I have been highly disappointed with Ashley after my transaction. My husband and I were originally very excited about our purchase and had a lovely in store experience. We had gone to a different furniture store and disliked that they had been hovering and pushy, so going to Ashley was a breath of fresh air when we were able to shop around and then asked for help as needed. We placed an in-store order for a sectional at the end of May and was told that our couch would be here around June 9th and then would be contacted about delivery when the pieces were in. June 9th came and passed and when tracking our order it, didn't look like it would be ready until the end of June- okay fine, we weren't really in a rush to get it (but still a very different time frame than we were told with no contact or update). At the end of June we were finally able to schedule a delivery date, but the website link through texts was hard to navigate on a phone and I did not get a confirmation of the date picked. Our sales rep Elizabeth had written her number to contact with questions on our delivery form but when I reached out to her, I did not get a response. I then had to call the store, but no one picked up and I had to leave a message. No one called back, but I did get a confirmation after my message was left. Come time to delivery, our delivery was set up July 2nd and at first all seemed good- the delivery workers were efficient and helpful! As we adjusted our couch we noticed some minor damage to one of the pieces of the sectional and decided we would just return the piece rather than replace, because we ended up liking the layout even without the piece. I contacted customer care through chat on texts the next day and they said they had put in that I would be interested in making a return. I finally heard something again on Saturday, and called customer care again to work through making the return. They approved the return and then transferred me to the store who said they would be reaching out to me this week about picking up the piece we would like to return. Today is Thursday and I have still not heard from anyone about scheduling a return, so when they opened this morning I tried to call them to figure out how this process worked, and once again no one at the store answered and I had to leave a message. Guess I will be calling customer care since they have been the most helpful so far in this process. I am so sad that after ordering this has been our experience, because I was hopeful, but I feel like everything since then I have been jumping through hoops, just to figure out what is going on. I really don't think communication with a customer should be this difficult.

I was there with my son on the 4th of July and got great customer service from Mark! He was very helpful with making sure I left the store with exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be going back and suggesting this place to people if they ever need their house furnished! 😄😄

Finding and purchasing our couch and love seat were so easy and relaxed. Getting shipment setup and having to correct our bill statement with promises the salesman made during our purchase did add more stress to the experience.
