My husband and I were delighted with the assistance we received from our salesman, Big Blue. Terrible job. They treated my wife very badly. They said they only deliver on Thursdays, were incredibly difficult with the scheduling on the Thursday they had available, then when I said I was going to cancel the order they said they could deliver on Friday, which also didn't work for me. So when I asked to have them drop it off at this location so I could just pick it up, they said they couldn't do that either. HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE SERVICE, no ability to work with people to get their overpriced junk. Go literally anywhere else for your next couch.

You can’t just go here and browse and get ideas for what you are looking for because the sales people are like vultures and will follow you and over talk you the entire time. We decided on a mattress and to get some special deal you had to buy a pillow. I went through multiple pillows with the salesman and found one I loved only to find out at checkout that that particular pillow was not included. Total waste of time and the salesman should’ve known that.

I purchased my 1st La-Z-boy chair today and Darrick was phenomenal to work with. I explained all of the features I needed and he showed me a chair that checked off every box. Our first experience with Ashley and it couldn't have been better. We were in a hurry and the sales team was super efficient and very friendly. We bought a sofa and loveseat and were finished in record time. LauraLee was amazing and never once made us feel pressured. We will definitely be back!
Bought a couch and chairs from them over a year ago. When we got it, part of the couch pieces were missing, chair bases were extremely loose and would fall apart. We also found out that a recliner portion of the couch had a bent frame. It's been a back a forth with them to get them to fix the furniture for an entire year. They clearly don't care to fix the problems that we have because of their shoddy craftsmanship. They have also canceled their appointments to come fix the furniture multiple times now. I also live outside the metro, so the only appointments they offer are always a month out. I will never buy from them again.
Mr. Blue was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and was so patient and sweet as I went around testing several different reclining sofas. Purchasing was quick and easy.

Everyone was really nice and informative. They showed me several recliners that they had in stock and several competitors recliners to see which worked best for me. I purchased one of theirs because it was better for me than their competitors. Very happy with the product and sales team that helped me.
"Door step delivery"where the delivery men refused to bring it to my doorstep. Called their management who stated oh yeah our policy that you have ( available on Ashley furnitures website) is outdated our drivers don't do that anymore. Maybe change your policy online then instead of blatantly lying to your customers.
Do not purchase the protection plan it is absolutely useless. We spent $27,000.00 there and when we tried to file claims all of them were denied. My wife fought hard to get my recliner covered and after 2 years finally got an approval. Now the ashley store is avoiding sending the new chair because now we live out of state. There also avoiding us talking to supervisors and avoiding phone calls.
As a 22-year old who’s living on his own for the first time, I have to fully furnish my own apartment. And finding the right mattress within my budget was very important to me. From the time I entered the store, Lucas was by my side and helped me explore all my options and explain them in a thorough, simple way. He eventually helped me find the perfect mattress and made the pricing work for my situation. Towards the end, he handed me over to Shay who helped confirm all the details for my payment plan. She was very kind and explained all the steps to me. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I’m happy I was able to leave with my first mattress, and it was made possible by Lucas, Shay, and the amazing team at Ashley! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for all kinds of furniture at great values and wonderful customer service!

I like the furniture in Ashley store, but I always check walmart, wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond for the same exact furniture that they have in the Ashley store. Many times Walmart has Ashley brand Furniture of the exact type that the store carries for less. I go into the Ashley Furniture Store the least amount because the salesman pester you and don't let you look at the items by yourself without really brushing them off hard. And I don't like to do that because it makes me feel like I'm being rude. This causes an instant disdain for walking through Ashley in the rest of the stores there. When I left the Ashley store which connects to the mattress store I thought the salesman would leave my side. The salesman told me he's not allowed to let customers walk around by themselves because the manager thinks they're not doing their job. Honestly I go in there to look and I compare it against other things I see and I really don't need the salesman bothering me while I'm trying to think and imagine what this item would look like in my home. I like Ashley Furniture but the Ashley store is the last place I would go to do to the way you have your salesman attached at the hip. My salesman was nice and helpful but I did not need the assistance.

I purchased a cabinet early May 2024 to be delivered the Tuesday after Memorial Day. It is now 07.08.2024 and they have been to my house 5 times delivering damaged, dusty, scratched up cabinets. I guess they cannot do any better because I’ve been told they had several pieces arrived at their warehouse that were damaged. Well why try to pass it off to your customer because your integrity is now in question. Horrible!!!

I went in for a reclining couch and Chase was super helpful! Showed us all the options and explained power could be used off of a battery if there was no socket nearby. Ended up purchasing a manual reclining sofa that is very comfy. Eased our concerns of not having the item in time for our moving date by showing us that there were plenty in stock and telling us exactly how to pick it up.

Very average experience here with below average customer service. After purchasing multiple pieces of furniture and after their respective delivery, there was no follow up at all. Then, when using a credit to purchase an additional item only 2 weeks later, no benefits of the previous purchase were carried over or accommodations were made. In between it all, I called for account help and after leaving all information needed with a team member, there was no call back or follow up. After this credit use, I will avoid Ashley Furniture, especially this location.
Only reason I gave a star is because I had to. We bought a bed from there not even a year ago and it has already fell apart. I sent in pictures to the insurance just for them to tell me they won’t fix it. My bed is LITERALLY on the floor because of the poor and CHEAP parts they used. I would not recommend at all. We got the Hillcott Queen set and it’s CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!! Not even real wood smh. Now I’m out of a bed 🤷🏽♀️

We were quoted prices inflated above online advertised sales from Ashley's website. They also inflated the protection plan cost and wanted to charge $139 "Mathis Rewards membership fee" to get their "special" pricing.I bought online and saved $239! On Ashley's website, I also found an extra $50 off for signing up to receive e-mail ads and another 5% discount for military & first responders.

I had a great experience picking out two club chairs. Our salesperson, Timothy was so helpful and didn’t rush us. He even helped us get some extra discounts on the chairs we picked out.

We went in looking for a living room set, Brittney greeted us at the door and showed us a few options that would work with what we asked for. She then turned over to Tim who showed us a set that was almost exactly what we needed. Almost because the complete set was just slightly too big for all 4 pieces to fit in the space we have. I'm super excited about the new set to be delivered.
We purchased 2 couches and a rug less than a year ago. The salesperson suggested we pick up the extended warranty and we agreed it would be a good idea - especially for the rug since we have a few dogs. Well, it proved to be a good idea 9 months after our purchase when our sick dog soiled the rug. We called for service on the warranty only to discover that the rug was "not covered". We called the store assuming it was a mix up, but the assistant manager told us they did not cover the rug. This is the sole reason we purchased the warranty. He said he would do some investigating and get back to us. That was close to 2 months ago. Watch out for this sales tactic when purchasing.

Don't ever buy furniture from this store. If you do, do not buy their protection warranty. I filed a claim on my chaise sofa in October 2023 and here we are in April of 2024 and my claim has still not been fixed. No technician have been scheduled and no parts have been ordered. All this company does is make you empty promises and steals your money.
Do not recommend and do not buy the furniture care protection. It's all a scam. Gaby and Monica precidio are claiming to be the owners of this company and denying all claims followed by their superiority and no on is above them to speak to a higher up. All claims denied and wish I had read the reviews first before buying anything.

We went to look at beds and was helped by Brandon Scott, he was very helpful and a good respectful salesman he gave us options and gave us room to talk about it and discuss things he wasn’t pushy and was very understanding. He helped us figure out what we wanted and we ended up buying a purple mattress.
We have purchased several items of furniture from the Ashley home store. We’ve always been pleased. However, that drastically changed in Dec 2023. We special ordered a brown sectional. This purchase has been the most frustrating and complicated purchase we’ve ever had anywhere 1. There was no communication from the store throughout the entire process. We had to always call them and received a rude individual in customer service 2. The deliveries were not made during the scheduled delivery times. My husband stayed home from work to receive the delivery. We were never contacted to say they would be late. when we called were rudely told they couldn’t tell us when it would arrive. It arrived over 2 hours after the scheduled time 3. The furniture was significantly damaged when it arrived. We were told the store would contact us that evening or the next day to order a new piece. No one ever called. We called them and were told they would pick up the damaged piece and repair it locally. 4. We requested a new piece vs a damaged repaired piece. The manager refused. 5. 2 1/2 months after we purchased the sectional the damaged piece was picked up for repair. 6. Customer service wanted us to sign a contract charging us for the pick up of the damaged piece and the delivery. We refused. My husband rewrote the contract which they agreed to 7. The brown sectional we ordered arrived in gray. They couldn’t locate the color we thought we’d ordered. We agreed to keep the gray as this was the only color they could now get in this sectional. Positives: our sales person, Wes, tried to intervene on our behalf. The people delivering and picking up the furniture were very helpful and apologized for lateness. They said we should have been called I will never shop at Ashley again. The lack of communication, the rudeness of Loren in customer service, the refusal to order a new piece they damaged instead of ordering a new piece from the manufacturer was beyond frustrating.

EM was the star of this visit. First coming here looking for a specific type of bed frame. EM found us exactly what we wanted. She was amazing to work with, very polite and helpful! Would definitely recommend this store and her specifically.

I would not recommend this location at all, and my experience somewhat mirrors Mr. Mitchell’s in his review. I went into the store to purchase a round dining table and set of chairs. I had looked online and knew the set I wanted. It was on display in the store and in stock at their warehouse off Reno and available for me to pick up or have delivered. The table was separate, and the chairs were sold in two packs…not a special bundle sale, but literally packaged as a pair at the manufacturer with combined assembly hardware, etc. This is relevant later. Upon checkout, I was quoted a price nearly $500 higher than it should have been. When I questioned it, I was told that the tagged price for the chairs was PER CHAIR, despite that price being exactly what the website showed AND the tag clearly stating “2/CN” (two per carton). Salesman was new, so he called over a ‘manager’ who then walked away to call another manager named Katelyn because they refused to honor the clearly tagged price OR the nearly identical price on their own website. ‘Manager’ came back and said that Katelyn would only honor the tagged price and nearly identical website price if I purchased the Protection Plan AND their membership. Keep in mind none of the pricing I mentioned above was the member price…it was all the higher non-member price. When I told them I would just buy it online instead, the ‘manager’ argued with me that I would be required to buy the membership online, which is categorically incorrect. I left, ordered online, and had it delivered. Clearly there are some very serious integrity issues at this location.
Highly recommend Brandon! He made buying an all new living room set so painless. Not only did he listen and try to find what was best to suited us, but he was never pushy or just trying to make a sale. He was genuine and we will definitely be back as we continue to remodel our home.

I went to Ashley looking for a queen sleeper sofa. The salesperson Kyle was very friendly and helpful and provided me with information on each of the sleeper sofas he showed me. What an absolutely joke of a business. The sales staff are bright eyed and friendly. They get your money and everyone becomes a jerk when you have a problem. From the time I called this store on Sunday morning when they opened all the way to them bringing out the replacement piece and having an issue with it. They do not care, you’re bothering them by having the audacity to expect a product to be what you paid for. I’ll load this $1800 couch up and return it before I tolerate another ounce of disrespect from a Mathis Brothers staff member. I knew I should have gone to the place down the street.

Absolute nightmare! We live two hours out from OKC. I do not have a lot of free time with my work schedule and being a single father with sole custody of my two daughters. I like to keep things simple. I attempted first to make an online purchase for what we needed, but YOU ONLY GET 0% IN-STORE for 60 mos. I called Friday to confirm with the Ashley location at 3400 memorial road. They told me yes, I asked if I could give them all I picked out and make my purchase over the phone? NO, they told me I had to come in person. Okay, I have an Ashley card with an $8,500 limit. We just got a new home as we moved from Jenks for a promotion with work. My mom moved with us to help me with the girls as I have a demanding full time career. If I can’t make it to drop off or pickup we have mom to help. I appreciate her sacrifice and for loving us so much, that she just moved across the state to help us. I wanted to get her a new bedroom set. My oldest in now a pre-teen and she needed a new bedroom set. Our new home has an odd shaped family room. Although my current furniture is nice. It just doesn’t look or feel right in the space. So, I we needed a new sectional for the space. Now, my girls have been through a lot. I don’t have enough space her for that story on here. We are selling the only home they have lived in back in Jenks. I want the new home to be awesome for them. Living spaces are a big part of a home being awesome, along with love in the home. I’m saying this because getting this furniture was a really big deal for me. Because, the girls are my world. My plan was to use the 0% for 60 then payoff when our Jenks house sells. Now, the Jenks house was completely furnished by purchase made from Mathis Brothers and Ashley in Tulsa. The OKC locations are owned by the same owners. In Tulsa we never experienced the games and lies as we did in OKC! I work six days a week and just didn’t have the time to not purchase on this trip to OKC. I must say after my purchase experience in OKC, I will submit a claim to the Federal Trade Commission, the Oklahoma Attorney General, and anybody else I can think of who might stop what I experienced. At the OKC store you have Ashley and Mathis connected. We picked out a bedroom set for my oldest daughter. All of a sudden, the price posted for the bed was “just the headboard”, the footboard and side rails were extra. And the slaps underneath were extra too! The played my daughters emotions against me. Note, I’m all for people making money. I just do not appreciate the BS and lying. What was most important was my daughter’s smile before they came back with the manager and pricing and lying. The bedroom set was on the Mathis side. I was pissed but, that smile and the relief off just having this done took a high weight of being a failure off me back, as time is the one thing I do not have enough of. Because it’s a long trip to OKC and back. Okay, I got off work late and we need to get this stuff! After the drive in, it was 6:30 when we got there and they close at eight. I told my family we are going to the Ashley side. I thought surely the first portion of our experience was just the Mathis manager. (I want to say now that each salesperson was awesome, they did not control anything and brought is the seasoned trained assassin managers to do all the dirty work) We found my moms bedroom set, we got mattress’s for both bedroom sets, and then we found the sectional. Boom! We are all pumped and excited! Then the manger who is as in and out comes back. I was just deflated and confused because the online price can not be got at the actual location, the manger says. He can beat, match, or get close to online price if you buy the protection! No 0% is not available, unless I wanted to pay the not published higher pricing strategy. The whole experience turned into a nightmare. I had two girls excited and my excitement turned into just timber the girls are so excited. As a parent I did not want all away because of how hyped up this trip to purchase was for our family. I’m out of room. Stay away!!
Maybe they have good furniture but I couldn't really tell you because you can't take three steps without being hounded by a salesperson. They have more salespeople than chairs. We were approached by 10 different salespeople – all oozing desperation. We would have purchased a chair if we could have a little space to talk about it and browse around without being constantly pestered.
Overall a good experience. The employees there were really friendly (almost too friendly). They offered myself and my wife a bottle of water as we arrived. ONE thing though, the prices in store are have definitely been increased compared to online. Before you purchase your furniture make sure you bring this up so they can cut the price a bit.

If I could give a negative star I would. We have a heart patient coming home and needed to get a bed for him fast. They told us they dont deliver. We get to reno location to pick up order and they said that they always deliver. Then we get home and there were mismatched parts and missing hardware and they said they won't give us the missing hardware. Will absolutely never do business with this company again. We spent thousands of dollars and they've been zero help.

I even wrote a raving review but was forced to delete it to mention what I experienced today. My husband and I came back to browse for our new home and were harassed by an employee when we clearly and kindly stated we were not going to purchase anything in the store. After multiple attempts of telling the employee we did not want his help or advise, he said “it’s my job to be assigned to you while you’re in the store” we then stated we were leaving and he made several smart remarks to us as we left. I am very disappointed to go from a great experience 5 years ago to this dumpster fire of a nightmare. I don’t appreciate being harassed or stalked through the store. Needless to say, we will be shopping elsewhere for our future furniture needs. I hope management sees this and takes care of this before they lose more customers.
My wife and I were harassed by an employee the entire time we were there even after I told him we did not need his help. The employee then explained we are stuck with him and was very rude when I said we were leaving. I will never go back there!!

went into store in search of a specific style reclining couch. we were pleasantly met by Brandon Scott. he explained store rewards program that was used to discount the floor models, from their retail prices. he offered the option of financing & discussed terms. we initially found a moderately priced unit, that would have been reasonably priced at the discounted rate offered with the reward membership program. we toured the store a little and found another model of a fairly significant step up in retail price. Brandon worked up an offer that included additional warranty, membership & delivery included in initial retail price of the couch, essentially making the couch itself about 30 % off… nearly comparable to the first couch seen. nutshell, Brandon is awesome. He actually listened to our needs & made it all happen. five outta five stars. thank you, Brandon…

Pretty bad experience. Went looking for a specific piece of furniture and the saleswoman kept showing us different things and trying to pin my wife against me when i would say thats not what we want. She would use sales tactics on my wife like “lets go look at stuff we like” “these are nice pieces but he needs extra convincing” “does he like anything?” All of this after telling her exactly what we’re looking for and not being shown what we asked. I shouldn’t have to be convinced to like something. Edit: response to owner; not everyone shares the same sense of humor? Trying to “convince” your customers to buy something they don’t want isn’t humor, its just Bad business, definitely will not return.

Salespeople were very knowledgeable and personable. The only issue I had was the total amount of time it took to complete the transaction. After selecting the chair we spent another 45 minutes completing the sale and I was paying cash!!! Why? I was shopping with my 90 y/o mother and this was just an excessive amount of time spent waiting. And we were the only ones checking out at that time.

I wasted a Sunday walking through and picking furniture (sectional, dining room set, dresser, and patio pieces). I needed the mirror of the display model sectional, wasn't in stock. So we sat for 45 minutes building a sectional out of in stock pieces, great experience. Get done and ready to make a deal, the only missing piece is a piece of the display, which they refuse to sell me. They said it's ok we got the mirror image coming in from Tulsa in 2 weeks. Fine I guess I'll wait two weeks for my sectional even though it was actually the most important thing. But then the price is $1,500 higher and it didn't include my patio stuff. Oh yeah see the patio furniture is "as-is" has to go on a separate ticket. Whatever again. By the way will you be able to take those patio pieces with you? Even though you're paying $400 for delivery and a truck is already coming to your house we can't put that in the same truck. What?! I told them that's unacceptable, I won't even argue about the $1,500 price difference or the two weeks I have to wait for the couch I didn't custom make, but I need you to put all of the furniture I bought in the truck and bring it. Nope can't do it. Can't sell you the display model so you can have a couch today, can't deliver your furniture, and it's all going to cost 2,000 more than we said for the inconvenience. Bye. Edit: salesperson Ethan was awesome to work with. Whoever kept telling him "no" to very reasonable requests is the issue. Edit 2: it's been 3 days, no one called

Great employees willing to help you, especially one named Jennifer Pellow. Our mattress was delivered and it was the wrong size due to our fault. Problem was we had already taken our bed apart which left that mattress sucken in so bad we were not going to be able to sleep on the mattress. We went into the store and Jennifer Pellow helped us order the correct size. Only problem, delivery to where we live wasn't for another 3 days. She immediately got on the phone reaching out to all delivery trucks to see if the mattress could be brought to us that day! We left the store and before we got home Jennifer called saying we would get our mattress that day! Jennifer took a real interest in us and our problem and was determined to fix the problem. She went out of her way to help us which shows she is an outstanding employee and definitely made us a customer for life.

Today was visit two of two so that we could finalize our purchase of our beautiful sectional that was sold to us by Allen Tyler who was very respectful, kind, patient and went above and beyond. With the help of both Derick H and Darick S the over all experience was fantastic……and then there was a gentleman by the name of GL who works on the mattress side of the store. As I was viewing some pillows that I had mentioned to Allen I wanted to purchase which were the Purple Harmony that were on clearance “as is” shelf in the mattress section, I had pulled them off and asked GL if I could purchase them with my sectional and he told me “no they have to be purchased on this side since the inventory is separate.” I said okay, let me tell my salesman and if it was ok to hold them for me and so he did. Then after my long negotiations with Allen and both Derek’s it turned out that two of the pillows were sold under my feet and he also put his name on the ticket to get a commission off of it which in my books a HUGE mistake and very shady, Derrick H told me he would take care of me in which he did but that did not make me happy at all. Needlessly to say, GL made my experience unsatisfactory and I hope he has the integrity to account for his HUGE mistake and apologize for what he did I also would like for the GM to reach out to me so that he knows whats going on in his store when it comes to customer satisfaction. If it was not for Allen, and both Derrick’s I would have walked out an unhappy customer. Thank you again Allen Tylor, Derrick H and Darrick S for your hard work and efforts.

***EDIT*** I Contacted Ashley/Mathis Brothers per their recommendation below and wouldn’t you know it. ZERO response. These people are your best friend until the check clears then they can careless about you. Take you money elsewhere and save yourself the headache. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN!!!!! Purchased a sectional couch. It arrived damaged, internally the frame was broken but I didn’t know about it since I was out of town when it was delivered. Thought I would be able to make a claim, nope. Their protection plan doesn’t cover pretty much anything so I went to cancel it, it has been 3 months and they still haven’t cancelled it. Every time I call I get the run around. Don’t let them trick you into buying the protection plan. It’s a scam and even the stuff they do cover is subject to their discretion so they can make up anything to not have to fix it. Worse place to buy furniture.

Unacceptable, I was told my couches would be brand new. Unfortunately, they weren’t then Terry stated that they open the furniture prior to delivery to inspect for damages, and that was not the case for one arrived brand new in the box, and one wrapped in a mediocre plastic wrapping, the delivery guys were friendly unfortunately the staff that works there or not! Be careful shopping at this location not military friendly.

We were greeted and we asked to be allowed to browse by ourselves and we did and no one bothered us. When we did have questions we snagged the first employee we came across and were greeted and helped. When it came time for a quote we were handed off to a sales person who was familiar with discounts and financing. Overall the shopping experience was pleasantly fantastic because there was zero pressure to buy anything and no one trying to tell us what we wanted.

Quality items, quick delivery and setup and awesome sales people. However, if you need a repair you're gonna have to wait. BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a $5k reclining couch on Saturday, May 1st, 2023. By May 6th the couch was already malfunctioning. I called to setup a repair and the nearest date for a technician to come look at it was 10 days away. They only had one time slot available for that day. I stated that no one would be home during that time. The next nearest date was 6 more days away from the previous date. I think 16 days for someone to come take a look is a bit outrageous. Evidently there's a lot of their furniture purchases that are showing issues for a 16 day wait period on a repair. It may be even longer if they have to order a replacement or replacement piece.

the worst experience of our lives. We feel discrimination because of our origin in a very strong way. if you are not a resident or citizen you should not visit this place. We made the credit application with our ITIN number and after being approved by sincrony bank, the cashier refused to complete our transaction because she did not have a USA ID. they made us go for our passport, to still deny us the sale. They ran our credit and affected it for a transaction that would not take place. Hispanics do not go to this place

Where do I start. To say I'm disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. We have spent over $20,000 since December with issue after issue. 1) our leather sectional has three recliners where one broke 6 weeks after purchase and we're in month 5 and it's still not fixed (with a warranty), 3 home visits, 2 orders (first wrong part ordered and delivered) and no rush to expedite the part or installation. 2) we are going on our FOURTH delivery for a dresser that goes with one of two bedroom sets we bought. Each time the dresser they delivered was damaged or they broke it setting it up. They even had the audacity to act like we were being picky and "offered" for us to pick out one we liked. I said absolutely not. That's your job to: 1-ensure the furniture isn't damaged, 2-ensure it's still not damaged after loaded on the truck, and 3-ensure the furniture isn't damaged upon delivery and assembly. Ridiculous processes and no competence or customer service at all besides excuses after excuses and not assuming any responsibility on getting this right for the customer. Top it all off, the crew of 3 doing the delivery took 2.5 hours on a Sunday to assemble two bedroom suits, minus the dresser they can't furnish undamaged. Unbelievable to say the least!

My wife bought a dresser for our new grandbaby. Got it back home and was filling the drawers and the drawers are already broken. You have to take pictures and send it in and they’ll get back to you in a few days. I will never use Ashley furniture for anything ever again. You would think $500 for a dresse and it would last longer than the drive home.

As soon as we walked in, we got hounded by a salesman who wouldn’t leave us alone and kept following us through the store. We were initially motivated to purchase a couple items, and we were hoping to browse their inventory in peace, but every time we looked behind us or to the side, the creepy salesman was right there, lurking within 20-30 feet of us and occasionally hiding behind a bookshelf or a dresser, and staring at us. Remember the story of the big bad wolf creeping around the woods and stalking Little Red Riding Hood, well, let’s just say that now we know how uneasy she must have felt. On a serious note though, it was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving prematurely because we didn’t have the freedom to actually spend time looking at the furnitures without this unwanted shadow. Please, do your customers a favor and stop following them around, especially if they’ve made it clear they want to look around in peace.

Bought a couch and loveseat from Ashley, it lasted about a year. The couch completely broke in the middle to the point the entire middle section was on the ground. Picture a v shaped couch. Fixed that, now the legs are breaking off. As a company they are great, but the product is cheaply made. My big lots special held up better. Lol.

I went to Ashley to buy a sectional couch. Brendan was so patience with me because I was so undecided on what furniture to buy. It took 1 hour 1/2 and finally narrowed down to Rawcliffe 3 piece sectional that I love. My entire purchase has been a nightmare. From a salesperson that didn’t know the products and sold me a headboard that couldn’t connect to an adjustable base, to two months later and two headboards later I still don’t have a headboard connected to my adjustable base even though he and the manager on duty both assured me they could be connected. I am now fighting with the store to have this made right. To be continued…

This was the simplest sales experience that I can recall. Brandon was quick to engage and offer assistance, but far from pushy. His knowledge of the inventory enabled him to show us things that matched what we were looking for without wasting time on stuff that was of no interest. Brandon was professional throughout the entire process. Even when we entertained the idea of buying something more expensive than we originally had planned, he didn't enter the "crazy salesman" mode. He simply laid out the numbers and let us decide if it was right for us. I would definitely recommend Brandon's services. I have worked several positions in sales and it's tough to find the right amount of "salesman" to bring to the conversation, but Brandon nailed it. Management, this guy deserves a raise and/or a bonus!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location. Freyja Hansen was my salesman and quite possibly the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever came in to contact with. There was no pressure to buy at all and he answered every question we had. We had been trying to decide whether to replace our mattress first or sectional and had decided to the sectional should go first. I told Freyja exactly what We were looking for and he delivered, but that wasn’t the impressive part. We wandered over to look at mattresses because we had been thinking about a purple and he explained in depth the benefits of it and also gave us a demonstration for the power base. We got everything we wanted and spent less than we had originally planned. Thank you Freyja for the seamless experience!
I bought a very expensive couch from Ashley and bought the package where it could be cleaned “anytime”. What a joke. They never even sent someone out one time. I would have never purchased the couch knowing it would be so difficult having 3 kids and 2 dogs 🙃 I’m at a loss. Also contacted several Ashely Mathis mangers who never called me back.

Yall, don't be like me and rush into buying furniture here. Customer service was great when I was in store, they answered my questions, they were patient and sold me items that were seemingly in good quality, but they failed to mention the 7-day return/exchange policy and failed to provide any customer service after I made my purchase. They were not apologetic, did not offer me any solutions when I expressed how unsatisfied I was, and the person helping me with my product failed to return my messages. When I asked, so I am just stuck with a product that I don't like that I spent hundreds of dollars on?, the answer was yes. They have great products, my mattress and dresser and sofa are beautiful, but they have really let me down with their follow-up customer service and now I'm stuck with something that makes me very, very unhappy. Take your time and BUY A PLATFORM BED from somewhere else that has one in stock.

Sometimes when you go into a store you're not familiar with, it can be overwhelming. However, I was most impressed with the salesman. Wesley was very personable, engaging, and extremely helpful. He was most accommodating in seeing that I purchased the right products for my home, with excellent advice. I highly recommend him.

The customer service is horrible!! I ordered a new sectional, bar stools and bed to be delivered. The delivery people brought the wrong bed, so I had to schedule a new appointment for delivery. The customer service person was unable to provide a window when delivering the replacemenr bed, so I had to take off work again. The bed was delivered missing the pillows that came included. Once again, I was on the phone wth customer service, the girl was rude and kept me on hold forever. The amount of time I have spend trying to get the correct items that I have already paid for is ridiculous. Will not be doing business with store again.

I've had both good an bad experiences here.First visit was fantastic, super sweet sales rep (I think Lauren was her name? I'm not the best with names) helped me find the perfect couch (I'm sitting on it now lol) and the whole experience was great. Loved it so much, everything was fantastic and the whole process was super easy.Second visit, male sales rep, man's really out here treating me like I got rocks for brains. Straight up lied about the item I was looking at (stated it would be cheaper to buy it in store, even after I'd said that it was $150 cheaper online, and said that by ordering it in-store I'd get it in November, earlier than ordering online. I ordered it online and it's coming mid October. Tried to tell me that the $150 extra was the protection plan, which I already knew was only $50 online and completely optional).
Terrible experience. Constantly getting up sold on other things "to get a better deal". Once finally picked everything delivery was wrong first go. Second go had damaged furniture. Third got it almost. Was supposed to get two pillows with the mattress we purchased. Low and behold they've simply forgotten that part and I'm not getting them. Just negative all around.

This is by far the worst sales experience ever . Went in the store and dealt with Freyja . We we're told that couch we chose would be delivered On a particular day. The closer it got I received no calls or updates. Called the day before and was told our couch wasn't in stock until another two weeks . Fine I waited again then once we got one delivery date I was sent another message saying they couldn't fit on their truck so I had to wait another day. I am 6 months pregnant so this couch was greatly needed. The day of which was today! The delivery guys tell me they can't bring the couch because I live in an apartment. And the couch wasn't even the right color!! And was way bigger then the one we chose. So I was told I would need find another option. But honestly I canceled my order and will be taking my business else where. First experience turned to be the worse . And of course my salesman didn't answer the phone when calling so I just had to call the manager at the store and was able to get my cancellation done.

I have never worked with Ashley/ Mathis Brothers and it not completely be a train wreck. I asked the salesman to order a Sofa. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 days because I paid $300 extra for special delivery with the understanding that my old furniture would be taken away. The delivery shows up at the wrong time with the wrong furniture and refuse to take away the old furniture as paid for. When I call to speak to the manager they hang up on me twice and then the manager ghosts me when he said he would call me back with a way to fix it. Don't shop here!!!!

Derek K is awesome!! This is the 2nd time working with him and I will definitely ask for him again in the future. I have severe anxiety in situations like this, fear of being mobbed by salespeople. Derek is laid back, understood that I just wanted to walk and ask questions when I found something to my taste rather than perform a running commentary and 3rd degree session in one. There was one instance that he asked a question of an older representative, which is fine, but the older person took over, started being condescending to me and I couldn't wait to get away as a panic attack started. Derek gently thanked the other rep for answering the question (15 min ago but that was the first pause in the guy's diatribe) and escorted us away. He is very intuitive and a gentleman. Most assuredly, if I have need for more furniture in the future I will ask for Derek.

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley on Memorial in Oklahoma City today - thanks to our sales representative, Lauren! She did great telling us the layout of the store upon our arrival and letting us look around on our own for a hassle-free experience. When we needed help, she helped search for what was in stock and showed us all of our options to stay within our budget! All of the sales associates seemed pleasant and helpful to the customers they were assisting. We look forward to the delivery of our new dining room table and chair later this week!

I saw what I wanted in OKC but it was the last one and sold. My sales rep there was awesome. Tulsa had same chase lounge but would not deliver to my location so I rented a moving van and drove to Tulsa to pick it up. The warehouse in Tulsa had the matching chair. I picked up the chase lounge at the store. Everyone there was prompt and efficient and loaded it right up for me. The girl at the desk told me the chair was at the warehouse waiting to be picked up and gave me directions. I get to the warehouse and park. The guy told me it would be just a few minutes. 10 minutes go by and he came back out to tell me they didn’t have the chair. It was on the was to OKC. I told him that 3 people had told me the chair was at the warehouse and I was going to have a fit if they didn’t have it. He went back inside and pretty soon another guy came out. I assume he was the manager. He confirmed my chair was on the way to OKC. I told him he better go look again because if that was the case, OKC would be delivering me my chair free of charge. He went back in to look again and 20 minutes later they came out with my chair. Very frustrating experience. Also when I tried to call my sales rep. The call was routed to the call center. They said they could take my order, for me to just give them the numbers. I was not at the store, I was back home 65 miles from the store and my sales rep had all the information. The call center was so unhelpful and even after I called back several times hoping I would get someone new that would be willing to give me the store’s number but no one would help me with a simple phone number. It was extremely frustrating and the last guy I talked to I told your company would be loosing a sale if he couldn’t give me the store’s phone number and he literally said “OK, thank you for calling” and hung up on me. I have never in my life had such a hard time just trying to buy some new furniture! I was walking away from the sale but my friend just kept trying and trying to get the store’s number and finally somehow was able to reach my sales rep. She gave him my number and he called me and totally took care of me from there. So part of my experience was good and part of my experience was very bad.

Warning!! Only buy what they have in stock. Took our 10 year old daughter to order bed set. We received dresser but they said we couldn’t get the bed till mid May it was early February when we ordered. Here’s mid May order has been moved to mid July. I’ve called to talk to sales people because I’ve received no notice at minimum maybe a courtesy call? Still can’t get in touch with any manager. I would be very hesitant to buy furniture from them or Mathis brothers because they are connected unless they already have the item in stock.

We specifically bought our furniture there for the supposed protection plan. It's FALSE advertising because the plan denies everything you submit that even fits the rules. The furniture is less than a year old and is already worn looking. I'm so disappointed.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out and we were able to work out an exchange. Unfortunately they didn't make the mattress we had any longer so we opted for a more expensive "better" mattress. Unfortunately after a week of using it we're suffering from lower back pain. We're stuck with it though unless we purchased a mattress protector, a pillow, and they're little program. Unbelievable. Wouldn't recommend. We should have known better when we had problems with the sales people keeping their word on prices. Then to top it off we bought an adjustable bed frame and a lady Americana mattress. Of course we used the adjustable part maybe 5 times only for the mattress to crease. Reached out to customer service and were told the warranty is void if there are ANY stains. Yes there was one little stain on the mattress from a spill, therefore warranty is void. We had this mattress less than a year and spent 1,000$ on it. Very disappointing experience. Definitely will not shop here again or any of the mathis bros owned stores. They could care less about customers. Also when they delivered it and set it up they left all of the trash underneath the bed. 0 stars. We've bought nearly all of furniture from mathis bros. Won't be returning again.
This is an updated review. We absolutely love Ashley Furniture. We never feel pressured. We don't feel like we have to give up our first born to have new furniture. Today, our sales person was Talynn and she was wonderful! Kenny the sales manager always greets us when we come in. Great customer service and the furniture holds up well.

I purchased mattresses and bed frame from Ashley Homestore with part of my order being on an Ashley Homestore card by synchrony financial. Well, Ashley delivered the bed frame and a mattress cover but not the mattresses. We wondered why they delivered a mattress cover because we didn’t order a mattress cover, so we thought it just came with the mattresses. We called and the store said the mattresses would be another week so we waited and waited and eventually we called and asked to cancel and have them pick up the bed frame. They cancelled the mattresses and finally after a fight they picked up the bed frame. Well, recently I came across the old receipt and noticed that Ashley had charged $100 for the mattress cover that we didn’t order!! We called the number on the synchrony financial/ Ashley Homestore website and they refuse to do anything about this fraudulent charge! Be careful, Ashley Homestore will add extra charges without your knowledge and if you use their credit card, they will do nothing about those fraudulent charges!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The entire process of purchasing the furniture to receiving the furniture 2 months later was very difficult. My wife and I are very disappointed in the customer service and the delivery processes. I would highly recommend choosing somewhere else to purchase furniture from. The staff at this particular store are quite rude when answering the phone to check on your order status. I kept getting “should be just a few days” or “it’s almost here we will text you when it’s here”. To top it all off, the delivery drivers made me carry the entire 80lb. box up my apartment stairs by myself. If this review reaches you, please please please go somewhere else for your own sake.

Mr. Dakarai Owens was phenomenal. He was able to entice my wife to not only come back to review the couch that we ended up buying but to bring me along with her for him to close the deal in which he did in great fashion. On a rather cold evening when the weather was projected to snow, the store had a shortage of customers (or atleast to my point of view) where it felt like we were center stage with him performing, and that he was! The young man KNEW HIS STUFF! He was not only knowledgeable but was confident and well dressed. If I were a betting man, I would say that he is destined to be upper level management in whatever given field he chooses to be. Your organization would be extremely lucky to retain this guy. I would strongly recommend him to be promoted at the earliest chance, you would be making an investment that would far exceed any sale.

Brandon was the best sales man! I told him what I wanted, he showed me what was available and made me aware on what was back order or it would be a while to get. After we found what I really liked, I told he I would go home and sit on it for a few days. I texted him today while I was at work, and he was able to provide pictures and other online photos and quotes via text. It was super convenient for me shop while I could at work because of my busy schedule. Once he got me the set I needed in the price I said, he did all the paperwork and all I had to do was stop by the store on my way home and sign the paperwork. I’m and out in 5 minutes! Seriously best experience ever. This is the second time we buy at Ashley’s .

Good selection and a decent price was negotiated. Friendly sales person came in on his day off to finish up the transaction. On the negative side the environment feels a bit like being at a car dealership. We learned price displayed on the sectional we had selected was only for a portion of the unit and the actual purchase price would be higher to get it as it was displayed. Feels like false advertising to me.

Store is a joke. Do not buy warranty insurance!!! They will not pay for repairs!!! What you get does not cover anything. The store will not help. They refer you back to the warranty company. Ashley/Mathis Bros said they want to help, but you give them all the info they need and you never hear from them again.

Tried to purchase a couch online for pick up at local store. They want to charge 160.00 in shipping charges. Went to the store they don’t price match because it is a franchise. When the manager did come over, he didn’t once smile or say anything. I was so unimpressed with their service. We did eventually find out they will price match and add 60 furniture protection which is more than what the cost is at the store. The sales representative was very Unknowledgeable and couldn’t help us at first because her iPad was dead. The couch was in stock at the store. Then they won’t take my genesis card. I’ve spent a lot of money here and past years but they really don’t care. Won’t be back but again ,they don’t care how much money I’ve spent here in the past. I bought a buffet table which is on back order, I’m going to cancel my order and shop else where. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, your service, franchise or not reflects on your brand.

I moved from out of state, I’m not familiar with the area yet, the manager Kenny will tell you that, this store is exactly the same as the one on RENO in OKC. The inventory isn’t the same, actually the Mathis Brothers has more options on brands and it has a larger inventory. I purchased sofas thinking it was my only option at this Ashley Furniture. I left the store and I called Mathis Brothers on Reno in OKC and they told me no ma’am we have more brands and variety. Very disappointed about the lie to make a sale. To push the customer to think that it is your only option.

These guys do furniture right!! Great quality. It looks amazing in our home. When you sign up for their in store card, you get so so much more versus trying to spend cash. I will never shop at another furniture store again. Ashley’s is the place for great furniture and great service.

I haven't bought the furniture yet, but I was so impressed with the sales representative Mike Johnson that I had to write a review. He was so welcoming and his customer service skills showed the high level of his work ethic! Fantastic conversation, plenty of great information and absolutely no pressure! Which I value more than anything. That being said, if I decide to buy that reclining sofa - it's only because of Mike and his great attitude 🙂

I want to make it clear, Anthony the Salesman that sold me my Chair with the Ottoman did everything he could to get me the best deal. He treated me with the best costumer service, and the most respect someone could ask for. The manager Jonathan on the other hand basically told me to take a hike when I showed him my 10% off coupon Ashley's sent me in the mail. He told Anthony couldn't honor it and I think that is false advertising! I can't believe a company like Ashley's would mail out false advertising! Shame on you Jonathan for refusing me something that was sent to me in the mail that I didn't even ask for, and Shame on you for putting the blame on Anthony our great Salesperson for not giving us the discount. I can't believe Ashley's hires these kind of managers!

Will never shop at Ashley’s again after two orders that were filled with false information and promises Ordered a dining table set that came with matching bench and chairs. Ordered it online in July and the order was going to be fulfilled by Mathis Brothers. Was told that it would take 8-14 weeks to shipped. No problem because it would be here in time for the holidays. Received the bench and chairs in August but was told the table would be shipped mid September. Mid September I email for update, was told mid October. Emailed in October was told mid November. Emailed on Nov 10, now being told Feb 2022 for the table and this date is subject to change. Still debating whether to cancel this particular order. Mid September we went into this particular store looking for a new couch. We find one with matching chaise. We explained that we are looking for items that has availability. We understood that because of supply issues not being able to keep up with demand, a lot of furniture was on back order. Our salesperson said we had it on the next truck which was coming in October. Our receipt said estimate delivery September 23. We could wait that long. So we paid for it up front and waited. Mid October rolls around and I reach out to the store for an update since NO ONE contacted us. The individual I spoke said it was estimated for mid December. Okay, understandable. November 9 I called for update and was told that the couch has an estimate date by the end of December and the chaise is mid January. I asked for a manager and explained our frustrations because we bought it and paid for it in full at point of sale that the items were coming in October. I was given the reason for delay was because of COVID and that supplies can’t keep up with demand. I responded back that we knew when purchased it but we were promised that our order would be on the truck in October. I totally get that there is a supply shortage but seriously be truthful with your customers. Don’t say one thing as a way to make a buck when it’s not the truth. Honestly wonder how many of these reviews on here by individuals with one or two reviews are actual people.

Update: Customer services reach out today (finally!) and gave me a return for in store credit. I will give this store another try and hopefully wont be disappointed again. Original post: I would rate 0 if I could. Bought a bedroom set couple months ago, waited a LONG time for my stuffs to arrive, but everything is slowed down because of covid so I understand. The day of delivery, the guys that put my bed together told me for some reasons they didnt get all the original parts, so they will just have to use what they have instead. I said that's ok as long as the bed is sturdy. Guess what? it started to fall into pieces in less than 6 months. (If you look closely at the attached photos, you can tell they did such an awful job putting it together, the main big nails are not even lined up with their holes.)The whole bed shakes and makes terrible noises when I SIT down (and I am less than 150lbs!). Nails are falling down from the head board, all the legs in the middle are bended! And we dont even use the bed that much, no jumping or any kind of craziness! I called customer service and they said they dont have any 3rd party repairmen near me so they will contact the store and call me right back. Never got the call back. I called again that afternoon and they asked me to email them photos of the bed. Still have not received a response yet!! At this point even if they can fix the bed, I seriously dont even trust them anymore. I'm having a baby and don't feel safe to sleep on a bed that I know could randomly break apart in the middle of the night. Such a shame, my family and I have bought MANY pieces from Ashley, but this will be the last time we spend our hard earned money in this store. the bed is really pretty but the quality is just unacceptable!!!
I had a great experience. Brandon Scott was my salesman he was super friendly and helpful. He didn't make me feel cheap because I needed a cheap couch. Treated me like anyone else. I will say tho, the distribution center closes at 7 so keep that in mind in you go late. Thank you!!
We went into the store on Saturday and spoke with Dominic. He helped us around the store and answered any questions we had. We came back tonight to purchase the recliners we talked about. He wasn't there but Boubo(sorry if I butchered his name) helped us and was just as helpful and friendly. Everyone has been friendly from the time we walk in and settled with the cashier. We will definitely be back to buy furniture.

I want to say that Ethan is an amazing sales rep/manager and our experience with him was so fantastic! Things unfortunately deteriorated from there. We were told that the furniture pieces that weren’t in stock would be arriving within 2-3 weeks after our purchase date except for a bed frame that wouldn’t make it in until the end of the following month. This was not the case. I ordered all of my pieces in the middle of August and called several times for updates. Each time I would call for an update, I would be told that my pieces would be arriving in another 3-4 weeks. This continued for 3 different times and I finally had enough when I was told that I wouldn’t be receiving pieces until January!! I told them to proceed with cancelling everything in my order except for the last piece of my sectional (I already had all of the other pieces). I called last week to see what the status of that piece was because it was supposed to be in this last week of October and they tell me that it’s been cancelled. Why in the world would I cancel the last piece of my sectional?? I specifically told the representative NOT to cancel that piece but she apparently couldn’t follow directions. Now, I had to come back to their store, place a new order for this one piece and have to wait at least another couple of weeks to get it. All in all, I will never purchase from Mathis Brothers or the Ashley Homestore again. They are nothing but liars and their customer service is horrible! If we would have been told that our pieces should be in by a particular date but things have been pushed back due to Covid or other unforeseen circumstances, I may not have been as upset but that never happened. We were always given a firm date and were never called to be informed of any changes in the new estimated time of arrival. If I were you, go to ANY other furniture store or make sure that if you do purchase from them that it’s in stock because it will take you 6 months to a year to actually get your furniture!

Poorly coordinated delivery, lack of attention to details with salesperson, not much inventory available and warnings of very lengthy ordering process. I feel we paid top dollar for not much customer service or anyone trying to make the customer happy much less asking for return purchases.
Dakari was very helpful with what I asked him to show me. He was pleasant to deal with and gave me several suggestion. The girls working behind the counter was also courteous and helpful. Experience was easy.

I am grateful for the help of my sales associate, Jason K. He is the major reason the rating is as high as it is. He was knowledgable and quick, after only a month on the job! Although I was perplexed by the pricing strategy and did find a table I liked only to learn from a different associate that the price on it had been found to be wrong, the day before. Disappointing. I still bought a very nice pub set and a love seat. Jason was open and so helpful. He really was top-notch!
Looked for and found a sectional for my media room, took more than 3 hours to accomplish what should have been a very straight forward transaction. I could understand that since it was the young man’s first week on duty. HOWEVER, nothing prepared me for the nonsense to follow! Part of the sectional was delivered with 2 pieces to follow. I was finally told the pieces are in and scheduled delivery for today, called to reaffirm delivery and…..”you’re nowhere in the schedule” I’m told and furthermore, no delivery options available until the end of the first week of October. Pitiful communication in the store and “pass the buck”. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere.
We purchased a bedroom set and mattress July 17th. August 3rd received a partial delivery with the mattress dresser night stand and part of the bed frame. We were told for a few weeks the rest was coming tomorrow then given the real story it would be mid September needless to say we’ve been sleeping on a mattress in the floor since August 3rd. Finally received an email the rest was in and called ourselves to schedule delivery for today September 12th. They show up and still don’t have the posts for the headboard. As a supervisor in customer service I don’t understand how a business can continue to provide service of this nature and still make money hand over fist. I called asked for a manager endless hold back to switchboard told one would call me back this was at noon today and I’m still waiting. With the amount of money spent on the items there is no reason someone shouldn’t own the situation and ensure all the pieces are here. Now I get to spend another day trying to chase it down tomorrow. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Our salesperson, Monica, was fantastic. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and directed us to some great options. She also helped us with getting the best pricing. There wasn't any of the high pressure or stalking that we've felt at other places.

This store had an AMAZING sale rep. Who help us get what we needed in the store, gave us opinions and options and really gave us a 5 star experience. The delivery however, if I could give 0 stars I would. Imagine being excited for the day your furniture arrives just for every single thing you ordered to be damaged. The sectional couch with two stains on it, and the four legs completely scratched up. The coffee tables that you were day dreaming about now has a missing screw and the paint already coming off every place you look. Why shop here when you could find better options at Big Lots or Walmart that would have cared to make sure my items do not get damaged & would have saved so much money considering this is a high class furniture store.I would not recommend anyone going to shop here unless you are willing to go pick it up yourself. And to those that do, or will, get delivery, make sure you check EVERYTHING.

Ashley Homestore on memorial will lie or change delivery dates on you. Customer service is rude. If you can find it anywhere online Amazon or wayfair do it. Everything I've ordered from both have arrived ahead of schedule.

Only if you want to drive all the way to the distribution center. We just left from over there purchasing a table and chairs and was told that Ashley on memorial had the ottoman we were looking for. We drive all the way there and purchase it and then are told we have to go back to distribution center to pick it up!!! We live in Edmond and it would have been nice to purchase from the Ashley store by it!!!

I went in earlier this week on my lunch to get an idea on what I wanted for a sofa. This is when I met my sales representative, Freyja. Over the next couple of days she answered any questions I had and finally helped me decide on something that fit me. I’m beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received from her. She truly made my experience. Will be back!
I do not recommend shopping with Ashley Homestore!! We purchased a dining table, mattress and adjustable base (bedframe that goes with the mattress) and set up a delivery. The delivery was a mess and I was already unhappy with that but when they left, we realized that they didn't drop off our mattress. We called and they said that the mattress was backordered but it should arrive to them by the following Saturday and they will call and schedule delivery. Saturday came and went with no phone call. We called them the following week and they said, it would be there THAT following Saturday. Once again, we were nice and said that is fine. Never heard from them. Finally, my husband called to speak with a manager and was told the manager was gone for the day and he would call him back. Of course, no call back. Finally, today, August 11.. (OVER A MONTH AFTER WE PUT IN OUR ORDER AND STILL DON'T HAVE A MATTRESS) we got tired of waiting so we just decided to go ahead and cancel the mattress and bed frame and have them come pick the bed frame back up. I was very nice when I called even though I got transferred, hung up on and put on hold for 45 minutes for someone to finally get on the phone and say that they won't return the bedframe because it's already been in our house. The base does me no good without the mattress and who knows how many months it will be until we see a mattress! I will never shop with Ashley Homestore ever again!
Very good furniture options but a bit pricey.
ISO a recliner for my dad who is homebound. Tried to convince me to buy a chair that was too narrow for his seat. Very friendly until they realize their stock doesn't meet your needs then they Ghost you. They should have offered my mom, who uses a walker, one of their wheelchairs. These guys need to THINK.

Okc Memorial store very poor customer service. Ordered product and had to check with them 3 times to find out that they hadn’t proceeded. Then advised I had to wait another 12 weeks for delivery for a non-custom item. Thanks for nothing Ashley’s!

We had THE BEST shopping experience with Kyle yesterday. He was super friendly and helpful without being pushy. Some of the other stores we shopped at felt like being at a used car dealership, but our experience at Ashley Home Store was completely different. We found EXACTLY what we were looking for, and he quickly and painlessly got us the best possible deal. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store, and the purchasing and delivery options. He was completely transparent during the entire process, and we were out of there in no time. I highly recommend not only the store, but that you ask for Kyle specifically.

I would give this store 5 stars for the sales rep Bouba. He was fantastic, friendly, and super helpful.I would also give this store 0 stars for their management. The store manager that was in charge of my order was unable have my couch delivered because he messed up the delivery address. They informed me that if I still wanted the couch, the delivery fee would increase $500.Jonathan can't manage an order, he shouldn't be managing a store. If you go to this store, make sure Jonathan is not managing your order.
Ashley Homestore was great. However, they are owned by Mathis Brothers which is a slimy company. I had a simple warranty issue with a piece of furniture, but had to process it through Mathis Bros. Their customer service is horrible and tried to tack on fees to get warranty issued fixed. I had to ask them to point out where those fees were stated in the sales agreement that I signed. When they couldn't do that, they did waive the fees, but were rude through the entire conversation.
I went to the store looking for accent chairs. I found a salesperson and purchased 2 chairs. They had the chairs in stock at Mathis brothers. I paid and my sales person gave me directions and sent me in my way. I arrived at the warehouse checked in and Nathan and Alan had my chairs in my vehicles in less than 5 minutes ! Kodos to them
Bradley at the Mattress Firm is the most helpful person. We came in with a specific mattress in mind and after half an hour of phone calls he made it happen! We also came back in for pillows and a protector and I had a hard time registering my mattress, so he helped me and we got a great deal! We will be back, thanks again Bradley for your amazing service!!

1st time I went was to check things out. They respected my request to not be stalked by sales people. There was a good balance, I was able to ask questions and not be stalked. I connected with Bouba, who was very knowledgeable about the inventory. I went back a 2nd time and made a purchase. Both visits were good experiences. Would recommend. Only giving 4 stars because the quality of furniture is yet to be tested.

Monica M. Was just what we needed! I have been searching for a bed frame all week and I was in and out of Ashley’s in less than 10 minutes and my way to pick it up from the warehouse. She was so nice and welcoming as soon as we entered the store. She got exactly what I wanted and was diligent as she knew I needed to get it done. I’m so impressed!
On 4/24/2021 I ordered an Ashley dinner server from Ashley HomeStore. I ordered it online and worked with a salesperson named Will. Will said the item was not available in Oklahoma City until late June, but it was available in Tulsa. I paid an extra $40 for a transfer fee to have it transported from Tulsa. Will indicated this would only take a couple of days. He said I would receive a call when it’s in Oklahoma City to set up delivery. The estimated delivery date on the receipt was 5/8/2021, but Will indicated it would be much sooner. On 5/14/2021, I called Mathis Brothers because I had not been contacted about delivery. I talked to Holly, who then connected me to Will, my original salesperson. Will indicated they just received the item and could deliver 5/16/2021. I agreed to the delivery, but wanted to speak to a manager because the process was supposed to be much quicker. Will said the manager was on another line and would get back to me that day. The manager did not call back that day, the next day, or the next day. The Ashley dinner server was not delivered 5/16/2021. I called someone on 5/16/2021. The person was in customer service, so I asked them some questions. I asked them how the process was supposed to work, when did the item arrive in Oklahoma City, and is a manager available. The process is the salesperson is supposed to contact the customer when the item arrives. The Ashley dinner server arrived in Oklahoma City on 4/28/2021, so Will did not contact me when the item arrived. A manager was not available (Sunday), but the customer service representative set up delivery for 5/18/2021. I called Mathis Brothers on 5/17/2021 to speak to manager. I was told one would call me back. A manager did call back within an hour and his name was Mark, I think. I told Mark what I needed to make it right. A refund of the $40 transfer fee and an additional consideration for the lack of communication and the customer having to call numerous times to make the transaction proceed. I was thinking an additional $50, so a total discount of $90. Mark indicated I was lucky to get what I received and he could not do anything else. Mathis Brothers did refund the $40 transfer fee and he said he would speak to Will about making sure he contacted customers when items arrive. My piece of furniture that I ordered had been sitting there for nearly a month and there was no indication that something was going to happen unless I called about the item. Will never apologized for the miscommunication and there was no reason given why I was not contacted when the item arrived. I’m very disappointed in Mathis Brothers/Ashley HomeStore online process. I have been going to Mathis Brothers for over 30 years and generally have very pleasant experiences when I go into the store.
Ordered 3 rooms of furniture in Feb 2021 and having to wait till mid July to receive my cocktail table. Said it was special order. Would not have purchased it had I known that. Very disappointed.,and they tell people the same thing over and over they are sorry! Well it's too late. Have seen several others who were promised a different time line.
Ask for Kyle! He's honest, forward, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect and patience.
Well I made several trips to the store and numerous phone conversations only to find out on my arrival to close the transaction that my produce wasn’t available. Very very disappointing

Monica was amazing! She was so professional and very knowledgeable about what type of mattresses would be best for me. Monica recommend a motorized bed frame which was the best experience, she listened to my taste and style. She was not a salesperson but rather guiding me through a major purchase with no pressure, with kindness and respect and her easy going personality made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. I left excited to get my new items but even more excited that I got treated like every customer should be in a perfect world.
The nice lady who helped our family with what we needed met us with a friendly smile as we enter the store and closed our deal in 15 short minutes. She did not over sell us! She gave us 6 options on king size bed styles and got us right to exactly what we needed. She was very honest on our nightstand question & we added 2 that were matching instead of 1. She was right to the point, got us quickly entered into the computer system and the rewards program, took our payment and made us all very happy with our choices. We were promised delivery to our door! We even confirmed that they would deliver to out third floor apartment! The day they arrive to deliver the furniture the delivery men say they won't deliver to our door and instead want to leave it at the foot of the staircase!!! I live with my sister and we had no way of getting that up the stairs! We told the delivery men to take it back and we called the store to figure out what was going on! They told us to have our furniture delivered inside our apartment we had to pay $60 more. That's not what we wanted! We wanted a doorstep dropoff which is what we paid for and they wouldn't bring it to the door!!!! We tried to get them to understand this and they kept telling us to pay the extra chrage! We finally asked for a full refund but they said they couldn't give us a full refund because some of the furniture was custom made, like the headboard and rails! We weren't getting the bed so why would we keep the headboard and rails! They finally said they would contact the manufacturer and they would get back to us. Our delivery was on Saturday, April, 24th and its now Thursday, April, 29th and we still haven't heard back from them!!!! We have even texted the saleswoman who is in charge of giving us our refund and she keeps saying we are still waiting to hear from the manufacturers! How long does it take to talk to them so they can issue us our refund!! I have a bed I need to buy so I can stop sleeping on a blow up mattress and I want my money back!!! Fair warning to all those living in a apartment complex DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! THEY WILL NOT DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR AND WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY!!!!!

Blayne, our sales person was great. Unfortunately the information he had available to him ( and his supervisor) was not accurate as to what Ashley had actually available in stock. We chose a particular set of sofa and love seat partly because we were assured by Blayne that it would only take 2-3 weeks for these items to arrive. One reason we didn't choose other furniture was because they might take 4-6 weeks. Now it looks like at the earliest we'll recieve the love seat is 3 weeks and still TBD on when the sofa will be ready but will most likely take 4-6. In fact the delivery department said its not available until July! That would be 4 months! Absolutely not acceptable. Not too impressed by the "in stock". To further my frustration, I was forced to open a credit card in order to get the discount on the added table and end table (even paying full price for the sofa and love seat) . I would have preferred to pay cash, but was told the extra 10%of discounts were only if I opened a new line of credit with Ashley. What ever happened to rewarding people for paying off their debt and saving money for things like this? Cash (or personal credit card that's paid off each month) should always be preferable to financing. Shame on Ashley for encouraging people to borrow money. Extra charges should only be for those who are not responsible with their money. This to me seems very backwards.
Very well stocked, well lit and a great variety of furnishings and home decor merchandise. I'm redecorating a clients condo and during the project discovery the client and I visit a few retail stores so I can get a real flavor of what my client likes, is hoping for and it gives me the opportunity to present additions to their home that they felt was outside of their comfort zone. It was a visit just like this that I was doing on this visit. Unfortunately the salesperson that attached themselves to us was incredibly pushy, wouldn't allow the client to discover and instead was constantly redirecting us to furnishings that would never work in my clients space. After about 30 minutes of this interaction we called it quits and vacated the store. I appreciate salespeople and value their knowledge and expertise - but when it's needed/desired. Perhaps this person was new or just simply desperate to make a sale it made our visit less than what I know Ashley's is capable of.

Caroline was the absolute best! We were going in needing a new couch, mattress, mattress base, and headboard, and she got everything we wanted for a killer deal. At Times I dread going into furniture stores but because of this sales reps. Because of Bouba I will come back and shop again.
If I could leave negative stars I would. This location has been nothing but problems. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture and protection plans from this store and only ever had Big issues. The lack of customer service is astonishing and the lack of communication appalling. The sales people love to make false promises and never return messages. I'm quite certain you would have a better experience from an 18 year old working at a local dispensary. Highly unimpressed.

I went to Ashley store to purchase living room furniture. I was greeted by a salesperson and he helped me find what I needed from start to finish. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley furniture. The only downfall was that the furniture is back ordered. However, I’m looking forward to receiving it.

Good luck trying to actually call this site to check on your furniture delivery. The phone lines go' busy signal' but not before leaving you on hold for a while, so infuriating. Sales rep was awesome, helped us find something great but EVERYTHING after leaving the store has been terrible customer service and poor communications. Even their call center phone reps have an attitude!!!!They have no problem charging you credit card for the full amount including insurance and delivery costs before the day is over but never delivery the actual product. I'd feel less strongly negative if they just let me cancel completely and go someplace else but hey it's their policy NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT not mine.

I had an amazing shopping experience! My salesperson, Ike, was so kind and patient. My kids were running amuck and I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in the door, but Ike was incredibly helpful. He didn’t hover, but was there when I had any questions. I also needed to split my purchase so that I could pick up some of it that day and have the rest delivered. He made it flawless. I will definitely be returning for more furniture in the next couple of weeks and I will definitely find Ike again to assist me.
Well, it’s been 1 month since I wrote my review. No missing furniture pieces arrived. I did receive a call telling me I would receive 5% off my purchase - that didn’t happen. Same manager promised me I would see my items the first week of March. Well, that didn’t happen either. Once again, no phone call. I reached out to Ashley was told a manager would call. He did, I called back and left a message. Never returned the call and then I even sent a text ( that I’ve kept) 2 days later with no response. I want my furniture. I want follow through. This is nuts. For those reading this, my first post references that this order is from October

Couch bought didn’t even last a year.
We picked out furniture and we received our total. We received a 20% off coupon in stores with no limitations or exclusions on the coupon. Tayler helped us. only took about 10 min. Then she said if we use our coupon the total purchase price was higher and took it upon herself to tell us the coupon was only good for 1 item. We looked at each other and said we needed to discuss. she took our paperwork and turned and walked away without a single word. we watched her and she tossed our paperwork in a trash can. We were left standing there like what just happened. we were about to spend almost $6k. We just turned around and left. Wrst experience furniture shopping ever. And that is saying alot considering we have spent over $20k dealing with Mathis Brothers. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Literally only took 10 minutes of her time.I am not sure we will ever go back to an Ashley store.
I had a exceptional customer service experience with Jennifer Pellow. I really appreciate her for making this experience hassle free and being very honest about the product. She also gave me several choices of furniture to pick from even though I had to intention waiting approximately a month for furniture. She will be my go to person for any future purchases....
We purchased a living room set, end tables, coffee table and rug from here. We also bought the warranty. We were given the cleaners for the tables and furniture. Our sales lady told us both just stop in and grab new ones as we run out. Husband goes in today to get more and we are told nope. You have to buy it or bring your old bottles for a refill. Wtf? This is not what we were told. I called to speak with customer service and after I give them our information they hang up on me and do not call back. Petty crap like this will ensure we NEVER do business here again. I knew we should have stuck with Bob Mills.

First of all they need to get their estimate delivery times correct because sales people are all in for getting they're comission checks first...I've been waiting for 2 month for deliver from the time I was told keep calling they keep adding another week. This sucks I have had to cancel a family party for 2 months because they couldn't tell me the truth about a delivery date.

Was given an estimate of arrival around the middle of January because the item was on back order. No communication from Ashley so I called. Was given new estimate of the end of January. No communication again so I called again. Given a new estimate of first week of February. No communication so I called every day for 4 days for an update. Finally asked for a manager since I was not able to get an explanation or concrete delivery date. Manager was unapologetic and unconcerned. This was on Wednesday February 3rd. I informed him that I am only off Wednesday and Thursday every week and since they don’t allow you to schedule a time (the delivery department chooses for you) I wanted to make sure I could have the furniture delivered by the next week. He said that I could have delivery for sure by the following Thursday February 11th. I got an email on Wednesday to call and set up delivery. Was told the first available date was Friday February 12th. Asked for a manager again since I was told I could have delivery that Thursday. No one called me back. Called again and did get added to the Thursday truck. Upon delivery noticed a $60 “pick up” charge. My old couch is in my garage and did not get picked up. In fact, we paid the delivery guys $20 cash to move it to the garage for us. Called the drivers to ask about the pick up charge...no answer. Called Ashley and was told that is the delivery fee not a pick up. I told her that I thought it was disgusting that I paid cash for a piece of furniture, waited over 2 months for delivery and then was charged for delivery. Again the rep was unapologetic. No solution was offered and every delay was blamed on COVID-19. I have given ample opportunity for ANYONE I spoke with to apologize and other than a one attempt when told “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Which is actually more insulting than no apology at all. Ashley has a great selection and sales team but buckle up for a serious ride after the purchase is made. It’s all down hill from there.

We purchased over $6000 worth of items in October. We were told 45 days for all of the items. It’s February and I still do not have all of the items. I have had to call to get updates. Last call in mid-January was told our bed was there. No one called. No delivery set up until I called. I cannot believe we haven’t been offered anything to make this purchase right. I had to open up a credit card to get discounts and still had to pay for a warranty I didn’t want. When I called in early January I was told that our bedside tables would be in the following week. Well, it’s a month later and I’ve heard nothing. Very frustrating experience and lack of communication or customer service.
They way your salesperson stocks the customer is unbelievable if I tell you I'm just looking don't follow me all around the store 20 ft behind me! If I have a question I will ask

I have been given 3 different delivery dates for my sofa all of which are 2 weeks further out than the last. Sorry Anthony.W NOT HAPPY. My sales agent Aaron was Amazzzing!! We came in and left with a beautiful living room set and a plush rug. Walked in and out within 45 mins, looked at the couches available and picked the one I liked, applied for the finance option, and everything was complete. ETHAN MEIWES IS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY NICE! He made the experience very very easy and didn’t try to sell us more, or “surprise” us with extra costs. He broke it down, explained it, and saved us money. Also, with the pandemic, they made a great process starting at the door. Also, I’m from VA so I was unsure of where to go. Thank you all!

Caroline & Sandra did an amazing job helping us find a sofa and recliner! The selection was great and there were several sofas that fit our needs and budget. Both ladies were helpful, nice and didn't mind all of our questions. I love that they were pushy like some sales people at other places. Both were patient and friendly. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to het the ottoman that goes with the couch or maybe the sectional.

I bought a living room set and it is now broken after 9 months . This stiff is garbage the seats have no cushion, frame breaks,and sharp objects are poking out . They won't exchange and I have to bring furniture to them . Who wants to pay 2500 for a living room set that won't last 9 months and have to keep patching it up . Do not buy here !!!
I was initially worried when I walked inside to find an affordable, upholstered recliner because the store seemed high class, at least by my standards. But an upholstered recliner under $600 was easier to find here rather than the other three furnishers I tried the same day. The customer service rep showed me exactly what I wanted in less than a minute and ordering it was painless. Very impressed, please keep up the good work.

This has been the worst, by far, experience we've had with buying furniture. First issue we had was with the dining set we ordered. When we received it, they only gave us three chairs instead of the seven we ordered. Why? Because they put in the wrong order, making us have to pay, again, and wait longer for chairs and the right table. Now, we are to the living room set. We've been told multiple dates as to when we will receive our furniture. We got the couch, but they forgot the ottoman. How convenient. We call to see when we will get it in and they tell us December 1st, after the expected October 20th original date. Well, still no ottoman, we call again and are told the first week of December, still nothing. Call AGAIN and was told it will be here Monday of the following week, this is two weeks ago. Now, no one has an answer to when it will be here. We have yet to get any kind of reimbursement, or "I'm sorry here's a gift card", or anything, really. This place sucks!
We just moved here and was looking for a new bedroom set for our boys when we walked in we were greeted promptly all the proper covid precautions were taken and we walking the floor with a professional you lady she showed us around we picked out our new items the process flowed so smoothly I didn’t even care the price as long as were were taken care of that’s what matters Taylar Vann did her job followed the process we are definitely happy customers will be shopping here again

I bought 1 set of dining table and 1 set of sofa, my bill costs 1800 $, I made a payment card from alshey and I paid 500 $ in cash so I only owe 1300 $ and they arbitrarily added $ 149.99 in insurance to my Bill, but I only got the table and had to pay an extra $ 399 which meant I paid 899 $, they told me to bring the sofa in early this month but I didn't see then I contacted them and they said I don't know when I will have a sofa, I canceled my order, but the money I paid them was left over because the table set cost only 810 $ they asked me to call mysynchrony to settle then I called me to alshey Settle, what the hell happened to a big, bad store. I bought another sofa set from alshey for $ 1250 but they put my Bill online for $ 1334 and now I'm bored with this store I will cancel all orders and never come back. a lot of my time and money, it's ridiculous.
The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and patient! We have furnished our entire home with Ashley furniture, over the past 3 years and have never been disappointed with the quality and service.

We ordered our couch back in October. They told us the chaise was the only part missing and it would be ready no later than November 15. We have had to call for updates and the information always seems to be withheld by managers who don't seem to be motivated. We were also told that financing would offer a discount. Because we are financing, we have to make payments toward a product we do not have in hand. The latest update we got was that the couch would be delivered during the last week of December. We will be cancelling otherwise. If it's not available now in it's entirety, I recommend moving on to another business.
Large selection. As of Dec 2020 Covid precautions are being used. Temp taken, questions asked & social distancing is practiced. The salespeople do hover and are on the aggressive side. But I do get it, times are tough and furniture stores are what they are. With that said our salesman was very knowledgeable in the products we looked at. He answered every question and did explain all the financing and protection options. We did find a sofa and chair we liked but did not buy. We wanted to pay with something other than credit. We are on hold now as the next day we had a furnace failure and that has to take precedence.
Our salesman Bouba Diop was very friendly and informative. We didn’t plan on buying furniture this far away from home but we don’t have this selection at home. A+ all around experience! Highly recommend

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Trying to spare another person the same headache. We ordered a sectional and two rugs on 9/11/2020. We were told 30-40-50 days.... After 30 days we checked in and were told it would be another couple weeks. Checked on 10/14 were told another 15-20 days. Checked in again on 11/11 and were told by the end of November. Here we are 11/29 and no sign of the sectional or rugs we ordered. Just contacted the store again today and we were told it would be 12/20....And she couldn’t guarantee that even!!! Hoping this spares someone else from the same trouble! There are plenty of other furniture stores...wish we would’ve done our research !

Husband and I just moved to Oklahoma and were in desperate need of a sofa. We went to this Ashley HomeStore and ended up finding one we liked so purchased it. Items were supposed to be in stock with in a few weeks, we were given an exact day. That day came and went with no contact from the store. Called and spoke to the store manager Brent. He gave a off the cuff answer of blaming the shipment delay of over 2 weeks to COVID (his guess), offering no assistance of what I&'m supposed to do in the mean time or solutions to the problem, besides cancelling the order (but I still need the sofa). He was no help, and gave a shrug of the shoulders response, as in there was nothing they could do. I&'m sick of companies not being held accountable for their shortcomings as a business. I&'m expected to pay the bill even if I lost my job to COVID, why is Ashley not following through with their end of the contract? Just a warning to you to shop around first!
please check online before you buy here! The sectional we saw at the store came out to $1800 plus $200 for the protection. Online the same sectional came to $1300 plus $150 for the protection. Be wary about the sales people selling the credit card which hits your credit report! and charging extra 50 for the protection.

Very pleasant experience, felt safe as all were wearing masks, and the joy of meeting Mr. Boubacar Diop was the icing on the cake, so to speak. We purchased a mattress but the customer service we received from Mr. Diop will guarantee a return to the Ashley Homestore.

I popped in at the Ashley Store after visiting 4 other metro furniture stores as a last ditch effort to find what I was looking for. Destiney was extremely helpful in finding several options for me at the right price, and fast, as I was in a hurry. I will definitely check here first in the future.
Horrible you pay all this money just for you to not see your own furniture for months and they have it stipulated in contract that you can only get partial refunds unless you make special request otherwise.they can even give u an estimated delivery date .they say 90 days is general waiting period.
Still waiting on my sectional. This company has the worst customer service imaginable. I was by a co-worker not to shop at this store but against my better judgement I did it. My husband and I ordered a sectional in at the beginning of September. We were told the sectional would be in 6-8 weeks. We never heard anything from our sales person and finally my husband called at the end of October inquiring about our order. He was told our sales person would call him back. A few days passed and no call (we have never heard from her since the day we left the store in September). Then I call and I was told the manager would call me back with a status. No call (of course) so we actually go into the store to find out what was going on. We found out one piece was to be in November 10-12. Of course, no one calls us to inform us of the status. I call last week and speak with someone in customer service. She tells me one piece is in and I ask to have it delivered. She pretends to schedule the delivery for that piece today. Guess what! Did not get my delivery. I call and find out that a delivery wasn&'t even scheduled. I&'m so frustrated sitting here with an empty living room! This has been the worst experience of my life!

Ashley Homestore on Memorial is amazing! Anthony did a great job showing us sectionals and dining tables that fit the style we were looking for. He got us the best deal possible and took great care of us and the experience was exceptional. UPDATE Customer service after the sale has been very poor, which is why I am changing my rating to 2 stars. Our sectional is on backorder and was supposed to arrive on 10/11/20. It was then pushed to 11/7/20. Then to 11/14/20 and now to 11/30/20. I don’t blame Anthony or the Ashley Store for the backorder. What I have a problem with is that I have had to call each week to follow up on the status. Anthony promises to keep me posted and says he will check the same day I call him and let me know and then days go by with no call or update. I have now started calling the store and have reached a different Anthony who helped me but it took about 30 minutes of being on the phone. They really need to do better. If you sell something, the responsibility to take care of your customer doesn’t end at the checkout counter. Our salesman should be providing weekly updates at the very least so we don’t feel like we are on our own.
The service I got today was the best I've got any where, not only was my sales person Blayne knowledgeable about the products. But he also made everything super easy for me to understand when it came to payment plans and helping me get the best deals. Today I purchased a new bed which I needed and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. Which I think is the way someone would hope to feel when looking into a big purchase. If anyone is looking into making a purchase there, I highly recommend asking for Blayne.
We love their furniture—many different styles to choose from. It’s the only store we find the farmhouse/industrial blend we like. The employee, Blayne, who helped us was nice, not pushy, and knowledgeable.

Recently visited this Ashley HomeStore location. Upon entry the associate does check temperatures and a sanitizer is available. General COVID system questions are also asked. Guests are provided a wristband and I can appreciate the extra precautions to mitigate the spread of COVID. I have purchased from Ashley HomeStore before in the past and the assortment of furniture offers something to suit everyone's style. Considering this is a newer location the store is well kept and the furniture and décor on display coordinate well. Sales associates are attentive but respectful of your space as necessary which creates a better customer experience while shopping.
I had problems getting someone to help me with a smaller order. I finally reached a sales associate by the name of Anthony Wishard who took great care of of me and my small order. If we go back for other furniture needs we will ask for Anthony!!

We love our sectional and went back to him and bought a rug and coffee table set. He knew the product, was able to discern our needs and made our purchase well worth the time and money. Horrible experience with this store, I ordered sectional beginning of August it was supposed to be delivered finally last week. Nope, was informed by delivery people a wrong piece was loaded and I'd be contacted to reschedule. They never contacted me even though I contacted them requesting an update so I decided to cancel and took my business elsewhere. Also, they'll sneak a Mathis rewards program in on the sale without telling you anything about it. Definitely needs customer service training.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BUYING EXPERICE EVER!!!! We purchased a living room, end tables and kitchen table set in July everything was great at that point. We informed our salesperson that we had to sell our existing set before we purchased he told us no problem that if need be the set we had agreed on could be kept in the back for up to 60 days. We were also told by our salesperson that the living room, end tables , and kitchen table we purchased was available and to just let him know we wanted it delivered. Once we were at the counter paying for everything I asked once again about delivery once my furniture was sold and again was told no problem just call when it was sold and they would set up time for delivery immediately. We finished our paperwork and was walking out the door and was again stopped by our salesperson and told again to just call when we wanted delivery and then proceeded to brag about how much money he made the month before he claimed he made 20k. I assume he thought that was ok being that I too was in sales but whatever. About two-three days later we sold our existing living room set and kitchen table and called for delivery. Only to be told that none of the furniture was available due to covid and that its on back order! Also then was told that we were never told that it was available. Long story short we were without a kitchen table or living room set for about a week before we finally got the manager on the phone. He was somehow able to get me my couch, loveseat , and kitchen table ( that was on back order) to me. However we still have an incomplete set cause we are still waiting on our recliner 4 1/2 months later. We have been patient and have called several times about it only to be given date after date after date on when we should expect it and still nothing. Today we called again and know they are telling us maybe November!! And to top it all off today for our troubles they said they would give us a 75 dollar coupon for our trouble that we are still having!! This place is an absolute joke DO NOT BUY from this store! Customer service is great when your there but complete trash after the fact. If I could give a negative star rating I would but it will not let me. They do not deserve that 1-star!!!

Couldn't be happier with our experience at this store, with Anthony the salesperson in particular! We were very disillusioned with an experience at one of their sister stores after the pandemic indefinitely postponed our furniture delivery and we waited 2+ mos with no news (the store wasn't at fault for the postponement, but they didn't do anything to keep us informed about it.) Anthony made it his mission to not only help us find something comparable, but also for the prices to align so we didn't have to pay more AND also get it in a timely manner. We were so impressed with his service that we were down at Mathis with the adjoining Ashley store and could have just finalized the purchase there, but we drove back to Anthony's store to make sure he got our commission. And the furniture was delivered within a week of when he told us it would be. This store will be our FIRST stop next time we need furniture. Ask for Anthony if you go!

Customer service is a joke. I've been waiting 3 months for my furniture. I was lied to 2 times about the arrival date. Management doesn't care about the customer they only care about getting your money. There is no excuse for being flat out lied to just to make a sale. They won't let you can cancel your order without taking a huge portion of your money for a "fee". That is completely absurd when you don't even have the items in stocks. I will never return to this store again.

Purchased a bed frame mid June, was told 6 weeks for delivery (considering Covid) we thought ok 8 weeks. It's been almost 12 weeks, I've called several times (considering floor reps are prob going crazy with the lack of communication from vendors & management), to only get a lazy rep on the phone everytime. You are selling a service you dont have. Alot of people have a high expectation of Ashley Furniture considering the prices, & I am highly disappointed. I will be getting a refund & taking my business elsewhere. YOU lack customer service skills, the #1 business killer. P.s. When a business is failing, it's usually because of management. Dont even tell me to respond to you via email. I will be up there soon, because I know better.

Horrible customer experience, this place needs a lot of sales and customer service training for sure..I walked in wanting to make a purchase, chose the living room set I wanted, we got down to the numbers, advised the sales kid Brendan Crocker that I received a 20% coupon in the mail valid in store only through 09/28/2020 and that I wanted that off the numbers he showed me. He immediately got upset, said he couldn't do that and rudely walked away and told me I could continue to look elsewhere. Not once did he try to get a manager involved to see if we were able to come to an agreement. It amazes me that we as consumers still have to experience this even when we are actually trying to spend money. You would think that they would be wanting to earn business?!? Nonetheless, I recommend to look anywhere else for furniture but here.
Been waiting over 3 months for a sectional couch and ottoman that we ordered and all they keep telling us is that it’s pushed back. Was recently supposed to be Sept 9th now they’re saying some time in October... it’s been a less than favorable experience for me and my wife.

At the time of my last post I was informed to expect the sectional and ottoman in August. I waited until the 28th of August and no call and no email from Ashley Furniture so I called them again and was told they were looking at some time in October at the earliest. Given this was the 4th delay and I had purchased the furniture the first of June, I asked to cancel the order. Since I paid cash, I was told I would have a check cut and mailed to me and I should receive it in 7 to 10 business days. That was the 28th of August. I called today (9.8.2020) to check on the status of my refund check and a check request hadn&'t EVEN been put in yet. WOW. In the past 30 years of purchasing furniture, I have never had such a terrible experience. My advice to anyone driving by or considering this store is to keep driving and find another furniture store.
Walked in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Met with Anthony and showed him the pics of the furniture I was looking at on their website. We immediately started picking things out and he kept track of everything. I was able to furnish my whole house and still stayed under my budget. Anthony was great while my mom and I were shopping and talking and changing our minds lol. He was very thorough and the store had pretty much everything I wanted plus a few other things I didn’t know I wanted. Overall it was a great experience for a first timer. I’ll recommend Anthony and Ashley furniture for sure going forward.
When we bought our table and chairs we were told we would get it within 2-4 weeks. Turns out it was on back order and it took over 3 months. When it came in, it was scratched and broken in spots. Not to mention we only got 4 of the 8 chairs we ordered. Our complaint is primary on the delivery process and the debacle that has been. Ashley is taking care of it, we will be getting a new table eventually and will get the last 4 chairs, but there’s no telling how long that will take.

Was told by a salesperson that my special order couch would be a priority special order and that he could get it to me in 2-4 weeks. However, they told me it is now not expected until 8-12 weeks. I have tried calling numerous times to get a hold of a manager and have yet to be in contact with one as they told me I cannot get a refund. Terrible customer service, would not recommend anyone purchase from this store.
The salesperson Taylar was awesome. Customer service person Was not so kind when she was taking our payment and I gave her my tax exempt paperwork and she said she would be back and came back and stated “ Unfortunately we cannot use because we cannot read our copy” I stated she could use the one I had then she questioned the address which of course why would the business be associated with my home address. Overall she was rude and never explained her reasoning period. I did go on and purchase the item because like I mentioned the salesperson was very nice and respectful and also the person that greeted us at the door.
Placed an order for a couch, coffee table, and rug on July 4th, we were told that the couch maybe take a while but would get a call about it closer to the day we would get it delivered for our new apartment. They also said that the rug and coffee table we got were already in stock and can be shipped when the couch is ready. They never called us, we called a few days before moving and said that the couch wouldn't be ready till mid August. We figured about 2 weeks without it wouldn't be the worst thing. But now we are told it won't be ready until the 22nd and that the cooffee table isn't ready until September 9th... very unprofessional, not informative and lying about our stuff we spent over $1000 on. We would very much like to be able to actually live and be comfortable in our new places, but they keep setting back the days we can do that. We have spent too much money on the apartment and this furniture to be treated like this. If there are any more problems after these, I will be looking into further actions I can take. The worst service I have ever received from any store.

I purchased a couch on 06/12. I was told my couch would be delivered within 30-45 days, every time I call to get a status update they are pushing out the due date. I have requested for the manager to call me twice and both times advised they were in a meeting and would call me back. I have not received any calls and it is two months since Ive purchased my couch and they still cannot give me a delivery date. This store did not set an expectation of not being able to have the item I purchased for over 2 month or I would not have bought this couch. I am still without my furniture and a manager has not called me back.

5 stars based solely on my experience with Derrik Kelly as my sales associate. I asked for space when I first arrived, and he gave it to me respectfully. Having my space makes all the difference when making these types of purchases. I had someone find him when I decided on what I wanted, and he was incredibly friendly and came off as authentic in his communication. It's 8/9/2020 and my couch/love seat/ottoman wont be available until the second week of October. Won't know much about the quality or whether the protection plan is worth it for several more months.

We made a large purchase at the end of May consisting of three items including a sectional. The first issue occurred the day of when they do not disclose the savings is capped but hidden till the fact you have already applied for their cc. We were invested and felt we had to go forward with the purchase. Since then Mariah the sales associate has done nothing but lied to us when we would receive our furniture. There is a lack of communication between the whole store and every time you call up there they blame vendors or tell you the head managers are in meetings. I just found out today it will be October till we get our sectional or maybe. Again this has been ongoing since May. We were told July 1st by Mariah two of the three pieces of our sectional was in and the third would be in July 15th. I called July 17th after there was no call back for our furniture. I was told the piece was pushed back one more week. They went ahead and scheduled an appointment to have it delivered. We sold our couch since we were supposed to receive it the following week. I called back the next week and talked to Savannah, she informed me we were lied to by the rep and there were no pieces of the couch. They canceled the appointment and told us sorry we had no couch but it would be in the first week of August. Today is 8/6/2020 talked to Shawn, he informed me the couch will not be here till October now possibly. They're not starting manufacturing till September. Why was this not explained in May, why are they selling products they can not produce. I asked to talk to Anthony the regional manager after Toby failed to do anything to make this right. All they keep saying is you can cancel your order, all other sectionals are back-ordered and we already have the cc. This was a special purchase for our new home and was supposed to be an exciting purchase we cannot just make with ease. At this point, I feel like the company has failed us and I failed my family. We now have no couch and at a dead end with no hope but to just cancel something that's been in progress for three months that could go for six months. I'm very disappointed and feel sorry for other hard-working families getting taking advantage of when they're probably on a budget and planning for something to make the whole family happy. Anthony if you see this your company has my number, no one will let me talk to you because they say you're too busy or not there.

I just had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago and needed a lot better mattress to help my recovery, went to Ashley’s which is connected to Mathis brothers at same location, I found perfect mattress after 2 hours of testing different products, paid several thousand dollars cash promised delivery the following Monday only to get a text on delivery day that mattress was stained and ripped and couldn’t deliver, after a 600k surgery this was so vital to my recovery and they knew that but took my money anyways, terrible to put me in this situation after almost dying 3 weeks ago, could be honest and would of purchased different mattress now not buying from them after I get my money back, been buying from them forever not anymore, when I really needed them they went for the money only!!! Not recommended they don’t care period!!! My first review ever in my life, also will be posting directly on google so podium can’t filter out bad reviews and not post them

Boboa was a real champ. We had our 6 year old daughter with us and toured the whole showroom twice. He was pleasant and cordial with her, allowed us enough space to feel comfortable to make our own decisions. Walked me through the 0% interest credit application and was extremely helpful during the whole process!!

We purchased a couch and love seat in late May. We were told to order through the store as opposed to online as it would be much quicker. It is now 7 weeks later and the store has no idea about our order. We called, they didn't know. My wife went to the store, and the only person she was able to talk to was a cashier who said our order had not left a factory in Texas. Would like to have a straight answer as to when we can reasonably expect our purchase (which we have already paid for) to be fulfilled. UPDATE: It has been 4 days since I sent an email to the address provided in their response. Still have not heard a word from them. Their customer service is a disaster.

I was able to locate exactly what I wanted, including two pieces that were on the floor that they were willing to let me have. After a misunderstanding regarding pricing, the manager reached out immediately and clarified. I appreciate the accommodation, and look forward to receiving my beautiful new furniture!
Went in to see about some barstools and it was online only. The manager went on a rampage about how terrible the customer service is for online. He rambled and rambled. It was entertaining. But they don&'t have what we wanted. I took my temp for that monologue of how bad AF sucks online. Awesome.
We ordered a sectional at the beginning of June and were promised a delivery date of end of June. I tried to call the store and they advised that the product was still on back order with no expected delivery date. We did not receive a call about this updated status at any point before this. When asking further questions the receptionist advised we would have to call our salesman, which resulted in being sent to his voicemail. Highly upset and really expected more from Mathis Brothers/Ashley Homestore.

I asked Jennifer if I could have the recliner delivered sooner since there was such a long wait on the sectional (approx 6 to 8 weeks) and she said yes, they could do a delivery where they deliver the recliner to the porch (not the white glove delivery like on the sectional) for no additional charge. She said that the recliner should be in around the 16th of July. I called the number on my invoice where it says to schedule for deliveries since today is now the 29th and I hadn't been contacted by anyone. The recliner has been there for a while now, but Jennifer put in the invoice of white glove delivery of the entire order at one time. As someone who was in sales for 20 plus years, nothing drives me battier than a sales person who tells you what you want to hear but doesn't follow through on what they tell you they are going to do. If I ever shop there again, I won't will definitely be working with another sales person.
I order a living room set from a salesperson, the man told me they had 3 in stock at there warehouse and it would take a week to get in store. payed the balance that day. sold my furniture I had and this was end of may. i was never able to get ahold of my salesperson after that. finally got ahold of someone 3 weeks later by going into the store and they told me it would be a few weeks more since they dont have any in stock. The salesman blatantly lied to us to get a sale. Now I have had have no furniture for almost 2 months. don't order from this store!
Ashley Furniture Store has been nothing but headaches for my husband and I. We ordered an entertainment center, a sectional AND a bedset from them on April 20th. The manager on duty was less than friendly, and seemed as if we were bothering him by even asking a question. When our bedset and couch were delivered the bedset had scratches on the front, and when this was mentioned to the store they disregarded it, only focusing on the fact that we needed to order an additional piece for our sectional. Our entertainment center was backordered and we were told it would arrive in mid May. When I asked about the delivery date it changed twice. Then, when they delivered our additional sectional piece they dropped off the piers and bridge for the entertainment center, however they were not the correct pieces for our entertainment center. When we called to get this resolved we were given the runaround by SEVERAL people. Now when I say runaround I am talking, my husband and I calling every day for a week trying to get a call back. I'm talking being told one thing by one manager and then something ENTIRELY different by another. Then one of them had the audacity after waiting for over a month to say "just give her a refund." I'm sorry, but we have had our living room in a disheveled mess for a month, no, I would like the furniture that I ordered. Well, we were finally told that the center would be expedited (arriving in 2 weeks), we could keep the pieces that were dropped off on accident (because my husband stayed home for a day to make sure he was here when they had said they were comming to get them but they never called or showed up that day), they would send someone out to fix the dresser, and that we would get a phone call when the entertainment center arrived in OKC. They only were able to follow through with one of those promises, because one day before that two weeks expired I called to get a status update, and after another runaround with several managers we found out that it had not even been built yet, so there was no possible way it could be arriving the next day.... Well, needless to say we asked for our money to be returned since the very unfriendly gentleman told us that it wouldn't be in until MAYBE mid JULY! Fast forward a week.... my husband has called and called and called trying to find out why we haven't seen a refund and why we are now being charged ADDITIONALLY for the piers and bridge that they wrongly dropped off... apparently they can't refund us for it all unless they come and get those (as in the furniture we were told we could keep due to all of the chaos they caused). So my husband again stayed home to wait on the guys to come and get the furniture, and guess who is still waiting for those charges to be taken off?!?! Customer service - 0 Manager friendliness - less than 0 Ability to problem solve - 0 Would I ever reccomend - ABSOLUTELY NOT! In fact, ironically enough a friend of mine and I were talking and she was having a similar issue with a bedset... I told her what happened to us and HIGHLY suggested she ask for a refund and cancel her order. This entire situation has been almost 2 months of headaches. Never EVER will I purchase something from Ashley furniture again!
My wife and I were promised a guaranteed delivery of a couch 2 weeks from the date of purchase by a Sales Manager (Tyler) We have now been without a couch in our living room for over a month! We have tried and tried contacting the store, my wife has been told she will be called back countless times but they never do. Another manager took more off the price, but again guaranteed another inaccurate delivery date. This has been a HORRIBLE experience. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for furniture.
Went in April 26th and had a good experience with their sales associate, picked out a sectional, paid for it that day. Was told it would arrive in 3 weeks. After a month I called in and asked where it was. It was hard to ever reach anyone, and I was told it should be in any time. I was repeatedly told that for the next month. I also always got a different answer of should be in today, tomorrow, or this weekend. I finally went in this past weekend to speak to a store manager about it. He tried to give me the run around with the delivery date as well. He first told me it would be in around June 28, then that changed to mid July, then that was pushed back to mid August. He had no idea when it would actually come in, it could be as late as October! He tried offering me the floor model that countless people have touched and sat on during the pandemic for the same price. I am very disappointed in the service and management of customer expectations as well as the managers response to my issues. I had already sold my furniture!!! I will be getting a full refund and won’t shop with Ashley again. A 4-6 month wait for a sectional I already Paid $2,000 for unacceptable after being told it would be at my house in 3 weeks. My credit card company also won’t refund me but instead leaves the amount on my card as a credit, so I will never have my money put back into my account. This entire experience was bad after the purchase. Buyer beware!
I don't have a problem with businesses requiring wearing masks. In fact, they provided one for us that was cute and comfortable. However, the sales rep Bryce refused to let us browse the store without an escort "due to covid-19". Besides his just overall unhelpful and dismissive attitude, I took offense specifically to this statement/insinuation. My biggest issue though is that if I asked if they offered free shipping I was told Ashley furniture is not offering free shipping right now during the pandemic. Its insane to me that while a pandemic is going on Ashley furniture is capitalizing on it. We went to a different store. Got better service, better price, better quality. I wasn't treated like a criminal and was allowed to peruse with my mask on by myself. And they charged 1/3 the price for shipping.
Great experience purchasing a new sofa. I found what I wanted online, went in and found the same item even cheaper in store. Our Salesman Jeff made it happen and we were out of there in 30 minutes or less.
If I could give them lower than 1 star I would. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone if you’re wanting a status update. We finally got ahold of a manager and said manager hasn’t return our call for 2 weeks now. I’ve always heard great things about Ashley Furniture, but our experience with their “customer service” is absolutely atrocious. We ordered furniture over 2 months ago and have been given the run around with when it will be delivered. We get told a different thing every time we get a hold of someone (which again is not often). We realize furniture may take time to get here, but we were told it would be delivered well over a month ago and no one will give us answers. Mostly because they don’t answer the phone. Update: We didn’t hear anything from the email address, so we decided to go to the store to get answers. Turns out that the sectional won’t be available until AUGUST, maybe even as late as OCTOBER. The manager said he sympathized that we got rid of our furniture already, but there’s nothing he can do. Not only have we already paid off the sectional with our credit card, but our CC company is not sending a refund merely crediting the card so we won’t ever get the money back. We are out money on this whole deal, with no furniture AND zero help from the store. I’ll never return and highly discourage anyone from ordering from them due to their piss poor “customer service”.
We purchased a full set of furniture for a game room upstairs, a sofa for our downstairs living room and 2 rugs on May 16th. Our sales person told us that all but one piece was in stock so they would deliver when all of it came in. We sold all of the furniture that this new furniture was replacing 2 weeks after purchase. The salesman has advised for 3 weeks now that they will be delivering all but one rug. He says this at the beginning of every week...then no delivery. We have no sofa in our living room. We are on week 5. My husband texted yesterday. He said let me check. Never got back with him. So this morning my husband asked again. Now its a June 21st delivery date. My husband has requested a manager call him. No call as of yet. We purchased our previous sofa from here, a chair and outdoor furniture. I'm not sure what is going on. But we will not be back and plan to cancel this order if it does not arrive this week.
Was told 2 accent chairs would come in in 2-3 weeks. Now am told it won’t be here until the middle of July. Why not keep some furniture stocked? Silly to wait on 2 stupid accent chairs for this long.

Service was good, for the most part. Only had a problem with a female employee, that seemed too busy to even let us know she would be a little bit. When we told her what price range we had to work with, she took us from 2 mattresses on our range, and showed is a couple, on sale for 4 to 5 times our range. We turned around and left.
Honestly I will give 3 stars as I think it’s fair. Quality of their furniture isn’t the best especially for the prices but it does the job and for the most part their furniture is nice looking. The one huge flaw I have with Ashley and it goes for most furniture stores, but I find Ashley the worst is that the minute you walk through the door you are being preyed upon by the sales staff, if I say I don’t want help... I mean I don’t want help!! I’m not 2 years old I know how buying furniture works! But no, you say you don’t need help but no more than a few feet away is the same sales member following you around the entire store, which makes you not only feel uncomfortable but takes away your focus on what you have come in there for. Seriously leave me alone and stop stalking me around the store. Now they are saying CDC guidelines say they HAVE to follow you... funny because you are the only store that has said this and for the life of me I can’t see CDC guidelines stating this. Now this “may” be the case but I’m willing to bet it isn’t, and to be followed around the store by some oaf preying on you every time you stop to look at something to come running over and listen to your conversation really pisses me off. Get your staff sorted out! It’s like going to a car dealership completely puts me off of my shopping experience. And makes me not want to buy anything from you.
I had been looking online for a new sectional for months and liked the Ashley brand the best. Ran into the store during my lunch break to test a few out before I purchased one. Jennifer Pellow helped me and she was awesome!!! Answered all my questions and got me taken care of in record time so I could get back to work. She signed me up for their rewards program which saved me on delivery! Great store ... will have to go back when I have more time! I highly recommend Jen if you are in need of any new furniture.

I went in and purchased a couch and was told it would be delivered a certain day. That day came and the couch didn't show up. I visited them the next day and explained the situation, and they explained to me that the pandemic has affected their production. We found a new couch that was a little pricier. I needed the couches by a certain day and these were available immediately. The sales manager cut the price of the new couches and got them to me on time! They are friendly and helpful, and the furniture is great!
Carlos was one of the employees that helped me find an amazing mattress. He was just starting out, but his customer service and energy was great. Jen was very sweet and kind as well. I will definitely be back to purchase more.

My husband and I fell in love with the Darcy furniture and decided to test it out in person. After some debate and decision, we approached Chad E. for assistance and though he was with someone, he kindly accepted us after making sure the others were okay before he could take care of us. He is wonderful to talk with and is honest with literally everything about the process. If all sales people could be as wonderful as he, things would be so much easier and fun! I absolutely recommend this place and if you get to have Chad as an assistant, you won't regret a single thing. Thank you Chad for all of your help! We will definitely come back for future furniture purchases.

I personally didn't have it but I wanted it so I went in to get it and they didn't have the media center I wanted so the manager looked everywhere and finally found the last one in the warehouse. Got it delivered no problem but it had 2 gashes on the side in the wood. They called to follow up and I told the rep about it and she said "okay, no problem. We'lol have the guys pick it up and we'll find you a brand new one". Sure enough they came to picked it up and I got all the furniture I bought with no issues or hassle exchanging the piece! Great customer service! Would definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience. My wife and I have both been in sales our whole life. We are hypersensitive to over zealous sales people. Dread going car shopping or furniture shopping for that reason. You won’t get that experience at Ashley. Our salesman was Brendon Crocker. Polite, knowledgeable and personable. He ask the right questions and fit us in the right mattress. Everyone we interacted with was equally pleasant. We won’t buy furniture anywhere else moving forward.
My bed decided to break during la Rona. Since I am naturally impatient, I did not want to wait on for a delivery and needed it TODAY. We ended up going to our trusty Ashley Homestore since we’ve never been there before but hey there were bed available! Let’s start off: Tyler is awesome and it was so nice to see a company taking the virus and our health seriously. Jim was the associate to help us out and he was so VERY helpful! Not only did he check to see which beds were available but was very conscientious of staying within my budget. Even when I said I could go a little over he didn’t multiply it by 10. It was just super helpful to be able to find a bed, buy it, and be able to pick it up within 2 hours! Jim really helped make an already stressful situation much easier which we are grateful for!

Came in to look at mattresses and wow this was hands down one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. Tramaine was so down to earth and made every step of this purchase so far from the norm of being bullied into swiping your card. As a saleswoman myself it’s professionals like Tramaine that remind you being humble, kind, and honest is the best way to carry out your business. In addition, the mattress (Sealy Copper II Hybrid Firm) is incredible. First morning waking up I have significantly less back pain.
Called to ask the local OKC store if they would like to match the price of a sofa and love seat that is available elsewhere online. The sales person was rude in stating that Ashley does not price match and promptly hung up on me. I prefer to shop local if possible but will not make purchases at this Ashley location for any reason ever again.

I've always been a fan of Ashley furniture. The salesperson was helpful, financing was easy, delivery was timely. Why are we unhappy? The quality of the bed and recliner in under a year have declined rapidly with very little solutions from customer services. Honestly, when you buy a piece of furniture you expect it to last well over a year (without complaint). Just be cautious about what you buy here or perhaps save your money and go elsewhere.
Not like it usually is. There's a salesman who would not stop following us we told him we were looking several times. I had to get my husband out of the store before he hurt the guys feelings.
Not a lot of variety in store, and the sales person didn't seem interested in helping us.
Purchasing was easy and our sales person was helpful and friendly. However, we went to pick up the TV stand we purchased, from the distribution center, and to our surprise the piece of furniture was all put together and wrapped in bubble wrap. It is a large stand, needs to support an 85 inch large screen tv.Would have been easier to transport if it was still in the box, in pieces. Got passed that, we load it up, get it to the house, unwrap the packaging and found that it was missing all of the shelving from both sides of the stand, the back piece was barely supported by a couple of pins, the rest were missing, and none of the pins that would support the shelving were included . This stand looked like it was returned by a prior customer , and it was re-sold ( to us, unfortunately ) without taking inventory on the needed items or the condition of the unit. Called the sales person, he reached out to distribution center , a lady from the customer service called me only to tell me they don’t have the pieces that were missing and I can either return the unit and buy something else or she can order it for me but I would have to wait nearly a month or more for it to arrive. Furthermore, she seemed she couldn’t be more bothered having to take care of this, the lack of customer service or at least some sort of apologetic tone, was utterly disappointing. I agreed to her ordering the pieces for me and will have to wait for it to arrive , but at this point I have very little hope I will actually receive it. We will see. Probably the last time I will shop here. :(

Hubby and I went in looking for power love seats. We were there on December 30 in the mid afternoon. I don&'t particularly care for shopper stalkers, but I also don&'t like having to hunt and search for what I&'m looking for. Very disappointed that the sales associates seemed more engrossed in their own conversations. After we left, we discussed which piece we liked the best. Found what we would&'ve bought, but without help, can&'t make a sale and have gone elsewhere.
From the second we stepped into the showroom we knew we'd find what we were seeking (sectional). Our salesman, Jim, was very knowledgeable and patient. Delivery went well and the communication was very helpful.

Speaking about the North OKC location off NW 135th Store owner (Jonas) is attentive, knowledgeable, and honest about what products he recommends. Walked my girlfriend and I through a purchase of a new couch easily while, again, being refreshingly honest and forthright about his products and rewards program. The saleswoman who helped us (Teresa) was equally professional and attentive. Did a hilarious impersonation of Mariah Carey in a vanity mirror nearby which was as funny as it was endearing. Overall, phenomena experience. We'll be going back, absolutely.

Very happy with all of our furniture, lamps, and artwork... except after only one week, our new sofa has started falling apart. I’ll be contacting the store.

them know about the issues I was having. He had them exchange the bed railing but the replacement parts were defective and I began having the same issue within less than 2 weeks! My husband contacted them again and it took them almost a week to come up with a solution. Their solution for a $1,000 bed was a $120 store credit! After my husband demanded a manager they agreed to replace the parts again instead, but said that since my warranty is now expired it would be the last exchange and I would be financially responsible if this happens again. Why are we faulted for your crappy product??? I will make sure to tell everyone I can to avoid the Ashley products. This decision is based solely on customer care I have other furniture that I&'ve had for years with no problems at all. But I see now that I was lucky because once they get your money they stop caring about you. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Ashley&'

Sales people don't let you shop in peace
Lots of items but we weren't able to just look around and talk amongst ourselves privately. The salesperson was condescending and unhelpful and we would have preferred him to not be hovering. We will purchase a dining table either online or elsewhere because the man working there made such a "great" impression.

Not a fan of the customer service with my one visit to the store...no one was rude or uninviting... It was opposite. But too much, I kept trying to walk away and was followed awkwardly with the cheesiest lines. Sometimes you have to give people space.
Brennan is a ROCKSTAR! We just recently moved into a new apartment and had no furniture right out of college. Brennan helped snag us a great deal on all of our pieces and helped fit our budget. We recently came back to get one more piece for our upstairs second bedroom, and Brennan got us a stellar price with all the protection plan and point system included. Seriously ask for him when you visit because you will not be disappointed with his ability to listen to your needs and help you get your dream furniture for the best deal!
I went in to look around for ideas for our new home and of course was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I explained I just wanted to look around in which the salesperson was good with. I was asked by just about every sales person every corner I turned what I needed help with...each time simply said “I’m good, just looking”. The last person to ask me this commented back with “well you’re not very friendly today” then proceeded to tell a co work sarcastically “she’s a social butterfly”. Jesus Christ, sometimes people just want to browse in peace and if we need assistance, we’ll come ask for it! Most of the time I’m running various numbers and images in my head trying to figure out how things will work so nope, I’m not gonna be chatty with every salesperson! That made my decision to leave and not return!
Amazing staff!! Makenzie was very sweet and Connie helped us finish up!!! We where able to get the bed we wanted and the lifting base. They made sure we where happy. The delivery men where awesome too. Very friendly and helpful. I loved this store and I will return!!
Amazing shopping experience today with CHAD ELLYSON!!!! Went into the store today after Church with my 2 sons one of which was interested in shopping for bedroom furniture. Chad greeted us as we walked in. He asked what we were shopping for and my son told him that he just wanted to look around a little bit. Here's where Chad earned my respect, he offered his name and assistance if we had any questions then allowed us to look. He gave us a bit and then came back to us. When he rejoined us, it was like having another family member shopping with us He was extremely knowledgeable and answered my sons questions with ease. We decided to walk through the 2 adjoining stores but told Chad we would be back. We went through the mattress store and Mathis Brothers part and were not impressed. We went back to Chad. My son decided he was going to think on the bedroom furniture. Chad reached out and shook his hand which was another level of respect earned from me. He thanked us for coming in. It was at that point I was ready to make a purchase. I told Chad that I would like to buy 2 recliners. The transaction was processed quickly. I will definitely shop Ashley's as long as Chad is my salesperson!

Just had the most easy and excellent experience at this Ashley HomeStore location (Memorial Road, OKC). I had found a sofa/loveseat combo online and was able to call ahead to check for stock and pricing. Upon arrival, the representative on the floor remembered my call (which had been communicated to him by the rep on the phone previously) and he pointed me to the specific furniture set that was of interest to me. Once pointing out the location, he left me to check it out and never hovered (did not take his name, but a very polite gentleman). As the rep I had originally spoken to on the phone, Theresa, was helping another customer, another representative, Chaz, then swung by a bit later to check in on me. As I was still debating the pros/cons of the purchase, he quickly wandered off to not apply any unwanted and/or perceived pressure. A bit later, he swung by to check in where I was at, and since I wanted to purchase he let me know that we could get straight to it and that I didn't have to wait for the original rep to be available... which demonstrated a respect for my time. He honored the pricing that was available online (which was a bit of a better deal than what was presently offered in stores). He walked me through all the added bonuses I could opt for, but was respectful when I declined, again..never pushy, always polite! Once Theresa was available she came by the sales desk to make sure I was being assisted, and she too was incredibly hospitable without any added pressure to buy. I was with my mother, who tends to find a simple greeting on the pushy side, and in leaving the store she said "that was the most comfortable experience I have ever had." She then got into the car and lauded the entire staff and experience to my father. All to say, I've been in other Ashley's and other furniture stores and this definitely was a unique, but very welcomed, experience.
My husband and I shop here frequently. We have never had any issues before until tonight. I did not catch the name of the salesman but he treated us like we couldn’t afford to shop there. We were looking for a specific piece of furniture and the first thing he said to us was “you don’t want that, it’s like $1200”. He then try to show us other pieces of furniture that were nothing like what we told him we were looking for and significantly cheaper in price and quality. I am so disappointed.
My wife and I decided to start furniture shopping for our first house that we just purchased. The salesman made my family feel so uncomfortable that we could not leave fast enough. After informing the sales associate that we just wanted to look around and check prices we had a constant feeling that we were being watched. Every time we turned around he was hovering about 10 feet behind us. Instead of asking us if there was anything in particular we were interested in he wanted us to buy an ample amount of furniture. We had already told him we were simply there to look. Instead of giving us suggestions or asking us about price ranges he kept insisting that we buy multiple items together so he could give us "free" furniture for simply buying a larger quantity. Again, didn't ask us how much we wanted to spend or what styles we were looking at. When we had a free moment without him hovering over us we decided to leave. Sure enough as we were getting our two kids into the car he comes across the parking lot to inform us that we shouldn't wait to long if we are going to buy furniture. We could not have felt more uncomfortable at that moment in time that we couldn't even get into our car without a salesman following us. Unfortunately, I don't think I could shop at this store again.

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley. Our salesman Stephen took great care to make sure we received the best deals possible, and he was a big help in providing advice on the best furniture options for a dog and kid-friendly house. All of our furniture was received and delivered by the date promised, and the delivery team was courteous, fast, and thorough. Overall I had a great experience and will be shopping there again!
We spent 4-5 hours in the store picking furniture for our complete remodel. We were helped by a very talented salesman named Brennan who made the experience very personal and enjoyable. We finalized our order with a very kind and sociable service rep named Cassandra. I never knew that shopping for furniture could be a pleasant experience.

Poor experience post sale. Bought Ashley Signature item, brought home and unboxed and found broken in multiple places. Returned due to disappointment and wasted time and threatened with restocking fee, tried to cancel remaining order and still haven’t been contacted back. Save your time and choose another furniture store to give your business to.
We just purchase a new bedroom set and matress from the Ashley store on Memorial road in Oklahoma city. The clerk that helped us clerk 5846 was so helpful and most importantly he didn't hound us like most of the other stores The young man told us where the bedroom sets were and let us go look on our own. When we were ready for help we let the clerk know and he came right over. Perfect experience and cant say it enough that the young man that helped us was very good at what he does. Mark S.

So appreciative of the fantastic care of the staff to assist my mother with her purchase today. Tramaine greeted us with enthusiasm and worked diligently to minimize her walking steps. When he asked my mother about what color she wanted for the recliner, I found myself in the moment shocked to her answer - turquoise! His reaction priceless! While she did not get that color, we did find a burgundy one the suits her! Finishing her transaction, Victoria remained quite kind and patient.
I loved the dining room set, couldn’t wait for it to arrive and had planned to be home for about three hours thinking it would take the delivery guys that long to assemble it, but it was already assembled and they had my new dining furniture in the house in less than 20 minutes! Awesome job! The customer service was excellent from point of purchase to delivery. Thanks!

This was the first time to go into Ashley Furniture and I was very impressed by all of their furniture and their prices but what impressed me most of all was the salesman that made eye contact with me to show he knew I was there but kept his distance for a little while. As I walked around the store he was always in view but not hanging over me like a conjoined twin . After about 5 min he came over and introduced himself and asked if I needed any help and I told him I was looking for couches and I just wanted to look around for a while. He was so polite, asked if I would like something to drink and then did what I was hoping for.. he left me alone! I've never had any salesman EVER do that but he did but was always within view but not on my hip. I found a couch I wanted and all I had to do was wave at him and he came over and told me everything I wanted to know about the couch and delivery, ect... He made the whole experience unbelievably awesome and easy. I wish their was a Tramaine Godbold in every store I go into to shop. That would be perfect. Keep up the wonderful salesmanship Tramaine!

Not our style so much but they have some great looks for an affordable price. I'm not sure about quality but if you want the look and to rotate your furniture every few years it would be a good place. Not heavy pressure from the sales staff and good location.

I have bought furniture from them previously but this time all I wanted was a Puff foot rest for my son. They were hanging from the ceiling and no way to get them down to feel of them. The associate told me no way to get it down. Then he said it was kind of like one that was on the floor. Kind of like it is not a good enough answer. The associate then just walked away and stopped helping me. Guess not s big enough sale to care about. Worst service I have ever experienced at s furniture store!

This furniture is terrible, I made the mistake to let my family member take my son to pick out and buy a bedroom suite. I have Henredon furniture in my home and asked my family member that&'s what I prefer, they said they could not find any Henredon bedroom furniture in OK. I later found out ABG purchased a bunch of quality furniture companies including Henredon. I didn&'t know furniture this bad was made and sold at stores I trust. This furniture is not made to last.

I love the sectional I picked out but sadly enough, they messed up on my delivery date. I now don't get my sectional a week later from the orginal date. I had to send a picture of my paper work to proof to show the delivery date. The only thing great was the help finding furniture we wanted. I will probably now go somewhere else who can deliver on the day we agreed on.

We were promptly greeted by Jeff Hadley with a smiling face and the willingness to guide us in the right direction. He listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us find a wonderful living room set! He was very informative and got us what we needed in a very timely manner. He kept in contact with updates on the delivery and gave us tips on cleaning and caring for our furniture. After 45 days and Still waiting for my stuff to be delivered. They said probably could take a week or 2 for the delivery. Every time I call they keep saying in a day or 2 for sure. Still Nothing. I wish I had not known this store.
I came in here totally ready to buy a power couch and recliner last night. I left with nothing and won&'t ever be coming back.About 7pm, the store was virtually empty of customers, but totally over-staffed with at least 10 employees. I was there for almost an hour and not a single person lifted a finger to assist me, or even ask me what I was doing there or how I was. Alone, I decided what I wanted to buy and sat down on it, waiting for somebody to pass and pick up the easy commission. Two salesmen walked past &"Comfy, huh?&" and kept right on moving past me! At that point, I literally stood up, spread my arms wide, and walked around the store, saying &"Hello?&" out loud, spinning around in circles like a lunatic. Nobody responded. I locked eyes with several staff (also seated in recliners) and nobody did anything but go back to checking their phones. I probably could&'ve burned the place down and nobody would&'ve helped me.At that point, I decide fuck this place. I&'ll be buying from a competitor and won&'t be recommending this place to anyone. And of course, on my way out the door, an employee finally asks if I need help with anything. One of the same ones who said &"Comfy, huh?&" to me as they kept walking earlier. I didn&'t need any help finding the exit, so I kept walking, too. &"Lousy, huh?&"Their stuff wasn&'t that great, price or quality, in my opinion, so I&'m actually glad i didn&'t impulse buy. You will be too.
Very good follow up by the sales associate, Jeff. He kept us up to date on the status of our order and even called us on his time off.
