The worst experience I've ever had in my life with furniture first.They tell me to weeks and then it's been almost 2 months.Then they tell me between 1215 and 315.So I take the day off of work to wait for furniture and here i wait and I still have no furniture and not a single phone call.This is the worst customer service.I would never recommend anyone ever use this place!!!!!

We visited the Corvallis Ashley Store and were immediately greeted by Abel Narvaez. We browsed the large variety of recliners and bedroom furniture we were looking for. Once we found what we wanted, Abel facilitated the ordering and delivery for our items. Lots of choices in the store. Competitive pricing. We enjoyed our experience.

The Corvallis store did a good job taking care of me when there was a mistake made with my delivery that was placed online and not with their store. It was marked drop ship even though the no hassle delivery handle been paid for. Although it was no the Corvallis stores mistake Amanda made sure a team came out and promptly fixed the mistake as well as worked on getting a refund for the delivery. She was extremely helpful. I then followed up with a purchase with Abel who made sure I was well taken care of. Gianna was also extremely helpful making sure the delivery was set, answering questions I had and communicating the delivery window so I didn’t have to wait around all day. I will definitely be back to purchase more. Thank you Amanda, Abel and Gianna for making sure I was well taken care of!

Do NOT buy from here. If you don’t cancel order or return within 48 hours then you cannot make any returns. Tried returning side tables that I got shipped to my hours well past the 48 hours of purchasing and was told I couldn’t return it. Horrible service and I will never be buying from Ashley again I can’t tell if this place is an absolute joke or not… I tried reaching out to the “owner” after they responded to my original comment and was met with a message that the email doesn’t even exist. Just seems like a message they put out to make it seem like they’re taking care of the problem.

We purchased a table and chairs from these guys and was promised it would take 3 weeks to get delivered. 3 weeks came and went and now they keep saying it's on back order. These guys will do anything for a sale, go somewhere else if you want your furniture.

Sold me a chair they don't have! Told me it would arrive Dec 3rd and when I called to see when it would be delivered they said oh sorry that's on back order, with no date set to be available. So when were you going to call and tell me that? Says nothing umm hello then when I spoke with a manager he tried to sell me a recliner for the same price with less features. No thanks. So I edited my previous review because sorry not sorry do better Corvallis Ashley's.

Staff was helpful, worked with me to resolve a delivery issue and refund. Their delivery department has had major issues in September. But the store employees were helpful and considerate despite this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! I really do mean it until they figure out the transition issues!!(as they say). I ordered on 9/7 and scheduled delivery for 10/2 and got a call on 10/3. I thought I got the whole order! Guess what? Only two items out of 5 and one item was damaged!!! The rest might be available in the warehouse on 10/21 and 10/30!!!!! Which means 5-7 days on top of that to get it delivered!! They emailed their supervisor and cc me in that and I got no response yet!! Still have the damaged item and no clue when they will take it back nor for sure when the rest will be delivered!! They have told me they deliver stuff together, but they changed that policy with their new owners. It is messy situation right now! Now I went through the reviews and saw folks have similar problems in the last reviews.

BUYER BEWARE. They took our money on 9/8. Said it would be delivered 9/25. No one answers at the store, no delivery call, no one answers the customer service line! So we paid $2600 for furniture and have NO ANSWERS to where it’s at.
Terrible experience. My delivery was changed twice. Then received part of my order. The rest of my order just disappeared...no one could track its whereabouts. Ended up cancelling the rest of the order and buying from Costco. Avoid this company at all costs!
I ordered two couches on 9/2, and have waited two weeks for them to be delivered. Now they're saying that they won't be delivered for another two-three weeks because of confusion with new ownership. Not acceptable when I've paid over $100 for shipping. Update 9/21: I was told that the delivery company would call me to reschedule but no one has contacted me. I called the store and was told by Joseph Herbert that they would call me, and no one has called. I don't have a delivery date, and no one is calling me back about it.

Would NEVER recommend using this store. Our couch arrived damaged (looks like it came off a showroom floor) and we had to call the store multiple times to try to get a replacement. At this point, we want the damaged couch picked up and we will go somewhere else. We keep getting told the manager will call back. He delivery was July 5th. It's the 29th. We told them a replacement needed to be here by the 31st for our guests. It's time to reverse charges.
I went into the store with John Hurley my roommate to buy this bed and when delivered it was delivered damage, we returned it to the store box rattling delivery people dropped it down a staircase. The store has it back as shown in the photos. Here’s my receipt 1500+ dollars that they refuse to issue a refund on and they would like to act as if we are going to go away, we will not go away. Legal action will be taken if a refund isn’t issued We’ve already filed a dispute with our credit card company. What more does it take for Ashley furniture to do the right thing when they have their items back they’re in the photo in the we Possess no items we want a complete refund immediately The manager of this store said he already issued a refund, which was a complete lie it has not been done, Issue a refund to a Customer who won’t be coming back to Ashley because of what you’ve done and how you’ve dealt with it.
Sales order # 160044160 1519.98 bed purchased , upon delivery, you dropped it down the stairs. I returned it to your store. All items purchased, returned. No refund has been issued. I have disputed the credit card charges as fraudulent due to not receiving the items as agreed non-damaged. I want a full refund as Ashley furniture has no basis to have not already refunded this money when the items were both returned to your store and we took pictures Of those items sitting in your store with your employee, taking photos of us, leaving those items in your store it was bad enough that your delivery drivers dropped the items then cuss at us , but then to have your in store employees be rude to us Is unacceptable. We’re done being Ashley customers. I have edited this review shame For trying to answer this dishonestly, as if I’m not a customer here are the receipts And the order number issue a complete refund immediately!@!

I thought all was good until it came time for delivery. The store didn’t tell me that we had to move the bed out before the movers got to my house. When I found this out, I called the store to explain to them that moving the bed was not a possibility. My husband was going to be home alone and couldn’t move it on his own. I was told that they were sorry but I had 2 choices….change delivery dates or cancel the order. I canceled the order and she didn’t seem to care at all.

Overall a bad experience. The lady that helped us tried to do her job. The iPad invoice system they use was full of problems and took 45 min to do a simple transaction. The manager on duty acted like he did not care to sell anything. We actually felt bad for our salesperson.

I came in with my kids a couple weekend's ago and Nora was very helpful and patient. We didn't find the right sofa's in stock, but Nora was able to help us find the right two online. My kids are now sold on the "NASA Beds" so I'll have to be back into to buy them or I won't hear the end of it! Great service/sales without the pressure!

The shopping portion has been wonderful. I had come in with a list of a couple of options that fit my needs that I saw online. I worked with Daniel. I had planned to come back on the weekend when they were having a sale event. Daniel took my info and said he would look into options that fit what I want. I came back and on the weekend and ended up picking out my set. Daniel made it easy. I appreciated that he listened and had patience to find what I wanted. Can't wait for delivery!
I ordered a couch here and had an absolutely HORRENDOUS experience. First of all, they messed up my address even though I confirmed it in person, and over the phone 3 time. I took off a full day of work just to wait for the couch and they never came. I called the store and they were extremely unhelpful. They rescheduled my delivery without even confirming it with me, and they didn't come AGAIN. I have no idea where my couch even is, all they're telling me is that it's on one of the trucks. The store managers were extremely rude and hung up the phone on me and told me different things each time I called. I understand they are contracted with a third party shipping, but my issue is that they were rude and uncommunicative.

I just wanted to thank Stephanie at the Corvallis Ashley Furniture store. I came in last Friday and she gave me some great advice and helped me figure out some decorating ideas I had for my living room. She was very friendly and super helpful.
i went shopping there 02/25/24 evening looking to buy a mattress for the first time. The sale associate Daniel and the male manager on the floor was very helpful! (I never got the managers name but he said hes been there for a while) Super kind and understanding. He listened to the problems my partner and i had with out current mattress and was really patient with us while we debated on beds. The pair has good energy and it kept us relaxed. There was a slight misunderstanding, meaning i had the wrong idea on how the financing was gunna work, and they explained it to me until i understood what was going on. and i mean, they answered the dumb and repeat questions without any sign of annoyance or attitude. im clearly disabled and queer and i felt perfectly comfortable with the staff. they even went out of their way to make sure i was getting a good deal so i could still get pillows with my mattress. it was an excellent experience and i went home happy 😃

We came in looking for a new Sofa Bed. Nora was very informative and very easy to work with. We made our purchase with her and it was a seamless transaction.
Everyone was kind and helpful on helping me find what I was looking for. Even if something was taking a little time to happen (i.e. program to pay was going slow) they apologized for it taking so long even though they couldn't do anything about it. When I went to pick up my item the next day, they remembered me and helped get my item on the rollers to make it easier to get my item to my car.
Went to look at a chair that was on their website. Don't stock it, have to order it. Want to try before I buy. So, off to another store.
ZERO STARS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE I purchased a very expensive recliner for my mother at this particular store a few years ago during the pandemic, and the sales rep was great. When my mom and I came in to shop back then, we didn’t know that it was just a show room, and we were told shipping (due to the pandemic) was backed up for months. Fortunately, we were able to purchase the item on display, and my mom absolutely loved it. My mom passed away 13 days ago, and I thought I would swing by to see if there might be another recliner available that I could fit in my mom’s, now vacant, bedroom. The website said the store was open until 8 p.m., and I was there a couple of hours before said closing time. I walked up to the building, and a gentleman was standing right out in front of the door. It looked like he was closing up for the evening, so I kindly asked, “Are you still open?” He very rudely replied, “For what?” I said, “To look around.” Again, he rudely replied saying, “I’ve got furniture and appliances. What do you want?” I said, "I'm interested in furniture." (All the while, he's standing in the middle of the doorway entrance.) He replied again with something snarky, and I ultimately walked away after saying, “Forget it, dude.” Now, if the business was closed, all he needed to do was say that, but the website says the business is open until 9 p.m. every evening except for Sundays (8 p.m.). I took a snapshot of the hours showing on the website while sitting in the parking lot after this happened. It looked like the gentleman took off about 10 minutes later as I was drafting this review in the movie theater parking lot next door. I think this might be the 2nd Google Review I’ve ever posted in my life. I never post reviews unless I’m overly impressed or incredibly disappointed, and even in those cases, it has to be an extreme feeling of either of those positions for me to post anything. I’m not sure what went on here tonight, but I won’t be going back. This was the last place (during the pandemic, as I mentioned earlier) that I publicly shopped at with my mom before she passed. It was kind of a sentimental thing for me to come back here again tonight. Clearly, I'm extremely disappointed. I don’t care if this was the owner or an employee. The company should be ashamed. A simple explanation of what that was all about and an apology, and I'll remove this negative review. I don't get pleasure in writing things like this, but from my perspective, this type of experience is unacceptable.

I bought a chair last August I still love and am waiting for them to go on sale again. It is very comfortable and I particularly like the fabric. It was and is a favorite color.

We like the show room, the store looks nice and set up well. Staff was incredibly slow. We were the only ones in the store and saw what we wanted immediately. It took 30 minutes for three employees to check us out… the whole experience should have been 5 minutes. In short, We like the furniture selection and store but the employees need training
Dalisa was awesome! My new coach and table is fabulous!!! The customer service with the credit account was absolutely deplorable! I made every single payment on time and paid Extra every month And they closed my account with no explanation. When I called customer service to try and resolve the issue, I was just faced with a rude representative who refused to go over my account and just said they had a right to close it if they wanted to absolutely unacceptable. Do not use this company!

The lady that helped me never even introduced herself. She lead me over to a kiosk where she told me that to receive the 0 interest financing, 30% down, I had to prequalify. So I started and completed the questions on the screen. A little printer printed a receipt and the instructions were take it to the counter. As soon as I get back to her a third time I asked if that would be a hard inquiry. Then she proceeded to tell me since I filled out the whole questionnaire, yes it would be a hard inquiry. My fiancé and I decided to stop by today to look at living room sets and were even considering a bedroom set as well. No one greeted us, no one asked if wanted help, and they were all gathered at the little information center just talking away. Customers besides us were not greeted as well. That unfortunately turned me off. Clearly they have no interest in sales and making money and missed out on selling two entire sets.

Came in to buy a sectional and other furniture asked about items guy at the counter too busy on his phone on utube or whatever to answer questions when he did for finally answer my wife he was put out, then went back to his phone and ignored us we promptly left no wonder the place was empty

Edit: my mattress order has been delayed three times. It’s now been two months. I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. It’s a real shame that this furniture store doesn’t carry any furniture to deliver within a reasonable amount of time. When I entered the store, both employees were lounging on the furniture. One appeared to be asleep. They didn’t get up to show me the area of the store where the mattresses are located. Just pointed. Once we chose a mattress to purchase, the person helping me was unsure how to process the transaction since he wasn’t technically a sales person. He said they had sent all the sales people home (it was the middle of the work day when I was there.)

My Husband and I had purchased our couches from this Ashley about a year ago and we had a great experience. However, this time around our experience was far from pleasant. The only reason I actually purchased anything from this location was because of the price of the table. Customer service wise, this store has A LOT of work to do. No one greeted us while we were shopping and when we had decided on the table we wanted to purchase we had to find someone to help us and we felt like we were just interrupting the employees conversation. The guy who helped us didn’t say anything to us other than asking for our information. No personality whatsoever. I was really disappointed with the customer service at this location. This has not been my experience at other Ashley’s stores.
Called the store to ask if they had bedroom dressers in stock...was told yes. We drove to Corvallis to take a look. No one got up to help us. Ok, fine. We approached the counter. The man in glasses still did not help as his phone was more important. My husband finally asked for prices on some sets and he told us they were on them already on signs. I let him know they weren't posted and I could tell I irritated him. He got up to look and well I was right. They weren't posted. One set he couldn't give me a price because he won't know until Monday? What? Terrible customer service. We fully anticipated purchasing today.

After searching in several furniture stores in Salem and Albany, including the Ashley’s furniture in Salem, I was awed by the variety of pieces, setup of their merchandise, and the wonderful service that Cassie Gilton provided. Ashley employees in the store were great. However our delivery date was pushed back because an item was out of stock even though it was in stock at the time we placed the order. The delivery charge was high and we were expecting top notch service. However there was a language barrier with the delivery crew and they were unable to understand what we needed and they were more concerned with doing things fast rather than doing them to our satisfaction.

They didn't have it in store but they were able to pull it up online and get it ordered. They were able to get me schedule for delivery two weeks out which is super fast! The sales associate on site wasn't very helpful when we asked about a certain set that needed to be ordered. We ordered the furniture, but it had zero to do with her or any "help" we received. The delivery fee is astronomical. All in all, not great, but we got the furniture we wanted, only because we looked it up ourselves.
Other than one salesman named lance, the manger was rude. A young gal was rude. My walls were damaged in delivery. A piece was covered in mud and I’m missing a piece I ordered. Local store not helpful. Love the couches though.

This has been the worst furniture buying experience I have ever been a part of. We bought a couch a few weeks back, and we were told everything was in stock and ready to be delivered on the 3rd of December. Got a email asking me to confirm the delivery date, which I did right away. Next day we received an email stating they couldn’t fulfill the order and pieces of the couch were back ordered. I have now talked to, customer service, the store and the salesperson. All of which said I would receive a phone call within 48 hours. Well the last person I talked to was on Friday, the 2nd of December. It is now Thursday the 8th. Still no phone call
Really great staff. I’ve come in a few times before and usually I keep my distance from sales people but the gentleman and sales manager gal were very helpful. I read through reviews and they used to have problems with delivery due to covid but it seems to have gotten better. And the staff was not too pushy which was nice for a change cause I’ve gone to local furniture shops where they just wanted to push me into buying the most expensive thing. At this store, they told me that furnitures a huge investment and they want to get me something I’ll love. Any poor reviews must be miserable people just trying to get attention. I had a horrible experience with the Roseville California Ashley Store once the sales person found out I was buying furniture for our Oregon home. She dumped us. However, she had no idea if I was just buying it and hauling it up there. I walked out and called the Corvallis Oregon Ashley store and got the BEST sales person named Lance. He listened to me complain about the California store and jumped in to help me. He was amazing he worked with me and was no pressure and very patient. He was so patient that he had to send me the payment link 4 times and never acted like I was bothering him. I am definitely going to buy the rest of my house's furniture from the Corvallis location and all from Lance. He has no idea how difficult I could be as a customer but he handled my like a #1 sales person. Thank you Lance...
We live in Salem and decided to drive to this location rather than going to our local location because they had such great customer service both our sales rep Crew and store Manager Terry worked together to get us the best prices and extremely fast 3 day delivery.! Salem location was over 2 weeks. Very informative and happy to answer any questions.
I came in to look around for sleep number mattresses today but I found out Ashley’s doesn’t sell them. The manager Kayley showed me some cool alternatives including the Purple Mattress. It was really out of my price range but Kayley sent me some links to their financing so when I have a normal income, I could make payments with their financing. Thanks for the help!

I attempted to buy a couch at this Ashley HomeStore in Corvallis. Understanding that there were supply chain issues, we waited six months to receive the couch. The communications during this time-frame were copious, confusing, and unhelpful. Finally, we got a delivery appointment, but they didn't show up. Then we got a second delivery appointment. Again, no show. No one from the store or the trucking company communicated that they would not be delivering our couch on either occasion, resulting in two lost days of work. I was refused a cancellation and refund until they got the piece back in their possession (it was with the trucking company, I guess.) Since I wasn't going to count on their broken system any further, I disputed the charge with my CC and that was the end of it. Absolutely do not recommend. Also, I see that employees of this location are padding the Google reviews, which shows you that they can't count on receiving legitimate good reviews.
Best customer service. Stephanie was very helpful and the nicest customer service rep I have ever spoken to and she took care of me and my order! She had called me to see if I wanted my delivery sooner because it was running two weeks ahead of schedule! I was to excited so I said yes without even thinking and my room won't be ready for another week. I came in store to push my delivery back a week and Stephanie was very helpful. Kayley also helped me get a wishlist so I know what I want when I come back. I wish more people knew about this place! They were all great.

Came in to check out dinning room tables, not really sure what I wanted. Lance took me all around the store showing me different table choices until we found one we loved. Also ended up finding wall decor that went perfectly with the table we chose. If youre looking for furniture I highly recommend going in and having this guy help you out 🙌

I was hesitant to make a purchase at the Corvallis Ashley store due to the amount of poor reviews from people who had problems getting their deliveries. The sales rep, Lance Carter, was very helpful and reassured me the issue was corrected. True to his word, my couch arrived in three days and the delivery crew was very professional and efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase and will shop there again.
I haven't shopped for new furniture in so many yrs but after looking everywhere online for a sectional to fit in my new home, I saw Ashley Furniture one day and decided to stop by. I was not expecting to find the perfect sectional as soon as I walked into the store and specially for such a great price!! Kayley was my salesperson and she was so sweet and patient. I have an entire house to furnish and we were very put out by the fact that we politely told the salesman when we walked through the door that we just wanted to look and did not need any help yet he followed us through the entire store! Needless to say we walked out without buying a thing. Listen to what your customer wants and how they prefer to shop.

Just like the other reviewers, Ashley's of Corvallis took our money for a new bed, box, and frame back on Memorial Day weekend. They've given us delivery dates throughout the summer. And ALWAYS called just before and pushed it out another month. It happened AGAIN today. Now it's supposedly October. My poor mother has been using an old bed for decades. We pooled our money to finally get her something nice. At 70 she deserves it. There have been so many calls to costumer service... the whole thing is heartbreaking. She's really suffering. Both physically and financially. Who wants to pay interest for months and months on something you don't have?! And Ashley's just keeps sending those fliers...

Bait & Switch. Sales rep offered huge discount on Temperpedic base for my king mattress. I was worried because Temperpedic requires all retailers to charge the same price so I asked repeatedly for confirmation that I would get the base and remote he was showing me. The base arrived and they set it up (I wasn't home so had my mom let them in). Sure enough, it was a much cheaper base and remote. The manager blamed it on a "mistake" by the sales rep and suggested he just ordered it wrong but they would make it right. Then when he realized how much money was involved he said he couldn't honor the sale but would accept a return for a full refund. That's nice, but what a waste of my time. The sales rep either lied outright (bait and switch), or was incompetent and shouldn't be on the sales floor without someone else checking his work. Huge waste of my time. Just to be clear, upon checking, Temperpedic does in fact require all retailers to charge the same price. That is the kind of knowledge that even a new sales rep would be taught day one. "You cannot discount Temperpedic." This was obviously an outright lie on behalf of the sales rep.
You cannot reach the store. After two weeks of calling Everday I reached a corporate office member who also tried..The corporate member could not reach them by phone either. She then sent them an email stating that they need to call me. Again, no call. I had to drive 1.5 hours to the store to talk to anyone. I asked if they had received my delivery. They said they had received only one delivery that day. Guess what, it was mine. Would they have called me? absolutely not. This is the worst store by far of any Ashley stores we have dealt with. I told the same to the assistant manager. He had no response. It took me 10 months to get my order. Every time I got notice that it was on its way to the warehouse, it disappeared. Instead some other store robbed it from the warehouse. I am so disappointed, no words can describe.
**Edit: August 2022** We ordered two rooms of furniture on Memorial Day weekend. It is now mid-August and we still do not have a single piece of furniture. When trying to get information on status, I have never been given the same answer twice. I was given a delivery date for 8/17 and, when I called four days before to confirm, was told it was NOT 8/17 and given a whole different explanation on delivery timeline to our address. Was told I'd be contacted that evening with confirmed delivery info. You guessed it, Four days later and I haven't heard a word from them. I'm tempted to bump rating down to one-star from five. However, I think poor fulfillment & delivery of orders is because store staff doesn't have sufficient tools from Ashley corporate. At the same time, staff should follow through on promises to call and should be working harder to get TWO ROOMS of furniture in our home and not sitting in a warehouse in another state. June 2022: The staff at Ashley Homestore in Corvallis were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Work only with the staff there -- the 800# & 800# customer service for Ashley are a complete nightmare. Luckily, after we spent hours of horror on the phone with 800#, a quick call to the Corvallis store cleared things up within minutes. That staff is a dream and we cannot wait to get our new furniture!

The issues with delivery dates that I’ve read here are indicative of supply chain issues that everyone is dealing with around the world. Yeah they suck but it doesn’t mean it’s the stores’ fault. However, the specific item that I was looking for could only be purchased online so I can’t associate my purchase with the wonderful sales team here. Seems dumb to me.
Great furniture. Terrible customer service. We’ve been waiting for several months for our furniture. Then a Corvallis employee told us our things would be delivered on a certain date, so we sold our old things to clear out the room. Of course the delivery never happened. We were told the employee was mistaken. Then it turns out, the shipper hadn’t even picked the pieces up. Then Ashley stopped answering their phones at the Corvallis store. If you want Ashley furniture, drive up to Salem, but be prepared to wait a while due to supply chain and shipping issues no matter what. Meanwhile, our living room has patio furniture in it and we both have back spasms. Thanks, Ashley.
We ordered our couch back in August last year, with an Ashley Advantage card. They ordered our couch first without charging us, then months later, they did charge the couch. We signed all the paperwork allowing them to charge us and they said it was good to go, that we would be billed the month it got delivered. Well, they never processed the paperwork, now it has been 10 months and they are saying that we owe all the money up front or they will send us to collections. all because someone forgot to turn the paperwork in. We completely lost our kitchen due to flooding and they told us to either re apply for credit or pay up front, and we can't do either right now. So now our credit is being attacked due to their lack of responsibility. do not ever buy from these people.
I placed an order 6 months ago for an item that was listed in Stock. Still nothing. I have to call the store for updates and have someone call me. no one ever does. 3 months ago they said that the item was in their warehouse and I would be getting a call next week to work out delivery. 2 months ago they said that the item was in the warehouse and I would get a call from the trucking company soon to work out the delivery. Last month I they said it was in the warehouse just waiting to be picked up. Today I called and they said that they expected it in a week. Each time I ask for the manager to call, who by the way, helped me place the order. He does not usually call me. It is so frustrating to work with ASHLEY Home Furnishing. BTW I started this order on line back in Ocbober and finally switched the first of the year to a loca store. Same company, same problem. My wife and I have ordered in the past over $30,000 in furnishings. Never again. They lost a good customer.
The employees at this location are extremely nice, however there seems to be a lot of breakdowns in communication. After being told we'd receive our order in 4-6 weeks it ended up taking closer to 16. On top of that it was delivered damaged. We were told someone would contact us in 24-48 hours to get everything fixed. That didn't happen so after waiting a few weeks I called and a tech was sent out, but our furniture ended up needing to be replaced. Our replacement was supposed to arrive the following weekend and after waiting all day for the delivery no one showed up. I called and found out that the manager decided to cancel our delivery. No one contacted us about that decision, so the day was wasted. After a bit of back and forth we finally received our replacement set only for it to be damaged as well. At this point I feel like I've just wasted my time and money.

The Sales Manager CHANDLER is unable to pull up my invoice or receipt due to a change in their system, not my issue. I then asked to have my Warranty replacement on my full zip mattress cover taken care of at the store level, because he wasn't able to provide me my order information. He said no. I then asked to contact the district manager, he said no. I then asked to have the district manager call me, he said no. CHANDLER IS A VERY CONFUSING MANAGER, NOT ONLY IS HE NOT empowered to make executive decisions at a store level, he's also incapable and unwilling to partner with his leadership support to find a resolution. Not a great manager or business owner. Please Ashley corporate reach out to me directly.
My mom has been waiting on parts of a bed frame for 6 months.. they can't tell her where it is.. we have called and drove there several times..

We ordered an entire bedroom set and after 3 months they are unable to deliver it to us because they don't know where it is. Very poor communication, they never answer the phone when I call. Very poor service in person as well. They are more than happy to sell you furniture, but don't seem to be able to get the furniture to you. Customer Service center is a joke and of no help. After 3 months we are cancelling our order. Very disappointing experience. Hard to believe they stay in business.

Terribly unproffesional. Ordered a bedroom set, and had to reschedule due to covid. The day came to receive the new furnishings and I hadn't received any calls from the store or the delivery drivers so I decided to call them. The store said they had scheduled for a different date than the one I had been told and now some of the pieces won't be here until April. I had to request a day off from work and now I don't have my furniture and lost a day's worth of pay... I will never buy from Ashley again.
Ordered two couches and an ottoman in July 2021. It's now January 2022 and there's no sign of it. Delivery was originally promised in October because of shipping delays. The store won't return phone calls and since December phone calls get re-routed to a national call center with long wait times and robotic humans reading off a script that aren't helpful at all. They don't even call with the shipping delays anymore, I'll call the day of supposed delivery and the auto reply system tells me it's yet another month out. Will never shop here again.
Brandon is a complete nightmare. Still haven't received our refund for over a month. Everyone told us we would get our check in two days and after hearing that every two days for 2 weeks, they tell us they barely sent it out. But can't let us know when it's coming. They are shady and quite frankly they might be into some sketchy stuff.
I ordered a sectional in Feb 2021, delivery was slow but I understood because, you know, supply chain issues. The sectional was finally delivered in June but it was the WRONG one! Months went by with little or no information. I would call and no one would return my call, or they would say it’s scheduled to be delivered soon. I finally cancelled my order in Jan 2022 when they again postponed my order by another month. I would give them zero stars except that they finally refunded my money. I will not shop here again.
We recently moved to Corvallis, and we wanted to upgrade our bed frame, and we ended up at Ashley's, thinking about maximizing quality and warranty. Also, we bought the additional insurance for the furniture to avoid further problems. My wife and I waited about two months to get the bed frame, which was poorly assembled, and it broke within two months of use. We went to claim our bedframe guarantee, and it turned out that the warranty probably was not going to cover the bed frame because we caused the damage. Ashley told us that, for that instance, we needed to claim the insurance, telling us that we broke the bed because we abused it. Finally, we filled the guarantee claim about two weeks ago. Since then, they haven't contacted us, and we haven't heard back from them, and the bed is still broken. It's almost X-mas, and we don't have a bed to sleep in. Thank you Ashley!
We purchased our couch a few months ago and were told to call in 2 days to find out when it would be delivered. No one answered or returned our calls so we had to drive there. Scheduled a delivery time with the manager, received multiple text confirmations, and then never received the couch. Had to go back to the store where they blamed us for not answering their calls. Even after we showed them our phone records that showed we did not receive any calls from Ashley's, they did not apologize. Scheduled another time for delivery (with the manager), and again did not receive the product. We ended up canceling our order after no help was given and it was clear they were not going to be able to deliver the merchandise. Would not go back, staff was not helpful or competent, and we wasted so much time going back and forth with them. Clearly the under new management is not a positive change. Would not go back.
Sales person lied about delivery dates leaving me in the lurch with no furniture for an elderly uncle moving into Assisted Living. Then made it difficult to cancel order. Called me a rude customer for calling them out on their lies and insisting they refund my uncles money. I will never shop here again.
We bought a $5.5k sofa and a $2,8k outdoor set. Took 1yr to get sofa and 6 mo to get outdoor furniture covers. COVID- totally get it. We got a call the cover was finally in at the store and to come in to pick it up. No one to be found at the store until a janitor went and got someone. That person called up a customer service person. A young lady came out and I told her I was here to pick up a package. She didn’t say hi, how can I help- just “we don’t do that. We ship directly to the customer. I said, I just got a call it was in, I guarantee it’s here. She said- “well, I guarantee it’s not!” To sum up, a manager came out and said we don’t do that, spent 20min on the phone and then said, let me go check something. Came back and handed me my chair cover. No apology, no explanation. I do not recommend this store, I suggest you take the time to go to Salem or Eugene. The people here don’t like people.

My story is not the normal review thanking somebody for their outstanding service. Terry and Jennifer changed my life for the good and betterment of my recovery. I came to Oregon a little over 30+ days ago to celebrate my sister-in-law's life and during a freak accident two weeks after her memorial, I fell 12ft from a ladder, and I broke my back and neck 05/01/21. Horrific!! ABSOLUTELYYYY HORRIBLE!! IT'S BEYOND WORDS!! Who would have thought after throwing ONLY my suitcase in my truck and driving three days, roughly 2500 miles by myself from Houston, TX to Salem, OR, I would find myself in two hospitals and now two separate rehab facilities to regain my life back!! Upon arriving to the second rehab facility in Corvallis, Oregon I found myself reaching out to the local community to see who would be willing to help me with the basic essentials. Remember, I came here with a suitcase in my pickup truck. As a result of this life changing event, I was scared, unsure and completely out of my normal on every level. I needed to rebuild some familiar sense of a home to recovery. And I'm thanking God for Terry, Jennifer and Ashley Furniture to help me create JUST THAT...a sense of comfort and home. A simple rocker recliner was what I was in search for and in need of. I'm NOT STAYING THIS WAY!! I'm going to fully recover in Jesus name!! Linda is a wonderful sales associate. She's very thoughtful and pleasant to work with. She helped us with a beautiful sectional. After we purchased the product we noticed that the price online was cheaper, so we called and let her know and she gave us the difference back and honored the online price. Previously we worked with Tammy who is no longer there but she was always amazing to work with when we were getting a new bed for our daughter. I'd highly recommend this store to anybody looking for new furniture!

I called this specific store before driving over an hour to the location.. once arriving to the store we were told it would be a minimum of four months before anything could be delivered. I am not upset that there's back orders but I feel like that would have been valuable information to tell me before I made the drive over to the store. I feel like the customer service was lacking as well. We were practically ignored the entire time we were there and when we asked a question the gentlemen pointed in a direction to a TV that would show us more inventory. He could of walked us over there instead of leaving us to wander around aimlessly. I'll be bringing my business back to the coast where we are from.
We ordered a 3 piece sectional with chaise lounge and also a coffee table. It took about the amount of time they said it would. The items were delivered and installed. When they delivery installers were here, they set everything up and we found that we should have ordered the extra chair section so the coffee table would fit better. No biggie we just went back and ordered the single piece. $300 more just for that after spending $2500 on the other items. It’s been 15 weeks so far with no delivery of the chair section in site. Numerous calls to a sales person has only gotten us more frustrated. Dates have been pushed back. She even said once that her manager could take some money off the cost of the piece or a gift certificate. Well we were offered the certificate. As we will not be shopping there again, we said no. This weekend is the next supposed date, but nothing yet. Considering going higher in the food chain to get some answers.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Corvallis Ashley Home Store. I was shopping for a budget-friendly mattress for my son. Assistant manager Matthew Brown was very friendly and helpful. He quickly narrowed down our options and did not pressure me to spend more than I had in mind. The ordering process was quick and painless as well. It was definitely the easiest mattress purchase I have ever made. I will certainly return there for our next mattress!
Went in to look for a new couch and love seat today. This store had exactly what I wanted and the color I wanted for a reasonable price. Jessey had fantastic customer service and was very knowledgeable. Can't wait to get my new couches delivered 😁
My husband and I went in to the Ashley Store in Corvallis to meet with Jenny, one of the sales associates. We wanted to find a new bed set and mattress. Jenny helped us find the perfect mattress; we needed something plush with a cooling feature as well. There were multiple options available and she spent a lot of time helping us choose. Next up was a complete bedroom set: bed, nightstands, dresser, and chest. We found a gorgeous set after looking around for a while, there were many choices. Jenny was super patient, knowledgeable, and offered great suggestions. Due to shipping complications with everything going on right now we weren't expecting our bed set for quite some time. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a call to tell us our mattress and bed set would be arriving way ahead of schedule! Jenny was a superstar! We were so happy with her customer service, knowledge, and patience. She was thorough, efficient, and got us through everything without a hitch!
I had a great experience with this store! I've never had an issue honestly with any of the Ashley locations. This one in particular was extra amazing! I needed to buy a powered lift chair for dad who lives in Longview, WA, I live in Battle Ground, WA. The Corvallis location is the only location that had the chair my dad liked in stock. However, they do not deliver outside of the state. Thankfully they were more than willing to deliver the chair to us at the Jantzen Beach Ashley location, in the parking lot, to us. My husband was then able to bring my dad his new chair. This chair has already made a world of a difference for him, and his ability to get in and out of the chair. Thank you guys so much, big shout out to Matthew Brown and the delivery guys! I know you guys didn't have to do all that you did, we really appreciate it!

Had a wonderful experience at Ashley furniture in Corvallis with Linda. Went in looking for a new bed frame. Linda showed us a couple in our pice range. Found what we were looking for . All the sales people were very nice. Over all very pleasant experience.
I want to say off the bat that our sales person, Jenny, was absolutely lovely - helpful, friendly, funny, and knew her stuff. This review is not for her. She gets 5 stars. The rest of the experience was increasingly irritating and we'd never go back to Ashley. There was no floor model for the couch we wanted in-store but the assistant manager did agree to waive the re-selection/re-stocking fee if we hated it, which was nice. The delivery estimate was longer than we were hoping but not unreasonable. We scheduled delivery but they called the day before to say one of the pieces of the sectional had been "broken beyond repair" in transit and had to be reordered. The manager called three times without having all the needed information but he was at that time very apologetic and mentioned a discount or compensation for all the trouble. We ended our last call with him getting right back to us to see if he could borrow that piece from another order who hadn't been waiting as long. We never got a call back and we didn't know what we were actually receiving when the delivery truck arrived. Unfortunately they were delivering the broken piece which had been repaired. The stitching was slightly crooked across the back where it had been stretched and re-stitched, but my bigger concern was the internal framing that the delivery guys said had been "shored up". Had anyone communicated with us or offered a discount on the repaired piece we may have felt differently, but we paid a lot of money for a new couch, not a refurbished one. I told the delivery drivers we weren't happy with it and wanted to wait for a new piece and they immediately became cold, annoyed and actually argued that they couldn't take it back. It was a very odd interaction where I had to stand in front of the door and forcibly tell them no, they could not bring it in. I had to call the store so the assistant manager could direct them to return it. We'd still gotten no update a week later so I called the manager, who seemed irritated at the imposition on his time, and he was clueless about all of it and said he'd call me back. I waited until the following afternoon to call him again and was informed they had ordered it and would reach out to schedule delivery. I inquired about the discount he had mentioned initially and he was very non-committal but said maybe they could throw a gift certificate in the mail. The second delivery drivers were actually great even after the last piece had to be carried through our two story patio doors when it wouldn't fit in the front door. And we've been happy with the couch so far. It's not the quality I'd always associated with Ashley and I can't see it lasting too long before it wears in beyond comfort, but it's fine for now and it keeps us from stressing about the pets being on it. We definitely haven't gotten any gift certificate in the mail or any further communication about it whatsoever. Not impressed, Ashley. We'll go somewhere else next time.
Shopping online has been a bit or miss for the last month. The contacts at Ashley Furniture have been nothing but fantastic. They answered all questions well and we're very responsive with work schedules and concerns. The delivery gents were the greatest I have ever had. Not only was the couch super heavy and the apartment complex set up was a pain to deal with, they did everything they could to get this couch into the apartment! They also did it with good spirits. I wish I knew their names so I can thank them better! Thank you for the service! And the couch is great too!
One of the managers (not sure if she is still there) is immature and pretended that she "has to charge for delivery" - only for her to lower the price from 75, to 50, to free. She also entered the furniture product numbers incorrectly and had to call us to alter our initial order and made it sound like it was our fault for not double checking her computer and alerting her of the inaccuracies. She refused to discuss estimated delivery times and would not call back when we left messages for her. We did not receive the correct items and had to jump through a series of hoops to correct everything and eventually decided working with her was not worth it. I'd rather sit on card table chairs for a decade than talk to her again.

I went to Ashley HomeStore the first day they opened and Jessey Cedillo was my sales person and I was his very first sale. Jessey was very helpful in showing me my furniture options and getting my delivery scheduled earlier than what I thought. He was very professional and customer focused to help me get what I was needing. Jessey went above and beyond and brought me the correct fire insert and helped me move the furniture the way it was supposed to be set up as the furniture delivery people were in a big hurry and didn't do a very good job at all. My wife and I went to the Ashley's in Corvallis, OR on black Friday. We dealt with an agent, Linda, who was very inexperienced and untrained it turned out to be. It took forever for her to submit credit approval and final paperwork when it came down to it. Her staff and management crew could see this clear as day, as well as my impatience, but did nothing to help her out. They let her drown. She then made a few mistakes on the paperwork and had to go back and correct it. We told her we wanted manual levers for our couch, and not electric and she messed up on that as well. When we left, we reaffirmed that she put manual. However, a few days later, when the paperwork came back, it said electric. Well when the shipment finally came around to being in the shipment process, we get a day before supposed shipment, saying she forgot to hit the send button when scheduling/confirming our shipment. So we gave away our couch and chair the day prior to this shipment, trusting Ashley furniture and have been sitting on the floor in our living room because of it. It's been a week, but supposedly it'll be here tomorrow.
I went in clueless not knowing exactly what I wanted. I was so conflicted on getting either leather couches or fabric. Until Jessey gave me some awesome facts about each type of material. He was so helpful and kind and his input really made a huge impact in my decision. I will definitely be coming in to purchase more furniture from this location, as the customer service was excellent!!!
I’ve been shopping around for new furniture and I have to say this is the best place to shop at. I had a nice gentleman named Jessey explained the different options I had to purchase everything and I was also impressed with his knowledge on fabrics when deciding on my sectional. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for furniture.

Bought an electric lift chair. It was delivered in pieces so it didn’t work. 10 days later they sent a tech to fix it but they never showed up. Now I’m not getting a straight answer from management. A functioning chair should have delivered two weeks ago. A broken lift chair is useless to a mobility-challenged person.
We ordered a sectional during the black Friday sale. Aside from the store being really new, and maybe sales team members were a little overwhelmed, we came away with exactly what we wanted. Management was quick to correct some minor issues. What a great addition to Corvallis!
