My mother in law, and father in law bought a couch and a recliner, when they originally talked with the guy they explained to him that my dad was a disabled veteran that they would need to bring the couch and recliner in the house and he said that shouldn't be a problem, well when the delivery guys got here they dropped it off on our front porch and dad wanted them to open the box and make sure the recliner was the right color and they said they can't do that and threaten to take the stuff back if Dad didn't sign the ticket, my dad asked them to bring it in the house they said it would be another 350.00 dollars to do that and said they can't open the box and if you don't sign the papers we will just take it back. My mother in law than proceeded to call Ashley's and they bounced her around and said she would need to talk to customer service and they never would answer the phone. All around just poor customer service and they don't do what they say they will do. It's honestly sad how they told them they would bring it into the home and than when it came down to it they wouldn't and wanted to charge them extra money. My Father served this country and he can't even get the decency he deserves. This world is just about making another penny off of someone and they don't stick to what they say. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Though they have nice furniture the experience isn't worth it and they will try to take from you all they can. On top of it all the recliner couch doesn't even work, you literally have to grab the bottom of it for it to pull out. Just so disappointed this is why my dad asked them to check and make sure if everything was okay and they said they can't do that...

We went to the Ashley store in Tulsa Hills looking for a new mattress. Jonathan Cleath and Andrew Creech were super knowledgeable about all the brands, explaining different materials and comfort levels. They took time to hear our needs and show us mattresses based on that. Not necessarily trying to sell us the most expensive models as some store associates do. After shopping around, their customer service is what brought us back. We chose a cooling Tempurpedic with adjustable base. It was a significant investment, but one that affects our health and well being. So far the investment is paying off and we are sleeping better than ever!

Found a piece online and was told it was on back order so they would have to put in a special order option which would take around 4 weeks give or take. Was told both the sales man and the manager check the special orders list daily and we would be notified as soon as it was ready for pick up. Just happened to call customer service to see what the status of our order was since we were at the 3 week mark nearly, to my surprise our furniture was ready for pickup. I get people make mistakes but don’t lie and say you check something daily when you clearly don’t. I would’ve had no way of knowing our order was ready because no one notified us directly.
The gentleman that helped me was not pushy yet very informative And had a good understanding of what I was looking for.

We have spent thousands of dollars at this store. There is always an issue. First we spent 8k on new furniture for our house. It took WAY LONGER than they said. they said 6 weeks and it took almost 3 months and we got it in parts not together. Then charges started appearing on out checking account and we had to call and find out what they were apparently our sales person got extra money if they signed you up for extra things so they did it with out our consent and when the free trial stopped we were charged several hundred dollars. So we decided to give them another shot and just ordered straight from online. They delivered our chairs first then table almost a month later. we didn't take the chairs out because we didn't have the table to see them together well when we finally got the table we set up all but two of the chairs because the weight we weere told the chairs would hold was not correct so i decided to get two sturdier chairs for each end for guests who were larger and they tell me because its been over 72 hours I can't return or exchange when I asked to speak to a manager they ended the call and sent me a survey and didn't anwser any other questions. Their customer service is complete trash and do not care about you or assisting you. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. I would go with a more mom and pop store atleast they are willing to help you.
Everything in showroom was fine. Salesman found what I was looking for quickly. Everything after that was a headache. To many people involved. To many phone calls and messages. I was told would be Tuesday by my salesman. I literally talked to 3 people after that day about my Tuesday delivery. I would much rather buy from a smaller store in the future and not be another number in the system.

It’s a nice store and the salesman was great but it’s a huge pain to have to go to Mathis Brothers Distribution Center to pick up a smaller item. When I picked it up and got it home it was damaged, now I have to return it to Mathis Brothers. So why go to Ashley?
Extremely disappointed. When I purchased my sectional less than a year ago they pushed hard to sell me the furniture protection plan. They said it would cover all kinds of things including stains, tears, and even when the cushions are worn. Well, I just submitted a claim for a stain and worn cushions, one of which makes you sink right into the arm of the sectional. All of it was denied saying none of those things are covered. I only purchased it because of the sales pitch on it telling me it would cover all of those things. They need to rethink what they are telling customers. Please think about it before spending extra money on the furniture protection plan.

We bought two couches & an ottoman. The paper we received from the store says to quote 6-8 weeks. HOWEVER, the sales rep & the manager assured us several times that it would only be 2-3 weeks max. When my husband called today to check on it, the man who answered the phone, Hunter was extremely rude and just kept saying over and over well the paper you signed says 6-8 weeks. That’s fine & all but it’s extremely frustrating that the sales rep AND THE MANAGER lied straight to our faces. & then this guy had the audacity to be rude about it. I don’t mind waiting for the couches. But the customer service is atrocious. They’ve lost a repeat customer in me.
Purchased a king bed frame almost a year back and had it installed. The holes for the screws were filled in with some kind of glue or putty and it won't come out. Call in about warranty and getting someone to disassemble or replace it because I have moved and my response is they don't do that. I consider that you put it together with the intention to never come apart which is damaging my furniture. Now I am starting the long process of my customer service journey where all answers seem to be "we don't do that", "we can't help with that","we understand your frustration". NEVER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I recently purchased a new bedroom suite for my wife at Ashley Home Stores at the Tulsa Hills location. She picked out a new set including a headboard, footboard, side rails and a matching dresser and nightstand, with an adjustable electric foundation that was (supposedly) free with the purchased mattress, which sold for $2,294.00.The purchase price for the set totaled over $4,000.00. I had told the salesperson I expected free delivery and did not want to purchase an extended warranty or protection plan. When getting to the checkout and after totaling it up, the cashier could not print a receipt due to some website problems she was having. She said she would e-mail me a receipt and I would have it by the time I got home. I didn't get it.Although I didn't know it at the time, Ashley Home Stores in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, is franchised by Mathis Brothers Furniture, also in Tulsa and I have made many purchases there as well. (with much better results) When it was delivered, the driver handed me delivery invoices from Mathis Bros. On it was a $149.00 delivery charge as well as a $149.99 "protection plan." They also sent a $99 mattress protector you could have bought anywhere else for $39.00.After the drivers set up the furniture and left, we tried out the adjustable bed. The mattress was so thick, it rubbed against the sideboard rails. In addition, there was NO way you could get the fitted sheets on as you could not get your hands between the rail and the mattress. The only solution I had, was to remove the adjustable platform, replace the side rails and footboard with a Harvard style frame to make it work. This of course removed the charm of the set and disappointed my wife greatly. Of course, since the adjustable platform was "free" plus they had "no return allowed on the platform" marked on the bill, I have no recourse. I feel it was the salespersons' responsibility to know the 15" high oversized single mattress w/ platform could NOT be used with side rails on a twin bed. He said his boss told him they couldn't do anything about it. I guess that meant buyers beware.Normally when I shopped the Tulsa Hills store, I asked for Jonathon, who always treated me right in the past. I was hoping, since Jonathon was not there, this different sales rep would be the same. I guess I was a very poor judge of character.I feel the least they could do is refund the $149.99 protection plan dollars as I didn't want it in the first place. Oh, by the way, they did give me a "free" pillow for a bonus for spending four grand!
We received our furniture damaged. We also have an unauthorized charge to our account from Mathis brothers after the delivery! For over $100! We will never shop here again
We had a great experience shopping here. Chenoa gave us a quick rundown of the store layout and where to look for what we wanted, and then left us to look on our own, which we loved! When we had selected something we liked, we talked to her about our concerns and she told us about a protection program that can protect our purchase from just about anything our dogs can throw at it, which put us at ease. She also helped us move around some furniture to help visualize what we wanted. Never experienced that before. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything more than what we wanted, and we feel great about our purchase!

Overall happy with the services I had with Ashley’s Furniture. I meet with April and Chris they both were super friendly and helpful. I did the elite delivery services where they deliver it and install everything in your home. The delivery people were friendly and fast. my furniture looked great only negative thing is they scraped the wall and took some paint off but my entry way is very small with a counter in the way so they were very limited with their room but happy with everything else.
My daughter and I went to the Tulsa Hills location today to purchase a sectional and rug for our living room. We walked in and no one greeted us. So, we continued to walk around and not one single staff member even acknowledged us, no one asked if we needed assistance, and when we walked passed the desk, we were ignored. It's unfortunate that people treat you a certain way based on the way you look. I was relaxed...shorts, tshirt, and sneakers because I had multiple errands to run. The teams lack of customer care today was absolutely despicable and deplorable. I will never set foot in that store again SMH.

My wife and I had a super experience in the Ashley Furniture store in the Tulsa Hills shopping district. Conner, our sales associate, was arguably the best representative I’ve ever worked with. He took his time and listened to what we had to say. Then helped us find exactly what we both wanted and needed. He is incredible, which is easy to understand, after meeting his supervisor Chris. Both these guys are certainly well worth asking for. That is if you want help and need advice on the perfect piece of furniture. Sales associate Ms. King was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Suggestion: check price of product at Mathis in Tulsa before sending customers there to pickup purchase. We checked their inventory and found our purchase was cheaper there and they provided refund of difference which changed the sales associate to them. We decided to return product afterwards, but, would have purchased remaining 5 chairs from them at reduced price.

Warning!!!! I purchased the “GOLD “level genuine leather $$$ sectional at Ashley store Tulsa hills!!!! within 30 days the motor fell off the recliner section twice!!! and the wedge was damaged!!! But they did attempt to fix the wedge and it came back worse than it was originally!!!!😢 And in less than 60 days the recliner seat is sagging and seat springs are already broken down to the point that I am sitting on a wooden board and a electric wire in my back!!!!😢😢😢 VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED!!! And they advertise FREE delivery but got charged 249$$ I will not recommend you buy anything from ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! They don’t have the customers satisfaction in mind!!!!!!!!!! Once they get your money done deal!!! Total nightmare!!! Go to MATHIS brothers!!!!

We bought 2 leather couches from this store and had them delivered and set up about 2 years ago. The coverage came with special cleaners/sealant for the couch which is nice. The delivery guys were the best we've encountered for furniture stores, very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We felt bad because at the time they had to walk these heavy couches almost a block into our apartment building and figure out how to cram them in an elevator to the 3rd floor. Which I'll add they did an amazing job!! Not one scratch or scuff mark anywhere I was very impressed. The people here are always respectful. Always love coming here because the salespeople give you breathing room and allow you to browse. We come to this store first when shopping because of this reason and they don't stalk you or ask you several dozen times if you're doing okay. It allows us time to discuss things between us as a couple what exactly we want, what we're looking for, and the price of an item on their showroom floor. Everything is easy to find, including pricing, and they have a good variety of furniture in many colors. My favorite was the chinchilla fur chair they used to have but didn't see upon our most recent visit this last weekend.

My partner and I called ahead to see if they had the couch we shopped for online, in stock. April answered the phone just after opening time, and told us they had them in stock and to ask for her when we came in to look at the floor model. We got there about an hour later and April was busy with another customer however she was able to set us up with their manager to help us buy the couch, and even took a quick second to come over and introduce herself and thank us for coming in and asking for her. Great customer service, and love the couch so far!
My friend needed a whole new house full of furniture. We started at another big store and found nothing that she liked. Not one item. We decided to go to Ashley Homestore - got lucky and found Jag !! Or she found us ! Absolutely no pressure from her. She literally walked around the whole store with us only to try to figure out the styles that we liked. Jag never tried talking us into anything but once she knew what style we liked she showed us a ton of furniture that my friend fell in love with ! Jag also worked with her manager and got my friend one heck of a deal ! We went back 2 weeks later and bought lots more ! And, honestly the main reason we went back was Jag !! Gosh, we almost feel like we’re friends with her now ! Lol ! If you’re looking for great furniture and a friendly salesperson then you must go to Ashley and ask for Jag !! I promise you won’t regret it !!

I entered the store at 7:56 not realizing they closed at 8 pm. I was greeted by Nathan who assured me there was no rush and he was more than willing to stay and assist me. The experience was amazing! I never felt rush, and he gave me space to browse but seemed to always show up when I had a question. Andrea was great to assist with my financing needs (very prompt and efficient). We ended up with a new living room set and rug. I think I am going back today to purchase a mattress! Top notch customer service.

I was so relieved to find a solution to my mattress dilemma today. Jag met me at the door and was the perfect mix of professional and friendly. I definitely had sticker shock when I fell in love with the cooling mattresses and she found an amazing pillow top that fit my budget.

The salespeople at this store are top notch! My initial visit to the store was just an exploratory mission to determine what kind of furniture they had. April made my visit so enjoyable and was so helpful that I couldn't wait to go back. She was not available for my second visit, but Hayden did an extraordinary job, making suggestions and explaining details. She went far beyond what was expected. There was a glitch with the financing, but with the help of Kelsey and store manager, Zack, it was all worked out to everybody's satisfaction. I kept them after hours and they never complained. These people are awesome!! I will definitely return for future purchases and I recommend this store to anyone looking for a wonderful shopping experience.
Every thing was great until I got home with the new purchase and it was the wrong color. Called the store and they were able to get me scheduled for a pickup and delivery in a couple of days. Turned out my wife liked what I brought home so I cancelled the pickup and delivery. All is good. Happy wife happy life.

I originally went to the Owasso location and was unable to browse the store without the salesperson hunting me. After an hour I left. A week later I went to the Tulsa Hills location and was greeted by Chenoa. She allowed me to browse the entire store before approaching me. Within 30 minutes I chose the pieces I wanted and completed the purchase without feeling any pressure at all. I recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase new furniture.

Bought the Ashley Realyn desk. Desk was beautiful, but there was so much off-gassing from the glues and engineered wood, I couldn't use the desk. I returned it. Low quality. Customer service not easy to deal with. Won't shop there again.

Hayden was wonderful. She was very patient. Great experience. However. when they delivered the two recliners the power chord they left for one of them did not work. In fact it was old and worn looking. I was assured that Customer Service would contact me and make it right. Three days later and several phone calls from me, I still wait with a chair that does not work. Not at all. I am a very disappointed and unsatisfied customer. I wanted to give a good Google Review, instead I give a horrible one. Boo! to Ashley Furniture customer service. I will think twice before ever doing business with them.

We went in to look for a recliner. They were understaffed, so we got to look around without being hounded (which was honestly so, so nice). The manager got us started on our purchase, and then Caitlin finished us up. They were super kind, helpful, and efficient. We will definitely be using this Ashley again for future furniture purchases.

Caitlin helped me find furniture for my living room and bedroom and was super helpful. The furniture I received is extremely low quality for the price though. The furniture showed up in October and I’ve had to have a loveseat replaced that showed up damaged, now I’m having the cushions replaced on the same love seat because the stitching failed. There’s small chips in corner of the coffee I ordered, and the tolerances for my TV stand are super sloppy, so a drawer on it has a noticeable droop to one side. The slats/mattress supports on my bed are made of a substandard particleboard, so one of them is broken already. I would give them a 1/5, but the customer service experience was good.

Bought a recliner that needed delivered. I told him that I had to have it on Thursday. My husband having surgery on Friday and need the recliner before. I was reassured that he got it scheduled for delivery on Thursday . At 1 on Thursday I called to check on my delivery. Salesman didn't have it in him to tell me I wasn't being delivered. He passed me to his manager. Who said he called. I never received a call. My original arrangement was if they couldn't deliver I was canceling the purchase. So now I'm waiting on a phone call again. Mathis Brothers has such a terrible delivery service. Don't promise what you can't deliver. Will not be back to Ashley furniture.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We purchased a mattress and a bed frame last September and was told by a sales associate that we could do 24 month no interest financing. The frame was supposed to be delivered in January and it got pushed back every time we called for an update. By this past April we cancelled the bed frame and asked for a refund and asked that the money be put on the card we paid for it with. We never saw a refund and when we called the front desk lady told us that it would be applied to the rest of the amount we financed which should cover our remaining balance that we financed but that we wouldn’t see the money for 2-3 months. 3 months later when we looked at our bank statements for the amount we financed there was no change in our balance so I went up there to ask where the money was applied. No one at this location could help me or even read the invoices for our purchases to tell me what exactly I was charged for and what we financed. They said they couldn’t do anything to help me and sent me to Mathis brothers. Mathis brothers couldn’t figure it out so they sent us to a different Ashley location who ended up sending us back to the tulsa hills location once again. Because no one could figure anything out for us we were charged interest on our financed amount because the sales associate messed up and put 12 months instead of 24 months interest free financing. We were told there was nothing they could do since our original sales associate was fired and now we are paying even more for a piece of furniture we never received. Our balance is now almost as much as it was when we originally financed our mattress a year ago and have been paying off and the only thing they could do for us was give us a gift card that’s worth a fraction of our balance.

Really don’t like to post these too much…. But wanted to share so others don’t make the same mistake I did. I went a few days ago and told my sales person (chenoa) I needed a whole new bed and mattress because I was upgrading from queen to king. She was initially very nice and good with my daughter too. She even said she got the manager to help us “save some money” he told us a price and it was $1900. We get all squared away and I go to sign and she said okay it’s $2000. And I asked her what changed because I was confused why her manager told me a different price. She said she forgot to add on the loyalty fee. (They made me pay this, I didn’t ask for it) I should’ve asked then for an itemized receipt but I didn’t, I agreed to pay because at this point I felt like I could trust her. We get to the car and I notice a weird charge on the receipt and that my total was over 2k and I couldn’t figure out why based on what I bought. My husband comes home with our furniture and a $160 mattress protector I DID NOT consent to or ask for (the weird charge) but NO box spring!! She didn’t even get us a box spring but charged us for other items 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ So I look at my receipt in detail and see another charge. All together she added $222 worth of things I didn’t ask for or agree too. I call the manager and he said we can refund it but have to drive all the way to Mathis brothers in Tulsa even though we had already been there once that day and live an hour away. Very annoying and such a waste of gas. All around very bad customer service and really just wanted to get every last dollar out of me. Never trust a sales person 😝

We were looking for a lift recliner for my fiance. As we are in our late '70s it gets hard to get out of a regular recliner. We were having some trouble finding anything so tried Ashley's in Tulsa Hills Shopping mall. They had just what we were looking for. I was so impressed with the chair, I asked if they would make us a deal on 2 lift recliners. So now we have 2 lift recliners and we love them. Great chairs.

Coach Pete is the man! I was on the hunt for a good mattress and have already gone to 2 other mattress stores before walking in. The other stores were fine but I was mostly followed around and didn't receive much help and honestly I just felt uncomfortable. (Do they have to silently stare as I try each mattress?) I walked into Ashleys and was immediately greeted by the personable Greg Peterson aka Coach Pete upon entering. He immediately told me he will not try to push anything on me and instead will give me the information I need to make my own decision. He asked me a few questions about my preferences and then off we went on a mattress journey. He gave me a good pillow he helped me pick out and guided me through the world of mattresses. I learned so much from him (I learned proper pillows are just as important as a good mattress!) and I never once felt pressured. He took his time and gave me the full experience of each mattress and what it can offer, as well as offering me information and andecdotes making the experience fun and personal. He was also kind and attentive to my mother, who was feeling a little ill that day due to her chronic conditions and brought her water which was sweet. I spent more than I wanted, however I feel as though I got what I needed. I mean can you put a price on a good night's sleep? I have back issues and some medical problems that affect my sleep and I have not had a good night's rest in so long. I feel confident that I was given the proper knowledge to make a decision that is best for me and my personal/medical needs. If I bought a mattress at one of the other stores I went to it would've been fine, but this personal journey helped me choose more than just "fine." After getting what I needed he helped me carry some items to my car and brought some extra water to my mom who was very appreciative :) Thanks Coach Pete! It's Tempur time!

Horrible service!! Ordered a sectional and was told after it would be delivered by 4/20 by their customer service when I called to ask when it would be here. Since then it’s been pushed back four times. Which with the supply chain issue I can understand but when it kept getting pushed back I asked to cancel the order. And was informed it was a “custom order” I never customized anything on my purchase it was a sectional offered in the website. And when I spoke to a manager with Mathis brothers who owned Ashley furniture here in Tulsa I was told it’s my fault they charge 40% for a restocking fee because they would have to put my cancellation in storage I’m sorry it was a out of stock item you should have this in stock if you plan on selling it and then labeling it as a best seller. The person behind me gets what I cancel you will not penalize me because I’m tired of waiting and when I call to confirm a delivery because Iv taken off work to be home to let the delivery team in my home you push it out even more. I’m sorry I was quoted 2 weeks from my original purchase now I’m looking over 8 weeks before I get my sectional. I don’t care if it was a out of stock item I want my money back Ashley furniture as I will not buy from you again. This whole process has been a pain in my rear end. So do not buy from them. They quote you a two week delivery date then push it out hopping you cancel and they can profit off you with a 40% restocking fee and then sell what you canceled to someone else for full price. I can understand if I got it home and didn’t like it or if it was loaded in a truck and then I canceled but you do not have possession of this item and have advised me it’s not an item you do not carry in stock ever. So I should not have to be penalized for your lack of inventory!!
Do not recommend. Got pushed into buying the rewards and the furniture protection. But ordered a sectional that was out of stock and the store marked it a custom order so I am no longer able to cancel the order and get a refund. Every time I call to verify a date to get my sectional the date keeps getting moved back farther. The first date was 4/20 4/27 5/8 now 5/27 and unless I want to lose 450$ on a restocking fee for a sectional that’s not even in their inventory I’m stuck waiting with no sectional. I will not ever come here again as this has been a pain in the rear. I would understand if I got it delivered or if the item was in the wear house to pay a restocking fee but Ashley or Mathis brothers dose not even have it in their possession. So charging 40% to cancel a order they don’t even have is ridiculous. But they marked it a custom order when it wasn’t even custom. Worst experience Iv ever had here and Iv bought a lot of things from them as my whole house is furnished by Mathis. But after dealing with their rude customer service I will not shop here again.

We love Ashley! They give the best service and have always given us honest answers for delivery and fees. We have personally been helped by “Coach” at the Tulsa Hills location and we ask for him every time we come back. He loves family and has personal experience with Ashley furniture in his own home, which is helpful to us in our own selections.
Hayden was super rude and a huge liar. Lied about everything all around to get us to buy more and the whole situation is still messed up. He sold us the “wrong” items and then was freaking rude after the sale and he just hung up on us twice when we tried to resolve and get a day of delivery on our furniture. Wish I never entered that store. The “Cashier” is a huge b to say the least you. She needs to find another job where she can be happy and leave on time.

Took a year to get our furniture we ordered, customer service was awful, and the guys who delivered the furniture backed up into my neighbors driveway and made huge ruts in my neighbors yard (shared driveway). Won’t ever buy from Ashley again, so many inconveniences. Do not recommend. Spend your time and money somewhere else.

Having to wait 3 to 4 months to get furniture is not what I expected and would not sale us the floor piece.So we ordered the two pieces anyway. Then we get a phone call about a month later from sales person asking us what the model number of the coffee table we ordered. It was confirmed when we made the whole payment and now he said they lost the work. Does that mean it hasn’t even been ordered??? That it will take longer? So we wait and hopefully all works out but so far I am not feeling real confident. I do understand about the supply chain being held up, too. Keep my fingers crossed

Absolutely terrible experience from Dillon at Ashley. As it sits I have two different invoices with different products zeroed out. I contacted Dillon to let him know the problem we encountered with delivery, about 30 seconds into that conversation he proceeded to talk over me and tell me I was wrong. I attempted to escalate to his manager Chris but was told by Dillon they were busy and that I would need to keep trying. Nothing but inconsistencies and misinformation from this location and Mathis. At no point in time has anyone from Ashley/Mathis taken the time to hear the terrible experience we've been through during this process. It is clear people in this store/company are concerned with making a quick buck, and nothing else.
So far everything has been great.I already left a long lengthy message but it was deleted..or lost..not sure..so I'll try to leave another message. Our sales person, Khara ,was amazing. I have adhd & I talk fast and sometimes i may ask another question before the other person gets a chance to answer my 1st question ..and yes I'm aware of it and I work hard to not be rude but sometimes i get caught up & do it anyways.,so Khara was very polite & answered every question we asked, and she was very knowledgeable with the products. I will definitely go back and refer her & Ashley Furniture to my family and friends. I havent recd my bed yet, its suppose to come today. I’ve been looking for months to find a dining set and a double recliner. I checked Ashley Furniture and within 30 minutes I had what I wanted. Delivery is set out a few weeks but I’m anxious to get it in my house. Mike, the sales person, did a great job. He informed me of things but left me to myself to look around.

I came in tonight to essentially just look for furniture since I didn’t have high hopes that they would even have anything in stock. I was PLEASANTLY surprised. I didn’t just have to look, I purchased. They actually had quality furniture IN STOCK! My experience started with a friendly face and greeting from Mr. Hayden Million. He asked what I was looking for and was more than willing to help and show me around. Ashley HomeStore was very lovely. Extremely organized and clean. The layout was also easy to maneuver. Hayden Million answered any question that I had and I never once felt pressured into making a purchase. I felt that Hayden was honest and he gave me his personal opinion on different types of furniture, which I honestly valued. His friendliness and demeanor was honestly refreshing in a salesperson. Excellent! I have made purchases twice in Ashley Homestore Tulsa Hills, OK. Both times proved to be outstanding in customer care service. The first time sales agent, Caitlin Key was right there, eager to help me without a hard sales approach. She is genuine and clearly tuned in to what my furniture needs were. Upon purchasing the sofa bed I wanted, the store manager and financing persons were equally kind, professional and considerate. Although because of Covid the delivery time was long, the sofabes was well worth the wait. We love it; its attractive, comfortable and durable with a value we could afford. Today was my second experience. Once again, Caitlin met me and my husband at once and although we came for one mattress, she helped us see what we really needed-- a queen purple mattress with accessories. Again, the finance person, Kelsey and branch store manager were there to help. Our entire in and out store purchase time was 15, no more than 20 minutes. In short, we're very pleased and happy with Ashley Homestore, Tulsa Hills, Tulsa. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good selection and fairly priced
The shopping experience for my mattress was a great experience. However, I was told if I was not satisfied within 90 days I could return it without any issue, NOT TRUE! I am certainly within my 90 days and wanted to exchange it for a firm top not a pillow top. As I am getting older I have a time turning over with the softness. I was told for the deal to be honored I would have had to purchase an additional accessories. Pillows for one! Crazy. I purchased the $100 bed pad but that was not enough and the purchase was over $1,000.00 Very disappointed in Ashley store policies.
Haydon and Debbie made the experience a real joy, two awesome people, very knowledgeable and courteous. My wife and I will definitely have more future business for them.
Mike was my original sales rep and was awesome. He was very patient and helpful, did not make me feel rushed or an inconvenience. Due to an emergency I had to come back to complete my purchases. The young lady who completed the sale guaranteed me that Mike would get the credit for my purchase which I was very pleased with. He had left shortly before I got back to the store. I would definitely return should I need to purchase other items.
In March we bought a set. A couch and a love seat. I wrote an amazing review about how well we we treated and how awesome our new furniture was. Since then, we have gone through 3 of the same love seat (all within the first week) and our couch just broke. We aren’t doing anything extracurricular on this furniture. Just regular lounging. 7 months. We’ve only had it for 7 months. Ashley Furniture is COMPLETE garbage. We don’t even sit on the love seat because we are afraid of it breaking and having to go through the process of replacing it again and here we are.

We ordered our furniture in May and were told end of June for delivery. I called at the first of July and was told end of September! I called my salesman who assured me that was wrong and he would get me a date soon. He messaged me back a few days later and gave a date and asked what day I want it delivered. That day came and I called to check the status and they stated that no way would this be in before September. We had already sold our furniture to prepare so we’ve had a mattress on the floor. I talked to a manager who assured me we would have it by end of August at the latest. I called earlier this week and was told it would be end of September and even possibly October because the drawers weren’t ready. I finally was told that the bed frame was ready to be delivered I just wouldn’t have the drawers. That’s fine at least I’ll have the mattress off the floor. Today was the big day and they called to tell me they would be here shortly (8:30am) and they finally showed at 11:45 am. They were more interested in goofing around than actually doing their job. They came downstairs at 12:15 said they were done and out they all ran. I went immediately up to check and their job was horrific! The bed was not secured well (no screwed were tight) they left a mess under the mattress and all over the room, the slats weren’t put on correct, there is damage, we are missing hardware, and uprights to hold the slats in the middle are crooked. I called at 12:30 to request this be fixed. They said they would not have anyone out until Sunday (it’s Wednesday)!!!! I said that was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. The manger was supposed to call and never did so I tried back at 4pm and finally got in touch with someone who offered a small discount and no deliver fee so we can fix it tonight and sleep. Husband gets home and attempts to fix it but we are missing hardware to even make it safe! All in all this is the worst experience we’ve had and I highly do not recommend them or their “Caitbrook collection” they recommend so highly!

I would not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. In fact, run and steer clear of them. We purchased multiple items on Memorial Day weekend and were told we would have them in three weeks without any problems. We expressed if this lead time was inaccurate we would go elsewhere to find something that was in stock. The three weeks went by and I had to call them to check on our order. At that time we were quoted 10 weeks to receive our items. We did receive our adjustable bed and head and foot board during this time and it ended up being broken. The rails for the bed were not delivered and have still not been delivered. That means we have a large headboard and footboard leaning against the wall in our bedroom, and have for many weeks. That is a safety hazard because we have three very small children that we must make sure stay away from these hazardous leaning objects. We did not anticipate needing to store these large incomplete items. The delivery drivers tried to program the bed and left saying it would not work. When they left I was able to program it on the first try. I called to express my frustration and was told the delivery drivers were a third party company that does not work directly for Ashley furniture. Ashley furniture just tried to pass on the responsibility to them. A couple of weeks go by after having our adjustable bed and frame and come to find out the bed frame that was put together by the delivery company was missing a bolt and the frame was cracked. I called and spoke with a manager and told him we were thinking about canceling our entire order (over $14,000 with of furniture), he didn’t seem to care. His exact words were “ok, call me back when you know for sure and we will cancel it”. He didn’t try to reconcile anything. We were told we would receive a gift card in the mail for the issues we have had, but no gift has shown up. I was given the contact information for the customer service assistant manager if I needed anything. I have called and left messages with no returned call. This has to be the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. It’s very disappointing since Ashley furniture is a sister company of Mathis Brothers. I highly doubt we will ever be back to shop at Ashley furniture or Mathis Brothers. To this date, we are still missing half of our order.
Leaving the store, I was so excited because picking our furniture and getting it all ordered was a breeze. I am so saddened that my expectations and in store experience exceeded me, because since leaving, we have had nightmares! First of all, our delivery comes and there was problem after problem. 1) we had damaged furniture 2) they delivered the wrong items, which we were told that the store actually put down to order the wrong items 3) we were charged for bedsprings when we specifically said we didn’t want those and 4) we were delivered a headboard with no rails, even though I walked in asking to purchase a bed. My husband said “don’t get mad, give them a chance to fix it,” and the store said it would be fixed. Delivery was set for 7/27/21. This brings us to today, the day we are supposed to get to FINALLY have our house all set up. My husband calls to find out about delivery time, and IT WAS CANCELLED! They are now trying to say we have a balance due, which is by no means the case. We were actually OVERCHARGED! I’m mad, the husband is mad and the children are disappointed beyond belief! Terrible experience!

My experience in purchasing my dining set, and couch set was miserable to say the least. I was told my things were ordered and they actually weren’t 2 times, I was promised a gift card for all my troubles that apparently just doesn’t exist, and when trying to fix the whole issue I was hung up on multiple times. The only two people who were nice to me during this whole cluster fluff of an ordeal, were Donna from the Tulsa hills location, and Richard from Mathis brothers broken arrow. They actually helped me get the complete set of what I needed ordered, or at least I hope so. When shopping with Ashley, I suggest you double check everything you’re told the second it’s said to you. Don’t just trust that it’s already done. Also, express that you’d like an experienced associate, because they don’t help their new ones to do things correctly.

He was patient with us, answered questions, but also left us alone to browse when needed. He helped us purchase exactly what we wanted but was not pushy to get us to buy anything we didn’t want. My wife and I came to this location to look for a couch. We were very pleased with katelynn and the selection of couches we found. We did end up finding one we liked and moved forward with the purchase. We took a little extra time to look around at some other stuff before we left. As we were getting close to walk out the door the guy who was at the greeting station was on his phone. I said thank you and goodbye and he just kinda looked at me. I walked a few more steps and turned and said it again because I thought that maybe he didn’t hear me. His response was somewhat the same. It felt very rude and displeasing. My interaction with him is the only reason they did not receive a five star review.

We decided to trust Ashley Homestore with our business. We are fully furnishing our new home. We bought a bedroom set and a kitchen table. They assured us we'd have a great delivery experience. Boy, was that wrong! Our kitchen table, dresser, nightstand & even our home suffered damages from this delivery service. The gentlemen scurried out of my home so quick I didn't even have time to notice the damages. Three pieces of furniture are having to be sent back out due to damages. However that won't fix the damages to our home. There's also a really strong stench of smoke that has been left behind by the workers. Beware when shopping and ordering delivery with this location.
I was promised end of month delivery on an order I paid for. After it was paid for - that changed to 90+ days. No one knew why, but everyone promised to call me - no one did. I had to go back to the store to get answers. As I couldn't get anyone in their store to give me the time of day, much less return a phone call - I cancelled my order. A good deal isn't a good deal at all when the terms change after the money has changed hands. The poor level of customer concern was enough to ensure that I'd have to be desperate to even consider shopping there again in the future.
We came in on Saturday after Thanksgiving 2020 and purchased a sofa with cash. We were forewarned that it was highly likely to be Christmas or New Year's before it could be delivered because there were none in the system and they would have to get it from the factory. Today is April 9 2021. After many many promises of "two more weeks," we were informed yesterday that it was in. While we have been waiting FIVE AND A HALF MONTHS, while they are still holding $2k of our money, the only thing they have done besides lie about the dates to expect it was to offer free delivery, which we accepted. But when we got the call toSay that it is in the store, we were told that their delivery is scheduled up and that we could expect to wait TWO MORE WEEKS to get on the list. We are tired of the runaround and the lies. We don't want to wait another two weeks when we are going on six months already. So they told us, "fine. Come pick it up." But we are not doing another single thing, not even giving a discount equal to what would have been free delivery. And that word has come from the regional manager, Josh Lawrence. This is the kind of customer service that we did not expect and would have never darkened the door if we had known better. If you are thinking of doing business here, go forward at your own risk.

I've been given nothing but bad information from the time I walked in. I decided to order tables on my second trip because the sales person was great. I've been waiting on my 3 tables since January and I have made calls an received dates and even went in twice based on the dates I was given. I've requested a refund and was transferred so many times that I gave up. I have found similar tables at other places and some at a lower price with same quality. I will likely never shop here. I would even pay more if I had a better experience elsewhere.

We needed a new bed so we went to Ashley's at Tulsa Hills. Coach Greg and Debbie were amazing, they got us into a really nice temperpedic and the frame at a great price. So of course it was no question when my husband and I went to buy our new couches where we were going. We paid cash and spent a pretty good amount on a nice sectional. We were told it would be delivered in 8 to 10 weeks. This was back in September so I called in the middle of November and she the end of the month. We had still not heard anything so we call again and the girl told us the week of the Dec. 20th... low and behold when my husband called the week of the 20th they told him mid January. We have no problem with waiting... the problem has been that our salesman has not been in contact all to update us on any issue or shipping time. Then we were told our best bet would be to get a full refund or go to Mathis since they are connected to Ashley's. I feel like this go round lacked customer service..And we still haven't heard from him for any updates.... I don't believe we will shop with Ashley's again. I only recommend if you can get Greg or Debbie because their customer service is amazing.
We bought furniture from here August 1 and still have not received it! Not only that there has been no communication. We call them every few week and they push the delivery date back. No offer of compensation or apology. Ridiculous
First love seat arrived with wood frame broken. Returned. Second love seat within two months upholstery separated. Informed could be repaired if I brought in not replaced. Cheaply made furniture poor service will nit return or recommend

Worst customer service and experience of adult life. Would never buy from this location or company again. After spending close to $4,000, you would think you’d get decent service. Due to Covid we were understanding however, were told specific items were in stock and would be delivered on the date we wanted, flash forward and they gave us 4 different shipping dates, so we canceled our order and were told our refund would be issued within 5-7 days...flash forward almost 3 weeks and no refund. It’s almost impossible to speak to a manager and nothing is ever done to accommodate you 👌🏼 Cheap furniture, bad service, not worth it

Service, pricing and selection
The adjustable memory foam bed we bought went downhill very quickly. It conveniently happened right when the warranty was up. My husband and I started using our guest bed. Very frustrating after spending 10 grand. Our sales lady was nice and not too pushy. The store is extremely overwhelming so make sure you know what you want before you go.
This place is horrible!!! Buyers Beware!!! Only giving one star because it won’t let me give zero. I will start out by saying the only highlight was our salesman Pat, who was exceptionally wonderful. In August, my wife and I purchased a 3 piece living room set, 3 end tables, coffee table, bar, and a 6 piece dining room set. Was told everything would be delivered within 2 weeks with the exception of the sofa due to being on back order but would be delivered the 2nd week of October, which was perfectly fine with us. After 2 weeks we hadn’t heard a word from anyone. My wife called our salesman Pat whom has been out sick so Debbie, who has been very great and helpful stepped up and has handled our questions. We received confirmation for our first delivery the 2nd week of September. We only received part of our order....the bar, coffee table and 2 of 3 end tables in which one was damaged. A week later, they delivered a new end table to replace the damaged one and brought the 3rd end table, also brought 2 of the 6 dining chairs, and our oversized recliner. The recliner had a hole in one of the seams! My wife called about the damaged recliner and they did say they would replace it. Now fast forward to October 14th, my wife has been having to contact them just to find out the status of anything we ordered. Nobody has kept us in the loop since our salesman is still out on medical leave. They were supposed to deliver our dining room set on October 12th but we had to change it to October 15th. My wife received a call on October 13th stating the remainder of our dining room set would be delivered on the 15th and we would receive a confirmation text on the 14th. We did not receive that delivery text so she called again on October 14th and the rude and very snarky customer service lady Kendra said the dining room set was not being delivered because it wasn’t in stock but the replacement recliner was, which was not what we were told was coming. We are still missing and waiting on all 3 living room pieces, in which we were now told one of the living room pieces that was supposed to be delivered the 2nd week of October will not be delivered until the 3rd week of December!!! However my wife has been told she would receive a refund of $109, which is a slap in the face for their horrible service and not holding up their end on the product delivery She also has requested a new email with every missing item and actual updated delivery dates but I bet we won’t get that. I get stuff being on back order and pushing it back a bit, but 6 months for one piece of furniture is ridiculous but we’re not waiting on one piece, we’re still waiting for 7 of 8 items that were supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks of purchase back in August. I will never buy again from Ashley Home Store or Mathis Brothers. At what point do you start telling customers that the furniture product is sold out instead of on back order because they can’t keep up with supply and demand? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Now time will tell, we’re supposed to get a delivery on Monday, October 19th for our dining room table to go with 2 of the 6 chairs we have. We have been very patient while getting the run around from Ashley Home Store. I wanted to wait until receiving all of my furniture before posting a review but I might not get everything I purchased for a few years at the rate they are going and my patience is now gone. What a headache!!! Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Buy from someone else.
They can price match Mathis furniture but not a big fan of the web only deals when you can't see any of the styles in store!
TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS REVIEW-THANK ME LATER. I purchased an Ashley Nicorvo Sofa on 11-04-19 delivered 11-8-19. Its still less than 1 year old and all of the seat cushions are so flat that you sink so low you almost need help to get up out of the sofa.I clearly told the salesperson who sold it to me (who ended up being one of the young managers named Cody) that I was looking for a firmer sofa and he told me this was one of the only 2 they sell that have coils in the cushion for added support and wear-which turns out to be FALSE. I am a single guy-not pets or other family members and I only sit on it 2-3 nights a week for short periods and I my back hurts for days afterwards if I try to lie down on it. I went to the Ashley store at Tulsa Hills where i purchased it 2 weeks ago and they immediately sent me to the service desk where allegedly I was told a claim was filed and the warranty/service dept would contact me with a resolution. A week goes by and no one has contacted me so I contact them again and I get a rude customer service person from MATHIS BROTHERS who says replacing it is their last alternative due to Covid-19, she obviously had no empathy for the situation and was only focused on saving Ashley money and NOT TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER AND DOING THE RIGHT THING. Another week goes by and I hear from nobody, so i went back to the Ashley store TODAY at Tulsa Hills where I purchased it. I spoke with a manager named Jon who seemed to care more than anyone previously had and he also showed me that the cushions in this sofa "DID NOT HAVE COILS" like the previous manager Cody who sold me the sofa said they did. Unfortunately he said we have to go through MATHIS BROTHERS CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT and that he could not do anything. I got a call from Ashley at MATHIS BROTHERS who said she is the CUSTOMER SERVICE person for ASHLEY FURNITURE. She had absolutely no customer service skills and tried to tell me it was over a year old when I IN FACT HAVE A RECEIPT SHOWING ITS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD. I asked to speak to her manager but CONVENIENTLY THERE WERE NO MANAGERS AVAILABLE AND THE STORE MANAGER HAS JUST STARTED A 2 WEEK VACATION. She referred me back to Jon who supposedly is going to contact the store manager to se if something can be done. BOTTOM LINE ASHLEY IS OWNED BY MATHIS BROTHERS so be aware of that. Its really sad they don't appreciate continued business from REPEAT customers and they do not stand behind their products. The customer service person named Ashley kept claiming they cant get reimbursed by the manufacturer, yet ironically the SALESPEOPLE AND EVERYONE IN THE STORE INSIST ASHLEY IS THE MANUFACTURER. She had no answer for that. Who would want more cushions without coils that will fail again in less than a year. Finally after talking to several people and various managers I got to Rob (the customer service manager at Mathis). They 1st tried to get me to sell this defective sofa on facebook marketplace and then offer me 50%off on a new sofa. In the end after much hassle they agreed to replace it with a much better sofa that will hopefully arrive in 2 weeks. To the folks at Ashley Furniture and Mathis- I appreciate you doing the right thing in the end though it too alot of hassle. My friend and insurance agent looked at the sofa last night and its not just the cushions- the support underneath sags badly in the middle when light pressure is applied to it, so its the frame and the cushions- I would strongly urge you to discontinue carrying this sofa, its simply not made to last more than 90 days the way it is constructed. I have change my review to a 3 because in the end you did the right thing by agreeing to replace it.

I called prior to driving to the Ashley store, I just wanted to purchase a box spring. Nothing special, custom or anything else out of the ordinary. I asked if I purchased that day, since I was driving my truck if I could buy it from the Ashley store, pick it up there and go home. I was told by a sales associate that I could do exactly that. I got there and was told I’d have to drive to Mathis Brothers’ warehouse to pick up my purchased items. I could’ve easily saved myself some time by just going to Mathis Brothers. I guess what I’m trying to say is, I don’t like being lied to.
Hasn't been the best experience - maybe some things like the delay in delivery can be blamed on Covid - but they have messed up my order/ticket at least 3 times and keep charging me for more including added delivery fees when supposedly I paid for "white glove delivery". Just too many problems to say it was ever positive. And I still don't have a complete order from over 2 months ago although I was told 4-6 weeks. I can be patient but when I keep getting charged extra fees after a contracted price I have concerns.
Was really quite amazed today when we entered the store at Tulsa Hills. There was a sign that masks were required and a table at the door where someone took your temp before entering, which was all good, but the guy who took our temp had his mask below his nose, and I mentioned it was odd that the person taking our temp was wearing his mask wrong - and his comment was that he thought it was all crazy (or something like that), and he usually wears his mask around his chin - and he pulled it down! Then he pointed to a co-worker and said, look he’s not wearing a mask, and true enough, he wasn’t! My wife motioned we should leave and we did - and likely will never be back, and would encourage anyone concerned about their health - and with abiding by Tulsa health department mask requirements - to stay far away from this store.

Mike Gottsch was amazing. We spent 4 hours at Mathis Brothers last night and it was a horrible experience. Mr. Gottsch and his staff took care of us in less than an hour and found me exactly what I wanted. I will NEVER buy furniture anywhere else! Busy mothers, take my advice- don't waste your time and energy anywhere else!!

We've been searching for a bed. Greg asked us a few questions and had us in a bed perfect for our needs! This entire process was as painless as it could possibly be. This will now be my first choice to purchase furniture.
I do not recommend using Ashley. I went in bought $6,000 worth of furniture, my sales guy was nice. However I don’t believe he gave me all the facts. So the furniture was being delivered to my house most of it was on back order so they just delivered the bed that was damaged, and a ottoman. So the delivery drivers deliver and I begin to question why some of the items that I was told would be delivered were not here. What happened next was unexpected. I had put down $600 at Ashley with my sales rep. My sales rep told me that I qualified for in-house no credit check program and I would just need to pay the part the furniture off within 6 months. When I had talk to the call center about setting up the delivery date for the furniture I was told that many items will be delivered that I had bought when it was delivered it was just the bed in the Ottoman so I questioned. After the delivery driver delivered the items and left I immediately started receiving phone calls from their call center demanding that I pay $1500 for the items that were delivered. I question because I asked on the phone when I set up the time for the delivery if there was any additional money that needed to be paid the guy on the phone setting up the delivery set now it looks like there’s already been a payment made on the account. After receiving over 75 calls within a four hour span, I reached back out, I told him I wanted to pay for the furniture however I was told that I qualified for financing and that I would be able to pay it off come to find out there was no program that was explain to me I would need to apply for that and be approved however this was not explained by the sales rep. I explain to the lady on the phone what was happening she cannot help so she transferred me to someone else. And then that person can help so finally I just asked for a manager and I was told a manager would call me back I waited a week no phone call except for a phone call from their billing department saying I needed to pay So I finally told the billing department I wasn’t paying anything until I spoke to a manager and they told me they would contact a manager at the store and they would come they would call me back within 24 to 48 hours yet again another week went by and no manager called. I finally said enough’s enough and I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere finally a manager called me back I explain the situation and tell them that I’m very frustrated with the way things have happened however I would like to source eat my furniture the manager was very helpful so I thought and then all of a sudden he never called me back so I called him and I’m like are you helping me or not do you want my business apparently they never one in my business I eventually took my business elsewhere after a month and a half at fighting trying to get my furniture. I do not recommend buying furniture from the store I do not recommend anyone to step foot in a store to purchase anything ever

Bryson Lohmeyer was our salesman. He did a very good job of showing us possibilities for a sofa to fit our needs. He was not a high pressure salesman at all but let us look at our leisure. He did a thorough explanation of the furniture protection plan. He also discussed the option of a credit purchase. Will definitely deal with Bryson again.

I have bought furniture here before and found it to be pretty good. So we went back. Walked in the door and got temp scanned and a wrist identifier that shows we are masked up and clear which I thought was awesome. Then as I walked around the store I saw many of them didn't care about the mask thing. Gathering in groups with no masks. I respect your choice to mask up or no but don't make a huge deal about safety at the door when you have no interest in following through. We went somewhere else that actually did what they said. To clarify for the response I received it was the employees.
Landon’s soft sell approach was right up my alley. He stuck to the facts about mattresses and explained which seemed to work better for back, side or stomach sleepers. He shared with me the benefits of purchasing the Rewards program, promised delivery this week and told me that they would set up my mattress and take my old one. I would certainly ask for him again should I have furniture needs in the future. I can hardly wait for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The sales associate was courteous and extraordinarily helpful while being distant enough to allow us to shop on our own. The store itself was organized very well. I will definitely be returning for additional furniture in the future.

All three delivery men were great and I they keep with the white glove delivery standards. They got it done under 15mins between taking my old mattress and boxspring out, bringing in my new one, and setting it up. Went in a few days ago, saw a beautiful dining table set and was told it was in stock for delivery two days later. and then the night before I was told only the bar stool would be delivered and wasn't even giving a date for the table delivery until I asked the delivery person the next day. I totally understand many things are back ordered but the salesperson should have told me that in the place. I also got signed up for the reward membership without being told what it really was. The salesperson told me it was additional charge to get white glove service. This is an annual recurring membership and should have been explained to me in the first place.

Knowing the current availability on furniture, our hopes weren't very high that we would be able to find what we were looking for during our visit. We were mostly just looking around. To our surprise, everything we liked was available and in stock. Everything was delivered within a few days of purchase. It looks great in the spaces...now I need to buy more decoration items!

Good customer care, very good about mask, to see if anyone had a fever. Was shown everything I wanted to see. Placed my order. My order was delivered right on time. My rocker/recliner I am happy with not a wall hugger like I understood but it’s still what I wanted. It will take time to see how it holds up.
Honestly, you know the saying "One Bad Apple can ruin the whole bunch" Well in this case I decided that the One "I'm only an internet sales person" Bad Apple by the name of Tyler employee 1158 (fake info im sure) was NOT going to let my overall experience with Ashley HomeStore be anything but Good!!! We had a model number from the Mathis Brothers store in Oklahoma City of the sectional we wanted to buy, but it wouldn't be available in that store for over 2 months. On the way out I stopped and asked someone in the Ashley Home Store at Mathis Brothers if that model was available at a different store. That guy said no, all stores are linked together, so we went to a different furniture store and didn't see anything we liked as well as that one, so, on a whim I called a different Ashley Home Store in Norman, and that guy said there were 2 in Tulsa. He gave me the number and I called, bought it, had it delivered a couple days later. The point of that previous paragraph is that salesmen are usually only helpful when they get their commission. Had it not been for one helpful salesman, a different business would've gotten our money, but because of one helpful person we were able to get what we wanted, and Mathis Brothers / Ashley Home Store was able to get our business, but he and Alex in Tulsa were very helpful, and the delivery people were very nice, and did a great job bringing in and setting up our sectional.
Cody was very helpful, we told him what we were looking for and he took us right to those pieces that fit our specifications. Didnt feel like he was trying to up-sell me, just listened to what i wanted and made it happen.
We weren’t offered a specific type of delivery by our salesman so when they came to deliver our sofa they were like we can only leave it at your front door for insurance purposes. It was a horrible experience!
I ordered a bed frame and a mattress in a box and I have only received my mattress. Apparently they are trying to cheat me out of my money by only sending me a part of my order!!!

The best part about our experience was meeting our salesman CODY, hope I’m not butchering his name. He was a perfect blend of patience and problem solver. He listened to my wife’s statements and nailed it, and he answered all my questions just as easily! He helped us find the best living room furniture for our budget and our home! And the delivery guys were the bomb!! Needless to say Ashley’s got a client for life with anything for our home! My kids stay more in the living room than any other part of the house now which is awesome because we talk more than ever before too!

This is the 2nd time we’ve purchased over 3K worth of furniture from Ashley in the past 1.5 years. We are pleased with the initial sales experience, personnel, and the furniture; however, the only reason I give 1 start is the follow up service I received after what I deemed to have had the makings of a serious issue. 4 chairs that were delivered ahead of a table seemed to be ok; however, when we went to sit in them; my daughters jumped up and my wife from 2 of the chairs; they had a screw sticking out of them and it snagged the backs of their leg. I called the store the next day; asked to speak with a manager; all I got was “so sorry; nothing I can do; you’ll have to call customer service.” I was shocked; a manager said they can’t do anything; if that is a fact; then they really are not managers. Fast forward got hold of customer service; and guess what? “So sorry; we’ll send out 4 new chairs when we deliver the table.” If I were a customer service company; I would have had the chairs picked up right away and got to the bottom of it and making sure no one was seriously injured. However, that’s why brick and mortar is falling by the wayside to internet sales; the expectation of service is lowered doing business online; but, I know if I reported that to Amazon it would have been handled right away without delay. I still had to call later to make sure they were delivering the other chairs with the table; good thing I did; because when I called I was told the table was coming and two stools as the 4 chars had already been delivered. I would have been stuck with chairs with screws sticking out of them, and potentially injured family. I would have expected better response than what I received.

Store was great but delivery through Mathis Brothers was NOT. I paid for white glove meaning all to be set up before delivery personnel left. After they left we opened the drawer and saw the handle was not screwed in, called within 5 min of them leaving and was told “sorry we didn’t have a screw, someone will call you next week” no date given. I called customer service and spoke to Daniel he said a person would bring the screw replacement Saturday that person no called and no showed. I called Daniel in customer service again and it will be Tuesday before the screw will be replaced if they show up. He also said the driver told him they came by on Saturday but we were home and no one ever came. The furniture was delivered on Thursday and I might get the complete white glove service completed Tuesday. Either way this is not white glove and lying to your customers about correctly assembling your furniture when you know a screw was missing is terrible service.

First, I was met by Greg who was very informative and helpful. We determined what would meet my needs best. He gave me great options. He confirmed i could take delivery on Monday which did happen and the delivery/set up crew were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
We really appreciated the salesman not hovering over us. When we needed something he was available to help. We bought a dining room set. It was missing some screws. Called customer service. They were great. Within 15 minutes the had our missing parts available for pick up. Would highly recommend Ashley's at Tulsa Hills in Tulsa.
Less than honest. We were told they were having a Black Friday Sales, get 35% off, instead of the normal 10%. This sounded great, until they rang up the sale at 10%. We were then told we were not spending enough for the full discount. Nothing was mentioned before hand about a minimum amount. Needless to say, we walked out without completing the sale. Quick way to loose my business is high pressure or lies.

I walked in the store on a Saturday. Told them what I wanted. Within an hour the salesman, Mike, had sold me exactly what I wanted. He was great. What I appreciated most was no one tried to sell me something I didn’t need or other merch in the store. Awesome store and people.

I went to the stores in Tulsa and OKC. Brandia at the Tulsa store was amazing. Such a caring soul. :). And although I didn't make a purchase with him, Dallas at the OKC store was very nice as well.

Make sure you ask for Quentin! Shopping for mattresses can be overwhelming. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal without sacrificing quality. 100% would recommend this location and salesperson!

We went in during the week on the 28th and talked with salesman Alex Stone and looked around being without being hassled or pressure to buy that day. Come back Saturday of Labor Day weekend bought 3piece set of furniture and had it delivered that following Tuesday. Couldn’t be more pleased and will be back to purchase again.

Over priced in my opinion
This store had many, many options for beautiful furniture. They charge a premium price for that furniture though. There were many attentive sales representatives on the floor. It was a great experience. I'm budget minded though and hence this store may not be my go to for furniture. I would recommend checking it out though if you are looking for furniture.
Went in shopping for a new bed after relocating here from WI. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions and helped us upgrade without spending much more. We’re even able to deliver it the next day. The bed is amazing and so comfortable.
The customer service/care is among some of the worst I've ever tried to deal with in my (almost) 40 year. I even went as far as calling and requesting a manager to call me back. after the 3x calling with no luck in getting a manager to call me back, I finally got to the end of my rope (after nearly a month of calling and emails with Ashley customer support and the manufacturer of the base) and figured out how to resolve the issue myself. Short of having to build my own furniture out of 2x4's and old shredded news papers, I WILL NEVER GIVE ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY TO ASHLEY FURNITURE.. P.s. customer service you ought to be ashamed. I don't know if I just fell through the crack or what but seem like to me y'all's organizational skills/communication skill leave a lot to be desired
This store has a very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I recently bought a couch (on the 6th) from Ashley and was told it would take two weeks to get it. After two weeks I got an email that I would be getting my couch on Saturday (got the email Thursday) between 1:30-3. At 2:30 when I still didn’t get it I called and was told I wouldn’t been getting it until Monday during the same time frame. Monday came and again I had to call them to figure out why I still didn’t have the couch was told it wouldn’t be until next Monday the 29th. Learning my lesson I called the store on the 285th and was told the couch wasn’t even going to be in until the 31st so I wouldn’t be getting it until Atleast the 31st. So, not only am I far over the two weeks I was promised to get the couch in I’ve been told four different delivery dates that I had to call them to get when they should have been the ones to contact me to change the date and times and when I call they say there is nothing they can do this is what the computer says. Nice to know I wasted 60 buckets on a delivery fee to never been kept up on the delivery. Highly unprofessional staff and highly unimpressed by this story.

Whatever. But was told a week ago the credit was being mailed to us and we should have end of this week. Saturday&'s mail delivery received several hours ago and guess what? No credit in the mail. I&'ve made a call to store and was told a manager would call me back. Guess what? No call back so I called her and left a message and awaiting her call back. UPDATE: received call from a supervisor that supposedly this credit was processed Friday and should be going out in the mail today. But funny as I was told over a week and a half ago that it had gone out in the mail and I was to have end of last week. Note: if resolved soon I most likely will change my review but until then 1 star stands.Most recent update: finally received credit in mail yesterday. Still feel given run around by this group on being told different things on when supposedly sent.

Felt pressured by the staff. They kept pushing stuff onto us and we didn't like it at all.
If I could give less stars I would. Customer service is great unless you have to return something. My wife and I bought a sectional and we were told it hooked together. My fault for being a trustworthy person because once I got home and unpacked it we noticed it had no hooks. We wanted to put it on tile floor so it wouldn’t work unless it all connected. They still made us pay a restocking fee even though they sold us a couch that wasn’t as described. After our first call speaking to the sales manager they have since started ignoring our calls. They send us straight to voicemail. I have never experienced such poor customer service. At this point it isn’t even about the money. It is about getting a call back from customer service or Chris the sales manager who we have left multiple messages for.

7/16/2019 My wife and I had bought two XL adjustable base, that were delivered to my house around the 1st of April. Close to two weeks ago my wife's side of the bed quit working. It seemed to be a logistical nightmare to get anybody out to look at it and when I did it took about four days to finally get a hold of whoever I needed to to get out there to fix it. I'm still waiting..last night my side of the bed quit working. I called Ashley to express my dismay, they pretty much told me I had to suck it up it was going to be 6 days before anybody could get out there to look at it.. it just seems a shame to pay nearly $2,000 for a base(s) that only last three and a half months. I am disappointed that there isn't more that could be done to resolve the problem with my base
My mom recently purchased a sleeper sofa which was delivered in April and broke shortly after. A couch this expensive should not be breaking, especially only after having it such a short amount of time. They picked it up and took it to get it fixed and when they finally returned it, it was still broken! So they came back and got it again, and returned it with fabric missing from the bottom from where they had repaired it. And guess what, it's broken AGAIN! They've given my mom the run around, never calling back when they say they will, saying they approved for her to return it and then turning around and saying they didn't. She's very unhappy and even after expressing this, their poor communication skills, and the low quality of their product, they still won't allow her to return it. They are having a new one sent to us that is going to take weeks to be delivered, so we're stuck with a broken couch until then (which you can even sit on from the middle to the left end because it sinks in when you sit on it). They've had the couch more than we've had it due to them having to "repair" it. We've been dealing with this for months now. We are very unhappy with the poor treatment of this store and their low quality, yet very expensive, couch. The picture shows where the couch is broke. It's constructed of cheap wood which shouldn't be used for a couch, and because of this, we won't be surprised if this new couch breaks too and we have to go through this all over again. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be recommending this store or it's products to anyone!

Some pieces were back ordered, but ended coming in just as fast as the in stock pieces. Smooth buying experience. Laid back customer service. All around great experience. Ask for Bailey if you’re looking for a comfortable sales experience, without pushing or pressuring. He was great.

Bought a new bed here. Wyatt was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery guys were great, polite and courteous. Set up was very quick and they took all the packing materials. So far only spent 1 night on the bed but it was awesome!

Always a pleasure to work with them. While you pay a ton in interest with acceptance now it's one of the only places that does no credit check but will positively affect your credit. You can't get that with Aaron's, or Rent A Center.

Only draw back to my experience was having to drive to 71st & 169 to pick up the chair and the time it took to get loaded. Of course it was my first experience in buying a piece of furniture from Ashley so I didn't know this. The help at Ashley were very friendly and very helpful. Leslie done a great job!

When shopping at the Ashley home store we brought a new mattress along with base. Initially the wrong size was delivered along with day of delivery after speaking with our sales person Linda she was on top of it I felt like it was a nightmare. Chris the manager at Ashley homestore went above and beyond to make things right for us I felt like he cared about our business, after that was fixed once our bed was delivered our mattress cover was forgotten which made me have to make a trip to Mathis Brothers to pick up my mattress cover from customer service I wanted to purchase accessories for our new mattress however the customer service there was like talking to statues no one ever reached out to ask if I needed any help mind u this store is huge tons of customer Serv people walking g wrought having their own conversations when I though I would ask someone it’s like there was a sign on my head that said I need help so they slowly walked off I WILL NOT VISIT that store Againlet alone talk a family member there this was why I quit doing business the first time after I made a purchase years ago. They need help In how to treat people or interact even when people don’t look like dollar signs walking through the door!

"Coach", Mike Gotch, has become our GO TO for information on furniture. If he doesn't have it, he will direct us to someone who does. He is great about letting us stroll through and there if we have questions. We have used him to purchase our tempurpedic mattress, mattresses for the kids, kids furniture, some occasional tables, a rug and a chair for the living room. He has also been a huge help to our friends and never pressures you to make a decision.

1 chair was broken. Took back to Matthis Bros. to get a replacement. Found out the table and chairs were cheaper at Matthis Bros. than at Ashley. Otherwise, the service was good at Ashley.

Brandia is absolutely amazing and such a sweet and down to earth person. She helped me, my mom and dad so much. She is the only employee I will deal with from now on because she is so awesome! Bought two mattresses that will be delivered today! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I was in the store 3 days in a row and every time I walked in I was greeted but stalked the entire time. I felt like a rabbit in a lions den waiting to get eaten. I do not like that at all. Greet me and ask if I need help. If I tell you I don’t need help then please go away until I do. I swear there is like 50 employees there at one time and every single one stared me down every day I was there.

Good quality for the price. Was delivered quicker than promised. Delivery and setup took their team about 20 minutes. They were considerate and very careful as they brought it into the house.
Purchased my dining room table from Linda and they were kind enough to hold it for me until my new house closed and I could move in. They delivered it is excellent condition and very quickly after I contacted them. Great experience and would highly recommend Ashley and Linda for anyone who has some furniture needs.

We had Ashley furniture couches for about 7 years that we wanted to replace. My wife had a pleasant sales experience when she stopped with our daughter but wanted my agreement on her selection. Our salesman was not present when we came back but another salesman Conner took excellent care of us explaining warranty and delivery aspects. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

We have received several deliverirs from our local store, and have never had a problem.
