Had the best experience in the store this day. I am the kind of Shopper that likes to be greeted and then left alone while I look at everything. I will make a few laps to look at things a couple different times especially if I find something that I really like. It's easier for me to not feel pressure of having a salesperson constantly trying to interact with me and the salesperson I dealt with did exactly what I asked them to and let me come to them when I was ready. I have been shopping at Mathis Brothers for many years and it was sincerely one of the best experiences I've had with the company and at the Ashley store specifically. Our salesperson Jordan was phenomenal! I will definitely be returning for future purchases and will most definitely be requesting him. The nightstands that we got were absolutely gorgeous and actually looked better than I felt they looked in the store when we got him home. It is so nice to actually get what you think you're going to get and then on top of that be surprised whenever you are impressed with the quality of the product even more.
I went into Ashley home store in Tulsa today I was looking for a bedroom set for my new home. Anna helped me immediately when I came through the door. I told Anna what I was looking for & my situation. I found the perfect bed, nightstand, and dresser. Decided I did not want the mirror I also Found a sofa table for my entryway. Next we went to the mattress department and decided on the Tempur-pedic mattress I am looking forward to my delivery next Tuesday. Such a wonderful experience!
