I've bought furniture from Ashley/Morris Furniture for the past few years. The quality has always been outstanding, and I have been happy with all of my purchases so far.
We purchased an electric reclining sectional and a chair late July . We were told all pieces were in stock except chair. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the chair . Well the chair comes in but now my furniture is not In stock . I tried reaching out to Markeith our sales rep and he ignored both attempts to reach him .i called the store and they told me my furniture would not be in for over a month (October 4 ) but once they got it they could deliver it within 2-3 days . I asked if I could have the floor model if it wasn’t delivered by then and I was told they would call me back which never happened so I went in the store where our rep avoided us . So I spoke with the sales manager who said he will speak with general manager and call me back which never happened . Finally our furniture was delivered to Ashley. Of course they did not deliver it in the 2-3 day time frame they told me in was another week and a half. Set up was ok but the delivery guy came in with work boots on and walked on my white area rug . One chair had a bent frame that was detected after delivery guy left . I tried calling the store but since they refuse to answer my calls like always I left a message but no one ever returned my call . I called and spoke with Morris who gave me the warranty dept number . They sent someone out who said the entire frame on the chair was bent and it would take 2 weeks for part to come in . It’s been over a month and no one can tell me when it’s coming in or how long they will let this go before they will give me a different chair. It’s not ok to take someone money and give them broke merchandise and expect them to wait months for you to make it right . This has been a horrible experience and I’ll never shop here again . I have been lied to more times than I can list . And don’t leave me a reply with sorry about your experience please contact us to discuss situation bc I have with no resolution . You contact me with how you are going to fix this .
We love our new living room furniture. Jonah helped us through our questions to know this was going to be the right furniture for us. Good financing options and flexible delivery as well.
Roland is the best! We have bought furniture at overstock several times and love working with Roland. Delivery was great, Ben was very kind and knew what he was doing. Ben took back off of love seat and he and the guy helping had no problem getting through the doors and put back together. Both were very kind, it was a pleasure having them.
Have a chance to buy bedroom set. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly.
Holly was very knowledgeable and professional about the products available and their functionality when I was about to buy and furnish a new house about 2 and a half years ago. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances my home fell through at that time. Needless to say the opportunity has presented itself again for me to purchase a new home, and furnish mind you, but was saddened when I learned she was no longer employed. 5 stars to my original sales woman, but 2 stars to whomever let such a nice and genuinely caring person go.
Purchased 3 couches in April 2019 with a warranty In February and March 2020 the couches were breaking down and sagging (see image) We contacted Ashley Furniture, set up a time for them to come out and they couldn't come until May. They showed up an hour earlier than scheduled and refused to wait to allow us to come home an hour before the schedule. We tried for 6 weeks to reschedule. We spent HOURS on hold. Literally. Finally, they scheduled a tech to come out August 6 2020 and they changed the time again, we had to call and complain and reschedule for August 8 2020 The technician arrived on time He was present for all of 7 minutes. Said the frames were made of plywood and the design on the couches was flawed because the couch length was over 6 feet which required a middle support that was excluded from the design which is why all three couches (two rarely used at all) had the same bend in the frame. Said he'd recommend a manufacturer replacement because of the poor design He said we should hear from someone August 10 2020 No one called. We began calling daily starting August 11. At one time we were on hold for 1 hour and 27 minutes before hanging up. We finally reached a rep August 17th 2020 We were told that our warranty would not cover it because we USED OUR COUCHES TOO MUCH. That WE must have damaged the couches That frame breaks are AUTOMATICALLY DENIED regardless of why. I explained the actual professional told us something completely different--that it was a design issue and the rep said that didn't matter, it was just AN OPINION (of a professional THEY sent!) I stated that ALL THREE COUCHES having the SAME break in the frame where no support exists should scream DESIGN FLAW rather than "You guys used your own couches too much" I am offended. I rarely get to sit on my couch for an hour a night let alone OVERSIT. I paid for 3 couches with a warranty. Those couches all broke down in less than a year because of CLEAR DESIGN FLAWS --what couches dont have a center support? Ashley tried everything to get out of honoring its warranty. Sadly, I had to escalate this matter, and eventually they issued a store credit, but only after hours and hours and hours of phone calls, reviews, threats to take legal action and more. Originally shared this review in 2020, but somehow it was deleted. Hmmm....
Came to the store and Mario greeted us. Very helpful and was there to assist us with any questions that we had. Awesome shopping experience, very professional.

I placed an order with this store 2 months ago and still haven’t receive anything. I tried calling all day no one answer the phone. The only times I got a hold of them, they hang up on me!! Price online also much cheaper. Save yourself and go somewhere else
Found some great living room and bedroom options at the Morris Ashley Furniture store. Received my ‘White Glove Delivery’ of my Signature Design Studio couch this week. A slight mishaps with the delivery team however Alice with Morris Ashley did follow up. Giving 4 stars due to high cost ($199) for their ‘White Glove’ delivery fee as most furniture stores don’t charge a delivery fee when purchasing $$$ of furniture from them. Highly recommend working with Dean Ball as a home furnishing sales agent at Morris Ashley. Can’t wait to receive my dresser and two night stands!
Month 3 and still waiting on a footboard for a bed to come in. It was supposed to be here in July!! No one reached out to me neither of the 4 times that this order has been delayed. Kirt was the salesperson. He told that me he would check and call me back two months ago. Still hasn’t called me. Management gives the run around. Then the manager Juan tells me once I have the item DELIVERED they can see about compensation???? Who does that? The phone goes to voicemail half the time you call, the managers don’t follow up, instead they just give you the run around and fictitious dates that the item will be in so they can get you off of the phone.
Justin was so helpful. Made the couch buying process smooth and easy and answered all the questions we had. Furniture shopping can be stressful and overwhelming but Justin made it so simple for us. We will be back for more!

My husband and I recently decided we needed to replace a leather chair in our family room. We knew we wanted a recliner. Returning from a road trip, we chose to stop at the Ashley Furniture store in Tri-County. We were able to walk around the store on our own for a few minutes before Mark approached us to see if we needed assistance. We asked where recliners were located and he informed us of all of our options. He let us know that he would be available if we needed him but then let us walk about on our own for at least 45 minutes. During that time, he did come to check on us a few times but at no time did his help seem pushy or annoying. We left the store with a better idea of what we were looking for because we were able to truly shop recliner options. We probably sat in 20 different chairs. We explained to Mark that we needed to check a few other places but that we may be back. Again, Mark was professional in letting us go and let us know that he hoped we'd come back to see him. After shopping 3 more furniture stores, we did return to Ashley in Tri-County to purchase our chair and an entertainment center for our TV. We were happy to purchase there because of Mark's easy connection with us, his professionalism in sales and because we never felt pushed or annoyed by a sales pitch.

Used deception to attempt to trick us into opening a credit card. They called it an in store financing option? The word credit card was never used until we started to walk away from the deal. So now we just opened a credit card with a $5k limit for no reason? They also lied about the couch cushions being washable. Mike was the sales associate. He was very sleezy and pushy also.

I went to the store because I had seen a particular Ashley's dinning set online at another store. The set wasn't in the store for me to see up close. However I showed the sale associate what i was looking for, he found it online. I asked if he could price match the other store because I was cheaper. He said yes and was able to get it at the lower price. He rang me out and set up a delivery date. It was fast and painless. Lol! Great experience. I would recommend shopping here.

Our experience was great. We went in looking for a sectional and Kirt greeted us and pointed us in the right direction. He even helped us find an accent chair to complement our room style. We were in and out in just under 40 minutes and he helped take the stress out of furniture shopping.

Terrible. I placed 13 calls on 8/13. Before that day, I placed 7 calls. We had to go back to the store to get an answer. Our furniture was ordered and paid in full on 7/15 with a guarantee date of 8/13. On 8/8 we where told the order would be delivered 8/13. We waited all day. No delivery. Finally at 7:55 pm, 5 minutes before the store closed, we were told the furniture had not even shipped yet. Our salesman said he could have our mattress and a frame delivered on 8/16. On 8/14, we received a call from the delivery department saying our frame was scheduled for delivery on 8/15 and mattress on 8/16. I asked that both be delivered the same day. The delivery department was very easy to work with. Both frame and mattress came on 8/15, however the frame does not fit. It's a frame for a box spring mattress, not a platform mattress. I have called the store 6 times and still no return call. I repeat, we paid in full on July 15. It is now 8/17 and the only thing we have is a mattress, currently sitting on the floor, and a bedframe that doesnt fit. No other furniture has been received. At one point through all this I was able to reach our salesman. He said he would have the General Manager call me when he was finished with another customer. I never received a call from the GM. When I spoke to our salesman again, he said , "Yea, I told him but he left". This store is terrible. We have bought furniture from the Colerain store before and we were pleased. We actually went there before the Springdale Store. Unfortunately they were in the process of moving across the street and had no bedroom sets on display.

Well my experience at Ashley Furniture has not been a good one at all...First I ordered a bedframe & a TV Stand on 6/24/24 as this was an online order as a third party delivery was set to 7/28/24...Day of delivery the people who came to deliver these items informed me that they did not have the tools to put together the bedframe as I asked isn't that box sealed they informed me that whoever packaged these items forgot the tools...They informed me that someone would contact me with a new delivery date...A week passed by no calls I called left messages several times no one called me back then I texted my salesperson Jeffrey Beach his card states he is the owner of a Beaches Portable Bar Service LLC attached to my receipt...He informed me that he would look into this issue and get back to me that was 8/5/24 as his text stated that he was taking personal days off and was not in the store I am like why is that my problem...Since he did not call back I called Progressive leasing who got him on the phone as he was in the store on 8/6 & 8/7...They had me on the call so I heard him say that he was going to call me which he never did so contacted Progressove back to cancel this order I was informed that Ashley was paid already and that they need to give me a cancelation notice. Again I sent a text to Jeffrey on Friday 8/9/24 to cancel this order and if it's not done by Monday 8/12/24 then a review would be done also I am going to the store to talk with their manager to get this taken care of...Jeffrey sends me a text stating again that he has taken personal days off and would cancel this order then he tells me the biggest lie ever that it would take an additional 6 to 8 weeks as this furniture was coming from overseas again how is that my problem as an Attorney that just moved here from California to my hometown in Ohio as much business that I have given to Ashley Furniture stores for over 10 years it will never happen again.. These are the text messages that were sent to me from Jeffrey Beach salesperson at Ashley Furniture Store 11755 Commons Dr Ohio I will get back with you on the situation first thing tomorrow morning had to take a personal day off today Okay Cassandra took a couple personal days off and forgot to look at your issue I will cancel it and send you notification Bedrooms normally take 4 to 6 weeks unfortunately they come from overseas Ashley has a plant over there It was ordered for you and was on its way It just was taking a little bit longer than I anticipated Now that my time and energy has been spent on this item I will make sure that others know what took place regarding this order as I will come personally to the store to get my cancelation notice to send to Progressive Leasing... I suggest that you hire people that truly care about helping others and can take accountability for their actions.

He did a great job of educating us on our options and then walking away to allow us a moment to discuss in private, returning periodically to check on us. So much better than when an associate that follows us around the store. A great experience and we will be back! Update 9/14/24- our post purchase experience left a lot to be desired. We were originally quoted 5 weeks for delivery, “just to be safe, but it should be sooner,” however, we did not receive our couch for 11 weeks. Communication was spotty and always initiated by me and I often felt I was being given the run around. If I had known the couch was going to take this long we would have shopped around more. The store did promise us a $250, which is nice, but I haven’t seen it yet. Not sure I can recommend this store based off of this experience.

I had the most amazing experience with Ashley! Every step of the process was smooth. From applying for their credit card, making the purchase, scheduling the delivery. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ASHLEY HOME FURNITURE I PURCHASED A COUCH AND LOVE SEAT AND THE COUCH WAS TOO BIG AND HAD TO BE RETURNTED SO I ORDERED ANOTHER ANOTHER LOVE SEAT WHICH IS CHEAPER THAN THE COUCH. NOW I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH THEM PAYING ME THE DIFFERENCE FROM THE COUCH. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND I HAVE SENT TEXT TO MY SALEMAN. INITIALLY MY SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT I WAS DUE A REFUND DUE TO THE LOVE SEAT BEING CHEAPER THAN THE COUCH. I HAVE SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DID THE CHAT. AND NOTHING, I WAS TOLD I OULD BE GETTING AN EMAIL FROM THEM AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING. HOW HARD IS IT TO REFUND A PERSONS MONEY? THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND IAM GOING TO CONTINUE TO CALL THEM TEXT THEM AND SEND EMAILS TO THEM UNTIL THEY REFUND ME MY MONEY! THATS BAD BUSINESS!
We bought a table and chair set from Markeith at Springdale. We were told one delivery date, the date came and went, tried calling the store, the help line and left messages with 0 return calls. Was supposed to be delivered June 6th and found it it wouldn’t even be in stock until the end of June. Finally got a hold of the call center in Wisconsin where we found out the expected in stock date. Decided to cancel the order in disgust. The call center said well, we send the cancel to the store and they will do it. I said no, the store is incompetent. They won’t answer the phone, and trust me, we’ve looked there many times before buying and there are plenty of people standing around all the time. Tried Markeith’s supposed cell he gave us…. No answer no return. Called the call center again, and they said they sent the return to accounting. Spoke to Tammi. Guess what l???? No return has been issued as of now. Don’t shop here. Don’t buy from here. Don’t trust them to tell the truth and definitely don’t trust them to have any customer service. Go to Furniture Fair in Springdale- they will beat the price as they did for us, and have confirmed in stock and delivery.
My daughter and I went to Ashley for a sofa and love seat. Our sales person Jeff Beaches was extremely helpful. He wasn't pushy at all which was very nice. The furniture came in as told, the delivery went very smooth. I won't buy furniture anywhere but Ashley.

I came into the store and was given time to browse (which was much appreciated). I was then greeted by Jeff to discuss what I was in looking for. We discussed the options of a sectional & ottoman. I found one that was marked down for clearance, that was perfect. He worked with me on financing options, giving me the best deal for what I was looking for & wanting so spend. Masia was very friendly and great to work with. We really enjoyed our experience with her. However, if you aren’t prepared to do all the moving yourself, i would not recommend them. They let us know there were no movers to help which is fine, but we watched managers and other workers stand and watch as we moved everything ourselves. Not a single person offered to help aside from Masia. They have some great deals, but the customer service is really lacking.

We purchased a couch from the Ashley Furniture Outlet store in Tri-County. The couch was on sale and we got a great deal on it, and it may be the most comfortable couch I have ever sat in as well. Upon delivery, it was a little bit late being delivered to our apartment, but the movers were very kind and helpful and were willing to move the couch all the way to our apartment on the fifth floor. Overall we have been very satisfied with our purchase.

Overall, we had a great experience. The only problem was one item of our order didn’t come with the rest of the furniture, and at first our salesman was very helpful in saying it would be delivered, and then we didn’t hear anything else. It took 4 more months to get the last item (that was part of a promotion!) but still! Furniture and delivery was great
We purchased furniture in November with Kurt at the Springdale location. Were told all items were available and could be delivered in 10 days. Then told shipping issues. Received one end table (should have been 2) and a coffee table. Apparently picked the wrong TV console and needed to reorder. End table will not sit flat wobbles and wood in coffee table came split. Was told items would be replaced, and additional end table delivered with no additional fee to us for our trouble but they would have to be ordered. 6 weeks later no update nor furniture. Contacted again and told items were discontinued and we needed to pick out something else or take floor models. We said floor models would be fine as long as in new condition. Delivery date was set for March 28 and confirmed by Jeff. I waited 4 hours. No delivery and when I called no answer. A week later I got a hold of Jeff who again is the only person who even has attempted to assist. This all was Kurt’s responsibility and he apparently did not care. Jeff assured me floor models would be delivered. Friday April 8th after numerous text delivery confirmations and emails I get call saying delivery next day can’t happen as we needed to sign an as is approval. I called and asked that the items be picked up and a full credit to include warranty be made. Was told that was not possible. Monday April 15th spoke with Jeff. He assured me he would get the refund processed the next day when a sales manger was in and would call me back to confirm and arrange pick up. We have heard nothing. Worst of all no one including Jeff has said I am sorry. We understand your frustration and want to make things right. We are now forced to reach out to the BBB and our Credit Card Company in hopes of some resolution.
Jonah was a great help pointing us in the right direction and giving us informative tips and then let us wander on our own and try different sofas and chairs. He was good at checking back in with us periodically and could sit down and talk with us to find out our needs and desires; truly a delightful experience when I was dreading "furniture shopping"
Fairly painless experience (I'm a little impatient). Price was fair. Item delivered as scheduled. Delivery guys were quick and answered all our questions before leaving. Def recommend white- glove delivery.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at furniture store. We were looking for a sectional and a bedroom set. Spent almost an entire day in the store searching. Once we found the bed set and couch we liked, we were given a price and receipt with our financing terms (36 months same as cash). The salesman said that our couch would get to us in a couple weeks (April 8th arrival) and the bed set would be there a couple weeks after. He stated he would call us before it gets to us. He never called so I took it upon myself to call the store. when he answered he said “I knew I’d receive a call from you two…” (?). Then stated how he did not know when the couch would be shipped but, good news, the bed will be shipped at the end of May! (We ordered it in March). He then said Oh yeah, I gave you the wrong price on the couch as well. It’s actually $1,000 more than what i placed the order for so we need to adjust that. Not to mention we have receipts with the initial price he gave us. After some back and worth we told him to cancel our order and he said he would cancel it the next day. One week later we receive a call which said our couch would be delivered in 2 weeks! He didn’t even cancel our order like we talked about. Horrible horrible service which is very disappointing because we figured we could depend on Ashley Furniture due to the name. Will never go back.

If I could give negative stars I would....this has been horrible from beginning of my experience to the end (which technically has not occurred as I still have pieces of furniture sitting in the middle of my bedroom floor). I purchased a bedroom set at the beginning of February. My salesman (Dean) did have trouble entering the order into the computer (should have been the first red flag). I was told the furniture would be ready @ 02/23 which was great because this was the time I would be moving. The order was delivered on 02/26, when the delivery team was putting the bed together we noticed the headboard was not the correct size (should have been for a queen, it was for a full size bed). Delivery team takes the headboard (leaves the other 3 pieces of the bed and hard ware just laying in the middle of the bedroom floor) and says customer service will be calling you. Never received a call but the next day receive an email stating delivery is scheduled for 03/02. On 03/01 I receive a call from the salesman Dean, and he wants to almost argue with me that the headboard was the correct size. I explained to him not only did it visually not look to be the correct size but if you looked at the order every other piece ordered was King/Queen EXCEPT the headboard. He says let me call you back. (This is the only phone contact I have had with the salesman in almost 2 months). An hour later I get a phone call from Customer Service asking me if I had spoke to my salesman. The headboard I needed was not in stock and would not be in the warehouse for 2 weeks (03/15). Since I did not have a bed and was sleeping on a couch I had no real other choice (and I really wanted this bed set)and said ok. Two weeks come and go, no contact from anyone at Ashley furniture. On 03/18 I attempt to reach the salesman, his supervisor or ANYONE at Ashley furniture by phone. Salesman and his supervisor never answer the phone or return messages. Every other number for Ashley furniture gives a pre-recorded message that you have to chat with someone online and you will need a order number. When you go online they ask for the delivery zip code not the order number. Every time I entered the zip code they tell me there is no record and end the chat. I finally reach a person by phone, who tells me to call customer service. When I explain I have and there is no option to speak to a person he says press 9 (this is not mentioned in the pre-recorded message). I call customer service, press 9 and are told that's an invalid key. My only option is to go into the store. At the store I am told the order will be in 03/22 (a week after I was originally told). Ok so delivery is then scheduled for 03/28 (because that was as soon as delivery could occur because at no point does anyone seem concerned that the customer is upset or that at this point I have slept on my couch for over a month). Different delivery team arrives yesterday and ask about my box springs or slats for the bed. I explain I was told I didn't need box springs (I specifically ask when purchasing because I had box springs but end up giving them away because I was told I would not need it). I state I will figure it out please just put the bed together. Well they can't because they necessary hardware was not there and there were 3 additional pieces of the bed the salesman had not ordered needed. At no point did anyone check the order before delivering to ensure everything was with the order. At this point I state to take the whole bed, I don't want the order. Delivery team has customer service on the phone who is asking me questions about how the bed should be assembled and become upset when I pointed out it is not my responsibility to know how to put their merchandise together. Delivery team tells me they can only take the piece they brought and I have to schedule another delivery team to take the remaining pieces (that is a week out because that's what works for the delivery process, ag
While in the showroom, the two young men we dealt with were polite, kind, not pushy and very considerate of my handicapped mother and her needs. When she received the delivery, my mother informed me that the two gentleman were very efficient and kind also. We will definitely be a return customer.

I spent more than 10k on new furnitures and they lied to me about the ETA. They told me it would take few weeks but i had to wait more than two months. Also, their delivery team damaged my brand new house and still hasn't compensated me. I am not even sure if they will. I would never shop from here again. I regret shopping from here.
I have many pieces of furniture from Ashley. They have all held up nicely over the past 6 years. Except for the barstools but they were only about 50 each. So to be expected. People are helpful for most part.

I ordered a bed with white gloves service. I have had issues with the way the order was handled but when talked to the store manager (Ed Arwine), he, personally, followed up with the issues and provided a resolution. I understand that issues can happen but, what's important is that the issues were acknowledged and a resolution was sought by the manager.

I went to this Ashley location and worked with a sales guy named Jeff and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. He told me that I was ridiculous because I was questioning him about online prices but he could’ve matched so I felt as if he was trying to rip me off because he stated he works off commission. I went to another Ashley furniture location and they were able to save me on the $700 on my order. I would not recommend going to this location but maybe to the Mason location

Logan and Mark were so helpful and knowledgeable with our mattress selection. We were actually reselecting a mattress because we didn’t like the one we bought 2 months earlier and it was an easy, no-hassle process!
The delivery is just awful with some of the worst customer service I have received. We ordered our stuff mid September for our new place in December. Not everything was ready which was a bummer but acceptable. It was delivered in 3 deliveries (highly inefficient but whatever we made do). The first delivery with our TV stand was unsuccessful as they didn't have all the parts needed to assemble it. That was in mid December. I scheduled a delivery for today and the tech never showed up, called, texted, or left a message. I wanted to give leeway due to the holiday season but at this point enough is enough. The quality of furniture is good and the rep in store was nice and that's the only reason this horrendous experience is getting 2 stars instead of 1. If you don't want your furniture for a year I would highly recommend Ashley and their delivery team, otherwise save yourself the time and hassel and go elsewhere. I don't think this would be location specific, they need their own delivery and service team instead of a 3rd party.

Please be careful was told one price and when he went to write up the paperwork said oops the chairs are extra. The price attached to the table said set and I even asked the salesman ahead of time if that was the price for the chairs and table he said yes. They wouldn’t honor their word and now I’ll spend my $ somewhere else. Buyer beware!
We were so excited to furnish our home with Ashley as first time home buyers. I’ve regretted doing business with them since about a week after my purchase. We were grossly misquoted on delivery, were not informed on the extended time frame, and have a hard time getting in contact with the store via phone. Our last item was intended to be delivered tomorrow and we just received a call stating it was dropped off at a house up the street from us to people we don’t know. I’m not sure if Ashley as a whole has gone down or it’s this specific store. Both stars go to the amazing young man who helped us pick out our items.

We purchased two sofas and we had them delivered but the two delivery guys only gave us a 5 min warning before arriving. Then both guys said they couldn't bring it in our home and didn't even try. They said they had place them in our garage. Both guys were very unprofessional. Then I tried calling the store 8 times with no answer. We went to the store and talked with our sales rep and he stated to us we couldn't get the free gift after someone else stating we could we sure spent enough. I was assured that we would hear something about the delivery people coming back out by that Tuesday. To this day I have heard nothing and we gad to hire outside help to get our couches into our home and now every time I call management is in a meeting. I would not buy from this store!

I suggest going to this store and seeing what you like and then having another ashley store place the order. They lie about financing options, the sales guy told me that I could not get special financing cause they price matched, after I talked to 2 other ashley stores they said they can do the special financing but may not want to cause it takes money away from the store. I also found out he only gave me special financing for 3 months and not even the 12 he told me i only had the option for. Plus we were to get our free gift and it sounds like he put that in for himself. When I called the store to cancel my order they told me that they will knock off $100 and get the special financing to 24 months not to cancel the order. The sales rep never canceled the order and would never return my calls. He also told me I had white glove delivery but come to find out he didn't even give me delivery to my home. I did get a higher up customer service rep to cancel it and placed my order through a different store and they got me my free gift, special financing, and price matched.

Don’t go here please don’t 🤦🏾♂️we were told we would receive our furniture on a certain day and never did we called in so many times to try to get some one on the phone and it’s like they refuse to answer it all of them sit there at the desk and look at it ring I know because I called while I was in the store just to see then boom no pick up they just kept talking on top of that jeph is the worst person you could work with he was rude and gave little comments when we tried to price match mind you our order was over 5 grand and could have been more if he had not hung up in my face while I was asking him to cancel one thing which was the tv stand go somewhere else and save your self the hassle

We have had great experiences at Ashley Furniture in Springdale. Our salesperson, Markeith, has outstanding customer service skills and product knowledge. We were initially just looking, and Markeith gave us personal space and time to wander through the store. After we told him what we were looking for, he showed us multiple items at different price points. Then Markeith and the Ashley team helped us get a fantastic price for our furniture. Markeith has great product knowledge about the items in the showroom and also other items online. He was very personable and respectful. We went back again and bought more furniture a second time. We have not bought furniture in about 30 years, and my husband and I had shopped at multiple area furniture stores before ending up at Ashley. Now we won’t go anywhere else. Ask for Markeith… he is the best.
Have bought several pcs of furniture from here but recently have had some issues. Mainly with delivery being on time or not showing up at all. After no return calls and having to actually show up at the store to discuss, we got no apologies and were treated pretty unprofessionally. Doubt we will be dealing with this furniture chain again. There is better customer service out there!
We had a new guy named Dalema Hill and he has been there for 2 weeks and he did a very good job! For anyone coming in this ashley’s, I suggest you speak to Dalema Hill hes a very nice guy and he will find you something for a good price and he won’t give up until he will find a good price for you! A terrible experience. Purchased roughly $15k in furniture about 4 months ago. What has shown up has been damaged. Have been told it will be replaced but have not heard anything from anyone in over a month. No one answers the phone or will call back. Starting to wonder if we will ever receive our furniture. Highly recommend staying far away from this store and purchasing your furniture elsewhere.

Not happy, they lied about delivery. Bought bedroom set which we needed ASAP and they told us we will get it 2-3 weeks max and guess what it’s been month and a half apparently it’s not even in stock but they just lied… and they NEVER answer the phone or if you leave voicemail they will get back to you.
I bought all my living room furniture from Ashley furniture while pregnant with my second child 18 years ago. I read leather would last about 20 years. They did not disappoint. My leather love seat is actually still in really good condition. My couch is not. 2 kids, two adults, 5cats 18 years later it needs replaced. I know where I am going.
Wife and I went to Ashley’s in Springdale Sept. 2. Salesperson was helpful and we found what we wanted. We were given a 2-3 week timeframe for delivery. So today, Sept. 19, expecting our delivery soon I got onto website and checked our order to see if there was any updates to timeframe. Unfortunately, I see Oct 15th. No calls, or emails to alert us to that fact, though you would think otherwise. So I call thinking maybe it was a mistake. Have to call multiple times to finally get someone to answer. Guy answers and I catch him up. After telling me “he doesn’t know why the salesperson would tell me that it’s only 2-3 weeks”, of course he does, “but yes it’s now Oct 15th. Unacceptable. I tell him to cancel my order and just give me the 3k I paid back, I’ll go somewhere else. The guy catches an attitude, tells me the manager has to cancel and then it’ll be up to five days to get my money back. I ask why when you took it out five mins give it back just as fast I’ll be using that somewhere else to get my living room set. Of course, as in all places usually, consumers get to wait for there own hard earned money back. I tell this guy, I’ve been pretty calm up until this point so get your manager and the punk hangs up. I’ll never be back here, and I have a lot of furniture besides living room set to buy. I’ll be sure to let friends and family know how this place operates as well.

Frank is the best. He was not only friendly and fun, he worked exclusively within our budget and found savings we didn’t even know were possible. We came in for a couch and Frank was able to work out a finance deal that allowed us to solve another problem we had- the need for a new mattress (no pressure applied). He even threw in a bunch of extras. I’d highly recommend asking for Frank when you come in. Honest, straight up, and a pleasure to work with.

Ishmael was super helpful with the purchase of our new sofa and loveseat on Sunday! He was very educated on the products offered, and allowed us the time we needed to think about our purchase. We didn’t feel haggled but in the same token felt very supported in making this decision. I asked if he was a manager due to his top-tier salesmanship, and his attention to detail for the customer. He said he was not, so my key feedback would be to promote him to manager soon. Nowadays, it’s not too often that you come across young adults with the drive and vigor that Ishmael has. I know he would be a true loss if he were to pursue other interests, and he can be salesman in any category he chooses.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while helping us purchase our dream home's furniture. We only bought one thing for now, but we will be back for more and will only come to Kevin at Ashely Home Outlet in Sharonville, OH! He stayed with us 45 minutes past closing and even showed us other furniture which we'll look into now.

Not sure why I try to give them my business they seem to not want mine. I went in to buy a sofa. I walked around for 10 minutes looking without a single person asking if I needed help. They were no busy as this was when the store first opened. They did acknowledge another pale customer. This is the third time I’ve has this experience at this store. I advise if you want good customer service and follow through go to Watson’s or another store.

Wife and I went in and picked out new furniture for our house, finally after almost 2 months of waiting get the call that everything was ready to be delivered. Delivery was set up got calls and text to confirm everything was fine. Day of delivery I get a message stating my delivery was about 20 minutes away. After an hour of waiting I get a call stating a reschedule was needed because the delivery drivers were told they were not allowed through due to construction. As it is true that there’s construction on my street, there are also detours, also the delivery was set on Saturday and there was no work being completed and I had seen and driven the road myself multiple times that day. Got transferred to a manager and was told the same thing which knowing there was no construction work being completed I was lied to, and I even offered to meet the delivery drivers and show them exactly how to go around (with or without using the posted detours) was told he would contact the drivers and call me back. Never got a call back, now I’m to the point that I’m ready to potentially even cancel my order and tell them to keep everything, why not, the wife and I already went out and purchased our daughter a new bed from a different store since that’s one the thing we had ordered. And due to all this I also wasted an entire Saturday. If I could rate this lower than a 1 star I probably would

*UPDATE: Keane made the buying process easy; however, the delivery service was very poor. The drivers made one attempt to deliver in the door and said it would not fit. Because they took photos of it in the stairwell not fitting the way the brought it in, Ashley will not attempt to deliver the couch again. The salesman advised that we could have it delivered again, only to find out that the delivery manager cancelled for it not fitting the first time. They also did not notify us that they cancelled the delivery the second time when I took off work. I have confirmation texts for the second delivery attempt. They have nice furniture and the buying process is not that bad, but the delivery service is terrible.

Update: Not at all pleased by the service I have recieved. I also have not received much of my furniture. Ishmael and the store in general are impossible to reach. They will convince you to place a good review in the store, but then leave you hanging after your card approves. I had to show up in person to be heard. One manager was kind, but I am still in a position where I have not received my furniture. I feel as though I was lied to about delivery dates to get and keep my business. This is not the way a reputable business operates. Past review- Thank you Ishmael! I was faced with a long and challenging move across the country. We went in looking for a new couch and recliner sofa. We found what we liked and got a quote. I was planning on going back after work tomorrow 6-23-23 to make my purchase. We are getting rid of our current furniture preparing for the new. I asked if we ordered it tomorrow after I pay, when would we get it. I was told Tuesday 6-27-23 and I was happy. They do charge you $99 to deliver it, but the manager Josiah said that they call you the day before delivery to tell you the time they will deliver. We both have jobs and I work from 6am-2pm so I said it will have to be when they say and not when we are available which is after 2 any day during the week. He had the worst attitude for someone in charge. Oh yeah, when we were getting all the details together before we left the store he was playing on social media instead of helping customers. He seemed bothered. During our conversation on the phone towards the end ...and I quote. "They maybe should buy from someone else and HUNG-UP on me....the customer!!!! They lost all my business today which totaled $2,500. We were actually going to buy a bedroom set too, but not now, NOT EVER. This guy should lose is JOB. I will continue to post everywhere I can until something is done.

I was told in the phone that they had the lift chair I was looking for which was a ultra comfort 599L stellar model so I drove all the way there I looked at the chair and they went and printed out a quote whenever I got to furniture fair to show them the different in price it wasn't the one they showed me wasn't even ultra comfort it was a brand that started with a J and it was a very cheap copy version. I don't like dishonesty so I won't go back

4th set of furniture purchased this being the 3rd time we've had an issue. Screws missing for assembly, delivery people broke headrest on our theater seating and bedroom furniture missing parts.

Their contract doesn’t live up to what they say, your salesperson will not call you back past due dates ,then you find out your items will be be a month later with no notification after I had to go out there and get another salesperson to help me after I had to go out there and get another sales person to help me so far so good but it’s slacking off on communication again and your online website and leaving any messages trying to get in touch with anyone you need to get rid of. horrible and I paid for my items paid off. I really wanna leave a 00 customer service from the phone to the Internet all of it and sales person. If they don’t have it, they should say sell so I can go buy another couch to the sitting on the doggone floor for another month let them tell it, thanks for pain and suffering

Visited today with the intention of just looking at sofas and seeing if there was something better than the offerings at IKEA and I fell in love with a certain sofa and had to get it, for a great price! Chris was the sales associate and he was very helpful in letting me know the layout of the store and information on delivery on certain pieces. He wasn't pushy at all either, he gave me the space to explore on my own after showing me a few pieces. After I found the one I wanted to purchase the process took about 30 minutes (could have been faster, but we had some technology hiccups). Overall experience was pleasant, now I just have to wait for my sofa to be delivered! -With taxes and shipping it added an extra ~$200 to the price of the sofa. So keep that in mind when shopping.

I bought bed frame from Ashely for new home . There is a strong painting smell for the bed frame and cabinet. My wife is pregnant so she is very sensitive to odors. It make her feel sick. Be careful the furniture u got may not same as the sample you see in their showroom

After the sale, nothing but the worst customer service. Don’t even think about getting a human on the phone at this location or any other location or even at the corporate level, it’s all automated, and will not give you a human being. The sales rep was no help after saying one thing, the day of delivery that I had a problem with, thought the situation was resolved, but found out he lied and it wasn’t, and after that, it was radio silence. Absolutely no help at all, and I will never be back. Before the situation, we have been there several times, and had no issues, but this is so outrageous that, even as a loyal customer, I will not tolerate it. Update - my review here got Corporate‘s attention, and she worked with me to resolve the problem that I had. It’s just a shame that I had to go through great lengths to finally get the attention to get the situation resolved. But since she did, I have upgraded my rating to two stars.

We bought a new couch and satisfied with everything. The showroom was clean and welcoming. Kevin was our sales rep and he was so helpful and not pressuring us into buying. Kevin was informative and helped us pick the perfect couch. We chose delivery service and were given a handful of dates to choose from. We were given a time frame and updated all day of delivery progress, it was delivered at the exact time we were told. No complaints, would buy here again!

OMG! I don't usually write reviews but I have to do it this time because I had such a phenomenal experience with one of the salesman, Dean. I'm a really picky person and hard to please, but Dean was really knowledgeable and patient with me. It's embarrassing to admit that we spent so many hours at the store, but I ended up with a whole livingroom and bedroom set! I cannot be any happier with the service he provided! Horrible horrible customer service. We purchased an entire living room set. Within two months of purchase, one couch cushion collapsed. We have received two additional cushions to repair this issue and neither match in color. The repaired cushion doesn’t even have the same seat contour as the two other cushions. Now, Ashley Furniture will not let us re-select or give a refund due to the couches being in house for so long. They have only been in house this long due to Ashley giving the run around. Buyer beware!!

We bought two beds back in November to take to a rental in Florida in December. On December 4th we got an email that one bed was in. I noticed it was the wrong style and went tot he store and had them update it. All seemed good. When we went to unpack and assemble the bed we noticed that the headboard and footboard were all updated but the main panel bed was not. It was a totally different assebly and would not work with the headboard and footboard we got. It was also different in height, so we couldn't create a different hookup system. We text our salesman with no response.Once we got back to Cincinnati, we went to the store and the GM was very slow in responding to us as well. It took weeks to get phone calls back. We made many trips to the store. We tried calling customer service and never got anything resolved. We've sent emails with pictures. We have barcode numbers showing the two different products and all we want is the panel bed that actually goes with the headboard and footboard. You'd think that would be an easy fix. Here it is March and we still are not able to put together our bed.
This place is hit or miss with sales staff. Some sales people are good, they back off let you figure out what you want and do a good job answering questions. Other's are immediately in your face and annoying. Our last visit was to find and buy a set of Ludden Recliners (recommend the Ludden recliners very much!) and our salesman was great. He politely asked if he could help, from a distance and eagerly took us to the recliner I was looking for. I had the wife test it and she loved it so we bought two. The salesman was great and knocked off a little when I asked him about any discounts and the free shipping was nice. The Ludden recliners I recommend, the sales staff....good luck, you might get a good one like we did this time.

Worst customer service. Bought a couch and after three days the cushions were caving in. Called the store and was told a customer care claim would be submitted. The next day customer care sent an email asking for pictures. I immediately sent pictures and heard nothing back from customer care. On Saturday i we. Back into the Springdale, OH store and spoke with a manager who agreed the couch looked bad for three days use. He connected me with customer care and the person who never answered my email picked up the phone. She said she saw the pictures (never bothered to respond to my email) and that the item was not defective. I said I wanted to return the item and she said I had to pay a 15% restocking fee. I said the couch’s quality was poor and I should be able to return and get a full refund. She said that was my opinion about the couch and she saw nothing wrong with it. I tried to contact corporate office and apparently Springdale Ashley furniture is not owned by corporate Ashley furniture. It is privately owned. They just sell Ashley furniture. Still trying to resolve the issue and really hope that someone could solve this problem by refunding my full amount. Stay away from Ashley furniture of this has been a horrible experience.

I DO NOT recommend this store. I purchased a sectional and the 3 pieces don’t fit together properly. The store has turned their customer service over to Saw Enterprises and the furniture and service suck big time. Yesterday they replaced a mechanism for the reclining end and refused to take away the 45# part that was defective. Left it for me to get rid of and pay to have it removed. This is a bunch of crap! They refuse to give me my money back and state the only way they would give me money is if the furniture can’t be repaired. See pics in comments. This furniture looks awful. I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again. With products and services like this, they won’t be in business long.
I will never buy furniture from this store again. I purchased a l shaped leather couch with the warranty and got the set delivered and then it started to rip. I have no kids or dogs and I took pics and they even had someone come and claimed they were going to replace it and I never heard back from them.so please be aware before you buy anything cause they don't honor anything.

We have had a broken bed frame for a year now. (Manufactures fault) We have had the wrong pieces delivered and the same pieces broken when they were delivered. They REFUSE to give us a refund when we haven’t had a bed in a year. The company believes they can continue to send us broken pieces for the rest of our days and still have us pay for it. don't believe ANYTHING you are told by a sales person! MY Mattress was brought in and would have been left wrapped in my bedroom had I not stopped that foolishness . Also I was told they delivery people would adjust my base. none of that happened I will be returning to the store to ask for my fee back because it's not right to pay for a delivery and then have a 70 year old move a king sized mattress alone.I WANT MY DELIVERY FEE BACK!

I would not recommend this store to anyone. I bought 2 sofas, 1 TV console, 1 dining table and 1 accent table from them about 2 years ago and the delivery was extremely delayed by like an year. We were promised a compensation for the inconvenience, but it has been a year and we still haven't received it. We've been calling several times but we have only received excuses such as "manager has changed" or "manager not available" and we were asked to call back again. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the terrible customer service and lack of accountability. Avoid this store at all costs.
My husband and I took along my good friend and went to look for a sofa. We went to a couple different stores, but didn't find exactly what we wanted. When we arrived at Ashley Furniture (Springdale, OH), we were greeted by Ishmael. That young man is an asset to your business! He helped us in every possible way - never once acting like we were a burden on him. We measured and took pictures, sat on a dozen sofas. He was extremely helpful. I did not find exactly what I wanted, though. A few days later, I went back with a different friend who was also shopping for new furniture. Ishmael was not there. We went over to Morris, where we did not have a good experience. Long story short, we both ended up purchasing high-end living room sectionals at a different store. I left a fairly bad review for the salesman at Morris. However, I wanted to give Ishmael a wonderful review because he deserves it. He represents the company very well. Thank you, young man.
Our table was to be delivered and the poor delivery guys opened the box to find out the hardware and legs were not included. They had been taken out and the box sealed up. Then it gets worse. Good luck with customer service as the recording directs you to go online. No one will return your calls and the salesman won't return your texts. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend.No one will return our calls. The next steps will be a report to the BBB and an email to the state of Ohio attorney general. !

This place is decent, good selections but once delivered you have to go to the store in person if something has to be changed no one will pick up the call.Another biggest scam if something happens from their side like delivery delayed or furniture not right they will says they will compensation but you will never get it. Store wont pick up the phone, person who sold you wont reply your text or call, any other person will not help. This happened to me and also my friends which is very frustrating and very bad customer service. Now I will think about going to this place.

Wanted to update that we have been left on read and ignored phone calls. We were told we would get a call on Wednesday. No idea if the store has our model and where it is. We now have to go back into the store and figure out where our couch is. It is absolutely ridiculous that a business can mess up this bad and show no remorse, accountability, or urgency to rectify this issue. Also we paid for this already so it feels like straight up thievery.

Worst experience buying furniture. Still don’t even have the furniture we bought on Black Friday. Bought a floor model and scheduled a delivery day for the following Thursday. No the tracking for the delivery that day did not work and no call. After spending over an hour trying to get a hold of a person and not answering service because the Ashley online chat won’t talk to you if you bought it online and you have to call. Calling is literally an automated message service that tells you how to go online and view your order. After chatting with the people who provide delivery, basically demanding they get someone through the store to call you, spoke with someone who said the wrong couch was sent and someone was supposed to inform us of the delivery no longer happening. Didn’t happen got our delivery rescheduled, mind you no longer have living room furniture because of the initial intended delivery to Tuesday and because the store wasn’t sure what happened to the floor model they would send us a new one. Well come Tuesday again the link isn’t working. Go through the same process of chatting with delivery agent and not letting them off the line until someone calls the store to make them call you. After Sandra who basically told us they can’t know until tomorrow and then stopped answering any inquiries. So we decided to go to the store to get answers. Basically what happened was our initial sales rep wrote the incorrect pieces down for our order and no one contacts us because the guy only works the weekends. Sandra is the rudest employee I’ve dealt with. No accountability for the mistakes, no apologies, only throwing their associate under the bus. Basically the store has to hope the correct piece gets sent back and maybe we can get our couch.

Purchased a sectional that we were told was in stock and right after we paid stated just one piece of it was. When finally arrived over a month later, two of the powered recliners came broken. Left message after message to store and “personal cell phone” to salesperson with ZERO calls back. Called main Ashley line and finally 2 months later repair man came yet brought nothing to fix the motors or replacement’s pieces and stated will take months to get parts. Absolutely HORRIBLE store and customer service. Will be contacting BBB.
Layout is terrible. We've been looking for furniture several times this year & after purchasing a sectional recently (from a different furniture store) we tried Ashley for a dining room set. All of the tables & chairs are mixed with beds & couches throughout the showroom. It's extremely distracting & makes you want to just leave. It's like going to Wal-Mart for make-up but they end up scattering it throughout the toy section, electronics & groceries. Super frustrating!
Ordered a couch and paid for white glove delivery. The couch arrived with a hole in it. Couldn't reach anyone at the store. Was told by the person who sold us the couch that someone would reach out to us about fixing it and they never did. Finally got a response via e-mail after a week and sending photographic evidence of the couch. Then they sent a part to repair it and a number to call the repair people to schedule the repair. The repair people said they don't schedule directly and that the warranty company needs to schedule it. I've had my couch for 3 weeks and it has had a hole in it since it arrived. Customer service has been bad, it has been non-existent. I rarely review business but I will never shop at this Ashley Furniture again.

Absolutely deplorable sales, quality, customer service and delivery. 10 months of agony and letdown. Sales charged me normal price instead of sales price which I had to bring to manager attention the next day. Items were supposed to be in stock and ended up taking almost 10 months for some to get delivered. the delivery team showed up 2 hours early on one delivery on another delivery they didn't show up at all on yet another delivery they showed up and scratched up my hardwood floors dragging out boxes and nicked my bedroom wall while putting in headboard. Delivered my daughter's bunk bed and didn't bring all the pieces and didn't nail everything in as well as over tighten and numerous areas and broke the ladder as well as slats and siderails. left numerous messages with management at the store and no one has called me back in 3 months and I've made numerous trips up there for everyone to continuously make excuses. I will never encourage anyone to deal with Ashley or Morris furniture they are the same company offering the same quality and same poor customer service. they outsource their delivery so you never know who's going to show up on first delivery team showed up 2 hours early I left work to meet them at the house. as I pull up they jump in the truck drive around me I back up and they drive through one of my neighbor's yards instead of turning around and going back and delivering my furniture.
Purchased a bed set and received it damaged. The bed is cheap and damaged, and the dresser and chest are both poorly assembled. I spoke with the salesperson who handled the sale and they haven’t followed up regarding the issue or provided any proof that a replacement delivery is coming. It’s impossible to contact them by phone which is ridiculous. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to go back to the store in order to get some type of resolution. I won’t be buying anything else from them.
We ordered furniture weeks ago, still don’t have it despite several promises. There is no way to contact anyone here, they do not have customer service.I will never do business with this company again as it has been the worst experience I have ever had. Ishmael was great at helping us find our new bedroom set. He greeted us when we came into the store and we told him we're just looking around we will find you if we have any questions. We found a bedroom set and he answered all of our questions and we purchased it!
Ordered furniture and paid extra for the white glove delivery. The delivery driver said that the order did not show white glove delivery. We told them we wanted them to take the items back until they could come back and do what was paid for. The delivery driver was trying to get free lunch or money in order to set up the furniture (completely unacceptable) Instead they talked my wife into accepting the order with the promise someone would be back the same day to move it. Needless to say they now are not answering or returning my calls and did not show up that day. My white glove delivery looks more like a trash can in my home than the furniture I paid to have set up.
I was told the sofa I ordered was in stock and would be delivered by middle of September only to find out by my own work and research that 2 pieces are on back order and “hopefully” will be in by mid October. I’m so furious, I specifically asked if it was in stock, I hate being lied to. I plan to cxl my order and will NEVER shop there again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone. Very disappointed

This is the worst place to purchase anything from. I purchased a bedroom set and a living room suite. The living room suite is fantastic I assembled it myself which was pretty easy. The bedroom suite is missing the bed slats needed to hold the box spring and mattress up. I ordered the bed on April 16, 2022 for delivery on April 21, 2022, however I did not put the bed together until April 27, 2022. I reached out to my sales person Kevin via text and he asked for a few things to get the slats to me and instead of sending me the slats I received another rail that was not needed on June 16, 2022, I immediately contacted Kevin again with a promise that he would figure out a solution to my problem. Here is it August 6, 2022 and still no bed slats for my bed set. This place is a joke!!!!
DON’T BUY FROM HERE. We have spent thousands of dollars on furniture here and have had nothing but issues. Go somewhere and spend your money at a furniture store that has it together. We ordered our sectional and bedroom furniture from here. No one has ever called, texted, emailed or anything to let us know our order is ready to schedule delivery. When it was around the time our couch would be ready in May we tried to call multiple times and no one answered. We tried to talk to someone online and they said they couldn’t find our order. We had to drive to the store to schedule delivery. When the delivery guys came to bring our couch it was a disaster. Now we are going through the same thing with our bedroom furniture which was suppose to all be ready in July. We had to drive there again to schedule delivery for our bedroom furniture and were told that only our bed and one night stand is ready and we would have to wait for the other night stand, dresser and chest to be ready in August. Today we were given a time for the furniture to be delivered and we have been given several different time estimates all day. We FINALLY got ahold of someone and they had given us an even later time than the other several time estimates. We will NEVER EVER order from Ashley ever again. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DONT SPEND IT AT ASHLEY.
The sales manager (believe it was Tony) was very approachable and we appreciated that he let us browse on our own without hovering. It takes a good sales person to recognize when people need help finding furniture and when they just need to be left to their own to make a decision. If he would have hovered we wouldn’t have purchased from Ashley.

In August of 2021 I order $3700 worth of bedroom furniture from Ashley Home Store and was comped white glove service valued at $199 to get me to purchase from them and not the store across the street. My furniture after being reallocate several times to other customers finally got delivered on May 13, 2022. When they delivered my furniture they dumped it in my livingroom and told me I didn't have white glove service. I got to spend 5 hours on a Friday night putting furniture together only to discover the bed had been previously put together and returned (the return receipt was in the box). The drawers to the footboard were damaged, the underside of the footboard was damaged and one of the nightstands had a cracked frame. The footboard was also missing all the screws to assemble so I had to run to Home Depot at 9 pm and spend an additional $21.00 on screws and bolts. When I called Ashley on May 16th to discuss my problems with the delivery and damaged items I was asked to submit photos of the damage. I submitted the photos that day and did not hear from them. I called them again on May 23rd and was told they would credit me $102.00 and order a new footboard and nightstand. They are scheduled to arrive the end of June and end of July respectively. After complaining more they raised they credit to $128.00 and told if they credited me any more money it would void my warranty on the furniture, so in the end I took the $128 credit. All i can say is if you are considering buying from Ashley/Morris I suggest you think twice! Awful experience and awful customer service!

I’m honestly kicking myself for not just coming to Ashley’s sooner. I’ve been struggling to find a couch for over a month now, and no one’s been able to find anything available. Jeff Beach was absolutely incredible and found something in stock that fit what I was looking for, and made the whole process super easy. I was literally only in the store for 20 minutes and he made it super easy, and even helped make sure I got a Memorial Day discount. I’ve been super frustrated with so many other companies recently so I was super relieved with how quick and easy it was here and the fact that I can get my couch in just a few days.

Their furniture is junk and their customer service is even worse!! I purchased a new love seat from them, got it toy house and the first time I sat in it the back of the love seat broke. I called their customer service number and they charged me $100 just to schedule someone to come look at it. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone and every time I call they keep me on hold and never pick up the phone. STAY AWAY FR ASHLEY!!!! You can find better furniture at the goodwill.
If they had a zero star I'd give them one. They were two months beyond the promised delivery date. That I can understand. When it did arrive , the sofa was dirty and missing legs. The bedroom suite was nicked, damaged and missing the hardware kit and they just walked out and left it strewn all over the floor. They will NOT return a phone call and it's been a week. Horrible experience.
This is the worst service I had buying furniture. Over a year and still haven't received all the pieces. First delivery driver dropped off a bedroom nightstand that was damaged, when I pointed out the damage he said he had to talk to the other delivery person, They jumped in the truck and bolted away. Ashley would take pieces of my order that had came in and give to other people. Went in for a full refund and now have to wait until tomorrow to talk to the GM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. save your money and buy somewhere else. Not worth the headache. Never Again
We ordered a couch and was told we would have it delivered on a specific day. They called us two days before the delivery date to confirm. We took that day off work for the delivery and by late afternoon we were getting concerned when we had heard nothing. We called the store and they said they had to move the delivery to another day. Also, our sales rep stopped communicating with us after we asked what had a happened. We did eventually get the couch days later. The communication was horrible and we wasted a day off work for nothing.
Placed an order like 2 months ago Online assistant says they canty help me find out info on my order, ive tried calling 4 times and hung up after a 20 min hold each time. There is no way to get through to the actual store either. If I ever get my $1600 furniture I ordered I will never ever do business with them again because the customer service is insane!

They give you the run around and do NOT pick up the phone. Customer services is nearly nonexistent. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Fair warning you will not get your Furniture in a timely manner and they will continue to lie about when it will arrive. No furniture for 7 months and when it finally arrived guess what it was broken and when I went personally to let them know he told me it’s nothing he can do but he can waive the restocking fee for furniture that never made it inside of my house. HIGHLY upset DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED at this point.

Was offered to keep it as is and get discount, order new one but if anything happens to currently damaged one while waiting for new one we’d have to keep damaged one, or have it repaired as is. Ashley furniture is very nice overall. It's expensive though. They have good services to go with their products and nice show rooms. They good products and have respectful staff. Not my go to but not a bad furniture and Matress store if you can afford it.

I’ve been awaiting my item since July 2021. A member of your company initiated an email to me stating an item I ordered was in stock and asked if I wanted a partial delivery, in which I replied yes, as evidenced by my screenshot below. On March 4 2022 at 10:42am your staff contacted me stating they secured a portion of my order and could complete a partial delivery. Even if I elected not to, they stated they would notate my account so the items would be secured. I responded on March 4, 2022 at 11:17am requesting the partial delivery so my items would not be redistributed, as evidenced by screenshots below. Your staff neglected to respond. I AGAIN took the initiative to contact your company to follow up and am being told that you basically take back your offer to complete a partial delivery due to my lack of response? Which is completely bogus. I have time stamped written documentation (emails) documenting all of this, including my response. I have attached this documentation. My delivery needs to occur, as offered by your staff. Inconvenience is an understatement. Lack of accountability, integrity, and communication is a better description of this situation. I am requesting your company take accountability and make this right today. Your solution of waiting and or canceling my order is insensitive. I’ve been sleeping on an uneven bed with rails that are uncomfortable, patiently awaiting my items that I trusted you to deliver since July 2021 and the best you say is I can cancel. You don’t even offer a comparable item that’s in stock. That is not in line with the mission statement on your webpage, I certainly don’t feel you’re Attempting to enrich my life or inspire the love of my home. I am seeking a first hand response from management or someone who can make executive decisions directly. I at least deserve a direct response about how you intend to rectify this situation. I am not looking for a response simply asking me to send a private message, that’s what landed me here. I want my items.

I was told by Megan Turner the Senior Regional GM that this would be handled and it still hasn’t been handled. We are now in March 2022. Please do not shop here they will not honor their own warranty or policies

We had an enjoyable buying experience. However, when we went to pick up the furniture and once they had already gotten paid the customer service wasn't as top notch. They seemed to be bothered by having to get us our furniture loaded and tied down now that they got our sale.

I have had a horrible experience with this store. I purchased 2 bedroom furniture sets in June. I keep getting the run around about when it will be in. I keep getting email updates on the status, and it has shown up as "on order" for the last 9 months. Now one of the chest of drawers that I ordered (and paid for) is not even on the list. Two of my calls to customer service took 2+hours on hold each! I have called the store, left messages and I am not getting any response. I truly never complain, but this is getting out of hand.
Extremely disappointed with the service!!! I ordered a bed in November and was told that it will be delivered till mid January, then I received an email saying that “Due to covid” we have shortage of workers please keep checking your order online. I called customer care they were not sure of anything and store people told me that its expected late in april!! I don’t know what to do now I suggest everyone not to choose ashley homestore if you really want furniture in your home, because they will only send you scheduled mails not the actual stuff! Also please stop blaming covid for everything that goes wrong and try not to take orders if you can’t deliver them on time!

I ordered a sofa from the store in September 2021, paid upfront. I was told at the time of purchase, that the expected date the sofa would be available was October/November 2021. After October came and went, I called the store - which is next to impossible to actually get in touch with an actual person (I had to call about 20 times). After getting a hold of someone, they told me my order had been delayed until December timeframe. In mid-December I called again for an update, because they never have proactively contacted me and updated me on the situation - and they told me that the sofa is now expected in January 2022 and that there was no one else ahead of me for the sofa (implying I was next in line to get the next available sofa). As of today, still no sofa - I received an update, again after calling numerous times and waiting on hold - that the sofa is not expected until March/April timeframe and that I was now third in line. What an incredibly frustrating and pathetic way to handle your customers. They were certainly fine taking my money upfront for the sofa. I am positive that had I not called on all of these occasions, that I would have received ZERO update from them. What a TERRIBLE experience and terrible company to purchase from.
Store had no customer service, actively ignores the phone in order to make cancelling an order nearly impossible. Highly recommend going with other reputable retailers with an interest in serving the customer. Was hoping to cancel and order something else from them, but instead canceled and order from a better company.
I ordered my furniture in may of 2021.. paid over $1000 in cash for a bedroom set.. they have not called me, no update on the status of my furniture. I try to call and am on hold for a hour. I check my updates.. a month ago only two items were on order.. checked it again and now three items are on order.. so you sold my piece??! That I’ve been waiting for since May… where is the communication??! I am coming there in person
Horrible customer service from Kevin Holthaus, my salesman. I ordered a set of sofa, loves seat, coffee table, and an end table on July 9th, 2021. The loveseat comes with a manufacturer defect, which is a very sharp nail sticking out from the back of the loveseat. Ashley sent out a repairman, who could not repair it. Although the repairman suggests a replacement, Ashley declined the replacement request and send us a kit to repair with a promise to call back to schedule an appointment. I have tried to contact Kevin and Ashley HomeStore since December 9th and left multiple voicemails but I have not heard anything from either Kevin or the store. The nail is a disaster waiting to happen and it could cause serious injury to children or adults who might get caught in it. In fact, I got scratched from the nail the other day and the cut is deep enough that could require stitching. I wish I could give a 0 star due to the lack of customer support after the sale and I do NOT recommend shopping from Ashley HomeStore in Springdale OH.
We purchased a bed in July, which was supposed to arrive in November. I inquired in November and was told January. I inquired yesterday and was told April… All I received was a “thanks for your patience”. My patience is wearing thin. April will be 9 months, going on 1 year. We purchased a bed in July, which was supposed to arrive in November. I inquired in November and was told January. I inquired yesterday and was told April... All I received was a "thanks for your patience".My patience is wearing thin. April will be 9 months, going on 1 year. Ashley Home Store/ Morris Furniture company is a HORRIBLE company to get furniture from and the staff are completely UNPROFESSIONAL. We ordered in store a new mattress and king size bed. However, a few days later I looked online at our order and someone decided to replace the headboard we had chosen with a different headboard. I had only received 2 calls and 1 voicemail from the store saying to call them back IF we wanted the different headboard. After receiving these calls I had called the store trying to talk to someone. I was told at first that no headboard had been switched but when they looked further it showed it had been replaced. I wanted to cancel my order if the headboard I had chosen was not available. I was told a manager would be the one to cancel it and I would receive a call that day or the following day to confirm cancellation. I never received a call so I tried calling the store multiple times over 5 days. After being on hold for OVER 45 MINUTES without talking to a human being I finally was able to be transferred to a manager. The keyholder/ manager tried to ask if I wanted to keep my order and after repeating myself multiple times that I wanted to CANCEL MY ORDER and I was tired of dealing with this, he put me on hold and transferred me to the store salesman that had sold me the furniture, Frank. Frank tried to say I was hard to get a hold of and he had tried to call me 5 or 6 times. When I said he only called me twice he got argumentative with me ( I have the phone records so you cannot lie about how many times you called!) I kept repeating myself I wanted a manager back on the phone to cancel my order. He finally said "if you want to cancel it then we will just cancel it then" and hung up on me. I have NOT received ANY TYPE of confirmation that my order was cancelled. I will never go back to this company for furniture again. I advise anyone to save yourself the headache and go to a different store. If I could give negative stars I would.
I have been trying to call regarding the furniture I have ordered and no one picks up the call and also the online chat services say they cannot help with my furniture order. This is really unsatisfactory experience.

Stay away! absolutely terrible customer service, messed our order up 3 times, on average 20 calls just to speak with someone, lack of owning up to commitments but hey they offered me a $200 in store credit. Will never shop here again and will warn every one to avoid them as well, terrible from the sales rep all the way up to the regional sales manager.
We went desk shopping back in the spring. We found a nice desk that was part of a sale they were having. We ordered the desk and were told two things: 1. It would be 6-8 weeks because of supply chain shortages 2. Ordering from the store would be faster than online because they were two different companies - and the store was faster. Neither of these were true. We never got the desk. We never were told the desk was not coming until January (about eight months from our initial order date). We were never told anything by anyone. No offer to refund the purchase or to pick something else out. Nothing.

Stay away. Ordered in July, was told first week of August on the bedroom set. Told first week in September for the dining set. Called in August and then told end of September for everything. Called in Septmeber then told November. Now being told January. No emails or calls from them I've had to call or go into the store for details. I get back orders but enough is enough. Was today told that I could pick out an instock table and chairs ( not what we wanted. but it's something ) Only to be told that I'll have to pay $200.00 more. I spent 1800 bucks as it is and don't feel I need to pay more when I've been given the runaround. Was told if I spent 10K then they wouldn't have me pay any more. Save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere. I'm canceling altogether.. Screw this place.
I can't recommend shopping here. Ordered a $3,000 couch in June and still have not received half of it. Now, that's almost understandable given logistics problems worldwide. However, as I was told by my salesman my order was given to someone who ordered the same couch after me in August. So, now I've just been waiting months with half a couch. In addition to this I paid for shipping and assembly (called "white glove service") and the gentlemen who dropped it off simply tore the plastic off it and left it all (trash included) lying in my living room. They didn't even put the feet on the couch because they said they didn't have the tool and I'd have to call back to reschedule someone to come do that. Just be aware you will be promised a lot and almost none of that will be delivered on.
Hands down the worst customer service, shipping, and delivery I've ever experienced. Once they make the sale, you're entirely on your own. Good luck trying to get any updates or any kind of reimbursement. Never again.
Adam was so helpful and positive and gave great design advice!! Every piece we selected was in stock and my husband and I agreed on every piece of furniture!! Can't wait for it to be delivered!!

Avoid this store at all costs. We are in the stages of filing a lawsuit against this location for how they handled things for our client. Our client purchased an entire king bedroom set from Ashley and got rid of their year old queen mattress and set for this new furniture. The furniture was quoted in July then pushed to August, then pushed until November. The client had to call them, corporate, and their own corporate office since this location is a franchise with no corporate accountability. This Ashley store made multiple delivery reservations with our client that were missed and re-scheduled, they showed up without hardware to assemble pieces, things never arrived, and to top it all off their delivery team caused over $1,000 in damages to our clients home. Ashley takes no responsibility for their actions because they have a third party delivery service and they both just point fingers at one another. Thankfully Ohio law allows our client to go after the local Ashley for damages since the delivery fees were paid directly to them for services. Their GM is responsive but promises calls to our client from a mysterious regional manager who never reaches out. This location is a terrible franchise that places blame with everyone except themselves. Our customer canceled the furniture order because of all these complications and was stuck paying for a bed that they wouldn't have bought without the set that was promised by select dates and missed delivery time windows. News flash to Ashley these appointments are legally bound guarantees from your company and you'll be billed for each issue in court and be paying for the entire bill of the bed for our client. Ashley Home Store - Very disappointed in your service. I’ve been on hold to talk to customer service for more than 30 minutes. Somebody has yet to pick up. I’ve even called James Smith several times, leaving nice voicemails he has yet to return any of my calls. My order has been on the system 3 months now and no updates. Your wonderful website tells you nothing about order status. I understand things are delayed, but speaking to an actual person and getting updates would be nice. I would also give you 1 star

The worst possible place!
I went there and the sales person said we would get our furniture by the end of Aug. We went at the end of July. We have now found out that we wont get our living room furniture until Nov. 2nd. I am livid. He down right lied to us. We went to Overstock warehouse and they told us it would be 12-16 weeks before we would get it, but its Ashley so they may be able to get it sooner. So now we paid more and have to wait just as long.
We purchased a sofa and chair on 8/8. We had a simple/easy purchasing experience. We explained to our sales man, Jeffrey Beach, we just had an awful experice purchasing somewhere else where we had waited 7 months for furniture that was eventually just cancelled. So we were looking for something we could get quickly. We were told MULTUPLE TIMES, we would "for sure have it by the end of the month." He even set a delivery date for the 18th... I questioned that when we were there and he said that starts the process. Well, of course as expected that delivery date was cancelled and nothing else was said. It's almost the end of the month, so, I call customer service and our furniture set is on back order until NOVEMBER. I understand Covid and back orders. But this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I hate that you cannot trust anyone anymore and truly are just trying to get a sale by being LIARS.

I am having major regret from buying my furniture here. The couch I bought was put together entirely with staples and it was totally messed up during the manufacturing process. It looks like they ran it through about three times to try to get the Staples right and they all misfired. And I am talking about the frame as well. The post sale communication and delivery team is the worst I've ever seen. I have already spent over 3 Grand at the store and I had much more furniture to purchase. They have lost on that business and future business as well. I have been told my furniture was coming on three separate occasions and it still has not shown up. I was told I was going to be credited back for my trouble two weeks ago and I've yet to receive any money back. I really didn't want a discount on the furniture, and I was okay with it being late. I know things happen but the expectation was set by the company and management as well. They have not followed through with any of their promises. Communication is just terrible. Will I ever get my furniture? Only time will tell. How much time? I have absolutely no idea. please read all the reviews before you decide to go with this company.

I purchased furniture in Feb. 2021. The chest is falling apart and the dresser is missing a handle. Can't get results on phone, Email, or virtual assistant with the pictures I have sent and posted. RIDICULOUS
Absolute worst store to buy furniture from. My dining table set was originally supposed to be in in the beginning of June and it wasn’t and I had to call them and ask where it was and every time it has been pushed back. I have called 6 times now to ask about my furniture because it is never here on the date they tell me. They have not called me once to let me know my furniture date is pushed back. The girl claimed they emailed me and I said I have not received one email from them and she read me my email and I confirmed it was correct. They don’t call you or answer half the time when you call to ask about your furniture. It’s the worst customer service I have experienced I will never buy from the again. I tried calling this time to see where my furniture is and they didn’t answer, but whenever I can speak to them I will be canceling my order.
Worst experience ever. I’ve bought my entire home from here over the years but just bought a new bedroom set in June and was quoted July for delivery. So I sold my existing set and got the mattress that was in stock… then they told me my set was delayed to November. Then October… so I’ve had to literally live out of laundry baskets because of this. And when their delivery people delivered my items they bashed my ceiling in taking it up the stairs… unresponsive sales team, and poor experience this has ruined every bit or respect I had for Ashley.
Absolutely horrible experience! Ordered $8000 worth of furniture for our new home, furniture either arrived damaged, mismatched or the delivery truck just never showed up to deliver furniture after we received emails as well as phone call confirmation of the delivery!!!!!!

I want to give a great big huge Thank you to Mr. Frank for being a blessing to me and my mother. When my mother and I walked into the store, not one associate greeted us, nor asked if we needed help with anything. We walked into the Morris side and two associates greeted us, very pleasant and nice. As we were walking around, Frank came all the way from the back of the store and greeted us with such a great smile and attitude. We were treated with respect and kindness. Frank really helped us out. If it wasn't for Frank, we were on our way out of the store to never come back again because of poor customer service from the associates on the Ashley furniture side. Frank blessed my mother with great furniture and great service.
Customer Service with Ashley is a nightmare! If you want to speak to a rep plan on waiting 45 mins to get an "I don't know" answer. They delivered a swivel chair damaged with a broken swivel and black oil stains. I had to call and wait on hold for an hour to get a rep who said a tech would call me in a week to schedule someone to look at the chair to decide if they will replace it. Two weeks later they are scheduled to come. The couch is back-ordered until November and they initially told me September. I was told a bed and mattress were in stock and would be delivered in 2/3 weeks, waiting for customer service on hold for 40 mins I was told November. This place needs better management, organization and customer service!!! Do not order from here!!
They promised a 2 month delivery date, a week before delivery we get an automated message that the main furniture pieces won’t be delivered and not in stock without a new delivery window scheduled.
Terrible service, we were promised our delivery within 5 days, after 3 weeks canceled and bought something else .. I bought furniture because I needed furniture not because I wanted to give away my money and get the run around for weeks. I understand pandemic, short supply, etc - but don’t tell people 5 days when you mean months ..
Salesman’s was very helpful prices were amazing I most certainly recommend this store, it was nice and neat and the workers are kind and polite. I will do a lot more business here.
Beyond disappointed with Ashley furniture. Purchased a sectional couch on Jan 4th and were assured we would receive it in March. March came and we set up a delivery day. The day prior to delivery the national office called us to tell us our delivery would not be happening as there had been an error in their system. They could not give us an update on when things would be available. We then call the store and they again assure us no later than April. But apparently they have no control over which pieces they receive. April comes and were told that 2 of 4 pieces to the couch are available. Having no use for half a couch we decided to wait. Then May comes and two different pieces of the sectional are available, meaning they gave our other pieces away. Now it's June and the website says things won't be in stock until July. And I call today I am on hold for almost 40min with no answer or I get directed to a line with no answering machine so they simply hang up. Do not buy here!

Absolute worst. I bought an paid for a chair at the beginning of April an still cannot recieve it. They are trying to blame covid but it was a problem q year before covid too when first moved to this area qn spent almost 10 grand. Then another chair before this one that was a 1000 dollars broke after 3 months an they said it was covered by warranty. Also customer service is a complete joke. Ive called multiple times an the never answer. The one time they did answer they were absolutely rude and told me they wasn't nothing they could do an rushed me off the phone.
Worst experience ever today was delivery day between 130 to 530 called was told 730 and 930pm still nothing and no calls .. they can keep my entire order and will never return . Lost a day of work to sit and wait and nothing .. talk to the store at 755 pm no help sad sad .. my business will be elsewhere in the morning. The delivery people never called either . Got rid of my bed bc of new one coming and now nothing way to go ashley furniture.
We ordered our furniture back in April and it didn’t take long for all our items to be in stock and ready to be delivered. When it was time for delivery and assembly, they delivered our dining room chairs without our table, our bed was suppose to be assembled but the delivery guys said they know nothing about it and left. It’ll take another month for our table to be back in stock. We had to call and set up another date for assembly to come and put our bed together. Well after waiting all day, they never showed up. I’ve been on hold with customer service for 20 mins now... I’m usually a little more patient, but we are expecting a baby any day now. This shouldn’t be this complicated.

Very nicely laid out store, clean and good options. It’s attached to a Morris Home store, so you have a lot of options to choose from. The prices are good, though some of the accent pieces (vases, baskets, etc.) may be available elsewhere for less. Glad that there is a physical store to still shop in. I wish they would have more locations. Furniture takes a long time to get in due to supply chain issues everywhere you shop, it’s clearly not the store’s fault.
The customer service at this company is beyond the most frustrating company that I have ever purchased items from. I picked up the product from the warehouse and when I got home, I opened the box to see that the wood was cracked. Damaged, in the box. I called immediately and was told that I signed saying I take on all responsibility after I leave. First, every time I call customer service, it takes at least 30 mins to get a person on the phone. Second, I didn't sign anything at pickup. Third, I signed a receipt saying I can return within 3-7 days. Fourth, it's damaged!!!! I mean seriously. At this point I just want my money back and to return your broken furniture. It's been 2 weeks and nothing is resolved because every time a manager calls and I am unable to answer, they leave a voicemail with a phone number that isn't in service. What a scam, just hoping people give up. I thought I was buying a quality product and this all happens. I do not suggest buying from them. They do not care about the customer at all. So frustrating!!! Oh, and I'm currently on hold which is why I have so much time to write this review. Also, I even went into the store to ask for help and they said that they cannot help me other than trying to call customer service themselves. I like that the sales men are not as aggressive pushing like vultures on their prey like at other stores. They offer help without being so pushy. I also like the variety of good quality products. Finally, I like the offers the store had and how the sales person that worked with us tried to save us money in different ways, like letting us know we could make two purchases and pay only one shipping fee.

If I can give this store a negative "0" that is exactly what I would give. We purchased our sofa on January 13, 2021 great sales talk, sofa we picked is close to $2k & we were promised a delivery of the sofa mid February. Well, let me give a quick update. As of today, April 7, 2021 we have not heard any updates re: delay in our purchase. We actually almost forgot about it. NO ONE ever picks up the call in the store nor the customer service number PROVIDED. They cannot be reached by email unless you want subscription. So the only way to cancel your order is to physically drive to the store and do it in person. This is terrible, terrible experience.
Don’t shop/ buy here!! They are worse than an used car dealership. Got a 2 mattress from them, they both should have been delivered on the same day. First problem was they lost the full size mattress and we can’t get any answers to where it may be at. Customer service called me the day of delivery to tell me they had no idea what happen to our full size mattress in “the system it says we have it but we can’t find it”. I asked them why they waited so long to call me to tell me this, I told them my delivery window was between 11-3 and it’s 11 o’clock. Unprofessional now I have to rearrange my schedule for when the other mattress comes in. Problem 2 the king size mattress I order wasn’t the same mattress I thought I was buying in the store the one I got delivered was hard uncomfortable I tried to talk to the sales manager and got no where. I haven’t called customer service and just been on hold for over 20 minutes. Fun fact I’m on hold with them right now and it’s been over 35 minutes. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Had the best experience here! We had already gotten a couch from elsewhere and saw a couple we liked at Ashley’s so decided to go look. Their were sooo many options and Nate helped us out and he was incredible! Everything was super quick and easy and our sectional is already supposed to be here in 2-3 weeks! The sectional we ordered with the other place was delayed until end of June! So we canceled with them and ordered with Ashley’s. They have great prices and protection plan. We can’t wait to get our new sectional!

Very disappointed with our experience so far from Ashely Furniture. My wife and I purchased a complete bedroom set on November 28, 2020 and the sales associate informed us multiple times that "Ashley Furniture is one of the largest furniture manufactures in the United States and that allows us to have quicker delivery times compared to the competition.". We completed the sale and were given an estimated delivery date of December 24, 2020 and told if that date becomes pushed out we would be contacted by Ashley Customer Service and given updated information on a new delivery date. Well, December came and went and we received no call, email, or text regarding an updated delivery date. I called customer service in January 2021and was told our order was being held as all items were in stock but one so they were waiting until that piece was in stock then we would be contacted. I said I had no problem with that, I just wish we would have received some form of notification with an update on the status. I was finally contacted near the end of February by an automated system saying all our items would be delivered March 4th 2021 (97 days since we first placed the order in November). Finally we thought.....well hold on, don't get too excited. March 4th, the delivery truck finally shows up (on time with respect to what their delivery system said so I will give them credit for that) and the delivery driver greeted me and said they would begin unloading the furniture and placing it in our bedroom. The first box they open up was our headboard and....its broken. Driver informed me that the best thing to do would be to refuse the entire delivery as that would put our re-delivery at a higher priority so we receive our items sooner. I agreed and he said a customer service specialist would be contacting me by the end of the day to review why delivery was refused and work with us to get new headboard and new delivery date....Guess what? Never received a call. I tried calling customer service twice on March 5th only to be on hold for 35mins (each time) before I had to hang-up due to other work obligations. I finally get an automated call today (March 6th) stating "Your order is ready for delivery, press X now to speak with a delivery specialist". I do and IT TAKES ME TO THE MAIN MENU OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE, NOT EVEN A REAL PERSON. I go through the menu again trying to speak to a real person ONLY TO BE DISCONNECTED AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR 1HR AND 32 SECONDS. I have now called back and I'm still on hold as I type this review now (currently sitting at 34minutes and 48 seconds) EDIT: I finally was able to speak to someone after being on hold for 1hr 3mins and 26 seconds. I now have a new delivery date of March 12th 2021 and customer specialist confirmed twice that the delivery will include a new headboard. EDIT #2: Our new delivery just showed up and headboard is broken again. I don't know if this is the same one from last time or not but the box was falling apart and pieces sticking out all over
Just stopped in to look for a Queen bedroom set & A twin bedroom set. Didn't really see anything we liked.
Really disappointed with the service given by Ashley this time around. I've been a loyal customer for almost 6 years now and never seen something like this. I ordered a bed back in November and they assured me it would be delivered at the earliest, late December, or at most, sometime mid- January. The end of January roles around and they are a no show, so we call them up and ask them when we should expect our delivery. They said it would be pushed back to late February and we shrugged it off because of all the delays with Covid. Then the end of February comes around and they still aren't here with the bed, we give them another call and they have the same story, they delayed it to March. At least this time they were truthful about it unlike the previous month. We picked our delivery date and they came to our house with the right bed, at least. The people who came to set up however did NOT know how to put the bed together in the slightest...they got the headboard to stand upright and that's about it. They ruined the railings and the footrest in the front of the bed by drilling screws through holes that didn't even have any exits...ripping right through the wood and damaging the piece. Not only did they do it once, they did it FOUR TIMES. One would think they did something wrong after damaging the piece once. Now I've got an unfinished bed frame just sitting in my room in complete disarray, and they didn't even say sorry for damaging the piece in the first place. They called up their people and told us we would be getting a call within the hour regarding a replacement piece for the bed and then just left. We never got the call and we eventually had to make the call ourselves to get any information. The lady on the phone told us that it would take an additional 2 MONTHS to get a replacement piece to my home and told me it couldn't be any earlier and she couldn't do anything else about it. The people they sent were definitely not qualified to put the bed together and I'm really upset that I'm getting penalized an extra 2 months because of THEIR incompetence. And there's no telling if they'll even honor their replacement delivery date of 2 months from now. Overall really dissatisfied with Ashley this time around and most likely won't be ordering from them any time soon. Edit as of 5/27/2021: It has been almost 3 months since I had a call with the employee at Ashley and I still don't have my replacement bed. About a month ago I went to the store itself to talk with the manager and try to get things worked out and she said she would contact me via email an hour after we visited...no reply. I even verified my email with her to make sure there wasn't a miscommunication and she never got back with me. A few weeks after that, I called the store again and the employee who picked up told me that all the parts would be available sometime around May 22nd, sometime before, or sometime after. He also told me that he would give an update when the 22nd came up, or if it came before, whichever came first. No call back. They ended up sending an automated text message prompting us to either reply if we wanted *some* of the replacement pieces, or not reply if we wanted to *wait* even longer so we could get the whole bed. It's ridiculous that I ordered this bed back in November, and it's been more than half a calendar year, and I still don't have a fully functional piece. Nobody at the store knows how to keep their word, from the first delivery people that broke the piece, to the lady I talked to over the phone on the day they broke it, to the manager at the store, to the guy I talked to a month ago; all I got was an automated text. Not sure how many more weeks/months I'm going to have to wait till I can get a working bed but Ashely HomeStore needs to get their act together. They can't keep blaming "manufacturing delays" for everything- customer service needs a major upgrade and the manager should be aware of that herself. I can confidently say I'm never going to be buying from here anymore, too many "sorrys" and false hopes.
Sales people are way to pushy and in your biz
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Ashley homestores. We bought and IN STOCK couch from the TriCounty store, paid to have it delivered a week later. They delivered the wrong couch, called our sales rep immediately after they delivered. Nate our sales rep told us he would take care of everything, boy was we wrong. We had to do all the leg work, they scheduled for yet another week out to deliver the correct couch and pick up the one they left. 2nd delivery date rolls around and they no show, we call and they say oh your couch isn't in stock it'll be here in May. We call Nate back and he feeds us more bs. Finally get set up for 3rd delivery yet another week later (at this point we have had their other couch they abandoned at our house going on 3 weeks. They show up during the time we told them we would not be available (had someone come accept delivery), they delivered the WRONG COYCH YET AGAIN. Called sales rep again and told him we would just it up since they couldn't do it correctly. Nate said he would call us back with a resolution. Yet again another broken promise Nate the sales rep at the TriCounty store lies worse than a used car salesmen at a buy here pay here lot. He made lots of false promises, and NEVER delivered on any of them.

Update: so remember how I told y’all that the delivery drivers didn’t bring the correct hardware to put the bed together and just left it, then Ashley scheduled another “delivery” for the drivers to come back with the correct hardware to put it together? Well they came back today and would you believe that the mf’s STILL didn’t have the correct hardware. Bed still ain’t together!! Is this a joke?!?! Unbelievable! Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever again! Never again! Did I mention that I will NEVER purchase furniture from Ashley/Morris again. EVER. From day of purchase (had a horrible experience with the salesman, I believe his name was Phillip or something like that. Hard to remember as it was SEVEN months ago) to my delivery today this has been a headache! I ordered three bedroom sets. Well long story short that one order has resulted into 4 delivery visits (and counting). It seems like each delivery visit gets worst than the first. Not one time has the delivery person showed up with all the materials to put together the furniture it has always resulted in them having to come back. One time they even broke one of the drawers to the dresser. Carelessness. The delivery drivers don’t wear masks and then get a attitude when you ask them to put one on. Just had one of them leave today for our latest delivery visit once again they forgot the screws left my daughters room in complete disarray. They really do literally just send anybody to deliver. Called customer service, what a joke! no apology, they just scheduled yet another delivery attempt. Fingers crossed we will actually get the rest of the order! At this point we’re still waiting on the hardware for the bed that they’ve left in pieces all over my daughters room and a dresser that they’ve pushed back five times already. I can’t wait to finish paying off this furniture so I can close this Ashley/morris credit card because like I said: NEVER AGAIN!! Oh yeah, to rep who responds to these reviews. Shopping at Ashley is always a pleasure. First of all the selection is top notch. Tons of choices, good quality items, and a wide range of prices to choose from. The sales staff lets you know they're there and usually aren't too high pressure. They also are flexible with pricing in that they'll match competitors and they have great financing options. We'll be going back.

My husband and I worked with Kevin, one of the managers, he was very personable, professional and knew his way around the warehouse very well. I'm VERY picky and Kevin was able to show me many options to best suit my style and that would also fit in my space. I cant wait for our new sofa set to be delivered! I would highly recommend visiting this location and working with Kevin and his team. They will take care of you, find you the right price point and have you leave excited about the purchase you have made.

I have never left a bad review until now. My husband and I bought a furniture set that never arrived. Keep in mind we bought the furniture last August. After multiple attempts at reaching customer service, they essentially told us to “buzz off” and that they weren’t responsible for the delay in the delivery. I have tried contacting store associates only to be told that there’s nothing to be done. I have never been so appalled at the rudeness, the despicable attitude, and the overall pretty kettle of fish is Ashley Home Furniture. I have told everyone I know how awful Ashley Home Furniture is and how awful their customer service is. To top this all off, I never received a refund or an estimate of when my furniture would be delivered. Only emails from customer service about a “delay of delivery” and how they’re “terribly sorry”. Ashley home furniture only cares about customers’ money, not about the customer!!!! 👎 if I could, I would leave a 0 or even a negative star review.

Our experience with this store was pretty terrible. We ordered a sectional on 9/3 and was told it would be delivered sometime in mid-October, and when it didn’t come then, we were promised it would get here before Thanksgiving (we just received it today, 12/26). Our overall experience revolved around awful customer service and very poor communication. We continued to get misleading and false information, not to mention making countless calls and holding for extended periods of time to try and get ahold of someone for an update on our sectional and driving to the store to speak to someone. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is due to a small reimbursement we received after speaking to the regional manager, and the delivery guys delivering our sectional and putting it together for us. The delivery guys were the best part of the entire experience. We understand COVID has delayed a lot of things, but the lack of communication, information and customer care on their part was what made this experience dreadful.
After researching and shopping around for a new sectional for about a month, on12/19, we (including 3 children 10 and under) visited Ashley. We were promptly greeted by Mike and we went on our way directly to the sectional we were there to see. Mike was pleasant, fun, and very knowledgeable. He answered every question that we had and was VERY patient with us as we went back and forth for about 30 minutes on which color sectional we wanted. He interacted with our kids and made us feel like we had known him for years. Being in sales ourselves, we cant tell you how much we appreciate things like that. After about 3 hours in the store with Mike, we ended up with a sectional, ottoman, and dinning room table set. * side note* the Progressive leasing option that Ashley offers is a PERFECT way to get what you want and have some time to pay it off !* ********************************************************************* UPDATE TO REVIEW.... I would not suggest buying from this store..I bought a living room set and was told it was in stock but after I paid over 3000 in cash was told it wasn't had to call and complain for weeks to get it when I did get my couch it had a cut in the arm now I am waiting for another couch to be delivered it's been a total nightmare.
We had a great experience purchasing the furniture. Our rep Kera was very accommodating and made sure we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The delivery on the other hand was a less desirable experience. Unfortunately the team that delivered lacked customer service and were not knowledgeable on the items they delivered and how it should have been set up.

No communication, no customer service, swindled out of deposit. Will never return. Submitted custom order mid-August, and was told delivery would be up to 12 weeks later. Customer service phone system is non-existent... waited for an hour on hold multiple times, and never could get through to anyone. Went to the store in person after 14 weeks to get an update, and was told that it wouldn’t be available until February. Cancelled order and was charged 25% “restocking fee.” This place is a joke run by clowns... spend a few bucks to go somewhere else that has minimum competency.

Filing a claim with the BBB: I purchased a product and Morris/Ashley has not delivered it in its entirety. This isn’t just a COVID issue, but a quality issue, a customer service, and a breach of contract issue. ———— After having purchased my sofa and loveseat in July, it was finally delivered today. Awesome right? No. A power cable for the loveseat/electric recliner was not included, without warning, though it was included for the sofa recliner. Let’s talk about the sofa: the right seat reclines but the footrest does not go all the way down. So before we had it for an hour mu husband had to open a service order-and we have no idea when my set will be fixed. Basically I spent thousands on a brand-new living room that I’ve been eagerly awaiting, and it is defective. I have never had such a bad customer experience in my life. Quality Assurance anyone? What a laugh. Never, ever, ever buying from this store or any other Ashley/Morris store again. Never buying another Laz-E-Boy again. I need more furniture for 2 room, too. We had made 2 large purchases form Ashley since moving to the area and both Orders had major issues. We payed $200 for for a delivery and Install that was done incorrectly and I had to spend 7 hours on hold to get help, and they would not send anyone out to look at the issue for 2 weeks. Our next item tool 3 months to arrive, the delivery team did not honor the commitment of having the items brought into the house, and was missing parts. As of posting this review I have been on hold for 2 hours waiting for "Customer Care" to answer so I can attempt to get the missing parts. They clearly do not care about customer experience and would that you did your shopping with a competitor that does.

The sales process was made easy by Andrew. We knew what we wanted before we walked in and Ashley matched a lower price from another store. We made our purchase over the phone due to a time restraint on our end. Andrew guided us through that process with ease. Hopefully the delivery and white glove service match the professionalism exhibited by Andrew. We’re real excited to enjoy this beautiful table in our new home!

Don’t waste your money or time. They sold us a couch back in July and told us 3 weeks until delivery...it’s now October and still no couch. Jeffery knew it was going to be late, but wanted to make the sale. Horrible customer service! Can never even get ahold of them. We won’t be purchasing furniture from them again.
This is what I sent to the BBB Service issues and poor customer service. Store manager hasn't done what she stated she would and now isn't helping at all. I have attached a pdf of the email thread i had going with the store manager. The last email was one i sent to a general customer email trying to get some help but got a kick back that they are not excepting emails. I have called the customer service number online and they stated they can't help since purchases in store. Customer service number they gave me i have not gotten through to a person. I used the chat function online and person i chatted with was sending my complaint to a district manager. That was on the 10th. This all started when my furniture was delivered on July 10th. One guy brought my table in and scratched it on my front door. He and the other guy working with him acted like they had no idea how it got scratched but took photos and stated they would file an exchange and that i should keep the table until they exchange. I was concerned as never received an email or call to confirm this. Tried to call the store 45 minute wait just to speak to someone. Later found out the store manager said we don't even have anyone answering phones. I tried to reach customer service and couldn't reach anyone. Chat function not working. Requested a call back. 65 hours later no calls received. Finally was able to get someone via chat option who was willing to give me email for the managers at the location. Store manager was quick to spring into action and assist. Offered a 10% refund of my purchase (have not actually received this) and was willing to exchange my table as i was given this info during delivery. I had to follow up 5 days later on the 18th to ask about my exchange. I was informed Megan was off and Brenda stated we don't carry that table anymore. I was left with someone trying to repair. They scheduled service with their 3rd party. When the technician arrived he was not in the most pleasant mood due to the cops stopping him in my neighborhood. I tried to talk with him and lighten the mood. He went to work on my table and i was working (i work from home) with my back to him. He was spraying and spraying some type of aerosol. I was about to choke so i jumped up opened a window and moved to my kitchen. I asked what he was spraying as i was about to choke. He said sanding lacquer and he was almost done. He sprayed and sprayed and sprayed this sanding lacquer in my house. He was finally done. The smell was so strong i had to leave my house. My son and i left for about 5 hours and upon return the smell was still awful. I went straight to bed as was getting a headache. The next morning was a light smell and my living room, dining room, and kitchen (all open as one) were covered in dust from the sanding lacquer. I had to clean those rooms top to bottom. Luckily i had rescheduled on a day the 2 year old that stays with me wasn'nt there. i can't imagine if he had inhaled all of that. My table is terrible looking. Its dull and gritty in multiple spots from this sanding lacquer. It has lost its smooth finish. i communicated via the email thread about the issues on 8/12. Had to ask if anyone received on the 14th. We spoke on the phone the following day. She stated customer service would assist as she could no longer help. I had to send email a week and a half later and ask for update. Still told Paula from customer service would call. 8/28 had to ask again. Again customer service will call you. So here we are no one has called and i can't reach anyone. The store manager doesn't want to help.

I'm only giving one star cause its required to write a review but this place is horrible from the sales staff to management to the delivery guys just a piss poor company has a whole we will be canceling our order we cannot get ahold of anyone for information wont return our calls
So I ordered furniture from them in June. Was delivered in July. I went to them 1 week later that my recliner needed repair. The manager said he wasn&'t sure what he could do and that he would have someone get back to me. I understand covid but we are now in September and no call. I called 2 times today and on hold for 30 min. Then on hold for 50 min. And their site didn&'t have and email area only phone numbers in which noone answers. I finally found the business card of the sales person and emailed them lets see if that helps. I will never shop there again. Horrible customer service.

The table was cracked so they took it back. We also ordered 4 chairs. Two were in a box and two were put together? Like floor models I’m guessing. Then the delivery drivers said they would call us within 2 business days to set up a new delivery. We waited 5 days before calling. After an hour wait on the phone we reached a representative who said they could deliver it August 11th. August 11th came around and they came by to deliver our table. They showed up and said they were picking up a table? We mentioned me never got one. Same go around here. Said they would call us back within a few business days. Never did. We call, wait an hour to reach someone and they say it’s back ordered and to call back in a couple weeks. So I call them back end of August. They said we can deliver Sept 2nd between 2-6:30 pm. Well nevermind that hey arrived at 7 pm. The table was damaged! So here were are 2 months since paying for our table with no table. Do not recommend paying big money to this company. Not worth the hassle.

It’s the worst place ever to buy anything. I would give a zero star if I was allowed to. I spent like $10k there which included a bed, a dresser, 2 night stands, 2 set of dining tables last fall. It took a total of 2.5 months for all of my stuffs to arrive I’m 3 shipments and countless hours holding on the phone. I called customer services at least 15 times and I had to wait about 30’-60’ before I could talk to someone. The store is useless because they will call the same phone number. My bed came with missing parts; and the delivery guy said they should be able to come back the next day or so to set it up. Never happened. I called every single day for about an hour after that for a week to finally get someThing scheduled. So, for about 2 weeks, all the parts of the bed was just laying around in my bedroom. The big dining table came with it has 3 wobbly chairs and I also had to call to get it fixed because they were mixing screws/nuts. I had to call every other week to check on status of the couch because they kept telling me a date and it kept getting delay. It came 2.5 months after I purchased it. The smaller dining table was delivered a bit before that. In one of the calls, they realized that it was never scheduled to be shipped out. So, I got it scheduled for a shipment. They called me the evening before and said it would be shipped the next day. I had to take a half day off work last minute to wait for it. Never came. I called. They said it would be there between 12-6pm. Ok. I took e rest of the day off waiting. Never showed up. We had plans to go out with friends that night. We waited and waited. So, 6pm came. Nobody showed up. We decided to leave at 8. When we just sat down at a restaurant at around 8:30pm, I got a text saying they would be there in 10’. Like are you serious? We would not make it. I called the number but nobody answered. I asked my sister who lives nearby to come over and tell them to wait for us a bit; we were rushing home. When we got home, all the parts were in the garage because they didn’t want to bring them in the house and they didn’t want to wait even though we have been waiting for them whole day. My sister tried to ask them to wait for a bit but they refused. So, we bought the parts in and put them up ourselves. And guess what? Two of the chairs were broken and there were of course some screws and nuts missing as well. I was on the call with customer service again for every week the next month to try to sort it out. Never got any where. I was told to send them pictures through emails. I did. 3 times total. Nothing happened. At the end of it, I was too tired to keep holding on the line. It was not worth it any more. We just tried to fix them ourselves. So, now, I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Very disappointed. Ordered granddaughters new bed for her birthday in June. We tried to be patient was supposed get last Tuesday, they called last minute said not till Wednesday but we weren’t available so they were supposed deliver this coming Tuesday. Today we got a call saying the delivery company broke footboard so won’t have until September. Do not buy furniture here. My granddaughter very upset 😡😡😡

I ordered a mattress the end of June, the sales guy( Christian) was supposed to call during that week to give me a delivery date, he never called. I called and was hold with customer service for a long period of time, I hung up called back again on hold for almost an hour with still no answer. I got online left a message with the contact us, I heard back almost a week later. My mattress was supposed to be delivered this wkd( again I ordered at the end of June it's now Aug. 5th) , I got a voicemail that it wont be delivered until the 18th . I tried calling back and was on hold twenty minutes and sixteen seconds with no answer. Customer service is ridiculous!
We began with a positive experience. We were able to find the sectional we wanted and were happy with our choice. Upfront, we were told that there would be a delay in delivery due to COVID. Okay, we understood that. But now, we're three weeks past the original delivery date - which was 8 weeks from the date of purchase. To add to the frustration, we are not able to get in touch with our salesperson, customer service, or the store itself (they tell you that you must email, they aren't taking phone messages). Talk about the world's worst customer service! I was on hold by phone with their customer service for over 45 minutes and no one ever answered. We have no idea when we will actually get our furniture. This isn't our first time dealing with terrible service from Ashley/Morris -- but the last time was a few years ago. Apparently it's only gotten worse. Save yourself and buy your furniture somewhere else. You'll be a lot happier and less frustrated for it.
DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE! We bought a mattress and frame at the Ashley Furniture Store in Springdale, OH on July 7, 2020. Our salesman assured us that the mattress and frame would be delivered the following day on July 8, 2020. That evening, we took apart our bed and wrapped up our mattress and box spring so they could be picked up the next day. My husband took the day off work and the mattress and PART of the frame was delivered. My husband called the store and was assured the other part of the frame would be delivered on Thursday. My husband took off a second day from work on Thursday, July 9. No one called and nothing was delivered. He called the store and was again assured the rest of the frame would be delivered on Friday, July 10. He took a third day off work. They delivered the same part of the frame that they delivered on July 8. My husband called the store again and was assured they were doing everything they could to get the rest of the frame delivered asap. We then received an email from Josh Render on July 11 stating our frame wasn&'t loaded on to the truck, so we wouldn&'t be getting the frame until Tuesday, July 14. Meanwhile, keep in mind that we had been sleeping on an air mattress since July 8. They also forgot to deliver the mattress pad we paid for. We were told by our salesman that we would receive a $300 gift card. Of course, we have not received it. My husband had several conversations with Josh Render concerning getting a partial refund of our purchase because of the delays and the 4 unpaid days off my husband had to take from work. He offered $1,000.00. The corporate office said they can only offer $200 and we can&'t return the bed or frame. I wish I had seen all of the negative reviews before shopping there. I am in shock at the way this store does business!
On Wednesday June 8th we went to the store in Springdale talk to the salesman found a recliner really enjoyed when we were going to buy he told me they had four in stock so I came back today to pay for it and pick it up then he informs me I have to go to Dayton to pick it up he did not inform me of that yesterday so I drove all the way up there again today well I will not buy anything from your store ever again I will never enter your store ever again so in total I drove over 100 mi in 2 days and wasted at least another half hour today waiting for him to get done with another guest which is acceptable until he informs me about the pickup procedure and then apologize because he should have told me yesterday but he forgot this is totally unacceptable I will do everything in my power to inform people never to go to that store
In the past, we've had great luck here. Today? Not so much. To much turnover. Every time we find an honest sales person, they never last. Salespeople there today were like vultures. I get that its been a rough time for you, but please just let us look around!

Ashley HomeStore does not honor product warrantees and it takes hours to get in touch with customer care. So you are most likely to give up before even talking to anyone due to long wait. And leaving a voicemail does not suffice. I’ve left several voicemails to both customer care and store and my calls were never returned. My last call, I was on hold for 54 minutes and someone just picked up and hung up the speaker. Over and over again. What a stressful experience to us and I wish it was not this way. Do not waste your money and time with them.
Products: The selection is huge. With multiple health concerns I didnt know what I wanted until after I knew they were even a feature. I'm so glad I was heard and my needs were met. My expectations were definitely exceeded. I purchased a few sectional sofa pieces and a massage chair. While I was extremely hesitant at first (took about 5 days to decide), the purchase was worth the price. Services: After a few hiccups, and being calm about how I reacted to said hiccups, I was provided with the best service imaginable. Ashley's Furniture has some of the nicest sales and management team members imaginable. They recognized my purchase as an investment for me to have a better, healthier lifestyle and not just some commission in their pockets. I felt heard. I felt valued. I felt like I was buying from a very knowledgeable friend, not just an employee. I will definitely buy my next pieces of furniture at Ashley's Furniture.
I had furniture delivered. The dresser was cracked. They dropped it off on my front porch because of covid. They were supposed to put it together but because of covid they could not so I was supposed to be compensated because they couldn’t. It was just before the lockdown happened. So the dresser was cracked. The bed had to be put together and the holes were in the wrong place. We had already gotten rid of our bed so we had to re drill holes to make it work so we would have something to sleep on. The dresser is cracked and they said if we used it they would not tAke it back so it couldn’t get replaced. I would prefer the dresser that matches the bed instead of money back but I can’t even get my money back until they pick up the cracked dresser. They don’t have someplace I can take it to drop it off so I can get a dresser that is not cracked. I have called and left messages and sent emails. I thought Ashley furniture was supposed to be suck a good place to get furniture. I will never shop there again. Totally unacceptable customer service.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I WOUND GIVE THEM -5 STARS IF I COULD! My couch was damaged 4 months after receiving it. It took them an additional 4 months to come and pick my couch up to fix it. Since then I have yet to hear anything from anyone about my couch or credit I should receive for not having it. I have no idea if the couch was ever fixed or what the damage was because they refuse to talk to me. I have called, emailed, texted, Fb messages and haven’t heard a thing! These people are CROOKS. I’ve paid over a thousand dollars for my couch and they basically stole it. Tried to contact head quarters to with no luck of reaching anyone. And when I call customer service the wait time is over 1.5hr without a single rep answering the call.(NO JOKE) They promise call backs that they never return. At this point the only way to get some help would be to go to court or something. Like I’m out of options. Please get your furniture at a reliable company with a team of individuals that care. Working with this company has been a total NIGHTMARE

When you call the store you can never speak to a real person and the recorder says send a Facebook message for a return call. I don't have Facebook. This is my daughter account . I would really just like to get my money back and go some place else. I would not recommend them !

BUYER BEWARE! In February, my husband and I bought a 3-piece furniture set. We picked it up in March from the store and when we fully unwrapped the sofa from the crate and packaging, we discovered the sofa frame was completely broken and coming through the fabric. It is visibly broken on the back, the arm, and underneath the sofa. I reported the damage immediately via email and phone call. After numerous attempts for weeks, we still have no satisfaction from their customer care. We bought a new furniture set, and expected to receive a new set, not a broken/damaged one. I wish we would have looked at the reviews from this store before buying from them. We are disappointed in the lack of product quality and the horrible customer care we have received.

I was extremely disappointed by Ashley Homestore's delivery and customer care. We bought a beautiful bedroom that was exactly what I had been searching for. After waiting for the expected 1 month wait for the furniture, which we were extremely excited about, we were met with a hurdle of problems. The deliver guys were rushed and were not in anyway careful with the furniture, knocking down wall frames and being quite rough with the furniture, ignoring my warnings to be careful. They informed us that the bed footboard had broken and was not delivered. While they went about assembling, I went around and investigated the furniture only to find the inside cloth of a nightstand was ripped and the wood was completely chipped. I informed them of this, to which they took note but did not take it from my home. That same day I attempted to call customer service to have the issues addressed and schedule a second delivery. It took almost all 3 days and hours of waiting to get connected. I specifically informed them that the footboard was too damaged to be delivered and that we still had one of the nightstands that was damaged. They did not believe me concerning the nightstand as it was not taken. Mind you, the delivery man had made note of it in front of me and took several pictures. After being placed on hold again, they were able to find the notes. Unfortunately, we were forced to have two separate deliveries making us wait another 1-2 months. The second delivery was only for the footboard, however we encountered another problem: the delivery man informed us that hardware was not sent with it as the notes stated the damaged furniture had been left with us. I firmly told him that no, we had not received it and were basically sleeping on the floor at this point. I invited him in and showed him. He encouraged us to call customer service as soon as possible and explained that the furniture had not even arrived properly packaged -- delivery guys had to wrap it up to keep it safe for delivery. Can you believe that?! He offered to drop off the frame but I refused as having kept the damaged nightstand had caused me trouble. I then waited and insisted on customer care and when I finally reached someone, I was told it would be yet another month to have the footboard delivered. At this point I was extremely frustrated. Waiting on a 4th delivery that would not guantee my paid product arrive as expected? Not happening. I did not schedule another delivery. The next day I decided I would return everything. I went directly to the store and spoke with the manager, who was in no way any help and insisted I speak with customer care even after explaining how difficult it was to get a hold of someone. They offered to email them to support me in the experiences I was having and I requested they copy me in it for confirmation. Never received an email and was never emailed back or called when I followed up. The customer care person I spoke with was quite rude about refunding after I explained everything that had happened. I requested I speak with the supervisor, to which I was hung up on immediately. After another horrendous wait, I was graced with someone that was more than willing to help and scheduled me for a complete refund. The next day I called again to verify this was done, as my trust with this company was non-existent. I was forced to speak with the same lady that hung up on me previously. She did not believe I would get a complete refund on the items I was receiving and assumed before verifying in the system. She also refused to email me any confirmation of this. I am currently waiting for my refund as everything was picked up. If you decide to buy from here please keep mind mind: DO NOT accept delivery if a single piece of furniture is damaged. They charge 15% or more of the price for the restocking fee and you cannot return anything kept in the home for 30 days or more. If you're waiting for a furniture missing that could take months to arrive and decide you want to return everything -- good luck! Double check everything is in order before the delivery men leave. They will give you hell since they are always in a hurry, but trust me. Customer Care is apparently understaffed and it will take you a good 45 min to 1 hour or more wait to get a hold of someone. You get only 3 days to report any problems. I was forced to stay with the mattress bought to have something to sleep on. I will now be forced to go on another hunt for a bedroom set, but it will definitely not be from Ashley Homestore again until they can improve and understand they cannot play with peoples money and not deliver correctly.

If only I could leave a 0 star review. The sales people were fine but ever since I paid and walked out the front door it has been HELL. The delivery process was horrible and took multiple trips and a few broken items before it was finally finished. I also had to wait a total of 3 months on one piece, and had to pick it up myself even after all of the issues I had been through. There is NO customer service, they don't even answer the phone. I am currently on hold as we speak and this is the 6th time I have called in 2 days with no answer, so it is time to leave a review. More than likely you will have to head into the store in order to speak with anyone and even then you may not find anyone sitting at the front desk. I will never shop here again and I will be sure to make anyone I know aware of the issues I have dealt with. The only thing I ask is for good service and theirs has been consistently bad. I am not sure all Ashley Home stores are this bad but Springdale should shut down the service is so horrible.
If I could give negative stars I would... had to make over 3 deliveries to my house because the wood on the dressers was cracked and holes in the couch and chair. I still have a damaged dresser, a chair with a hole, couch with a hole and missing button, and cracked wood on my coffee table. I&'ve been dealing with them since Nov with no progress. The manager Grant was suppose to call me back 3 weeks ago and still waiting, left messages and he hasn&'t returned my calls. At first I blamed the delivery people with horrible services but now I realize it&'s the whole company. Customer service is horrible and they are selling damaged goods. Makes me wonder if the furniture is used... we spent a lot of money and I will never shop here again or recommend this place

I received a low-quality, completely broken dresser chest with drawers that wouldn’t open, etc. I called to get it replaced and got absolutely horrible customer service and had to BEG to get any kind of refund or assistance at all. I now have to somehow get this dresser in a truck, and haul it back to the store on my own. I would rather buy from any other store than deal with Ashley/Morris ever again.

Do not buy from this store!!!!!! On promised delivery date 20 minutes before the end of my 5 hour delivery window they call to say that my mattress didn’t come in and it won’t be delivered until next week. This would now be 3 weeks for a queen mattress. I asked for a refund, told them to cancel the delivery. Four days later I still do not have my money back. The constant excuse is, “We’re Busy” too busy to provide any customer service at all. THIS STORE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER ZERO PRODUCTS!!!!!!! Save your money and your time. Shop else where!!
The worst customer service that I've ever seen. They changed my delivery date 3 times, and finally they delivered damage bed and dresser after 2 months. Store Manager Mr. Grant told me that he will compensate with waiving off my delivery charges and that never happened. I called them more than 10 times to set up services and Mr. Grant never called me back. They are very rude on call, every time other employees are saying that Mr. Grant will call me back in 30 minutes. This happened 10 times in last 10 days and never received call back.

Initial experience OK. But once we actually got our multi piece sectional sofa delivered— it was a NIGHTMARE!! Do NOT buy from here. The furniture is so cheap it broke upon delivery. And it is many hours on the phone later and weeks later for replacement parts. Complete waste of time and money. Shop elsewhere.

I have sent emails, called, tweeted, online submission. Been over a month now and still waiting on promised credits and missing pillows. I was given a 4 hour window for my delivery. Called off work and waited, no show. Get a call later that evening that it never made it on the truck. Why wouldn't you update the consumer, so they don't waste a work day? Told it would be another 2 weeks before it could be delivered, finally gets here and they forgot the throw pillows. You would think customer service would be a top priority when spending thousands of $. Not the case here. Been on hold with customer service 20 minutes, while writing this post, still no response. Stay away
Our first and LAST purchase was made in March last year for a couch and loveseat. The loveseat was delivered defective but was fixed. Six months later in September the couch starting making popping noises like a spring was broken. A repairman came out and also told us the mechanism in the recliner was broken and we needed a lot more stuffing. Many phone calls later he came out in December without any stuffing and the mechanism that was sent to us was the wrong one! Ten phone calls, 2 visits and 4 months later it is still not fixed! Most of the time you can’t get anyone at customer service because it disconnects. Calling the store results going to voicemail and no one ever calls back!! Worst customer service and poor product at Ashley Home Store!!
Ordered a couch in November with a January scheduled delivery. Delivery time was confirmed the day before it was scheduled, and then cancelled 20 minutes before scheduled to arrive with the only option to drive to Dayton to pick it up or wait another 10 days for another delivery attempt. It took over an hour once in Dayton for them to bring the couch out so we could take it. No explanation or even an apology. Delivery fees were supposed to be refunded along with additional compensation for the issue but it's been over a week and that hasn't happened. Customer service is TERRIBLE and says they will call back and do not, and do not respond to emails or give any type of solution. Seems like they are purposely trying to not refund us even though they said they would. I have never experienced a company, especially one of this size, have such horrendous customer service. We will never shop from Ashley again or any of their other brands.
This place sucks. We bought a couch from them 2 months in advance of our scheduled delivery. The week of, we received our confirmation and 4 hour time window. On the day of delivery, we received a phone call 30 minutes prior to our delivery window saying the delivery was cancelled because "There was no driver". Therefore, we had to drive an hour away to pick it up. Its been over 2 weeks and we still haven't gotten our delivery fee back, plus money we spent on gas driving 2 hours to get it ourselves. Customer service is SO unresponsive. Have called a ton, constantly on hold for hours, and whenever someone answers they can't help me. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
Literally the worst customer service I've even dealt with. Everything in store was great. Had a delivery scheduled for Saturday from 1030-230. Got a call at 11 and told they need to push it back to 430-830. As of 815 I had not heard back from anyone so I called. Was told they were waiting for the driver to check in. Never heard back until Sunday morning being told that the driver skipped 4 deliveries and mine was one. Was told again id get a call at 12 when the store opens. Never got a call so I went into my local store and was informed that I was rescheduled for Thursday without my consent. No I have to take a day off work so my family can stop sitting in fold up chairs. Also not to mention sitting on hold for 20-30 mins to talk to someone
Ashley furniture Morris in springdale , I really don’t like it because of its delivery people they didn’t assemble the bed which I already paid to them , they make some scratch on my wall and also really bad customer service I ever deal with , this store never care about customer. THEY KEEP CHANGING THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
Store manager is very careless and not helpful at all!!!! You pay for something to be delivered and it takes over 4 weeks. Then store manager refuses to give his bosses name. Got on Facebook and looked at the reviews and it seems like the delivery presses is an ongoing issue for this location.. I would give 0 stars if i could but Google's makes you put atleast 1... the problem still isnt resolved so it's a to be continued situation..
Tried calling the Springdale location 3 times, and no one picks up. States the mailbox is full and call back. Guess they don't need my business.... Will shop elsewhere

We are very happy with our new sofas and recliners. From the beginning, our salesman was low pressure and very helpful and patient with us. The delivery men were polite and courteous.
By far the worst customer service ever. I bought a couch from them and wanted to pick it up rather than have it delivered because I was in the process of purchasing a home and didn’t want it delivered to my old house. When I called to pick it up no one answered, I sat on hold for 45 minutes before I got fed up and left a voicemail. I have now left 6 voicemails and have been trying to get in contact with someone for 5 days with no response. When I started talking to others about what was happening I found out that this is pretty normal. I would definitely not suggest buying from them. God forbid something was wrong with your furniture you will never speak to someone about it. If I could give zero stars I would.
I wish I would have read the reviews before making a purchase here! The actual experience with the salesman was pleasant enough, but the furniture was overpriced compared to the same piece we found at another competitor. He was willing to price match and.processed our order and told us the couch would be in at the latest 12/20 (We ordered it on 11/13) but should be be in much earlier. He advised us that he would check back with us in a couple weeks to give us a better ETA.After a couple weeks went by, we called the store on to get voicemail usually or not have our salesman call us back when we left a voicemail. He never did call us back with an eta as promised .We got an automated call on 12/19 at 10.55pm to let us know that they will be out between 1130am-330pm the next day! After sitting home all day, 3.30pm came with no delivery-no call - nothing!! Once again we attempted to call the store repeatedly after leaving a voicemail with no return call. Finally, after numerous attempts someone finally answered the phone- it was our salesman! He literally put me on hold for 20 minutes only to tell me his manager is going to check on our delivery and call me back! About 4.00pm we got a phone that they will be there at 4.15.The truck shows up at 4.15 and the gentleman tells us that it&'s the first day on the job and that they didn&'t provide any tools to allow him to put the couch legs on! He said that he could just leave it at our house, and someone would be back to put it together? After waiting several weeks only to have our furniture delivered without being able to use it was incredibly frustrating ! We refused shipment and then attempted to call Ashley again numerous times over and over.After getting voicemail several times. Once someone answered and said they are getting our salesman and but us on hold only to have him never pick up the phone. We called back again and again to finally get to speak to a &"manager.&" She allegedly refunded the cost of our furniture (I am going to check credit card statement).There are too many options to purchase furniture to deal with the horrible customer service that we experienced. I would not recommend you purchasing anything from here. Please be careful when price matching because your new furniture turns to a &"Final sale. No refund, No returns. No service&" once you accept delivery.
We ordered a 3 piece living room set. We picked it up and when we tried to put it together one of the legs on the couch was broken. We have called, left messages, and even tried Facebook messaging....no reply. Nothing. So here we are with a broken couch and no reply to any of our messages. TERRIBLE customer service....no actually that would imply they have customer service. If you buy from here you better hope they get it right the first time or expect to spend many frustrating hours trying to get what you already paid for. We love these couches just wish we could use all of them.

Went to the store on 11/23/2019, spoke with Storme Kidd who quoted me a price on a complete sectional. The sectional was not marked with a price in anyway, Storme said she'd find out the price for us. So, she did,. she came back with an amazing price and reassured us of the price SEVERAL times. Great! We found a recliner to go with the set and purchased all the items plus warranty and delivery. TWO days before delivery, I get a phone call from Storme stating we have an issue with the sale of the sectional. The sectional Storme quoted us a price of and sold us the night of the 23rd, was not the correct price. Storme stated she'd have to talk with a manager about the price and she'd get back with me. Never Happened. I called roughly 4 hours after talking to Storme since she never returned my phone call. I instead talked to a manager, Paris. I was informed Storme had left for the evening and Paris had not heard about the issues of the sectional. We go over details and she informs me she has to speak to higher ups and not to worry she'd call me back that night. She didn't. The next morning I call back and speak with yet someone else, who doesn't know the issues with the sale. He again states they can't sell me the sectional at the sale price I received from Storme, verbal agreement. I ask to speak to the DM. The DM calls me, starts the conversation with "What other questions do you need to ask me that Tri-county couldn't answer." So once again tell him our issue and he responds with "Not happening, mistakes happen. I voided your sale." Done washed their hands of the sale. In the last 2 weeks. NO one contacted me about this sale, I have been told several lies, as minimal as we'll call you back!, and obviously the price. I also rehomed all my current furniture to make room for the sectional that is supposed to be delivered to me tomorrow! Stay away because their is no guarantee, there is no help for a customer, there is no help besides a pile of lies. Merry f'n Christmas to you too!
Worst customer service ever. We ordered a couch weeks ago to be delivered today (12/6). After 3 confirmations that it would be delivered today we gave away our old couch. Last night at 9 pm we received a call saying a piece was missing and the soonest we would get our new couch would be 12/24...so much for confirmations. So now we are without a couch and Ashley Homestore has done NOTHING to help or fix THEIR mistake. Buyer Beware, even if they confirm delivery there's a good chance it won't happen. I will NEVER buy from this store again and I highly suggest no else does either.
The worst place to buy your furniture from. i have very bad experience with them. I bought furniture worth 11k and they force me to buy the the warranty for the mattress for 475$ and within a month the kids mattress got lake and i went back to the store to get them replaced they told me they never register me for the warranty plane and they lost my warranty papers when they changed the warranty company plus it took em almost 3 months to bring me the all furniture, i’v deal with value city before and i think they’r the best store for furniture

We bought a sofa And chair a month ago . The sales person was Jeffrey at the Tri County store. We told him we needed it by Thanksgiving. He promised us it would be here by Thanksgiving. He said that our receipt would say 11/28/19, but it would be in 5 to 7 days before that. I called 2 days before Thanksgiving and was told by Jeffrey that the delivery was delayed and now It was not going to be in until the day after Thanksgiving. So I had no living room furniture for Thanksgiving ( not the end of the world). The day after Thanksgiving I called to see if they had a delivery window of time. I was told by a woman in customer service that our furniture was not even going to be at the store until December 7th. This is the second loving room set that I have bought from this store and it will be the last! Jeffrey just told us what ever we wanted to hear just to make a sale. Instead of being honest with us.

Horrible experience! I waited over a month to get my couch and dinning room set. When it arrived it had the wrong bench for the dinning room set and the couch was missing throw pillows. I called customer service and could not speak with a live person so I gave up and drove out to find out how soon. This would be fixed. I will have to wait 20 more days for throw pillows and 4 days for the correct bench. Bench arrives today....WRONG LEGS FOR THE BENCH so the take it back. Called customer service and of course no answer. I spent well over 2k and could not be any unhappier. I will NEVER purchase furniture from this crappy place again!!!

Experience in the store was good. Delivery is horrible. Received a call nearly 1.5 hrs ago that they’d be here in 15 minutes. Guy on the phone said that they didn’t have the dresser that goes with my set. According to their dispatch & all of my emails they should have everything on the truck. Now I’ll have to waste another whole entire day waiting for a delivery. Never purchasing from Ashley again.
I would choose 0 star if it were available. We bought 3 matching pieces from Ashley Homestore in March and by June they were failing. They continued to bend and become broken. My husband and I are the only ones who sit on them-- we do not have animals or a child old enough to break the furniture by jumping on it. We called and left voicemails to have them fix the couches. They never returned our phone calls so finally in August I got a live person to answer the phone. On September 3 they came out to &"inspect&" the couch, love seat and recliner to see if they were truly &"broken.&" The couch and love seat had parts ordered for them because they were deemed &"broken enough to require fixing.&" We have been waiting since September for the parts to come. Finally, we got a call on November 5 saying they need to schedule someone to come out. But wait!! we haven&'t received our parts yet-- I called November 5 left a voicemail--- no return call.... shocker!!! Then today November 10 I called and got a live person who transferred me immediately and lost connection. Called back and got another person who told me they have ONE of the TWO parts in and need to schedule the delivery of them. I said do I have to be there for the delivery? She said no, I said then why the hell do you schedule this? Just deliver the parts! I asked how do we return these terrible pieces of furniture and she said they have a THREE day satisfaction guarantee and anything after that is just a repair. So needless to say we will never step foot in an Ashley furniture ever again. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY COMPANY EVER.
I bought two dining room table sets and the insurance. Within a month my table top started chipping. Our sales guy forwarded us to some department to see if we could get a replacement. After weeks of no response I was told to buy a marker and color in the spots that chipped off or use the insurance. I start the process with the insurance but they would not fix the table because we did not report the problem to them within thirty days. My advice, DON’T SHOP ASHLEY!

Barakat Samra was wonderful to work with. My husband and I came in fifteen minutes before closing and were warmly greeted by him. He quickly directed us to the type of furniture we were interested in. I asked for a quick quote and had it before the store closed. We came back several nights later and he was very patient as I walked the store looking over the inventory and trying out some chairs. (His patience paid off, I ended up adding a chair to the original quote!). My experience was very pleasant and I would definitely use Barakat for future help in my purchases at Ashley. Five star experience!
My cats love our new couch, ottoman and chair. My cats don't want to be anywhere near us, so this is really saying something. Also, we really only do things for them, so their opinion is the only one that matters, right?
Furniture is good quality & you get what you pay for. Some custom orders available. It was a few months to get it though. Pillows were wrong color but they corrected it. Extremely happy with final result. Wasn't crazy about sales staff.

I called again in the afternoon, voicemail again. I called back and got through, asked for Jeff then was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Called back, same thing. I called back first thing today and Jeff gets in at 12:30 so I call at 12:32, got Jeff! Then Jeff informed me the footboard of the bed was in Wisconsin and I couldn’t get my bed until 10/3, 13 days later than he promised. I asked to cancel and wanted an email confirming it was cancelled. He rambled on with excuses and how it was out of his control, he needed to print something and have the floor manager sign the cancellation, I said I’d wait. He rambled on more about his shift going to 9pm tonight and a meeting he needed to run to. He apologized saying “I’m am sorry about...” and hesitated for a second and said “lying?” And he got very rude (I guess I understand why, most people don’t like to be called out when they have lied to you). I said “I mean you promised me by the 20th.” He said he was out of paper and couldn’t print the form and I said “it’s fine I can wait” to which he tartly replied, “What are you waiting for?” And I explained the manager to cancel and Jeff, again very rudely, replied “I’ll email it to you.” So I hung up. Here’s my problem, he knew full well I wouldn’t have purchased the set (a full bed, trundle, bookshelf, chest/dresser, full mattress, and cover) without the promise of the 20th. However he lied to close the sale and didn’t care about how this would effect my life. That my friends is a horrible, slimey, skeezebag of a salesperson. He clearly had sales numbers he needed to meet last week, and hoped it would all work out and I wouldn’t cancel if something got delayed. He at no point last week asked to verify my address so I’m hoping it would have been verified at some point but all of the paperwork had our address from 7 years ago....so again, do not work with Jeff Beach! Lame rude service, walked around for a whole hr before someone meets you to see if you would need help, then finally the manger greets us just to tell us he "doesn't have time" to research their products for us
Worst place to get furniture (unless you are picking it up yourself). I got furniture (bed, end table, love seat, dresser, mirror and a couch) from Ashley store in Springdale which was suppose to be delivered on July 10th (by Morris furnishing-I guess they are partners). I took a day off from work so that I can be there. I waited until noon and then called them to see what time it will be delivered and turns out its not on the delivery truck for that day and they had no courtesy to inform me beforehand about the change in delivery status. I talked to the manager who said that the delivery will be on July 13th and I won't have to pay the delivery charges. I agreed and thought my ordeal will end there. But NO! the delivery came with love seat with a tear and head board and foot board were scratched and the dresser was missing the hardware to attach the mirror. And the couch couldn't be delivered. The driver of the delivery truck took pictures and sent them to the customer care. And the customer care representative said everything will be replaced and she will call me back with the delivery date. After 3 hours of waiting, I decided to call and she said she is working on the order and will give me a call. I waited for two days and received no call. So from Tuesday-Friday, I called them multiple times with no response so I left voice message each day which btw says they will call back in one business day (which is so not true) and I think that it really translates to "we will never call you back". Anyways, so the couch was delivered on July 20th and it also had a tear and had to be replaced. I asked driver to make a call to the customer service and tell them I want everything to be delivered at the same time. And the person on the other end said he is going to set up the delivery date for Wednesday. But then comes Sunday and I get an email saying the delivery is scheduled for Thursday (July 25th). So I was like okay and just confirmed it. Then on Monday (July 22nd) I receive a call from the person who sold us the stuff (Andy). He wanted to check what was going on. I told him everything and said now everything is coming on Thursday. To my surprise and his surprise, he couldn't see that in the system and said I don't see that. After back and forth he said he will talk to the delivery team and call me back. An hour later he called me saying everything will be 100% delivered on Friday. I said okay and decided to change my work day schedule accordingly. Then this morning, I receive a text saying my delivery is scheduled for Saturday (July 27th). So I called them and this time after one hour of hold the customer care informs me that the delivery will be on Thursday!!! And the couch won't be replaced until August 5th!! And all this while I am trying to work out my work schedule to fit in their delivery day & time! I am so frustrated at this time that I just want this to end so I don't have to ever go back to this store!!! This is insane! Update- The dresser was replaced on August 3rd. Still waiting for headboard, Sofa and loveseat 🙄 Just in case you forgot after reading the whole paragraph- my order was suppose be delivered on July 10th😖 Update as of 08/27/2019- The sofa and headboard were replaced on 08/24/2019. The loveseat was damaged so the delivery team took it back. Hopefully, one day this ordeal will end! Update- the loveseat was delivered on 9/3/2019- thank god!

This is the first time I’ve ever recommended a store or written a review. But, it was such a pleasant experience I wanted to share. Our product specialist, Barakat Samra provided us superior service. We brought a beautiful bedroom set! I will definitely come back for all my furniture and decoration needs!

Going on two months from my original order date without receiving all of my items. The delivery has been incorrect three times now, delaying it even longer. The GM was nowhere to be found and the stand in could not offer anything but excuses. I guess I’ll receive my furniture eventually. I won’t be shopping at Ashley or Morris again.
Good selection and helpful sales people who are not overly pushy. They will also price match the Ashley Homestore web prices if they are lower. The only negative is their very expensive delivery. Our delivery people were wonderful and very efficient, but the service cost almost as much as I paid for moving an entire apartment locally.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. 5 store visits and 3 delivery attempts and still don't have the right furniture or my money back. All three of the delivery attempts have been complete failures. Either damaged product or the wrong items on the truck.
My wife and I purchased an extremely expensive bedroom set from this store (around 3k). It’s supposedly warrantied for 5 years. What they don’t tell you is after the first year is up (we’re just outside the year), your responsible for the inflated shipping cost. We were sleeping in our bed one night and at 3am the bed frame just collapsed. I have sent pictures and everything that the Ashley Furniture warranty company had asked for. They wanted to charge us 165.00 to send us the frame that broke (their supposed delivery charge).......It should also be noted that Ashley Furniture was responsible for set up on this piece and it hasn’t been moved since. It should also be noted that my wife and I are not large people. The cheap particle board of this bed frame broke and after paying 3k for this set, Ashley furniture wants another 200 bucks for a replacement frame on something with a supposed 5 year warranty. I wish I could post the pictures here. I got a whole year and a half from it. Get out of here. I would strongly suggest staying away from this company. Very disappointed with the inflated shipping rates on a faulty product. Ridiculous. I tried contacting the store directly where I purchased this as well, which is the Springdale, Ohio store and received no response. Buy elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Will never buy here again.
High prices and lower quality
Placed an order that got delayed for delivery 3 times for different items each time not being in stock. Delivery day finally came and they didn’t bring half my order. Delivery guys said it wasn’t on the truck so I’d have to call the store. Went to the store got lots of apologies and said part of my order would be delivered the next day. Well next day rolls around and get a call in the morning they can’t find my items not getting delivered and hangs up. To be continued visiting the store as soon as they open today. Will say the only bright spot of this whole things was sales associate Kristie Prewitt. She has went above and beyond to try to make the situation right. Part 2 to my experience and begin: Well I have an update. I went in and spoke with Brenda Ross the general manager. She worked on getting my order deliverd next day which would have been today. Everything was set to arrive except for one piece. Got a call this morning that well they broke my trundle so now I won’t get one until after the 24th. Wow over 2 months to get all the pieces of furniture you ordered if they can get it right by then. I wouldn’t count on it. Ashley is doing a fantastic job of losing customers. Im sure there will be a part 3 coming soon. So stay tuned.
Nice, just didn't have what we were looking for
3 months ago I ordered a king size bed frame from this store. They told me it would be about a month before it came in. July 19th came and they sent king size bed rails and foot board and sent a queen size head board. I understand things happen so I returned it and asked them to bring the king size. I waited another month and they sent ANOTHER queen size head board! I called and called trying to get a hold of someone there.... almost impossible by the way. After going back and forth with 5 different people there I finally got them to send someone out to just come pick up the whole bed frame. I was tired of fighting and waiting for this bed. I also bought a couch, I asked for a small discount on the couch for the inconvenience and they said no. I will not be doing business here after this couch is paid off. Absolutely ridiculous!

You can reinstate some of my money back for the multiple inconveniences I have encountered with your company. I leave messages to your company and for the 3rd time have no recieved a phone call back. The 3 piece sectional that was dropped off had the whole back frame completely smashed. (The other part of sectional when locked in with other part, the one leg isn't even touching the ground.)They say they will have a new piece out the next day then I call and they say that it isn't in. Then they continue to tell me it will be 2 weeks till I get the exchange. So I was lied to and dont know why the delivery guy would have told me that if he didn't have his facts straight continued to make an empty promise. Then tomorrow, is the delivery of the exchange and I call to confirm, now they are telling me that it isn't in stock still so I have to wait 9 more days. This company is honestly a joke and I very highly doubt that i will ever buy for your company again and I will spread word about my experience with your company. So I came in today to pick up my mattress for school. As I walked in, mind you I couldn’t find someone for like 10 minutes, no greeting no nothing. Then I finally find someone she then proceeds to watch me walk all the way back to her, like please meet me half way with a greeting or something! Then I get to her and she still says nothing till I say I am here to pick up a mattress that I ordered and she tells me that pick ups are from 2-7 on Fridays.... like it’s 10 am I wanted to get here early and get it done but nooo so I drove 30 min to now have to wait till 2 ? And on top of all that she was very rude which I didn’t appreciate. I just think customer service needs to be a top priority, I mean you’re selling bedding and furniture... these are high ticket items that are going to be in someone’s home/ apartment. I honestly won’t be coming back sadly. Okay update: so I now have drove all the way back which is a 30 minute drive and they now are telling me that my mattress isn’t even here! I was here at 10 am went home drove back and now they wont even have it until Tuesday?! Like seriously this is just horrible customer service!
This has been the absolute worse experience possible when buying furniture. Over the years I’ve furnished 3 different rooms with this company. This last go around was awful. From the customer service, horrific phone system and handling customer calls, and the most awful delivery teams possible. I purchased a full sectional couch set, and a very large entertainment stand, I purchased with white glove delivery. When the couch was delivered, they brought the wrong piece and I had to wait an additional 24 hours for the correct piece to be delivered. Ok, not the end of the world. Then I waited almost 30 days for the entertainment stand to be delivered. Upon delivery and set up, the delivery team - who was unprofessional and cussing - broke the tv stand doors and left it a mess and half put together. I then had to wait almost another 30 days for a new tv stand to be delivered. The day of delivery I received a text saying delivery team will be there in 15 mins. I left work, only to receive a phone call stating delivery team is not coming because they broke the tv stand. Now today is the day they are removing the tv stand (I requested a return and full refund) and they said they would be at my home between 12pm and 2pm. It is now 220 and I called 18 times before getting in touch with someone, and they inform me “sorry but we are an hour behind.” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE AWFUL!!! Go somewhere like Watson’s or Havertys, they treat you better, have better and more helpful employees, as well as better product.

Very disappointed with the shipping. When we first spoke to an associate we were told the sofa we wanted could be shipped the next day but once we had purchased it we were told it would be over a week and could only be delivered on a weekday. We were given a date and told there was no way for us to ask for a certain time. Once the day came, we were given a 9-11am slot on a Wednesday. At 10:30 (!) on that day we were told the order couldn&'t be delivered that day and that instead it would be delivered the next day - and I had booked off work specifically to be there for the delivery! Despite specifically requesting that it be delivered after 4pm we were still given a delivery time of 10-12pm. PLUS it didn&'t even arrive until 12:30 - I had gone home during lunch for this delivery and was inconvenient that it arrived late (also, we were supposed to get a call when it was a half hour away but instead only got a 10-minute warning).I can&'t believe how unhelpful their customer service was. I explained that it was unreasonable to give us a time and then three-quarters of the way through that time to cancel the delivery and then to give no heed to our requests for a specific time for a second delivery attempt. We were repeatedly told they had no control over when things are delivered which is utter bull. NEVER ordering from them again.

This has to be the worst experience we have ever had with a retail store. We picked out everything on the 24th of May, today is the 18th of June and we still dont have all of our furniture. Seem like it be one giant run around from the very beginning. From the manufacturer changing their date to the dining room table not being ready to now the table is damaged. Our bed is still not togther they sent the mirror but no dresser to attach it to. We were told that we would be in our new house with all new furniture by now and they have yet to deliver. Speaking of delivery the sent white legs with our brownish head board so they took them back. And we still not sleeping in our new bed

Largest selection in the area. Prices and pieces from medium low to moderatly high. Sales staff are there if you want or need them, but back off and let you look if you wish. Friendly no push sales. Bright, clean, inviting atmosphere.

We have been inside Ashley a few times and never gotten much assistance. When we walked in last weekend we were approached by Kevin. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable but never pushy or “salesman-y”. That peaked out interest immediately. He showed us around and had a wealth of knowledge about the products we were looking at. He did an absolutely amazing job helping us furnish our new home and he’s definitely got a life long customer from not only us but our family and friends also!

Not at all happy with my experience with Ashley furniture. They have changed my delivery date 5 times know and still not sure when its coming. Asked to speak with super visor couldn't even get that. I will definitely not recommend them and I dont like how they keep giving me the bullshite story that it will just be the next day after every delivery date that it was supposed to have come. Rediculse finally got product and the delivery people sucked the one was ok the other dropped the bed on by sons new desk the tv went up in the air thank God it didn't brake. Then the people hit every wall the could carry the stuff up the steps. Guys pants to his knees just horrible service.
The experience at Ashley Homestore at the Tri-County location was excellent because of my Sales Associate, Storm. She went beyond Customer Service, very pleasant and answered all my questions without being pushy.

I had to cancel an order. I was told it has been cancelled and would be emailed to confirm the cancellation. I have called 3 times now and every time told I would be emailed the confirmation of cancellation. Still nothing. I even emailed the salesman that assisted me and no response. I still haven’t been refunded either. Terrible customer service and experience.

On December 3rd, weeks before moving into our new home, we ordered a dining room table with 2 benches and 2 chairs, a sofa, a love seat, and a sofa table. At the time of ordering, we scheduled delivery for December 20th for the dining room set, and December 27th for the living room, and stock was checked. We were told the entire dining room set was no problem, but the sofa and love seat might be an issue. The first delivery date and time was set up, then we were called by the delivery team and told one of the tables broke, and one went on back order, they NOT US, cancelled delivery of the chairs and benches in case we changed our minds about the furniture. We were told, they hoped to have them in during January. Then, the second delivery date came and the sofa/loveseat set were on back order, this was a possibility though, so we went with it. The second week in January came, and we were told our delivery was coming, but they were unsure of which pieces. This delivery brought the sofa, love seat, sofa table, and the 2 dining room chairs. We called the store and were told that the dining room table was now on back order, and the benches had become out of stock. Seriously ?! How were they out of stock? Wasn&'t our name on the ones that were supposed to be delivered way back in December that THEY refused to deliver? But, on this day, they were ok delivering 2 dining room chairs without the table or benches! So we call again and they were supposed to work on speeding things up. Then the second week in February, they say they are bringing the benches and the table. Then the WRONG table is delivered, the delivery team insists it is the correct one and leaves it, but it&'s not right. Again, back to the store who promises to make an exchange on Feb 24th. We just received a call that the exchange is not possible because the table did not come in and currently unavailable. In the mean time, they had no qualms billing me for the chairs i couldn&'t use without a table, or the extended warranty on the entire set that i didn&'t even have in my home yet!! Brenda and Megan at your Springdale store delivered absolutely atrocious customer service during these 12 weeks. Never calling back when they said they would, not help with fixing any of this obviously as we sit 12 weeks after ordering without our furniture still, and the only thing they ever offered to do for us was to remove the delivery charge. Seriously ?! 12 weeks of waiting and arranging and following up and broken promises and you are kind enough to remove a delivery charge?? At this point, my husband has asked for the entire dining room set to be removed from the house ASAP and was told they would have to work on it. Again, seriously? We just want to be done at this point and go get other furniture, but the delivery team that already had us on the schedule can&'t come remove the pieces? We have had to have our house warming and neighborhood get together without this furniture, we are done.
I was with my mom, and we were both looking for furniture for our homes. I walked past atleast 4 sales agents not doing anything, but none of them bothered to ask us if we needed any help. I found a few couches that I really liked but I guess I'll go somewhere else since they had no interest in helping me.
Worst experience ever first time I bought a bedroom set from them in September they gave me 5 deliveries date and twice we were waiting for delivery to come and they cancelled it without even telling us the whole bedroom set come in three deliveries in 4 months whenever I call them they have new excuses which they never told us when we were buying it and their manager told us she would compensate after we get all the things Our last piece came in December I called her three times after that they transferred me to her and she didn’t pick up the phone I did not have a good experience with them and I’m telling everyone my friends and relatives not to go there

Durablend power sofa Model Number: MA2JPHO Serial Number: S390739289 Spent $800 on this power recline sofa in 2010. Very lightly used over the years - no sun, kids or pets. Suddenly in 2018 I noticed the durablend material rapidly disintegrating on its own on multiple areas of seating surfaces and head cushions. Very disappointed as Ashley customer service would not provide any refund of my purchase price. I am aware that the material only had a one year warranty, but I am shocked at this disintegration of the material over such a short period with very infrequent use.
Didn't have there for me and my husband of the prices were expense. Too much for us to spend of low income.
Worst furniture purchase I've ever made! I recieved 3 broken headboards, 2 dented footboards, 2 broken dressers, 2 broken mirrors, 2 broken nightstands, they put a dent in my wall, and broke my mailbox!! The customer service team was terrible and the managers (Brenda and another Woman at Springdale location) wouldn't return my calls. I will NEVER purchase from them again and I'll be telling others not to as well. Their "white glove delivery" service is a straight up lie! All of my furniture was thrown onto a U-Haul with no pads or protection and delivered by a 3rd party vendor. Get your act together, and thanks for nothing Ashley's!
