I ordered a bedroom set for myself and 2 more for my sons. It was delivered and 1 bed was broken and 1 dresser was broken. The delivery people told me about this. This was Friday and when I spoke to the warehouse, I was told they wouldn’t get to me until Tuesday. When I told them that was not going to work, magically it was available for the next day. After they left, and I was making up our bed I noticed that the mirror on the dresser wasn’t installed correctly so there was a screw popping out, and also my footboard had a chip in it. My husband came home and called the Ashley Store because that was where we bought it and assumed that they would provide customer service. We were basically told that they can’t help with anything and we have to talk to the warehouse directly. The pieces in my bedroom art won’t be available until the end of April. I mistakenly thought that Ashley had a higher quality of furniture, but the only thing higher was the price.

Camilla was absolutely terrific! She was very knowledgeable about the furniture we were interested in and helpful throughout the buying process. She reviewed various options with us without making us feel pressured.

Gave us his card. We went to one other store then right back to put our order in. Such a stress free experience.

Looked for an oversized chair today from a lot of places. Only had the option buying online. Found a gorgeous oversized chair in the EXACT color I was looking for. Called Ashley furniture in Youngstown oh., spoke to the most helpful man ever and he set me up immediately with my order. No fuss buying, explained everything to me along with the warranty he sold me for a hundred and some change, gave me the delivery date and BOOM, done! He made certain I was happy and thanked me for shopping. I purchased a HUGE bedroom ensemble about 5 years ago and it is still GORGEOUS! Excellent craftsmanship, wood used and it’s really stunning. I receive a lot of compliments on this. Ashley has an abundance of high end and quality pieces that are extremely attractive, affordable and very well made.

Jon helped us through the whole process, from picking out both mattresses and accessories. We were very happy with the end price also. The whole process was very painless and easy. We will be back. I worked with Dave Messersmith. He was not pushy and was extremely helpful. We bought a living room set and he helped get us set up for our delivery process.

I highly recommend Josh at the Boardman location. I never felt rushed or pressured. He answered all of my questions, and was very professional, yet friendly. I only came in to look really but the sale was too good to pass up on this particular sofa that I had my eye on. I opted for the home delivery and the extra product protection, at his suggestion. After he explained all that it covered for about 15% of the total cost of the sofa, it was a no brainer. My luck, someone would spill red wine on my new ivory upholstery, so the protection plan is worth it. The delivery is set for 2 weeks from the point of purchase (very reasonable for a big box furniture store). I would gladly recommend Ashley Store and Josh to any of my friends or family. I will be back, maybe for a recliner and a mattress next. FYI, treat your salesperson right, bc they know about extra savings and deals that you may not be aware of. Just a helpful tip. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a sectional two years ago and bought the extended protection plan. About two months after having the couch the material began piling, the cushions wore down, all of which is not covered under the warrenty (which I understand the wear & tear from day to day life). I make this comment to just point out that the quality was clearly not good from the beginning. Then a few weeks ago the seam started to separate from the binding on one of th cushions, so I reached out to the company to open a ticket because I was explain by the sales person when purchasing the protection plan that as long as damage was not caused by pets or a person that it would be covered. Again, this is a quality issue and after submitting pictures and the form my claim was denied. The representative explained that this is not something that is covered under the protection plan and my ticket was closed. I am left highly disappointed and feeling like I paid for nothing. I will never be making a purchase from Ashley's or any of their sister stores. As a company you chose to work with these brands and it is sad that you don't stand behind the product you are selling. Highly dissatisfied!

I ordered my couch on Nov 24th. When I ordered the sectional, everything was available & set for delivery Dec 17th. A week before delivery, I was informed that the corner piece was no longer available & they couldn't bring my couch until after christmas. I called in, thankfully the employees at the store were helpful because customer service was NOT. They told me that they could deliver 2 pieces on the 17th as planned & that the wedge could be delivered the 21st. That would work because we got rid of our old living room furniture ahead of the initial delivery. Now here I am on the 20th, I get a text stating the last piece will not be delivered until after Christmas. We are hosting a birthday party & Christmas for our families. It is not ideal to be without pieces of your furniture. I was told that my "backordered" piece arrived at the warehouse on the 19th, but it did not make it on the truck to be delivered on the 21st. I am frustrated with the situation, especially since I was told that the furniture was IN STOCK a MONTH ago when I ordered it. No one seems to care about the situation that we are in. We have purchased a decent amount of furniture from Ashley's, I will think twice before doing it again.

My 89 year old fathers lift chair bought from ashleys stopped working the remote needed replaced. We purchased the warranty the repair man came out over 6 weeks ago said the part would be in 10 days. We are still waiting for a replacement when I call to see if they have shipped I am told no. My poor dad cannot get out of the chair if the remote doesnt work. Just beware when they try and sell you a warranty promising they will fix your issues because we wasted over 120$ and still no replacement 6 weeks later. Not a happy customer...

i see your reply would like to know our actual experience. It was actually not that good. We picked out 3 different couches in your system and could not try out ANY of them. I called 6 stores within 3 hours for us. no luck. They say its not a floor model. we went on to Raymour an Flanigan and got what we needed. :)

It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend asking for Cyndi ! She is delightfully honest and sincere . She answered my questions and then some . She also was understanding when I couldn't find my drivers license and had to go home and find it . I found it all right , wedged between a couple $20 bills in my wallet purse . ( I had it ALL along ) I came to buy an early Christmas present for my husband , a reclining chair ; bonus I ended getting a love seat for the two of us ! Score ! Went in to purchase a dining set, didn’t find what I was looking for, but did need a set of purple sheets for our bed. After a bit of searching, the front desk manager told me that I had a protection plan warranty that had a credit because we hadn’t used it, and credited the balance towards my sheets which, my sales associate sold me for the online sale price. It was just an awesome day. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied 👍🏾

Visited the store on a Saturday afternoon to order 2 rocker/recliners. We were greeted as we entered the store and asked if we needed help but declined so we could look around. After deciding on recliners we quickly located a salesperson and placed our order. All our questions were answered during the process. We then took the order to the service desk and made payment. Great selection and friendly staff.

Never buy warranty. They will not honor it, and will treat you terribly. Management when asked to intervene also discriminate against disabilities, and violate state laws. Nearly had to get a lawyer involved over a simple defect on a $5000 peice of furniture!

I visited 7 stores looking for a mattress set. I was most pleased with Ashley's Youngstown store , and the deal that I got. My salesman, Chase did an excellent job, and I will go back there in the future.

After shopping for 2 years for replacement furniture (I'm picky and cheap), I finally found a living room set. Was very happy with my purchase since it was during a 'labor day sale'. I received a couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman for $2,000. Sales guy, Dave, was great and the financing department had me set up for 12 payments with zero interest within 10 minutes. Fastest deal I have found!

I went to Ashley’s online to order a dresser but had questions I needed answered first. They were pretty basic questions. Jason accepted the chat, seemed to take an “extended” period of time replying to my questions so much I had to chat “hello?”, before I’d get a reply. My last question, which he didn’t answer, was if it would make a difference in delivery date if I ordered online or at the store. His reply was he didn’t understand the question. I felt feel he wasn’t invested in communicating, so I ended the chat. I called my local Ashley store and spoke with a gentleman, didn’t get his name, who answered all my questions in a very courteous, friendly & professional manner. I really appreciate him listening to and answering my questions and I ordered my dresser! He gets 👍, Jason 👎

We went to Ashley to find a mattress. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jamie. She led us directly to the mattress section and continued through the whole process with us! And I'm not a quick decision maker! She followed up with a text too. Our mattress wasn't scheduled to be delivered for 3 weeks and after about 10 days she called to let us know that it came in early if we wanted it delivered sooner...and of course we did. Jamie was so pleasant and such a pleasure to work with. Definitely will return for future furniture purchases! 😀

The woman that helped me was lovely! In fact, I started at Sheely’s with the intention of buying a couch. Not one person approached me to help in the 45 minutes I was there. I came to Ashley, and a lovely woman approached me, never left my side, fully knowledgeable and had me satisfied and out the door in 25 minutes scheduled for a delivery for a new couch! Highly recommend!

She greeted us at the door, asked what we were looking for, left us to our own devices while we browsed, and when it came time to do the paperwork she was quick and painless with it. We also got some help from Judy at the finance desk, and the supervisor, Mark, because I had an older credit line with Ashley's that had since changed hands to another bank. Between the two of them they were able to locate my credit line and process the whole transaction quick and easy. All in all, great experience, would absolutely shop again(and likely will at some point in the future!). Ask for Cyndi, she's awesome.

My husband and I just recently purchased a new table and chairs from the Boardman Ashley’s and I love the table and chairs but we were railroaded for sure. I didn’t realize until after we left and I looked on my phone at the price. We inquired about the table and chairs and we were told the table was $1,399 and the chairs were separate. The chairs I like were allegedly $249 each which we were not going to pay since we just left Sheely’s and the prices were way better. The only reason we didn’t buy from Sheely’s is because the table and chairs wouldn’t have been there until June. So at Ashley’s the salesman acted like he was crunching numbers to compete with Sheely’s. So our overall cost was $1,399 plus our warranty. When I get out to the car and see that the set was marked as $1,399 I was pretty upset. If we would have paid all of that extra money for the set I would have been livid. I don’t like being lied to so all Ashley did was lose a customer. Our living room set is from them too but that’s it for me. I’m looking for quality and honesty and I don’t mind paying higher prices for good furniture but the dining set only gets 3 reviews. Yeah I checked that after the purchase too. Not happy!

My wife and I were met at the door and left to shop on our own. We later tracked down the same salesman who helped us with our questions and purchase. Very polite and helpful, no pressure to buy.

Fast courteous sales team, was expecting to be there for a few hours and was in and out in 30 minutes.

Ordered a new living room set. Sectional with chaise, loveseat and oversized ottoman. The ottoman was visibly misshapen as soon as we got it and the chaise is nearly the same after very minimal use for less than three weeks. A call to the store, survey response and multiple emails to my sales person and zero effort has been made to make it right. Never again.

Made a purchase because $289 warranty credit was set to expire. Purchased a coffee table and end table that was priced at $600 before sale price. Was quoted more than $1k for both units out the door. After I called them out on it, sales person said she could price match it but free shipping was not included on price matching. Website used to price match was Ashley Furniture, not a third party dealer (good luck figuring that one out). Left me even more confused. Ended up paying $350 (including $289 credit) out the door for items that cost $490 out the door straight from their website. Advise to view items in store and make purchase online.

It was wonderful. Cyndi Gorgacz met us when we walked in and we asked about living room furniture. She led us through the store to look and furniture, and told us take our time and she would be back in a little bit. She gave us time to look around and was there to answer all our questions. She was very polite and pleasant to deal with and had answered all our questions. We were very impressed and ended up buying a couch, love seat and a lift chair. We will definitely be back to deal with Cyndi and will be sending family and friends to see her.

Jon was a great help. When we went in he greeted us, showed us where the selection of purple products were and let us look. When we made our selection he answered all the questions we had and ensured we had the pillow I wanted. Will be returning when it's time to upgrade my mattress.

I went to Ashley furniture to buy a new couch. Found what I wanted for around $797. The display price for the couch and the love seat was switch around. It was printed wrong on the display. The salesman was nice enough to honor the price on the display, which was less than what the couch by almost $300. I appreciate that the salesman did honor the price on the chart. Thank you Ashley Furniture for the great customer service.

If you're in the market for a new piece of furniture I highly recommend this store and salesperson Jon Brown! After shopping around at many furniture places I talked to Jon about a sectional couch that I was interested in. He was very informative and not pushy at all. I ended up buying it for a better price than the same size one at one of the "lower quality retail stores" down the road! Their warranty seems much more superior than the competition and more affordable than a couple other furniture stores I visited. I'm very happy with my experience and look forward to making future purchases for my home!

purchased a couch and oversized chair brought it home and when we opened it up out of the plastic and placed it in the room we notice a couple of days later that the seem was ripped on the arm of the couch i reached out to Ashley furniture i paid for the repair thinking someone was coming to repair it! not the case they sent me a box of fabric and said i was on my own to find someone to come to my home to rip my couch apart, and hopefully not do anymore damage to it that isn't already there. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this has been handled this is the second time i have purchased from them in the last year!!! and this will be the last time!!! I hope you Do better for the next customer!!!!!!!!

Was met by Chase at the reception desk. Told him what I needed and asked to walk around to just look. After a few minutes he showed me a dresser, mirror and chest. It was perfect for my needs, and purchased it. No high pressure at all and totally satisfied. He was extremely helpful and very nice. Can't wait to get it. Will return when needed.

Went in looking for the perfect table for our breakfast nook and ended up buying that and a new living room set. Going back soon to look at end tables and a coffee table since we forgot about that when we were there! Salesman was not pushy and has a fabulous sense of humor which I found highly entertaining and relatable. Probably why I bought a new sofa, loveseat, and chair and a half with an ottoman.

The salesman went above & beyond to make sure I was making the decision that best fit my families wants & needs! He wasn’t trying to just sell me anything! Exceptional! *update: the bill is not clear if discounts were applied or not. Delivery was lightning quick though.

GREAT Customer Service! Large Selection

When I got to the store, I was ready right away by Cyndi She was helpful. I could understand everything we Talk about and I ended up by furniture what a great experience.

I would like to retract my previous review. You people are the worst. First I could only get my mattress not my whole bed and night stsnd. Then no one told me I need a split box spring to go up my stairs so then I need to order a different box spring. Then thankfully I called because no one told me I had to pay another 100 dollars or my delivery wouldn't happen. Now I'm getting my bed delivered and there is NO BOX SPRING ON THE TRUCK! Which means the mattress cannot be put on my bed and now I have no bed to sleep on. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BUYING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE.
