The WORST “customer service” I’ve ever had to deal with. Told me the wrong delivery date FOUR times. It came eight weeks after we ordered, after we were told it would most likely be there before 6. When I complained about the wrong delivery date, the front desk girl was EXTREMELY rude. The manager offered white glove delivery in exchange, but then they sent two small people to carry a large couch up four flights of stairs, my boyfriend had to carry it, they didn’t unwrap it or build it or take the garbage like they were supposed to. Went in person to talk with them and they were completely unreasonable and unhelpful. Continued to say they couldn’t refund anything then finally offered 5% which apparently we should’ve gotten anyway and were not given because my partners a veteran. The sales lady was BEYOND rude kept saying to “take it or leave it.” Finally someone else helped and gave a larger refund. Truly the WORST experience ever DO NOT order from Bend location!

He greeted us at the front and gave us all the service and info we asked for and then let us have our space to talk and choose. If we had a question he was right there to answer. Ordering the sectional was quick and easy with Ned. Ned was so pleasant to work with, we highly recommend asking for him when at Ashleys.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a bed set on July 7. Was told it would be here in 6 to 8 weeks. I received an email stating my delivery was on schedule. I asked if they had a delivery date. I got told 9/24. That is not 6-8 weeks. Then I was told it was discontinued, but at this time my order is still on track for delivery. 9/24 I sent an email to verify if it was delivered. Today is Saturday 9/28 still haven't received an email. Just went to the store to find out I won't be getting the bed set I ordered. Really!!! This is the second order I have placed with Ashley furniture and had this happen. The first time I ordered a bedset online. I will never purchase from them again as it seems they can't be honest about what they are selling.
Great easy service with all the answers to our questions. Not pushy at all and had quick responses to things like reviews, delivery times, and ability to alternate layouts from the store models. Would recommend!

Angela and her team went above and beyond for my family!! We ordered a couch that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks but was here in 2! She called to let me know and that they were booked out a week for delivery. This was fine with me but we just moved in to a new place and have been sitting on camp chairs and my daughter’s 10th birthday is this weekend so I was a little stressed about not having my living room set up. She managed to move the schedule around and was able to fit us in the Friday before the party. Now my home feels complete and I’m so so grateful. The delivery crew was also so amazing. They were working so hard to get it to fit and were so aware of surroundings, not to damage anything. Thank you all, this is my second couch purchase here and I’ll continue in the future as well!!
Had everything we wanted. And Marcy was a great help. The only problem we're finding is having to wait 8 to 14 weeks to be delivered. We might have to check on that one.

Totally disappointed with the customer service! Ordered 8 k worth of a bed and bedroom furniture on March 25th. Took to April 30th to find out it'll be at least may 28th to arrive in the Bend warehouse.... I still don't have a firm delivery date....... really?
Ned was super helpful with my specific needs of a loveseat that could standup to four dogs and be comfortable. He walked me through a number of options and I never felt pressured to pay more than I intended to. Everyone at the store was very friendly.
Ned was informative and patient with my small children in tow for this process. The staff in general was well organized, helpful, and kind. I would shop at Ashley and look for Ned again.
We wandered into Ashley and ended up working with Ned Church. I found Ned to be warm and inviting and capable of exploring options with us we hadn’t considered when walking into the store. When we go looking for furniture again, we will head to Ashley and ask for Ned!

Absolutely terrible experience that lasted years. Very tough to get them to warranty. The insane expensive beds (for what you get) didn't last 6 months x2 beds. Do not use their finance company, they are known for illegal business practices. Paid off my no interest loan. Put two pillows on my account and they charged me the interest for the bed and the pillows on the following month and also went back and put late charges on every month!! You're experience with Ashley very well could involve lawyers in one way or another, I know mine did twice. -- Update -- After dealing with this for a couple weeks, they removed everything they said I owed and closed my account. This was after knocking my credit score down by 80 points.
Wow. That was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. The sales people were like vultures. Literally circling and stalking. I felt like they were waiting to see if I was going to pick pocket a couch or something, I am not a thief so I don't really like being made feel like one...all that to say, I didn't want to look at anything for more than 5 seconds for fear of the man in the red shirt, that was lurking, might catch up to me. Good Lord, let some people just look around!
I did not purchase any furniture, but I was very impressed with Mark Harvey. He quickly narrowed our overwhelming search to just a few that fit with our needs. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I don’t usually post reviews, but felt that Mark’s stellar customer service deserved to be recognized.
I would have given Ashley's a no star review, but that option was not available to do. Do not order from Ashley's if you are expecting to receive your order on the time.. I ordered a sofa sleeper 12/13/23, they gave you a window of 4-6 weeks, I'm still waiting for my order OVER two months later..... NOT impressed with their service at all. Very little communication from their team on this. I had to constantly call and check in with them on the status to just be told its still not here. Finally this week I heard from the sales rep who is said it will may get on the truck next Saturday. Fingers crossed!!
Ned Church was very pleasant. I had found the sectional I liked online, after showing him what I had found he went to the Ashley website. He was able to put up the same sectional, it was in the Tacoma warehouse. The price of the sectional was less than the one I found. I went in on the Presidents Day Sale I saw a sign that said 50% off on selected models of mattresses but was never offered any sale until we mentioned the sign.

Ashley Furniture's store was clean, organized and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. I worked with Evan and he was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as I was in a hurry since we were only in town for a couple days. My husband and I don't live in the area full time so I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate all our requests for coordinating delivery and set up. Highly recommend Ashley!

prices lower than other stores but here is the caveat: wait for an unusually long time for sofa delivery then recieve an item that obviously came out of the reject area, after calling the store to inform them they tell you that there is a process and you must take pictures of the problem and send them in, then after waiting they send a DELIVERY DRIVER who doesnt seem the least bit concerned back out to visually inspect the problem, then after waiting 4 more weeks plus still not receiving any contact in regards! seems they just want to dump the poor quality furniture on your door step and make you go through this ridiculous process Never buying from them again!!

I ordered one set dining table which was delivered by this Friday(Nov, 24) and I saw the price was lower than what I purchased, I called the front desk and she told me sales would call me back and deal with it. But she didn’t. I went to store next time cuz I need to get a new couch too, I saw the sales who helped me last time asking her about price adjustment of my dining table. she took me to front desk let another lady help me; and then she all of sudden came up with the idea that the store can’t do price adjustment once item was delivered even tho just one day before. As a professional sales, I would hope she is being more knowledgeable and should have told me at the beginning, and need to show me your store policy, not just saying anything she just came up with and told me she forgot this policy. the customer service shows me that they don’t care about customer and even though I want to purchase a new couch, but I gave up. It’s a worst experience I had and would never go back. edit for response Ashley furniture management: they didn’t tell me about the policy of 30days, I don’t know why everyone there tells me different policy, it’s okay if cannot do the price adjustment. the most unsatisfying is the careless customer service that made me uncomfortable.

My experience with Ashley furniture started out fairly good, our couch only showed up a week later than the 6-8 week lead time we discussed when we ordered our couch. Upon receiving our couch we soon realized that our sale person Mark Harvey ordered the wrong couch orientation. I let him know immediately and now we have to wait another 8-11 weeks or more to receive our couch. So a half a year or more upon ordering our couch we will finally get to enjoy what we paid for. Mark was really concerned about us covering our couch so they could re-sell it. I will never do buisness with this company again. I understand that accidents happen , but waiting over half a year to receive a couch is ridiculous!
I would recommend buying your furniture elsewhere. We ordered a couch from Ashely , and waited 9 or ten weeks for it. When it arrived we realized Mark Harvey had ordered the wrong couch orientation. Now we have to wait 8-10 or more weeks for our couch. After all is said and done we will have waited 6 month or more for our new couch. Upon hearing that the couch was wrong Mark's main concern was that we cover the couch so they could resell it. I will never do buisness with this company again!!
The salesman that helped us was absolutely terrible. I don’t honestly think they really want to sell their furniture. We were going buy 2 couches, loveseat and a recliner and pay cash. We walked out and will never ho back. We will spend our money elsewhere. Edit for response to Ashley furniture. We bought the same set cheaper at another store in town and were able take floor models. Paid less money and the customer service was 10 times what we received earlier today. It was like they actually wanted to sell us furniture. If you would of read my review you would of seen we were paying cash. We do not need your financing and will never set foot in Ashley’s Furniture store again.
Order placed of the 19th of september still havent recieved my purchase.
Very disappointed in the customer service here. I have been here two separate times. And I’ve waited around for 10 to 15 minutes before any one of the staff would even come over and say something. It’s not as though I was quietly walking around this big store, but actively looking and calling back and for to my children trying to find the right bed. It wasn’t until I went to one of them the first time that somebody said anything and the second time nobody came over to us even though they looked at a couple of times until they came to tell us it was time to leave as a store as “they are closing, and to go look online. “ So, I have no reason to take my family back to that store, or to do business with them.

We purchased a table and chair set on sale. It started peeling almost instantly, the veneer is thinner than paper. There were black sharpie pen marks on the table top we can't get out. They were hidden by a decorative cloth. And the padded chair seats are very poorly padded.
Great selection of reclining couches. Sales consultant, Marcy was very helpful and charming-truly a consultant. No sales pressure. We will shop Ashley's again for our next furniture purchase.
We were on the lookout for some new furniture and we're glad we visited Ashley's. We were helped by Alex initially and then Evan on our subsequent visit. We found both sales reps to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They only bummer is that it will take 4-6 wks to get our new furniture, but that is just because they're so busy/backed up. Assuming the eventual delivery is good and the quality of the furniture meets our expectations...we will be extremely satisfied customers. UPDATE: So even though we were told it would take "4-6 weeks" to get our furniture, it ended up taking 9 weeks. Also, the dining chairs we initially ordered ended up being out of stock. We decided to take the floor models, as they were the last ones left. Then we get a call that one of the four chairs had a crack in the leg, only after I called back to confirm that the chairs were okay. We were offered a slight reduction in price, only after I brought up the fact that it makes no sense for us to still be paying full price for slightly used furniture. Apparently, this chair set which was not on sale when we purchased them, both went up in price and went out-of-stock. That doesn't even make sense, usually you lower the price to move that last several units. Then they offered to "pull our order forward," for the inconvenience, but yet somehow it still took 9 weeks. So that means is would've taken longer had they not intervened? I had to call every week to find out where our order was in the process and 1 time I was promised a call back from sales, but did not receive one. In addition, they were a slew of other minor issues: took a manager a week to call me back, some issues with delivery, I'm currently still waiting to here back from someone (been a week...again) and more. Sad thing is, they were all nice people and we still have another sofa and coffee table we need to purchase, but pretty sure we will go elsewhere next time. If you do not need your furniture for 8-10 weeks and you like dealing with nice, but unprofessional people than good luck to you. If I were you, I would go somewhere else. For a huge global company that made over $10 billion, I guess I just expected a little more.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We waited the 8 weeks and they gave us the wrong chair, then refused to come get it because we didn't pay extra for their white glove delivery. We used a uhaul, costing me money, to take it back to them and were told they would rush a new one, maybe a week or two. I still dont have a chair and they now estimate it will be the end of next month. We have a whole house to furnish but will never use Ashley again. Update: its Nov 9, still no chair

I would like to start out with I have been without a couch for a year now and decided I needed to treat myself with a new one so I went on a hunt for a couch. My daughter told me to go to Ashley furniture store in Bend Oregon that she looked it up they had great reviews and had some really great sales going on. I called them and got the pleasure of talking to might I add an amazing sales person named Evan Boland he not only answered all my questions but took the time to listen to my story about why I have been without a couch for this long. From over the phone I immediately got the feeling that he was not just out to make a sale but he was very caring. So that was on a Friday and I was in the store on Saturday. I got to meet Evan and he was just as nice in person. He made the sale from begging to the end so easy for me. I just want to say that Evan was amazing and Ashley Furniture you are so very lucky to have him be a part of your team he is a keeper and I will recommend my friend that is looking for a kitchen table to stop in and definitely tell her to ask for Evan. I can’t wait to get my new couch super excited. Thanks Evan your the best.

Don't let the older reviews dissuade you! The wait times for arrival of your furniture is not their issue. It is a warehouse issue. We were helped by Marcy & she was wonderful with us. We got regular updates each time there was a change with the delivery date and they were all in a timely manner. We ordered our couch at the end of May and received it earlier this week. We are very pleased with the quality and value of our couch and ottoman :)

I purchased a couch as was told it would be here a certain day. Called that day to check, was told it was pushed back a week. Called the follow week, the day it was supposed to come in, and was told it was pushed back again. Couch is now two weeks late with no end in sight. Was told by associate that there’s nothing they will do, no way to expedite or ensure delivery and that they can keep pushing back delivery every week. Meanwhile, I’ve given them thousands of dollars and they will charge me a 30% fee to cancel the order so we can actually get a couch. This company does not honor their word or help you in anyway if they fail to follow through. Update to managers comment: on 7/29 we called the store and were told it would not be till after 9/1 now. Your response says this week. Are you lying on google to make yourselves look better since it’s public? Also, we were not given the 8-14 week timeline till AFTER we were charged. So to hide behind fine print given to me after running my card is dishonest.

Have a sad review here. Some of the worst customer service and communication. We bought a sleeper sofa a year ago. It broke within the year. We also purchased a warranty. Warranty said it would be 12 weeks before repair. We get it, supply chain is backed up. No biggie. We wait 14 weeks. Then find out the parts are not available. Offered a store credit. Okay, bummer. Buy a couch in store. We are told 8 weeks. Okay, finally after 20 weeks we are getting a couch! One week before delivery we get a call that the couch in not available anymore but they can offer us the very used in store couch for same price. No discount, no other services offered. I called and asked what they can do and was told there was no other discount they could give us.Just awful customer service and store communication. Be warned.

No pressure salesmen/ woman and the freedom to wander the entire showroom Quality and price go hand n hand. My sales with Marcy Dixon was excellent. Remember the delivery guys as you buy your furniture, low cost fee and never in a hurry to put your pieces together, very careful and precise of placement. Thank you all for making this experience ❤️

I ordered my furniture over two months ago and still no arrival date in the future. Great in store service. If you want your furniture delivered within a timely manner then forget it. I recommend buying online. This waiting period is unacceptable. Two months today. They told me a minimum of four weeks.
Horrible experience!!! Super late on arrival, customer service was ridiculously slow and didn't seem to care much at all. Worst experience I've ever had. Stay away from this place. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Never ordering from this store again. Ordered highly advertised furniture in May, it’s middle of June and still have not received. Never once was this communicated to me. I texted, emailed, and called each time the date passed and it was scheduled to be delivered and found out on my own it was pushed back another time. This last one today was pushed back another month. I emailed and they didn’t have the respect to email me back as a person and a customer…. I only received a new notice of delivery a month out with no explanation. They have no idea when items are coming and they do not communicate when things are late or delivery dates get pushed back. I canceled my order and will never order from them again. Delivery delays are a bummer, but often happen …but the lack of professional communication is a no go for me. Edited to add: this is all through the corporate online system. The local store manager called me immediately after my review. That was the attention I needed all along.

I was fortunate enough to have met the best sales person I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with, Mark Harvey. He took the time to understand my needs, and gave alternatives, options, and some pretty cool ideas, to help me reach my desired goal. He was patient, and an awesome sense of humor, and most importantly, put my needs above anything else. He really wanted what was best for me, regardless of the outcome. A person of integrity, down to earth and easy to talk with. If you get Mark as your salesperson, consider yourself most fortunate.
Never ordering from this store again. Ordered furniture in March, its middle of May and still have not received my items. They have no idea when items are coming (even though place orders from their corporate warehouse), and they do not communicate when things are late or delivery dates get pushed back. I've had to call multiple times and each time discovered my items have been delayed yet another week or 2 weeks WHO KNOWS BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY CAN'T TALK TO THEIR OWN SUPPLY CHAIN. The sales representative constantly contradicts their own statements - never trust a word out of their mouths. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: You have failed to miss the point entirely. Your representatives have quoted me different delivery dates 5 times now. Each time there has been no communication from your team on those times changing. Sure it states 8-14 weeks, but when you send me an invoice saying the delivery date is a month out, then that date comes and there is no update from your team until I have to call/email multiple times to find out where the 8k I spent in furniture is, thats a problem. Its an even bigger problem when it happens 5 more times. Instead of just saying "Hey that's our bad we should have been in contact with you when those dates changed, and we will do so in the future." you decided to bring up the contract language that somehow you think absolves you from your terrible customer service.

I ordered a couch online and was told it would be delivered on 3/14/23 between 1-5 pm. When I called today at 4:45 to find out when the delivery was goi g to be here, I was told that the order was still being processed and the new expected delivery is 3/20/23. I was never called and told my delivery wasn't going to be delivered on time. I will not buy from them again.

Stay away from this place!! Absolutely the worst service and products around! They act all nice and outgoing before you pay and then you pay and they stop caring! Stuff comes up missing or broke and they don't care. Your order comes in and they won't call you, and then make up some BS excuse as to why they couldn't. There are lots of other furniture stores around and they'll at least treat you like a human unlike the morons at Ashley HomeStore in Bend Oregon! Oh, watch out for the manager! Horrible service! Tried to order 10k in furniture and counting at Ashley Bend location. All out of stock. Ordered anyways and was told they didn't know when they would get any of the items. Went online to Amazon. They carry Ashly furniture and all could be delivered to our house for CHEAPER price. Try amazon ashley signature furniture first online instead of here where they can't give you any specific times, or are weeks out with no info on when it will come in. Tried to talk to the manager and the woman sales associate blew me off. Big sale lost.

Absolutely horrible customer service inflated prices that were not consistent (charged us for a table in store over $1000 MORE than online price) and they had HORRIBLE customer service, absolutely never shopping with them and would never recommend
ZERO..this company is the worst! Bought a sofa sleeper for $1000 2 months later the entire bed mechanism broke. Would not give any warranty support or help at all! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. The warranty is not worth anything!

Ordered a bedroom set and was told it would be a couple of months. They billed my visa in full. After a few months, we contacted Ashley and they said another month. Another month went by and nothing, so had to contact them again. Every month was a different story. Basically the problem is that this store is not an Asley owned store, and they would not pull separate pieces from the warehouse. After 9 months and no furniture, we canceled the order and reordered the same set from a store in Eugene, and had it in 3 weeks. Don't let these guys give you the runaround. Their customer service is awful.
5 star Thanks to Ned! Ned provided us with friendly, helpful and clear information regarding sales and the items we were interested in, and he didn’t hover or get in my personal space the way many salespeople do. We quickly decided on a couch and made our purchase. Also the background music was seriously on point while we were browsing so kudos on that as well.

Literally can't even browse without being bombarded, not once or twice but everytime you turn around. Seriously wasn't interested in getting a thing after the 1st 5 minutes all I wanted to do was leave... Ill just browse online from now on, or shop elsewhere...

I bought a Purple Mattress from Ashley Online less than 30 days ago, in this time my back is killing me and the side of the bed is broken down already. In 30 days this should not be happening. i reached out for a refund/return and I am told there is no refund once the product is opened and used. this is not a way to treat your customers and to have faulty products. I have been told multiple times they will not help me. so now I am stuck with a $1200 Mattress that is a POS. I am never gonna purchase from Ashley again and I am blowing up negative reviews everywhere. Their customer service is BS!!!

After having technical difficulties trying to order a couch online, I went into the local Ashley store. Should have just done that to start! Ned was very helpful and made the process quick and easy. Can't wait to get the new couch!

I went into the store to look at leather couch sets. I was greeted by Ned. Great guy, showed me all of their sets and put together a modular custom order for me. I ended up leaving to talk about the design and color with my wife and returned the next day. He looked up the stock on hand and gave me accurate shipment times. He also took the time to part out the pricing to match an online sale which saved me thousands of dollars. Great service and follow through from Ned and the tram behind the counter during the delivery process.

I bought this couch three years ago from Ashley Home Store. I have a toddler and two big dogs that climb all over it with their sticky hands and pointy claws, and it still looks practically new. THAT is a quality piece of furniture. They won my repeat business for sure.

Ordered my furniture over 6 months ago and still have not received all of it. I have called many times and they keep putting out the delivery date. Last I called it should be here the end of April. I was told that they will have the manager get a hold of me. That was weeks ago. I loved my experience with Isobel the sales lady, but I feel like the companies avoidance of talking to me about what is going on is what is upsetting me the most. I am left incredibly frustrated and will take my business elsewhere the next time i plan on spending $10,000 on furniture.
I had a phenomenal experience at this Ashley home store. Every individual I met was polite, friendly, engaging and professional. Mark, Isabel and Ilana. Mark Harvey and illana were my primary point of contact he did an amazing job listening to my needs of furniture and their functionality with also making sure the furniture could be delivered asap! He described each piece in detail and never pressured me in one direction. I enjoyed his disposition and that made the world of difference when buying furniture. Isabel Soto went above and beyond to make sure my furniture was on time and delivered to my house in Redmond. I live out of town, and would be unable to make a trip back to have it delivered when I needed it. Had a wonderful experience at this store. Upon entering the store, I was kindly greeted by associate Ned Church who helped us find the size specific sofa chaise we were looking for. Ned also helped me navigate the website in search of a 7 piece dining set. The store then held the sofa until I could retrieve it the following day and helped pack it up safely in my open trailer so it wouldn’t get dirty during the ride home. Ned then ordered a dining set and another chair for me which will arrive at the store a month faster than it would have had I ordered it myself. With outstanding quality furniture, kind, concerning customer service, hasty expediting and ease of online ordering and delivery, I’ll be sure to return to Ashley furniture in the future.
I ordered a chair in September 2021 and it took a few months to get it in, but the manager (Isabel Soto) made it a point to keep me updated on the ever changing dates😁 My chair finally made it home and I couldn’t be happier! Very comfortable and fits in beautifully 😊 I appreciate Isabel’s time and understanding! I will visit the Bend Ashley’s again and would definitely recommend them to a friend !

Do not buy from them. You will be at the mercy of getting your product whenever their warehouse guy wants to be there. I purchased product and they told me I couldn't get it the same day because the warehouse guy wanted to go home. The next day I call and the store manager says they can't be there until later because he has them putting inventory on the floor. Just buy off of Amazon or from anyone else.

We’ve always felt put off when coming into the Bend store due to one particular salesman consistently “lurking” and following us around waiting to pounce. Very off-putting and a horrible sales tactic. Marcy, thankfully, did great, was very friendly and was very knowledgeable in helping us purchase our dining room set this weekend. Went in looking for a desk and was looking for assistance and none was given. When asking about selection the individual points and says “they are over there”. Unfortunately it seemed like there was no interest from the employees as they were more concerned about their phones and moving pillows to look busy. Shame they lost up to $1000 budget for a desk.

We purchased a large sofa from Ashley Furniture in April, received it in July and now it looks so worn it looks like we have had it for 10+ years, not 5 or 6 months. We are very, very disappointed in how poorly this high priced piece of furniture has held up in such a short period of time!
I was shopping for a sofa and asked Isabel Soto a few questions. She helped me so much! She gave me all the details I wanted to know about a particular sofa and loveseat, checked the availability and pricing. She also offered me a discount on delivery and setup. When I called later to confirm I wanted the loveseat first and the sofa later, she completed the transaction over the phone and arranged the delivery. The following week I called to purchase the sofa but she informed me that it had sold out over the weekend. Naturally I was disappointed and began shopping elsewhere. Nearly everything I liked was going to take months to arrive. So you can imagine how pleased I was to get a phone call from Isabel saying that a customer had canceled their purchase and would I still be interested? She double checked that it was the case and so I was able to buy the matching sofa which will be delivered in less than 2 weeks, instead of months! I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, a true pleasure to do business with.

Very annoyed and frustrated went to Ashley furniture to get some furniture on March 18 the day I purchased a sofa was told it would be delivered 4-6 weeks waited those 6 weeks turns out it’s been pushed for another month then that month comes and they said it’s going to for another month… they keep changing dates ever since then, this is ridiculous .It’s going to be 4 months now and still haven’t received my product. Was told I’ll have to wait till the beginning of June called the second week of June and was told it’s going to be delivered beginning of July now, How unprofessional is all this. Kept asking to talk to a manager since other employees won’t help me. Manger wouldn’t even call back after calling twice every other week. Called again on June 9 was told he’ll get back to me on Monday which it would’ve been June 14 and still haven’t received a call from him, today is June 24! So called again hoping to speak with him, he was with a “customer” so couldn’t even talk to him again, He gave me a call back that day saying it would be delivered in the second week of July second week of July is here and still waiting for their call, how unprofessional. Call today July 21! Now they’re saying the first week of August Are You Kidding me!!! How frustrating is all this!! Half of the year is going to past and still haven’t received me item!!!The least they could do give a discount!! for waiting this long! But that they CANT even do that or store credit or something?! But No I guess not how rude if you’re going to tell your customer a date please lie about it!! Or keep changing the dates every month! If I would’ve known it was going to take this long I’ve would’ve gone somewhere else were they don’t lie about delivery dates! Or lie about calling you back! I just want EVERYONE to know that they do this SO BE AWARE!!! So you won’t have to go through all this! ZERO STARS!!
My experience was fast and easy. I am happy with my purchase Mark helped me find. I was done and out the door within a half hour.
I ordered over the phone, wasn’t told about a restock fee for cancellation. AFTER my card was charged I was text a receipt with a Ticket with all the fine print. Again AFTER they already ran my card. Ned (sales manager) who was very rude and not at all concerned of this poor business practices refuse to refund my entire purchase amount. Stay away, order online. It is cheaper AND no restock fee in case you change your mind. This Ashley store is private and just leases the Ashley name, which is how they get away with charging a restock fee with Ashley owned stores do not. Really there is no advantage to buying directly from this store.

We went into Ashley furniture today looking for a couch. Our sales person Isabel Soto could not have been more helpful. She gave us our space but checked in with us. She was very knowledgeable, knew what we were looking for and by the time we made our decision she gave us a great deal and actually threw in the warranty maintenance on the furniture that would have cost us an additional 300.00. Ashley furniture is lucky to have a person like Isabel working for them. I hope they appreciate her, she represents well.

We were never approached in the store and had to find someone to help us despite it not being a particularly busy day. We were told upfront our couch was backordered a month or two, which was fine, but I kept receiving delivery emails with dates the couch would be delivered. When I called the store, they informed me the emails are sent by corporate but do not reflect actual stock. Eventually, after 5 months of this, I called corporate, who reflected the back order was even longer than the local store had last informed me it would be. At that point, I found the same couch unused for $150 cheaper on Craigslist and canceled my order. The Bend store is helpful but based on my experience with Ashley Home Furnishings I will be buying future furniture elsewhere.
Ned greeted us at the door and was very helpful, courteous, informative, and above all, patient. We looked at every living room and dining set in the store and then a few on their website. We purchased a sofa, recliner and dining set. We intend to return for some side tables, lamps etc after we move into our new home in June. We will be asking for Ned.

Isabel at Ashley was so helpful! After a very negative experience with another Ashley location that involved months of getting the run around, unreturned phone calls and a complete lack of customer service, I was pleasantly surprised to have such an attentive salesperson at Ashley Bend. Isabel helped locate the missing piece of our sectional and got it for us very quickly. She is kind and helpful and follows up quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!!
Shopped for a living room set and Isabel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We have had to wait for the pieces but nothing we didn’t know from the start of our purchase experience, which we don’t mind the wait for some great quality pieces of furniture. I would definitely recommend shopping here, and most definitely requesting Isabel as she was very knowledgeable about inventory and demonstrating pieces throughout the store that would be of interest.
My experience was only negative. Tried to purchase a mattress numerous problems along the way, ultimately I had to cancel my order and go somewhere else.Starting in early Mar, a gentlemen from this Ashley store quoted me a mattress, fine, we thought we'd shop around then purchase it online for ease. Great customer service. Great variety of items. We didn't know for sure if we wanted a loveseat or 2 chairs but the gal was very knowledgeable about everything we asked about. She asked for our input on items as well as she was new and wanted to be able to share our opinions with other customers.

Mark is amazing. My wife and I went in to just waste some time and browse. We ended up leaving with the couch we had been talking about getting for a couple of years. This is all thanks to the integrity and honesty that mark has. He made it a fun experience and would highly recommend him to all my family and friends!
We bought a table from Ashley a few months a ago. The guys that showed up to deliver it didn’t realize we had paid for it to be delivered and assembled and were annoyed they had to set up the table. They ended up dropping the centerpiece on the table, putting a gouge in the top of it. We called to get it repaired and even that was a pain in its self! We scheduled 3 different times for them to pick up, and they called the day of, with excuses as to why that day was actually not going to work. When they finally did pick up our dining table to be repaired, we were told it shouldn’t be longer than a week. That was 2 MONTHS AGO. We have 3 kids, and often have guest over. We need a dinner table. We finally called, asking for our money back and was told that was not an option. We are not happy with our experience with Ashley and I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about buying furniture from them, to look elsewhere.

WORST STORE EVER. I cannot believe how terrible everyone is at their JOB. My orders have been canceled, changed, rescheduled about 20 times, not exaggerating, and no one ever knows “what happened”. I’ve talked to 6 different people and they “make notes” and somehow, they don’t get saved, so my orders get canceled or delayed again. Going on 5 months now and I still don’t have my replacement tv stand entertainment center (the first one was broken/faulty and the bridge was never delivered with the order. It got “escalated” to some manager who literally had me on the phone while PRAISING the store employee on their “service” they provided. What!?!? If something is escalated up the ladder, it is because a customer is upset, NOT pleased. If I could give negative points/stars, there wouldn’t be enough to showcase how awful this company is. I will NEVER shop there again and I have advised all of my friends to steer clear as well.
My boyfriend and I went to Ashley HomeStore to get a couch for our new apartment. We met Mark Harvey who was very helpful from the minute we walked in. Ashley furniture in Bend. Your only saving grace is Victoria Ramon. After 5 months of getting the runaround, she got in a truck and delivered my furniture herself. Other than the day I finally received my furniture, the entire process of purchasing furniture from you was a nightmare. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Purchased a sofa and recliner at the end of September. Started paying for it in October. Didn't receive the sofa until January 28. No one will tell you you're going to be waiting for months for your purchase to arrive. And then, to be honest, while I am thrilled to finally have a couch, it isn't that well made. You can feel the wood edges on the recliner footrests so you have to position your feet so they aren't resting on it or it hurts. Would give -10 stars if I could.
We ordered in October, told it would be approximately 6 weeks, and still haven't received all of our furniture (end of January.) They cancelled our delivery today because they can't deliver furniture on a sunny day with 3" of snow in Central Oregon. Too much snow in the driveway the driver claimed. The truck was literally at our driveway and had to drive through worse roads in Bend to get there. Then cancelled. They pushed our delivery to February and did not seem to care about today's experience or another delay. Not a lot of try or service once they have your money.
The Bend store rep Mark was super helpful and used every possible avenue to help me find the piece I was looking for and help me figure out when it might arrive, despite slowdowns due to COVID. It's not everyday some is that helpful and frank, and I appreciate it!

I would give no stars if I could. I bought a sectional coach for over $3000 last year and it is already worn out and uncomfortable. I’m about ready to get rid of it and buy a new coach. I also purchased a night stand in September and never received. They charged my Ashley’s credit card and won’t refund me. All their furniture seems to fall apart after a year. Wish I would have purchased from elsewhere since I’m having to repurchase now.

We paid for the 'white glove' delivery and setup for $399.99 for a couch and love seat. We received a call from the delivery driver saying he was loaded up and headed our way. About an hour and a half later someone from the office called us and said the delivery got canceled because the driver ran into a foot of snow that hadn't been plowed. Since we had promised our neighbors our old couches today, we needed to get our new furniture. We borrowed a cargo trailer and drove the two hours to Bend encountering dry roads with a couple of wet areas. The only snow we encountered on a paved surface was when we had to walk across the handicapped parking space at the Ashley store in Bend. We met with Mark, the manager, and a couple of other staff where they told us they would not refund the $399.99 for delivery and setup because they attempted to deliver. If you want the used car dealership experience but can't afford to buy a used car right now, then I recommend you buy some furniture from Ashley in Bend. If not, then enter at your own risk.
BUYER BEWARE!! These are the times I am grateful for Yelp. Being mostly a kind and positive person I never imagined being the one to write bad reviews HOWEVER, I wish I would have looked up the reviews on this business before wasting my time. TWO WEEKS to be exact, with lie after lie, delay after delay and nothing to show for it in the end. It went from please wait, you'll get 40% off, to please wait longer and get 50% off, to it got sold out from under you, to FINALLY we would not have that ready for a month and a half now - and o by the way you do not get what WE PROMISED YOU (the 40% off or anything off at all.) The staff is completely unmanaged and the management is shady and uneducated. The young sales lady had more initiative to look on truck shipments to estimate a wait time whereas the manager actually asked "How would I know when that is coming in?" Oh ya Mr. manager, your young, new and untrained staff member already had the wherewithal to look it up. Turns out looking it up didn't help anyhow. Don't even get me started on the second manager!! NO MORAL COMPASS.DO NOT BUY HERE unless you want LIE after LIE and a headache. Special mention to MARK. What a horrible business person, just being honest. In the end, I am grateful I did not give my hard earned money to this establishment.
We ordered a living room furniture set and a bedroom set $7k worth of furniture in September. It is now December and we are getting ready to cancel our order. Every time we call the store we get a different pushed out date of when our furniture will arrive. We were originally told our furniture would deliver at the beginning of October. We called 3 times in the same week at some point and the delivery date was different every time. Pushed out by 2 weeks or more every time. Now being told it will arrive sometime in January but still don't know a date because we still aren't getting a straight answer about arrival dates just keep getting excuses about Covid. 2 & 1/2 months later Covid is no longer an excuse. In the meantime, as we have an Ashley Furniture card we put the purchases on, we were charged the full amount of our order and began receiving bills for furniture we don't know we'll ever get within a few weeks of our purchase. We tried to contact corporate and what a waste of time. After being passed to 3 different people, they gave us the phone number for the original store that we purchased the furniture from. No one has any accountability for anything at Ashley Furniture Bend or Ashley Furniture corporate. Sadly, have purchased many items from other locations in the past. This is the first time I've had this kind of problem but it will be the last time we have this issue with Ashley Furniture as after this debacle, they have proven that they don't deserve our business.

Our couch is still missing one piece. We were told 4-6 weeks. It’s been 9 weeks now. We would be okay if we got an honest answer when it will arrive. We have checked in 3 times and nobody had any idea of when it arrives. Is there not any communication within the company?
Buying a table from Ashley Home Store has been a nightmare. We bought a table that was supposedly in stock in the warehouse so we wouldn't have to wait to get it because of "covid". Everything is because of "covid". We paid for the "white glove delivery" so it would be delivered and set up in our home. Three weeks later they deliver our furniture. When they open the box for the table, it was broken. Not freight damaged as the box was in good condition. So now we are still waiting for another table. This started the first of October and it doesn't look like we are going to have a table by Thanksgiving. I've called and stopped in and always gets the same story and a fictitious date of when it suppose to arrive. I will not shop at Ashley Homestore again. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

If I could provide less than 1 star i would. This place is FULL of lies. I ordered my dining set on labor day. Was told it would take a month to be delivered. Delivery day came and I was told they have my table but only 4 of the 6 chairs I ordered and the rest would be delivered the following week. ok. The drivers show up and they have the WRONG table. then they bring the chairs which are incredibly wobbly and are DIRTY. I paid a lot of money to not receive dirty wobbly chairs. The delivery agent REFUSED to fix one of the wobbly chairs. They also tracked dirt all inside my house (so much for white-glove delivery) I was told by Ashley &"don&'t worry we will replace all chairs next week, just hang on to these for now and they will all be swapped out.&" next week came no chairs, told &"they didn&'t come in but I Promise they will be here next week i can see them on the truck&" next week came NO CHAIRs. but was told again i can see in the inventory that we have over 200 coming and i promise they will be here. Next week came and guess what no chairs. Now im told they will be on the truck for tomorrow. I ask to speak to a manager because this is obviously getting ridiculous to be told repeatedly that &"chairs are in the mail&" I am told by the gruff man on the phone that he is the manager and doesn&'t have time for this because he has other customers. So basically I am not a customer because I already purchased? I was then told that he will leave a message for my SALES REP to call me. So a manager does not want to assist and instead decides to shuffle me back to a sales rep. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again. this is the worst experience I have ever had in furniture buying. DO NOT SHOP HERE
Yesterday I went into Ashley Store and was pleasantly surprised by the selection, and quality of their furniture 🛋️ 🪑 . We were assisted by Keeley who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Several other employees never even greeted us upon entering the store, never asked if we needed any help😡. However, Keeley is on the ball. Ask for her, you will be glad you did. Purchased several pieces that I am so in love with! Beautiful, and quality construction. Purchased a leather recliner September 2019 from Ashley’s in Portland. Within 6 months the color was totally coming off the chair arms. I contacted Ashley’s with no communication until after Covid 19, at which time after hundreds of phone calls and emails they sent out a guy to paint the arms. I said no that I wanted the arms replaced. Then a month later the recliner position motor totally quit. I again notified Ashley’s of my recliners total shutdown. All of this happened within my one year warranty with no return calls or emails. I was visiting my son in Bend when we went to the Bend Ashley’s and met Victoria, who then carefully listened to us and made a phone call in which she agreed to help me. She has been in constant contact with me to fix my recliner as soon as I get it to Bend. She is most courteous and a super problem solver. Next time I buy any piece of furniture it will be from Bend Ashley’s. and Victoria Ramon.
We walked in and were given a few minutes to look around before being asked if we had any questions. Which is perfect....Our salesperson was very knowledgable about the products and then gave us great detail about how long it would take to receive the items if ordered but then were told we may be able to purchase the one from the floor...which again was perfect and it only took one day to get it delivered!!! We have another coming in a week or so... they did a very good job and we will definitely go back!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have EVER experienced. We were lied to from the very first day we purchased a sofa from this store. The employees we had contact with were very dishonest and rude. When we requested a manager they refused to put one on the phone. (they said he went to the bank..an hour later we called back and were told there wasn't a manager working that day) We never did get to speak to a manager. So we canceled our order and will never step foot in this business again. Please beware.

My previous experience was terrible but I am now changing my review because this time I worked with Stacy Johnson and she not only treated me much better than the last sales person but also apologized for the terrible experience I had before. Went in to go look at a dresser and got told it would be 280 and confirm the price three times with the associate that was helping me, proceeded to go to the counter and finalize the deal and they made me look up the price on my phone which online it showed 384 then they suddenly changed their mind and decided that's what they needed for it...that's not exactly how I do business, unprofessional by making the customer look up the price on their own device and going back on their word.
I rarely write reviews but I feel like people need to hear the positive. My experience at Ashley's furniture in Bend has been exceptional. I'm a single guy so I needed all the help I could get furnishing a new home and my salesperson Siouxsie (awesome name) was amazing. I purchased a dining room table and then had to postpone delivery 35 days which they handled with grace. Then I bought a couch which ended up not fitting in the space and Siouxsie walked me through the entire store, asking questions until we found the perfect one. The switch out was seamless and quick. She even took the time to ask me to bring pictures in so she could get a better feel for the home. I will be back for end tables, art and rugs for sure. Well done!!!

From the first minute we walked into the store we were greeted by Briana who worked with us to find all the right furniture for our new home. She took time to get to know us and our style and our purpose of why we were buying. When we received our furniture at our home, Briana came along to make sure that everything went well. She was there for over 5 hours! The delivery crew Tim and Son were very professional and had eyes like hawks to make sure our furniture was in mint condition. We were on the lookout for a new sofa since we will be relocating to a new state and were pleased to find an Ashley HomeStore in the area. We found a sofa online, but decided to contact the store directly to ask some questions and discuss some of our concerns. With the kind assistance of sales representative, Isabel Soto, the process was so easy; we ordered the sofa and ottoman over the phone! We are looking forward to receiving our furniture soon.

We ordered a sofa from Ashley and we were told it would be in yesterday. While after I ordered it, we planned a family dinner for Christmas at our house. Grandmas, family, generally the kind of dinner where people, especially those over 70, prefer a sofa over sitting on the floor. I never got a call to say it was in, but was told when I ordered it that I might not because they were busy for the holidays. So I stopped in today to pick it up and was told that it was not only not in, but wouldn’t be for several more days. Some heads up would have been nice. Especially if it was a “truck breakdown” as I was told. Now, I am literally cancelling Christmas. Think about that. LITERALLY canceling Christmas on the day we were supposed to get together because Ashley could not let me know that my delivery was delayed. So thanks for that.
Dave Peccie, sales, was so helpful. My first order of a 2 piece sectional wouldn't fit up stairs for my apartment. Also, I had specific measurements that limited my choice of furniture. Dave, knowing I had trouble walking throughout the store, prepared ahead for my return visit. He showed me only what would work for me. I found exactly what I wanted to replace the sectional & I'm so excited for it to be delivered.
We dealt with Brianna she was excellent very attentive to our needs yet gave us space and time to look around. She also made great suggestions .

Ned was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped me with all of my outlandish questions and never made me feel like a problem. We worked with him twice before making the purchase and he was great. We werent pressured to purchase anything, but given all the facts and knowledge we needed. He even was patient while we chased after our 18 month old daughter. Definitely would still be going back and forth without his help!! Mark was wonderful! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was the reason we came back and purchased here at Ashley HomeStore. He didn't push us into anything and let us search around and we ultimately found exactly what we were looking for. We found lots of storage space and at the same time something we will use for many years to come.
Isabel was great , patient and friendly. . Knew everything about the furniture we had questions about got us a tape measure when we weren’t sure about length and showed us pictures on her tablet for color choices and configuration. Most importantly looked on line to find us the best price. Hope she is there next time we come in. Think we have a new furniture store.

Best price in Bend (we did our homework) She was so informative and covered all the bases. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We had the best experience today. David was our helper and he was amazing and so patient with us. We had some great laughs and after spending 3 hours in the store we ended up replacing almost every peice of furniture in our house. We shopped around at a few different furniture places and no one was on top of it like david. Thank you Ashley home store for the great experience and wonderful service.

On invoice it says “Call 8/9 to set up delivery. Called 8/9, said it wouldn’t ship til the 10th. Called the 10th - won’t ship til 13th. Called 13th. Won’t ship till 17th. Called 18th. Won’t ship till 20th. Arrive on 23rd. 5 weeks! Waited til delivery to do review thinking the service would warrant upgrade to rating. NOPE. Dudes scratched the wall, left styrofoam all over carpet and all stickers on the wood. Really disappointed.

Ashley's showroom is pretty well organized and the furniture isn't terrible. They have many options to select from. The only issue is that it feels like walking into a car dealership. Some salesman greets you and then they are your personal shadow. Not saying they aren't nice because they are. It's just similar to your dog obediently following you, but this way was quite uncomfortable. If we have any questions, we will ask you. Some people appreciate their space. We had to leave because my wife was weirded out.

I asked store to not run my credit as we are buying a home. 3 days later i now have an ashleys furniture account due to my outstanding credit. The store takes no fault in this. What poor customer service and traing of sales staff. Stay away from this company!!!!

Mark Harvey greeted us at the door in a very professional manner. His greeting was warm and friendly. He let us know about the sale pricing. What was a nice thing, he didn't hover like at a lot of furniture stores. But he was always close uf questions arose. After we picked the love seat sofa we wanted, Mark completely explained the protection program. The purchasing phase was fast and easy thanks to Mark and Angel. My wife and I will return to Ashley's again when new furniture is needed. Mark's attention to detail and his personnal interest is to be commended.
I am moving from Roseville Ca to Bend Or. I needed a new bedroom set and thought it would be easier to buy it there. One thing less to move. I have had such great service at the Ashley store here in Roseville I went in and asked them what they thought. I had looked up and found the set I liked and I saw it advertised somewhere cheaper at a couple places. I called the Bend store and spoke with a Sales Associate names Amy or Emily. I asked if she priced matched and she said they did and she would match my price. I had not found a place yet so I didn&'t give her my card. I was invited to a VIP event this weekend at the Roseville store for good customers where you get special pricing. I called the Bend store and unfortunately got Mark on the phone. He said they do not price match period. I asked even if it&'s advertised at another Ashley store? I told him he could call the sales associate in Roseville and he would tell him what price he was giving me. He Boldly interrupted me and said &"you are not a VIP customer here&"! I asked him if he was the manager because I couldn&'t believe a manager would speak to a customer the way he was speaking to me, he kept interrupting me and He said he was the manager but later he finally said he was an assistant-manager. He told me that if I was a good customer here then I probably have everything I need and won&'t be buying much from him anyway. He told me to go buy it in Roseville and have my movers pack it up and move it to Bend. He kept telling me over and over I am not a VIP customer and there is no way that store will ever give me VIP pricing that is only meant for there VIP customers. I asked him who his manager was and he told me his name and he said don&'t worry I will get to him before you do this isn&'t California we do things different in Bend then hung up on me. Well I have lived in Bend before and Bend is one of the most customer friendly places I have ever lived. I have been in sales most my life and would never ever speak to a customer or treat a customer the way he did to me. Shame on you Mark. It&'s not even about the discount it is how you treated me and spoke to me,unbelievable.UPDATE After all this Abby called me to apologize for a bad experience she has been helping me ever since she has been wonderful to work with. She gets things done and makes me feel like a VIP a customer like everyone should feel. When I went in to purchase in the way out Mark said he didn&'t care if he lost a sale there are other customers. What a horrible salesperson. If you go in go see Abby she will take care of you! FYI the manager of the store never returned any of my calls either which I also believe is poor business:(.
Ned was a pleasure to work with! He greeted me right away at the door and shared the monthly sales specials. I came in search of a desk, found one, and because of Ned’s willingness to talk patiently with me and my fiancé around the features of your various products and protection services, we ended up buying a new complete living room set with a protection plan. What’s better? He helped us understand our different financing options and wasn’t afraid to ask his boss for an exceptions or other specials that could be made. He even explained the different things that were covered by protection insurance and how if we don’t use it, it can be refunded as store credit down the road. Next time I’m looking for furniture, I’m calling ahead to ask for Ned.

They agreed to take my old furniture. They were unable to on delivery as they had a full truck. I was told to call back later and arrange a pickup. When I called to arrange the pickup they refused to do it. Had they not lied to me about it I could have made other arrangements before delivery. Now I am stuck with 2 sets of LR furniture. Integrity is everything. I am giving one star because 0 is not an option.

We were able to get in on one of their sales and get some new bedroom and dining room table. After several months of using it we have found that we are very happy with the products that we got from Ashley&'s home store. And will look there again should we need more furniture in the future.
