Cyndi was extremely helpful and explained all of the features about our new bed and accessories. Even cleaning care for sheets and mattress cover. She's a great sales associate. Will look for her next time I'm shopping for home furnishings.

Had a bad experience with the manager Mark Cummings, he should get more training in customer service.
This would have been a 4 star ⭐️ if the General Manager Mark Cummings new how to treat their customer! Mattress was not the same as what we ordered. When speaking to the warehouse the lady, she looked up our order and understood that we wanted a refunded this was our second call. The warehouse lady called the store put us on hold for 7 min and then told us okay in order to get the refund we must go to the store and arrange pick up at the store. Please understand, we called on the first day this bed was delivered and then today. Tried to explain to the General Manager Mr. Mark Cummings, but he was very egotistic, dramatic, was not a good listener and too quick to speak first. Seems he was trying to sell me something else, made things up along the way. One minute stating what they cannot refund us for the unopened items then the next minute saying he will. Then had the audacity to watch us as if we were going to steal something. Even came outside to see which way we parked. I called my Bank to file the dispute and will allow my bank to dispute it from here. Due to the lack of customer service and hustling mentality and the refusal of the refund. I will not purchase nor will I recommend this store to any of my Residents or families. Look, I bought one of the most expensive bed and only asked that I get my money back due to the product being incorrect and that we were not using it. The products we bought with bed remain sealed. Then he tried to accuse me that I was being condescending. So, I stopped speaking to him and requested for his supervisor information because I’m not going to entertain nonsense. Mark Cummings needs to work on his customer service technique, instead of trying to handle and hustle customers.
