Andrew, the sales manager that helped us with everything was very helpful and really enjoyed our trip into his store.

We were waited on immediately and greeted with pleasure. We were helped with what we needed and checked out with efficiency.

Angel was vertical patient with us as we looked at sectionals, recliners and adjustable bed bases. She and Matt were very professional with positive attitudes and information.

Daniel was extremely nice, helpful and patient with my elderly father. It also meant alot that he communicated with us after the sale regarding an error with the address which really put my dad at ease. It's those little things that will lead us back to Daniel and Ashley Furniture.

My husband and I went into your store to look around at different styles of couches. Gretchen greeted us almost immediately and even stopped by around the store to see if we had any questions. We told her we were looking to buy one in November and we will absolutely be coming back to buy it through her!

I've been a few times when I needed furniture, and between my visits both Josh and Matt have been very helpful. They know what needs knowing, and what they didn't know off rip they were able to find out quickly. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I had been looking for a nice big recliner, in our town, choices were few and prices were more than we wanted to spend on a chair .. we went to Owasso, had bought furniture there before, that we still use and Love. When we walked in, we saw a large selection and the prices were half the cost of our local stores. We found a beautiful chair with all the bells and whistles we wanted! Our sales Rep Matthew was very very helpful, knowledgeable on all their inventory. He made it easy. The prices were surprisingly low,.. We bought a chair we love for half the price we would have paid locally for a chair we didn't really like. It's worth the 30 minute drive for any furniture need.

I was greeted by Harry Washam when I entered the store. I knew what I wanted to look at but had no intentions of buying that day. He offered to show me the Styles in stock that I described. We narrowed it down to the Chair I liked. I asked a couple more questions on a Recliner versus the chair I chose. He showed me a few and the last Recliner he showed me , I knew it was the one. I was going to look at a New Rug elsewhere, but loved the rug on display under Recliner. Ended up buying two Recliners and two rugs plus one Accessory piece. Absolutely no pressure or I would have walked. He was great and the lady checking me out was very nice. Great experience !

I would not purchase furniture from any Mathis owned stores. Auto registration does not work for service contracts. They will not honor repairing frames or items damaged by normal wear and tear. In fact we were told to do any warranty we had to bring the furniture into Tulsa store for repair. We were told Bartlesville was not out of range. After the fact I was told I have to physically bring the sectional in via a uhaul for repair.

Went to Ashley to investigate Chime hybrid mattress and recd a nice education on them from Matt and Rain (love her name). Ended up buying a mattress more suitable to my sleep and my mattress. No pressure, honest answers!

2 stars for the nice staging at least. Lack of stars for the sales rep I got when trying to look at an item I found online. Said they didn’t have it in stock, and when I showed them a picture only then did they have it in stock. Overall seemed uninterested in helping me and them proceeded to walk way faster than me, leaving me behind by at least 8 ft. I observed the furniture and thought it was okay to consider purchasing, however the behavior from the rep made me just leave all together.

Lied on multiple occasions about the purchase and the protection plan. We asked for time to browse and have our own discussions but were met with smothered, pushy behavior. Sales person mentioned he was prior service military but after stating husband and I were both prior service he continued to degrade the military and the participation of our services. Now we are having issues with the protection plan and we are finding out the two sales people have lied to us. We are not able to use the protection plan and store stated they can give us a “prorated” store credit when not used after five years.

Trey was super helpful and got us exactly what we wanted at a great price! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Fantastic experience today shopping here. Harry, our salesman was so great not pushy at all we looked at a bunch of sectionals and love seats. We fell in love with a modular sectional we were able to fit together to work with our measurements. We got this amazing pet safe fabric with removable couch covers. Such a great experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable. She gave us time to look. When we were ready to ask questions she explained everything about the product. We are very disappointed about the delivery service. The windows say free delivery, but at closing the deal we find out that the purchased item will be dropped off on the porch or in a garage. If it is brought inside, there is a $300 charge. We didn’t find out until we had made the purchase. As Senior citizens, this makes it very hard on us. Shame on you Ashley. This will be our last purchase from you for our new home. This is in no way a reflection on our salesperson. She was excellent!

My Visit to the Ashley Store in Owasso was different than I had expected. Usually when you go into a furniture store, you're bombarded with people trying to help you. So I went in with the intentions of I know what I want and I will find it. Believe me I knew what I wanted, but I had no idea how to find it. The Gentleman that helped me was named Garrett. After going back and forth for about two hours, about what I wanted, what I didn't want, what I needed and what I didn't need. Poor Guy🤣 I got exactly what I wanted. Thank You Garrett. It was my Pleasure to be helped by you. And thank you for the great deals. I will return. And probably for that couch if you ever get it back in.

Harry was knowledgeable and was NOT a pushy salesman. He had all of the answers to my questions and opened up my mind to some other phenomenal options as opposed to what I originally had in mind. Harry was able to throw in a valuable item/accessory for free before even purchasing anything!!

Trey Upton is a great salesman! I went to the Ashley's store in Tulsa people were not friendly. I was looking for a recliner cloth. The store in Tulsa was not the place . That store needs help!!!! I was in Owasso. What a big difference!!! Trey made sure I wanted all the recliners. Showed how the recliners work, and if he did not know he asked. Trey did not leave me, like most sales people do. I get my recliner Saturday!! Trey hope you go far in this company. I will not go to Tulsa store. I will be back to Owasso store. Thank you Trey. God Bless you!

We had the best experience with our sales girl Angel! She was determined to help us find something within our budget and showed us so many options! We ended up with a sectional, two recliners and a console table. Delivery was quick and they took care of everything for us. Unfortunately our sectional was too big for the living room so after going back to the store, we were helped by another sales associate (I didn’t catch his name but he has short red hair) who was amazing as well! He helped us easily exchange our sectional and find something else we were equally happy with! Very fast process and we would highly recommend this location :)

Upon further experience my review has changed. We told Cari we had to take the beds up the second floor and it was a tight fit she said it would be no problem. Well it certainly was. Now they have to reschedule while I sleep on an air mattress because they took my mattress away already. Then they closed the ticket when I still haven't received my bed. Then they aren't even available to talk to Wednesdays apparently (the delivery people) so now I can't even get this handled for reschedule for another day. They said they can't give expedite either. Idk what kind of customer service this is supposed to be. But it's not it. Org review: Cari helped us out greatly and her anger Andrew was also very helpful in going over pricing and accessories. I'll come again

We went to this store today to look at a couch, Angel helped so much with the decision! I had a couch in mind but was not sure how it would hold up. Angel had purchased the one I was looking at a couple months prior and said she loved it! She helped so much with my decision and made it less stressful!

My daughter recently purchased living room furniture from Ashley and was having it held until her apartment was ready. On the day of delivery (NOT before), she was advised that Ashley will not actually take the furniture into your home/apartment. If you want them to do that it's an extra $200 charge. No mention was made of this up front or we would not have made the purchase (I"m the one paying for it). To make matters worse, sensing her frustration at this, the delivery guy sort of laughed and told her if she could have someone there "to help them out", they'd be happy to actually carry it into the apartment for an unspecified amount of cash. No way in hell is any of that acceptable to me. And then I remembered that Ashely is owned by Mathis Brothers, and two years ago we had a similar incident with Mathis, where we purchased a piece of furniture. We'd purchased a LOT of stuff through Mathis and had bought the "ELITE" option, which we were told guaranteed "in home" delivery on any purchase. Again, come delivery day, the guys were going to drop it in our driveway and leave, until my wife pitched a fit about it. They did agree to place it in our living room floor where my son and I had to move it upstairs. Swore right then and there to NEVER AGAIN buy from Mathis and this morning I swore NEVER AGAIN to buy from Ashley. There are too many other companies around town to buy overpriced furntiture from. Upshot of today was my daughter cancelled the order and now has to find another source for furniture. Sure as shooting she'll never shop Ashley again. Ashley management: Feel free to reach out on this, but you're not going to like what I tell you.

A police interrogation would be less stressful than enduring the high pressure sales tactics at this store. Save yourself the trouble, (and some money) and just buy everything online.

Clean and organized nice store. I just don’t like feeling of sales people following me unless I ask them to. I have avoided going in there several times due the same feeling you get when visiting a car dealership. Can we just go in there to look around? If we need something we will call or motion for some help. It is just too much. Let us please shop. Acknowledge us and say hi, just say your name so we can let you know if we need you. Let us shop around the store without being stocked .

Angel was very helpful in setting me up with my first kitchen table and chairs, despite their system being down all morning. The manager even gave me a free furniture cleaning kit and waived the 5 year protection plan fee for our troubles, and because she liked chatting with me and my mom. Everyone was very friendly! Prices were pretty high though, hence 4 stars. Not mich can be changed about that though I guess.

Our sales guy was great. However, we purchased as bed to be delivered for free and set-up. We also purchased a chair and a few other pieces. The delivery was free but to place the chair inside the house was an additional $290. This is a ridiculous policy. We have literally spent thousands with Ashley over the years. We will not be back.

We are very pleased with our kitchen table and chairs purchased from Ashley. It took 3 people an hour to assemble the table, 4 chairs and a bench. A few adjustments were made. Our sales person was Angel Neal. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about our purchase. Delivery was right on schedule. I highly recommend Ashley in Owasso and Angel.

We bought a 249.00 floor sample chair. They wanted us to pay 250.00 to have it delivered 5 miles away. They deliver "free" only from the warehouse. Really? 250.00 to deliver 1 chair. They want that money more than a satisfied customer. Not good business.

Went to find a new chair for my grandma who is blind and also struggles getting up and down from her current oversized recliner. Bought and paid for faux leather couch and loveseat the worst furniture ever bought, after 7 months it hasn’t even began to break in, causing back problems bought the protection plan and still nothing they can do about it being a manufacturing defect so uncomfortable and they tell you to get it at least 2 months to brake In but because they only guarantee it for 7 days it take them out of the liability to replace it. Works purchase ever for 2,200.00 what a joke

Talk well with customers and setting up for financing but the quality you pay for is subpar, I have dings and delamination on the almost $4k wooden king size bed set we purchased less than a year ago. I need to reinforce the bed bracing as several are sunken down and it was advertised as quit but this thing squeaks more than a bad Walmart shopping cart. The right drawer sticks half way out and when shut it splinters the bottom boards. Not worth the price and now I need to fix the loose hardware as well as screw down and brace the under slats or risk the bed collapsing. DO not do business with this company.

We noticed a few other things we’d like to get, but will have to come back another time to make that additional purchase. We love the 18 months no interest deal. Honestly one of the worst furniture buying experiences that I’ve had. My headboard came in broken and it took four weeks to get the replacement part and when it arrived it was missing the hardware. My dresser was on back order and the original promise date was June 23, then June 17th then without any warning July 7th. There’s been little communication without me constantly reaching out first. The representatives have been kind. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of Jaime and Anderson with customer service at Mathis brothers. I spoke to Jaime after realizing I was missing the hardware and he had it ready to be picked up within an hour. I spoke to Anderson about how terrible my experience has been and he was very kind and helpful and got me taken care of. Overall I will not be returning to Ashley, maaaaybe Mathis but I’m still unsure of that.

This is the third major purchase I have made at the Ashley Store in Owasso, Harry is the best to work with. I highly suggest you go see him the next time you are in the market for new furniture!

tl;dr - Great in house staff, poor support. I purchased a Purple mattress and Premium Smart base from Ashley and had a fantastic in-store experience with that staff. They got us the right financing and even threw in delivery and installation. Now, I'm wishing they hadn't. Our Premium Smart base was installed without some necessary bolts and supports and getting any kind of service after the sale has been like pulling teeth. I called and made a service appointment. That gentleman was nice but admitted he had never worked on a Purple base before so he took some photos and left. The process after that is supposed to be; their parts department will ship my missing parts, I will notify them when they arrive and schedule another service visit, and I should be 'fixed up.' Except, when I call to see if there has been any update on my parts, voicemail and no call-back. Try again the next day. Voicemail and no call-back. I would LOVE a resolution on this but for now, I'll be sleeping on a wonky, sagging, brand-new, $5000 bed... **I did want to edit this to mention that after LOTS of phone calls, they managed to come replace the base under warranty. It was delivered and assembled at no cost to me and the second crew did it right. In the end, we're very happy with our Purple products.

VETERANS BEWARE! First, their store marks up prices from what they sell online. Second, you can only get your meager 5% discount through a very convoluted way. Third, if you order online, they WILL NOT honor your 100% Disability Tax Exemption, even after calling and being bounced between their finance and customer care office ("I'm sorry I don't know how to do that. Let me transfer you.") Ashley - you messed up and we WON'T EVER buy from you again. Further, I will be telling everyone who will listen how your company absolves itself from fiscal honesty.

Someone called to confirm the delivery and everything was good and I told her there was a scuff on the chair, but was busy and asked her to call back and she did not call back to send someone out to fix it or replace it is what she had originally offered tutu, and I told her I needed time to make a decision I was headed to dialysis when she called me.me. Other than that the process was very good.

My spouse and I went to Ashley furniture in Owasso to buy a mattress. We bought a $5000 Tempur-pedic mattress from Ashley‘s. Do not make the same mistake we made. They do not honor the Warranty Tempur-pedic offers. They have a no return mattress policy, so although on their phone when you call them, they brag about a 365 day mattress. Return, they really don’t honor that unless you buy a warranty for extra money and a mattress, pad and pillows. This is all their mattresses not just Tempur-pedic these people are snake in the grass, they did not tell us that the warranty at Tempur-pedic offers is not honored when you buy it from their store in order to get it on or do you have to buy it from our Tempur-pedic store or mattress firm. I am so frustrated. They also promised us a cord to use with our split king so that it would be a simultaneous movement on our frame and $300 worth of supplies. All of this has been a lie do not go to these people for anything. So disappointed.

I have always had the best customer service every time I visit the store.

I'm not going to list the name of the employee that helped me and my husband because that's not the point of this review. I just want to try and help out anyone else trying to buy furniture from being scammed. We went to Ashley's furniture in Owasso during the Black Friday sale in need of a couch. We eventually found one with a price point of $2,100. But we decided to not include the ottoman.The lady helping us made comments such as, "let's try and get a deal for you" and "I'll see what I can do to lower this." Cool. She comes back and says she can get us $500 off with discounts. Awesome. She tells us she can get us free shipping if we are able to carry the couches from the front of our house to the inside. We can. Then says that all of their furniture comes with a 5 year protection plan. Next, we notice a sign that says our couch comes with a free furniture (lamp, side table, etc) due to Black Friday. She says, "well, I already gave you the free protection plan. That's typically $229." We were fine with that, even though she said all the furniture comes with it... implying that it's free. But we weren't going to argue something small like that. We asked her about the 5 year interest free in store deal (promo online said we had to go in store to claim this) and she said she had no idea what we were talking about and that "must be online only." Proceeded to say we could have a 2 year no interest. Again, we didn't argue because 2 years worked fine for us. When we logged onto the website to set up payments, we notice that the couch was still 2,000 plus a fee of $139. We then looked up our couch on the website and noticed that the price was only around $1600. We called Ashley's and she told us that she never said the protection plan was free and that the online prices are different from in store. We basically paid extra for a couch and got lied to/scammed out of $400. So, be weary when talking to the in store employees. IF you're going to buy from them, I'd look around the store and then buy online. But, I'm personally never going to shop their again. In times like these, everyone is struggling and I expect anyone helping me to be a decent human being. Idk, that's just me.

I had purchased a bed room set, had it delivered and to make room for what I got I had to get rid of the stuff I had, there was a defective part so the bed couldn’t be put together the day of delivery and had to buy box springs over the phone because they didn’t tell me I needed them. Even after I had asked. So here I am waiting a week sleeping in a spare bedroom. Waiting for parts They did discount 20$ what a joke. Never Again.

So we spent around $10k maybe a little less or more on a living room set and a mattress. Delivered a week or so later missing the cord for the usb port on the loveseat thing. I called, my husband emailed, and then they sent the wrong part. I called, he emailed, I went by the store. And we have never received the correct cord. But they have our $$ so oh well. I guess that’s what I get for not shopping local. Pretty disappointing in their after purchase service. Our last living room furniture we bought local, and it lasted a good 10 years. I’m doubting the longevity on this set, it seems to have already settled where we sit. Just goes to show you more money does not mean better quality. Oh and I give our salesman 5 stars, he was super knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. The missing cord thing is not his fault. I know he tried as well to get the correct cord to us but we had to deal with home office or something.

Nate was awesome! I went in to just look at couches and see what they had to offer. No intention on buying anything and was pretty sure I wouldn’t be approved for much with financing. I fell in love with a couch though and Nate did everything to work with me. I was approved easily, he ended up saving me more than $500 plus got me a $300 patio set for free! He gave me his number and said he’d take care of whatever was needed from delivery hiccups to a stain I can’t get out. He was patient with me (we literally looked at every single couch in the store), never got irritated, never tried selling me on anything, took my budget seriously and worked his magic to get me the couch I fell in love with inside the budget I needed. The deal came with a rug, which I didn’t need so he worked some stuff around (I literally saw him approach at least 2 seperate people to help me negotiate for something else) which is how my patio ended up with a brand new look. Would recommend 10/10…Ask for Nate. You won’t regret it.

First of all LOVE my furniture.. and enjoyed working with my salesperson.. at the time. . A young female.. I’ll not mention her name nor her female bosses name.. but… they did some unethical things to charge my account WITHOUT EXPLANATION! Almost $200! It was the last day of their promo.. July 31.. and they pushed through some things to make their commissions and sales look good for the month. I will assure you I will NOT be buying anything else from them. I’ve been in sales all my life and NEVER have I padded accounts, or been deceptive in what my customer was getting or being charged!! This is so unacceptable! So my advice to anyone who buys from them.. make sure you know what’s going on your charges! If they say they are “giving” you something.. be aware.. you WILL be paying for that “gift!” Again.. I love my couches.. hate the experience.

He offered alternatives and helped get us a very good deal. When there was a mix-up with the delivery, Harry took care of the problem, even though it was his day off. All in all, very pleasant experience. Will visit the store again.

What a wonderful experience it was working with Harry Washam, Team Lead at the Owasso store. He went above and beyond to make sure the sofa set I wanted was available and could be delivered within my time table request for a great price. His level of service will have us coming back to Ashley very soon for other home furnishings.

I will go with 5 Stars, but I will say the paperwork part of the process seems a bit inefficient. Otherwise, our experience of shopping and purchasing furniture at Ashley has been very good.

HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, got approved to get the furniture I wanted sofa, loveseat, end tables, coffee table rug etc over 4,500 worth of furniture), but the rug was discontinued and the only one left was in the store I asked can they discount this rug because it goes with the entire set I like, the guy that was helping stated that shouldn't be a problem, he asked his Manager and the Manager stated he can only do $100, I advised I will have to pay that or more to get it cleaned (rug was white and black). He came back and stated he can only take off $80 more dollars but instead of us getting 18 months same as cash it will only be 12. SO you mean to tell me that's the best you can do on a discounted used rug, he said he would get in trouble by corporate, so we walked and he let us when we was about to spend 4700 over a rug. WOW Ashley, hate I got approved with your company. Terrible call, poor decision will tell friends and family not to waste there time.

I knew that I wanted to purchase some new furniture for my living room. I went into the store about 2 months ago to look around, and a very nice sales lady showed me around and then asked me if I wanted her to see what kind of credit was available for me. I applied for a store credit card, and then continued to look around to see what I liked. I decided that I wasn't quite ready yet. I returned to the store after seeing their ad for their Labor Day Holiday sale. When I walked into the store, and Cari Bolen, the same person that helped me a couple of months ago greeted me with a smile. I told her that I was ready to purchase the furniture, and I looked around for as long as I wanted to, without any pressure to buy. Cari put everything together for me and gave me a fantastic offer. I can honestly say that I would recommend the Owasso store to anyone that I know and feel confident that they would be treated equally as well as I was. I'm excited about getting my new furniture delivered, so I can start enjoying it. Also, Cari Bolen was my salesperson, but I was treated with respect and kindness by all of the staff involved. Matt did a great job of helping me find the furniture I want. His manager wouldn't take no for an answer on the credit card though. Signing up for the card does give a considerable discount. I'm just frustrated that no wasn't enough on the card. Even after I finally said yes, the manager kept pushing the card.

Update, they attempted a 3rd mattress and it was wrong. Tag even said finished size was 14 inches. In all this they manipulated the paperwork to show an exchange fee on one of the swaps. Store agreed to a full refund but have yet to do so. They picked up their stuff on 5/6, Today, 5/23 I still do not have a refund and I don't have a matress. Everyone I talked to says they take care of it and nothing happens, no return calls. I have to call back everytime. Terrible experience at this time. 2 mattresses have been delivered and neither has met the 12 in maximum height I have specified very clearly from the start. My contact tried to help on first purchase. Mattresses was delivered and was 14.5 inches after being assured it was 12 inches. Second mattress was same assurance and it was 15 inches. Contacted sales person Thursday at around 6pm and no communications from anyone on what they can do to resolve. When things go wrong, this is a time to show customer service. Ashley store has failed miserably at this point. 12 inches is max for a Murphy Bed that has been built.

Went is to find a nice recliner and.found what I wanted the sales staff was very helpful in helping finalize the purchase. The only down side was the chair was not in stock for delivery at time of purchase but was not a deal killer. Over all I’d go back.

Bought the sectional 12.30.22 and finally all the pieces are in and picked up at Mathis Brothers on 10.28.22. When I assembled it one of the power recliners don't work. Created ticket for contractor and still not fixed 01.03.23 (this experience has been over a year). Also, the contractor scheduled to fix it on 12.30.22 and said they tried calling and couldn't leave a voicemail (ironic). Update 05.10.23: Dealing with contractor was not fun however finally fixed.

After having four back surgeries I needed a new bed. Angel and Jade made the shopping experience quick and painless. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted and taken care of immediately.

It’s painfully obvious they work on commissions, which is fine as long as there is also transparency, and with my experience there was none. I had to persistently question the salesperson on where they were getting the prices they were quoting me in comparison to the prices on the tags.

We came into Ashley to purchase a new bedroom set for my son. We were kindly greeted at the door by Angel. She was extremely knowledgeable of what we were looking for and promptly showed us their selection. Once we learned of the sales that were still available, I decided to purchase a new box spring, mattress and two sectionals along with the bedroom set that my son picked out. I didn't realize that we had showed up so close to closing time but that was no issue for Angel and Jade, her manager. They stayed late to finish the deal up with no complaints and sent us on our way happy customers. Great communication, service and willing to please.
