We had a great experience with choosing a new bed frame and mattress. We were kept up to date about arrival times and although it was pushed back, it ended up arriving earlier than expected. Delivery was great! They took our old bed frame and mattress away which was a huge help. Looking forward to many nights of good sleep!
Great customer service.
Prices differ a ton from online, I tried to pick up a couch that was listed at $1,199 online but when I called to confirm they said there is an additional $150 charge that will be added for shipping. I tried to tell them I was picking it up and they said it wasn't for the delivery to my home but to actually get the couch to the store from their warehouse, even though the couch was already at the store. If I buy something made in China from Walmart, I don't expect to see the shipping fee from china on my bill. People seem friendly but the disconnection from corporate and the store made me feel like I was being bamboozled. Will end up just going somewhere else closer to Portland.
Great service! Awesome choices on furniture and way better quality than anywhere had in The Dalles. We checked out Hampton and what little Blissful Mattress had.
Ashley furniture is absolutely amazing it is a wonderful place to get all of your furniture needs and is an awesome run business it's not open on Sundays or other Christian holidays. Staff is wonderful and their financing I'm dancing is great there delivery service is a reservice is a stupid prompt and and very hard work
Not the best costumer service. We got our table and chairs delivered a few days ago and they were damaged :(
Purchased recliners that are great. One has been delivered. The men took my broken couch away in 3 pieces. It was very quick and they were very polite.
Very friendly people. Thought I was getting a great deal...zero interest for a year! Turns out paying interest from day one. I went in thinking they wanted to sell furniture. Boy was I wrong! They refused to sell me furniture set u wanted. I had to wait close to a month to get my furniture. When I called to see what was going on & when they expected to have it...turns out they had received it almost 2wks before. Then I was to wait another wk before they would deliver. Finally when I told them that if that was the case I didnt want the set. Let me tell you i had my furniture by 530pm that same day. Delivery man was in bad mood. Not even a we are here to deliver furniture or are you so & so. Nothing! Just opened the door & was asked where he was to drop off couch & love seat. Not at all happy with the service I got from this store.
