Ian was great! Very knowledgeable, helped save us some money, and helped get us in and out.

Update: Ashley contacted us about our purchase. They exchanged the 3 floor models with 3 new pieces of furniture. We appreciate them correcting the issue. We purchased a whole living room set with 7 pieces of furniture. Sales rep was helpful. When we picked up our furniture, we noticed that 3 of the 7 pieces were packaged differently. Once we opened them at home, we found out that those 3 pieces were floor models that still had the floor tags on them. We were charged the full price for new furniture, but receive 3 floor model pieces. If we pay full price for new, then we should receive all new pieces.

Levenia was very helpful, courteous and went out of her way to help us with our unique situation. I would definitely recommend her.

We were looking for a king size bed with specific characteristics which significantly limited our options. Came in with my husband and our son one Saturday to start figuring out what our options were…we got to work with Ian Bullington who was so effective at his job, we ended up coming back and asking specifically for him when we were ready to buy. Honestly the guy should be running that place and training everybody there on professionalism and business acumen. He explained everything so well, I ended up regurgitating it to the next person like I worked for Ashley lol. Anyway, great experience, really happy with our sectional.

Tina and Ashley assisted us great in the set up of getting a dining room set. Davidson, a favorite it seems, in the mattress department is the one to go to over there. So knowledgeable. These 3 people are not out there to sap the money out of ya. My recommendation is toward them.

As soon as I walk through the Carlos welcomed me. I moved to OKC and was shopping for furniture so I had a color in mind. Carlos asked me was there anything in particular I was looking for. Great experience all around. We had already been shopping around all day by the time we made it to this store, and if you’ve ever gone through the process of finding a new couch, then you get it.. we were tired and discouraged. We didn’t really even want to go in, but I’m so glad we did. We didn’t end up finding our perfect couch, but LEA! Lea turned our day around single handedly. From the second we walked in the door she was smiling and ready to help. She asked what we were looking for and understood the assignment perfectly. She was genuinely excited for us and it was exactly what we needed. The only reason, and I mean the ONLY reason we weren’t able to go home with one of Lea’s suggestions was a size issue. So, to whom it may concern, keep 👏 her 👏 around 👏

Tyler Terry is hands down the best sales rep I have worked with in 20 years. Like everyone else, I hate the shopper stalkers which makes furniture shopping my personal hell. Awesome experience . We walked in the doors and was greeted professionally by Drew. We explained what we were looking for and 15 minutes later we walked out a happy camper. He was professional, understanding, helpful, had a great personality. You can't ask for any customer service better than that. I will return for all furniture updates as needed. We had a very disappointing experience here today. The salesperson who helped us did not know what he was doing. I forgot his name but it was the tall black guy with long hair. We were looking for recliner sofas and he gave us prices with Labor Day discounts on the two pieces that we chose. After we agreed on the price for one sofa, he went to finalize the purchase with the cashier which took about 45 minutes only to come back and said he made a mistake and that the price would actually be higher. We told him we would not pay more than what we had already agreed on as we have already waited for almost an hour. He became visibly frustrated and told us to just go buy the broken couches from the clearance section instead. We also found out that both prices he gave us were wrong. He only admitted the second price was wrong too after we asked to buy it instead. Then he tried to blame it on us and said it was because we were making him go back and forth. This guy is very unprofessional (SUCKS at his job). We also reported it to the supervisor. BONUS: He was very pushy in trying to make the sale which is a red flag.

I read the Yelp reviews and thought, “It can’t really be that bad.” I was WRONG! This location is awful zero professionalism and zero customer service. ASHTON (white guy with the neck tattoo) is the worst of it! He’s rude, dismissive and he doesn’t want you looking online because the prices are cheaper. He got mad and snapped at me for asking how to find it online to check measurements to make sure it wasn’t too big for my living room. He said “the name is on the tag look it up” and walked off. He’s exactly the kind of salesperson who looks for any way to take advantage of you. Do yourself a favor, skip the OKC location and head to Norman. Elliott will treat you with respect and actually take care of you! We drove out of our way because the customer service and professionalism is so bad. Not a good look at all!

While shopping today we encountered the sweetest sales lady by the name of Ana in the Ashley department. We knew what we wanted but at the same time we didn't. She was very patient listened to every detail and found us the perfect sectional. She definitely went out of the way to figure in all the little details, such as extra pieces to make it perfect for our needs. She even and managed to get us a great deal on a large area rug. We will for sure return for any of our future purchases and ask for her. So if your thinking about shopping for furniture Ana is your girl for a no pressure enjoyable experience.

Not recommended at all!! I bought bed and dining table including delivery and installation. Table came damaged, i did not accept and returned it. Bed came with missing part. They said they will deliver missing part in 2 weeks, which has been way more already and its not delivered. They cant even make 2 simple deliveries. If you have to buy from here, I would recommend don’t use their delivery. They have very unprofessional team. They have attitudes all the time, keep damaging every product while carrying!

Absolutely fantastic experience!! We walked in and found our sales lady Ana! She was amazing from the very start! We explained what we were looking for and she immediately knew a few options to show us that fit our wants. She never once tried to sell us something we didn’t like or want. Our living room is small, so once we had found the couch we liked we needed to go home and make sure it would fit. Ana never tried to pressure us in buying immediately and told us to take all the time we needed. She provided us with all the measurements and info we needed. After finding out it would fit, we came back and found Ana again and she was so warm and inviting it was like seeing an old friend. She made checkout a breeze and also got our delivery options set up. Delivery was great, the two guys who came were very friendly and helpful and followed directions to our house well as we can be hard to find. All in all a wonderful experience and will definitely shop with Ashley again!

Jasmin was a delight to work with. She was polite and cordial and was the only salesperson who spoke to us that didn’t make us feel like she was a shark that smelled fresh blood in the water. If we find ourselves in need of furniture, she is the one we will contact!

Sunday June 8th. Sales girl Jasmine was wonderful, sweet, listened to what we needed without being pushy. As for the cashiers (short fat one and the one with winged eyeliner and face piercings) - rude. Saying personal financial information about customers way too loud several times, then when asked to stop they looked at me like I was the crazy one. Sorry, I don't want the customers around me to know my business?? They could be a little more discreet and respectful. Love my couch though. 😁

No one followed me around the store only asked if I need help when they saw me focusing on one sectional. I went in to purchase a sofa and mattress set for my new home that I purchased. I had picked out my sofa. I asked him over and over again if it was really durable, because I have a dog. He kept saying over and over again, yes, yes! Then, I specifically tell him what I want in a bed AND that I want to be able to try it out and if I don't like it, exchange it. He said, of course! Then he proceeds to show me what I asked for. I did add a little more in, plus bought a couple purple pillows. So jump to delivery where I HAD to basically pay $350 or they would have just dropped everything in my driveway after buying over $7000. THEN I read the FINE print on the back of the delivery paperwork & it says NO RETURNS ON ANYTHING!!! THEY ALL LIE!!! Even when you buy a bed online you can return it, even if you have to pay a fee. I went to move my sofa and the material on the back of the couch stretched out so much that now it has wrinkles in it. My living room is set up that I can't put it up against a wall. I just bought it!

Outstanding service by a young man by the name of Brandon Scott, he went above and beyond the scope of what is required. He assisted my wife with her many requests of seeing different ideas with furniture options. We appreciated his patience, Knowledge and professionalism.

We were greeted at the door by a very friendly salesman. I'm 87 years old and blame my age for not remembering his name. He was knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase. I recommend Ashley's.

My wife and I came in and spent $2498 on a whole bedroom set. I’m very disappointed to share that 1. The people were very late on the delivery. And 2. None of the stuff is put together due to parts being misplaced/missing. This is very disappointing since I paid for delivery AND assembly. After receding a call, ZERO compensation is being made for the mistakes made. Not to mention the headboard is chipped. Normally I wouldn’t take the time to make a review. But this whole situation could’ve definitely been handled better. Especially after spending almost $2500.

I went to Ashley in Reno Ave last night and I happened to see one of their sales woman, she was very friendly and helpful. She patiently walked me through all the store and showed me multiple options so I can find what I really like while staying within my budget. Anahita is probably the nicest sales person I have ever seen in my life. Make sure if you go to this location ask first If she’s available that day to take care of your shopping and you will be thanking me later.

My husband and I came yesterday to Ashley store. Ana was so helpful and friendly, she did her best to find exactly what we are looking. She was so knowledgeable and spent so much time with us, I couldn’t imagine a better service!

Great experience, and customer service and support! The space is really well put together and offers plenty of amenities including free water, coffee, and even a nice kitchen with good food. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for furniture.

Amin was amazing!! We walked in to him dancing to Christmas music. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy or just trying to make a sale. Brandon’s is the bomb

The one star is only because of the store. We went in for a bunk bed. We quickly found one in our price range and decided to buy it. It was a twin over twin for $332. We went to pick it up and only received the foot and head boards for the 2 beds nothing else was there. After calling we were told they had marked it wrong and the actual price was $350 MORE than what we already paid. They offered to take off around $100, but it is still absolutely ridiculous that we had to pay for a mistake they made. We did end up getting the bed only because we really needed one, but we will not be returning. The bed itself is nice but wouldn’t have paid the price we did had we known how much it would cost.

Making a post publicly so others can be aware of the experience I received from this location. The items were to be repaired for the bulging wood but came back filthy? Customer service is quick to respond to issues however how do items arrive like this if they are brand new and custom pieces? Mind you this is the larce collection and is suppose to be completely washable I attempted to clean and stains are still present.

Hayden was the only person after hours off calling different locations and customer service reps. To get my issue fixed.

Total trash Customer service. Ordered couch online. Took 2 weeks to get. Delivery came and it was wrong. Told I would get a call regarding problem. Which was half of the other couch. Kind of important to let me know what the heck happened, when it will be corrected, and how this would be fixed. Crickets. No call. 4 days go by and i call them. I asked what was going on. Told again I would get a call. No call! Mind you they took my money for the entire couch. Only had one half of it. I kept getting the run around and just wanted to know where the rest of the couch was. If I was even getting the other half. No one knew what was going on when I would call. Ended up cancelling the entire purchase. Went with American freight. They were awesome! Called me and kept me posted on the entire process!

I have been going to Mathis and Ashley for years. Never again. Never again will I deal with this store or this company!! Horrible quality, horrible policies. We bout a living room set from them and financed it through their company. We also bought the "service plan". A few months later, the fram of one of the chairs broke. We didnt get too upset, thinking "Yeah thats pretty crappy quality, but at least we can get it fixed".We contacted them and asked to get it fixed. Turns out that thier "service plan" is ran through a shady third party. Not only did they say the frame was not covered and refuse to pay, but they had the balls to recommend their other companies that would fix the problem for an out of pocket expense. None of the other pieces lasted any better. I now have a living room set that is going to the dump that I am still paying for. Take my advice, and go somewhere else.

After searching endlessly for the perfect fit for our new home (Larce Stone) Ashley furniture on reno was wherePreston found us wandering. Preston was patient with us and pointed us in the direction of a durable, build your own couch that truly has just brought our living room together. We had to special order the specific fit we wanted and split the order in two truck loads. We are over the moon with the purchase and would recommend the reno location and Preston specifically, he will make it happen no matter what you are looking for.

My wife and I didn't know what we were looking for, Ashton helped us out pick out the perfect couch for our home. Azucena "Izzie", she was awesome she showed us a mattress and we had to take it home! They made our experience so fun we are ready to come back and pick out more stuff to finish furnishing our home.

My wife and I came to look at purchasing a sofa and love seat. After spending some time with a salesperson and not really finding anything; we told the salesperson we will continue to look around by ourselves. We ended up seeing a set “similar” to one we would have settled on if we didn’t find something, and noticed a few differences between this set and the previous one. This is where Ana came in…Ana was able to share the differences between the two sets and let us know the quality value difference between the two and allow us to make a decision based on this information. Well; we definitely liked the one Ana shared about and we ended up buying the set we liked versus “settling” for something my wife and I weren’t really sold on. My wife and I really appreciate the extra time to share her knowledge as well as listen to our questions. We will look Ana up again for our next furniture purchase!!

Went to Mathis Brothers/Ashley in OKC and worked with Brent. He was very attentive and helped me pick out what I wanted! Everyone was so nice!

We went in to look for outdoor furniture and worked with Davidson. He took time to find us the best deal and the best furniture. He was kind to my wife and daughter and even stayed past closing to help finish everything up. The manager also stepped in and assisted in getting everything scheduled and taken care of. I felt bad for it going past closing but they assured me they were focused on customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer due to the care they displayed. Can’t find that everywhere these days.

The sales person lied about delivery - she told me at the time of purchase that it would be delivered Friday, I called delivery today and they told me that was not true - I hate being lied to is the reason for the low score - I was not in a hurry for the merchandise but I don't like having my time wasted sitting around for a delivery that will not happen as I was told

Started out at “the brothers” and hated the “shopper stalkers”. Ended up browsing in Ashley. No stalkers! Found something we were liking and we approached a sales associate Ana who gave us a lot of information about the sectional we were looking at. She gave us the options we could choose and made the whole experience very laid back and easy. We felt bad about keeping her and her team 45 minutes past closing but we had to sign all the paperwork and get all of the delivery arrangements made. They were all very gracious. Can’t wait for next Saturday and our new furniture!

Shane and Riley were both so great! My boyfriend and I had our 3 year old daughter and our 7 year old nephew and they were crazy but Shane and Riley were so patient and they did everything they could to get us a deal. We will be going back for a bed frame, mattress, and other house objects!

The business practices this place conducts should be illegal. I bought one thing from Ashley furniture 3 years ago and was signed up for a “delivery rewards program” without my consent that auto charged $140 to my credit card on an annual basis. It was caught in year 2.. I cannot begin to explain how deceitful the place is. The operator knew exactly I was talking about immediately. It’s clear this happens all the time. Will never buy another thing from Ashley or its parent company Mathis Brothers.

I had problems with the recliner I bought. Mathis has done everything to fix the problem and I really appreciate it. You don't find many stores that stand behind their products, Mathis Bros. does. Thank you very much!!!!
