It was a pleasure working with you Cyndi - not that I'll need any furniture in the future being that this was our last room in the house that needed a "facelift" - but I will absolutely recommend you to anyone asking me in the future. Went in to purchase a dining set, didn’t find what I was looking for, but did need a set of purple sheets for our bed. After a bit of searching, the front desk manager told me that I had a protection plan warranty that had a credit because we hadn’t used it, and credited the balance towards my sheets which, my sales associate sold me for the online sale price. It was just an awesome day. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied 👍🏾

Visited the store on a Saturday afternoon to order 2 rocker/recliners. We were greeted as we entered the store and asked if we needed help but declined so we could look around. After deciding on recliners we quickly located a salesperson and placed our order. All our questions were answered during the process. We then took the order to the service desk and made payment. Great selection and friendly staff.

Never buy warranty. They will not honor it, and will treat you terribly. Management when asked to intervene also discriminate against disabilities, and violate state laws. Nearly had to get a lawyer involved over a simple defect on a $5000 peice of furniture!

I visited 7 stores looking for a mattress set. I was most pleased with Ashley's Youngstown store , and the deal that I got. My salesman, Chase did an excellent job, and I will go back there in the future.

After shopping for 2 years for replacement furniture (I'm picky and cheap), I finally found a living room set. Was very happy with my purchase since it was during a 'labor day sale'. I received a couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman for $2,000. Sales guy, Dave, was great and the financing department had me set up for 12 payments with zero interest within 10 minutes. Fastest deal I have found!

I went to Ashley’s online to order a dresser but had questions I needed answered first. They were pretty basic questions. Jason accepted the chat, seemed to take an “extended” period of time replying to my questions so much I had to chat “hello?”, before I’d get a reply. My last question, which he didn’t answer, was if it would make a difference in delivery date if I ordered online or at the store. His reply was he didn’t understand the question. I felt feel he wasn’t invested in communicating, so I ended the chat. I called my local Ashley store and spoke with a gentleman, didn’t get his name, who answered all my questions in a very courteous, friendly & professional manner. I really appreciate him listening to and answering my questions and I ordered my dresser! He gets 👍, Jason 👎

We went to Ashley to find a mattress. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jamie. She led us directly to the mattress section and continued through the whole process with us! And I'm not a quick decision maker! She followed up with a text too. Our mattress wasn't scheduled to be delivered for 3 weeks and after about 10 days she called to let us know that it came in early if we wanted it delivered sooner...and of course we did. Jamie was so pleasant and such a pleasure to work with. Definitely will return for future furniture purchases! 😀

The woman that helped me was lovely! In fact, I started at Sheely’s with the intention of buying a couch. Not one person approached me to help in the 45 minutes I was there. I came to Ashley, and a lovely woman approached me, never left my side, fully knowledgeable and had me satisfied and out the door in 25 minutes scheduled for a delivery for a new couch! Highly recommend!

We worked with Cindy. She was very knowledgeable and professional and let us roam about until we needed her. When we asked questions, she was very helpful with her answers. We visited on Sunday and received out barstools on Friday. The entire experience was very enjoyable.

She greeted us at the door, asked what we were looking for, left us to our own devices while we browsed, and when it came time to do the paperwork she was quick and painless with it. We also got some help from Judy at the finance desk, and the supervisor, Mark, because I had an older credit line with Ashley's that had since changed hands to another bank. Between the two of them they were able to locate my credit line and process the whole transaction quick and easy. All in all, great experience, would absolutely shop again(and likely will at some point in the future!). Ask for Cyndi, she's awesome.

My husband and I just recently purchased a new table and chairs from the Boardman Ashley’s and I love the table and chairs but we were railroaded for sure. I didn’t realize until after we left and I looked on my phone at the price. We inquired about the table and chairs and we were told the table was $1,399 and the chairs were separate. The chairs I like were allegedly $249 each which we were not going to pay since we just left Sheely’s and the prices were way better. The only reason we didn’t buy from Sheely’s is because the table and chairs wouldn’t have been there until June. So at Ashley’s the salesman acted like he was crunching numbers to compete with Sheely’s. So our overall cost was $1,399 plus our warranty. When I get out to the car and see that the set was marked as $1,399 I was pretty upset. If we would have paid all of that extra money for the set I would have been livid. I don’t like being lied to so all Ashley did was lose a customer. Our living room set is from them too but that’s it for me. I’m looking for quality and honesty and I don’t mind paying higher prices for good furniture but the dining set only gets 3 reviews. Yeah I checked that after the purchase too. Not happy!

My wife and I were met at the door and left to shop on our own. We later tracked down the same salesman who helped us with our questions and purchase. Very polite and helpful, no pressure to buy.

Fast courteous sales team, was expecting to be there for a few hours and was in and out in 30 minutes.

Ordered a new living room set. Sectional with chaise, loveseat and oversized ottoman. The ottoman was visibly misshapen as soon as we got it and the chaise is nearly the same after very minimal use for less than three weeks. A call to the store, survey response and multiple emails to my sales person and zero effort has been made to make it right. Never again.

I was originally pleased at first with my sectional purchased in December of 2022 and had bought the premium warranty on my sectional. I had filed a claim as the top couch cushion now has a hole in it. You think this would be covered under warranty but it was denied. I can't even replace the cushion as it is attached to the sectional. Do not waste your time buying extra coverage because it clearly won't be repaired. I will not purchase furniture from here or any other John Schultz's furniture company again.

Made a purchase because $289 warranty credit was set to expire. Purchased a coffee table and end table that was priced at $600 before sale price. Was quoted more than $1k for both units out the door. After I called them out on it, sales person said she could price match it but free shipping was not included on price matching. Website used to price match was Ashley Furniture, not a third party dealer (good luck figuring that one out). Left me even more confused. Ended up paying $350 (including $289 credit) out the door for items that cost $490 out the door straight from their website. Advise to view items in store and make purchase online.

This store is absolutely awful. I bought a mattress, bed frame and two nightstand and first delivery I only got a mattress and the box spring could not fit up my stairs so I had to get a split. Then thankfully I called because I some how owed another $100 Dollars i was unaware of and if i wouldn't of paid it my delivery would have been cancelled. Now today I get my bed frame and nightstands but NO BOX SPRING. Someone forgot to put it on the truck. I'm told I can't have it till Tuesday and I am to sleep on my mattress on my floor. I call the store and to ask for a manager and I get bounced around and sent to service. Service can't do anything because they can't send another truck out and they don't deliver on Sunday and Monday. I spent over 4,000 on a bed and night stands and this is the customer service i get. Never again will I buy a single piece of furniture from Ashley.

I went to Ashley furniture to buy a new couch. Found what I wanted for around $797. The display price for the couch and the love seat was switch around. It was printed wrong on the display. The salesman was nice enough to honor the price on the display, which was less than what the couch by almost $300. I appreciate that the salesman did honor the price on the chart. purchased a couch and oversized chair brought it home and when we opened it up out of the plastic and placed it in the room we notice a couple of days later that the seem was ripped on the arm of the couch i reached out to Ashley furniture i paid for the repair thinking someone was coming to repair it! not the case they sent me a box of fabric and said i was on my own to find someone to come to my home to rip my couch apart, and hopefully not do anymore damage to it that isn't already there. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this has been handled this is the second time i have purchased from them in the last year!!! and this will be the last time!!! I hope you Do better for the next customer!!!!!!!!

Going back soon to look at end tables and a coffee table since we forgot about that when we were there! Salesman was not pushy and has a fabulous sense of humor which I found highly entertaining and relatable. Probably why I bought a new sofa, loveseat, and chair and a half with an ottoman.

When I got to the store, I was ready right away by Cyndi She was helpful. I could understand everything we Talk about and I ended up by furniture what a great experience.

I would like to retract my previous review. You people are the worst. First I could only get my mattress not my whole bed and night stsnd. Then no one told me I need a split box spring to go up my stairs so then I need to order a different box spring. Then thankfully I called because no one told me I had to pay another 100 dollars or my delivery wouldn't happen. Now I'm getting my bed delivered and there is NO BOX SPRING ON THE TRUCK! Which means the mattress cannot be put on my bed and now I have no bed to sleep on. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BUYING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE.

Shout out to Ashley Homestore-Boardman for ripping me off! New couch n chair w ottoman that broke down in 7 days!!!! Within 7 days coushins went flat. They did come out n agree the coushins were trash n sent me new ones a week later. 7 days later we're back to square one....FLAT CUSHIONS. Called again to get no response for 3 days. Finally called me back to tell me that's the way it is! And I quote...It's called soft seating it's not a defect just how it's made! REALLY .... So beware of Signature design by Ashley it is GARBAGE. Guess I'm out $1800 !!!

I’m only giving this store instead of a five because we found our night stands ourselves. Meaning nobody helped us find them. But let me tell you, Ashley’s was the 4th store we had been to that day and when we found the night stands we were pleasantly surprised at the price they were able to give us. I can’t add photos because they are coming in 3 weeks.

Terrible experience. I spent more money going in then I would have if I ordered online. Waisted my whole morning. I called in to see if the Chime 10" Queen Size mattress was in stock and was told yes. So I drive over an hour fighting through traffic to get to the store. My hopes was to skip the wait time that an online order would take. Upon arrival, I was taken around the store where they showed me other mattress that I had no interest in. When I asked again for the third time about the Chime mattress, they said there wasn't any in stock and the next shipment was in September. Then they proceeded to try to talk me into buying one of the higher tire mattresses after the fact I told them I wasn't interested. After going back and forth, they reluctantly mentioned that they could place an order that would ship to my house. I said fine and proceeded to ask for the military discount when they stared at me for a minute before trying to tell me that they don't offer military discount. I was mind boggled by their attitude and statement so I pulled it up on the website where it was clearly stated that their was a military discount and once again they just started at me. After an awakward few minutes of silence they told me they would honor the website and give me a military discount. They proceeded to order a king size which cost more and I pointed out that again, I just wanted a queen size they just grunted at me with discuss. Like who does that. After some time and getting the details ironed out, I left. A whopping two hours spent in the store to leave frustrated. Just to have drove over an hour to and another hour back home when I could have just ordered it only. What a waist of time. Being lied to so they could talk me into buying something else. Unprofessional and childish.

Beyond disappointed with my furniture purchase! Had my dining room table and chairs less than a week , the paint is chipping off. If you bump it- it comes Off! NOT HAPPY! Updated to add - they had me contact them a week ago and nothing new. Haven’t heard anything as far as helping me. Don’t waste your time or $ with this place. If they take care of my issues - I will change the review. Also the living room set I bought is garbage and cheaply made!

My salesperson was Jamie Williams. She was very knowledgeable with the living room furniture styles and helped me choose a beautiful sofa , large chair and area rug. She explained the prices and delivery times. I was very pleased with her attention to me the customer. She followed up the day after purchase giving me a definite delivery day. I was pleased with the service and my purchases.

The quality of the reclining chair is really good and I do like the table and chairs. The bunk bed is nice but some parts are defective. But they also replace it. All in all it was good they also install everything which is really nice. And Jamie did her best to assist us in everything that we are looking for. Thank you for your help.

Had a bad experience with the manager Mark Cummings, he should get more training in customer service.

This would have been a 4 star ⭐️ if the General Manager Mark Cummings new how to treat their customer! Mattress was not the same as what we ordered. When speaking to the warehouse the lady, she looked up our order and understood that we wanted a refunded this was our second call. The warehouse lady called the store put us on hold for 7 min and then told us okay in order to get the refund we must go to the store and arrange pick up at the store. Please understand, we called on the first day this bed was delivered and then today. Tried to explain to the General Manager Mr. Mark Cummings, but he was very egotistic, dramatic, was not a good listener and too quick to speak first. Seems he was trying to sell me something else, made things up along the way. One minute stating what they cannot refund us for the unopened items then the next minute saying he will. Then had the audacity to watch us as if we were going to steal something. Even came outside to see which way we parked. I called my Bank to file the dispute and will allow my bank to dispute it from here. Due to the lack of customer service and hustling mentality and the refusal of the refund. I will not purchase nor will I recommend this store to any of my Residents or families. Look, I bought one of the most expensive bed and only asked that I get my money back due to the product being incorrect and that we were not using it. The products we bought with bed remain sealed. Then he tried to accuse me that I was being condescending. So, I stopped speaking to him and requested for his supervisor information because I’m not going to entertain nonsense. Mark Cummings needs to work on his customer service technique, instead of trying to handle and hustle customers.

Jon Brown was the nicest salesman we have ever talked to.He was very helpful and puts the customers satisfaction first.We are going to be very pleased with our new adjustable bed and recliner.

We just brought a TV stand from there and they delivered the TV stand with multiple defects including broken legs and 2 broken doors. The delivery guys were not allowed to take it back. We have called them multiple times and they keep saying someone will call us back and they have not. So now $1,000 later, we have a broken TV stand in our living room. Save yourself some time and stress and buy your furniture somewhere else (ps. Don't go to Levins or J.V. Schultz Furniture-They own those companies, too). With the response that Ashley's has posted below to my review, I would like all Google review users to know that my husband and I have called that number numerous times and have emailed that email and still have yet to hear from Ashley's. Even though it may look like they are handling my issue, I still have a broken tv stand in my living room and have still not heard from them. So, they can write a google review to make themselves look good to the public, but not return a phone call or email. Please do NOT shop here or any of their sister stores.

Large selection of all types of styles and accessories of furniture. Went shopping for family room furniture. Stopped in two other competitor's stores before shopping at Ashley's. We didn't see anything we liked at the other two places, but found quite a few things at Ashley's. CJ, our salesman, was very helpful and all 4 pieces we purchased were on sale. We purchased a couch, recliner, accent chair and ottoman. Recommend going there first and just skip some of the other places.

Walked in the store and was greeted immediately by DAVID MESSERSMITH. I told him why I was there, I was moving into my new townhouse and wanted a sectional couch. He offered his assistance, but I told him, I wanted to browse, which he had no problem with. There was no pressure at all, which I love, but when I found what I wanted, he was helpful, kind, funny and very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend the store and also David, to get you what you need with no pressure, which to me is very important!! If someone is pushy, I am turned off!! I can't wait to get my beautiful Couch, and will be back for all my other furniture, in the future!! Thank you David!!!

Called and spoke to Nancy Welsch about some chase loungers. They did have one of the few I was looking at in store. Let her know I'd be in to look at it. I liked the grey one they had on the floor but kinda had my heart set on a blue one I saw online. We ordered it along with a ottoman to match. Though she seemed to be in a bit of a meeting when I showed up , she was quick to assist me and go over the specs of all the loungers I had been looking at online. Very nice selection of furniture in store and even though Ashley's are independantly owned, she matched online prices so I could get the best deal. 👍 Thank You Nancy, I left a very happy customer and can't wait till June when my furniture will be available for shipping. 😁 100% recommend 👍

I gave 3 stars because while shopping the store manager took it upon himself to shout my at kids. He not only startled them, but my husband and our sales associate as well. I understand the showroom isn’t a playground and you don’t want things broken, but my 11 year old spinning my toddler in a computer chair didn’t warrant that type of reaction. My husband and I had been correcting our kids reminding them to respect the store, but kids are kids. Had I not loved the pieces we picked we would have just left. The way my children were treated tainted the experience. Cindy was our sales associate and she was absolutely amazing. She made a must have list of what we wanted and made a little sketch of our living room to best help us. She was so knowledgeable of the pieces they had in their showroom. She was patient with my indecisive husband and the kids we had in tow. We left with having an entire living room from couches to new tv stand. She totally made up for the negative experience we had with the store manager.

Terrible service, and 3 months since I asked for a guarantee, they sent the wrong pieces, my daughter sleeping on the floor, they do not replace anything on the mattress because of course we bought everything in cash, but after they put the bedroom set two years ago we never knew that one was missing piece and after they put it incomplete they will not give anything back a lousy service in all senses. TERRIBLE STORE.

Bought sofa love seat and recliner with extended warranty after 2 years seams busted and coverings ripped.took 7 months to get them to look at it and they said normal wear and tare.extended warentee is a rip off

Sales person was nice and professional. But once I bought the product, it seems like they were done with me. I was supposed to get furniture on December 23. It never came and nobody contacted me. I had to call all around to find out that maybe January 13 it would be coming. After I was told I’d get it before Christmas.

I was looking for a mattress and they had a better selection than some other places I had looked at. I will continue to shop there for anything furniture wise I might need.

While moving to a new house, we lost a small piece to our Ashley bed. When my husband stopped by this location to get the replacement they wouldn't even give him a service number to order the part, let alone help him with getting it. Why? Because the bed wasn’t purchased there. Definitely will never be a customer.

We had a great experience today with our purchase of a mattress and adjustable frame . Our sales associate Jon Brown was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the products that was available in the mattress department and I found that to be so helpful. I actually learned a lot about mattress which made it easier to make our purchase. Didn’t pressure us into a purchase, we even went home and came back 2 weeks later after more thought , since this was a big purchase for us. We are very happy we came here and happier Jon was our associate . Highly recommend!!

Went to Ashley Homestore looking for a new adjustable bed. What I found was a wonderful lady named Jamie Williams. She was so kind to an old man. She showed me everything in my price range and let me decide. I would definitely recommend Jamie as your 5 Star salesperson.

From the showroom to the delivery, service was amazing! The delivery men were wonderful, put it right where I wanted it, hooked it all up and showed me how to use it!!!

The store had a lot to choose from in many styles and colors which is hard to find nowadays. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the product we purchased will be delivered within 2 weeks compared to three to six months anywhere else you go. Glad we stopped in!!
