Trey Upton is a great salesman! I went to the Ashley's store in Tulsa people were not friendly. I was looking for a recliner cloth. The store in Tulsa was not the place . That store needs help!!!! I was in Owasso. What a big difference!!! Trey made sure I wanted all the recliners. Showed how the recliners work, and if he did not know he asked. Trey did not leave me, like most sales people do. I get my recliner Saturday!! Trey hope you go far in this company. I will not go to Tulsa store. I will be back to Owasso store. Thank you Trey. God Bless you!

We had the best experience with our sales girl Angel! She was determined to help us find something within our budget and showed us so many options! We ended up with a sectional, two recliners and a console table. Delivery was quick and they took care of everything for us. Unfortunately our sectional was too big for the living room so after going back to the store, we were helped by another sales associate (I didn’t catch his name but he has short red hair) who was amazing as well! He helped us easily exchange our sectional and find something else we were equally happy with! Very fast process and we would highly recommend this location :)

Upon further experience my review has changed. We told Cari we had to take the beds up the second floor and it was a tight fit she said it would be no problem. Well it certainly was. Now they have to reschedule while I sleep on an air mattress because they took my mattress away already. Then they closed the ticket when I still haven't received my bed. Then they aren't even available to talk to Wednesdays apparently (the delivery people) so now I can't even get this handled for reschedule for another day. They said they can't give expedite either. Idk what kind of customer service this is supposed to be. But it's not it. Org review: Cari helped us out greatly and her anger Andrew was also very helpful in going over pricing and accessories. I'll come again
We went to this store today to look at a couch, Angel helped so much with the decision! I had a couch in mind but was not sure how it would hold up. Angel had purchased the one I was looking at a couple months prior and said she loved it! She helped so much with my decision and made it less stressful!

My daughter recently purchased living room furniture from Ashley and was having it held until her apartment was ready. On the day of delivery (NOT before), she was advised that Ashley will not actually take the furniture into your home/apartment. If you want them to do that it's an extra $200 charge. No mention was made of this up front or we would not have made the purchase (I"m the one paying for it). To make matters worse, sensing her frustration at this, the delivery guy sort of laughed and told her if she could have someone there "to help them out", they'd be happy to actually carry it into the apartment for an unspecified amount of cash. No way in hell is any of that acceptable to me. And then I remembered that Ashely is owned by Mathis Brothers, and two years ago we had a similar incident with Mathis, where we purchased a piece of furniture. We'd purchased a LOT of stuff through Mathis and had bought the "ELITE" option, which we were told guaranteed "in home" delivery on any purchase. Again, come delivery day, the guys were going to drop it in our driveway and leave, until my wife pitched a fit about it. They did agree to place it in our living room floor where my son and I had to move it upstairs. Swore right then and there to NEVER AGAIN buy from Mathis and this morning I swore NEVER AGAIN to buy from Ashley. There are too many other companies around town to buy overpriced furntiture from. Upshot of today was my daughter cancelled the order and now has to find another source for furniture. Sure as shooting she'll never shop Ashley again. Ashley management: Feel free to reach out on this, but you're not going to like what I tell you.

A police interrogation would be less stressful than enduring the high pressure sales tactics at this store. Save yourself the trouble, (and some money) and just buy everything online.
Clean and organized nice store. I just don’t like feeling of sales people following me unless I ask them to. I have avoided going in there several times due the same feeling you get when visiting a car dealership. Can we just go in there to look around? If we need something we will call or motion for some help. It is just too much. Let us please shop. Acknowledge us and say hi, just say your name so we can let you know if we need you. Let us shop around the store without being stocked .

Angel was very helpful in setting me up with my first kitchen table and chairs, despite their system being down all morning. The manager even gave me a free furniture cleaning kit and waived the 5 year protection plan fee for our troubles, and because she liked chatting with me and my mom. Everyone was very friendly! Prices were pretty high though, hence 4 stars. Not mich can be changed about that though I guess.

Knew what chair I wanted. Cari and Betty helped me purchase it, they were incredibly helpful. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
Our sales guy was great. However, we purchased as bed to be delivered for free and set-up. We also purchased a chair and a few other pieces. The delivery was free but to place the chair inside the house was an additional $290. This is a ridiculous policy. We have literally spent thousands with Ashley over the years. We will not be back.

My first time in, I bought a sofa and chaise lounge. Realizing immediately that it would not work for me, I returned to the store. My original salesperson was not there so Garrett helped me find a replacement. He was super knowledgeable and fun to work with! I found an even better sofa and loveseat and made the exchange. Ashley's and Garrett made it so easy! From the customer service to the salesman, it was an awesome experience.. and I LOVE my new furniture!

We are very pleased with our kitchen table and chairs purchased from Ashley. It took 3 people an hour to assemble the table, 4 chairs and a bench. A few adjustments were made. Our sales person was Angel Neal. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about our purchase. Delivery was right on schedule. I highly recommend Ashley in Owasso and Angel.

We bought a 249.00 floor sample chair. They wanted us to pay 250.00 to have it delivered 5 miles away. They deliver "free" only from the warehouse. Really? 250.00 to deliver 1 chair. They want that money more than a satisfied customer. Not good business.
We absolutely love to work with Cari at the Ashley furniture in Owasso. She was able to find all the furniture that we needed and in our price range. My family and I recommend you ask for Cari at the front door.

Went to find a new chair for my grandma who is blind and also struggles getting up and down from her current oversized recliner. Cari, at the Owasso store, listened to our concerns and grandma's preferences and helped us find the perfect chair for grandma!! I am always worried about pushy sales people, but she was very chill and just wanted to help us find the right item.
Bought and paid for faux leather couch and loveseat the worst furniture ever bought, after 7 months it hasn’t even began to break in, causing back problems bought the protection plan and still nothing they can do about it being a manufacturing defect so uncomfortable and they tell you to get it at least 2 months to brake In but because they only guarantee it for 7 days it take them out of the liability to replace it. Works purchase ever for 2,200.00 what a joke

I was just told to leave by the sales MANAGER because I didn't want to talk to a salesperson.I was very polite when I told the salesperson I didn't need any help. I just purchased a mattress from here a couple months ago and am looking to purchase another one. I don't need any more information about it. I will happily pay more elsewhere to not go back here! Terrible customer service makes me wish I never purchased the first bed here.

This is a shout out for excellent customer service! We walked in, just wanting to look and we met Stephanie! She was very friendly and allowed us to look. She shared that she had been working there for just a week but she ROCKED it! We ended up purchasing 2 sofas! She and her manager stayed late and got us an incredible deal! Talk well with customers and setting up for financing but the quality you pay for is subpar, I have dings and delamination on the almost $4k wooden king size bed set we purchased less than a year ago. I need to reinforce the bed bracing as several are sunken down and it was advertised as quit but this thing squeaks more than a bad Walmart shopping cart. The right drawer sticks half way out and when shut it splinters the bottom boards. Not worth the price and now I need to fix the loose hardware as well as screw down and brace the under slats or risk the bed collapsing. DO not do business with this company.
Our salesman, Matthew Corley was amazing. He took his time to show us around the store to find exactly what we wanted. He was courteous and professional and gave us a great deal. We noticed a few other things we’d like to get, but will have to come back another time to make that additional purchase. We love the 18 months no interest deal. We will be back and ask for our salesman, Matthew.

Honestly one of the worst furniture buying experiences that I’ve had. My headboard came in broken and it took four weeks to get the replacement part and when it arrived it was missing the hardware. My dresser was on back order and the original promise date was June 23, then June 17th then without any warning July 7th. There’s been little communication without me constantly reaching out first. The representatives have been kind. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of Jaime and Anderson with customer service at Mathis brothers. I spoke to Jaime after realizing I was missing the hardware and he had it ready to be picked up within an hour. I spoke to Anderson about how terrible my experience has been and he was very kind and helpful and got me taken care of. Overall I will not be returning to Ashley, maaaaybe Mathis but I’m still unsure of that.
This is the third major purchase I have made at the Ashley Store in Owasso, Harry is the best to work with. I highly suggest you go see him the next time you are in the market for new furniture!

When my family first moved to Oklahoma with nothing we came here n furnished our apartment with beautiful furniture and Cari Bolen worked hard to get us a great deal and get us everything we wanted. Again we came lookin for some new bedroom furniture and Cari was just a delight to work with!! She has done so well to treat us like family. Highly recommend shopping here if you want to shop with some one who cares about your wants and needs!

tl;dr - Great in house staff, poor support. I purchased a Purple mattress and Premium Smart base from Ashley and had a fantastic in-store experience with that staff. They got us the right financing and even threw in delivery and installation. Now, I'm wishing they hadn't. Our Premium Smart base was installed without some necessary bolts and supports and getting any kind of service after the sale has been like pulling teeth. I called and made a service appointment. That gentleman was nice but admitted he had never worked on a Purple base before so he took some photos and left. The process after that is supposed to be; their parts department will ship my missing parts, I will notify them when they arrive and schedule another service visit, and I should be 'fixed up.' Except, when I call to see if there has been any update on my parts, voicemail and no call-back. Try again the next day. Voicemail and no call-back. I would LOVE a resolution on this but for now, I'll be sleeping on a wonky, sagging, brand-new, $5000 bed...

VETERANS BEWARE! First, their store marks up prices from what they sell online. Second, you can only get your meager 5% discount through a very convoluted way. Third, if you order online, they WILL NOT honor your 100% Disability Tax Exemption, even after calling and being bounced between their finance and customer care office ("I'm sorry I don't know how to do that. Let me transfer you.") Ashley - you messed up and we WON'T EVER buy from you again. Further, I will be telling everyone who will listen how your company absolves itself from fiscal honesty.

Someone called to confirm the delivery and everything was good and I told her there was a scuff on the chair, but was busy and asked her to call back and she did not call back to send someone out to fix it or replace it is what she had originally offered tutu, and I told her I needed time to make a decision I was headed to dialysis when she called me.me. Other than that the process was very good.

My spouse and I went to Ashley furniture in Owasso to buy a mattress. We bought a $5000 Tempur-pedic mattress from Ashley‘s. Do not make the same mistake we made. They do not honor the Warranty Tempur-pedic offers. They have a no return mattress policy, so although on their phone when you call them, they brag about a 365 day mattress. Return, they really don’t honor that unless you buy a warranty for extra money and a mattress, pad and pillows. This is all their mattresses not just Tempur-pedic these people are snake in the grass, they did not tell us that the warranty at Tempur-pedic offers is not honored when you buy it from their store in order to get it on or do you have to buy it from our Tempur-pedic store or mattress firm. I am so frustrated. They also promised us a cord to use with our split king so that it would be a simultaneous movement on our frame and $300 worth of supplies. All of this has been a lie do not go to these people for anything. So disappointed.
Our salesman Hayden was very helpful and even carried furniture across the store for us so that we could compare and get a visual. Super impressed with the customer service and also he worked out different scenarios for pricing for us to get us the best deal.

I came into Ashley to buy a mattress in a box and talked to Hayden M. one of the sleep specialist there & ended up saving hundreds of dollars on a hybrid mattress that is a lot comfier and helps me get the support I need from playing sports my whole life. He was very helpful and gave a lot of great advice!

I have always had the best customer service every time I visit the store.
I'm not going to list the name of the employee that helped me and my husband because that's not the point of this review. I just want to try and help out anyone else trying to buy furniture from being scammed. We went to Ashley's furniture in Owasso during the Black Friday sale in need of a couch. We eventually found one with a price point of $2,100. But we decided to not include the ottoman.The lady helping us made comments such as, "let's try and get a deal for you" and "I'll see what I can do to lower this." Cool. She comes back and says she can get us $500 off with discounts. Awesome. She tells us she can get us free shipping if we are able to carry the couches from the front of our house to the inside. We can. Then says that all of their furniture comes with a 5 year protection plan. Next, we notice a sign that says our couch comes with a free furniture (lamp, side table, etc) due to Black Friday. She says, "well, I already gave you the free protection plan. That's typically $229." We were fine with that, even though she said all the furniture comes with it... implying that it's free. But we weren't going to argue something small like that. We asked her about the 5 year interest free in store deal (promo online said we had to go in store to claim this) and she said she had no idea what we were talking about and that "must be online only." Proceeded to say we could have a 2 year no interest. Again, we didn't argue because 2 years worked fine for us. When we logged onto the website to set up payments, we notice that the couch was still 2,000 plus a fee of $139. We then looked up our couch on the website and noticed that the price was only around $1600. We called Ashley's and she told us that she never said the protection plan was free and that the online prices are different from in store. We basically paid extra for a couch and got lied to/scammed out of $400. So, be weary when talking to the in store employees. IF you're going to buy from them, I'd look around the store and then buy online. But, I'm personally never going to shop their again. In times like these, everyone is struggling and I expect anyone helping me to be a decent human being. Idk, that's just me.

I had purchased a bed room set, had it delivered and to make room for what I got I had to get rid of the stuff I had, there was a defective part so the bed couldn’t be put together the day of delivery and had to buy box springs over the phone because they didn’t tell me I needed them. Even after I had asked. So here I am waiting a week sleeping in a spare bedroom. Waiting for parts They did discount 20$ what a joke. Never Again.

So we spent around $10k maybe a little less or more on a living room set and a mattress. Delivered a week or so later missing the cord for the usb port on the loveseat thing. I called, my husband emailed, and then they sent the wrong part. I called, he emailed, I went by the store. And we have never received the correct cord. But they have our $$ so oh well. I guess that’s what I get for not shopping local. Pretty disappointing in their after purchase service. Our last living room furniture we bought local, and it lasted a good 10 years. I’m doubting the longevity on this set, it seems to have already settled where we sit. Just goes to show you more money does not mean better quality. Oh and I give our salesman 5 stars, he was super knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. The missing cord thing is not his fault. I know he tried as well to get the correct cord to us but we had to deal with home office or something.

Nate was awesome! I went in to just look at couches and see what they had to offer. No intention on buying anything and was pretty sure I wouldn’t be approved for much with financing. I fell in love with a couch though and Nate did everything to work with me. I was approved easily, he ended up saving me more than $500 plus got me a $300 patio set for free! He gave me his number and said he’d take care of whatever was needed from delivery hiccups to a stain I can’t get out. He was patient with me (we literally looked at every single couch in the store), never got irritated, never tried selling me on anything, took my budget seriously and worked his magic to get me the couch I fell in love with inside the budget I needed. The deal came with a rug, which I didn’t need so he worked some stuff around (I literally saw him approach at least 2 seperate people to help me negotiate for something else) which is how my patio ended up with a brand new look. Would recommend 10/10…Ask for Nate. You won’t regret it.

This is my first purchase with Ashley Furniture and I am extremely happy with the quality of my furniture and the overall experience in purchasing it. Harry made it so easy. First of all LOVE my furniture.. and enjoyed working with my salesperson.. at the time. . A young female.. I’ll not mention her name nor her female bosses name.. but… they did some unethical things to charge my account WITHOUT EXPLANATION! Almost $200! It was the last day of their promo.. July 31.. and they pushed through some things to make their commissions and sales look good for the month. I will assure you I will NOT be buying anything else from them. I’ve been in sales all my life and NEVER have I padded accounts, or been deceptive in what my customer was getting or being charged!! This is so unacceptable! So my advice to anyone who buys from them.. make sure you know what’s going on your charges! If they say they are “giving” you something.. be aware.. you WILL be paying for that “gift!” Again.. I love my couches.. hate the experience.

What a wonderful experience it was working with Harry Washam, Team Lead at the Owasso store. He went above and beyond to make sure the sofa set I wanted was available and could be delivered within my time table request for a great price. His level of service will have us coming back to Ashley very soon for other home furnishings.
I will go with 5 Stars, but I will say the paperwork part of the process seems a bit inefficient. Otherwise, our experience of shopping and purchasing furniture at Ashley has been very good.

HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, got approved to get the furniture I wanted sofa, loveseat, end tables, coffee table rug etc over 4,500 worth of furniture), but the rug was discontinued and the only one left was in the store I asked can they discount this rug because it goes with the entire set I like, the guy that was helping stated that shouldn't be a problem, he asked his Manager and the Manager stated he can only do $100, I advised I will have to pay that or more to get it cleaned (rug was white and black). He came back and stated he can only take off $80 more dollars but instead of us getting 18 months same as cash it will only be 12. SO you mean to tell me that's the best you can do on a discounted used rug, he said he would get in trouble by corporate, so we walked and he let us when we was about to spend 4700 over a rug. WOW Ashley, hate I got approved with your company. Terrible call, poor decision will tell friends and family not to waste there time.

I knew that I wanted to purchase some new furniture for my living room. I went into the store about 2 months ago to look around, and a very nice sales lady showed me around and then asked me if I wanted her to see what kind of credit was available for me. I applied for a store credit card, and then continued to look around to see what I liked. I decided that I wasn't quite ready yet. I returned to the store after seeing their ad for their Labor Day Holiday sale. When I walked into the store, and Cari Bolen, the same person that helped me a couple of months ago greeted me with a smile. I told her that I was ready to purchase the furniture, and I looked around for as long as I wanted to, without any pressure to buy. Cari put everything together for me and gave me a fantastic offer. I can honestly say that I would recommend the Owasso store to anyone that I know and feel confident that they would be treated equally as well as I was. I'm excited about getting my new furniture delivered, so I can start enjoying it. Also, Cari Bolen was my salesperson, but I was treated with respect and kindness by all of the staff involved. Thank you for making my experience delightful.

Matt did a great job of helping me find the furniture I want. His manager wouldn't take no for an answer on the credit card though. Signing up for the card does give a considerable discount. I'm just frustrated that no wasn't enough on the card. Even after I finally said yes, the manager kept pushing the card.

Update, they attempted a 3rd mattress and it was wrong. Tag even said finished size was 14 inches. In all this they manipulated the paperwork to show an exchange fee on one of the swaps. Store agreed to a full refund but have yet to do so. They picked up their stuff on 5/6, Today, 5/23 I still do not have a refund and I don't have a matress. Everyone I talked to says they take care of it and nothing happens, no return calls. I have to call back everytime. Terrible experience at this time. 2 mattresses have been delivered and neither has met the 12 in maximum height I have specified very clearly from the start. My contact tried to help on first purchase. Mattresses was delivered and was 14.5 inches after being assured it was 12 inches. Second mattress was same assurance and it was 15 inches. Contacted sales person Thursday at around 6pm and no communications from anyone on what they can do to resolve. When things go wrong, this is a time to show customer service. Ashley store has failed miserably at this point. 12 inches is max for a Murphy Bed that has been built.

Went is to find a nice recliner and.found what I wanted the sales staff was very helpful in helping finalize the purchase. The only down side was the chair was not in stock for delivery at time of purchase but was not a deal killer. Over all I’d go back.

Bought the sectional 12.30.22 and finally all the pieces are in and picked up at Mathis Brothers on 10.28.22. When I assembled it one of the power recliners don't work. Created ticket for contractor and still not fixed 01.03.23 (this experience has been over a year). Also, the contractor scheduled to fix it on 12.30.22 and said they tried calling and couldn't leave a voicemail (ironic). Update 05.10.23: Dealing with contractor was not fun however finally fixed.

After having four back surgeries I needed a new bed. Angel and Jade made the shopping experience quick and painless. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted and taken care of immediately.
It’s painfully obvious they work on commissions, which is fine as long as there is also transparency, and with my experience there was none. I had to persistently question the salesperson on where they were getting the prices they were quoting me in comparison to the prices on the tags.

We came into Ashley to purchase a new bedroom set for my son. We were kindly greeted at the door by Angel. She was extremely knowledgeable of what we were looking for and promptly showed us their selection. Once we learned of the sales that were still available, I decided to purchase a new box spring, mattress and two sectionals along with the bedroom set that my son picked out. I didn't realize that we had showed up so close to closing time but that was no issue for Angel and Jade, her manager. They stayed late to finish the deal up with no complaints and sent us on our way happy customers. Great communication, service and willing to please. We visited the Ashley store in Tulsa for a mattress and couch and Dillon was very pushy and tried to get me to finance things I didn’t want or need! We visited the Owasso store the next day and Matthew the sleep specialist let us Browse as we wanted and kept his distance. When we were ready with questions he was there with lord of knowledge! He ended up getting us a great deal on a Queen mattress and box spring set and even a new couch! I would definitely recommend Matthew for any of your furniture needs! Went into the store to purchase a bedroom set. Had found one we liked online and was in stock. They pushed us into financing the order through them tell us, "It would be worth it" without telling us how much it would save us. Their system kept crashing while we were trying to input in our details, delaying us to the point where the bedroom set was no longer in stock and would have to be back ordered. The order was delayed again and again with no contact from Ashley. I was having to call them in order to get updates. Finally I canceled the ordered and got furniture some place else. However they did not fully cancel the order and the synchrony account started requiring payments. Called them again to get the account and order fully canceled. However they didn't refund the fee charged to sign up for the financing. At this stage I have overdue bills for furniture I never got, for a rewards program I did not ask for and am in the process of getting the synchrony account fully refunded and shut down. Will be avoiding in the future.
Really enjoyed working with Liz to find the sectional and coffee table that was best for us! Walked out happy with our purchase, and I'm sure we'll be back!

Our salesman was very helpful and found us exactly what we were looking to buy. However, Ashley’s delivery policy has changed drastically. It will cost $50 just to have the chair delivered to our doorstep, we will have to bring it in the house and assemble it ourselves. They also no longer offer to haul off the old furniture. I understand that it would cost extra but it isn’t even offered any longer. Not everyone is able to move heavy furniture on their own.

I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again. We ordered thousands of dollars in furniture and when we were ready to have our order delivered they did not have my daughters bed included in the order (this was in February) they told us they wouldn't get the bed in until May which forced us to cancel her whole bedroom set because we didn't have a matching bed and did not want mismatched pieces. We went ahead and had our sectional delivered and of course it comes in broken so they said they would reorder the piece that is broken and have it delivered as soon as possible. They reordered the wrong piece and told us we would be waiting 12 weeks for the correct piece to arrive. 12 weeks have come and are long gone so I call to follow up and find out that the reorder of the correct piece had been left PENDING "for them to follow up with me" and we now have to wait another "12 weeks" for the replacement piece to arrive. I have been nothing but understanding when they told me 12 weeks the first time but now having to do it again is absolutely ridiculous. I have definitely learned my lesson and you have lost my business in the future.

My husband and I had planned on visiting a handful of stores to look for a new dining table set and rug for our first home. Ashley in Owasso was our first stop and Charlotte greeted us immediately, asked some questions about style, colors, seating, etc. and we had a table picked out in just a few minutes. We no longer wanted to go to another store. We completed paperwork and were out the door in about 30 minutes. This is the second time Charlotte has helped me pick things out (sold me a couch a few years ago) and service has not changed . Always fast, easy and friendly! We will be going back to Ashley (and Charlotte!) for our future furniture purchases.

The furniture is nice but the service has been terrible. We were supposed to get a free area rug with our purchase. The rug didn't get delivered when the furniture did, and I have called every week since & they keep giving me the run around. Everytime I call I get a different story. It's been over a month now & we still haven't received the rug. We will not be going back to this store for any other purchases.

I don’t know where to start describing my exoerienceu with the Ashley Home Store. On November 2. 2021, I thought I ordered a Trundle Daybed and one mattress from Remier Davidson. Apparently I only ordered ine mattress and a trundle frame at that time. I was told thaf I ordered the bed by a supervisor named Josh and that it would be in by Late March or early April 2022. Today, April 21, 2023 I still have not received part if ny order and a man bamed Logan assisted me in ordering the missing part. I had to oay additional money tonirder it. And it won’t be in until 5/21/22. Obviously I am less than pleased with my experience with Ashkey Home Store in Owasso.

We bought kitchen set like Dec 10th 2021 or so we are yet waiting 2 more pieces, finally got the table and chairs on April 15th, and the table was banged up so they are coming to replace it today, I have a complete living room set from there and a complete bedroom set from Ashley's in Rogers Ark., still would like to get another bedroom set but it will not come from Ashley's sad to say, I may have to go get my money back for my 2 servers if they don't come in real soon, we keep being told 2 weeks now they might be here the middle of May
Update: could you give me a legit phone number to call? The goolge email didnt work it came back undeliverable! To make a long story short we bought a new mattress in dec 2020 and by april 2021 only 4 months later we already had body impressions! Apparently it has to be 1and half inch body impressions (ours is 1/2 to 3/4) before you can claim on warranty and our mattress never had a law tag on it which the email stated i needed to file claim! Iv tryed contacting the homestore and have yet to speak with a live person! Buyer Beware and check out warranty process before purchase! Also make sure law tag is on your mattress at time of delivery because it does matter!

Just want to say, from the time I placed my order June of 2021 It three months to get the dresser and two nightstands six months later. I was told it would be August and all the furniture would be in. The customer service was horrible. Ashley’s NEVER called to update time frames. I always made the phone calls to find out the status of my furniture. Please reconsider purchasing from this company. A friend of mine just posted on Facebook she is having the same issues. This company is a joke. If I could rate a negative 10 stars that would be my rating.

The store sale prices and service are great. I’ve shopped online and also at multiple local stores. I found the couch I wanted. Ashley’s sales rep greeted me, Introduced herself, pointed me in the right direction, and followed me gracefully to be there when I had questions. She promptly answered my questions and added a few nice details of things I Wouldn’t have known to ask. She gave me a price in my market price range. I remembered her and called her back a few hours later. We closed the deal. I’m so happy. I haven’t picked it up yet, but plan to in a few days. It was IN STOCK.

Cody, the sales associate, was great. The sales policies, not so much. The couch I wanted was on sale, but they couldn’t tell me what that sale price was. They would first have to enter our info in their system and then the price depends on how much I buy. Ridiculous. Just tell me what the price of the couch is! I don’t have time for games. If you want to add incentives for purchasing more, great, but the basic prices should be upfront and easy.

My husband and I ordered our furniture in October 2021 from Taylor. We picked it out knowing there were things on back order, and it could take until the first of the year for all of our items come in. Taylor was incredibly helpful throughout the waiting process, and would text us shipping/order updates as parts of our order came in. Her communication and customer service was top notch. We love our furniture, and had the best customer experience with Taylor. Many couches/stores are similar across the area, but because of the level of communication and customer service we received, we will be back to the Ashley store in Owasso to work with Taylor and her team for any future furniture purchases.

We purchased a couch back in June and was quoted an estimated wait time of 6-8 weeks on delivery. Every month we call to check up on it and they are now saying it will be well into march/April before we receive the couch. It is still available for purchase online and says wait time 8-16 weeks but we are already over 6 months waiting with another 3/4 to go. I understand “manufacturer delays” but you should be more honest and transparent with your customers. Every one was very pleasant at the store but I am very disappointed in the customer service we have received since then, NOBODY has reached out to us.

My wife and I purchased a king size bed and recliner last night from Ashley's. It was the easiest purchase when it comes to furniture sales. The sales manager knew his products and was full of great information when it came to what makes each bed type unique. There was also a lady sells clerk that was helping, I don't remember her name but she had the prettiest red hair I've ever seen. She was very helpful and nice and made my buying experience fun. Buying furniture should be a fun experience, Ashley's Homestore in Owasso did just that. We've bought from Ashley's in the past and will be repeat customer's in future. Been waiting on table since August. Asked for weekly updates since mid October when it was supposed to have arrived but the only time I get an update is when I ASK for one. HORRIBLE customer service. Last update was Nov 18th when I asked for it. Was told 2-3 weeks. Has been 2.5 weeks. NOTHING. SILENCE. Asked for update yesterday. Ignored.

Can I give no stars? Because that's what I want to do. Absolutely terrible service, and I know I'm being lied to about delivery dates. After scrolling g through reviews for a little while, this seems to he a common problem. We got our estimated delivery date and we waited about 5 days after receiving no call on that estimated date before calling the store to see what was up. Not only did I get a dismissive tone from the person answering the phone, the woman who was our sales associate straight up hung up on me and talked down to me. And I still don't have my couch. Don't spend your money at this place. I'd sooner shop for "fast furniture" that falls apart in two years.
Was at Ashley Furniture in Oowasso just to get some steps in on my Apple Watch on Sunday. 😀 Just browsing not looking to buy anything. My salesman, Matthew, was top notch and in conversation was able to find the couch and rug of my dreams at a price I couldn't resist. Matt is knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond for customer’s satisfaction.

Fantastic assistance from Cari and Logan. All questions were answered and explained. Was getting because husband was going to have knee surgery, Logan met us at the car with a wheelchair and assisted husband through the store. Made shopping a pleasure instead of challenge. They did everything they could to get the bed delivered and set up in record time before the surgery. Can't thank them enough for all their help. Problems with the surgery, so still waiting on husband to try the bed. I like it, especially the gentle vibration to go to sleep by. Thanks, Cari & Logan.

Visited Ashley Home Store today! 10/24/21 As soon as I came in I was greeted by Charlotte! I went in alone looking at recliners not really know what I wanted and she was very happy to help! I browsed alone for a little bit and she checked on me periodically! We sat and tested chairs and Recliners to get a good feel. She gave me some excellent recommendations that led me to the piece of furniture I bought! Super friendly and easy to talk to! I was nervous talking to a stranger about what I wanted (because I didn’t even know what I wanted) but she was very easy to work with and made the experience a 10/10! If you go to Ashley’s here in Owasso be sure to have Charolette help!

I shopped with April and she was so wonderful! Great customer service while picking out my furniture and the communication after was acceptional. I will definitely be a returning shopper.
The sales reps lied to me about the stocking for the pieces I ordered which isn't that bad. What is bad is I called once every two weeks over a period of months and they kept assuring me that it would ship in 2 weeks (FOR MONTHS). Please, just give me a REAL ship date. This is a horrible practice. When I finally got one piece ready for delivery, they said it would be delivered on the 12th, come the 15th still nothing here and I called them and they act like nothing ever happened. Still no furniture, about to ask for a refund. I will NEVER be using Ashley for any furniture purchases ever again and I would recommend that you do the same. Other companies are much better in stock and more transparent about delivery schedules.

Well after being told lies after lies from them. i learned that they lie to their customers. The sales associates get a fake date which is made to satisfy the customers while the manager gets the actual date. Why does this make me mad, cause the sales associate on 4 different times told me id get my clonmel sofa next month. after speaking with the actual manager josh, he then told me that he gets the actual dates and it wasnt coming until october, but he made sure to tell me before i hung up that there was a chance id wait even longer. i personally wouldn't have minded the wait, but the lies after lies were ridiculous. They wanted me to wait almost 6 months for a couch, so i canceled my order, went to amazon for the exact same sofa for 500 dollars cheaper and it has arrived in 3 days already. so moral of the story go to amazon.
The sales person convinced me to put my purchase on the Ashley credit card and I would receive all sorts of benefits plus deferred payments for six months. What she didn't tell me was that I would be charged a monthly fee and if I didn't pay it I would be considered delinquent on my account. When I called customer service, I refused to pay the additional charges and wanted to put it ony Visa. But they only take debit cards or checks. So be careful with these sales pitches, they are not always truthful.

Genuinely don't understand how people can like this place....like the people are nice that's great but what's the point of nice people if all they do is play cat and mouse with your delivery date. Over a month later and I'm still waiting on a couch. Have called multiple times and have been given 5 diffrebt dates already. Just wow...

Never did he high pressure me and was genuinely concerned not only with my receiving a good set but he actually was concerned with making sure that I was satisfied. I went into the store with my husband who is on hospice. We really needed a lift chair that was more like a recliner.He pain level is aggravated by getting up and getting down. We were greeted by a young man who understood what we were needing , he patiently showed my husband the controls , I thought he was professional but friendly , informed but not pushy Overall a pleasant experience with no complaints
Mathis brother's store with different name. Mattresses are marked up as much as jewelry is, yet they would not deal. They were 2weeks out on delivery, so I said take off built in delivery cost and I'll just get it myself. He would not budge a dollar. I know 45miles away, 2 people, and dispose of old bed is not free. Said it was built in. Went across the street to another, they were very much more flexible, exact same mattress too for $1,000 less. Do your homework before you agree to anything there.

Needed a new recliner so went in knowing what I wanted. Harry was helpful and nice. Didn't try to oversell and helped make sure we got a recliner within our price range. I didn't care what color we got but my girlfriend wanted something she would also like for our living room. He was patient with us and stayed with us throughout our purchase.
Bought furniture 1 yr ago sales rep sold 5 year warranty to us now that we want to use it, they are saying it was a 1 year warranty and sent me to a different warranty department that department says my claim is not covered horrible sales rep just lied to get the sale and make his quota for the month. never again will I purchase from this company, was really looking forward to get new bedroom furniture not going here for it.

The store had a large selection of items. Practiced safe guidlines for shopping during the Covid outbreak. It really put our mind at ease. The staff was friendly and accommodating while we shopped. It was a great experience overall.
My husband and I spent $2200.00 on a couch couch only 13 months old already broken down cushions. We called they said Mathis brothers would send some out to look at couch and we had option to pay to fix. A couch you spend that much on should last over a year. Will not buy furniture her again.

It would have been 5 star as sales man and manager were both super nice and friendly. but we had to leave the Owasso store to go to Tulsa Hills store as Owasso store only had one piece and it shows Tulsa Hills with eight. We made the 45 min drive only to find out they wouldn’t sell to us. So we drove back to owasso and bought the one and hoped the regional manager will help us out in the end.

My husband and I went in to Ashley in Owasso to purchase a ton of furniture for our new house. We found a ton of furniture that we loved and spent around 10 grand at their store. One of the items we purchased was "as is" on the showroom floor. We investigated the pieces and made sure there was no significant damage and went ahead with the purchase. Once it was ready for pickup my husband went to Mathis to pick it up and none of our items were in boxes like promised and had scuffs, scratches, and chunks missing. Ashley refused to acknowledge this and did nothing because it was "as is". Then once our other furniture was delivered we received the wrong dining set. We had the correct table but the wrong chairs and since it was a close out special they had no more in stock. I had them come pick up the entire set and I asked for a refund. Two weeks later I still had heard nothing from the store regarding our refund and they had picked up the items over two weeks ago. When I called to get the refund they gave me excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done and then went ahead with the refund. I had another charge hit my credit card for the amount of a nightstand that we had already purchased and when I asked about it they could not tell me why I was charged and that I would need to contact the credit card company. The credit card company was just as confused as I was and offered to dispute the charge, but it turns out that they never even charged me for the nightstand to begin with. Overall this experience was a joke and we will never be purchasing from them again. For someone that gave them over 10 thousand dollars you would think they would treat us a little better and offer some sort of compensation for the damages regardless of the "as is" title. If I were you I would not waste your time at Ashley and would recommend spending your money else where.

Called to ask about ordering a new matress set. The woman who was answering then phone kept asking for my order number and phone number. She talked incredibly fast so I missed her name. I finally said that I want to buy a matress set again and she said that I would need to order one. Well thanks lady. Back to square one.

We had the best experience tonight working with the store manager Logan and Jaidyn most incredible sales associate. Just can’t explain how pleasant it was and the feeling we just made 2 new friends.
Went in to purchase a pair of bar stools. Found some we liked, but there were 3 different prices presented. On the kiosk in the store, the sales rep showed us was $115 for 2/carton, but she said that was for each one but the specs showed a weight of 34 lbs which is obviously the weight of the 2. Pulling the price up on her tablet, she said the price for each one was $75. However, at Ashley online, they were sold as a pair for $180 and had a weight of 34 lbs. With the great variation in prices within Ashley, I left with little faith in the sales person or the manager.

My purchase experience was great. Cari and Logan were the sales representatives that help me purchase a mattress and bed platform. I’m a very picky person and take in every detail to what I’m purchasing, and they were willing to show every bit of information and technical thing about my purchase. They were even willing to move mattresses around so I can try out mattress and platform combinations to feel the massage settings with different combinations. They did such a great job. Ashley’s has some good services, but these two reps went above and beyond.

I will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture ever again! My fiancée and I bought our couch September 4th of this year and we have yet to receive our couch. We were told the end of October by our salesperson and she never kept us updated we had to call the store ourselves on the 1st of November just to be told she was incorrect in telling us that. We were then told November 22nd. Yesterday my fiancée asked the manager when exactly our couch would be in and he is now telling us December 3rd!!!! How is this professional in any regard?!! I’m so beyond disgusted with their customer service. I can’t even get through on the phone to speak with someone I have to continue to go up there. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save yourself the grief.

I bought a couch that was deteriorating within a few months of purchase. I called to get it repaired and within a week of that the footrest mechanism broke. I went into to the store and have been working to get an exchange for several months now. And it keeps getting put further and further out.
Muss was extremely helpful. Showed me a variety of recliner then allowed me and my grand girls to test several. He checked back and when I’d decided then I paid out. No pressure and polite friendly service. I also appreciated that the store is doing Covid screenings and precautions.
Cari in Owasso was very helpful. She signed me up for their rewards program for an instant discount on my purchase, as well as any purchases over the next year. If I was hesitant to update my other old furniture, I'm not anymore.

I don’t even know where to start. I will say that I have spent a substantial amount of money and have went through absolute hell with this store. Logan needs to learn how to handle situations better when a client is upset and quit using Im new to management as an excuse. A certain sales person needs to better explain things especially when talking about putting furniture together. Even the delivery customer service people are nicer and seem to care more than the actual Ashley store. Honestly Jaiden is the best thing associated with Ashley stores. She is friendly and goes above and beyond for her clients. I have worked with 3 different people and I won’t shop Ashley anymore but if I had to Jaiden is the one I would go to. Logan and this other sales person who will remain nameless need to take lessons from Jaiden. I am just very disappointed in this store and all of the mishaps that have occurred over the last year. I will not recommend this store or Mathis brothers going forward.

Waited 30 minutes to get a refill on leather care witch then found out they switched vendors and no have to go way out to 71st street store to get the custom furniture care refills .

Shifty practice to get you to sign up for credit, only negotiate on credit prices not cash. Tried to keep my account information from me. When I asked for the account information which included personal info, they told me no, its their policy. I left without spending the intended cash or credit. Left me a note to email them, and never responded. Similar service from the office too.

Not the best. Been using Ashley for years. The sales person was able to find the product. That was the only smooth part. It took finance (?) over 4 hours to “complete” the sale. Then called the next day for additional info. Everything in this part of the sale was incorrect. Had to correct through it the process. At one point my $450 item was over 1100??? Extremely frustrating. Item is supposed to be delivered in two weeks. Not feeling very confidant
The best furniture experience I’ve ever had! Our 2 Sales Associates, Muss and Joshua, at the Owasso store were phenomenal and I can’t recommend them both enough to help with your furniture needs. They were helpful and knowledgeable without being smothering; and made sure to make fantastic recommendations. I had spoken with one of them, Muss, earlier in the day via telephone and he assured me he’d help me when I got there, which he did in spades. He remembered me and our conversation like we had just spoken and said he had already started getting the order together for me. Joshua helped as well in picking a mattress for our Guest bedroom and understood exactly what I was looking for and steered me to a great, reasonable set. Both were fantastic please go see them and tell them the Fuhrman’s sent you their way!
Went to purchase some bar chairs. The chairs were what we wanted and the staff was very helpful and paitent in assisting us in picking the exact thing we wanted. However, we selected pick up, and were told we could retrieve the item that day (Wednesday) at anytime before 8pm. We make the drive to Mathias just to be informed the warehouse is closed on Wednesday and that they should of informed us of that. Was a waste of time and gas on an otherwise excellent day.

We found the living room set we wanted but it was being discontinued. They had a sofa and love seat at one store and the matching recliner in a neighboring town. We went to the second store to see the recliner. The salesman at the second store called the first store and coordinated the sales so we didn't even have to go back to the first store. They were all very helpful and gave us an excellent price.

How to get experience in the store, the sales people were very helpful. The only problem we had is unavailability of furniture but I think that is normal these days due to Covid.
The Owasso store has a very knowledgeable staff that really cares about their customers needs in a no pressure environment. They have great quality products and plenty to view on display. They have a good selection and friendly enough staff, however I am leaving a review for the furniture protection plan. Apparently they have never lived with a toddler. She literally threw up and spilled food on the couch one day and the next day dropped finger nail polish on the couch. This system is a complete joke because I was denied saying I had too many problems. Never buy the the furniture protection plan. My husband and I were lied to when we purchased the plan and told we just had to call and someone would be out to clean the stain. Not that we had to wait until they were open, they are closed on a holiday that isn't even a holiday, that it's the day before the holiday, and then by the time they are open it will be one day to submit the claim. So I guess what they are saying is that I should've submitted 5 different claims for every individual stain. There should've been a manual provided for all the supposed rules there are to follow that again we were lied to about when purchasing the couch.
If you’re looking for furniture definitely go see Harry at the Owasso location! He was very patient and informative! We never felt rushed or pressured. He even made sure we got the best deal available to us! We will definitely be back!

Bought a bedroom set from them and everything was suppose to be in stock except the mattress. Our sales person said we would have the mattress by the next week. When they showed up to deliver it, they only brought the box springs and bed frame. The second time they showed up they brought the mattress and the 5 standing drawers. Still missing two night stands and a dresser with mirror. Been waiting a month and a half. Will not be doing business with them again. You shouldn’t tell someone they will have everything by a certain timeframe and then it not show up.
My daughter and I went into Ashley furniture looking for new couches. We were greeted at the front door by a very sweet lady having to follow the new COVID-19 protocol. She was efficient and very nice. We were then introduced to Ms. Charolette. This lady is amazing. She was so helpful through the entire process. She checked on my daughter and I frequently as we were trying out the different couch sets. When we had our minds set on which one we wanted she went out of her way to insure the financing went smoothly. The whole process from beginning to end was just superb. Bought new living room furniture, but only had couch and entertainment center in stock. We were okay with waiting the 2 weeks for the rest of the furniture to come in. 3 weeks later and finally got a call from Mathis Brothers that one of our recliners came in, but the other will be at least another week plus time waiting to hear about setting up a delivery. We are love our couch, but definitely will just use Mathis Brothers directly next time.

What a wonderful experience we had with Cari and Molly at the Owasso store. We went in just to look and found exactly what we were looking for. Looking forward to delivery on Thursday. Cari went above and beyond when I had to contact her because of my measurements being off and needed to change a couch to a loveseat. Purchased dining table within two extra chairs, a dresser and king bed frame. Went back to get the matching chester drawers and two bedside tables and got a sectional with extras added to it and a tv stand table. Charlotte took her time to help us with everything we needed. She went as far as breaking down numbers for us several times as wee shopped. Great place. Never thought I’d step foot in there due to prices but it is great quality and great services.

We had a great experience with both Taylor and Cari assisting us. They were knowledgeable about the mattresses and answered al our questions. Even when we came back and asked to return the furniture because we thought it didn’t fit and was too dark, they graciously worked with us to see that we were happy. I previously searched online for living room furniture that was a particular color and layout. Went into the Owasso location to see the set in person. Alexandr S. was my salesperson, he was awesome showed me the furniture I requested that was more expensive in the store but he let me know that they would price match 🙂. He also showed me a few other sets. Overall I had a good experience was in and out in a jiffy and was not pestered about things that I did not come in for. Furniture was delivered quickly within a few days and the delivery team was nice and efficient as well! Definitely would recommend, and I'll return for future purchases! Why have a store in Owasso if you can't even get the item in Owasso. I wanted to buy a small accent table and was told I could drive down to Mathis Bros in Tulsa to get it or pay a $99 delivery fee......for a $69 table. Does that make sense to anyone?

Service was great in store. Delivery service was great. Only issue a piece of furniture damaged. Recieved a call shortly after delivery to make sure everything was delivered and mentioned to caller the damaged piece right then a service appt was set up to evaluate the piece. So far excellent communication and service. Definitely feel good about the quality of service and furniture.

I went to the Owasso store in search living room furniture since the frames on the last set I had purchased from Ashley were broken on my reclining sofa and loveseat that I purchased three years ago.My sales representative was Cari and she was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and walked all over the store as I wanted to look at every sofa in the store. Although I was reluctant for fear of having another bad experience, Cari eased my fears and I wound up purchasing the Laylabrook sofa, matching ottoman, and two McAdoo recliners. Thank you Cari!

Taylor was fabulous the furniture is beautiful and looks great in my livingroom however afterwards we wemt back and put 2 chairs on layaway when we went to pick them up they only had 1 left so we had to take the one from the showroom floor that people has sat on to try out was not refunded anything back
Staff was very friendly and the selection was great. Picked up the furniture order a few days after purchase at the warehouse and the whole process was very organized and efficient. Again there the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to friends and family and will definitely utilize the location again for furniture needs.

They delivered furniture twice. The first time the table was broken and the second time the chairs were not properly assembled. I was expecting a problem on a refund but they issued a full refund without any problems.

Buyers Beware .Before you buy furniture here PLEASE READ I bought a sectional sofa and chair. A little over 3 months ago ..It had a piece coming loose under the fabric and the cousions wont stay in place they keep sliding out they picked it up and 2 weeks later i called and was told they fixed the part that came lose under fabric and was told by Shane customer Rep there was nothing they would do about the cusions SORRY he told me. Really $1900 and its ready to be replaced I went to Owasso store where I purchased it And the sales clerk tried to help but nothing she could do the Manager was no help either I will dispute the charges on my credit card Buyers just beware they will gladely take your money but if their are any problems THEY DONT CARE they wont even exchange thw sofa WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER .ASHLEYS FURNITURE I AM NOT DONE FIGHTING YOU ILL SEE U IN COURT IF I HAVE TOO. Then they agreed to exchange my furniture said to call customer service and i had to pay difference of $ 388 i did that and they took $1600 out of my bank account ..Thiefs Sue Switzer how sorry you wont return my money Corporate Greed .How do you sleep at nite . From the sale to the delivery to the setup; my experience with Ashley HomeStore was amazing! Ms Cari Bolen at the Owasso store was nothing short of fantastic. Friendly & professional. I had an idea of what I wanted before I went, and Cody helped me find everything in the store that was similar to what I wanted. He was even able to help me get a huge discount that wasn't marked on the furniture itself because of a Mathis Brothers' price match! I ended up getting a great coffee table, and I wouldn't have been as happy as I am with it if it weren't for Cody!

I had a fantastic buying experience at the Ashley HomeStore in Owasso. My sales person was Cari Bolen who partnered with Matt. There was no haggling with the price. The Store Manager Sue suggested that I apply for Credit, which I did & it was instantly accepted. I had my furniture scheduled to be delivered on March 2nd the same day as my fridge, however it is was rescheduled for March 1st. Just a few days prior I did my closing. Now, I work at the Owasso HomeStore with a company that employees folks who are Intellectually Disabled, we are the cleaning crew that comes in early to clean before the store opens. Since working at the store I have been "Window Shopping" since Nov.'18, so it was no problem to find furniture to purchase. Bot Cari & Matt are the best folks to help you choose your new furniture or what ever you might need at the Ashley HomeStore. The store and assistant at the store was excellent but the delivery was awful! They would not pull into our driveway, saying they couldn't fit when we have had several large vehicles in and out before. Then they carried the loveseat to our porch but then left, did not offer to help my husband to bring inside our house.

My husband and I went to just look around and had to tell the sales person 5 times that were only looking and will not be purchasing anything today. After, politely telling him that we are not interested and were just looking, he then told us “well I will look with you guys!” and proceeded to follow us directly where my husband and I couldn’t even talk privately. By follow- he was walking 1-2 feet behind us in our space. This is a horrible sales tactic. Who does that?! He totally invaded our privacy and we felt super annoyed and left the store. No wonder the store was empty. Who wants to deal with that? If you are so desperate to make sales maybe you should change your sales strategy. Will not be going back there.
Hands-down the best Ashley store in the Tulsa metro area . The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful and never pushy. My wife and I will certainly return to the Oasis Ashley store when we need more furniture or homehome decorations.

I’m happy with the price and quality of the furniture that I have received, thus far. However, my experience after the final sale hasn’t been the best. I bought a table, bench, and four chairs and put $100 down on a living room set that I wanted my husband to see before final sale during my initial visit. I was told I could pick up my table and bench but because they sold so many of this set, they were out of the chairs but would have them in shortly. I explained that I wouldn’t pick up the table until my husband, who works away 2 weeks at a time, was able to come pick them up and they said was fine. My husband gets home a week later and we then purchase the furniture set. We were told we could go pick up all the furniture at the warehouse whenever we wanted but to call 40 min before so they could have it pulled. No worries. So, two days later (Sunday) we call 40 mins before arriving. The warehouse says call when you’re 20 away. Ok. So I do as instructed. Now, they don’t have any of my kitchen table set and the chairs aren’t going to be in for another two weeks. I explained this makes it very difficult on us because we’ve already waited over a week, was prepared to pick it up that day, and by the time our set came in my husband would be gone again. The employee apologized, as she realized this was no fault of ours but of theirs and stated she would reach out to her manager to see what they could do to assist. So, we head to the warehouse. When we get there, our merchandise wasn’t pulled, even though we called two separate times as instructed, and I still haven’t heard from their manager about assisting with getting me my table and chair set. If you don’t have the merchandise, then don’t sale it as if you do. And if you do, then make it right and follow up with your customers. Furniture stores are a dime a dozen. Keep that in mind. Pros: quality of furniture so far. Cons: pickup at warehouse, ability to pick up merchandise, and follow up from leadership. Update: 6 days ago they replied to this stating someone from management would give me a call. To date, no one has. Which hacks me off even more. And still no kitchen set.

We walked in there without any hope of walking out with that I wanted. I was looking to price and save and now I am almost in tears because my little girl is getting a brand new bed set and I couldn't ba happier. Thank you Charlotte!!!
I would not recommend Ashley furniture for the following reason: my husband and I spent well over $5000 for furniture and didn't buy the protection plan. After a little over a year the stitching on the recliner completely separated. We were left with a broken chair and the company refused to fix it and wanted us to pay to fix it. It's disheartening to know you spend so much money on funiture and it breaks in less than one year. This isn't quality.

Very happy with the attention I received at your Owasso location. On a Sunday evening I was able to find a bedroom suite my daughter loved, arrange 12 month 0% financing, and was able to pick the furniture up at the warehouse in Tulsa that night! They also had found me a item I wanted at another location and had it waiting for me with smiles on their face at the Tulsa store location just down the street. I know it may seem like an easy enough task, but behind the scenes I know they had their act together to get all these things right. Really was amazed to get this done on a Sunday evening. 🧡

I bought a beautiful couch and chair from Ashley in October, I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery because I was moving into a new home. Every employee at Ashley that I met was very nice and informative. Jayden was my sales person and she was just great! I told her what type of furniture I wanted. She led me right to it! What a great sales person!! When my delivery came it was also great. The delivery guys were very nice and knew exactly what to do. The whole experience was great! I give Ashley’s furniture 5 Stars. Me and my GF went in there about 3 weeks ago and picked out quite a bit of furniture and our salesman Blake Morro was ABSOLUTELY amazing even knowing that the first time we went in there we weren’t going to buy anything. He was honest. If he didn’t know something he never made anything up but in fact went above and beyond to get any and all information we needed. Blake kept in touch and was so easy to work with. He told us how to take as much furniture home with the least price possible. The dude was amazing and if I ever need furniture I’d call him in a heartbeat. I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to JACKIE. We had a big ticket and she was so patient with us. Prob the best combo of employees you’ll find. Jackie was able to provide information while Blake was finishing up some other things. We spent 3 hours in the store today (10-11-18) not one time did I feel as if either Jackie or Blake was annoyed. Those two are a mean combo. If you ever need furniture make sure you go to Ashley’s home furniture store In Owasso,Ok and ask for Blake and Speak with Jackie. I purchased an entire apartment of furniture from them. I also purchased the protection plan told it covered my entire purchase. Well the slay bed broke at the joint. I called them today to get it repaired or replaced. Well I was told sorry doesn’t cover that and your warranty expired. So now I have to go to the store purchase a whole new bed it I want to get one that matches my furniture. Rip off!!!!!!!

Horrible Experience with the store in Owasso. We bought 3 items from their store. When delivering the couch thy ended up scratching the floor in many places. When we complained they did not reply or give us any solution. We were given a time frame for the delivery of our bedroom set. The delivery time passed, we had to call again and found out that they hadn't yet started from their store. They finally reached 3 hours later! The headboard of the bed was completely cracked. The bottom part of the chest was broken and they forgot to get the hardware to install the dresser mirror. They promised they'd be back the next time to fix everything and it's been over a week but they have not gotten back to us. Really upset with their customer service! The Sales person was really helpful however the delivery and customer service after finalizing the sales has been horrible. I would not recommend buying from this store again.

Come to find out that the furniture we thought we were buying turned out to be leasing the furniture. No where in the contract it says lease. All the money we've already paid for doesn't count. We won't be able to get our money back. If I knew this would've been leased out, I would've never considered leasing.

Went into to buy a recliner, ended up buying a bed and bed frame also. They give me a delivery date of the 20th. My son flies from Atlanta to pick up the bed I am replacing as it was only 8 months old Due to back issues i needed a different bed. Low and behold.. They deliver the bed , but they only deliver half of bed. And Customer Service cant supply us with any info nor the delivery driver. Just half of bed then we get a text they are delivering on the 24th.. then the next day I get another text they are delivering on the 28th.. WTH if it was a back order item. Why didn't they inform us. SO unhappy ready to return it all. The fact that i cant even even get a pleasant person in customer service to give me any info.. URG!!!Never Again will I ever buy from here again NEVER..

I've been to Ashley's furniture 3 times in the last month looking for a new sofa set and haven't been able to decide on anything. Last night after spending 2 hours in the Owasso location I finally bought the set I have been wanting because of Cody. He made the buying process easy and he gave me the best deal. The buying experience was fine, but delivery was terrible. I ordered a sofa loveseat and recliner with 2 end tables and a coffee table I paid for it all to be delivered but the couch was forgot. I called to complain and the customer service told me it's not like it was an emergency, yet it was because I had family staying with us aside for me paying to have it delivered. So she arranged for me to pick it up and said it was ready waiting for me and other than the hour drive it would only take 15 mins to get and I would be refunded the cost of delivery. well I get there and nothing was ready everyone was clueless they wouldn't refund the fee because the girl I spoke to wasn't there and it took almost a hour once they figured everything out to find the couch . I give 1/2 a star ⭐️

Totally horrible. They pushed my delivery date three times. I've sent three of four items back cause they were broke. They say they will call after I send stuff back with the drivers but they don't. After spending 4500 dollars on funiture you'd think they would be a little more eager to get it to you in one piece. Other than the very nice sales lady leah we had it's been a crap experience and I will never purchase from them again.

Ordered a recliner and the guy said it would be delivered next week but it didn't arrive so I called and the guy said he had no idea what was going on with our order to call customer service so we did and turns out the delivery company had called the guy we ordered from but he forgot to call us and schedule a delivery date and time. Took over two weeks and the service was terrible. Nobody we talked to seemed to care that our order was missing.
Anyone needing amazing furniture and a great advocate [Cari]!!! Ashley treated me well. Cash out was a little testy, but it all worked out. They need to make themselves aware of 100% Disabled Vet-No tax laws. Married vets spouses may use their disabled vets tax card. And if they do not, it is a $500 fine from the state of Oklahoma. Will go back if I need more funiture. They have great deals.

Picked up the furniture I had transferred to Owasso store only to discover it was severely damaged upon opening it. Store would not do a next day delivery for replacement next day so I had to find the 71st store (after being given wrong directions) so I could still surprise my wife. Love the bedroom set but was surprised Owasso store would not go the extra mile(s) to deliver a replacement.
Have bought furniture from Ashley Owasso twice and have had great service both times.
We love our new furniture, and we were waited on right as we entered the door. My only beef was that the salesperson followed us around everywhere we went, instead of just letting us look around leisurely.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat off internet sight unseen. It was a special order with a sale price. The quality is only fair. The legs for the 2 pieces are made in a triangle shape, hollow and made of thin plastic. The bottom is made of very thin material. Will tear easily. Probably will not hold up for the long run. I thought I was purchasing from Ashley direct but actually it is Mathis Brothers.

Went into Ashley Furniture in Owasso, OK just to look. Charlotte asked if you could help us. She explained how the store was laid out, so we went around the store looking. We came to the beds and Charlotte was there and asked if we have any questions. We have always wanted a bed that could lift our head up, so she explained how they work. She was very friendly and good at her job. We bought a bed and love it!

Charlotte Crawford was wonderful! She just seemed to know exactly what we wanted and needed before even we did!! We had been shopping around for an affordable bed for months with no luck, and because of this I was still skeptical even after Charlotte answered all my initial questions about financing options before we even went to the store! The initial out of pocket cost was a little more than I was expecting but it still worked out and we got it all taken care of easily and quickly with Michael who is also a gem to this store. Both of the employees we interacted with went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy satisfied customers! I will definitely be returning to this store for future home furnishings!!

My roommate and I decided to start shopping a few weeks before we would be ready to buy because we are both super picky and we weren't sure what we wanted in our new house. When we came in to the store we had not intended on buying anything at all. We spoke with Cari explained to her that we really didn't want to buy anything yet and she told us a couple things about sales and what not and let us browse without bothering us. We had just been literally chased around Mathis Brothers by the sales guy and were relieved we could just look without having to tell someone a million times we were just looking. Well, after about an hour looking around we fell in LOVE with a living room set. We were sitting on it and discussing our options. This is when Cari came and sat with us and talked about it with us. She went above and beyond answering our questions and helping us out. We told her it was out of our price range but can buy it in pieces later on down the road. She gave us quotes and, even though it was closing time, made sure we had all the info we needed. We called her 2 days later and let her know the set was too far out of our price range and didn't think we would be able to buy it by the time we had hoped. We want something in the new house asap. She talked to us about financing and helped us get a really good deal on what we wanted. She also helped us out with finding tables, lamps, and an entertainment center! Max and Mike with acceptance now got us all set up with financing and were super helpful with making sure we knew what the terms were as well as made sure we got everything we wanted and even better prices than what we had originally been quoted! Since there was 2 of us and we couldn't get approved alone for everything they worked with us to get everything financed but on 2 separate accounts! After all of this, Pat, i believe the store manager, went above and beyond to help us get the delivery all worked out and the assembly on anything else we needed. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted and Cari really went out of her way to make this fun and easy. I will never shop anywhere else for furniture!

We had an amazing sales lady named Cari. She showed us items all over the store, and even let us carry a chair around to see how it looked with other couches. She also helped us load everything into our trailer. She just took off her heals and lugged that stuff right out. Had an amazing experience :)
The sales person was very helpful. The selection were plentiful. We bought and end table for just under $300; but when we went to pick it up it was in pieces and we had to assemble it. I would have never expected a furniture store to sell a piece of furniture not assembled. That is something I would expect from Walmart.

My overall experience was good; however, the Bed Frame Side Boards and Foot Board that were ordered for me were the wrong ones. This resulted in me having to make two trips to Mathis Brothers for exchanges. We live in North Owasso so this was somewhat inconvenient. Everyone on staff worked hard to fix the problem for me. In the end we got the correct items.
Astronomical service! Extremely pleased!!!! What I thought was a bad thing, Ashley did a fantastic job at correcting the mistake. Did well over the top of what I ever anticipated. I will be buying from them hear on out!!!
Recently shopped and purchased items needed for home at the Owasso, OK store. Sales rep was very helpful. Only issue is they do not stock items in store. You still have to pick up in Tulsa.

Sales people follow you around and won't just let you look on your own
Save the stress of mattress shopping and just go to Ashley's in Owasso. We decided to upgrade our sleeping experience and chose to purchase from Ashley's after a long week of testing out most all the possible mattress options at Sears, Mattress Firm and Denver Mattress along with online stores like Casper, Saatva, Sam's Club, Costco and others. Ashley's specialist Donald Fuller knew his business and didn't come across as sale's pitchy. They had the most quality selection on the floor to try out. Donald made us a great offer, then matched the price of Sears and finally corrected a misunderstanding in our favor. We chose a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Silver mattress and a Reverie adjustable frame. Ashley's delivered and set it up for us at no additional cost the same day and we were rewarded last night with the best sleep we've had in years.
We bought a mattress set and recliners. The customer rep. was helpful and courteous.
Manager helped us save a ton and staff was great to work with! Visited again on 1/30/2022. Angel and Logan did a great job on assisting us with a mattress purchase. They both provided great customer service from start to finish. Neither of them them were pushy, or over the top "salesy". They delivered exceptionally and honestly throughtout the entire sale. I would come back again to work both of them in the future.

Horrible customer service. We was told several different times our delivery date, we didn't get it for 3 whole weeks. They act like they don't care. Will never go here again!
Beautiful store. Beautiful selection. My daughter picked out a $3, 000 sectional and wanted to finance it for 24 or 30 months. She talked to the sales rep who knew nothing about financing and deferred us to the finance department. We spoke to the finance department and they told us that she could get 36 months same as cash if she spent at least $2000. Now I was standing there with my daughter when they said it and they weren't busy at that time and there were three people, all the people I could see in the finance department, all telling us the same thing: 36 months same as cash. My daughter did a credit application and got approved and then when she went to buy the furniture all three of those girls were gone( this is just a few minutes later) and they told her you could have nothing more than 90 days same as cash and that whoever told her that was going to get a call at home and chewed out. Then the manager had the audacity to get pushy to try and close the sale anyway. I don't know what to think. Something is seriously wrong at this store. We walked out after we found out they also are owned by Mathis brothers which we had a similarly bad experience there. watch for liars at these stores.
Anthony was very helpful when I called inquiring about pricing for an online item. My family and I went a few days later to look at the furniture and we purchased a loveseat and couch. The furniture is good quality (we purchased a dining room set months ago) our new couch and loveseat are very comfortable and were reasonably priced. I'm not sure I would shop anywhere else. Thank you Anthony and Ashley furniture! We'll be back.
Stay away from this place. Furniture is very sub-par for the prices they charge. You can buy better furnishings at Big Lots or Walmart. We purchased a sofa with recliners at each end and a love seat with glider/recliners made of "Durablend"--which the sales lady told us was "better than leather, being more durable and scratch resistant". After about two weeks, the color wore off on the sofa recliner my husband sat in the most. The gliders were impractical to use as the fabric rubbing against each other as you tried to glide was so loud, we couldn't hear the TV!! We returned the furniture and purchased a fabric sofa, ottoman and two recliners. The delivery person informed us that they have been picking up a lot of furniture made of "Durablend". Needless to say, three of the five legs on the sofa were nicked and scuffed and the legs and wood trim on the ottoman were scuffed and nicked. They are supposed to be replacing the legs and bringing us a new ottoman. We haven't received the replacements or the recliners--the recliners were out of stock.
THE most horrible experience we have ever had buying furniture . Furniture arrived Sunday damaged , I called Mathis Brothers warehouse , trying to replace it , was told they will deliver new set on Tuesday , Dec 3rd .Tuesday late afternoon we find out we were not even on their delivery list ?????????? Tried calling store , they were less than helpful , their attitude is : '''it's now between you and delivery company, thanks for giving us your money , dont bother us , call warehouse if you have problems''' . To Heather from the store and to Catherine from warehouse : telling me you are sorry isnt fixing a problem at all . Company with GOOD customer service would offer more than an apology , but apparently Ashley store in Owasso doesnt fall in that category . We will never shop at any Ashley Furniture stores again . Remember , it's little people like us that got you , big company, to where you are now .
Their delivery personal damaged my property and very rude to my grandmother .. and now having a very hard time getting them to fix my property. They are stating that their insurance might not cover damages to my property. I would strongly recommend that if you buy any furniture from Mathis brothers or ashleys furniture that you pick it up yourself or hire an outside delivery company to have your furniture delivered to protect your other furniture that is in your house.
