I purchased extra large living room furniture and spent thousands of dollars and it wall all dropped off in my front yard for me to take in the house by myself and assemble with no notice that this would not be delivered all the way inside for me. When I asked the sales team member why, he said I would have had to have paid extra for them to do that and he forgot to ask me if I wanted that. When I walked in alone, a 115 lb woman, and bought this furniture to be delivered, why would someone assume I could carry all that in my house and put it all together by myself? If you are going to be spending money alot of money on furniture, choose someone who will complete the delivery and not just take it part of the way.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very professional young man whom was very attentive. I felt confident that we would found exactly what my husband and I was looking for. With his knowledge about the beds and following his lead we were able to find the perfect bed and payment options. I would highly recommend looking for Tyler Hicks to assist you with your needs at ASHLEY. He made it an easy process from beginning to end. I definitely will be back soon for my other household needs.

Levenia at the Ardmore OK store helped me immediately as I entered the store. Very kind and extremely helpful guiding me to the different furniture I was looking for. She was informative about each piece. And helped me understand each step in buying my Purple bed and the Zero gravity frame and how it will work with my current bed frame. I was impressed with her kindness, understanding, and knowledge. I will use her again in any future needs.

I was back and forth several times in the last couple of days and divided between multiple mattresses. My sales gal Levenia was awesome and heard everything I said without pressure. It was an excellent purchasing experience and easy financing.

I had such a great experience with Levenia! She was friendly, professional, and made the Tempur-Pedic mattress warranty replacement simple. She wasn’t my original sales person 3 years ago, but she still took the time to help me. I’ll definitely be buying from her in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service. No sales pitch or trying to persuade me to buy a new one. She just took care of my warranty. Honest, caring, great listener. Rare these days. I’ll definitely be back and will only buy from Levenia.

The store overall is great, good selection and overall friendly people. But the salesperson I got (Levenia) was absolutely horrible! Beyond snarky and belittling. By the end of it just hearing her speak drove me out of the store. If you’re unfortunate enough to get her I would walk out or request someone else to work with if that’s possible.

I had a great experience purchasing a recliner sofa set from the Ashley store. The process was smooth and quick from start to finish. Tyler, the representative who helped us, was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. We ran into a small issue with the financing options between 12 and 18 months, but the manager resolved it promptly and professionally. Right from the beginning, they offered us water and took the time to walk us through several options, patiently explaining each product and process. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service!

Such a great experience .. no rush and no hassle

All I wanted was to buy a piece of furniture. I didn't want to finance it. The sales associate kept pushing for financing, no matter how many times I said I didn't want it. It was taking her so long to try to figure out how to sell me the furniture on her tablet without financing. She mentioned financing one too many times and I left without the furniture. After making my selection I should have been able to pay for it and make arrangements for delivery in less than 5 minutes without constantly being told about financing and the discount I would get if I financed

Awesome furniture with zero hassle shopping

The most frustrating experience ever. They added a $169 dollar furniture protection without asking or even telling me, they claimed I had to have it for a “bundle deal” to be eligible for a discount but nothing was discounted and actually made it got from 1400 to 1900. When I asked them to remove the protection they stated they couldn’t do it and had the leasing company close out my application because that was the only way to fix it somehow, even though the plan was through the store and not the leasing partner. Then the whole thing got screwed up and instead of speaking with me they tried to play telephone with corporate office, I had to almost make the guy at corporate transfer me to get them on the phone. I am very disappointed they seemed very nice and accommodating but I was completely wrong. The corporate office and progressive leasing has been a great help but I will not be going back to that Ashley’s store ever again.

So I bought a dining table from the store in Ardmore. So we were encouraged to buy the furniture protection and we were told it would cover everything. So we did. It is a big scam right to your face. After only 4 months my chair legs are very loose and one of the legs are coming out. So I called the store since we got this and we don’t have people just breaking our stuff. My last couch lasted 12 years and was still looking nice. So they tell me that the protection plans can’t cover that. So they ask me if I can fix it by turning the chair over. Please don’t get scammed and buy that protection plan it covers nothing they will always find a way not to honor what is in your contract. I don’t understand how a piece of furniture can be that bad quality after only 4 months. After the store responded, here is my question that I find out yesterday. If your repair protection plan doesn’t cover my area, why was it sold to me in the first place? I found that out yesterday after the fact. So every couples of months I have to fix something that I just bought? I shouldn’t have to go through this after I spend all that money.

Bought a living room set a year and a half ago and one of the sofas broke. Don't believe their "warranty" it doesn't cover anything. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Response to Ashleys furniture response. If you product doesn't last more than 2 years, and hiding behind the warranty process. I understand the warranty process. What a joke, how about not charging $3k for a subpar product or hold your manufacturers more accountable. You just lost yourself a customer for life.

I bought an Ashley mattress about four months ago. It seemed at first the service was good. However, the salesman told me they would deliver it for free. All I had to do was ask them to bring it inside and they would. Come to find out they did but weren’t supposed to because that was a paid service. I had asked in the store about buying some sort of platform to hold the mattress up. Was told I didn’t need anything. Before the mattress was delivered I called the salesperson and asked again how the mattress was supposed to stay up there because it didn’t feel like I had only three slates holding it up. He assured me it would work and if it didn’t he would make a trip over to Durant himself. Well clearly it didn’t work. I called and asked about more slates. They would send some additional ( that never showed up) but he insisted it would still work. He said he called the manager of the store and asked and she said it would work. I had to pay a local young man to put the mattress on the bed. After three nights attempting to sleep I called another local furniture store and asked them about the platform that goes under. They explained that yes, indeed it needed support. I purchased a plafform from them. They brought it out (actually two different heights so I could see which one I liked. Took the mattress off the bed, placed the platform on the bed and then replaced the mattress. This at least made it seem more secure. This is absolutely the worst mattress I have ever bought. I paid around a thousand dollars for it. I was to get interest free financing for a year. Well when I got the paperwork on it, it was interest free, but they charged a fee of $135 in order to join something or other to get the interest free. All that tells me is they make up for interest free they charge the fee. Same difference. In Oder to return it because it is such a pitiful mattress I should have paid another $150 upfront to get that warranty. Now so you don’t think they were unaware I emailed the company and told them of the problems. They sent it to the the manager of the store to let her solve the problem. At the time I didn’t realize what a terrible mattress it really was. She did nothing but apologize. I think she was aware of all this salesman had done but pretended innocent. I will never buy anything else at that store again. There are many more details to this nightmare, but tried to condence as much as possible. Do not trust them. Do not shop there. If you want Ashley Furniture at least go to Sherman, Tx.

I got my chairs today and one of them is broken and it's Tuesday and they don't even want to bring me another chair out til Saturday and it was going to be next Tuesday I told them that wasn't exceptional and I also want it brought in and the other one out she wanted to argue with me I finally got her to say that they would bring it in ya kno it's pretty bad when u have to take a Xanax just to talk to these people I'll never do business with them again!!!!!

I went into this store and found exactly what I wanted. I then proceeded to ask about it when I would get it and they told me. They had a great price for July the fourth fourth holidays 90 debt. I took my 88 year old mother in law in this store to pick her out a recliner. The salesman that helped us was a young man who had just received a prosthetic leg due to a motorcycle accident and even though he had his own challenges learning to walk with the prosthetic he was so very patient with my mother in law who is suffering from dementia and led her by the hand through the store to show her where the restroom was. I had to tell this story because this is an exceptional young salesman. Ever single person we interacted with at the Ashley store in Ardmore, Oklahoma were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be doing my next furniture purchases here.

Took twenty minutes on the phone just to see if something was in stock. Went to look in store and salespeople would not leave me alone. Five different sales people and the first one I told I’d like to be left alone “checked in” six times in twenty minutes. Won’t be back

I called to get a price check on a picture we saw while browsing the store, and the associate who answered the phone “How can I be helpful today” had to ask a manager if she could give me a price check. I hung up when I found the picture and price online faster than she could come back to the phone. I didn’t find that helpful.

They tried a bait and switch on me. I tried to order a Mathis Gemma queen that is in their showroom for 1499 yet the sales kid put down an Ashley Gianna which appears to be a $500 model. This was after trying some other shenanigans related to a discount he offered for paying cash that dissapeared when it came to pay. Mathis must be suffering awfully bad to stoop this low.

The whole staff and Ashley furniture were amazing the whole 4 hours my wife kept me there they were considerate helpful always had a smile on their face we joked we had good times and spent some good money

I needed a cabinet to serve as a linen closet and found the perfect one and on a close out price. Alex was very helpful...he went the extra mile and was able to get it delivered and before the actual date. The piece looks great and fit in with my decor. All in all, was a pleasure to do business with Alex and Ashley...

Truly enjoyed my experience with the salesperson TASHA. Very helpful and tried very hard to help us find what we were looking for. Walked through the door and immediately was greeted by Alex. He politely asked if I was just just looking or knew what I was after. Told him I wanted to look at mattresses and off to the races it was. If your looking for a bed and you have questions, go talk to Alex, he literally knows everything about every brand In the store! The store is very nice also, it's laid out beautiful! I will definitely be going back in the future!

Sales Personnel asked us questions about what we wanted/looking for, they took their time, went over all options, and had us try all of those options so we could find out which bed/pillow felt the best. Did not feel pressured at all. Delivery was when I was told it would take place. The delivery personnel were polite and had the new bed setup, working, and made sure it worked correctly in 25-20 minutes. However, there is a COMMUNICATION PROBLEM from sales to delivery to delivery personnel; when they showed up they had no idea they were to move my old tempur pedic to our guest bedroom which sales told us would be no problem. Driver and helper were very unhappy because they were NOT informed about having to help me move my old bed; yet they stayed professional. Those gentlemen need a raise! Did you READ that Management…they need a raise for YOUR lack of communication. Whole process took about 30 minutes. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!

I had already been to the store previously and bought a sectional. I had returned again to look at bed with our original salesperson. . This time we had settled on the bed we wanted and just wanted to make the deal and go because we had plans. What could have probably taken about 20 minutes ended up taking well over an hour if not longer. That was definitely disappointing, since our first deal on the sectional didn’t take any time at all. There is some back-and-forth kind of like a car dealership with the manager I think. You think you are getting a deal but it is confusing. Completely satisfied with our beautiful sectional and looking forward to the delivery of our new bed frame.
