Ethan was VERY patient as I moved around & around the store. He was very helpful & knowledgeable of each piece of furniture I looked at next. He knew how to figure the discounts & any delivery charges and of course, my deposit. I was happy with the afternoon of shopping.! I will ask his help next time too.

Don't ever buy furniture from this store. If you do, do not buy their protection warranty. I filed a claim on my chaise sofa in October 2023 and here we are in April of 2024 and my claim has still not been fixed. No technician have been scheduled and no parts have been ordered. All this company does is make you empty promises and steals your money.
Do not recommend and do not buy the furniture care protection. It's all a scam. Gaby and Monica precidio are claiming to be the owners of this company and denying all claims followed by their superiority and no on is above them to speak to a higher up. All claims denied and wish I had read the reviews first before buying anything.

Tim is the most honest and helpful sales associate I've come across in a while. This store is lucky to have Tim as a salesperson! He was very patient with me and paid attention to what I was asking for. He took the time to look around to help me out to find what I wanted. Also, his manager Kenny was very helpful as well.
