely on their Guest Services staff for their pleasant attitudes each time I&'ve had to call in an effort to resolve an issue they&'ve failed to rectify, and in fact expect me to go out of my way to make the situation better. I am sharing this experience because people need to know the kind of company they are choosing to do business with.Let me start by saying I am not currently a customer of Ashley Homestore, but I am a victim of negligence on their part. Monday my neighbor was having a new couch delivered and, according to multiple witnesses (because I was not home) one of the delivery guys decided it would be a good idea to carry my neighbor&'s old couch out my himself. This resulted in his dropped that couch on my car and causing almost $1900 worth of damages. I would have never know what happened if my neighbor had not written me a note about the incident because the delivery guys just drove away. They knew my car was damaged because the neighborhood kids began to take out their phones to record a guy dropping a couch on a car and the delivery guy yelled at them to put their phones away.I called Ashley Homestore the next day and had hope they would handle the situation in a timely manner. I was told I would have someone call me back within 48hrs. Fast forward 2 days later and no call, so I called them. I was then told I needed 4 estimates, at least, before they would pay for damages. The next day I called back to speak to a supervisor or manager (because no one was previously available) and was told again one was not available but someone from the accounting department would call me that same evening. No call. I called again on Saturday morning and was told an email had been written to the delivery department by a supervisor. This location is wonderful. I would suggest it to anyone looking to buy furniture. LaQuita was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She often times knew what I was looking for even if I did not. I worked with her over several visits and she not only remembered me but also the items I had looked at, without consulting her tablet. I can not recommend this store and LaQuita enough.

Highly disappointed with the sales team, acted like our questions were a huge bother to them. I asked about a particular price on a set and was continually pushed to try and get approved for a line of credit even though I said I was paying cash.
Constance was knowledgeable and very helpful during my shopping experience at Ashley. In fact, all of the sales reps, including the manager, were wonderful. I had a great experience and highly recommend.

The selection and variety were top notch but the icing on the cake was by far Jenna, our salesperson. I made two visits and she remembered me on the 2nd one. She was knowledgeable and upfront from the start. She also turned out to be a pretty savvy salesman considering I came for a sectional and ended up purchasing that plus a new mattress. Thanks Jenna, you really made our weekend!

My husband and I came into the store a half hour before closing. We were shopping for furniture for our new build that will not be ready for a few months. Trent assisted us with picking our a bed, then we decided to quickly look at a few sofas. We hit closing time and I told my husband we should probably hurry up so they could close up. Trent and the other woman at the desk insisted that we were fine and told us to take our time and that they were there to help. We ended up buying two sofas and a king bed, and will be back for our other needs as we figure out what we want. They were able to schedule our delivery for around what we believe to be our close date and told us to just call back and give them the exact date when we have it. Amazing service !!

The staff at this location were superb to say the least. We had a problem from another store and like super heroes they fixed it in a timely manner. They didn’t rush us with our purchase, they listen, to our many questions and answered them honestly. And we were there past close time and not once did they mind that. First of all my purchase in store took forever!!! And then It took a month for me furniture to be delivered. Then, I realized a warranty of over $200 was charged to my account without my knowledge. Their way of trying to fix this mischief , they sold me a server for supposedly way “cheaper” but arrived defective and a part had to be ordered. This whole time I am dealing with store associates who informed me the defective part will be delivered to my house and I can call back if I need assistance with assembly. I call the store and talked to someone who said it will take 24-36 hours to get a response back. I missed a call from them with a voicemail talking about my package was delivered. What?? Call the store and told whoever was on the other side my reason for calling, she tells me I need to call customer service for them to send out technicians. What??? To top it off, she made me feel like I wasn’t making sense when I was only doing what they told me I could do when they parts arrive. This feels like an online purchase and not an in store purchase. This purchase is dragging and I will never return to that store or Ashley. Never had this experience with VC. Whom by the way I purchased from that same week as Ashley and got my furniture all of it delivered same week. So exhausting 🙄🙄🙄. Like someone already said their communication is very poor!!!

Up front sales were awesome, delivery folks were amazing, AFTER THE FACT run around and customer service pretty much disappointing. Calling customer service numbers provided left me waiting for long time frames. Getting run around with a pillow replacement. Went into the store, they said go home and call customer service they would have another mailed, 3 phone calls later, they stated to take it to the store for a replacement. THEY WON.....I'm not running around. Gas money would pay for multiple pillows somewhere else.
