Brandon’s is the bomb
The one star is only because of the store. We went in for a bunk bed. We quickly found one in our price range and decided to buy it. It was a twin over twin for $332. We went to pick it up and only received the foot and head boards for the 2 beds nothing else was there. After calling we were told they had marked it wrong and the actual price was $350 MORE than what we already paid. They offered to take off around $100, but it is still absolutely ridiculous that we had to pay for a mistake they made. We did end up getting the bed only because we really needed one, but we will not be returning. The bed itself is nice but wouldn’t have paid the price we did had we known how much it would cost.

Making a post publicly so others can be aware of the experience I received from this location. The items were to be repaired for the bulging wood but came back filthy? Customer service is quick to respond to issues however how do items arrive like this if they are brand new and custom pieces? Mind you this is the larce collection and is suppose to be completely washable I attempted to clean and stains are still present.
Hayden was the only person after hours off calling different locations and customer service reps. To get my issue fixed.

Total trash Customer service. Ordered couch online. Took 2 weeks to get. Delivery came and it was wrong. Told I would get a call regarding problem. Which was half of the other couch. Kind of important to let me know what the heck happened, when it will be corrected, and how this would be fixed. Crickets. No call. 4 days go by and i call them. I asked what was going on. Told again I would get a call. No call! Mind you they took my money for the entire couch. Only had one half of it. I kept getting the run around and just wanted to know where the rest of the couch was. If I was even getting the other half. No one knew what was going on when I would call. Ended up cancelling the entire purchase. Went with American freight. They were awesome! Called me and kept me posted on the entire process!
I have been going to Mathis and Ashley for years. Never again. Never again will I deal with this store or this company!! Horrible quality, horrible policies. We bout a living room set from them and financed it through their company. We also bought the "service plan". A few months later, the fram of one of the chairs broke. We didnt get too upset, thinking "Yeah thats pretty crappy quality, but at least we can get it fixed".We contacted them and asked to get it fixed. Turns out that thier "service plan" is ran through a shady third party. Not only did they say the frame was not covered and refuse to pay, but they had the balls to recommend their other companies that would fix the problem for an out of pocket expense. None of the other pieces lasted any better. I now have a living room set that is going to the dump that I am still paying for. Take my advice, and go somewhere else.
After searching endlessly for the perfect fit for our new home (Larce Stone) Ashley furniture on reno was wherePreston found us wandering. Preston was patient with us and pointed us in the direction of a durable, build your own couch that truly has just brought our living room together. We had to special order the specific fit we wanted and split the order in two truck loads. We are over the moon with the purchase and would recommend the reno location and Preston specifically, he will make it happen no matter what you are looking for.
My wife and I didn't know what we were looking for, Ashton helped us out pick out the perfect couch for our home. Azucena "Izzie", she was awesome she showed us a mattress and we had to take it home! They made our experience so fun we are ready to come back and pick out more stuff to finish furnishing our home.

Quick and easy. We picked out a nightstand and lamps. Drove to the warehouse one block away. You pull in, and they load it for you.

I want to start by saying I HATE furniture shopping. I would put it right up there with shaving a cat or going to a spin class. That all changed when Ana from the Ashley Furniture Department at Mathis Brothers assisted me. She not only listened carefully to what I was hoping to find, she took her time in showing possibilities that were available. She did not make me feel rushed at all. By the end of my time with Ana, Ashley not only had merchandise sold, they also had a future customer and walking advertisement billboard. My wife and I came to look at purchasing a sofa and love seat. After spending some time with a salesperson and not really finding anything; we told the salesperson we will continue to look around by ourselves. We ended up seeing a set “similar” to one we would have settled on if we didn’t find something, and noticed a few differences between this set and the previous one. This is where Ana came in…Ana was able to share the differences between the two sets and let us know the quality value difference between the two and allow us to make a decision based on this information. Well; we definitely liked the one Ana shared about and we ended up buying the set we liked versus “settling” for something my wife and I weren’t really sold on. My wife and I really appreciate the extra time to share her knowledge as well as listen to our questions. We will look Ana up again for our next furniture purchase!!

Went to Mathis Brothers/Ashley in OKC and worked with Brent. He was very attentive and helped me pick out what I wanted! Everyone was so nice!
We went in to look for outdoor furniture and worked with Davidson. He took time to find us the best deal and the best furniture. He was kind to my wife and daughter and even stayed past closing to help finish everything up. The manager also stepped in and assisted in getting everything scheduled and taken care of. I felt bad for it going past closing but they assured me they were focused on customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer due to the care they displayed. Can’t find that everywhere these days.

The sales person lied about delivery - she told me at the time of purchase that it would be delivered Friday, I called delivery today and they told me that was not true - I hate being lied to is the reason for the low score - I was not in a hurry for the merchandise but I don't like having my time wasted sitting around for a delivery that will not happen as I was told

Started out at “the brothers” and hated the “shopper stalkers”. Ended up browsing in Ashley. No stalkers! Found something we were liking and we approached a sales associate Ana who gave us a lot of information about the sectional we were looking at. She gave us the options we could choose and made the whole experience very laid back and easy. We felt bad about keeping her and her team 45 minutes past closing but we had to sign all the paperwork and get all of the delivery arrangements made. They were all very gracious. Can’t wait for next Saturday and our new furniture!

The business practices this place conducts should be illegal. I bought one thing from Ashley furniture 3 years ago and was signed up for a “delivery rewards program” without my consent that auto charged $140 to my credit card on an annual basis. It was caught in year 2.. I cannot begin to explain how deceitful the place is. The operator knew exactly I was talking about immediately. It’s clear this happens all the time. Will never buy another thing from Ashley or its parent company Mathis Brothers.
I had problems with the recliner I bought. Mathis has done everything to fix the problem and I really appreciate it. You don't find many stores that stand behind their products, Mathis Bros. does. Thank you very much!!!!

Josh, was very friendly and delivered great customer service the whole way through of purchasing, very respectful gentleman, however the lady that came over to intervene was not so friendly, I’m almost positive she is a manager and I wish I would of asked for her name! She was very pushy and her tone in her voice need to be lowered, she definitely has some attitude when speaking with customers not a good look, also she made me feel very uncomfortable, business management class is needed on her end. The lady at the front desk for check out was nice as well.

I called to ask about my mattress base. It doesn't work and the lady told me it does not have guaranteed when she didn't ask me for my account to see what kind of base I had. It is expensive, still paying and she told me right away it doesn't have guaranteed. She didn't know what kind.

I ended up getting a vanity for Christmas and needed a comfy chair to sit in and was suggested to try looking at Ashley furniture store. I went in only looking till I was greeted by a sales associate named Carmen P. She showed me this chair which was a great snag for my buck in my opinion and was very kind to me when I said I was only looking. Overall great hospitality would most definitely buy from them again.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I truly had the best experience buying bedroom furniture today and that is all thanks to my Sales Associate, Sara Z. I’ve purchased a lot of furniture from Mathis Brothers over the years, but this was my first time at Ashley Furniture. Sara greeted me at the entrance to offer her assistance, which I didn’t think I needed because I was just there to look, but I absolutely did! She was so incredibly kind and friendly and knowledgeable! Not only did she answer every single one of my questions, but she also sat with me and gave me quotes on every single bedroom set combination and mattress I could think of and was so patient with me. I have always dreaded going into all furniture stores because of the pressure and persistence of the Sales Associates, but today, it was actually enjoyable, easy and even fun! As long as Sara is my Sales Associate, I will definitely be a repeat customer! :)

Came in to buy a dresser and night stand. Our salesperson Ana did a great job and gave us time to look. She also quoted us the online price would be matched and we could pick up same day.Ana was busy so the "sales manager" said he could help us. We told him what we wanted and all he did was try to up sell a warranty. I told him twice we did not want it. He kept pushing and asking why we were upset to the point we left and did no purchase anything.

We went in to the Memorial location on Black Friday looking for some furniture for the kids' room. The initial greeting was great and what you'd expect from a customer service based/ sales organization. They matched us up with a salesperson whom immediately rushed off in the direction of the cheaper items we said we were looking for, not once did she wait for us to catch up even though we had kids with us. and one is autistic special needs. I made a comment that the furniture was not what we were looking for, and it appeared on the cheaper end. I guess this offended the salesperson as she kept saying how she could show us more expensive product if that's what we wanted, but she was trying to save people money. Never once did she inquire about our budget, or what quality we were looking for. She also kept making claims about the craftsmanship of the product which were clearly false. I deal with carpentry daily, and knew what she was saying was wrong. The youngest whom is autistic started acting up, and we had to cut our visit short, I apologized for his outburst, and we started to leave. This salesperson decides to walk with us out of the store, I guess trying to build rapport with us by stating how she understands since she used to nanny for a special needs kid, and then began to spout her pseudo science nonsense about how vaccines cause autism and we should all be used to it soon. I don't care what your personal beliefs on vaccines are, but you should never comment on someone else's child, or speculate about why they have what you see as a disability. Your opinions are simply that opinions and should never be shared uninvited especially as someone who is in sales. We really wanted to give the location a chance since it's close to our home, but with this type of staff, we will resume our business with Galleria Furniture.

This is the biggest racket I've ever seen they take your money multiple times and then tell you you agreed to it after they do it multiple times in the same week and still don't deliver your product initially your product is there and then stock after they take your money it's not and then they hold it for months and weeks on end do not buy everywhere do business with these people

i bought a mattress from these people and then after 6 days i wanted to exchange it had never been used and it was covered with a mattress cover that we purchased with the mattress, like i said it had never been used my wife laid on it for about 15 minutes and decided that it was to frim so we contacted the store in norman were we bought it talked to the salesman he told us that it was less than $1000 it could not be exchanged. the mattress was priced at $999.00. we were not told about their return policy. i would advise everyone not to do business with these people or their main company mathis brothers

At this point, we are being told “too bad, so sad.” I am currently waiting on a call from a manager so they can explain to me why they refuse to deliver my furniture in a timely manner after 2 screw ups. I will never use Ashley or Mathis again. It is clear they do not care about their customers or righting their wrongs.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Home Store on Reno purchasing our new bedroom pieces , mattresses, and several wooden hope chests for everyone in our family. We have been buying our household furniture and furnishings from Ashley’s in another location since they opened over 25 years ago. We have never had what we would call a fun and pleasant experience while trying to get what we really wanted until today. Anthony Wishard went above and beyond in every single way that he could think of to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and got the best price/deal possible. I will recommend everyone to go see him for their home furnishing needs because he is an amazing salesman and person. We will now drive the 4 hours away to purchase what we want from him personally.

Ashley Customer Service: On the Ashley website and in your showroom, your sofas are made much better than what they are delivered as. I paid $5000.00 for a large sectional, the Lyndeboro collection based on what I saw on your showroom floor and online. Once the sectional was delivered, the back cushions were smashed and looked cheap and horrible. I contacted your customer service department, since the delivery person said they couldn't do anything about it, and your service team created a ticket, requiring me to find out all of the serial numbers, etc. That was a headache, as I had to disassemble the sectional and my room to retrieve the numbers. Then, once I supplied them to the customer service rep, I was told they can't do anything about it. My sofa looks like trash compared to the models you display. I'm very disapointed in Ashley and will not shop there again. Beware to the consumer! The product delivered will not look like the products online or on the floor. Once they are delivered, Ashley furniture may do nothing to help you. They have done nothing to correct the situation or compensate me in any way. They told me I could bring in one pillow to have some stuffing added to it, even though all of my back cushions were lumpy, but they were going to charge me $150 to come and pick them up and to do this. Even if they stuffed the cushions, they would still look horrible and lumpy. I do not recommend getting any upholstered furniture from this establishment. Their quality is terrible and doesn't reflect the $5.000.00 price I paid for the sectional. I thought I could trust their quality, but I clearly was wrong.

Bought my family’s first couch today and Drew did an amazing job working within our budget and answering all my questions I don’t do reviews often but his professionalism and help was great, and I felt the need to go out of my way and acknowledge good work when I see it. we’re coming back for our mattress in the future. Riley was a blast and pleasure to work with. Very honest and thorough from meeting to finalizing sale and delivery. She never pressured me and we walked around a while to find what I really wanted. She was so genuine, not pushy and felt like a friend. Delivery was delayed, but Riley kept me in the loop the entire time. Such a sweet woman and it was a pleasure during business with her.

Debacle! Paid 6k for 2 weeks of hell! Providing customers quality furniture in good condition is clearly not a priority for the team at Ashley. Initial delivery Powered pieces of sectional were not working, leather upholstery was clearly cut (with box cutter) large obvious scuffs on corners of furniture. Called customer service for wrong furniture delivered only to get get transferred to the delivery department to explain that pieces are damaged and we need some resolution. But somehow it’s not a customer service issue? BTW delivery department is off on Wednesday’s so don’t have a problem on Tuesday because that will cement the problem in place with no human on the face of the planet able to resolve it except the person who is out of the office! 2nd delivery to resolve Damaged items are replaced with more damaged items. When we tell the driver there is damage he informs us that they are a contracted delivery service and that they have to deliver! No take backs. We now have three left arm facing recliners just placed where ever they can put them in our living room most have visible damage. Wife heads to the store to sit with our sales person and get the problems fixed armed with pictures of the problems and a diagram of what we want, just in case words don’t work. 3rd attempt to resolve, even more furniture with obvious damage and no way to resolve. Refused delivery, and sent all items back with delivery drivers. Went straight to the store to make sure we were credited for all items refused/returned, this results in a manager giving his word that we will not be charged for those items, after the reams of paper produced for purchasing furniture, you don’t even get a hand written list for anything returned, no record at all but a heartfelt “I promise” to take care of this for you. Final result. Many hours we’ll never get back, anxious about no record of returned items, and an empty living room. We gave our old furniture away since we had to make room for the new. If I never see the inside of Ashley/Mathis Brothers again it will be too soon. Delivery drivers were exceptional, we had the one problem about not being able to take items back which was strange but all were friendly and professional. Update 8-8-2023 - There has been no contact from Ashley Store to resolve. The amount I’m being charged has not been corrected. Update 8-25-2023 - Called customer service today. The department was busy so I left a voicemail w/ callback number. Fingers crossed I get a call back.

Jason is a great sales man! Very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. However, this is the 2nd time in the last 5-7 months that we have purchased some furniture from him and when we purchased our furniture the first time we paid for the Mathis Membership that guaranteed us a free year of deliveries and set up on whatever we buy. When we went in today, he informed us that this policy has changed and we now do not get free deliver or set up! That is a crock of BS! They aren’t honoring that “membership” anymore! I am very disappointed in them not honoring it and will more than likely take my business elsewhere next time!

Love the furniture I purchased. Not thrill at all with the service of my sales rep Kyle. He stated multiple times that it was going to be 24 months 0% interest. Only to find out he was lying. His excuse once confronted about it was “you misunderstood, that’s why you got it at such a good price”. Just get a knowledgeable rep to do business with.

Sales staff was great but unfortunately I should have ordered direct from Tempurpedic. The mattress arrived much firmer than the one I had tried at the store and one of the sleep center. I thought I had a test period but was informed it was final sale since I did not pay to join the club and buy a mattress cover and pillows. I could have ordered direct from Tempurpedic and got a 90 day trial for free. Just a FYI the price is the same direct and your don't have to pay more for a test period. They did reach out but did not respond to my email.

We bought a bedroom suite that consisted of the bed frame, 2 dressers, and 2 nightstands. Not only were the delivery people unprofessional (using foul language in front of my kids, in my house) they didn't even put my furniture together the way they were supposed to. Furniture arrived with more than half of the hardware missing. Then they just left without saying anything. I will never go back to Ashley or Mathis Brothers (same company) again! I do not recommend them for delivery.
I’m very picky I even had went to 3 other stores looking for what I wanted, and that I could bring it home that day or the next. Trulove helped me out and was SO HELPFUL! She was Annie to deal with my pickiness and asking so many questions. I know I can be a handful when I’m making a major purchase but she did it with ease!

Had a bed for my daughter ordered since October. I was told it would be shipped in a couple of weeks. That was the response I got for 3 months. I called and told them to order it from Ashley website since it showed in stock. Buy they said they are not affiliated with the Ashley store. That is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. So I bought it from Coleman furniture and it is being delivered. This place is worthless.

Answered all my questions, and the best part is there was no pressure. I let her know I would contact her in Jan, and we left it at that. She didn't call or text once bothering me, and took my word that I would be back! That's what sold me the most. Not everyone is like that. But she knew I was like that, and I like that she respected that. I contacted her that I was coming this weekend and we set up a time to meet. Worst buying experience ever. I had a pleasant experience buying the mattress with Ari. She sold me everything I needed in order to qualify for the 60 day sleep exchange and also the 20 year warranty on the mattress. That totaled an extra $1000 mind you. Fast forward to the same day that I get it home and I sleep like crap. I give it a week and continue to have the same issues with soft spots throughout the bed. I went back in, they blamed my platform bed and told me to get a box spring or something for additional support. Basically, buy more of our garbage product to make the garbage you already purchased a decent sleep.I put the mattress on the solid tile floor for 2 weeks and the issue was the same. Poorly made bed.Now I am 3 months later with nothing solved. Trenton in the local store said he'd work to get this all resolved, and his words are proving to be lies as well.Then add Andrea for their Mattress Services in to the mix. She likes to hang up on you and tell you what you need and know. She knows better than you, all you do is call her and she will tell you your problem, the solution and the only option you have. She's a peach. I do not recommend buying from this store. Do not buy their Mathis Brothers rewards program that is $200 because it's garbage. You need that program in order to qualify for the warranty, and then they refuse to warranty anything out unless there is a visible soft spot in the bed. Like there has to be an indention in the mattress to prove there is a defect. Defects come in all shapes forms and lack of indentions.

Buying furniture should not be harder than buying a car. If Wal-mart can install self checkout at their stores, why can't this process be streamlined. The people were very friendly. The reason for two stars. However, the checkout procedure almost made me want to walk out and go to another store. The rewards program is lacking as well. If you don't use your account in a year, it gets canceled, and you have to buy a new membership? Seems like management can make this whe people would want to come shop here. Management, please fix this.

ASK FOR OTHMAN OR CHLOE! I arrived at Ashley to purchase replacement piece’s purchased at Mathis Outlet. Due to manufacturing issues my original purchase was unsatisfactory. I was going to be given credit as soon as they picked up the original delivery- next week! I wanted to be proactive and have the replacement at least ordered since Mathis advised I can’t use the credit until Ashley can see it in the system. Othman greeted me when I walked in with the biggest and warmest smile! I already felt less apprehensive since I expected this exchange to be problematic. I walked up to Othman and stated that I knew I would need assistance and told him what I was trying to accomplish. He told me his job was to find the solution and he certainly did! With the help and guidance of Chloe, they worked up a 6 pc sectional with only the 4pcs I wanted, they coordinated a new pick up day for the faulty furniture to coincide with the delivery day of the new so I will not be without furniture for even a day and they did it with all with a smile! Not once did I feel like I was holding them up or taking too much time. It truly was a painless transaction that was actually fun and I will recommend them whenever the opportunity arises! Thank you Othman and Chloe- I can’t wait for it to arrive next week!

These guys were helpful, understanding, and all around FUN to be around while the manager worked out the pricing and details. We won't shop anywhere else for furniture now. Felt like a car dealership the sales person is unprofessional and he needs more training on how to deal with customers by moving from one side to another you are not going to clise the sale just saying...not to mention the floor supervisor his face changed when I told him I'll think about it...and he said this price is for today and it will change from day to day .... not recommended I rather buy furniture from any other place but not to deal with this

My husband was sold on the 1st one he tried. I took a bit longer but we both left the store happy. Can't wait for them to be delivered!!!
Today I had the pleasure of working with an amazing sales associate named Tyler T. He went above and beyond to take a not so good experience I had with an order I placed at the Mathis Design Studio and tuned it into a Positive at the Ashley store. The order I placed at the Design Center kept getting put on back order after we had paid in full and it was in inventory when we purchase it. Unfortunately I never did hear from that sales associate again. I had to keep calling every few weeks to get updates. Finally after having enough I ended up at Ashley and Tyler handled the refund and return of the nightstands like a pro and handled my new order. He made it all so easy as did his manger. I really appreciate ALL they did to help me today and I will go back in a few weeks to purchase more items we need. So if you are in the OKC area and need furniture be sure and ask for Tyler T so you can have as good experience as I did. Thank you Tyler!!!

After making my first big investment furniture purchase, I can honestly say I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture. I didn’t feel like I was being hunted or stalked by the sales team and didn’t feel like they were trying to force me to make a purchase in the moment. While the in store customer service was great, we’ve now had to have 3 different couches delivered because they keep delivering damaged couches and now we can no longer return it because their return policy is only 7 days (which is not what we were told when we purchased the couch originally). It’s way more hassle that it’s worth.

When I arrived to the store on W. Reno Avenue, I was greeted by a very personable saleslady, Theresa. She informed me it was her first day and I was her first customer. Theresa listened to what I was looking for and helped me with my purchases. After the furniture was delivered, one of my purchases a chair and ottoman ended up not exactly what I wanted. I called customer service to return it. Then I called Theresa to inform her and she said she was at the new Shawnee store. She offered to meet me at the Reno store on Saturday with my husband and I. Theresa spent about 4 hours with us to help us find another chair. Theresa went above and beyond to assist us. It was very much appreciated. Thank you Theresa.

Great experience with Sean during our visit to OKC during our drive to Dallas. He approached us as we were leaving the store and asked if there was anything in particular we had been looking for. We mentioned artwork and he said there was additional pieces in the back of the store hallway. We found an interesting piece right away. He went that extra step and it paid off for both of us. Went in to find a loveseat for our business office. Located one and called in the next day to check stock of the item. Sales dept stated it was in stock in the distribution center. So, we went ahead and purchased the loveseat over the phone and they told us they would call back to schedule a pick up time for the following day. Never received a callback. I called the next next morning to schedule a time to pick it up and was told there are none in stock and would be at least a month before it would be in. We felt we were “tricked” into making a purchase by being made to believe it was in stock. After 20 years of doing business with Mathis Bros / Ashley, we are done. No more business with this company. Worst experience we’ve ever had. I don’t know what happened with this company, it’s obvious they need to get their act together.

We went to buy furniture on a Friday evening was told we couldn't pick up until Saturday at 10 am. We go Saturday at 10am and they said to come back at 11 am when they open. We picked up the furniture a little after 11am. We got all the way home to realize that they gave us the wrong product. We were told to bring it back to exchange it. We were told we would be given a gas voucher for our wasted time and gas. We went Sunday morning to exchange the product for the correct product and was not given a gas voucher. We will never buy from this company again. I recommend others to check their product before leaving the facility.
Everything was great with the purchase. Was told our furniture wasn’t in stock but they would rush it if we went ahead and purchased and we should have it within a couple of weeks. Now after purchase am being told a completely different story. Edit….it’s gotten worse! Promised everything would be in before end of August. Explained that we have a baby shower and if we couldn’t get our furniture by then we would buy somewhere else. Obviously, they wanted the sale….sectional was finally delivered…missing a piece. Was told they could have it back out to me the next week. If it’s in stock and you like it, make your own decision but if they give you a date….don’t believe a word they say! I’ve picked up one piece to my furniture and am having to pick up another piece “when it comes in” and haven’t been offered a refund for delivery.
Chloe was a breath of fresh air! She has a true ability to connect with the customer. No pressure sales is a art and she is the best that I have seen in a long time. She was very informative and gave us all the info needed for each item we were looking for. From the moment we stepped foot into the showroom to the time we left she was a real professional. Michael helped me find the exact loveseat recliner I was looking for. I had looked all over the store and was about to give up when I ran into Michael. He even asked if he could help me & I told him I didn't think so. So I told him exactly what I was looking for & he took me right to where one was. I was so surprised! It was a double loveseat recliner w/ no center console but had to be pet friendly... He was such a big help. Very friendly, yet not pushy & very professional at the same time. He was in "sales mode" and tried to over-talk and be aggressive the entire time when I asked for clarification about the "free furniture " which turned out to be a mattress topper. I was told to give it away if I didn't need or want it. The promotion is very deceiving when you don't give the shopper any option.

We stopped in to Mathis brothers to look at sectionals and when we were walking through the Ashley store we glanced over to the purple mattresses and Jess met us promptly with a open greeting and friendly banter that made us feel at home , answered all our questions to the best of his abilities and if he didn’t know he promptly got us the answer we needed. ( I think his name was joe or John) came over and helped us seal the deal! Quality of service depends on who you get to help you. Not everyone is willing to go an extra few steps to make your experience a good one. It's hard to find something that is actually in the warehouse. It's all in pieces. All their furniture is on back order.

We ordered a bedroom set with Ashley Homestore in November 2021. Delivery date kept being pushed because they couldn't get our furniture in stock. It was frustrating to wait 7 months for what should have been 2 at most. So we decided to come back in and reselect something in stock and the staff was kind and helpful the entire time and they got our new selection delivered to our home and had it set up in no time. This is a difficult season for most businesses. Be kind and patient.

Bad business practices. Charges you a membership reward in order to be comparable to the corporate site pricing. When asked why I should order from them and salesman indicated we would not get good customer service at the corporate level. I'm sure their corporate office wouldn't take that so damaging to their reputation. They charged me shipping and this $99 membership fee, making the sale $167 more than the website advertised. While it may still be a good price, the underhanded way about "making up for the corporate prices because they are a franchise" is no excuse for sliding it in on the order vs. having a conversation ahead of time. I've never experienced this with Ashley stores before. I will never buy from this store again. We had planned to furnish a whole new house, however, we will buy elsewhere.
This young man was a lifesaver. He made sure we got exactly what we needed and fixed other issues with the previous oversight from the store next door. Zach Huddleston is a rockstar salesman and I will not hesitate to seek him out for all my furniture needs in the future.

Went in to browse and ended up leaving with a tv stand and dinning room table, which I needed. They have good quality furniture and great employees. Jennifer help me and she was awesome, she helped me with picking out the furniture by measuring it and entertaining my kids when I wanted to try out my dining room chairs. Absolutely wonderful, seamless process from start to finish. My sales person was Lauren and she was fantastic, kind, professional, and easy to deal with. The delivery was right on time (3 days after I bought it) and the piece (power reclining loveseat) was perfect. What tickled me even more is 20 minutes after the delivery guys left I had a phone call from a manager to Make sure everything went well. In a month or two when I am no longer Ramen noodle broke I assure you that I will be back to give Lauren and Ashley furniture more business- I need everything!

They lure you in with discounts and promotions, once you agree to purchase then the add ons and extras start to get added. If you are not paying attention to what you are charged for vs the promotions offered you will get ripped off.

It wasn’t the easiest decision and purchase I have made; however, I am satisfied with the living room set. Now communication on delivery date is not so good. Verbal discussion of delivery at time of sale and furniture actually in my home was not even close.

There is a reason why the reviews are terrible for the Ashley HomeStore at the Reno location. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service here is awful. All of our furniture is from Ashley so of course when it's time for a new couch we knew The Ashley Store would have what we needed. We have been to the store every day for the past three days trying to narrow down to ONE couch. Today was our first day at this location because we wanted to go to the Mathis Brothers store and the Design Center there. We were hoping we could sneak into the Ashley Store without being followed by someone. We managed to hang out and sit at one of our favorite couches, a really pretty leather reclining sectional with massage features. Since the couch is super pricey we wanted to make sure it's not a rushed or hasty decision. We were approached by a sales rep named David who said he wanted to show us another couch he believes we would like without even asking us what we were looking for first. We followed him and he showed us this very distasteful couch that was super hideous. My husband told him it looks like it belongs in a lobby somewhere. David said it was the most sold couch there, and I blatantly said I don't understand how as it's super cheap, uncomfortable, and the color is awful. He admit that he was new and didn't know what he was doing. We let him know we knew exactly what we want but wanted to narrow it down to one as we loved two couches there. Finally, we narrowed it down and I told him we were ready to purchase. We had agreed on a price but he quoted us a price almost $2k more saying it was a protection plan, delivery fees, and other mandatory fees and taxes. I don't trust people who work commission so I went to the Ashley store online myself and added the same couch to my cart. Instantly, I saw the couch was about $1500 cheaper online and I was given a 15% off discount lol o purchase online. The price we can buy online was over $2k cheaper even with a protection plan, delivery fees, and taxes included. I pointed that out and David said he had to talk to "Anthony." Anyway, Anthony came and the whole time did not look me in the eyes so I knew right away this man is full of big smoky BS. He was talking to my husband and when he was done I told him we want to price match the price online and was not interested in financing and getting the Ashley Credit Card. He walked away and said he will be right back. I went to the ladies room, came out and he was back with newer and smokier BS than before saying he will give us a rug, and $1200 in credit so we can return and buy more things in the store if we pay what they quoted us. Once I sat down he walked away not looking me in the eyes. That's fine. So I told David that it was getting late and we have our three year old child with us we should take him home. I also added that if they can't price match like they said they would, then we are not interested in purchasing with them when we can buy it online. I added that we don't need a rug nor $1200 in credit to buy more furniture once again. I even told him we had no interest in the protection plan. I even showed him the website on my phone where the price was cheaper. Of course Anthony was lingering behind David and he jumped in saying.. bring back a picture of the cheaper price and I'll price match it. Every single one of these salespeople have an iPad.. what would a picture out do?! We live in a world of technology and my phone should have been enough or they can double check me on their iPads. Anthony, I think you're one of the most unprofessional salesmen I have ever met. Next time, I suggest you look your customers in the eyes. And maybe you're not married so you don't know.. but you can't harass a husband to buy a couch while his wife is not there and walk away when she comes back. The first sales person that I encountered followed me all over the store and wouldn’t leave me alone even after I told him I didn’t need his assistance. Once we finally got into the Ashley store he told me he would wait on the outside of the Dept because he could not sell in there. This was such a relief because I just wanted to look and browse on my own for a while. I didn’t plan on purchasing anything that day. However, I found some really great items in the Ashley store and was testing out a chair, when Shawne saw me and we started up a conversation. She gave me her card digital and let me browse around some more. I decided I was ready to purchase some pillows and the chairs I previously looked at and so I text Shawne and she took great care of me from there including walking me to my car and helping me load up in the cold! Shawne and the Ashley store deserve 5 stars, but I can’t say the same for Mathis sales staff. I also had to listen to a conversation with 3 other sales associates bickering over territory in the Mathis store and that made me very uncomfortable as well.

I gave it two stars for getting a good deal on a mattress set for my my daughter. It seems the salespeople are clueless about the delivery process. I was promised to have my mattress and boxed spring picked up. The delivery won't remove the old bed because they said there was a stain which there was none. I am disabled and stuck in trying to give rid of the old mattress since I was lied by two salespersons. I am no longer buying from this store.

Tonya Grimm was wonderful to work with, courteous, interested in getting the right piece of furniture to the right people within our budget. It doesn’t get much better than that. However, we were disappointed that even with COVID making getting merchandise problematic that the bed we really wanted was not available anywhere in the Ashley furniture system. We settled for another one but that is exactly what we did, settled.

Horrible Experience. We ordered dining table around November and they said that it would be stock on First week of January. I gave them 20 Percent down payment and today when I went to pay the price in full, they are saying that its going to come in March. Horrible customer Service. This would be the last time our family shops there. We are moving in our new home on second week of january and had calculated the date accordingly, now looks like we wont have dining table for couple of months after moving in. Sales lady just told us lies on the available date to have our business.

She listened to what I was interested in, and showed me several items which checked all of my requirements. Sierra found the perfect item for me, then allowed for me to come back the following day with my wife to confirm all choices. When it came time to put it all together, Sierra also worked with us on pricing. I would highly recommend buying from Ashley HomeStore, and would specifically recommended Sierra to assist.

Horrible experience. Delivered bits and pieces 4 times. Something was damaged all the times, never can get things right. Talked to people about the poor delivery, people don’t care. Synchrony bank was always charging me wrong. I was told Ashley store bill them that way. I should have shopped somewhere else. I was stressed a lot dealing with the delivery and speaking to Synchrony Bank. Hope I learned from this horrible experience.
We purchased a dining room set in April 2021. They had just we wanted and the manager even price matched from their online website. After the purchase, the delivery date they gave us apparently was never put on their schedule and my husband took of work just to find out that someone messed up and never confirmed delivery. After that several of the chairs were messed up so we had to wait on new ones. The manager did credit the delivery fee back since they made a mistake and also gave us a percentage off of the sale price for all of our trouble. It’s November and the last chair was delivered in October. We having been paying for the purchase through synchrony since April. NOW they have put a charge on our synchrony acct for $147.68 without our knowledge or approval and no one seems to know what the charge is from!!! UPDATE: Emailed the respondent of my review and no response!!!

Our sales person, Tim, did a great job! The only suggestion I would make is to have more items in stock. Even with the "current delays," waiting 7 months to receive 2 chairs and a rug seems excessive. Eventually the items were available at the Tulsa store so it is a 2 or 3 week wait versus 7 months.

Do not buy from here. Purchasing from here was one of the most stressful shopping experiences I’ve ever had in my life. My husband and I stopped in to purchase a king size mattress and base. The salesman was actually very nice and helped us pick out a purple mattress and adjustable base. We also purchased sheets, pillows, and a mattress protector. He assured us several times that everything we wanted was in stock and could be picked up that day. Our total was over $3000 for everything so we spent a good chunk of change here expecting the quality we saw on the showroom floor. We picked up our items and that’s were all the issues started. The mattress itself was fine however the base they provided us was absolute garbage. There were dusty boot marks all over the back of the base like people had been walking on it. WALKING ON PRODUCTS. The metal brackets were completely deformed and one bracket literally fell off the base and was already snapped in half. We received only one mattress end holder (should’ve been two) and the one we did get had paint chips all over it. There was no owners manual in the base (like it said there would be). We couldn’t even put our base together because it was so mangled. Then we noticed that we never received our mattress protector. Come to find out, it was back ordered and we had no predicted estimate on when it would come in which contradicts what the salesman told us about everything being in stock. We called on Monday telling them they needed to pick up this broken one and bring a replacement and to refund us the money for the mattress protector. They MADE US pay a delivery fee for them to pick up their own mistake and because we wanted a refund for the mattress protector, they said our 60 day mattress trial was null and void. Not sure how a mattress protector from a different company than the actual mattress voids the trial period but whatever. Originally my husband said they could deliver on Tuesday but we had a work conflict and had to move that. When I called back, the customer support lady was BEYOND rude to me. I stated probably 5 or 6 times that Tuesday would not work for delivery and instead of giving me days that WOULD work she kept repeating “I already spoke to your husband and he said Tuesday was fine”. I guess they only provide customer service to men because the way she treated me was BEYOND unprofessional. I eventually had to ask her to transfer me to her manager because she would not give me any alternative dates for delivery. When I got to the manager, she stated that they don’t offer deliveries on Wednesday and the earliest they could come and pick it up would be Thursday. 4 days after they let this broken $1500 product out of their warehouse. They stated that we’d receive a text message with a time slot on Tuesday. We never got a text message and I had to actually call (waited 30 minutes on hold) to see when it would be getting delivered. Shockingly, right after I hung up, I got a text with my time slot. The ONLY good part about this entire process is the people who delivered the base. Do not buy from here. Purchasing from here was one of the most stressful shopping experiences I've ever had in my life. My husband and I stopped in to purchase a king size mattress and base. The salesman was actually very nice and helped us pick out a purple mattress and adjustable base. We also purchased sheets, pillows, and a mattress protector. He assured us several times that everything we wanted was in stock and could be picked up that day. Our total was over $3000 for everything so we spent a good chunk of change here expecting the quality we saw on the showroom floor. We picked up our items and that's were all the issues started. The mattress itself was fine however the base they provided us was absolute garbage. There were dusty boot marks all over the back of the base like people had been walking on it. WALKING ON PRODUCTS. The metal brackets were completely deformed and one bracket literally fell off the base and was already snapped in half. We received only one mattress end holder (should've been two) and the one we did get had paint chips all over it. There was no owners manual in the base (like it said there would be). We couldn't even put our base together because it was so mangled. Then we noticed that we never received our mattress protector. Come to find out, it was back ordered and we had no predicted estimate on when it would come in which contradicts what the salesman told us about everything being in stock. We called on Monday telling them they needed to pick up this broken one and bring a replacement and to refund us the money for the mattress protector. They MADE US pay a delivery fee for them to pick up their own mistake and because we wanted a refund for the mattress protector, they said our 60 day mattress trial was null and void. Not sure how a mattress protector from a different company than the actual mattress voids the trial period but whatever. Originally my husband said they could deliver on Tuesday but we had a work conflict and had to move that. When I called back, the customer support lady was BEYOND rude to me. I stated probably 5 or 6 times that Tuesday would not work for delivery and instead of giving me days that WOULD work she kept repeating "I already spoke to your husband and he said Tuesday was fine". I guess they only provide customer service to men because the way she treated me was BEYOND unprofessional. I eventually had to ask her to transfer me to her manager because she would not give me any alternative dates for delivery. When I got to the manager, she stated that they don't offer deliveries on Wednesday and the earliest they could come and pick it up would be Thursday. 4 days after they let this broken $1500 product out of their warehouse. They stated that we'd receive a text message with a time slot on Tuesday. We never got a text message and I had to actually call (waited 30 minutes on hold) to see when it would be getting delivered. Shockingly, right after I hung up, I got a text with my time slot. The ONLY good part about this entire process is the people who delivered the base. They were quick, understanding and they were the ONLY ones who apologized for this hassle. I didn't get an apology from customer support AT ALL. UPDATED: They reply to your review asking you to reach out so they can correct the issues and then never reply to your email. They make it seem like they care, but they don't.

Steer clear. We ordered an item that the salesman informed us would be at our place within a month. 6 months later and there's not only no sign of the item, but every time we call we just get the runaround from their team. "It's 2-3 weeks away" they say since 2 months in. It's ALWAYS 2-3 weeks away. Complete joke, we get no updates and they'll lie through their teeth.

Do NOT shop here. We were lied to about delivery dates to make the sale and we are still waiting on what's been promised over and over with different dates now we are terrified of receiving malfunctioning or damaged products like everyone else on these reviews so definitely considering canceling the order even though we've waited 3 MONTHS!!, and since we're already having problems with customer service I cannot imagine it gets any better! I just wish we would have read the reviews before shopping here but I'm glad there is a community of people alerting us about this store's ill practices.
The worst place to shop. You wait to long for your merchandise. Then you get the wrong pieces. And than it takse weeks for them to pick it up. And they won't give you your money back like they took it from you. Worst business practice. Beware!!!!
I had my first visit in Ashley HomeStore today and it was amazing! I applied for the Ashley Card online a few days ago knowing I wanted a new couch. When I walked in the store everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Art was the one who helped me out today. As someone who is very indecisive about a decision, I was very pleased when Art took the time to walk me around and let me settle into each couch. When I would give him yes or no answers after sitting on the couch he would guide me to the next one and they just kept getting better until I finally found the one for me! He was so patient, nice, and very knowledgeable! I needed an increase for my credit limit and Ashley was able to help me out. She was super nice and I really enjoyed talking with her while she took great care of me and helped me get my limit increased so I could purchase the couches I wanted. Amazing customer service and never once felt pressured. I will definitely be going back for all of my furniture needs! Huge thank you to Art and Heather!!!

I wanted to gift a new recliner to my aunt moving into a new apartment, but I live in CA and she lives in OK. Ashley made this a priority to get the one she wanted, arranged for delivery and set up so she didn't have to lug it to her apartment. I have always loved Ashley, and they didn't let me down. Me and the wife purchased a mattress with free adjustable, platform frame, and pillows to get the bundle on September 18, 2021 and still waiting to receive it. What's crazy we were told it was in stock before purchase, then after purchase were told items would be in the first week of October. Now it's wait til October 17 to see if it arrives in store. Shouldn't have items on showroom floor if it's not in stock or put a sign out. Very disappointed customer. So I left this review a week ago October 10th and we are still waiting on adjustable frame. I'll keep posting til things are right. I understand it's business but I'm making good on my end why is Ashley isn't

If you are looking for a furniture company that will rip you off, look no further than this facility. I purchased a bed and base from them and was told that I would receive a credit for the other accessories by their sales staff including the sales manager. Initially, I did not realize I was overcharged until I got home and read the bill. When I tried to return the item that was not supposed to be attached to my bill, I waited for 40 minutes for the girl to try and figure out how to help me which obviously had not been trained properly. (Not blaming her) Then finally a manger basically told me that I was misinformed by their sales staff and could not refund me. I have made several purchases at Ashley’s previously in Scottsdale,AZ and never encountered such poor service until I shopped here. In addition, to this issue I have been waiting over a month for my pillow that was supposed to be received 2 weeks ago. Given, this experience, poor service and misinformation, I will never do business with this facility and plan to turn them into the BBB.

Ordered a sectional and a bed in April as we bought a house and we’re moving in July. Sales rep promised the bed by July and August for the sectional. It’s now 9/10 and neither are here. Just keep getting told to wait another month due to delays blah blah blah. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Although I don’t blame them for any delays with things they can’t control the communication has been horrid and we won’t be buying from them again based on the lack of communication and straight nonsense.

You can't walk 10 feet in their store without being hounded by a sales person. The first sales person to approach us gave us the information about their labor day event and then warned us that a few more sales people would try and bug us with the same info. He wasn't lying. 4 more sales people tried to stop us and force us into the listening to them. It got so aggravating that we left and went to Bob Mills instead. I won't be returning to this place and I won't even step foot into Mathis Brothers since they are the same location. STOP HOUNDING YOUR CUSTOMERS. If I want help I will ask for it.

I’m sitting at over two months waiting on my order. Purchased early to mid June with an in stocks date if 6/27. At the time we placed a 10% deposit to order the furniture to pay the balance after closing to get delivery scheduled. Closing happened paid off balance and was told 7/4 for delivery of one piece, 7/2 sales person texted me but was trying to text someone else and when I asked if we were still good for 7/4 he said no an error on his side made it where he never scheduled delivery. His manager got involved and said I would hear back from her by 7/3 on the delivery status, I called on 7/4 after not hearing back and she said “she didn’t hear back so she felt not calling me would be better opposed to calling with no news, but would call me by noon Tuesday with word. Tuesday at 4:30 I called back and they said no word but they would call back Thursday first thing and I would hear from them by 9:15 am. Thursday I called around 4:30 and the manager would not respond but made my sales person call who mentioned how both had gone home but was looking into this after he left the office, he said Mathis brothers has no way to track what gets put on the truck and we would have to wait. A few days later still nothing I call get transferred around multiple times get someone who gives me a date, that’s a month out, speak to the manager and she said “that employee is new and been with us a week and are not supposed to give dates, but she will look into it being delivered”, missed another promised call from her (never heard back from her even after I made a call and text attempts). I wait some more and missed another call if the furniture made it in so I call and he says he’s not in but will check, it comes in and he said the only day available is on a day where I would have to miss work, we take off so we can get a single piece. I eventually get in touch with a different manager who said all the things that the sales person and other manager were not true (things like not quoting dates, not knowing the truck inventories, switching from in house to door step delivery was faster). I was promised a call from the big manager (didn’t happen), I finally kept calling and got him, informed him and he agreed everything they did was a mistake, had to play phone tag a few times and finally ended on they don’t know for sure when it will be in but looking like end of august or September but are not sure. All in all if you try to get a hold of some one they transfer you four or five times just to get a cashier who can not help you, they take a deposit to “reserve” it that seemingly does nothing, the promise you date after date and don’t meet any of them, they tell you transferring from store will be faster (it’s not), the phone people say they are noting your account (they don’t), promise call backs (they don’t), quote you a price for the furniture protection and charge you $120 more, tell you you have to pay off the balance before a hung gets delivered (only have to pay off what’s ready to be delivered) and essentially make up everything just to get the sale and then tell you there’s nothing they can do about anything but wait, also the sales person in one of our calls said “if you are this unhappy why don’t you just cancel”. I would not recommend anything from the Ashley home store on Reno to anyone unless you just want to give them a few thousand dollars to just wait around hoping you will eventually get your furniture. EDIT 8/24. I got in contact with our salesperson Sunshine last Friday, he said he would contact me on Monday with an update, he did not bother to update. Between him and Shelly (apparently a manager) they will say they will check back with you but will not unless you hound them.

Military families moving to fort sill beware! We moved recently and needed some furniture. We got here mid june and immediately started looking for couches. We made our way out to the city to look and while searching through the store, we found two couches we loved. One was in stock and we were told the other would be in no later than beginning of august. So we went with the one we liked more even though we had to wait. but we figured one month wouldn’t be an issue. A couple weeks ago half our couch made it to our gate and when checking the movers location i could see he went to the wrong gate that is closed on weekends. Instead of driving around to the next gate he drove away and when we called he said he’s been waiting and that he called us three times which was not true. When we stated we had no missed calls he said “oh yeah actually the couch is dirty so we had to skip you and it will be delivered next weekend.” Sure enough it was not. Now here we are about to start september and our order has still not arrived. We have called multiple times asking for a manager and have received zero calls back and have been left on hold for over 30 mins multiple times. Every week we keep being told it stays it’s delivery date is today and should be in this week and every week we call to check in and somehow the date is moved to the NEXT week. not to mention when your items finally arrive the waiting list for delivery is about a month long. Very unsatisfied.
We absolutely loved our experience with Anthony. He helped us get a new sectional, dining room set, and we even added a mattress. Anthony was a true professional about the entire transaction and he knew so much about all the furniture. He answered questions we didn't even know we had. We will definitely be going back for any of our furniture needs.

Bought bedroom set (8 pieces) with new mattress, adjustable base, and accessories. Problems with every piece some defective. Spent over $6k. Manager agreed to have it all picked up and returned and was left with the mattress, base, and accessories and will no longer answer calls or text. $4k charged to my credit card!

Very bad experience here. We live about 50 miles away from Ashley. We went to the city the first week of February and stopped by there. We found a double recliner we liked and started the purchasing process. The sales person said we had to sign up for a new credit card to get it at the discounted price shown. So we did sign up and the card covered all but $596.00, which i put on my bank card. We were told by the sales person it was in stock and would be delivered the following Saturday. When it didn't arrive we started trying to call and inquire about it. We were never able to talk to anyone. Two weeks after that Saturday we drove back to Ashley and was told it had a big rip in it when it arrived. I stated she had said it was in stock. She said it was a computer glitch that showed it to be in stock. We asked why no one called to let us know about the rip. She said she had just been promoted to sales manager and just didn't have the time. We were assured it would be delivered in 7 days. 10 days later we again drove back to Ashley and canceled our order. The next day the credit cards were canceled. We had received a free rug with our purchase which we did get the day of purchase. We were told not to worry about returning it when we canceledthe order..By this time it's now March and we were told the funds would be placed back on my bank card promptly. I contacted my bank the end of April to dispute the charge on my bank card. They called us the end of June saying we had 30 days to return the rug. We returned it the next Saturday.
I recently moved to OKC and was in need of furnishing my new home. Home Furnishing Specialist Tim Miller made me feel welcomed since the start of my shopping experience. He was friendly, helpful, patient, and diligent throughout the whole process. He listened to my needs and tastes and I never felt pushed or rushed in any way. The Store Manager also made sure that I felt welcomed and that I obtained the best deals available. I would not buy from Ashley homestore ever again! They told me 3 weeks when I purchased a coffee table. Been over 7 weeks and nothing. They give a different date everytime I call. They get your money and then could care less about the customer.

I was approached by no less than 5 sales people in 15 minutes. It’s one of the reasons I don’t stay and look around more. I was there to buy office furniture and would have enjoyed looking around for myself personally but I get tired of constantly being approached by sales people.

Customer Service issues. I’ve been on hold and transferred 6 times and had to explain my issues 6 times! Finally, someone pickups and says the manager is busy at this time, but she would take my number down and have them call me ... No return call and it’s been over an hour and that’s after being on hold for and hour and transferred several times. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a couch on April 18 and was told it would be 2 weeks. We are now going into July and still no couch. Every time I call I keep being told it will be 2 weeks.
Sales people like a bunch of vultures. Won't leave you alone.

I purchased furniture from them on 4/28/2021 and had all but the end table on day of purchase. However I was told originally my end table would take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called, was told it'd be another week. The following week I called customer service again and was told another week. This went on until this week 6/21/2021. So almost 2 months and when I called Monday about it was told it would take another 10-14 days after being told last week it was on the truck and would be here in 1-5 days. Told them at that time I wanted a refund and I would find it somewhere else. Ordered the EXACT same end table that night from Amazon and it showed up by noon on Wednesday. I will never purchase from them again unless it is an instock item.

Hello everyone, I loved the experience. We where in the store for what felt like 3+ hours time went flying. We looked around asked questions compared prices between your models. The best part was that Taylar, wasn’t push on us to buy something, she gave me my space and time. Also, Taylar was very friendly, nice, patient, and have us all the info we needed. She inquired to make sure they had all the products in stock for the day we need them. It was a great experience we should be back for more furniture, we are upgrading our 15 year old daughters room.
I liked that we were able to look around for a bit before being approached. I liked the low key style, never once did I feel pressured.

The staff when we were buying was super friendly but that was it. They only gave us half the parts we needed for the beds we ordered. We kept calling and asking when the other parts were coming. They would lie and say they were on their way. They wouldn't come so we'd call again. This happened 3x before we finally got our beds. Then the delivery was between 7-9PM. I wrote a note on the door to NOT ring the doorbell because I'm alone getting 3 kids 5 and under asleep, including a newborn. They rang the doorbell and woke up the baby. They were great pre-covid. They also put the beds together wrong. We've had two orders since COVID and everything went horribly. It can't ALL be blamed on COVID, especially the lies and wrong info. We're DONE with Ashley.

Blaming everything on covid. Took over 3-4 months for my furniture to arrive. Took so long I had to cancel the initial order and reorder other furniture. Ended up going to a HomeZone and received furniture within 5 working day.

I bought a specific piece of furniture so that I could pick it up today, Your salesmen sent me to the Warehouse to pick it up with the assurance that they were “pulling it right now “ I got over to the warehouse where the driveway was taped shut with police caution tape. I finally found “Customer Sevice” (another lie) where some snotty little 20 something girl informed me that “the warehouse was closed on Wednesday and that “If I want my table I would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. So now I have to waste more of my time to go back and pick up something that I specially bought so I could have it today. Mind you we are not talking about a dining room set... we are talking about an end table my 12 yr old niece could have picked up and carried to the truck

Did not call us when our furniture was in. Terrible customer service. Terrible. They also do not email you back after replying saying they would like to help.

Made mistake, mess up my delivery date, never apologize then try to blame customer!! Went shopping for dining room sets today . This was one of the stores we chose to go to . We walked in and the lady at the front didn't even get out of her chair to speak to us. Instead she decided to talk across the room and asked us what we were looking for ,then asked if we were looking for something more affordable. I felt a little disrespected I honestly just wanted to turn around and leave .

Ashley Home is a great store! Friendly people, great inventory, clean restrooms and they offered us water as we shopped. Our salesperson was Ivan And he was super cool to work with and directed us to our dream sofa. I highly recommend Ashley for a relaxed and fun shopping experience.
The salespeople were very nice, but not too pushy! We found ideas for the bedroom, living room, and we walked away with a set of barstools so far. The furniture choices were endless, and we will be back for more furniture soon!

Most of us regret having to go into furniture stores but this one was a good experience. Staff friendly easy state at a distance helped when they need to stay away when they didn't particularly my professional today was named Bailey. He was very good and on top of that there were ample selections for the combination pieces that I needed in my living Room. I think combined with the amount of looking that my friend and I did we were in-and-out the door with a purchase in about 45 minutes or less. I will be back again shortly for a couple of other pieces.

Wonderful customer service! Chris Pogi, our CSR, was very friendly and polite as he helped us measure (and remeasure, then measure a third time) a sectional we were looking at as well as another furniture set that we ultimately ended up with in lieu of the sectional. He took into consideration our color choices, home factors, and personal preferences as he assisted us. He was very professional, yet down to earth, open, and honest. We couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience!

We e been waiting on our dining room chairs since the middle of December and we’re told they would be in the last of December and now here we are in the middle of March and still no chairs that we’ve already paid for. This is the first and last time we will ever shop at any Ashley furniture store or buy any Ashley furniture!!!! I have always had the pleasure of working with wonderful sales people, however the cashiers and customer service at Ashley are absolutely awful. They gave me trouble about using an Ashely credit card with my name on it, verifying my identity with my Drivers License and told me I was unable to use it because I did not have an additional credit card on me to “verify my identity”. However I’ve called and made multiple purchases over the phone before without providing any form of ID. If that isn’t the most ridiculous policy I don’t know what is. I will definitely be canceling my Ashely card and shopping at Bob Mills from now on.
Being forced to shop for furniture is no fun (furniture ruined during a flood) especially with the stress that came with why. However, Bryce made everything SO much better. He had patience with us and went with anything we said for a few hours. Thankfully we came out with a new living room and I'm actually excited now. I appreciate everything that was done to help. Definitely recommend.

Placed an order for a sectional, ottoman, and rug in October. Recieved all 3 in seperate deliveries. The sectional arrived in the end of December, the ottoman in January and the rug in the end of February. They delivered the wrong rug and trying to recieve the right rug was a nightmare.

Went in today looking for new living room furniture. We were helped by an incredibly gracious gentleman, Perry, who has an enormous amount of patience! Our sectional order here was good... but the second order was a special order. We waited a while due to COVID (6 months). No biggie. However, both the tables were delivered damaged. They gave us a discount on the end table but it was a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything about our coffee table. There were gouge marks on both, unfinished sides and so on. My husband does cabinetry for a living so we made them look nice but it’s a lot of money to spend then have to fix the item. I hope this is a one time experience, we love Mathis Brothers generally Updated... 1/12/21 So the tables fell apart within days. Huge gashed sections from everyday use. So... we have been in contact with them for over a month about everything. Sent pics in four times. Haven’t heard a word. Any order received in such a way falling to pieces should be taken care of... so far, not happening. I may need to find a new furniture store for my dining set, curio, new tables and my bedroom set. Seriously disappointing.
After a not so great experience at the Mathis Brothers next door, Tammy provided awesome service at Ashley! She asked us questions, really listened and then took us around the store - everything she showed us was a potential winner! We were quite picky but she was very understanding and addressed all our concerns about each piece so we could make a truly informed choice. We never felt like she was trying to push something on us that we didn’t want. She was extremely patient, easy going and completely non-invasive which was our main issue at other stores. We were able to purchase a living room set and coffee table for just over $2k, with 0% financing for 18mos. Once we’d made our choice the rest of the process was simple and seamless! I’ll start by saying I hate shopping for pretty much anything. Cars and furniture are the worst. I was pleasantly surprised by our experience at Ashley. The selection was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The main reason I’m writing this is the young woman who helped us, Ana, did such a great job of making us feel taken care of. Her commitment to helping us find the right pieces for our space while maximizing value was impressive. She was always available for questions and had great suggestions. Because of her, Ashley will be our first stop anytime we need to buy furniture, and we will certainly recommend Ana to our friends and family. Seek her out.

I actually bought something from Mathis Brothers, They sent me to their pick up location there. The young man that came out to help me was very polite and helpful.
I’m very disappointed with Ashley furniture. I purchased a living room set which included a sofa with dual recliners and a separate recliner with the warranty. All three of the recliners are broke. I contacted them serval times and keep getting the run around with them. So here I am with all of my furniture broke and they won’t do anything about it. Told me it could take six weeks or more. Also I have end tables they have been approved for replacement but the lady who supposedly handles that is never in. So good luck in getting her to contact you. So don’t purchase anything from them surely with a warranty cause they won’t do anything for you. And if they do it could be serval weeks. So they respond to your email to make themselves look good. Still nothing. This place is a joke. They don’t care about their customers.

The sales people were very nice, but that’s were it ends. The Ashley store is connected to a complex of Mathis Bro stores. The main store had the exact 2 pieces I bought on sale, but the Ashley store charged me full price. I brought this to their attention and they price matched, but the 2 stores know what is on sale. I saved 40%. When I opened up the desk it was damaged. Took it back and the next one was damaged. But we opened it there so I was able to get a good one on the third try. Again, the sales and customer service was great, but the Mathis Bro experience as a whole was horrendous. I expect more, but this is the norm for them.

This is our first time purchasing from Ashley Home Store. Christopher was great at answering our questions, helping us find exactly what we were looking for, and getting us the best price. If the delivery, set up and furniture are as good as everything up to this point, we will shop there every time.
I wish I could give them negative stars! I can’t str we enough how I will never go back to this location! We were price comparing there and they price gouged us on their quote. Then apparently we had a store credit from a previous purchase of which they used to hold what we were looking at. Ok.. We left and days later went to another location because we knew they quoted us a whole lot cheaper a few months back.On the day that our furniture from the other location was delivered the W. El Reno location called and threatened us that we owed them money of which we did indeed get for a whole lot cheaper. The El Reno location tried to sell us a bunky board with a bed when we did not need, I mean talk about trying to rob you blind, that is what they will try to do at this location. You will get much butter service if you drive down to Norman! When the sales people talk at the W. El Reno location , it felt like a bunch of vultures circling their prey. Why would we want to come back?!

Unwrapped my couch that was delivered to find that it had no legs and two little nubs on one side and a piece of plywood attached to the other. I'm appalled to say the least.
We purchased over 4K worth of furniture at the Reno location on December 26th, which included a king bed and adjustable base. The bed and base were delivered on December 28th, set up and everything was great. On December 31st the adjustable base motor seized up and locked the head of our bed in an upright position. We called the store today and was told that all they could do was enter a service ticket for a technician to come out and look at it. When we asked how long it takes for something like this to be taken care of, all they say is they don’t know and we have to wait for a phone call. I find it very disappointing that they won’t even take care of us and do an exchange for a faulty piece that stopped working after only having it for 3 days. Our salesman did what he could and told us how to take out a bolt on the base so we can get our bed back to laying flat, but that’s not good enough. We expect to be able to use something THAT WE JUST PURCHASED. They should do an exchange for this! And yes, we purchased all of the extended warranties but those don’t go into affect until the Ashley warranty expires in 3 years! Save yourself some time and take your money somewhere else, DO NOT SHOP HERE. Evidently, they only care until they get your money.

When I purchased my furniture set last week I specifically asked if they do evening deliveries and at the end of the sale made sure the sales manager had it marked as an evening delivery. I called yesterday (day before scheduled delivery date) to confirm it will be an evening delivery and the warehouse confirmed that it was scheduled for after 5pm. I get a call today at noon informing me they will be there in 45 minutes. I told them I'm working out of town that's why I had it set as an evening delivery, delivery driver said he wouldn't go back this evening now my delivery is delayed until next week. Disappointing to go out of your way to make sure everything is on schedule only to find out the day of nothing is. Called the store no one was willing to get this on track even though it was 12:30 when I called and they deliver till 9pm and no one is accepting responsibility for the mistake. This is my first purchase from Ashley, hopefully the furniture is better than their customer service and the experience has been so far. ---- Addition my furniture arrived and guess what both of the end tables are off balance, you can tell my furniture was on bottom with too much weight on it. I've called and left a message for a manager to call me back to see what can be done about this. Update: As of 6/8 till no call back/unresolved

I would not suggest going to Ashley for your furniture needs. My whole experience was frustrating. I went in over Labor Day weekend and ordered several different pieces of furniture. They told me up front it would take 8-12 weeks for the entire order to come in but they would deliver pieces as they came in. The first delivery was a dining room set and a dresser. The delivery guys were not friendly at all when they brought it and one of the dining rooms chairs was cracked when delivered so I had to send it back. When they delivered the new chair they were again not friendly at all. I then had to wait the total 12 weeks for my sectional, ottoman, rug, and nightstands to be delivered. I had to call several times to check on my order and got a different answer every time when I asked when it would be in. The last time I called they told me it would be another 2 weeks but they checked with a a manager and said their system was not working right and my order was in and ready to be delivered. When the sectional was delivered I didn’t receive all the pieces I originally thought I ordered and again the delivery guys were not very friendly. I called and found out that the piece was never ordered on my original ticket and that I would have to pay another $300 for the piece and wait another month for it to come in and be delivered. And if I wanted them to bring it in the house and set it up I would have to pay an additional $60 for the delivery when I had already paid $150 for delivery fees. I’m very frustrated with my experience and will not be going back to Ashley anytime soon.

Sold me broken furniture then wanted to charge me $60 to deliver and swap with broken furniture. I purchased the Mathis rewards for $79 under the guise that delivery would be taken care including broken furniture and here we are.. I agreed to pay the $60 just to be done and move on but then I was told the delivery won't be for 3 days. Waiting for a manager to call me back and I am so put out by this unprofessionalism. What a SORRY way to do business selling pure JUNK.
Parker was great! He was very helpful and was very patient with us. He was very knowledgeable in what he was talking about. On the other hand, customer service was okay. There are signs around the store that say everyone is accepted for their credit card. Wrong, I’ve heard multiple people have gotten declined for stupid reasons. We were also told we would get one of our dressers the day of purchasing but our luck the distribution center closed as we were checking out. All and all, a good experience.

I just brought a new home and I had been shopping around for a more modern look in my furniture. I had gone to all the major furniture stores and liked what Ashley's had to offer. I went to the nearest Ashley's at 3434 W. Reno Ave. OKC. And spoke with Ana Afaghpour. I told her that I was looking for a more modern look in my furniture and that I am a single person and also wanted a woman's touch. She asked for the measurements of the rooms that I wanted furnished and she was able to construct a computer scale image of the rooms and designed and arranged what furniture would fit and look the best in my living, dining and master bedroom, with my approval, of course. She even worked on my project on her own time. She did a fantastic job!!!! I am extremely pleased with her suggestions and took advantage of the two year no interest plan. I shopped around and like the quality of the furniture at Ashley. I went by the furniture store at 3434 W. Reno Ave, Okc. And talked with Ana Afaghpour and she was able to suggest and design the exact furniture that I was looking for. She was able to make a scale model of my rooms and arranged the furniture and how it would look before buying. She even worked on her off time. She designed my living room, dining room and master bedroom. I took advantage of the no interest plan for two years that Ashley offers. She did a fantastic job and I am very happy with my furniture!!!! I will be back for her help after I finish paying this off and let her design the rest of my home. I have no problem with Jared, I think that was his name. He worked with us and showed us what they had on display. We were looking for home office furniture, and they had very little. I have shopped at Mathis Brothers Ashley store before and have the Ashley credit card. I received a promotional email for up to 50% off and an additional 10% off. We had already found a desk online at Ashley that we wanted. He showed it to us on their online search, and it was over $200 more than what showed on the Ashley website. He told us he could get us the online price, but we would have to show it to his manager. Fine, we got that price. He looked up what discount I would get from the email, and we couldn't get any discount. He gave us some excuse that it was on the excluded list. I said, fine, cancel the order. We walked out and went home. I got home, got on the website and ordered it online. Put in the discount code and sure enough, I got about 20% off. Got the desk with tax for less than the original online price. Free delivery and everything. Be very sure that you look up the price online before going into the store to shop. They are trying to gouge you. I saved $300 just by leaving and ordering online. And it's not like I would get it any faster thru the store. They were still going to have to order it. I like Ashley furniture, but I probably won't be going back to the store. Edit: After a reply from the store, I'm still very much less than satisfied. The reason the coupon code was not accepted was because I had already gotten a discount by giving me the online price. A practice they don't normally do. Since the online price was over $250 less, I don't know why anyone would go in the store. Or maybe go look, if it's on the showroom floor (a very iffy proposition), and then go buy online. Seems to be kind of a rip-off if you buy in the store. You can't get the item any quicker when you order in store. I don't know of any other store that has an online presence that has 2 price tiers depending on buying online or in store. If I look online and then in store, I expect the price to be the same. If Mathis Brothers is looking to make a profit, don't label the store Ashley Homestore. Label it Mathis Ashley Store or something else.

Immediately walking into this location I had a gentleman by the name of Camrn help me. He offered me a water and said he was here for anything I needed. It’s such a wonderful feeling to have hands on help . His customer service was amazing. I would love to see this from more of the associates. I have had ongoing issues with Ashley HomeStore since I first purchased furniture with them July 4th. I am still currently trying to get said issues resolved between cashiers, sales rep, and customer service. Billing and financing has been issue after issue, and one of my pieces of furniture “got canceled” for reasons no one knew. Thankfully, I have kept all of my paperwork and order tickets to prove what I have paid for already, as they have tried to charge me again for certain things. I will not be buying anymore furniture from them!! If you happen to, KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK! Worst experience I’ve had, and no manager or anyone from the company has tried contacting me to get it squared away or apologize.

The shopping experience was amazing. With everything that’s going on, I wasn’t upset about the month long wait for my new bed frame. What I was upset about, was the fact that I spent $800 on this bed frame and the instructions said I needed a total of 20 screws, and the package only came with 14. Therefore, I couldn’t put my bed frame together, and I had to go to my closest warehouse and spend more money on some screws.
Sales staff was friendly and helpful. Matthew was very patient with us while we walked him around the whole store. We were having trouble figuring out what we wanted but he helped us find pieces we are very happy with for our new home.

I'm so disappointed I saved money to finally get me a bed and after going in choosing my bed and after waiting for a month for it to come in, they give me the wrong bed. when I called ask about it the lady said yes I'm sorry that was my fault but your going to have to pay extra. why do I have pay extra when it was your fault. Our sales assistant, Mariah, was very helpful and nice. It we specifically went in to use a coupon I’d received in the mail, and they wouldn’t accept it. The explanation we were given was first that you could only use it on one item, which the coupon didn’t say. Then, that those items were already discounted and coupons weren’t allowed on them, which the tags and models onsite didn’t say. Why send coupons if you won’t take them!

Home Furnishing Specialist Baylee McGirt helped us find the perfect console table and rug for the entryway in my new home, and also a new end table for our living area. Horrible experience. Purchased a couch on 5/29 for delivery on June 14th. June 14th comes and goes with no delivery. Called up there and they said it would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks comes and goes with no delivery. I call again. They push it back another 2 weeks. I call again and they push again. Last time I called they pushed to the first week of August, so I just canceled my order all together. Completely unprofessional and the fact that they never initiated communication is ridiculous. Also, when I called the customer service line was incredibly rude and refused to apologize, blaming issues with the warehouse. I will never purchase from any of the Ashley Homestore again.

This location is full up people who want to make a sale then throw you away. Where do I start? Okay so the first day my invoice was messed up 3 times because Savannah’s poor communication to the finance desk. That caused me to stand there for 4 hours spending a total of 5.5 hours at this location. On the day of delivery they forgot my sofa on the delivery truck and no one could explain where it was. NOW the leasing company they partner with is telling me that I have to spend $800 more dollars to pay off a week after I purchase the furniture when apparently it’s supposed to be no interest. I’ve been calling for 2 days to be promised a call back to not receive one. If this location does not reach back to me I will be filing a lawsuit and going to the media. I’ve never threatened a single company like this so that is how you know that it is a complete nightmare. DO NOT do business with these guys... they are CROOKS!

I would give zero stars if I could. This is going to be a long one. We ordered a sofa, chaise, chair, and ottoman back on May 14th. My husband and I had looked at multiples, but unfortunately our sales lady, Elizabeth, informed us that nothing was in stock until July except for what we had ordered. It was supposed to come in the week of the 29th. Great! We went ahead and sold our current couch since we were moving and waited for our furniture to arrive. At the end of the week of the 29th, we hadn’t received a phone call, so we called up there. First of all, their customer service is atrocious. We got different information every single time we called. Multiple people would tell us “oh, it should be in in a couple of days.” When we would call that day, they would tell us the same thing. Multiple times I couldn’t even get someone on the phone, they just wouldn’t answer. After the fourth time of calling, now we’re into the second week of June, I asked to speak to a manager. Instead of a manager calling me back, our sales lady called us. She then informed me that our furniture wouldn’t be in until the week of July 5th! Obviously I was very upset. I explained that I understand COVID, what I didn’t understand was why no one told us this information. I asked if I could come in and return the furniture she said “no, and it wouldn’t do you any good, no one has anything in stock.” She also informed us that we were first in line for the furniture. So, we wait. We waited until July 7th. When we didn’t hear anything, we called. We were then informed that it wouldn’t be in until at least the 27th of July! At this point, I’d had enough. David had informed us that we could return it. We ended up calling Bob Mills to see if they had anything in stock, low and behold they had at least 6 or 7 couches! With this information, we went to Ashley to make our return. The manager there was very nice and very helpful. However, they were telling people behind us that no one had any furniture in stock at other stores. Which, obviously wasn’t true, as we had called bob mills. When I informed them of that, they still were dishonest to people behind us. A couple of weeks have now gone by. We didn’t receive our full refund, we’re missing $63. We went into the store two days ago and that lady was awful. She proceeded to help other people while we stood by looking through our paperwork to figure out exactly what we were missing. After 10 minutes, she looks at us and says “do you have a question.” We then told her how much we’re missing. She wrote down the amount with no other info, and said she’d call us tomorrow. That never happened. We’ve now been passed around to many different people, after being told they don’t see a refund for us. We’re now waiting for a manager. Long story short; go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Update: after waiting yesterday, they said they’d call us back. It’s now noon the next day and still haven’t heard anything. We’re so tired of dealing with this place.
Any company can have great customer service when they are trying to sell you something, but when it comes to the returning items that were keyed in incorrectly in the first place, this company is not helpful at all. Customer service is clearly not this company motto. More like "bait and switch." Upshot? Find another furniture place.
The sales person was incredible, His name was Derrick I believe. Unfortunately everything since then has been terrible. We ordered a couch and a dining table set about 2 months ago and still have received nothing. It was supposed to be delivered a few days ago but was damaged so they told us they would repair the damage and deliver it. They called us this morning and said the damage still has not been repaired, and wanted to delay the delivery even further. I told them I have been living without a couch for over a week now because of their false promises. Now they’re saying the only compensation they can offer for all of this is $90 off of the order, and I still won’t get my table for at least 2 more weeks. I would advise you go elsewhere... literally anywhere else. Just a reminder that I only gave it 2 stars because the salesperson was awesome. That’s the only thing.
Ashley Furniture Store has been nothing but headaches for my husband and I. We ordered an entertainment center, a sectional AND a bedset from them on April 20th. The manager on duty was less than friendly, and seemed as if we were bothering him by even asking a question. When our bedset and couch were delivered the bedset had scratches on the front, and when this was mentioned to the store they disregarded it, only focusing on the fact that we needed to order an additional piece for our sectional. Our entertainment center was backordered and we were told it would arrive in mid May. When I asked about the delivery date it changed twice. Then, when they delivered our additional sectional piece they dropped off the piers and bridge for the entertainment center, however they were not the correct pieces for our entertainment center. When we called to get this resolved we were given the runaround by SEVERAL people. Now when I say runaround I am talking, my husband and I calling every day for a week trying to get a call back. I'm talking being told one thing by one manager and then something ENTIRELY different by another. Then one of them had the audacity after waiting for over a month to say "just give her a refund." I'm sorry, but we have had our living room in a disheveled mess for a month, no, I would like the furniture that I ordered. Well, we were finally told that the center would be expedited (arriving in 2 weeks), we could keep the pieces that were dropped off on accident (because my husband stayed home for a day to make sure he was here when they had said they were comming to get them but they never called or showed up that day), they would send someone out to fix the dresser, and that we would get a phone call when the entertainment center arrived in OKC. They only were able to follow through with one of those promises, because one day before that two weeks expired I called to get a status update, and after another runaround with several managers we found out that it had not even been built yet, so there was no possible way it could be arriving the next day.... Well, needless to say we asked for our money to be returned since the very unfriendly gentleman told us that it wouldn't be in until MAYBE mid JULY! Fast forward a week.... my husband has called and called and called trying to find out why we haven't seen a refund and why we are now being charged ADDITIONALLY for the piers and bridge that they wrongly dropped off... apparently they can't refund us for it all unless they come and get those (as in the furniture we were told we could keep due to all of the chaos they caused). So my husband again stayed home to wait on the guys to come and get the furniture, and guess who is still waiting for those charges to be taken off?!?! Customer service - 0 Manager friendliness - less than 0 Ability to problem solve - 0 Would I ever reccomend - ABSOLUTELY NOT! In fact, ironically enough a friend of mine and I were talking and she was having a similar issue with a bedset... I told her what happened to us and HIGHLY suggested she ask for a refund and cancel her order. This entire situation has been almost 2 months of headaches. Never EVER will I purchase something from Ashley furniture again!

After 30 days he’s denying he told us that and hung up on us mid conversation and then sent us to voicemail repeatedly when we tried to call back! Spend your money somewhere else- we will not be back!!
The furniture we picked up is NOTHING like what we tested on the sales floor. There isnt nearly enough padding in the foot rests and now all of a sudden one side of our recliner is sounding like its about to give out. We have had them since February and its March! What a rip off! I tried to do what I could to get our problem resolved and possibly exchange these awful couches for something better and made right but they just want to come add more stuffing to the couches like that will magically solve everything. 0/10 would NEVER recommend Ashley furniture to ANYONE.

OMG, Parker (associate) is AMAZING!!! We had the most horrific trouble and time from selling a bed that was not compatible (sales person was not Parker) to delivery of the wrong bed. The whole time Parker was all I needed to talk to, to get an amazing finish. Though Parker did EVERYTHING in his power to make up for at least 4 mistakes in one order, I would have thought the company would had called after requesting them too. I made another transaction after this, had a problem with delivery and again Parker got it worked out. My third visit to purchase an item that was store pick up was great, Parker and Cindy (checkout) were both AMAZING!!! I made a furniture & mattress purchase 2wks ago but it was just delivered on Sunday, Feb. 17th. I have no complaints about the furniture or mattress itself but the mattress was too small/low for our Queen size bed frame. I attempted to contact the sales person to see about getting a larger mattress and pay the difference. I was told they have a NO RETURN policy on mattresses. The mattress is not even a week old & barely used. I mean we do use clean sheets & are not trashy, unsanitary people. I demanded to speak with the manager and he too said the same thing. I'm convinced because this is a commission job they refused to try to resolve my issue. I don't know what happened to customer satisfaction these days! I have half of mind to return the livingroom set & buy elsewhere! I even cancelled another order at Mathis Brothers Outlet to make this purchase which included the mattress. The sales rep claims he was negotiating the numbers so we could get the mattress for FREE but my receipt clearly shows I paid for my mattress. I felt bad cancelling my other deal because I felt I was getting what we needed but in all actuality I am NOT satisfied. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing anything else from this store!

Manager Stephen ME entire staff is the absolute worst the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 45 years of life. Everything I ordered was not delivered what was delivered was not functional was damaged it was promised to get me a new table which I did not get never got the chairs which I paid for and when I call it takes an act of Congress to get a manager on the line and then they are terribly rude I do not recommend Ashley home furnishing to anyone take your money somewhere else
The selection was great had been to numerous stores until this one, the service was over the top our sales lady drug stuff from all over the store to compare.
Went to Ashley to get a living room set. It was my first time buying furniture from an actual furniture store. I walked in the door without a clue of what I was doing. The sales associate that helped me, Colby Pucket, really made the whole experience a breeze. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Seriously, everything he selected worked out perfectly. I felt the Ashley Home store was very clean, the sales team and managers were willing to help but not overly pushy. I felt comfortable and definitely no pressure. The sales staff found out what my husband and I were looking for and our likes and helped accordingly.
Terrible experience with Joy, Jalisa, Logan and whoever was involved with handling my ticket...I was offered a discount for damaged items purchased from Ashley furniture and when I received my first statement my bill didn't reflect the discount offered... So, I call the store and ask why... They tell me that they don't have any documentation on saying any of this... So, if you are ever offered any sort of discount be sure that when they tell you they will email you the confirmation that they do it that day and record your calls with them... Not good business practice at all...I will be returning my items... Updated review: So, I changed my review from 1 Star to 3 stars...I am keeping the furniture I purchased... But, I am only giving 3 stars because I still had to jump through hoops to get the discount I was already offered in the beginning... Thanks to Josh for reaching out to me and correcting this unfortunate dilemma...

No customer service what so ever and the sectional we got was completely defective. Also, we had an allergic reaction to the furniture. Google “Ashley furniture itching”. Also, they are charging me $100 to pick up this piece of junk. Once you walk out of the store, good luck getting a hold of a manger if you have any issues. This place is a joke and a scam. They charged us $100 to pick up a defective sectional. They are a part of Mathis Brothers so stay away from them as well. They also misled us on replacing our sectional with a new one.

Not recommended for their honesty and the way they are running their business. Online store was 20% on items I bought. they tricked me to buy protection plan and apply for member to get the discount already happening. I looked like a fool when I came and talked about the online price to them.

Had chairs on there ad you go in and they said they don't have it. But they can order it. Why would i order it without seeing it. So i had to go around look for a different chair. Found a chair they didn't tell me till i said ill take it when they said ill have to order it. They said the price then said they'd give me the 2 plans they have for free witch they are not free. So if you have chairs in your ad or a big sale make sure you have them. And if you order them make sure you can get it fast. I WON'T BE GOING THERE AGAIN. It will take a lot for me to come back.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of product and complaint resolution system of ashley . i had purchased 7 pc dining set from Ashley. One the first day of deluvery itself we noticed that the chair legs were uneven in length which caused severe rocking while sitting. Worst was yet to happen. When i sat in one of the chairs i got injured hy a nail which poped up through the seat cushion. I sent an email regarding the same to their customer service but did not receive any acknowledgement for the same. Didn't expect such big mistakes from a reputed brand like Ashley.

I ordered a bedroom set for my daughter on September 4th and told it was to be in 2-3 weeks, but probably 2. After 2 weeks I called the store to check in on my order. I was then told it wasn’t going to be in until the end of October. Total bummer cause we had already painted her room and was just waiting on the furniture so a heads up would have been nice. Anyway call at the end of October and was told the under bed storage was in, but the bed frame itself wouldn’t be in until the end of December. Asked to talk to a manager, but none were available so I asked for one to call when they came in. After not hearing from anyone after 4 days called back to try and talk to a manager. Was told the bed would be in at the end of November after they reached out to the distributor. Wasn’t really satisfied that it kept getting pushed back but it was a really good deal so we decided to keep waiting. My husband went in to pick up the under bed storage that was in so we could at least get her room somewhat organized again. After getting home realized my husband was only given 1 out of the 3 pieces that should have been there. I called customer service and was informed they couldn’t find the other 2 pieces and they wouldn’t be able to get them to me until the middle of December when the bed frame comes in. I said last time I spoke to someone they said the bed frame would be in at the end of November, but was told they have no control over delivery and sometimes it doesn’t change. At this point I had enough and asked if they could sub something similar for the same price, but I was told they could not and even if they could it wouldn’t be in until the middle of December as well. I ended up taken back the one piece I had received so far and getting my money back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
Updated: 12 Nov 2019 - My in store experience was fine. My delivery not so much. 2 of my dining room chairs were delivered, with each having 1 leg that was about an inch too short causing them to rock horribly. My delivery tech stated they would notify the warehouse immediately so I could be put on the delivery schedule for the next day. I received no call for several hours, and called them directly. They had not been notified of the problem, and couldn’t schedule my follow up delivery until that. I was put on hold while they confirmed, and was then told they couldn’t accommodate my follow up delivery the next day. I stated this was unacceptable. Put on hold again, and finally came back that now they could deliver the next day. Now I sit here, after they attempted to bring me my replacement chairs, awaiting yet a third trip, because they just left to head back to the warehouse because they brought the wrong chairs completely. My chairs were never delivered to me. I had to, after paying a delivery fee, attempt to pick up my replacement chairs on my own, as the delivery crew never returned, and never reported the problem back to the warehouse. I arrived at the Mathis Brothers Distribution Center in OKC at 5:30 PM on a Friday, in the 3 hours I waited I was presented with approximately 8 different chairs, none of which were manufactured correctly. All of them rocked horribly due to one leg being shorter than the others. I was then told that they have a policy that they can only pull a limited number of items from stock if they have craftsmanship issues, and would no longer pull any more chairs. If I wanted to continue to attempt to find a "good set" I had to come back the next day and wait again. At this point, I said just return it. Why would I want to continue this process at this point, as this is obviously a horribly crafted set of furniture, though it didn't represent that way on the showroom floor. I demanded my full refund, to which I was told that they may not be able to do that because I already had part of it delivered, so I may lose my delivery fee. I informed the customer service manager that I would not be giving them a penny for any of this as they have failed to deliver my entire purchase. The return was then processed and had to be done in two separate refunds, because I had never been delivered the chairs. This caused a discrepancy in my refund amount to where they shorted me $1.43. I had to have a statement put on my account for accounts receivable to give me the additional $1.43 due to this, which I have not yet heard back from. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with them again, which is a shame, because since moving back to OKC 5 years ago I have purchased over $10k in furnishings for our home. I have since took my business elsewhere.
Had a wonderful time looking through furniture. Of course this was only because of the attentiveness of the sales manager that helped us. He carried around small pieces to see if they matched other items across the store. Basically ended up buying a new living room. Awesome help and awesome furnitire.

Great people, I went into the store just to see if I could see and/or try out some items I had seen online, I was able to sit on the couch and mattress I was interested in and even given the website price! (Which was cheaper than in the store). Steve the sales rep went above and beyond and my experience was completely positive, thank you.

My sales rep told us what we wanted to hear, or he flat did not know his job. He told us that if we applied for their credit card we would save so much more money - not true, he just added more hidden fees. We tried to get ahold of our sales rep but we couldnt, his phone got disconnected and everybody including the manager's thought it was funny. Now let's talk about when we picked up our furniture, they we're kind enough to Scotchgard it for us but they were to (something) to notice that's the flaws in it so our sectional has to be replaced. I dont think I will be back I was treated as just another commission check
We had a certain piece of media furniture in mind to match our new wood floors. We were surprised to find an ash colored media center that ended up matching our floors perfectly! The sales staff was very nice and gave us a nice discount since we had already made some previous purchases this year.
Perry is an asset to this store, he made our furniture shopping experience so enjoyable. We never felt pressured to buy, yet he was willing to take the time to walk all over the store with us multiple times in order to find the pieces we needed. We immediately returned to the store for more, and worked with Perry again. He made our experiences top notch and communicated with us every step of the way. I needed all new furniture on a budget. All the sales group was super attentive and wanted me to get something that would work for my budget & would last & I could enjoy as far as the furniture matching my personality. Applying for credit was a breeze. All the sales people were great. But Shelli was super helpful. I love love love her. She will go above & beyond and she is so easy & fun to talk with. I’ll definitely go back!

Great sleeper sofa. It was easy to put on the legs, and then it was ready. Also, I love the color. The only drawback is that it is a little too firm for my taste. I wish that there had been one in stock at the store for me to try out before buying. That being said, I really like it. It's a great apartment-sized sofa. We pop up the sleeper section to watch movies together.

We ordered our Tempurpedic mattress and base from Ashley HomeStore a few weeks ago and expected a bit of a delay with delivery since the Cal Kings are not stocked and the base we bought was only carried at the Tulsa location. However, everything was available within about a week and a half. Delivery was smooth. They were on time and super fast with set-up. Our sales associate, Mary, was also wonderful. She provided us a quote to take home and consider for a while before we went back to buy. She responded to texts quickly and even called to confirm delivery went smoothly. We had a great experience.

The only complaint would be the actual final transaction. We pif so we didnt want or need an Ashley furniture credit card etc.... But we went through the process to get the better delivery service. Then we were presented with the mathis platinum rewards information and the warranty costs on each piece we purchased...it became overwhelming and tedious before we got through. It was worse than buying a car. Just too much added after you have gone through time just finding what you want to buy. Simplifying the payment and checkout is enough to get people to return for future purchases.

Terrible customer service. Item got damaged at delivery, supposed to get a call back never did. Had to call myself set up for redelivery 2 days later all they brought was a drawer to fix damager dresser not the 2 other pieces of furniture that were damaged. Took another 2 calls an hrs on the phone to get shipment back out to house. Offered no remorse and just said all they can do is deliver again 3 or 4 days later. Had to fight for 2 days later.

Horrible customer service! It took them 3 deliveries to deliver 1 bed! One bed should equal one delivery. But no, they kept forgetting parts to the bed. And then they want YOU to accommodate THEIR delivery times. Well I did accommodate them for the first partial delivery of the bed. Since they messed up and didn't bring me the whole bed I think they should accommodate ME for the other 2 subsequent partial deliveries They DO NOT appreciate the fact that you have to take off work for all these unneeded deliveries. They are incompetent. There is zero organization or communication between sales and delivery. They promised me a gas card, for my inconvenience, which they never gave me, which also makes them LIARS!!! And they DON'T return your phone calls.

I havent been to this location since Mathis Brothers remodeled everything. Tiana was very helpful and she helped is find the right product for us.
Initially when I went in the staff was very helpful & pointed me in the direction of they style I was looking for. I found what I wanted and went back and purchased after a few days of consideration. The furniture was delivered on the requested day during the time window give. The chaise lounge was missing the two back pillows and the sofa was missing the two throw pillows that came with it. The delivery drivers called it in and a customer service person called me immediately. They said they would call me once they located the missing pillows. I followed up that afternoon planning to go pick them up, but they said they hadn't found them yet, but someone was working on it. The young lady told me I didn't need to call back, they would call me as soon as they found them. I waited all weekend (and in the meantime heard a couple of discouraging stories about receiving the wrong product and having a hard time getting the right item) So, on Tuesday morning I drove over to the Ashley store and let them know what was going on, and one of the sales managers was very helpful and called customer service for me. They pulled the pillows (most likely from a whole other set) and had them at the distribution center for me. I think that going into the store and having the sales people handle it was the way to go. You don't get to far calling customer service - they tend to just push you off. All in all, a good experience, but with a little bit of running around to make it happen.
We bought bedroom furniture and a mattress from the Ashley Store. The delivery was completed as scheduled; everything was set up quickly and correctly. Someone called later that evening to be sure everything went well. My husband and I are very pleased with this experience.
Ashley Furniture and Mathis Brothers do not honor warranties. If you're good with that then by all means purchase from them

Very poor service....explained exactly what I wanted but kept getting led to more expensive items....then after anout 3 hours and writing up my ticket I was told the item was here but probably not be ready when we came back through to pick it up....we live 3 hours away and explained when we got there we wanted to pick it up when my husband came back through the next day....he knew that up front and would have seen the delay when he looked it up in the first place.....so then we just walked out and went down the street to Bob Mills an excellent place. Was in and out in 45 minutes with exactly what we wanted....

Terrible place to shop. The salesman In mattresses is a jerk. I had just made up my mind to get a certain mattress set and asked him to write the info down about the set. He told me to take a picture with my phone. How lazy and rude is that? He was just sitting on the edge of a mattress set. Oh, by the way his name was Steve. I walked out. I will spend my money at a place that gives good service.
As soon as I walk in the store I had no problem getting help! I was referred to a store sale specialist and helped me with the answer I had on buying a nice sectional and pet friendly! The staff at Ashley furniture store are very nice people!
Overall, we had a great experience. Their selection of furniture is vast, giving decent options in any given style. Delivery was prompt and well-communicated, even in a somewhat distant, rural community. The salesmen are a bit hound(ish), though. We’d like to peruse for furniture without somebody right there, the entire time, asking us our thoughts. For the selection, though, we’d go back.

I had a bed and mattress dropped off on the 9th everything was there and it was no problem putting it together myself but there's please 8 in by 4 in pieces of wood that were in one of the boxes I know it doesn't go to the bed so I'm wondering was it filler or is someone missing pieces to something they bought

Bought an entire bedroom set with them. Three months later the bed is broken. Mind you, no jumping kids or craziness of any kind. It took them THREE ENTIRE Months to bring out the correct piece and solve the problem. A month goes by and the bed breaks in the same place again. I go into the store and tell them I don't want it anymore and I'm offered to choose another bed. The new bed arrives two days later and they unbox it to BOTH of the storage drawers being broken. Nothing in stock at the store. Best they can do is two days from now. Who knows if these drawers will even be correct or unbroken. I'm done doing business with this store and this company. They will no be getting another penny out of me.

Very friendly & knowledgeable salespeople! I was very impressed with the way my salesman "arranged the furniture" for me to give me an actual visual of how it would look in my home.
Ordered 4 14" wide bedside tables in January. Was told they would be in in 2-3 weeks. It took almost 4 months. When we would call to get any info on ship dates no one knew anything and didn't really care. Tried to call the manager once. He had a girl screen us about what all of our questions were before he would talk to us. Then when we did talk to him he just said he was sorry. When my daughter drove 30 minutes to go pick up the tables after they had come in she was told that because she did not call them 24 hours ahead and let them know she was coming to pick them up that she would have to come back another day. The email I got saying they were in NEVER said anything about giving them 24 hours notice before pick up. I ran a furniture store for 15 years and have never seen such incompetence in my life at every level of this store. Sorry we ever went there.

We purchased a bed and loveseat and sofa from this location we were to get 2 delivery cause the loveseat and sofa was not available. Well it started off good then on the day the bed came the delivery guys were really rude and they scuffed up the bed and they had brought our loveseat without our knowledge which normally would be ok but we called and told them we were getting carpet and didnt want the dust everywhere. So we wanted them to come the following week like it was scheduled. Our sells person colby was great he done his job. We had issues the whole time delivery guys were there and when they took the loveseat back they threw it on the truck. I'm not the type to post these things but feel like it's been long enough for Ashley furniture to do their part. That night we went in the store and talked to Colby about this and he did everything he could the manager was not in. And they told us that they would make it to where those guys would not show back up at our house. Ok great so we thought. The next Sunday we get a delivery and while on the phone with the guy he goes the sofa was not going to be coming due to something happening to it did I get a call from the store he asked. I said no I was not aware.they get to the house and it's the same guys from last time. They were asking about the bed cause we were told that they would be sending out a new on for the scuffs that were put on. They didnt k ow anything about that and they had a attitude when we mentioned it. They brought in a brown like marker and was like we can give you 10% on the bed if you want us just touch it up and keep it. Hmmm ok but that was not what we were told. So we go back to the store after they leave again and the manager was there this time we told him and he said he was going to handle it was the first time meeting toby. He made notes and was going to look into why the sofa was not there and when would it be coming in for a new one. So we had to wait another week for another delivery. Well that day came it was different guys we were good with that delivery. Get a call from toby and he explained everything and then a different call telling us they were going to be putting like $125 back to our account honestly as much trouble we have went through this is crazy. It's not about the money it's about taking care of your customers and I feel this was not done. Would I recommend this store to anyone probably not cause all this hassle. It was all a bad deal probably not going to shop here again which is sad cause I like the store.
Best furniture shopping experience ever! Ive always hated furniture stores, mostly because I hate being bombarded by 8 pushy sales people the moment I step foot in the door. . so to help avoid this, I looked online and knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. Can I just say, the sweet little door greeter was the only person I even talked to until I located what I was there for and asked for assistance. . ahhh, so nice. My salesman, Derryck, was beyond amazing yall. Not only was he super knowledgeable about all the furniture, he was an absolute delight to deal with. I ended up ordering what I initally came in for and then some! He took the time to call other stores for me, find certain pieces he thought I might like in the store database, and went above and beyond to make this entire experience enjoyable! Who would have thought? Wow. The two chairs I purchased were unfortunately on backorder but Derryck gave me his personal phone number and kept me updated on them until the day they were delivered! I've never been more satisfied furniture shopping! Big thumbs up to Ashley on Reno! Oh, and I absolutely LOVE everything I ordered, quality was by far the best for the price! I'll definitely be back!
Just wanted to compliment and thank a salesperson that recently helped me. Sarah R. was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I had time last week and I am planning on furnishing my new house when it is completed in a few months. I explained my plan to Sarah R and she took me throughout the store all while explaining the quality of the furniture, pricing, protection of the furniture, delivery and financing options. I definitely will be back.
Recently purchased a new couch here and had a wonderful experience. Not only did they have plenty of patience with us, they let us know about possible discounts, and set up our delivery service asap. I will say that our couch was damaged upon arrival. Not once, but twice! Both times we called the Mathis store and they brought us a new piece ASAP! I liked the way they handled the situation. Worst experience ever. Literally. Do. Not. Buy. Here. Very nice looking furniture. But definitely not worth waiting months to receive your order and having to deal with their rude customer service employees who then tell you a new story about your order every time you contact them. Oh. And don’t expect them to work with you on a delivery time. Because they can only tell you the day. No estimated time. Then they'll call you the day before to let you know the delivery time that works for them (not the customer) and if it doesn’t work they’ll make you wait another 4+ days to deliver and again. Not give you a estimated time. Don’t waste your time by ordering anything here.

Stopped in over the Presidents Day weekend and was assisted by a very knowledgeable sales associate, Rosie Parks. Rosie listened to my needs and made shopping very simple. I was purchasing many items for several rooms in my house and got everything I needed. Very knowledgeable of the products. We got an excellent deal. I'll always seek her out on my future purchases. I think they need to go out of business. They have horrible customer service. I got a set of sofa and love seat to use for a wake keeping ceremony for my brother and they failed to deliver the furniture on the promised date. no one from their company called me to let me know they were not going to deliver the furniture. So I called them about a week and a half later from the due date and a manager said they Were going to give me a substitute for my occasion. well he lied and no one called me nor let me know what was happening. 3 weeks went by and nothing. I finally contacted a lawyer but due to my time constrain thought I should call them. I spoke with still another one of their managers who promised that someone will contact me and guess what another week went by and no one from them called me. called them again and the lady told me that they canceled my order, without my permission. I am now getting them to court. I just got a copy of my cell phone bill and no one from their store contacted me except on thesame days I called them inquiring. the worst part was that they said their driver came to my house. I have pulled up security cameras as requested by my lawyer and no one was there. these people are dishonest and lack integrity . oh well, they will have to pay this time.
I absolutely love Ashley furniture! My shopping experience there was awesome!!! I just received my living room and bedroom set and I am very pleased And exited!!! I look forward to enjoying my new furniture for many years to come! And I will definitely return for my future purchases!!

Only giving 3 stars because I was told it would take 2 weeks for my special order bedroom suite to come in, ended up being about a month wait just for it to come to the store, then waited about a week for delivery and then finally the day of delivery I received a phone call saying they lost my headboard, i said that was fine, bring the footboard, rails, and headboard at the same time then, bring everything else. A few hours went by and the delivery team was at my house. They brought in my chest, 2 nightstands, and mattress and box spring. I asked where my dresser was and they told me they broke it putting it into the truck. So I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for my headboard and dresser to come in. But my salesperson was awesome. Highly recommend seeing Luis(Angel) whichever he goes by.
Great deals on some furniture here. Got a table and six chairs that cost about half the price of the exact same table across the street... But with only four chairs. Totally great.

Dude quoted 300 more for the same mattress that mathison had. He followed us around like a fly to a lamp. We said we were just looking. Ended up going elsewhere

Enjoyed the selection and the store layout. Ended up buying from another location that also sold select models of Ashley Furniture. Not sure why we did that since Ashley HomeStore was cheaper. Anyway, I plan to visit again in the next couple of weeks as we furnish our new house. I would give the actual experience 3.5 stars because the sales guy was a wee but pushy but did take time to understand our situation with having to find something with an exact measurements. BRING A MEASURING TAPE!

I had Kenny for my sales man. He was great from start to finish. The rug I wanted to go with my new living room suit was not in stock and he said I can order it and delive it to your house personally. And he kept his word, he dilvered it yesterday on his own personal time. Over all I’m just impressed and I will go back and do business there again. And hopefully Kenny will still be there to be my sales man.
