We had a great experience with choosing a new bed frame and mattress. We were kept up to date about arrival times and although it was pushed back, it ended up arriving earlier than expected. Delivery was great! They took our old bed frame and mattress away which was a huge help. Looking forward to many nights of good sleep!
Great customer service.
Prices differ a ton from online, I tried to pick up a couch that was listed at $1,199 online but when I called to confirm they said there is an additional $150 charge that will be added for shipping. I tried to tell them I was picking it up and they said it wasn't for the delivery to my home but to actually get the couch to the store from their warehouse, even though the couch was already at the store. If I buy something made in China from Walmart, I don't expect to see the shipping fee from china on my bill. People seem friendly but the disconnection from corporate and the store made me feel like I was being bamboozled. Will end up just going somewhere else closer to Portland.
