I purchased my recliner there because Jerry worked with me showing me everything and answering every question. In the process I found a recliner that was sufficient for what I need but mostly because of Jerry's Customer Service. You could imagine my shock when I found out store policy does not have customer service. I was told they could deliver but not bring it in my house.. That is unbelievable to me.! To my knowledge, you're the only store that I've ever been in that has such a policy. I can understand rising costs But with a horrendous policy I don't think you'll be in business too long. Every store outshines you when it comes to that. I told Jerry that with his salesmanship that he should go somewhere else where they offer outstanding Customer Service which Equal to happy customers, which means more money spent in the store. The fact that Jerry had to end his great service to me with "we can't bring it in the house, I was flabbergasted!! I don't think I'll be back to the store for further purchases and if I should, it will only be because Jerry is there. Rework your numbers and figure out what you have to do to provide customer service as it is called "the cost of doing business".Incorporate that into your new numbers.. If you don't know how to do That there is training available for you to increase your profits.. Do it for your employees so they can earn more money and bring that money into the business.not to mention for their families. I know what I'm talking about so make it happen. If you're not able to understand, this be assured that you will not be getting a good recommendation from me! Connie George
