This Temu Ashley Furniture is not part of the corporate brand and after our terrible experience will never shop here again. I want to warn anyone who like us has had a positive experience with the real Ashley Furniture brand in the past, this is a privately owned franchise with deceitful salesman selling bogus “unconditional” warranties. We purchased several items, including a dining set and were given a delivery timeline of 2 weeks. I questioned the salesman on this and he assured me 2 weeks for sure and likely an overestimate at that. 6 weeks later we have a bench and no table or chairs. After we finally received the rest of our furniture we noticed a tiny spot on the table that looked like it may have been a chip, but it was tiny and after so long with nowhere to sit down and eat, we didn’t bother filing a warranty claim. It’s now been 10 months and last week noticed several more small chips on the table top. I called today to file a claim and was told by the rep at the store that I likely did not clean the table properly and it probably would not be covered. I’ve owned several wood tables over the years and have never seen this, it’s a defect. The rep provided me details to file the claim and within 2 mins of being on the phone with the warranty company had my claim denied after telling them the story above, that I noticed 1 tiny chip when we first got it, but now have several as of last week. She said since I didn’t file a claim within 30 days of noticing it the first time, they wont cover it. So warning for anyone who does decide to shop here, triple any delivery estimate they give and file claims for any issue you suspect immediately. Also, don’t believe anything the sales team tells you about the warranty they heavily push on you, they find a way to not honor it.

I had a very good experience finding my living room upgrade. My sales agent was great! He was there to answer any questions but not too pushy. I love how my new couch is looking in my home. The delivery was smooth, also.

Salesman Jeff went above and beyond to find what I wanted!! I love the sofa that my son has and been debated on getting it and 2 matching recliners. When I noticed it went on clearance I decided to get it. Come to find out that they were not available unless already at a store or warehouse. I called several stores and Jeff was able to get the sofa and one recliner. I knew another store that had a recliner so I got what I wanted. I haven’t gotten the sofa and recliner delivered yet but can’t wait to get it. I highly recommend Jeff at the Dayton location!!

I was very pleased with the customer and delivery service I received from Ashley. The Sales Rep. Markeith, was very cordial and attentive. The delivery service was timely, cordial, efficient, and professional, as well. More importantly, the quality of the products I purchased were very affordable and of fine quality. I highly recommend them if you want to experience above average retail merchandise service.
