Prices differ a ton from online, I tried to pick up a couch that was listed at $1,199 online but when I called to confirm they said there is an additional $150 charge that will be added for shipping. I tried to tell them I was picking it up and they said it wasn't for the delivery to my home but to actually get the couch to the store from their warehouse, even though the couch was already at the store. If I buy something made in China from Walmart, I don't expect to see the shipping fee from china on my bill. People seem friendly but the disconnection from corporate and the store made me feel like I was being bamboozled. Will end up just going somewhere else closer to Portland.
Great service! Awesome choices on furniture and way better quality than anywhere had in The Dalles. We checked out Hampton and what little Blissful Mattress had.
Ashley furniture is absolutely amazing it is a wonderful place to get all of your furniture needs and is an awesome run business it's not open on Sundays or other Christian holidays. Staff is wonderful and their financing I'm dancing is great there delivery service is a reservice is a stupid prompt and and very hard work
Not the best costumer service. We got our table and chairs delivered a few days ago and they were damaged :(
