Went in today to simply grab a new pillow and after talking with River he rang it up to the front desk and either him or the receptionist rang it up wrong, had to go over to Mathisbrothers where a guy put it my back seat through there loading center, once I got home it was a queen not the king we talked about. I went all the back up to the ashley location to wait almost an hour before they could get things figured out and sorted.. then had to run back over to Mathis to pick up the correct pillow. Won't be back to the 71st location as they do not pay attention to details..

David treated me like a CEO right when I walked in. He was extremely informative, and fun to talk with. Highly recommend if you want to work with an expert for your furniture needs. And even though I'm broke, David gave me multiple options that would work closer to my budget. No pressure, just a great experience!

Went into the Tulsa 71st store on 7/20/24 and placed an order for a bedroom set. Everything was about $1400. Ryan was the gentleman who helped me. At the time of purchase I was told I could have it delivered by 8/3/24 that date changed over and over again. Very frustrating —🙄 Today as I type this review it’s 9/14/24 and I have yet to receive my bedroom set. Each time I call and ask about cancellation I’m advised of the 40% restocking fee😫. Today I went into the store and the date has now been moved to “the first or second week of October” !!! 😔 Lexi helped me today and did state I could get $100 off my total and a temporary bed frame plus free pillows to hold me over . I was also promised if the set isn’t deliver by “the second week of October” I could THEN get a full refund without the restocking fee. 🙃🤔 I’m a young college student in my first apartment sharing my experience in case it’s helpful for the next potential buyer. To be fair customer service has been fair to good—- good on the day of sale and of course polite today… fair when calling in between those times asking hey, where is my bed??? 🛏️ IF I don’t have the bed until the 2nd week of October that 10/12…. Never imagined my first furniture purchase would take so long. Not the best experience for myself and will not likely be back to Ashley Furniture #Adultingsucks

My experience at Ashley furniture on 71st street was great. The sales lady Roxy Perryman and the store manager work together with me to get the best deal possible. They offered everything that was available from the protection plan and the info on the rewards program that gave me the best deal that I was happy with I would highly recommend them and Ashley furniture to anyone needing to purchase furniture for there home.

Melissa Perryman in the Tulsa location was absolutely incredible. She was so nice and kind from the moment we walked in the door. She had lots of knowledge with the questions my husband and I asked. Will absolutely be back to this location because of how wonderful of an experience we had. We live in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. We drove an 1 1/2 to the Tulsa location instead of the 45 min drive to Ft Smith. When we originally went into the Ft. Smith location we walked around the entire store with not one person coming up to us to help us. When we got into Tulsa we first went to a different furniture store but I truly wanted the set we had fallen in love with when we were originally in the Ft. Smith store. We are so very glad we gave Ashley another chance by going into the Tulsa location. We will never shop anywhere else for our furniture needs.
Was out shopping today doing some price comparisons at different stores for a new mattress. Walked into Ashley and was greeted by a hostess at the door. She started Immediately asking me why I was there and what I was looking for. I answered a couple questions as she followed me around the store then told her I would let her know if I had any questions. Within a minute there was a sleep specialist giving me the third degree about what I was looking for and what I was willing to commit to. The conversation quickly went to am I going to feed my 5 kids tonight or am I going to get a good night sleep. I’m out looking for about an 800 dollar mattress and they’re trying to sign me up for a 5 year payment plan on a bed.😂 I literally ran out of the store. Sorry, but seriously, learn some space and boundaries. If I want your help I promise I’ll ask for it. If I tell you I’m just looking leave me alone.

Stopped in for funsies a while back and ended up getting a new sectional thanks to Joshua Metiz! He was so friendly and kind and even sent us a letter <3 Highly highly recommend this store and location but especially for their friendly associates!
On 7/22/25 I went to Ashley Home furniture to look into purchasing a sofa and loveseat. The salesman showed me a couple within my price range as well as their manager. I asked about a delivery fee and was told there wasn’t a fee to deliver to my doorstep but if I wanted them to assemble the furniture and bring it inside I would have to pay for the elite deliver and it was around 280 something. When my wife arrived I showed her the couches and explained the delivery process. We asked the salesman if it was hard to assemble and he never gave us a straight answer. We went ahead and agreed to do the elite plan to avoid putting it together. The furniture arrived on 7-29 already assembled and in plastic wrap. I called on 7-30 and spoke to multiple people about this and they said they provided the service by bringing it in. I said I wouldn’t have agreed had I known it already came assembled and the manager asked if I would have just let them leave it at my doorstep and did I live in an apartment. I told them I live in a house and that was besides the point because they gave me false information to sell me a service that I didn’t need. I would have had them leave it at my doorstep if I had known it was already assembled. Looking at my receipt I was charged 149.00 for a delivery charge and 139.00 for the elite delivery so the original statement of it being free if left at my doorstep was also false.

I really enjoyed the store as soon as we walked in. It was not overwhelming, and it was easy to walk around. The employee who helped us was Josh. He was very informative, and made the buying process easy. We were in and out with a nice living room set in less than an hour. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Horrible everybody at that store needs to be fired
We just relocated to Oklahoma and decided to stop in this Ashley Furniture location to purchase a few items. We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Zack who was a manager on site at the time. Who then had Cora take over and help us. Cora mentioned she’s a new sales rep with Ashley and was extremely excited to be helping us. New or not, Cora was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s extremely knowledgeable, passionate, patient and just an overall great person. We were very indecisive about what we really wanted and spent a long time in the store but Cora was right there helping us work through our decisions. Cora, keep up the great work, you’re going to do great things there and I’m excited to see what the future holds for you. I’ll also mention that our experience was so great I decided to go back a few days later to pick out a few more things. And lastly, a big shoutout to Lexi, who is also a manager there, for being so kind and helpful. You were a true team player when it came down to helping your new employee and guiding her into the right direction when needed. Great job all around!

Purchased a sofa 2 years ago and it’s not holding up as expected. Decided to call and utilize the add on warranty and was just told the claim is outside of timeframe to fix for free. Very disappointed and did not get the value for the money we spent.

I explained the situation and was transferred to Angela at the sales counter I picked a recliner off the website and she went to work, got everything approved for financing and pick up all from my hospital bed. I purchased a sectional less than a year ago from Ashley Furniture. This piece of furniture has broken down and has to be repaired. I have done nothing except sit on this sectional and have had to have 2 people come out and look at it because it has a horrible dip in the middle of the cushions. The first inspector replaced the cushions and the dip was still there so I called customer service again and they were to schedule for someone else to come out and take a look, did not hear back after a week so I called back. A man came today and informed me something was stretched and the decking had to be repaired. I am very disatisfied with this piece of furniture. I have purchased all my furniture through Mathis Brothers or Ashley and never have I had this type of problem. I wanted the furniture replaced, but that is not an option i was told repair is the only option. Even though this is under the manufactures warranty since it is not a year old yet. I wish I had never purchased this sectional. It makes my back hurt just sitting on it because the dip is so bad. For the money I spent I figured the sectional would last me a long time, I don't think I can trust Ashley or Mathis any longer since now I am stuck with a piece of furniture I am truly unhappy with, not because of looks but because it is litteraly cheaply built and uncomfortable. I have learned my lesson.

I will not be back to this store, the sales man was very predatory and wouldn't let me look as I wanted too. Constantly dragging me in circles around the store, being forceful about signing up for the CC, getting agitated that I bought my bed elsewhere, hovering over me the entire time I was in the store, and telling me I need to buy this and that and just cut off the detail I don't like. Even dragging the manager in to try and force a sale. I left there and my anxiety and panic went threw the roof. I almost asked another sales agent to get the guy to leave me alone but he wouldn't give me space. Saying I'll check in on you in a few and then standing 2 feet from me the entire time. Please retrain staff to allow the customer space and time to shop.

After waiting a month for furniture I was blasted with faulty products, terrible installation, Inaccurate details on the furniture and the run around. Where’s American Furniture Warehouse when I need them!! I wouldn’t recommend these jokers they will leave you sleeping on the floor, all while smiling and turning the knife. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!
A budget of 1200 got way-layed fast with my fast talking salesman. The original price of the item was 1899. Was told they get it down to 1300, then 1400 was as low as the manager would approve. Then magically the 5 year warranty and the subscription had to be factored in so I could get the discounted price. So what I figured to be around 14-15 hundred turned in 1800 financed. I like the couch but I probably won't be back, I left not happy with my purchase as I felt that I got numbers thrown at me to get me interested then at the end when I was ready to go" oh hey you gotta have these charges to get the discount. Finding out afterwards that there's a 99$ discount for opening a credit card, so in reality. The deal I was sold wasn't a special promo for me, had I researched better I could have probably saved more.. Got me this time, won't get me again. Don't recommend.

Went to 3 other stores looking for the right couch for my mother. Found the perfect one with a great price @ Ashley. Right before we went there we went to another store that actually is owned by the same company and we were completely turned off by thier pushy salesman who didn't show us anything we wanted or even in our price range. Stopped at Ashley and we were greeted pleasantly by Ashleigh. She was great and not pushy. We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price! Would definitely go back!

Ashley has horrible customer service. Ordered a sofa, was given a delivery date, less than 12 hrs before delivery, I received an email saying my delivery was not coming, I needed to contact them to re-schedule. I scheduled delivery, was told I would get an email or text with my 2 hr delivery window. I never received email or call. So I called, was told, an urgent email had been sent and I would be contacted. Once again, I never received an email or a call. I contacted Ashley again, to say Never received an email or a call - was told again, an urgent email had been sent - My sofa did end up getting delivered - but that does not make up for the lack of communication and Ashley's lack of any customer service
Brittany was so good at her job. She was very knowledgeable on the furniture, rewards, policies, and all things Ashley. She listened to our needs and took us right to what met our “markers.” Highly recommend!

Dropped into the store to check out a piece of furniture (which they did not have). I was on the phone when I walked in and let the sales associate know that I'm ok and just looking. He continued to passive aggressively talk to me from across the room. He followed me around the store very closely while trying to interrupt a personal phone call. It was not simply aggressive. He was making a point to show his displeasure. It was one of the oddest sales experiences of my life. Maybe don't let what the customer wants interrupt whatever sales process they've drilled into you.

We stopped in to see if they had a full size bed in stock. We are always apprehensive because we don’t want pressure from the salesman. That was not at all the case- we met with the gentleman, told him our request, and he showed us an option that might work. It didn’t and he shook our hands and wished us a blessed day. Best experience there we’ve ever had. That’s enough for me to continue shopping there.

Giving a 1-star rating due to the customer service and delivery experience. We paid the extra delivery fee to have our bed frame assembled.. the delivery team brought the furniture into our home from the garage. When the delivery team arrived, the garage door was working, however, when the delivery team left, the garage door was knocked off the tracks and not working. Customer Services refuses to reimburse us for the garage door work that had to be done. The delivery team did not assemble the bed frame properly, resulting in a second delivery team having to come fix it. The second delivery team found multiple mistakes made, trash and tools left underneath the bed, missing screws/bolts. The second delivery team voiced that the bed was not set up and assembled properly. I am still back and forth with customer service trying to get a refund for the delivery. I would recommend watching the delivery team VERY closely to ensure they are doing things correctly! It's just pathetic that we pay extra for things that aren't done properly. Then to top it off, be out pocket for the home damages that they refuse to cover.

Brittany Mayfield was very friendly,took the time to explain about the beds the different kind of bed I needed with me just having back surgery and back problems at 50 years old vs my daughter at age 23 that was with me she's a awesome salesperson we looked at several stores before stopping in at Ashley homestore was our last stop for the day and was by far the best experience.
I worked with Ashleigh as my sales associate and she was very helpful in getting me a great deal on my sofa and ottoman purchase.
UPDATE : I emailed them & still NO RESPONSE. Called the store still getting redirected with NO MANAGERS available for help. Just a bunch of SCAMS working at this location! This store deserves a ZERO star! Worst customer service ever. My parents had an order of over 8K they purchased back in august and it barely got resolved until the end of September. The managers, Jacob and Angela, at the location NEVER returns phone calls despite how many times I’ve called to “leave a message and a call back number”. Every time I call the store I always get redirected to different people when all I want to speak to is management. They don’t care about their customers and definitely don’t care about their job otherwise they would be doing it right. I’ve never dealt with such careless people who didn’t care about it making things right other than making sales and leaving it as that. Worst place to purchase anything.

Everyone at ashley was great..deliver ect...only thing was after getting home realized when looking sofa up..it was over a 1000.00 dollars less everywhere else..so we basically paid a thousand dollars to have it delivered and our old carried off and a warranty..

Moved to Tulsa 2 months ago. Went into this Ashley location to shop for a sectional, ottoman and a couple lounge chairs. My wife and I found items we liked and wanted to place an order. Our salesperson, Lexi, was great. Her sale manager was a scam artist though. Without us even needing any convincing to make the purchase, he came out and said they had a special where they would give us free bamboo sheets for every bedroom in our house and a free king-size mattress protector. They then explained that they would have to show the price of the "free" items on the invoice but would take it out of the cost of the furniture, even putting a stamp next to each item that stated this. I had no issues with the price and didn't think anything of it. Good thing my wife double-checked when we got home. Adding up all of the items we purchased with the same protection plan and delivery service came out to almost $1000 less if we ordered online. My wife went into the store the next day and confronted the sales manager about it and he explained if he removed all the "free" promotional items it would get us down about $900. So they obviously weren't free at all. They up-charged us on the furniture to absorb the cost of the "free" items. For example, just the ottoman we purchased was marked up $224 more than the online price. We like Ashley furniture items but we'll never go back. Comparing this sales manager to a used car salesmen would be insulting to used car salesmen. I never write reviews but this was such a blatant scam it needs to be shared.

UPDATE: I emailed them as per their response below last Thursday and haven’t received any communication back. They only responded to this to make it look like they care to the public but they won’t do anything for you after that. TLDR; they will add merchandise to your purchase claiming it is free when it is in fact not free and you will pay $$$ My husband and I went here to buy a sectional and some chairs this past weekend. Our sales person Lexie was very helpful. Where this experience deserves a 1 star is when we are getting ready to purchase 4 items, Lexie gets her sales manager to see if there are any deals available for us. He goes on to explain they are running a bedding deal and they can get us some nice sheets for free for all of the beds in our house. Mind you they are adding all of this on a iPad they are holding so we cannot see any prices or how it all breaks down. He throws out some numbers and then says it’s reduced to X amount. Sounded good to us. My husband goes to pay and they explain everything to him while I wait with my 2 young children. They explain that we are getting “charged” for the sheets as they cannot just give them away as per the manufacturer but it will be taken out of the price of the furniture items. They even had a stamp that you have to sign that says the price of the promo item is taken out of the furniture you buy. When we get home I look over the invoice and the numbers don’t add up as they should. I tried adding everything every which way to figure out how the promo items were discounted. So I finally went on the Ashley website and put the 4 furniture items in my cart to see how much it would be if I purchased online. IT WAS OVER $800 CHEAPER than my purchase price in store. Mind you almost all the furniture items we purchased were the same value in store and online. THEY TRIED TO SCAM US by selling us almost $900 in sheets saying it was free! I go into the store the next day and explain the the invoice didn’t make any sense and that I could purchase online for over $800 cheaper. The sales manger that “got us free sheets” tells me he can get a better deal. So he goes on his computer and says “If I take off all the FREE stuff, it will take off $900”. How is that free stuff if you are taking off $900 worth of merchandise off my bill? Make it make sense! If my husband wasn’t so adamant on getting furniture ASAP I would have canceled the whole order.
My experience with Ashley's was pretty painless. The sales person listened to what I was looking for and showed me pieces based on those. Had to order the color I wanted and waiting for it be delivered. No comments on the recliner purchased.
Went to this location and had a very great experience. Had the pleasure of working with Brad while looking for a new couch! He showed us many options and had all the answers to our questions. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for plus gave us enough discounts to fit even more into our budget. We came in very late and he even stayed over an hour past closing to make sure we were taken care of. Very happy with this experience!
Juan Lopez, our salesman, was super nice and knowledgeable. He was able to give us sound advice on the outdoor couch we chose, accommodated our modifications to the set, and wasn’t pushy whatsoever. He gave us space and autonomy to make sound decisions without pressure. I highly recommend Ashley Home Store and working with Juan!

0/10 experience. Cocky Salesman Jacob, interrupted the sales lady we were talking with. We were considering buying a recliner from here but his rude attitude helped us decide otherwise. If you are against financing (which was his biggest issue with us) don’t come to this store.

Bought power lift chair, the power converter went out after 16 months. They told me that a technician needed to look at it before I could order the part, I told them that it was out of warranty, but she insisted that a tech had to look at it. Said he'd be at my house on Monday. It's after noon so I called and they told me that the tech wasn't coming because it's out of warranty!!! No one will tell me where to order the part, and they won't fix it, so I'm just stuck with a disabled husband who can't get our of his "power " chair. Worst customer service ever!!

A terrible experience similar to a used car dealer with no integrity. I am fine with being upsold but to use scams is crossing the line. They will tell you your getting a huge discount on piece of furniture you weren’t interested in to begin with then use tricks to charge you full price. Check what your being charged for line by line then confront them about their “placeholder” to give your your store credit. It’s actually a charge to your current total that they then remove to trick you into thinking you got a deal. If you press them they will try to confuse you until you give in. You were warned.

Jag did not tell us about the mattress protector that had to be purchased in order to do an exchange. When I tried to speak with her about doing an exchange because the memory foam mattress is worse for my back she gave me a phone number to someone at Ashley that does not answer their phone or return calls. It appears that Jag and Ashley Furniture purposely did not tell us about the return/exchange policy in order to keep dollars in their pocket. We were taken advantage of and are reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

We found several items online that we liked, but felt a visit to the store was needed. Our sales rep was Moose. Outstanding man and salesman. We showed him the items we found online and he took it from there. He was not pushy by any means. He listened to what we wanted, showed us a variety of items that might work, and in the end, made this one of the best shopping experiences to date. Horrible experience. We purchased a mattress and it ended up being worse for my wife’s back. We attempted to exchange it but Ashley Furniture told us they cannot take it back because we didn’t purchase mattress covers or pillows. Jag, nor anyone else, told us we had to purchase those items in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange when we made our purchase. Now we are stuck with a $4500 mattress that we can’t sleep on. My wife has thrown her back out after sleeping on this for 3 days and has been told by her chiropractor to stop using it. Ashley Furniture really screwed us over by omitting their policy on mattress covers and pillows.
I was very impressed by the costumer service. The min we walked in we were waited on by Josh. Outstanding man! Very well mannered and a professional salesmen to boot! He got a big fat commission check from us! He did an amazing job showing us all of what we end up buying. It was so hard to choose but we finally decided on a beautiful bedroom suite n living set. Terrible customer service. Sent the complete wrong dinette set, charged me the wrong price and I still have not received my refund for the difference. When I finally got the correct set, it was damaged. Do not recommend at all. Worse than a car dealership.
The clerk I had her name was Lauren. She took her time to show me everything that I wanted to look at. She answered all my questions about warranties, financing, deliveries, fabrics, and the differences on how the mattresses are put together to form soft or firm. If there was something she didn't know she found out the answer. That was refreshing for someone to say I don't know but I will find out and did instead of pretending they know. She was an all-around good sales clerk. The store has a large variety of furniture styles for different taste. All their sales clerks were very nice. Although after the experience I had with Lauren I will be sure to ask for her each time I go back.
I just moved to Tulsa and was in desperate need of some furniture, when I walked in to Ashley, Chenoa did not hesitate to make me feel right at home!! Chenoa was kind enough to show me around, walk me through the process of buying and gave her honest opinions on pieces and how they would best work to my benefit. Im incredibly grateful to have met her and to have had her as my partner throughout the entire experience! To wrap everything up before I checked out, Andrea was also incredibly helpful, she walked me through the steps and made sure I understood everything properly before I headed out. If youre ever in need of furniture please go to Ashley in Tulsa Hills and ask for these two ladies !!

Better than Mathis Brothers ,the sales people don't stalk you. They will however force their way into a conversation after repeatedly being told his help was not needed nor wanted and we had everything under control in the nicest way possible. And then sarcastically or just unaware of the situation repeating back everything I said and confirming that I didn't need his help and then awkwardly standing there until having to say once again we were good. Explain from the get-go that we were just looking and visiting multiple stores that day. Going to take my money elsewhere.
It was actually my first time visiting the Store and it was a good experience. The sales Representative Mathew C. was really polite, nice and took his time to walk me through all the steps and made sure I understood all the details regarding my selection & that I was satisfied. I also noticed most of the sales representatives and their manager were nice and welcoming. The quality is really good and I'm happy i got what I needed. Thanks guys.

BUYER BEWARE! This store is actually Mathis Brothers in sheep's clothing. Once I found that out I should have walked as I have had a bad experience with Mathis, Unfortunately I choose to give them another chance. At the store they have replaced the standard delivery fee with a "yearly service" just like Prime they said. It comes with deluxe delivery and if you don't buy it then their prices go way up. So I foolishly bought it thinking I expected to be charged for delivery anyway. The delivery was a disaster, their deluxe delivery team failed to put a simple bunk bed together and told me they had the wrong pieces and I'd have to call and schedule another delivery. When I called the same day, a Monday, they said they couldn't come back til Sunday. They expected my kids to go a week without a bed due to their incompetence. Instead I came and picked up the correct pieces. While there I asked them to refund my delivery to which the woman acted surprised and claimed I was given free deliver, not thinking of their "service" I thought they did the right thing on thier own and refunded it. Of course they did not but I'll return to that momentarily. Once home with the parts I quickly realized the parts had been right all along and their delivery people had failed to read the instructions and put the bed together completely wrong. I had to disassemble the work they had done in order to correctly put it together. Now I have a large box of bunk bed rails and other stuff that wasn't needed. On Friday I looked at our bank and saw nothing had been refunded by Mathis. I intended to call but the next morning they called me to schedule the delivery of the bunk bed. I told them this whole situation they had caused and asked them to return the money for their "service membership" and instead of being even slightly apologetic or empathic they were extremely rude, demanding I had benefited from their scam service and saying they didn't care in the slightest about thier failures. I'm just glad I only bought one item at first, because of their incompetence and greed they're missing out on selling us the other items we need.
My husband and I went in there a few weeks ago. We were shopping for ottoman for our living room. We seen that online was cheaper in store and asked to price match it. Of course they said no problem then when it came down to dollar amount we were told for them to match it we were REQUIRED to purchase the furniture protection plan of I think $180. We did not want the protection plan and the fact that the sales rep told us online will make you do the same. After clearly going on our phone to add to cart there was FREE door step shipping and the box to check or uncheck the $180 furniture protection plan. After showing him that we don’t have to do it online he didn’t know what to say and just said sorry that it’s required to match online sales in store. Felt very off. We have bought a few things from Ashley in the past and had NO problems saying no to the furniture protection plan. Sad to say we will not be shopping in store when we can just get what we want online. I will also be emailing corporate as I believe this is unethical sales practices being taught. I use to be in sales so I’m going to call it out when I see it. Please be careful shopping here.

I went in to purchase a few nightstands I saw on Ashley’s website. When I arrived I was greeted by a sales lady named Tricia. I showed her the online price and she said she could do better or at least match it. I allowed for some time to pass before telling her I had to go because I had an appointment that I didn’t want to be late for. I gave her my phone number and told her to text me with the quote when she got it. This was at 12:30pm. At 4:30pm I had not heard from her. I had tried text and no response, so I called the store. I was able to speak to Tricia and she said she was leaving for the day, so I asked if she could refer me to someone else. She quickly said “I’ll just go ahead and do it now and call you back.” She never called me back or texted me back. Not even the next day did she get back to me. After a few days I decided to go to the other location in Tulsa Hills. The sales lady was so helpful and helped me pick out over $4000 worth of furniture and called me afterwords twice to let me know delivery updates and promotional programs available. Go to the Tulsa Hills location!! The service is worth the drive. The 71st location was a waste of my time. If I had gone to the other location to start with I would have had delivery prior to my guests arriving, but I waited to hear back from a sales lady that never had the decency to ever get back to me. Guess she wasn’t that interested in making a sale. Avoid this store!

They had a wonderful selection of furniture and had exactly what we was looking for. Having 8 indoor/outdoor dogs and 3 indoor/outdoor cats and a husband that works in the oilfield, "people trust me that you want to get the protection plan! " They have exceptional pricing and the protection plan is not expensive at all! Customer service was great and getting the our couch loaded was fantastic. We're really going to enjoy our new love seat electric reclining couch! THANK YOU SO MUCH ASHLEY'S FURNITURE AND TO SARAH WEBSTER FOR HELPING US PICK OUT THE PERFECT COUCH!

If I could give negative stars I would. I just moved to the Tulsa area. I'm permanently disabled with CRPS in almost my entire body. I bought a bed/mattress from this location. It got delivered. The first night I slept in it, I woke up and my arms were completely numb. It took 1 hour and 42 minutes for feeling to come back in my hands and I still had an entire house to unpack. I tried return it within 72 hours of delivery and was told that I have to wait 30 days. I've been sleeping on the couch since then. I've called multiple people from Ashley/Mathis Bros. Ive been told to walk on the mattress by the sales person, kind of a slap in the face to a disabled person. I spoke with someone today and was told i could exchange it for a bed of equal value..except they dont have any other options from me to pick from that cost $3300.00 I ended up going to Bob Mills and buying another mattress/bed all together. The bed from Mathis Bros/Ashley will just sit in a guest room. Worst $3300 I've ever spent. Also, the couch I bought for dang near $4,000 looks like I got it at big lots on clearance. Save your time and money.

They were pleasant enough. But, called the store to ask if they had mattress protectors, told yes, in stock, $99. Got to the store, and they were $159.99, and you had to pay for it there and then drive over to Mathis to pick it up! Kinda stupid. Been nice if they'd said that on the phone and saved us a trip. Ended up going to Target and getting pretty much the same thing for $35.

My only complaint was how squished everything was.. the wheelchair I used to tote my newborn daughter and her car seat around in, wouldn’t fit through several areas.. I couldn’t image being a costumer trying to shop from a wheelchair.
I would add half a star for 2.5 if I could. It wasn't a terrible experience but plenty of room for improvement. Our salesperson was a bit aggressive. We prefer to browse and make our own decisions on things like dining tables without the incessant input of someone we don't know. I understand that furniture sales is a high pressure world but you might get better reviews if proper expectations are set. I walk in, I am greeted, I take the person's card, I browse and find options, I request the attention of the salesperson and make a purchase. That's a good furniture buying experience. A salesperson shadowing me throughout the store and as I discuss the details of what we need with my wife, again, there's a person who has no idea what we're looking for trying to convince us what we're looking for. Finally, I purchased a table and 8 chairs and was assured they would arrive by a certain date that I requested. Six chairs were available and we only waited for two. The week came, I called and was told it would be three weeks longer. I asked if they could review the purchase and expedite that since it was a condition of the sale. I was told yes, then never heard back from anyone. Once they arrived, the salesperson called and when I brought this up the response was "oh I thought it was by Christmas". So I realized since I'd said 12/9, no one was actually listening or wrote that information down. After the fact I was told I should've called the salesperson to remind of the date. I called the store and did that. The store and the salesperson made the commitment to me, then made it my responsibility to follow up. That's not very good service. Quality stuff at a good price but the experience overall wasn't good enough to bring me back.

We have purchaced a sectional from them in the past. Their stuff is really pretty but it has broken and it hasn't been 4 years. We wandered in 4 or 5 days ago and they were very pleasant and quite helpful. So we decided to give them a second chance. Their computer rembered us but still made us re apply for their financing which we got because we have good credit. Home depot updated me and gave me 3 grand that day. So please...do you want to know which financing option they offered us? The shortest term possible. If you don't pay it off in time it doubles. We graciously thanked them for their time and left. We were looking around for a couch to replace our old couch and walked out with a receipt stating that we have a new living room set and tv stand. I’m excited to see how our furniture fits in our apartment. Lexie is our rep and she was patient and by far not pushy like normal sales associate.

Update: It may look like they are responsive by their standard response below where they basically ask me to email them the exact thing from the review which I did with no response. In the meantime we had also seen a table we liked in the store that day That was also $400 less on Ashley’s website. Don’t waste your time and money- shop online or at least somewhere who honors their online price. You know like most retailers. Don’t do it! We saw a cabinet on the website that was priced $599 so we went to take a look at it. We found the cabinet but it was priced over $400 higher in the store. We showed the salesperson, Adrian, the website and he said “yeah we usually even beat that price”. After looking around for a bit we let Adrian know that we wanted to go ahead and buy the cabinet. We went through the process of him pulling up my account and then he said the total was over $1100. I asked him about the online price we discussed and he then let me know to get that price I would have to be an Ashley Advantage member which would cost me $129. What!? I couldn’t believe what he was saying and asked him why I would pay over $400 more than what I could get it online for- he just stood there as we walked out and went home and did just that. I have always thought Ashley had good quality at a competitive price. However after this experience and the red flags of a retailer not honoring their online price and a salesperson who lied about things from the start, I can’t recommend anyone shop this store or imagine going in there again. There are plenty of other furniture stores. Seriously- save money and time shop elsewhere or online.

Tried to purchase an living room set priced $700 over their own website price and they could only place an order when the set was in the store. Was told they couldn't sell the floor model because it was an active item. Come to find out after the set is back ordered and they were just willing to charge me with having absolutely no idea if I'd ever get the item. Sales guy was nice but I'm surprised a company would not sell the item I wanted while I was willing yo pay top dollar.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with this furniture store. They will say and promise things that they aren’t able to live up to. “Free Delivery” only when you pay a $99 member fee? Offer you to apply for a credit card to save you money on your purchase then turn around and tell you that you need to include other items you are not Interested in to receive that price. Reminds me of sleezy sales men from car dealerships where they are just wanting a higher commission.

My husband and I started our search for living room furniture at Ashley and didn’t have to go anywhere else. As senior citizens, this is a big deal. Shannon Congdon waited on us and when I told her what I was looking for, she took me straight to the furniture that I envisioned in my head with deep seats and high quality. It was like she read my mind. She had a new employee shadowing her who was also just as terrific a salesperson. We did go throughout the store looking at everything but ultimately came right back to the first set she had shown me because it was just perfect. These two young ladies were what I would consider the perfect salespeople to represent this company in a 100% positive manner. This was not the first time I have bought furniture from Ashley, but definitely the best experience!

A few months ago I went in to a Ashley store bought a table and chairs being told I would have them early September or at the latest mid September. Having not heard from anyone at Ashley's and the time that I should have received my furniture having past I called and was told that it would be mis to late November. This makes the wait time about double what I was first told and a restart of the time clock. I was ensured that I would have the furniture well before the holidays and would not have bought it. I will never trust them again and no one should.
River was our associate who helped us find a sectional. He was very professional and transparent. He answered all our concerns and questions and was upfront and honest.
After about 15 phone calls over 4 days I am finally going to receive the product I purchased. This was a week and 4 days later.

Purchased a couch and once I got home the same day, called to cancel after reading reveiws. It was not going to be a good fit for my family and 5 dogs. I would have considered buying a different one until all the run around. The manager tried to save the sale that night and I told her I wanted to cancel. I did tell her I would continue to research and call back the next day. The next day rolls around and I am very sure by this time after reading more reviews and youtubes that this was not the couch for me. I called at 9:58am and the girl told me to call back in 2 minutes bc they were not open :/ I called back and then was told noone could cancel the order so I had to call back 2 hours later. I am VERY unhappy with Ashleys staff and will NOT be purchasing anything from them from now on.

Expected delivery as promised 2 days after purchase. It is even listed on our paperwork. Instead of delivering they want to extend 2 of the 4 items for 3 more days another item till mid month and the last item 2 months after that. These are now Estimated deliver times!!We only purchased here because we could get everything before school started. Bottom line if they had not told us everything was in stock we would not have purchased. Looking at mid October hopefully for the last item, a dresser. Liars plain and simple.

Go somewhere else. Never received the bed frame i ordered till this day. My mattress was dirty upon arrival after 2 times. No one wants to deal with this issue. The company that delivers for Ashley is trash. Mathis brothers. This place is a no go unless you want headaches

2 weeks to get our furniture, they said..... only took about 6 months in the end. We got multiple delivery dates over the course but we're later told that they had read the wrong shipping order. After a few months, we finally got the side tables delivered but hadn't recieved the main coffee table. We were told the main table would take a while and we could go pick out a new table but they catch is we couldn't take the MATCHING side tables back because they are "used". After my wife having to constantly reach out to them, we were able to finally get the coffee table. Worst customer service experience ever and won't be coming back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. The delay wouldn't have been so bad if they wouldn't have screwed us around and lied about it the whole time. It was very clear that the sales lady only cared about making her sales profit.

I ordered a bookcase that I previously had bought on 1/2/2022. When it was finally delivered 7/2/22 it arrived with a broken piece, was slightly shorter than the other bookcase and had different colored shelving than our previous bookcase even though they are supposed to be matching. Assuming Ashley Furniture would do the right thing my husband super glued it together so we could actually use it while we waited for a new bookcase. We contacted Ashley Furniture, sent them pictures of our broken bookcase and then I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks. When I called them I was informed that since my husband glued the broken piece on we did not qualify for a new book case EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DELIVERED BROKEN, WRONG HEIGHT AND DIFFERENT COLORED SHELVING!!!! I have spent over $10,000 furnishing my home with Ashley and this is appalling. Now I have to pay $600 for a broken book case after waiting 7 months for it to get delivered. I WILL NEVER SHOP at Ashley Furniture AGAIN!!!!! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Shopping at Ashley Furniture feels like trying to buy a used car on a bad car lot. The salesman kept trying to slip in additional costs for a Protection Package (on a couch?) that we didn’t want. To get the best price, we had to apply for an Ashley Furniture credit card that we didn’t want or need. She had to check with her Store Manager several times for price approval. Isn’t the price what’s listed on the tag? And, then there’s the Mathis Rewards Program which costs an additional $99 a year with reoccurring fees for store points on future purchases. I just want a couch, not an ongoing financial relationship with a company that I don’t trust.

The salesperson lied to me about transferring the item to Tulsa from OKC. Instead, warehouse told me that they canceled the transfer because the merchandise will come in 5 weeks from now! I was then told that the estimated date doesn’t mean anything- I set my expectations on that date! She didn’t tell me that the rewards program cost $99 and only lasts a year. And, although my receipt doesn’t show it and I declined the furniture protection, I was told that I paid for it when I asked the manager for a price match. The manager was rude and hung up on me. I am asking for a full refund, and will not shop at Ashley or any Mathis store in Tulsa, again!

As I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Cory and when I explained to him that I had previously been helped by Sarah, he got her for me right away. Sarah was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with Sarah very much and I am very satisfied with my new living room and bedroom furniture. Sarah is an excellent representative of the Ashley brand! As a side note, everyone I encountered was very friendly and kind - I even enjoyed speaking with the cashiers, Angela, Bridgette, and Andrea, when it came time to check out. I would recommend the Ashley Homestore, specifically their Woodland Hills location, to anyone looking for new home furnishings.

Horrible delivery service, one piece showed up without any covering. I asked my sales person, Jennifer Savage, if it was normal it showed up unwrapped and she expressed it was… The next two pieces were delivered in plastic and it wasn’t taken off until it was inside. I was also told my payment wasn’t due until 30 days AFTER delivery of ALL pieces. Thankfully I logged into my account and noticed the payment was due after the single piece I received was delivered. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Ashleigh Nevins was my sales associate and she was awesome. She worked with me, and she was able to help me get just what I wanted for a price that was within my budget. One item was scratched when it was delivered, but that was not a problem at all. They quickly delivered a brand new piece. I would highly recommend the Ashley Store and Ashleigh Nevins will take great care of you and help you have a successful shopping experience.

We stopped by to see if Ashley’s had the bed frame we were looking for, and sure enough, they had one that was better than expected (and less expensive). We worked with an employee named Ashleigh who was very helpful and did her best to get us some discounts. We appreciated the time she spent with us and also the time she allowed us to wander around the store alone. We purchased a beautiful upholstered bed frame, new mattress, sleeper sofa along with several other items. They were able to price-match and order the same mattress and e wanted from Mathis Brothers. Ashley’s was a WIN for us today!
Ashleigh was great! It's obvious that she cares and takes pride in doing a great job for her customers. I grade salespeople pretty hard, but Ashleigh gets a big A+ for her knowledge, effort, and great personal service. Next time we need furniture, she will be our first call.

Excellent pricing and choices, good customer service eugene 8/10/22 updated review: so this turned into a disaster, i was told sectional was in stock and it wasnt, never got a call or anything, just assumed everything was all good for delivery, well eugene never actually scheduled delivery, love seat part of sectional we may get it in october grrrrrr cuss words, they did deliver the table and forgot the hardware to put it together, so as of today its sitting in my living room floor, poor customer service , u will be lucky if u even get to talk to a manager, the furniture looks nice but would never shop at ashley again, i would recommend to stay away unless u are taking it home that day

I bought a furniture set completed with end table and sofa table ! I bought the insurance! My table started flaking off the finish! I called the insurance they sent someone out ! ThT was last November! It is now June and I've been told they were going to replace it! Three times they told my new piece would be in in a few days no calls no follow up and still don't have my new sofa table ! So frustrated !!!!! GEEZ

Promised furniture by March with April at the latest. It’s now June - and every time we call we are told two weeks. And they always say it’s the bed rails, or a headboard or … always changes. This place is so disorganized! Frustrated we even spent the money here!!
Went to Ashley's to shop for beds. Elisha Gallegos was assisting me and was very helpful. Unfortunately most of the beds didn't show the full price of everything necessary and she would have to fill out a lot of paperwork in order to give me quotes. The process took to long as I was wanting to get a few quotes on different beds, so I left. Besides that, Elisha was very friendly and helpful.

Zack Eidschun, team leader was very knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and went to work finding exactly what we were looking for.
Sneaky sales. Their prices are way cheaper online and they take advantage of the lower prices to stuff you with other "free" items(which you end up paying for). When you confront them about prices and their tricky sales practices, they "don't know what you're saying". There is apparently MULTIPLE managers so make sure you make a note to yourself, because they'll ask you who specifically you spoke with. They will not honor anything written in paper, unless you set your foot down, otherwise they'll try to add stuff on it such as the Mathis Rewards. Just a HORRIBLE experience overall... they say that they overprice their items because of the in-store experience... well, it isn't worth it. SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY ONLINE! UPDATE: As you can see the response from the owner below, and I quote "...it can be very confusing for the customer"... I AM NOT A CONFUSED CUSTOMER, I am well aware of your floor prices being higher than your online prices and you use the gap in prices to add on other items to our receipts, such as a "free" $300 rug, furniture protection, and/or Mathis Rewards. It is rude to imply that you are sorry that I didn't understand your sales. Again, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ONLINE.
BUYER BEWARE - Waited over 10 months for two accent cabinets for my living room that I had to order that were not in stock "due to covid". What started out to be a 4 month wait turned into over 10 months. Now they call and tell me the cabinets are TWO different colors "due to covid". It's not due to covid, it's because of your ordering department screw up. Someone didn't check the right box on the color. I spoke with customer service who informed us the cabinet in the right color is in stock in California. We live in Oklahoma. Additionally, customer service offered to not deliver the one cabinet in the correct color. Thanks for making me wait yet again. We asked for a return call from a Manager to resolve the issue. cannot get a Manager to call me or my husband back. I suggest not buying from Ashley or it's mother company Mathis Brotherssince they can't return phone calls much less make this right.
Our salesman David was very good and helpful. He made the experience worth the hour drive and enjoyable. He showed us everything we wanted to see and steered us away from items he could tell we were just okay with. We will be back for more items when we finish the house. My wife and I just purchased our first home and it’s always been a goal for us to purchase a nice furniture set together. Donovan and Angela were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. We definitely will be coming back here because of them. We have been to several places and this one is the place we chose, they made a huge difference!

We called to see if they had a pillow top full-size mattress that was on the website for $299. Upon arrival the salesman said no, then found one, kept talking about being in military, said warehouse was open for 30 minutes. Went to warehouse, manager said it had been closed for 2 hours. We asked for a refund, he said it would take a few days. 5 weeks later I got a bank statement, no refund. The lady at refund office was very nice and knowledgeable, kept apologizing for others. Seems to me they need her to manage the other ones

After a nearly three-month wait, we received our furniture. As we've done for decades, my wife offered to pay the delivery crew to relocate our old sofa/love seat to another room. They quoted her $100. A hundred dollars for three minutes of work -- in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Later, the local store called to "find out how the delivery went." When I explained that their drivers are essentially crooks, the CSR went off on a diatribe about how "they're not supposed to do that" and "they don't represent us." Yet she could not point to one document or email we were sent that says either of these things. She called to get my feedback, then got snippy when I gave it. That's fine. It's also the reason I wrote this review. Talk over customers all you want, ma'am. The last word is ours.
Their delivery sucks!!!!! I purchased in Feb or so a table and chairs. They call me to finish paying it off and say I have 24-48 hours to make my payment as it’s come in and that’s how I am able to get it delivered as well as they can only hold it so long. I call and pay the remaining part. They give me dates for delivery 4/16 is what we settled with. Wednesday 4/13 I get a call to set up a delivery date. (Mind you it’s with Mathis brothers not Ashley’s because that’s who you deal with apparently) they tell me it was never scheduled and we settled for today 4/18. I received a text and an email it would be delivered 1030-1230. My dad was here the entire time. I get home from work no table. I text them I get told it’s late. I clicked the link in the original text it says 530-730. So I patiently waited for that as well. 6pm I get a call they are 3 deliveries before they get to mine. Nothing more until 8:30pm again they say 3 deliveries away from me. I’m now mad because it’s late. I work an early morning shift. It’s too late to call the stores to ask and change this. I get another call at 8:53pm saying hey we can go ahead and deliver it we are 20 min from you house. I said ok. I have my dad come over so I’m not home alone with random people late at night. Nobody shows 930 I start calling and they don’t answer. Finally 945 I get a call saying it wasn’t meant for me it was for a customer right in front of me. I said well still just take it back and have it delivered again because it’s too late. At one point in the conversation around 830 they told me it’s possible it could be between 1030-midnight before they could deliver. Who wants to get it delivered this late at night? I mean people work and I have sat around all evening waiting for my delivery. 100% do not recommend them.
Hubby and I were looking for some furniture for his Mancave. The Representative (believe it was Jennifer) was Friendly and attempted to really Help us. Since we're in the "checking around" process, we didn't buy anything that day. However, we have a few more places to look and if unable to find any comparable prices, we'll probably go with Ashley!👍🏾

Found full sized pillow top mattress online for $301, couldn’t make site work to order, called store to see if it they had one, they said they did. Upon arriving Cory greeted us and said he didn’t, but would look, found one, but was $339, we decided to pay $40 extra, we had already drove 40 minutes to get here. He said the warehouse was open for 30 more minutes. We went to warehouse and they said they had been closed for 2 hours. They should have offered to deliver for free, but instead we got, we can return your money after 72 hours!

Don't spend your money here I was lied to and mislead from the beginning and I had to sleep in the floor for a week because they "accidentally" did not know my bed frame was not in stock it took them a week to bring a cheap metal frame that I've had for a month instead of the bed I purchased. Customer service is a joke I've talked to multiple managers and assistants who say they will get back to me the managers lie to you they only want the sales and will tell you anything and screw you over to get it. I don't want any fake replies telling me your sorry and to reach out for assistance . You know who I am. I'm clearly here writing my first Yelp review because you guys lie and don't solve problems. BBB will hear from me as well.

Feels a lot better than shopping here 1 year ago. A year ago we felt super pressured and hunted as we walked around the store, but Rio was extremely professional, gave us space without us asking, and did everything in his power to take care of us… all while being extremely upfront with us about everything. Ashley stores have been our go to place! All the sales agents are friendly and helpful- no one is pushy or makes you feel rushed to make a decision! Shout out to Josh and Shannon, but with all of our purchases we have worked with several of the sales folks who have ALL been great! We were in need of furniture in 2021 with supply chain issues and Even the managers-Cody and Don, have spent time with us to help us find what was available/in stock. Most recently, we went back for a side table and even the cashier was super helpful (I believe her name started with an A, sorry I’ve forgotten now). Everyone is helpful, are always smiling. I’ve enjoyed purchasing furniture at Ashley and would highly recommend folks to check them out!

Ok, but didn't have what we were looking for, found out that they are just a look at place, you still have to go to Mathis Brothers to pick up what you want.
I am so disappointed in Ashley’s furniture on 71st in Tulsa. I bought my home 4 years ago and for over 4 years I have bought every single furniture from Ashley’s furniture. From my bed sets, to drawers, to dining, to 2 sofa sets. The sales person I dealt with was great and he sold me everything. Every time I went to buy something he was who I worked with. However I will say in this situation, I am just disappointed in him, his sales manager, and all of Ashley’s furniture’s customer service department. I was sold all these items along with their “insurance” plan that was supposed to cover me for 5 years. I was told they would come out for cleaning, to take care of any tears in the couches, and to replace if the item couldn’t be repaired. Will I never had to call them until today to ask that they come out to take care of some cleaning on a stain. When I called my sales person told me I’ll have to call within the 30 days that the stain happened. The stain happened two weeks ago. Customer service refuse to help me. They transferred me to two managers who also refuse to help me because they said they switched their cleaning company the year after I bought my insurance plan and it had changed from 30 days of the incident happening to 5 days. The manager (Stephanie) said she would call me back and didn’t call back at all. 2 days later my sales rep called and said there is nothing they can do for me. So basically they’re telling me I’ve spent thousands of dollars, I’ve also sent lots of busines to my sales rep from my family members (sales rep knows exactly how much business he got from me), bought a protection planned that is supposed to cover me for 5 years and now it’s tough luck. Thank you for your money but we refuse to help you. I have never had to deal with such a big franchise store like Ashley’s furniture who is also link to Mathis brother’s who made me promises when they got a sale from me to now telling me they refuse to help me because their policy changed a year after I bought my furniture. I will not only take my business elsewhere now but I will also make sure to tell my friends and family to take their business elsewhere as well.

The Ashley salesperson was helpful and not pushy. However he failed to clearly disclose a charge that is added to the sale, which I did not see until I got home and carefully reviewed the sales agreement. The store automatically adds a $99 “rewards” charge to the bill which provides a discount on future purchases and delivery costs. When I queried the salesperson and the store manager by phone they both said that’s just store policy - with no option to opt out. I would not have signed the agreement had I been better informed of this mystery charge.

The actual buying and shopping experience was fine. There were no inconveniences or issues in choosing our furniture and having it all delivered. It was a little disheartening to see the price difference for the same product from Ashley online be over $300 cheaper and that the actual store has no obligation to match that price.
I hope this helps someone. Two things that I will note before continuing with this review. One, I fully acknowledge that there is a pandemic going on. Second, I felt like our “day of” buying experience was satisfactory, although I believe we were bamboozled with a facade. Our family purchased our dream home in June. We went to Mathis Brothers in hopes to find everything that we wanted for our new home, mainly bedroom suits for the children. Too many sales people followed us, and I felt like I was in a bad episode of SVU. After leaving this place, we went to the more intimate Ashley’s Home Store. We were appropriately greeted, and given time to look before speaking to someone. We knew that some items we chose would be delayed arriving, but it was all discussed before making a purchase. The items that were currently back ordered were approximated to arrive within a month. As long as our kids had beds, I was satisfied. We scheduled a delivery date and a couple days later, my husband went and finalized the payment details. The day before our scheduled delivery, my husband and called to confirm delivery and a time. We were told that delivery had been canceled, as they didn’t see that payment was made. After several managers and a lot of patience, it was determined that they had incorrectly figured things, and we were good to go. While expecting that delivery would continue as normal, we were sorely mistaken, they backed us up a full week! With no options presented, we waited the week. Come delivery day, we received multiple incorrect items, broken pieces and not even half of the items we were told we would receive. It took 3 deliveries for them to get our correct items and get items fixed. A month later, we called to determine the estimated delivery date of our back ordered items. We were told “a couple weeks.” Mind you, we have had to argue cost on items that we didn’t purchase, yet they didn’t want to remove from our bill because “they were delivered to us.” Many calls and months later, 5+ to be exact, we were told our last item arrived. Delivery was set for a week later. Since my husband and I both work, and they couldn’t work around our schedule, they decided to leave the piece without someone to sign. When arrived home shortly after delivery, I went to inspect the dresser to find that the top drawer scraped the second drawer and the second drawer wouldn’t glide properly. This could be seen as a minor infraction to some, but when you pay the outlandish prices that we paid and have waited this long, you almost expect near perfection. When Ashley’s was called about the damage, they first said that the piece couldn’t be replaced because they were out of stock. When my husband demanded that the piece be fixed or us credited our money back, they said they would contract a third party company to fix it. The next call was Ashley’s telling us it would be over a month before the third party company could fix it. That was unacceptable and we let them know that. Suddenly, they could come pick up the piece, take it to be fixed and return it within a week. To get to this point, it took being VERY vocal and demanding, with management acting nonchalant. My husband asked what type of reimbursement they planned to give us, knowing that we have waited close to 6 months for our home to be complete, and still not reaching that status. We were informed that they would love to offer us a gift card. Why would I want a gift card after all this hassle?!?! Out of curiosity, we inquired about how much they were offering? $50! Seriously, that might buy one of the display items that mimic something spilled!!! I feel that it is needless to say, this has been one of the worst buying experiences I have ever encountered. While I know that the loss of my business will not bankrupt this company, I hope that the review I am leaving will alleviate some trouble for other people, so that their new home buying experience won’t be overshadowed by furniture negativity.
My salesperson Tulu was very helpful without any pressure. Found the exact recliner I wanted.
Prices to high
I want to change my opinion. We had no problem with the furniture we purchased. We have problems with the billing. Our invoice says we were getting deferred interest for 12 months and were told we wouldn't be billed for about a month. Not true. Synchrony sent an email saying our payment was due just three weeks after we bought the chair and we hadn't even got a bill. Then our bill the second month did not reflect the deferred interest, it charge us. When I spoke to Synchrony, they told me it was Ashleys problem. They didn't code properly. I spoke to Ashleys and they said it was Synchronys problem. So I called them back just to call Ashleys back. So I ended up doing a three-way call with Synchrony and Ashleys. So now Ashleys mgr, Cody, said he was going to have to talk to his GM because they couldn't figure out how to fix their mistake. That was two weeks ago. Chris left a msg last week saying they were still working on it. Now I cant get neither Cody nor Chris to contact me. I am being charged interest fees that need to be reimbursed and my account hasn't been changed to deferred. My original documentation reflects the deferral of interest but Ashleys did not process it properly with Synchrony.

Race, our salesman was great! The service after the sale, not so much. We were told in advance that the sofa was on back order but should be in by late July (we ordered in May). Late July comes and now it’s going to be mid August and so on. In October we were told late November, now it’s end of December. All current advertisements say “we have everything in stock”, this is absolutely false!
Our sales associate was very helpful and not in the slightest overbearing. We were able to find exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for furniture.
We had Godson take us around the store. We had a good idea of what we wanted. He helped us find the lowest prices available. He allowed us to bring furniture from different area so we could see how the pieces we liked matched together. Also, it all felt like low pressure on making a purchase. Very pleased with our overall experience and happy with the pieces we purchased.
The questions I asked were answered fully and more information was given to help me better understand. I was greeted right as I walked in by my salesman; which I told him what I needed and my reasons, he took me to a few beds off my explanation and was finished under an hour. Always good experience here.

Bought a purple mattress combo, thinking it was a purple adjustable base, but it was Mathis brothers version of a adjustable base. ($3800) Told everything was in stock. Went to pick up everything and they failed to mention the mattress cover is on back order, which was $299. I got it refunded, but was told my 60 day comfort plan is voided. Got home, realized I didn’t have an instruction manual to the base, and the hinges to the base were broken. On top of that we had boot marks all over our base. When I told the customer service rep, they told me I would have to pay the delivery fee to have them pick up the old and deliver the new, in 4 days. Will never buy from Ashley home store or Mathis brothers again.

I had a great experience at Ashley. My salesperson River understood right away what I was looking for. He allowed me to shop unpressured. He gave me some suggestions, then guided me through pricing and availability without trying to sell me something out of my price range, etc. It was probably the easiest and quickest furniture purchase I have ever made and I am very happy with my decision.

Unfortunately, some of our pieces were at the warehouse, which was closed the day of our purchase. Who closes a warehouse in the middle of the week? I rcvd a 10 % coupon in mail. Thought they price matched. No, only mathis brothers. But since they don't carry my item in stock, it becomes a special order. Therefore, coupon can't be used on special orders. So, I'm going to sunshine furniture where was cheaper than Ashley even with the 10% off and in stock. Don't waste your time.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT ASHLEY FURNITURE! We purchased items in May. We have been pushed around and lied to SO MANY TIMES! We have received our pieces at different times. When something does come in, we have to call and keep track because, God forbid, the store call and let us know our items are in. We have been told a date for our remaining items multiple times. Now we are being told it will be at least another month. After our last review, we were granted a measly gift card, that we CANNOT USE UNTIL ALL ORDERS ARE IN. Seriously? I understand the pandemic delays. I am more upset that we were lied to on more than one occasion. Ashley furniture treats you like they don’t need your business, SO DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM.
Purchased a bedframe for our king mattress. The hinges recently began to give out. I reached out to Mathis brothers and Ashley which directed us to our warranty just to be told it was useless and nothing can be done. Now I’m out more money again.

Having not purchased new bedroom furniture in quite awhile, I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but Elisha at Ashley Furniture walked me through everything. She was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and most of all, laughed at my silly jokes. Elisha truly took the experience of buying furniture from a chore to fun. She knows her stuff and was never pushy. She and her manager got what I felt was a good deal. Definitely ask for Elisha when shopping at Ashley Furniture. 😊

Bought our kitchen table from here several years ago with no issues at all so we decided to return for new bedroom furniture. It has been an absolute nightmare this go round. Sales was great overall. Financing was the biggest crock. Finally got everything taken care of and was told most of our items would be delivered today between 12:20 and 2:20. My husband blocked his work schedule to be there. He received a call from Ashley stating the men were in BA and was headed our way right away. 2 hours later my husband called to see where they were when he was told the address was incorrect so they would have to deliver another day. (I called yesterday and told them the address so it would not be sent to the old one we had on file).
Thank you Sarah and Aaron for helping me get my new furniture. You two were fun to work with. If the deals are good the next time I am looking for something I will be back.

Purchased a bedroom set at the beginning of July paid in full, was promised it would be in before my move in date. Was updated that my items have not made it in until the day before they were supposed to be delivered. Couldn’t find out or tell me how long my items would be in. Called in to the manager and he couldn’t answer nor did he try to do anything to rectify the situation. Finally when my items came in the sales lady was scheduling a delivery and told me that she could not schedule a time or give me the time they would deliver. So not only did my things come in late but I also had to take time off work to even get my things! My time should be taken in consideration given the situation. This place is a poor excuse for customer service. Will not be spending anymore more of my money here.

Lots of choices
After a day of looking in other stores we were of course glad to finally find what we were looking for at Ashley but what was even better was the salesman that helped us was simultaneously wonderful company, full of information and didn't hover like a discomforting helicopter. A day that made furniture shopping feel like hell was changed into a simple shopping experience where even the paperwork was made semi enjoyable.
Sales experience was great until the sale was final and we got out the door, peices of our order was missed from the salesman and had to be added to our order later, salesman will not answer or return calls or text messages. The date for our last peice of bedroom furniture keeps getting pushed farther and farther out. I will NOT do business with Ashley furniture again.

Worst experience ever! My salesman was great. I purchased a sofa and a loveseat. They arrived July 1st. While he was putting sofa together he noticed that the pieces would not click in right so he called warehouse immediately to let them know and they said they would send out a new sofa. Once he left I try to recline on the loveseat and it got stuck. The cup holders were also dirty and you could tell that it was clearly used. I called them and they said they would bring new loveseat with the sofa. New furniture came July 5th however only the loveseat was new. I was told they would bring new sofa once it was in stock. Called on July 21st since I never heard from anyone and was told a new sofa was in stock. Deliver was set up for July 23rd. Once again a used sofa was sent to me. Called the warehouse and was told once in stock they would let me know. I asked to speak with a manager at 2:47pm and I have not heard from anyone since. I paid for new furniture not used furniture and truly amazed that they keep sending me used furniture. I have NEVER experienced anything like this
The first two times I shopped at Ashley’s, David Webster helped me and he was AWESOME!! My couch was delayed over 2 months and he regularly checked in with me to keep me updated on the status and when to expect it. This last time I came in to buy a bed and got a different salesman. He told me that it was delayed about a month. It’s now been over 3 months and half the time when I reach out to him, I don’t get a reply. Very frustrating, especially when I had such a great experience with David!

I work in furniture and I understand lead times are crazy right now but I also feel like Ashley has been deceitful and not communicating. At this point I'm just beyond frustrated and would love some communication from the store...

The salesman did a fine job. I paid $500 for a coffee table. I picked it up from the warehouse and got it home and two pieces were missing. I called customer service and they were very unprofessional. Won’t give me a time or even email confirmation that my pieces will arrive or when they will arrive. So I’m basically stuck with a coffee table that I can’t use. Very unprofessional.

After waiting more then a year to furnish our new home and getting know where but being told due to COVID I would have to wait till the end of the year. I would not be getting the furniture I wanted. I decided to try again with a special family event coming. I went into Tulsa Ashleys store to see if they had something different I might fall in love with. The sales associate TT was excellent she was friendly and NOT push at all. She listen to my needs. I had been looking for the texline collection which I called all over for and was willing to drive to OKC to pick up myself. I was told it would arrive in 20+ weeks. With a very important event quickly coming I wouldn't settle for anything else I didn't want anything else. Ms. TT and the Tulsa Ashley manager found all the pieces to the set in multiple stores and had them shipped to my home in 7 days. Thank you TT for your help. Looking forward to doing more business with you again.

Their furniture may look nice but it is NOT good quality at all. We bought a bed and it’s only been 2 1/2 years and it already broke, where the bed frame is held up. Nothing like laying on your over $1,000 king bed and it break on you, so yes I’m writing this at 4:30am. This isn’t the first time we’ve had to fix something on this bed (the wood beams underneath the bed broke before too), so you can imagine how frustrated I am. Mind you I’m 6 months pregnant having to figure out a way to sleep before having to wake up for work tomorrow, this is just ridiculous. Meanwhile you have beds that last some people 15+ years (my mothers bed set for example). Not to mention even from the very start of delivery I had to have them replace parts of the bed because it was cracked before we ever even got to use it. Same with the couch, there was already something with the couch and we had to get a replacement. I’m not just a complainer, they truly use cheap material so save yourselves the trouble and get better quality furniture store, it’ll last longer. You’ll remember this review when you find yourself in the same situation. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! *Update* I got the new part sent to me previously when the bed broke and here we are again a little later and I am 9 months pregnant this time laid in my bed and a few minutes later BOOM the bed broke AGAIN! I had to sleep on the couch at 9 months pregnant🥴
Race was busy with another customer when we walked in, but very quickly got to us before we even finished walking through the whole store. We explained what we were looking for and he was very quick to show us a couple items and even explained we could custom order certain pieces. We came down to two options and he let us know both pros and cons to each. Which is amazing that he was completely honest about everything and didn’t push us into something we didn’t want. We were there less then an hour and already made the whole purchase and got the lowest deal possible with his help. For being a plane mechanic previously and only being at Ashley’s for a little while, he knew his stuff and claims he loves it. We will certainly be going to the 71st and memorial location to see Race from now on with any future purchases!
I bought a twin sz. mattress. When I tried it he laid it down on the floor for me to try it. I did. After testing several I purchased one. Now that I have it I realize that it has not enough substance. It's pithy and I don't like. I had to leave town shortly after and I feel like they won't take it back. I don't think I'll shop there again.

I went to that home store and bought a couch from them online. It was supposed to be delivered to that store by August 8th and even now hasn't arrived. 20 days past the delivery date. Be careful ordering from them online.

We could not have had a better experience at Ashley in Tulsa. Cary and his trainee greeted us right away, were supper cool and very helpful. We left with a sofa, chair, a few barstools and some lamps. We would recommend this store to anyone. We also had to pick up a few pieces at distribution center. Super efficient and well organized.

Ashley’s has really nice furniture, good quality and all. But I have to tell you if you’re going to want your furniture delivered by them it is best to pick them up yourself. Or you know what just do yourself a favor and go to a different furniture place. I legit had my sofa replaced 3 times because they all came ripped. Twice from the corners and my last replacement was even worse. It is completely scratched from the top. The suede fabric is ripped and missing. I almost think it was a joke/prank on their side with my last replacement. I will be getting a full refund and never purchasing from them ever again. Attached are al the photos from every couch they delivered to me ripped or scratched. I am very disappointed in this whole experience. It’s a shame because I really liked these couches. I had spoken with the top manager with my second replacement and she told me she would hand pick out the couch herself and that I would be getting at least a $100 off my couch which never appeared on my statement. YEAHH RIGHT LIAR. They don’t care. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WALK INTO THIS STORE.
Our daughter bought furniture in 2020. David Webster assisted us. He was very patient while she was deciding which pieces she’d like buy. He explained the benefits of how the furniture was made and the furniture protection plan. He explained all of her financing options. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the delivery of her furniture was delayed. David checked in regularly with delivery updates. He was such a pleasure to work with, that we referred my father when he downsized and needed new furniture a few months later. This year it was finally our turn to purchase new furniture and David did not let us down. He combined excellent service with a thorough product knowledge. We all love the furniture we have purchased from Ashley Furniture and the extraordinary service David provided. We’ll definitely highly recommend Ashley Furniture to our friends and family.

Walked in and Eugene King greeted me. I showed him a picture of the Ashley night stands I was wanting I found on Amazon. He knew exactly what the piece was called by name just by looking at it. Took me back to see if it was in stock and it wasn’t. He asked where I found it at and I said Amazon for $275 each. He said they have it but would have to order it for $144.99 each. Sold! Ordered it for me and told me when I can expect to pick it up at the store and he would call me when they came in. I was in and out in less that 15 minutes which included a new customer profile since this was my first purchase from Ashley. Wish I would have come here first to furnish my new place instead of Bob Mills.

Horrible customer service. We have been waiting for a couch that was special ordered for a really long time. We bought a bed frame that I thought was going to be delivered with the couch. The bed frame came minus the couch on a day I was working from home. The guy who delivered it gave us his number and said he would come back either Sunday or Monday to put it together. We tried many times to reach him to no avail. I finally called and spoke with a manager on Tuesday and someone is supposed to come assemble it today, Thursday. I won't be going here again.

I enjoyed our sales person, he was very kind and helpful without being pushy. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the store policy to not allow floor items to be sold. We purchased a recliner and the one we have is a very different fit and comfort level than the one on the floor- that I suppose was a bit broken in. I’m not sure ours will suffice and am looking to return since it is so different. Update: contacted the email below and received a call that we would be able to exchange our new purchase for the floor sample. We took the offer and I can honestly say it truly is more comfortable. Cannot speak to their store policy moving forward, but thankful we were able to receive the item as we experienced it.

Wow, where do I even start? This store doesn’t even deserve one star. Due to a recent marriage, my mother in law wanted to buy my husband and I new furniture. Initially I called the store ahead of time to ask if they could do a sale with the borrower (my mother in law) in Florida, and the co borrower (my husband) here in Tulsa. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, because of Covid, everything was done virtually anyways. We go in, pick out the furniture, apply for an Ashley account, then we are told we have to wait for the card to come in the mail before they could finalize the sale. No big deal. We could do that. It comes in the mail, we go to the store. Present them our information, then we are told everything is good. We give our new furniture away, because we moved to a new house, we figure why move it, we have new stuff coming! NOT. A week later we get a call saying the account was flagged for fraud. Angela, the cashier supervisor starts sending out emails and gets our account froze because she THINKS it’s fraud. We knew it wasn’t, so we jump through all the hoops, get synchrony bank on the phone, they clear everything up and say once again, things are good to go, but unfortunately we lost our delivery date but they will schedule us for another time. They assured us again. We wouldn’t have this problem any longer. Once again we wait for our furniture. Four days later we get told it’s frozen again, and they canceled the order again until we get the flag off the account. EVERY SINGLE TIME it gets fixed someone goes in and flags it again. Nobody can give us a straight answer besides Synchrony bank. They told the Ashley store to release out furniture. It has already been paid for off of the card! The balance went from $4500 on our Ashley card to $1400. Now the sales manager is saying my mother in law has to be here in person to sign the contract. It’s always something. This place tells you what you want to hear to get you out of the store, then changes things up. I have already left a review on Facebook and it was deleted. Same for my husbands review. They have treated us like criminals, and have slandered his name, by saying he has committed fraud. Read the reviews people! This place is a freaking joke! Go somewhere else! Angela has done nothing but cause us a lot of trouble, time and money. I will leave this review up so everyone can see how they treat people. Look at Facebook for other terrible reviews.
We found bar stools but what we came in to look at were two different fabric-covered accent chairs that were on your website. Not only are they not carried in your store, but they have to be ordered by us, online, sight-unseen, and if they didn’t work we’d have to get them loaded up and taken to a shipping center to return them .. not to Ashley and not to Mathis Bros. No thank you. And it’s really too bad because those chairs were exactly what we were looking for and haven’t been able to find anywhere else.

I would NOT recommend this place. I have paperwork with a delivery date of 4/2. Now the guy I got my furniture from wants to tell me the person who was suppose to schedule my delivery got terminated like it’s my problem. I’m a single mom and took off work for the 2nd. Now, they want to tell me I can’t get my stuff until the 7th. I work that day and can’t just take off whenever I want! My daughter and I now have no furniture and an empty house thanks to Ashley furniture!! Terrible customer service!!! You guys don’t even deserve a star.
Came to buy my first brand new couch. Jose (associate) was professional and explained in detail every option and add-on. He was so patient and well spoken I ended up going double my budget with add-ons. Will definitely be back and asking for Jose Ibanez.

I want to give my boy from Nevada River 5 stars he was amazing but that’s about all I would give 5 stars. everything was great during our first trip River was amazing and helped us find exactly what we wanted. but when we came back to pick up our new couch the closing manager was very rude and didn't seem to want to help me at all. all we needed was a hand getting it onto our truck but you would have thought i asked him for a kidney. every one who was there before six was amazing and helpful but the closing manager on March 26th 2021 was horrible. i've honestly never felt such disdain from a person who works with people before and i have 12 years of customer service experience under my belt so maybe he was having a bad day but it's no excuse to take it out on a customer who spent money in the store. i'm honestly glad i'm moving and won't have to deal with him again.
River was wonderful in pointing us in the direction of the clearance we found the perfect couch. But the coordination of item pickup and between staff shift needs a little work.

I cannot believe how such a giant in the industry is so unorganized, unprofessional and the absolute worst customer service from the shop level and up to corporate . We have begged and pleaded to resolve what would seem like an easy fix but with absolutely no help from anyone . I would love to get my money back and spend it somewhere that cares about their customers and work for a return visit. Stay clear from the 71st street Ashley's !!Next - in three months there will be several deliveries all of which will be incomplete sets of each piece of furniture purchased.After this you're going to walk in to beg for furniture or your money back . The manager will come in after you are forced to provide tons of information to locate the "manager" that's dedicated to your account. It gets better ....The manager will show you an inflated price of a delivery charge that was never on your original invoice such as : "looks like you were billed $700 for delivery and paid $300 to help with the trouble . It's fake , my original receipt shows none of this , it was created to show corporate that something was done to help . At this point I have a wife in tears and my entire family coming out from all over the country to see my new home and it's still not complete. My "final" delivery was made today and again , not complete . It may be April until I see the large part of my sectional couch . I am embarrassed to be in any way affiliated with this organization. Many of my family members have had issues with you as well this year , if you can't fulfill an order , if you're going to take up to 4 months for a deliver, allow us as a customer to have the ability to return our purchase . Offer a loaner , offer a discount or simply offer for us to opt out and return our purchase . Don't lie to your customers guys , that's a disgraceful way of making a sale.
From Mcalester ok 3 months ago my husband and I went to purchase a new bedroom set. Total retail 3,300 or maybe a lil more paid 400$ to be delivered. To Mcalester ok delivery 🚚 men 2 one older man one younger they came to put bedroom furniture together when they were done ☑️ I noticed one of my bottoms on dresser under bed was broken thank god they had not drove off yet 🤬😡to tell them I will not accept this to only fine my furniture badly scratched up it was grey in color it gets better on top of bed rails were wood scratches in different parts also the store said they would gladly bring me a new set so I had to make 3 trips to Tulsa because after I realized we did not want this bedroom set we change it to different one so they added 1000 more dollars to it making it 4 thousand and 200 for a new delivery date 2 months later the older driver and one younger one because the first young driver I explain at top of this story was very fricken rude rude to the point they sent another young guy with him who showed up to deliver my new furniture. Pulled up without a delivery call notice to let me be ready when they got to Mcalester ok 2 hours away pulled the box truck huge on my grass leaving holes in my yard I have a lot of pictures to prove this on fb albums so when the driver pulled up he drove over my mailbox took it up from the ground he asked me to please not say anything so I’m not because he needs his job older man I’m a nice human but man enough is enough this store is beyond anything any place I have felt with on planet earth we paid cash 💰 money it gets better no shoes covers on there feet when they came in my hose walking in our with mud dirt shame on Ashley furniture whole company for not keeping the things available to place on their feet 🦶 to make a long story short always read your Warrenty before purchasing it top to bottom over over . Shady experience. The place is beautiful and has a lot of options for furniture. I ended up buying a sofa and loveseat. But my salesman. Ugh. After talking to him about what I was needing he knew I am a single mom of two boys, one of which is disabled. So he asked a lot of questions about myself and my family, commiserating about divorce, etc. He made me like him. When I was settling on a set, I was hesitant on the price. He then told me he could knock right around 30% off. I did the math in my head (which is far from my strong suit) and I asked about the 5 yr protection plan, because, did I mention I have giant dogs? And he told me at that point and several other points through out the sale and paying that he gives the 5 year protection plan and delivery to all his customers for free. So, if I did my math right, I'd be paying $1700 before tax. When he rang me up, the total was $2,267. What? I assumed I did my math wrong, took a deep breath, because that was a bit beyond my budget, and paid it. When I got home I was still wondering, so I looked at my receipt closer and saw that he had charged me $209 for the 5 yr protection, and another $79 for the "Mathis Rewards". I'm guessing whatever that is, it includes "free" shipping. Shady. Ugh. I don't know if this is how they do things at the Ashley store, and Mathis Brothers, but wow! If this is what they train their sales people to do, they should be ashamed. If it's just the one guy, then, everyone, stay away from Mike at the Ashley store by Woodland Hills! He's sneaky.
Do not buy furniture from Ashley’s Furniture!! We order a lot of items for our new home. We are still waiting on half our couch & half our bed. 3 mths is a bit insane to make a customer wait to enjoy their PAID for items. I will never buy from them again! Their customer service sucks too!! They don’t seem like they care at all “ it is what it is” that’s all I get. I hope we get our furniture before the housewarming party ugh!! So frustrating!
Horrible experience with Their delivery service . We have been getting bits and pieces of furniture over the last three months . We spent between 7 and 8 k and would just prefer getting a refund and buying elsewhere at this point . Zero idea of when the rest will arrive . Fingers crossed that we get it before our housewarming party . How unorganized can a company possibly be to have these issues . I believe we have had 4 deliveries over a course of months and currently waiting on the rest of my couch and bed frame.
If I could give no star I would. My couch was delivered without the wrap, it was dirty when it came. Their mattresses are not worth the price, it dented within 2 weeks. I called the store 3 times to find out about their return/refund policy, the people were rude and kept transferring me without any answers. I will never shop at Ashley again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about their products and customer service. Don’t buy from them, they only care about their sales and how to trick you out of your money. I will be calling their headquarters to file a complaint.
I spent over 5k on 1/8/21 and was told a couple pieces were in OKC it would take a couple weeks to get here it is 2/20/21 and I’m told it will be next month or longer I have all this furniture in my garage in boxes waiting for two pieces that I can’t use so I called today to return everything and got the run around and transferred 4 times. I guess I’m trying to say is do not buy anything that is not in stock you won’t get any follow up on the order unless you call them

Poor communication, horrible customer service. Ordered bedroom furniture and a special order headboard in September. We were told it should be ready in November. Checked in with them in November, and we're told everything but the headboard was in, but it would be ready in January. They would check and call us back to confirm. They never called back. We called again in January. They tell us everything is here and we scheduled delivery. They deliver everything but the headboard! And we still can't get a straight answer on when the headboard will arrive. Everyone we talk to tells us they'll check and call us back, and we never get a call back. The most disappointing thing is that not a single person is even slightly apologetic about the mix ups. I'm typically a very easy customer, and rarely complain, but they've proven that after the sale there is no customer service at all. So now our mattress is still sitting on our bedroom floor, and the rails and footboard are sitting in the corner collecting dust. UPDATE: I was contacted by management. The delivery date for the headboard we ordered was still unknown. They offered to let us cancel the order for a full refund, or substitute a different headboard they had in stock. The substitute was delivered about a week later. I wish it didn’t take this review to get a resolution, but they did finally provide an acceptable solution.
We came in specifically to look at scratch and dent after a long day of browsing cheap discount stores, we already had a few we liked at other places. Race, our salesman, showed us their scratch and dent section without hesitation, but after looking at them, none fit what we were looking for so he allowed us to browse their showroom alone. We found something we liked but it was a bit outside our price range, Race managed to get the price down quite a ways. We left so we could think on it, and were met with no resistance. We came back later and asked for Race at the front and he helped us along with all of the details and answered all of our concerns and questions. Great salesman, not pushy like most other big box stores. We got a very nice living room set for much cheaper than the price tag listed it at, and with a great warranty so we know we will have it for years to come.

Mike Gibbes was excellent, fantastic customer service, quick and easy to work with. He provides a convenient folder for your paperwork that also has his contact information. Will definitely be working with him again in the future for our furniture needs. Updated from five stars to four. One of the main things I asked about was scotchgard and Mike said that all the furniture is scotchgarded. This is NOT true. Cat vomited on the couch today and it immediately soaked through. Now I have to call a professional in and pay more money to have done what should of been done before we ever got the couch.
Sales lady tricked us into additional things we didn’t want with a lie of us getting “a discount that will make it cheaper than if we had not got the additional things” and said we had to apply for credit in order to purchase furniture, even though I was paying cash.

Every time I visit Ashley furniture store, staff is very polite and helpful with my purchases. I know what I want when I visit the store and they've always made it happen. The staff seems to go above and beyond.
I had initially gave Shannon Congdon 5 stars and a good review and now I realized I should have waited until we actually got our furniture. She said it would be in a week, even went and checked the warehouse and she said she cares about her customers and will be watching for it and will update us all lies haven’t heard from her once after she got our money, she never checked on a thing, a month has passed with us calling her quite a few times straight to voicemail, tried the store no answers, we ended up having to get a hold of a manger who said it would be after Thanksgiving hopefully, he was actually very helpful and very honest with us, we just got a refund and found another place that actually had it all in stock. I get that a salesperson doesn’t have control over the warehouse and shipping but a call would have been nice even saying it’s delayed instead of ignoring us, follow up with your customers, word of mouth travels.

Just bought another living room set from Wyatt at Ashley furniture. I work with him everytime I go in. He isn't ever trying to sell me on something. He is knowledgeable, honest, and a straight shooter which I very much appreciate. Always providing the pros and cons to different types of furniture material. He even told me what not to get and why based on my preferences and it wasn't to make a sale because it was less expensive. The payment/finance process took less than five minutes and they are delivering in 48 hours. What else can I say, just go see Wyatt for your furniture needs and experience it for yourself.

We drove 2 hours to Ashley because of previous good experience. We were told that if we ordered today we would get free delivery. Got outside and looked at the bill. They charged us for delivery and a rewards fee that they didn't tell us anything about. Called them before we left the parking lot to ask the salesman about it. He said he doesn't do a good job explaining things. Delivery was just discounted. No offer to make it right.
Had to change my review as no one let me know my order was delayed 7 weeks. That's not acceptable especially since I was told my item was in stock
Save yourself a headache! If you are thinking of using Acceptance now. The day of my purchase I was told I could do early pay off, they would give me 90 days to do so. When I called the store to pay it off, I was told that the person that sold it to me no longer worked there and that he had given me wrong information that they didn’t do early pay off. Thank god I called Acceptance now and figured it all out. Before that though several people told me I owed different amounts.
Went in over 2 months ago and picked a sectional. A month later they said it would be delivered and so I took off work and waited at home. No delivery and no idea when it would be. They lied and said 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass and they have no clue where it is or when it will be in. 3-4 times of giving me a false date. I had sold my old furniture and taken off work based on what they told me. My sales person quit and they didn’t tell me that I had NOBODY on my account to help. Very pier service after the sectional was picked. Even worse customer service afterward. The number given to help is down and I’ll be strongly urging my friends and family to NEVER shop here. All right get told a month later ever time. No honestly. Very very upsetting

Horrible horrible horrible. I&'ve feel like I&'ve been lied to from the get go! I ordered a sleeper sofa that was supposed to be in October 8th. I was out of town and told my salesman no big deal, we can schedule for when I return on the 12th. A day or so after that I realize I never received a call so I call. I was told by customer service that sofa isn&'t due in until the 1st week of November! I have family coming in on the 5th that I need this sofa for! I told them that was unacceptable and I needed to confirm with the store. I spoke with the store and was assured by john the manager it would be in on the 19th. Again the 19th comes and goes without a word. I call back in, speak to john who then tells me it would be the 26th. Once again, comes and goes. John then assured me the sofa is in the 2nd phase of arriving and that he would be able to schedule my delivery for Sunday. Today is Sunday. I skipped church to sit here and wait for call. Finally I called customer service only to find out they never even scheduled my delivery!! Currently I am being told Tuesday is the earliest delivery. That is 2 days before my family gets in. Will keep posted on this. Very disappointed in this service process. The only reason they got one star is because it was required.

We went to buy a couch in JULY. We were told because of covid shutdowns there was a wait. That we would pay 10% of the 40% down that day and in October when THEY CONTACTED US, they would have us pay the remaining 30% and place our order. SO today when i decide to call and check in, since its October 19 and no call yet, they inform me it has been canceled and i have a credit. Um i never canceled. Put on hold for a manager. She told me the computer cancelled. Okay can you fix it, since its not my business or work and im just a customer? Is what im thinking. When i talk to a real manager, im just told oh well no big deal we will order it today. Okay so forget the 3 months wasted. Or trouble caused us today. Thank you for resolving our issue by making sure nothing at all was done about it.

We have been to several stores shopping around furniture..we decided to buy everything at Ashley Furniture because of the great CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAD WITH SCOTT...If everyone in OKLAHOMA IS A FRIENDLY AS SCOTT..I THINK WE GOING TO LOVE LIVING HERE!
My salesman was Robert. Mitchell. He is fairly new, but extremely helpful and polite. I enjoyed working with him on my purchase and he was willing to find out any information he needed to help with the sale. In our conversation I learned that he served our country in the military, so glad I was able to work with him. Thanks Robert.

Found a great recliner and Eugene went out if his way to price match it for me! I would have left 5 stars though if the either one of the styles they had online for specials would have been in store! How can I sit in and see what color it is for sure by seeing it on a website only? But I got the next best recliner they had so there's that i suppose!
Eugene helped us look at all kinds of sectionals and some combo sofas , etc. He was very helpful and did not make us feel rushed. Very polite and no pressure to buy.

Sales rep team is very nice and helpful. However, Ashley products just seem to be made of very cheap materials and poor quality. Bought an "expensive" bedroom set from here and have had the bedframe fail in 3 different spots, at different times, over the course of just 6 months. Receiving replacement parts seems near impossible and take forever to come if they even do come. Customer service team just doesn't seem to care to find a solution as well as they just give the same story every time I call for an update. Unless you want to sleep on a bedframe held up by a stack of books, buy another product elsewhere. Update as of March 2021: Still no resolution from Ashley Homestore. Worked with them to finally get another bedframe ordered back in September 2020. Bedframe still has not arrived.. I get no updates from the store and everytime I call I just get the run around that it'll be in within the next 2 weeks. After 2 weeks nothing shows up, no updates are provided, I call again and this cycle continues. Beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service and lack of communication. Seems like since they got my money that is all they care about. If I could rate my experience even lower on here I would. I would give them a 0.0001 out of 5 stars.

Staff was helpful without being pushy and had a good sense of what we were looking for.
The service was fast. The sales person was polite and helpful. It was a good experience and I was fully satisfied.
I walked in and was promptly greeted by Jake who asked what I was shopping for and told me where I could find those items. He would check in with me periodically but never hassled or pressured me to look at anything in particular which is not always the case when furniture shopping. I did find items I wanted to purchase and he was very helpful and fully explained that although the items I wanted weren’t currently in stock, what to expect time frame wise. I liked the quality and prices and will definitely look to purchase through Ashley again.
David has been a friend of mine for 2 years. He’s a wonderful person and an excellent salesman. Very passionate and trustworthy, which is what makes anyone good at what they do and is very rare to find in this industry, if you ask me. This is a great place to get affordable furniture in Tulsa. The selection was great and the salesman was even better! His name was Scott, low key, easy to work with. Had to change my review. Originally purchased a couch with an expected delivery date a week from purchase. When the scheduled delivery showed up, they didn't have the couch and left. Delivery was pushed back a week, then another week, then another. Now I'm being told it will be 1-2 months from now.

I was extremely impressed with the safety measures in place. This is my first in-store experience since lockdown, other than grocery and pharmacy (and I utilize curb side as much as possible). This was very important to me. I was able to look around freely but Scott was there when I needed him. He helped me get a discount on some artwork that wasn’t on sale. So I bought 3 pieces of wall art. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I’m excited about my purchases.

SCAM ALERT! I bought a mattress there a year ago. No problems, it was a simple purchase, or so I thought. Mattress is fine, no complaints. But a YEAR later on a Saturday night I get a $69 annual membership fee from Ashley home store?!? For what??? It’s not a freaking gym you sell furniture! I haven’t stepped foot in that store ever since. When I call in the morning I better get refunded immediately.

Terrible customer service!!! I bought a sofa at the store in Tulsa with one purpose. I needed it to be in stock and be delivered on a certain day. No problem they said. Yet when I called the day before to double-check the time I was told I was not on the schedule and it was too late. I could book for 5 days from then. I called my salesman whose voicemail could not take messages then finally called the store. They could not be bothered and when I asked to speak to a manager she actually connected before she realized and could be heard complaining about the call before she then got on and very rudely said &"what do you need&". I finally got ahold of my salesman who said he would fix it and call me back. He never did. I will never shop with them again nor with their parent company Mathis Brothers! Balls get dropped, mistakes made, I get that, but it is how your company handles it that shows what they really value and it is not customers.
It was absolutely wonderful! Shannon Congdon and Scott Nevins were so thorough in their service. I will definitely return and recommend the store. I will let you know later about the bed.

We have been coming to this Ashley’s for about 5 years now, because David is the most amazing and thoughtful person. He has always helped us figure out the style we want to go with in our home, helped find things to match, and always remembers us when we come in. He is the sole reason we don’t go to other furniture stores. Everything we’ve purchased through Ashley’s has been fantastic quality and is still in great quality condition.

I recently purchased an entire dining set with buffet along with a bed and mattress from the Ashley furniture store on 71st St. My Salesperson And Delivery people couldn&'t have been more helpful and the furniture is beautiful. The problem is that the dining table is uneven. It wobbles considerably. They did send out a technician to fix it who said he was unable to and ordered another table base. That came, was installed, but still the wobble. When I called customer service to follow up, I was told that my floor was uneven (Not true) and they couldn&'t do anything. Mind you, we moved the table to a different room in the house and it has the same issue. Also, none of the furniture they sold me that is in the same room has that issue. I was also told that I couldn&'t return the defective furniture without paying a restocking fee. The customer service rep ended the call by saying he was going to do more research and get back to me. That was more than a week ago and I haven&'t received a follow up call. I expected better from this company and I&'m sorry I chose to spend my money with them. All I want is a table that is not defective.UPDATE: I was contacted right after posting my review and today a new table was delivered that does not wobble. I appreciate them making it right and I have amended my previous review. I just wish it hadn&'t taken so many visits to my home during a pandemic to get here.

He was very nice, and professional. he greeted me at the door and And walked me around the store. I also liked how he stayed with me through the whole process from Coming in and checking out. Staff was very helpful. When we first walked in there was a little booth set up where a man took our temperature and offered hand sanitizer. After he took our temperature we were given paper wristbands to wear so that the staff knew we had been checked at the door. We also were required to wear a mask. I think they’re doing a good job handling their customers and COVID-19.
We recently visited the store on 71st St, and although we were pleased with the products in the store, we were very disappointed with the customer service. We ended up leaving the store without buying anything, and we are building a house and will need to buy quite a bit of furniture since we sold our old furniture. The sales rep who showed us around was constantly scrolling on his phone. There were 3 separate times that I tried to ask him a question about the furniture we were looking at and he had no clue I was even talking to him because he was looking at his phone. My husband became fed up and we left. On the way out there were 3 employees near the door, one scrolling on her phone and the other 2 talking to each other, and no one thanked us for coming in or acknowledged us at all. I tried to find a way to email the owner, because as business owners ourselves we would definitely want to know if our employees were providing such poor customer service, but I was unable to find an email, so I decided to leave a review so that hopefully they will see it and address customer service with their staff.

Entire experience starting with the E-Commerce associate Langston Underwood was absolutely horrible. He clearly was just trying to make a sale and the recovery of the situation didn’t help. I continued to get passed around and never once did any manager call me back to try and make it right. I will never go through Ashley again.
Love the selection they had to offer. Purchased a new bedroom set. Knew it was not all in stock and would need to be ordered. That was not an issue. Picked up the bed, chest of drawers and a nightstand yesterday. Took the nightstand out of the box and when I opened the drawer the track fell off. Upon inspection of the track it was only glued on. The screws in the track weren't even long enough to go through the wood to hold it in place. Called the store and was transfered numerous times then finally got someone in customer service at Mathis Brothers. Was told they could replace but if that one was made that poorly whose to say the rest of the set would be any better. My husband loaded everything back on the truck and returned when we were told there would be a restocking fee. It had been less then 30 minutes of being picked up and already we had broken furniture. While we have made purchases at Ashley before and the service was good and my couch was of quality it was very disappointing.
Cary was our salesman and he was very good to keep us posted on the order status and to help solve a problem we had with our purchase. He and Aaron worked to come up with a solution to our bed that was missing parts so that we had the bed ready for the July 4th weekend. They found parts that would fit our bed and Aaron brought them to our home. Aaron then offered to assemble the bed and did so in no time at all. We want to thank Cary and Aaron for their excellent customer service, attention to detail, problem solving and perseverance! Thanks again Cary & Aaron!! Jack & Kim Campbell

I purchased a leather couch that is Ashley Furniture. After 5 months of having it, it started peeling. The color of the leather under is really pretty and soft but whatever they are using to make it the color it is doesnt last long. Ashley furniture definitely doesnt last as long as it used to. I will never order expensive furniture from them again and I would never refer them to anyone.

He wasn't your typical salesman, he was very relatable and I felt like I had known him for years! Very patient and professional and I truly appreciated that. The furniture is at a reasonable price, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We had a date for when the furniture was to be delivered, when that day came and we didn't get any notification we tried calling but kept getting hung up on, and the we had to call another branch and was told it was coming a week later and they don't deliver on the day we selected but was given that date by the sales person (who follows you around the store, it very odd) and when calling again to find out what was going on got put on hold then transferred to the sales person that was off. Then I call back and get a different lady who just kept avoiding my questions and said she would refund the delivery fee, and after she did I asked if I was going to get an answer she just said sounds good have a nice day and hung up. Needless to say I've told several people and have been actively warding people away from this branch.

we bought our furniture and was given a delivery date of today....never got a call for our two hour window so I call get put on hold for 20 mins then get hung up on this happened twice in a row! I call another location to see if they can give me any information and apparently the lady who scheduled us picked an impossible date so now we won't have our furniture for at least another week we have already gotten rid of our other furniture expecting it today worst customer service and logistics ever!

I went by the store twice before I was even sure of my purchase, then the day of the salesperson had to redo my order several times because of technical difficulties. I paid for a rewards program that included free shipping however they still charged me $50 extra for shipping and I hadn't noticed till after I paid. The mattress I got was too firm, not the one I had liked, it felt like a rock, I asked to exchange it but they gave me the run around, when I specified to the salesperson I have major spine issues. The rest of my furniture arrived with damages. I'm terribly disappointed at the customer service I received after the fact.
This makes the second piece of bedroom furniture I have purchased from here. Staff is friendly. The guy loading my truck was fantastic. I pulled to the bay door and it started to rain. He volunteered to wrap my dresser in shrink wrap to prevent it from becoming wet from the rain. Stayed dry the whole ride home.
The worst place I have ever been I walked in and just stood there waiting for 20 minutes for someone to check me in. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service here. Would give 0 stars if I could because this location is trash.
Was very sceptable that they could get my purchase into my motor home but those guys disacembled it at the dock and reassembled it inside of my motor home. Very impressed and thankful for service that went above and beyond expectations. A+

We purchased a dining room table 15 months ago. The top of the table is now peeling and starting to bubble. I was told it would have had to be reported within a year for the warranty. I would expect furniture to last longer than that.

Ive had people say they don't wanna pay alot of money for their furniture and that Ashley is so expensive. But you get what you pay for and at Ashley you pay for all around satisfaction. I'm happy with my purchase and the "white glove" delivery. Ask for Scott he's the best!

Went into Mathis Brothers yesterday and was completely underwhelmed. Everything is beige or gray. Staging needs work but a very friendly staff. Decided to go to Ashley at Woodland Hills and had the greatest salesman EVER help us pick out our new furniture. He even brought a heavy table across the store and rugs to see how it would look with our chosen furniture! He's very knowledgeable of all the products and explained everything perfectly! It took longer than anticipated for my furniture to come in and I was not contacted when it arrived. When it was delivered the chaise on my sofa broke so they took it back. I was told it would take 7 business days to fix. A month later it still was not fixed. After much fighting for it to be fixed they returned it to me stating that it was fixed.. it was not done correctly and it has broken again. Sad considering how much we paid for this special order piece.

We recently frequented this store and were met by Graham J....and from the moment we got in the door to the moment our furniture was delivered every single aspect of our experience was perfect. Graham took the time to understand our needs and showed us things that met our agenda, not like other places that are busy pushing their own agenda. Graham was smart, knowledge on the inventory, efficient, and friendly...but most of all he knew when to step in and help or when to take a few steps away to give us room to chat. I never had such a good time furniture shopping and couldn't be happier with our new room. Thanks Graham, you knocked it out of the park sir. My advice - If you're looking for furniture - head over to Ashley, ask for Graham, and take five minutes to explain what you are looking for....then just let him do his thing! Thanks to these two gentlemen, my new apartment is starting to become a home. -- More Detail -- I moved to Tulsa recently, and needed new furniture for my small apartment. I went into the store, fell in love with a sofa and love seat, and purchased the set the next day. Chris was the first salesperson I made contact with, he was knowledgeable and understood my need to wonder aimlessly around the store for twenty minutes developing a taste in furniture, which I really appreciated. Fast forward to delivery day, and the delivery people brought a sectional. So I went back to the store and spoke to David Webster, who sorted out the delivery issue and showed me how to find the model number on their furniture. David was extremely pleasant, helpful, and apologetic for the issue. David worked hard to make the situation right and even scheduled delivery of the correct items to my apartment that night. While I'm happy with the furniture, and I do really love the way it looks in my apartment, I could have bought this stuff anywhere. What really made Ashley HomeStore great was their incredible sales staff, follow up with their products, and perseverance to make a customer in a difficult situation (or with a difficult door) happy. A great company doesn't stop at the sale. A great company has a product they stand by, the drive to make their community a better place, and the best people to value their customers and champion their values. We went in to the Tulsa Ashley Home Store during their Presidents Day sale, looking for new living room furniture. Our salesman, Scott, greeted us at the door and was very helpful in showing us all they had to offer. We took up a ton of his time, but he didn’t get impatient with us at all as we tried to make up our minds. In the end, we purchased several pieces and he was able to give us a fantastic deal! My wife and I have been tossing around the idea of new furniture for the better part of the last year, researching, waiting for good deals etc. Scott introduced himself to us last year around this same time, we felt it wasn't time to buy, he said, "no problem, I'll be here when you do. Make sure you guys buy a pillow and protection cover If you guys buy a mattress. Otherwise you won’t be able to exchange your bed if you’re not satisfy with it. Ours was hurting our backs after 2 weeks. They told us we couldn’t exchange it for a different one because we didn’t buy a pillow with it. Went in to talk with the salesman and he said he’ll try to take care of it. It’s been more than a week now and still haven’t heard from him.

We recently purchased the Morren Sofa and Loveseat from Ashley furniture and we absolutely love them! They are both great sizes and the fabric feels very high quality. The cushions are a tad on the firm side, but we are happy with that as we feel like they will soften over time. Delivery was very smooth as well, the service men were quick to get our furniture in our house and were very pleasant to work with.

Second time back, since they sent a gift card. First experience was a zero star. Second experience (figured I would try again) was a -1 star. Purchased 3 bar stools, later to find they charged me $30 more dollars than online. I clearly ordered 30". Low and behold they gave me 24" height. I specifically told the salesman they were to be 30" and he assured me they were. I have just had horrible luck with these folks.

The salesman was great. The only issues we had was one piece was broken which the replaces and a couple pieces of furniture had to be ordered then got placed on back order.The salesman told us we could just have the ones on the showroom which was fine. When we headed down to get them my wife called to let them know we were on the way and was hung up on before she could finish talking. The second call she was transferred to customer service in the middle of telling them that we were on the way. Other than that it was a great experience.

Had furniture delivered “white glove” three of the cushions were the wrong ones. Delivery men called and was told that they could send out the right ones in a few days. Or I could go to the warehouse and pick them up. That’s 25 miles from my house and I’ve been sick for two days but I went anyway because my wife wasn’t having a partial sectional that we paid 3k for.

When my special order bed came in, I found that the sales associate that helped me had gotten an item number wrong. Despite the difference in price compared to what was ordered, the manager got the right peice ordered, setup delivery and installation for when it arrives, and gave me the slat roll I needed to use the rails I had while waiting for the right parts. All at no additional cost. This is how you put the customer first!
Great selection/Nice Store. But DON'T bet on them delivering your furniture on the day THEY scheduled for delivery. I took off work and waited all day without so much as a courtesy call to let me know they moved the delivery to the following day. This is the SECOND time this has happened when buying a bed. I will be sleeping on the ground tonight. Not so much as a apology when i called. A little communication would have been nice.

they delivered the wrong bed, delivered a base 1/2 the price of what we paid for in store, this is after 6+ calls already telling them that they were missing the extenders for the bed frame, them trying to charge me again for extenders i was told i ALREADY bought the night before then when they finally get the delivery out, they've delivered a base model frame, it's not even the same name as what we ordered, called customer service and they said delivery can come back in a week or two, seeemed very unbothered, our poor sales guy is doing his best but just buyer beware. you can't trust their warehouse, or management apparently. NEVER AGAIN. double check every piece you get from them if you dare to gamble on such a horrid place of business. ugh. UPDATE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER, CALL AND THEY WILL LEAVE YOU ON HOLD UNTIL THE LINE GOES DEAD. buyer beware

I had the best furniture buying experience at Ashley last weekend when my boyfriend and I were looking for a new bed. Ashley really knows how to take care of their customers. Everyone we came in contact with was really helpful, professional, and courteous. Jon Stone helped us select the perfect mattress! I was super impressed at how much knowledge he had about the mattress selection. We went with the Clearwater mattress with an adjustable base and it is the most comfortable bed ever!!! When the bed was delivered, the delivery men were pretty early so I hadn’t cleared the bedroom for the new bed. They took the time to help me take my old bed apart and even hauled the old mattresses away. They had my new bed ready in no time at all so I didn’t have to miss much work. FYI. I purchased an expensive leather sectional. The leather is basically coming off/changing colors. I purchased the extra warranty. I sent in pics this week and this is what I was told. &"Per the photos you have sent to our office the item is discoloring however the plan does not cover discoloration unfortunately. I apologize as we cannot move forward with the claim. the plan assist with accidental damages to the item that you would have caused to the item yourself. Again I do apologize for the inconvenience.&" So basically if I am careless its covered, but discolored leather isn&'t. Who has ever heard of genuine leather discoloring in just one spot. Needless to say I am NOT impressed with their extended warranty.

We’ve bought from this company twice and that was two times too many. The first time it took them SIX trips and TWO days to install a bed..... because they kept forgetting different parts to the bed and the mover bled all over the head board on the first trip. The second time when we ordered an entire living room set they shoved the furniture so hard through the door (instead of taking the legs off or if that wasn’t possible just taking their time and maneuvering it) they damaged all parts of the door, stripped the paint on the door, door jams, and the interior wall. One of the furniture pieces wasn’t put together properly and wobbles because they were in such a rush. Do not buy from this company.

We bought a bed from Ashley's Tulsa location and we loved the bed. Then it stopped working correctly. We called and about two weeks later someone came out to fix it. We had two different service people show up. One came in the morning and said both of our power boxes were out. They very clearly had a light that was lit up on them, but anyway that is what he said. He said he would order the part. Later that afternoon two more guys showed up I told them someone had come but that I would like them to take a look and see what they thought. They said it was not the box, made some calls and got it working almost correctly. We have two different remotes one links to each side and they got the remotes working only both remotes controlled both sides. They said someone would be calling telling us how to sink them correctly to their individual sides. We haven't gotten a call at all and the store is still telling us we need a power box. On a side note we loved our sales lady. Just wish they had people who knew how to work on the beds that they sell. The bed is still not working right and they are ordering new power boxes.

We love Ashley’s furniture. Bought our first living room set 15 years ago and it’s still in great shape. Just had our house remodeled and have a new color scheme. So we came back for new furniture. Put our old furniture on sale and someone snatched it up in a matter of days. It’s good stuff.

I had been look online at Ashley HomeStore for a matterss and adjustable base and went in store to see them in person. With Briana's knowledge of the mattresses carried in store I found the perfect one. The adjustable base I found on line was sold out. Briana went to the store manager to ask if they could sell me a base that was still available for the online price and that's what they did! I am a Ashley HomeStore customer for life.

The only reason they are getting one star is because of their delivery and ordering . My bed was delivered minus the slats. Total mistake I get it. Slats come. Wrong size. They are cut to fit still won&'t fit. I sleep on a rigged bed for a few nights. Next slats come. They almost fit. The side rail gets broken now I&'m sleeping on a really rigged bed. They order the rails. They come in broken They have to reorder. Rails came today minus correct slats. I don&'t know If the contractor they use doesn&'t double check the order before they are loaded or who ever is doing the ordering is minus a few brain cells. I did get my delivery fee refunded and was offered a gift card. I am awaiting a call from a manger but I will not order from them again. I love Ashley furniture but the delivery and customer service is not that great. At least not for me.

Trash!!! If you want to experience the worst customer service ever when purchasing a mattress, particularly your very first mattress then go here. You will be treated like a dog if you're on any type of minimal budget. Especially if you think you're going to get a deal you've seen online. They will not price match the deal after agreeing that they will match something similar they have in-store and honor that online price. Very contradicting sales reps and extremely rude. Buyer beware!!! Update: I did a bit of research and found out that Ashley has corporate owned and independently owned stores. I'm willing to bet this particular store on 71st Street in Tulsa, Ok is an independently owned store. That explains why they were so eager to mention ordering online had terrible customer service and our order would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. However, we ordered online anyways after leaving that terrible place and got a confirmation that our order would arrive in 2 days. I was appalled at the fact that they would lie to us about an online order. That was a red flag that this store is clearly not a corporate store. I could be wrong. Anyways, I would avoid this place at all cost if I were you, again unless you don't mind being treated like a stray dog with very little intelligence.

You should work with more professional delivery men.We had a bad experience with them.Also, there were damages on some parts of the furnitures.
Went to Ashley to get pick up some new living room and bedroom furniture. Cary Morgan helped us out tremendously. If you can get him, Cary will get you sorted quickly with great furniture!

It’s was horrible, still dealing with the damaged furniture, big droppings , banged up my walls in my brand new house , got the delivery address wrong 3 times , I’m waiting on my 4th delivery for the same order . Not 1 manger has called me back , and the one I talked to at the 71st street store promised me he would get it all taken care of , And it wasn’t . Still waiting on new furniture , legs of the chairs were split , bench has missing hardware, also man bolts in the bed were not installed and the ones that we’re was loose .

Had a very bad experience yesterday in Ashley Furniture store. I and my family went to buy furniture yesterday. we looked at it and like it. The sales man offered 20% discount on furniture and also proposed 30% discount if we get the protection plan with Ashley's credit card. We agreed to buy the furniture with 30% discount with their Anniversary sale program. We were asked to apply for the credit card at their kiosk, which we did and approved. After spending 2 hours in the store and applying the credit card Mr. Joeph Garcia showed up and refused to give 30% discount. And blaming on the employee for his mistake. And behaving very rude to us. I had quote with 20 % discount last week for the same furniture with out protection plan from different employee. I do have the full quote and quote with 20% discount. I am not sure how two of the employee offered the same price for these furniture ! and another employee refuse to do so?? unless they were trained improperly??
Be aware when picking up from the warehouse we found a dead bed bug inside the packaging our sofa came in

Leiha was our sales associate and made our shopping experience very easy and pressure free (wish all sales associates would take a cue from her about how customers should be treated). She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful and was not a stalker and was not "pushy"! She made her presence known but gave my husband and I our space so we could have personal discussions. She helped us make our selections and we were happy with our choice. We will be back and will recommend our friends and family to visit the store and Leiha we all will be asking for you! I hate Leaving bad reviews, but this store gave me the run-around for months. The delivered furniture that was damaged and didn’t provide the services we paid for. I had to call them NUMEROUS times and speak with several different people to get anywhere. On top of a whole mess I won’t even get into, we paid for our couch to be stain coated. It wasn’t. I called several times and finally got someone who seemed knowledgeable. I was told they would mail us a kit to do the coating ourselves , which that alone is frustrating since we paid for them to do it. Anyway, it NEVER came in the mail . I called again. And again. And again. And then they said I’d have to come in and pick up a kit and do it myself. That’s just one part of a loooong story. I’ve never had as poor of a customer service experience as I had here.

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat through Briana. She was personable, understanding of our needs, attentive and helpful in the best way (unlike a pushy salesperson), and worked to get us a great deal. We ended up purchasing furniture that was not available in the store. When we received it, I wasn’t thrilled with the texture of the upholstery. So, we will likely return it. I was able to reach out to Briana, though, and she has once again been very understanding and helpful. Upon deciding to return the furniture, I considered other retailers, but I trust Briana. Therefore, we will probably exchange it rather than go elsewhere. I will also return to Ashley to purchase more furniture when we move in the near future due to our experience.

I'm very disappointed in Ashley Furniture store. In May 2018, I had moved to Tulsa and needed living room and dining room furniture. I purchased close to $5000 in furniture. Last week, I moved the table to remove the carpet underneath it. This is when I noticed the base was cracked all the way through. A few months earlier, a guest had pointed out the flaws on the table top. It looks like the finish coat wasn't smoothed out. (Like a gob of glue). I didn't report this as I should have noticed at some point in the 6 months I had the table. I reported the cracked table to the sales person, Cory, who asked for pictures to be sent to his cell phone. Which I did. He referred it to customer service. Customer service has been zero help. The first agent tried to say the table isn't under warranty. She then said the table would be repaired. I said this is unacceptable as the table was only used once. She was to speak with her Supervisor and call me back. I gave her two days with no response. I explained it all again to the next agent, who had no notes in the system about the issue. Once again, I explained everything and added that the structural integrity of the table was compromised. Her supervisor stated that the table would be repaired. This is unacceptable! Once again a manager was to call me back. I'm not holding my breath. I just want Ashley Furniture/Mathis Brothers to stand behind the products they sell and replace the table.
Good furniture at a fair price and no high pressure sales!
Bought a dining room set and a mattress and box springs when we got the first delivery they didn’t put the mattress in the delivery ticket so we called the store and they told us they would call us back never did we ended up calling. It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting on my chairs for my dining room table because they only brought one and the bench, the chair we got was so wobbly we couldn’t use it. We have never had trouble before this but we are done buying from Ashley’s and Mathis brothers. What a waste of time!

I recently was in market for a sectional couch. Ashley's Furniture was my second store to go to as I am a wheeler and dealer person. I was greeted by Leiha and she was very polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. I saw a sectional that i liked but I would shop around some more just to make sure that i would be getting the best deal. She didn't try to pressure me or keep me from leaving like a car dealership would. She politely gave me her card and told me if there's anything I needed more information about to just let her know. The next day I shopped at almost all the other furniture stores and they either didn't have what I was looking for, or the price was out of my range. So i called Leiha up and asked her if she could run around, send me pictures and see what is the best price she could do for me on each sofa. And she did just that she helped me find the sectional I liked and helped me get it at the price i wanted it for. She hooked me up! Thank you Leiha! We love our sectional! And ottoman!

Brought mom home from St. Francis Heart hospital after open heart surgery and she could not sleep flat and I was having trouble getting her up off our couch and from the bed. I wanted a recliner for her but couldn't leave her to shop for one. Jay went above and beyond helping me shop via text. I was so please with his kindness and patience. Thank you Jay!! I have visited the Ashley Home Store in Tulsa twice. Both times were very pleasant. The second time I went I was wanting to look at a new dining room set. We were greeted immediately when we entered the store. Our salesperson was Kevin. He spent quite a bit of time with us showing sets that we were interested in. Never felt hurried. I will definately use this store again for furniture needs.
