Just left this store Went in and knew what we wanted and planned to buy a few things but was literally stalked around the store by multiple employees with no room to breath so I left

The guy was new, but very knowledgeable and was so polite. I highly recommend him! We was not going to make a purchase that day, but he sold that couch to us.

Beautiful store and very helpful and knowledgeable staff! We both needed new recliners due to my Spinal Stenosis and my husband’s Cancer causing us both to sleep in our recliners! Both our old recliners were literally falling apart… bolt by spring!

The staff are very friendly but the salesmen don't listen to the customer's needs. My husband had specified a specific feature that we needed due to a recent back injury. So the price tag was quoted to us, we thought was for what we specifically asked for. So when the delivery guys handed my husband the remote we knew right then that it wasn't what we asked for. We will not be using their services again.

I was very disappointed by the deceptive advertised pricing. The couch I wanted to purchase had a price tag that said “home store special” $999. Told our salesman that we’d like to buy it. He comes back and says “this price is valid when you purchase a Home-store membership which is $140… if you don’t purchase the membership the couch is $1,400”. I questioned why there was nothing that says “pricing only valid for members” or something to let customers know that non member pricing is different and the sale price isn’t valid. Of course, I know it’s not our young salesman’s fault and fully expected that he would have no explanation. I then looked on the Ashley website and was able to get all the way to checking out and entering payment WITHOUT needing to purchase any membership and checking out with the couch cost $999!!! The reason I was given was “oh that’s a direct order from the factory in California. It’ll take several weeks to get to you and there’s no local support for any issues, like you’d have if purchased here.” The picture I have isn’t a great example because the much larger sign advertising the price was standing up next to the front right of the couch.

Awesome store! We went in to purchase a dinning room table set the day after Thanksgiving so it was busy. The staff was friendly and professional with zero pressure to buy while we browsed. Additionally, two managers check on us to make sure we were being taken care of. When we were ready, they immediately tracked down a salesman to complete the purchase. This was one of the best furniture stores we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Will definitely be coming back…

I went in a few weeks ago looking for a recliner to use in our nursery. Sierra was so helpful and asked what I was needing and helped me find the perfect chair. I was in the middle of moving at the time so I waited to purchase until today. I walked in showed the sales person what I wanted. And let them know Sierra had helped me previously. Walked out with a receipt and delivery date. I’m so excited for this chair. Being 7 months pregnant I’m not comfortable 98% of the time but this chair man.. takes all the pressure off. Can’t wait to rock my baby to sleep in it too.

No issues with the staff during purchase. Spent $3,600 dollars for a sectional to be delievered ripped and have had issues with the couch the whole time. Had to call their protection services that I paid for because everytime I show up to the store to talk they hand me the pamplet. The service company won't do anything. Sent someone out 6 months ago the couch still isn't fixed causing more issues. I will never purchase through this company. Spending almost $4,000 is a lot for a sectional to be in this shape 2 years later!!!!! I wish someone would help me!!!

Great experience at the Shawnee Ok location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, that store needs to focus on more western style displays and pull that style to the front. This store is in the heart of horse racing, rodeo, cattle ranch country and has a large expo facility with lots of equine events and horse sales - show more of what the local people want to purchase.

Helpful staff. Bit on the pricey side, and they will do all they can to upsale all they can. But if you stick to your budget and have a general idea what you want they probably have it.

I'm pleased with the product. The 3 stars are for the accounting procedures. Every piece of paper I have gotten shows a different price for the chair. I was told I would receive 3 free gifts ( 3 leather cleaning kits). On the receipt, it shows a lower price for the chair and a charge for the cleaning kits. It would be much better if Mathis was upfront with their billing. Or if I was charged for the cleaning kits, I should be reimbursed because I would not have bought them. I'm not sure if I will buy anything else from this company. Some of their practices seem a little shady. REPLY: I still say that your receipt should be accurate. If you say something is free, the receipt should NOT show a charge for the product. I week later: Still no explanation as to why price amounts are different. SHADY!!!

The sales people are great! However, the recliner on one side of our love seat had an issue almost immediately. I called to schedule a tech to come out and look at it thinking I was reaching the actual store as I called the number on my invoice. My first call I was told the computers were down and someone would call me back when they came back up. No call so I called back the next day spoke to a different person who put me on hold for 20 minutes just to come back and tell me someone would call me to schedule an appointment. Again no call so day 3 I call back to be told the previous girl was new and didn't know the ropes but they sent a request out to a third party for repair. No ETA. So I asked for a direct number and a supervisor a which time it's disclosed that I'm actually speaking to a call center and not the store. I'm offered an alternative of taking the furniture in to their warehouse myself if I don't want to wait a week or more for their third party to contact me. REALLY??? I will never buy from Ashley again especially since I inquired about their repair process prior to my purchase and was promised they would send one of their techs out for any repair and now I'm told that due to my location they can't do that. But you delivered here.

Brook helped my cousin choose the right recliner that was best for her comfort and health needs. On my recliner Brook was great. Brook helped me through the paperwork for the financing needed. Brook is a terrific lady and an asset for Ashley and Mathis Brothers

I just wanted say Liz is a great sales woman! Personally I don’t like to be constantly bothered and fed tons of information when I’m just beginning my browsing! She gave me as much information as needed upfront and was very helpful and guided me through the whole process. I get overwhelmed easy making big purchases and she made it smooth!

$149 for a entertainment stand online, so we go in and the same one is 430 something dollars, they say “corporate sets the online price but we can price match If you pay for the Ashley store membership that’s $139.99 ” , like what?? I’m not going to pay $140 for a membership to be able to buy a $149 item. Honestly we need several furniture items and if we would have been able to buy the entertainment stand at the online price we would have came back for other items down the road but I’ll never step foot in an Ashley’s store again, first and last time for sure.

What a lovely experience! I went shopping for a particular couch, and got a great deal on the exact item I wanted. My buyers guide - Athn was so personable, well-spoken, and professional. Athn is definitely one of the reasons I will shop there again.

The tags on the furniture say “in store” but they are not and the price tag is not correct. We looked at something that was $548 but they said it would cost $1100 total after shipping and fees.

The young man helping us was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He was well versed on fabric content, longevity and comfort. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He made the purchase process an enjoyable experience.

After the experience we had at Bob Mills, we were skeptical about even going into another furniture store but I can say that Paul and Jake were fantastic! Not pushy, gave my husband and I time to think and talk in private, and gave us a much better deal than we were going to get at the other place! We definitely plan on going back for future purchases.

We bought 2 couches from here and spent almost $4k. We didn’t want a sectional, but we really liked a particular set and then the salesman informed us that we can mix and match the pieces because they are just held together by brackets. So we requested a left and right arm chair and then a left arm chair and a right arm lounge. They told us that the lounge is not in stock and they would have to order it and could take up to 6-8 weeks but usually comes in a couple of weeks. About two weeks goes by and we receive a phone call that they’re going to schedule our Delivery. However, once the delivery drivers arrived. They informed us that the lounge chair was damaged so they had to reorder plus the bracket is missing on the left chair. We had to wait another week. They showed up with the lounge but still no bracket to attach them. Once it got there at the house I was talking with the delivery guys and I said I sure wish I would have ordered the left arm lounge instead. He told me there was a 7 day grace period to switch things out. I called up to the store and they informed me that the lounge was a “special” order. However they didn’t tell me that when we purchased it. I just find it odd how they will switch out stuff that is in stock but won’t on the lounge. There is nothing unique about it and they could easily resell it. Needless to say with the broken lounge, missing bracket, not being up front about the special order instead they just remind you that you signed for it. I didn’t realize buying furniture was like buying a car and you gotta read the fine print. Lesson learned. I’ll just spend my money elsewhere next time since they wouldn’t do the right thing.

Excellent customer service; pleasant, courteous, helpful, & knowledgeable of the company programs! Fast processes! Many choices provided. We walk through your store 3x's a week to get to & from Physical Therapy. First, a side note that the sales people are all so very helpful & pleasant. As I'm in a wheelchair, they assist my husband with the door every trip through the store! That's how we noticed the living room set we chose. We hadn't even considered purchasing a new set until we saw the group we selected. We're still discussing what we're going to do with our current sofa, love seat & recliner; all of which are in good condition.

So,we agreed..Took SO long to check out,my husband was not feeling well,do I signed without reviewing. They verbally said they were giving $100 store credit and some king of cleaning kit. After getting home and looking . What should have been appr. $1500 ,was now $2100. All thst tacked on even a $149mattress cover,I purchased a couch!Going backtoday to try to cancelthe entire transaction. Phone call was not pleasant. Very condescending. ...... It was addressed by manager. All $ refunded. Thank you

This has been a frustrating mess. My wife and I I went in to buy new furniture we picked a small loveseat and decided on getting 2 of an oversized recliner (floor price at just over 1k) the sales guy comes and says I got a better price for you now it’s near 750$ (the price advertised online, mind you Ashely furniture is being sued for this in Ca, it’s a shady tactic) he says once we apply for the financing they can get a better deal, we had planned on financing anyway so we apply. Now we’re brought an offer where the chairs are cheaper but to do that we have to sign up for the rewards plan and all together the price isn’t much different after paying to sign up and delivery etc. We finally decided on a deal with a rug at a ‘discount’ but again the in store price is inflated to make all the deals look better so did we really get a deal I couldn’t tell ya. Fast forward 2 weeks or so and it’s delivery day, I arrange to have someone at my house as I have to work, delivery is more than 2hrs late. I am delivered 2 recliners one put together and one in a box I thought that was odd. As I’m putting the power cord on the recliners that’s when I realise they’re not the same recliner, I received one like the floor model I agreed to buy and 1 that while similar, is different in number of pieces, color, firmness, and seat depth. I immediately contacted customer service who tries to convince us we are essentially crazy that we want 2 of the exact chairs we agreed to purchase and it shouldn’t be a problem because they are both tagged as the same chair. We contact our sales guy who also talks to customer service and we have to provide pictures so they can prove they sent us different chairs. Finally we are told they will deliver us a new chair to replace the one that is different than what we bought, delivery guys show up and it’s the exact same chair as the one they were replacing! The delivery guys even call customer service to tell them that even though the chairs have the same SKU and are called the same they are different. I noticed that one chair (the good chair) is made in Vietnam and the trash chair is made by Ashley in the US I tell customer service this so they can pick the right chair, a few days go by and ‘it appears we may have gotten the last one from the Vietnam manufacturer’ now I’m waiting to hear how they will make this right because the chair is of lower quality and comfort and its unethical to sell me something but switch the item on delivery. The chair on the floor that you’re selling to customers should be the chair delivered by the warehouse full stop no excuses. I already threw away my old couch, I just want what was sold to us not a bait and switch I have attached the photos of the chairs and the chair from their store. Beware of this place

Such a terrible experience! I purchased almost $3000 worth of furniture and can not get them to send me the right chair. They are sending me a similar chair that is not identical to the one I sat in at the store and agreed to purchase. They are sending me a chair with the same name but made by a different manufacturer. With obvious differences in appearance and quality. They have tried repeatedly to tell me that I am wrong and it is the same chair yet there are so many differences. They agreed to exchange and just sent me the same exact chair they were coming to pick up!! I am beyond disappointed! I purchased on 1/28 and received the furniture on 2/5. They have yet to resolve the issue. How can they sell you an item different from the floor model that you agreed to buy? Seems like a bait and switch.

Caden is a very nice guy and did a wonderful job assisting us, but not much else to brag about. I am a Mathis rewards member and this store apparently had recently merged with Mathis. The shopping experience with Caden was great, but disaster once we went to pay at the cashiers counter. Initially, the cashier clerk was unsure if the Mathis credit card could be used and how to use my $75 store credit in their store, or if it could even be used. The manager, Rustin said it could and appeared to show her the process. My total was about $225 after my store credit. The cashier tells me that I cannot use my Mathis card because I have to spend at least $.300 because of their contract with Synchrony. I have shopped at Mathis locations on several occasions and I have never been told this. I also have other accounts with Synchrony and have never had this issue. I finally said just cancel the transaction and we will go elsewhere. The cashier and another person working with her proceed to tell me that now that they have submitted the store credit as a gift card , that my $75 store credit cannot be refunded. At this point, I am done and I tell them that I will call Mathis brothers and I will call Synchrony because this does not seem right. Another lady behind the cashier desks yells out to the manager and then goes to where he is and, I assume, explains the situation to him. She comes back and states that the manager will approve me using my Mathis card with a 6 month deferred interest and not 12 months. Now all of this has went on for at least 45 minutes and I am so confused at this point because I never asked for a promo, and they have already told me that they could not let me use my Mathis Card because of their contract with Synchrony. I asked, “so the manager can just undo the contract at will and make approvals?” The cashiers response was “I guess”. So I’m ready to go and she has told me she needs 1 form if ID, which I gave her my drivers license and she has my Mathis card. Once the manager “approved” me to use the Mathis card, she requests another form of ID and states that the Mathis card does not have an expiration date and she needs something with an expiration date. I made sure that she didn’t write anything down except for my drivers license number and expiration dates on it and the 2nd form of ID. Business seems real shady here. Rustin, the manager, not once came over to apologize or even explain the situation. I now understand why this location only had a handful of customers shopping. We definitely won’t be back.

Seriously, the staff here are absolutely awful at their jobs. Special shout out to the young lady that thought it appropriate to be sarcastic and rude to my 70 year old mother. I hope yours is as proud of who she has raised and put out into the world. Our salesman, Trey, needs a lesson in ethics. I will never spend one cent at Ashley's furniture ever.

Very friendly. Sales people are not pushy. Was very happy with the service and selection. Salesperson answered all my questions and was knowledgeable.

Good experience. I found what I was looking for on closeout. My only complaint was the loophole on delivery about being a "member" but since it was a floor model & already assembled I just took it with me. So no harm no foul I guess.

Walked in and was met by Ben. Very nice young man. Told him what I was looking for and he showed my several options, let me weigh the pros and cons of each. Told him I would have to come back with my husband so we can make our purchase. Came back a few days later and Ben went through the options with my husband again and worked really hard to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The manager on duty, I don't remember her name, was also really amazing. To be honest the entire staff is so friendly and made us feel right at home. Such an amazing staff at this store.

We had a great experience with Kylie at Ashley of Shawnee! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive during our buying process and made the whole experience easy and straightforward.

The couch I bought was a close-out item. The price advertised was $586.00. Great price, however during the financing process, I found out that it requires enrollment in their Mathis rewards program and protection plan. That was a total of $228.00. There are benefits with them, but I didn't like them being required. Even with these additions I feel like it was still a good, not great price. Dakota was the salesman and he was really nice, not pushy, and quite helpful. The free delivery is for dropping off at the door. It doesn't include bringing it into the house 😕. Overall I am happy with Ashley's.

We visited the new store in Shawnee For the first time and left with a bunch of furniture. We've bought Ashley furniture several times and have always been happy. The Shawnee store has great service and and a relaxed atmosphere. Our salesman was Ben Corley. He was great to work with and made our time in the store enjoyable. I'd definitely ask for him if you stop by.

We had Tobias Raines help us with finding dining room chairs. He was very professional and patient with us since we weren't sure what we wanted. We purchased two to make sure that's was we wanted and we went back to get the the other two he had the order ready and it took just a few minutes. I love the Ashley brand of furniture. The store was clean and inviting. The sales staff were very nice and helpful. They had some floor models they were selling so I got a good deal and was able to take it home then, but if you want some of their other stuff you'll have to go to OKC distribution center to pick it up. That's the only drawback.

The very reason I bought from the store today was because of Tanner and Zac. Incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. I went in looking for one thing I'd seen online but after they spent a good bit of time with me they pointed me toward a superior sofa and love seat. I actually paid over $200 more than I would have at the military exchange store solely because of how great they treated me. Very happy with my choice and completely impressed by Zac and Tanner. They deserve recognition.

The salesman and sales a manager were both very friendly and helpful. Both attended to my questions with eagerness and we were able to come to an agreeable deal and sealed a sale.

Horrible customer service! Purchased a single ottoman and salesman asked if I wanted to carry out. I thought she meant take it on same day but what she meant was do I want to pick it up and carry it out myself. I told her no I would like assistance and I had to ask if they could wrap the furniture for me. It was ok for me to pick it up and carry out but then they instructed me to drive to the pick up area for them to carry out. Once I arrived at the pick up area no one would answer the door and I had to call back in the store and they had to page someone to help me. I waited for 9 minutes after that. My advice is just go to OKC and shop at their Ashley store.

I had been shopping in the Mall. I went in and out through Ashley. I saw a rooster that I wanted to purchase. Since I had been in Mall for a long while I was very tired and wanted get home, but I wanted buy the rooster. I took it to the desk to pay for it and it just took them forever to get a ticket and I was getting inpatient and wanted get it and go. The next day I went back to get a couple of pillows that I saw. The same girl behind the table where you pay and the girl made me feel very uncomfortable staring at me, I assume she knew I was there the day before and was getting upset that it was taking so long to pay for my purchase. .

I had an amazing first experience at Ashley Homestore today. I originally stopped in to look around, and say hello to my friend Haven. With today being their grand opening, they were doing a raffle for a free queen sized mattress, and I ended up winning. I got to pick out my free mattress and they set everything up for me, and it will be delivered to my door step on Monday.
