We purchased a $4000 sectional couch from Ashley furniture a little over a year ago. The frame broke within less than a year. We called to file a warranty claim which was a nightmare, it took 3 days to finally get ahold of the correct person, they kept passing the buck to different departments within the company. Finally they took the broken section of the couch, instead of replacing it they "repaired it". It is now broken again in the same place and they refuse to replace or fix it because our warranty expired 3 months ago. Absolutely overpriced and poorly built furniture. This company has horrible customer service. It is criminal. I will never spend another dime at ashley furniture and I highly advise anyone else to avoid this store at all costs.

If I could give a negative star I would. We spent 1000 bucks for a reclining couch. First the delivery was screwed up we had it to have it on a certain day since we were going out of town. No one answers the phone at the Springdale Ohio location. So when the delivery did not show had to drive 30 min just to talk to someone. Delivery then was 5 days later which was just 3 days ago the same day we were leaving. Delivered and we had to leave 5 min later. Yesterday we got home and took a good look. One side is slumping to the left and basically sitting on the ground and pops when declining. Poor quality and service. Called and sent pics how bad it is. Cannot get a human and store could care less. The worst experience I have every had buying anything. The only contact you get is an email or bot! Feel like I have been scammed.

My order has been delayed twice now. Current estimated dates is 4-5 weeks after my original delivery date. Ashley has not contacted us for updates and the store does not answer their phone when called.

I bought a rug here 2 months ago, after repeat calls I continue to get sent to voicemail. Left voicemails, no returned calls. Spoke to someone (Tanner) one day who said he would email distribution to get this scheduled and have my sales rep Matthew call me back the next day. That was over a week of dodging calls ago. Please contact me to get my rug delivered and I will reconsider my review. Thanks

We recently purchased a sectional here at the Springdale Ashley location. Tanner S. helped us throughout the entire process and was wonderful! He spent quite some time with us answering all questions we had about numerous sectionals before deciding on the one we purchased. Before purchasing we ran home to measure out the sectional in our space this is when we realized we had forgotten to write down one of the measurements. Thankfully we were able to call in and Tanner gave us the dimension, saving us an additional trip. After we purchased the sectional he was very responsive and helpful with our pickup timeline and questions. Tanner truly cared about us and I am certain he will help us if any issues were to arise. We will certainly return to Tanner for any future furniture purchases. Long story short, ask for Tanner next time you are in store! You won’t be disappointed!

I have a love hate relationship with Ashly/Morris furniture. You are able to get a hold of an in store rep until you pay. Then it’s curtains for speaking to someone. And if there is an issue with something that takes weeks to months to resolve.

We purchased an electric reclining sectional and a chair late July . We were told all pieces were in stock except chair. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the chair . Well the chair comes in but now my furniture is not In stock . I tried reaching out to Markeith our sales rep and he ignored both attempts to reach him .i called the store and they told me my furniture would not be in for over a month (October 4 ) but once they got it they could deliver it within 2-3 days . I asked if I could have the floor model if it wasn’t delivered by then and I was told they would call me back which never happened so I went in the store where our rep avoided us . So I spoke with the sales manager who said he will speak with general manager and call me back which never happened . Finally our furniture was delivered to Ashley. Of course they did not deliver it in the 2-3 day time frame they told me in was another week and a half. Set up was ok but the delivery guy came in with work boots on and walked on my white area rug . One chair had a bent frame that was detected after delivery guy left . I tried calling the store but since they refuse to answer my calls like always I left a message but no one ever returned my call . I called and spoke with Morris who gave me the warranty dept number . They sent someone out who said the entire frame on the chair was bent and it would take 2 weeks for part to come in . It’s been over a month and no one can tell me when it’s coming in or how long they will let this go before they will give me a different chair. It’s not ok to take someone money and give them broke merchandise and expect them to wait months for you to make it right . This has been a horrible experience and I’ll never shop here again . I have been lied to more times than I can list . And don’t leave me a reply with sorry about your experience please contact us to discuss situation bc I have with no resolution . You contact me with how you are going to fix this .
