I have been looking for a couch for my new home in a few different places before I walked into Ashley furniture. Debbe who was the first person we saw and she greeted with a huge smile and asked if we needed any assistance. We said we were just looking, then a few minutes later, she followed up with us and I told her that I was going to think about it, then walked out. A week after I had found one online, but thought, since she was so helpful that I would go back and give her The commission on my online order. My husband and I were looking for a new bed. Debbie explained everything so well; she really knows her stuff! I am a seven and a half months pregnant and she didn't waste our time or energy trying all the beds. She heard me as to what we were looking for and what was comfortable for us both and showed us that. We found thee perfect bed for us both and we were in and out of there in less than hour. When I say she knows her stuff, I am not kidding. Debbie is great!! We also bought a couch set with her help previously that we absolutely love too. I can't say enough good things about our experiences with her.

I had a lovely experience at Ashley Furniture store in Medford Oregon with a beautiful young lady who waited on me. She was very knowledgeable and very real and I just enjoyed her company very much and she helped me with what I was looking for. She had given me a pillow to take back and see if the colors worked.I really appreciated that then I brought it back to her and we sat and talked and just really enjoyed her she is a very very interesting and bright woman knows her business so so well that I will continually go back into that store anytime I need anything. I worked with Tyler, who was great, Terry and Jordan the managers were terrific and really got us out of a bind for my 80 year old mother allowing us to return her chair and get her a really nice comfortable bed after she had hip surgery. The only reason it's not a 5 star has everything to do with pricing and not service. I mean come on man, why so high on some of this stuff? The gouging in this country is out of control. According to consumer reports investigation it costs about 300 dollars to manufacturer a tempur pedic yet they sale then for 1500, 1700 and sometimes and high as 4000 or 5000 grand. Hopefully this is her last bed because I won't be spending this much again. This guy will sleep on the floor before he pays that much.
Toni was most welcoming on the telephone. At the store Jason was wonderful to talk to and a big help and finding us what we needed. Now we're waiting a new sofa and chair. And we can't wait. They were great!

What an experience. Terry went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. He graciously helped me locate the exact queen bed I was looking at online, and also helped me locate the correct/coordinating mattress and box spring. Extremely disappointed with customer service, communication, and follow through. We purchased a dining table with chairs and a mattress a couple of weeks ago. We're told delivery would be today, October 14th. After hearing nothing since the purchase date I called this morning to confirm and determine a time frame for delivery. I was sent to the distribution center to leave a message with no returned call, twice. The third time I called and let them know I just needed information and was told we actually were not on the schedule and though our items are all sitting in the warehouse, we would now have to wait until the end of the week for our items to be delivered as there were no trucks available any sooner to deliver to us. The fact that there has been ZERO communication since the date of purchase and the only way I have found anything out is by calling multiple times only to be told sorry too bad but you'll have to wait longer while we sit on your items in the warehouse, is very frustrating. Already felt a little like dollar signs when making our purchases but now feel even more so. Highly dissatisfied!

Ashley Store Medford team is exceptional!!! Recently purchased a dining room table and chairs, there was a discrepancy with the order that was not realized until delivery. I purchased an outdoor sofa from Ashley in 2021 - they charged me about $100 more than the advertised price, but it was in stock, and I wanted an outdoor couch for summer. The sofa was slightly damaged during shipping, but it was still usable after I made a minor repair. During winter 2023-24 the cushions were carried off by a bear and destroyed. I called Ashley twice and left messages at "parts", but I did not get a return call. The third time I called the general number and had them leave a message for "parts" - that finally resulted in a call back and I ordered (and paid for) new cushions from Ashley on July 11, 2024. I was told that they would arrive in 4-6 weeks - not good but I went ahead with the order anyway. On August 6, I emailed to see when the cushions might arrive. They wrote back that they were scheduled to arrive August 22 (exactly six weeks from the order date) and that they would keep me updated. On August 23, after hearing nothing more from Ashley, I emailed again and when I got no response to that email, I called on August 28, and was told that they were scheduled to arrive on September 10, but that was only an estimate. Two months or more to ship a few cushions for a sofa that is still a standard item in the store and on the website is not acceptable customer service. At this point I am doubting that I will ever get the cushions. Now, for me, Ashley represents low quality products and poor service. Within an hour of posting the above review a local representative from Ashley called to apologize for the delays and and to offer to bring some cushions from a store about 100 miles away that had a matching sofa in stock. They brought them a couple of days later. That is the kind of quality service I expect from someone who wants my business. The original review that I wrote got the attention of local store management and that is what drew the response - so writing reviews can improve your own experience and hopefully future customers experience and lead to better store policies, procedures and performance. The local staff were helpful and friendly. The color of the new seat cushions are a very good color match with the 3 year back cushions - so very little fade. Consequently, I have amended my review for 1 star to 3 stars.
We want to thank Grant and Terry for taking care of us at Ashley furniture. Both went out of there way to be very helpful on taking care of our sleeping needs. Quick and easy shopping experience.

Found the perfect couch for our family with the wonderful help of the staff. We bought our custom order couch from Debbie who was wonderful, knowledgable and patient with our indecision. The store itself is laid out well and has something for everyone. Purchase was easy and painfree. I appreciate buying from a company that has been around and has a rich history. It comes with great warrenties etc I would not expect from a smaller business.

My partner and I shopped around all the local new and used furniture stores in Medford and nothing matched up to the quality or the prices offered at Ashley. Furniture shopping can be difficult, as its hard to commit to something you will likely own for some time to come, but you only sit in for a little while. My partner wanted to sit several times and for a good while to ensure he wanted the sofa we picked out and at no point were were hurried, or pushed, or made to feel pressured to make any purchase. We truly felt supported and we feel so confident in our purchase because of that experience. If you want the best experience and the kind of salesman you're always hoping to work with, request Grant. Start to finish he went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed as well as ensured our wallets were happy too! Worst experience ever buying a couch. Approved me for a loan on a sold discontinued couch but waited until after to tell me. After over an hour of looking for a LEATHER couch. The salesman found one online, come to find out after ordering it’s 100% faux leather. He also said because of them trying to sell me a sold couch he would throw in a 5 year warranty. He actually just charged me full price for it and when I went back and asked he said he discounted the couch to make up for it. Went online and he actually overcharged me almost $100 each which they honored the price match after the fact but was still charged for warranty. Also kept treating me like I couldn’t afford a leather couch when I repeatedly said the price isn’t an issue. Said the faux leather is better trying to convince me to just stick with the cheaper couch. I was set on getting leather and he completely ruined everything and now I’m stuck with a $3,400 set of couches that won’t last more than a year. According to him faux leather lasts 7-10 years with pets and kids. Felt worse than a car dealer ship.

Saturday my brother and I went to Ashley’s Medford and bought a really nice couch from the scratch and dent section. No scratches and no dents. Really nice soft chenille in a really pretty grey blue. And comfortable to sit on. I can’t wait to see it in my home this week. Great price too.

Store doesn't have right away inventory, everything we wanted was gonna take a couple days to receive to pick up. Then the sales rep, felt like she was stalking us throughout the store, and didn't have good people skills.

Went into the store with the intention to browse around for a potential new couch. We had Jason G greet us as soon as we walked in and he helped us look around as well as answer any questions or concerns we had. We ended up choosing the perfect couch for our home, As well as a new mattress for my bad back. Along with a couple extra goodies. Jason G was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with what we got.

Ordered my daughter a new bed & nightstand the delivery was about a week late and then when set up I went to take a look and noticed the foot board was dented and then 1 piece of wood missing and they didn't say a word just left so I had to call set up getting a new one which took another 2 weeks to come in and then another half week to get on schedule to swap out. The delivery charge is something like $169 and they didn't really offer to do anything to fix it so I said I think I should get back half the fee for all the problems and then they said only would be willing to give me $50 back. Definitely don't let them leave before checking the furniture.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly then it all stops after the purchase. We will not buy from here again, no return calls even from management so we had to walk back into the store. The store sent the replacement part to our house and we haven't heard from them since. Lousy service!
After going to three or four other furniture places, we finally walked in and found what we wanted at Ashley‘s. We were told that was the place to go and Jason. Fantastic sales rep, answered all questions and took good care of us. We will be back for our other furniture needs, love my new sofa

We were greeted with a friendly smile from Edie! We picked out the chofa and moved on to the mattress room. Being the Black Friday sale, select mattresses were 50% off. The one we chose was marked $1399.99. So the sale would bring it down to $700!! Except, we were told that the price I was seeing was already reflecting at 40% savings so they could only offer 10% more. There was no signage stating that the mattress was discounted. I spoke with a manager only to walk away with no answers. So we purchased the chofa and nothing else. Upon leaving I asked for the corporate phone number so I could complain. Exiting I chatted with Mike outside. He listened to my story and asked for an hour so he could figure out what had happened. Pulling up at home, (less than 10 minutes away) I got a call from Edie asking if I wanted a mattress for $700? Returning to pay for the mattress, I was greeted by the general manager, apologizing for what had taken place and that the signage was already being corrected. Had they not made this situation right, I’m not sure I would have ever purchased from Ashley again. Thank you, Edie and Mike for fighting for what was right! We love our new chofa and mattress!
Our experience at Ashley was excellent & this was primarily due to the fantastic customer service. Debbie was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the product she was selling! We never felt pressured or like we were wasting her time; she was patient with us while we took our time deciding what we wanted. Bought their crappy furniture and the staples on the frame started poking you in the back, the zipper on the couch cushion just broke and now the cover barely stays on and part of the frame is broken. I think our sales person was Ede. She sold us a warranty stating it was great they will fix anything that happens to it and if they cant fix it they will replace it. Guess what???? Nope my crappy couch is not covered. I was never given anything explaining that it was a limited warranty. They have a terrible reputation and so does their BS warranty. Buyer Beware. We have had the absolute WORST experience here so far.. The sales process was fantastic, they were great in the store and helped us find what we needed. That’s is where it has stopped. Upon delivery the couch was extremely dirty, they stripped multiple bolts on our kids new bed frames that weren’t even screwed in all the way and there was a puncture hole in the couch. Even the delivery people told us that they would probably just have to replace it. That they’d never seen it that bad. They told us that they would alert the store to the issue and that they would be in contact with us.. Well, it took my wife 3 days of calling, 2 messages left and then actually going down to the store to get somebody to contact us about it! On top of that, when they did contact us, they said they would send somebody out to try and fix the bolts and clean the couch. Ok, fine. So those people came today, they did fix the bolts, but when they got to the couch they said there was no way they could get that off after trying to clean it, they said they would have to be replaced especially since there was a puncture hole. They again said they would alert the store and have somebody contact us. When that person contacted us, their resolution was to order more fabric, cut the couch and patch it with new fabric.. What?!.. We came in and spent thousands of dollars on this couch, even bought the 5 year warranty, and it was DELIVERED defective and they will not even replace it! This is not just one minor stain but mutliple stains that will not come out on multiple different parts with a puncture hole.. I don’t want a patched couch that I just paid thousands for.. I came in expecting to get a new couch, in new condition, and we shouldn’t have to fight to get what we paid for.. If I wanted a dirty couch with a hole in it, we could have paid far less.. This has just been the worst and I’ve always had good experiences here.. We’ve bought many of things from this store specifically and nothing has ever been wrong. Now the one time something is wrong, through no fault of our own, I expected a painless experience. Boy was I wrong…

There was a sale so we got the set for way less than original price. It will arrive in a week and we can’t wait to enjoy sitting on the deck and entertaining.

Buyers Beware. The protection plan is a scam. Do not buy a couch based on the ease ability of the protection plan. The salesmen will try to sell you a couch based on the protection plan, however you will be very un-happy when you then need to use the protection plan provided by Ashley. You will be much happier purchasing your dream couch from a local company with an in-house warranty. Also, they will tell you that you can get a completely new couch under the warranty if something happens to your couch and this is a lie.
Do not get the protection plan. It is a joke. Also do not buy a couch based on the protection plan they sell you.

The purchasing experience at the store in Medford was great. Edie was helpful but not pushy. But I was told my couch would take 7-10 days to be delivered and it is now day 16. After multiple calls to the store and then being directed to call their warehouse, I am still unsure to when my couch will be here. SUPER frustrating when no one knows. Will probably be my last time buying from Ashley unfortunately.
John was fantastic! We got everything we wanted and more and felt like we got an excellent price! From the minute we walked in John was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs, he showed us lots of options and was very flexible even through our indecisiveness. He gave us space to talk but was right there when we needed him. He showed us so many different variations, how each material was different and which was good for what and made sure that we got the best deal with best furniture that worked for us! He was extremely relatable and easy to talk too, we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into anything like at other furniture stores! It just felt like he was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for what we wanted. John was great and the entire team there is awesome! We will definitely be back to John for future purchases!
We came into Ashley Furniture looking for the perfect sectional and a couple Twin beds for our 2 boys, and John Keefe exceeded our expectations!! We came in at 6pm with 3 kids and are getting everything we need (couch & 2 bed frame panels) and was able to leave within an hour and still make it to dinner! I definitely recommend working with John if you’re looking to find what you like, for the price you want, and the quality you need! 👍🏼👍🏼

I had been looking online for a sofa set. I decided to go into Ashley's furniture today, and I am so glad that I did. Tony greeted me, asked if I had a particular interest, which I did. She clearly knows her items and was up to date. Showed me my options, and then delightfully allowed me to browse and contemplate my decision. When I had questions she was available and attentive. I will definitely be asking for this associate whenever I have a need in the store, she was wonderful!

We purchased a complete bedroom set from Ashley Furniture. It was delivered in February. We are having difficulty with dresser drawers closing. Have called the store twice and the service/repair department have not called us back. Extremely disappointed.

We went to an Ashley Furniture location about 3 hours from home, while on vacation. We were looking for a bedroom set for our teenage son and found the perfect set. We called a closer location to our town and spoke to John at the Medford, Oregon location. He was fantastic. Gave us a great price and was VERY accommodating with our needs. The dresser and nightstands were shipped to the warehouse quickly, but the bed set was another week out. John offered to put it on the truck to our town, an hour and a half away, no charge. We had plans to pick up in Medford, got there and the warehouse had some confusion. We called John and he had it fixed in minutes. He was great to work with and we will definitely be back to his store for future furniture needs!

I recently ordered a bedset through Ashley! The items are absolutely gorgeous but unfortunately a few items came damaged. (I'm assuming this happened during transit) I got in contact with Ashley Furniture and worked with Erika! She made getting replacement items so easy and very stress free! If I could give her 6 stars I would!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! We ordered a recliner to go with one that was on the floor of our local store (with a sold sign on it since we paid for it) and a sofa to go with both chairs. We were told the second recliner was in warehouses it two different areas by different people and there was no timeline on it arriving. In the mean time, the sofa was over a month out for delivery, and the estimated date of arrival kept changing. The kicker is that a sales associate named Debbie sold the recliner we'd paid for that was in store. Our salesman, Jason was a pleasure to work with, and he was the ONLY good thing about the entire transaction. We canceled our order and took our business to a new, locally owned store and were treated the way we should've been. We will never set foot in the Ashley store again.

No pressure and he answered questions, moved furniture to show how it would look with different rugs and colors. Measured furniture for us and was just a joy to work with. If you’re looking for furniture or rugs or accessories go to Ashley for a low pressure experience. You won’t regret it!

All the staff really went above and beyond to get me the bed I wanted as quickly as possible. From the sales rep to the delivery driver, you could really see a team effort taking place, all to make sure I didn't have to continue sleeping on the floor any longer than was necessary.
I waited three hours for my delivery never heard from anybody at one point when I made an attempt to contact them, I was simply told they were running behind because they had a lot of trouble with the trucks that day. Can’t get a hold of the store. Can’t get a hold of distribution center at this point don’t even want the furniture. Worst customer service ever! UPDATE: I had to call the next day to speak to a manager only to get several excuses as to why my furniture showed up 3 1/2 hours late with no communication! Only positive was my delivery drivers were amazing! I will NEVER buy from Ashley again! And I will tell my friends!!

Had a great experience there we went to several other furniture stores and always felt pressured and followed around the store. I didn’t get that experience from Ashley walked in the door felt very relaxed and asked if I needed anything I said no just looking and they said OK and left us alone so when we did have a question. Tyler came over was very helpful not at all pushy. I thought Ashley an expensive furniture store. I was very surprised at the prices that they had. Much better prices than the other furniture, stores around town, and when we did decide on a chair, they gave us a great price on it, and they just happen to have two of those chairs in stock in their warehouse so we did not have to wait. Probably lucky on that part of it. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture and if I ever need another piece of furniture, that is the place that I will go to

In store seemed ok we did get an ok deal we were told it was a steal of a deal but compared to other places it wasn’t. The only reason we went there was because I wanted to sit and try before I purchased. It’s now been a whole month and looks like we didn’t receive the right order. This is not a good experience

I really enjoyed my experience and picking our my furniture. I went in wanting one things but ended up leaving with mtiple items. The sales person Tyler walked around with me helping me pick out what I wanted and was able to take my color scheme I was looking for and point me in the direction of what I was looking for to bring it all together. We had a really good shopping experience after having been to several different stores. We worked with John, one of the staff there who was very helpful and instantly greeted us and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for. I quickly feel in love with a furniture set and again I had already been to several stores and was not impressed. But we found the perfect set. Plus, they had everything we needed in stock and are set up for delivery in the next couple of weeks. Which is awesome since we live a little far from Medford. Overall just a great buying experience. Ashley HomeStore didn’t disappoint. I ordered a sofa table instore, processed by Jason. He was very helpful with my choice and answered all my questions. My order was fulfilled quickly (about one week). I picked it up at the local warehouse and found the staff there to be very helpful. This sofa table was extremely easy to put together and I did it by myself very quickly. I purchased the WESLING Sofa Table T873-4 and it is absolutely beautiful and perfect! The quality is A+!

I used to work at an Ashley store and never had any complaints with furniture that I bought. I was in desperate need of a new mattress and foundation, and after speaking to Anna on the phone I came in and met with Toni. These ladies were PHENOMENAL. They joked with me and made the whole experience super fun (even though I was pretty in the dumps over my situation). Toni never made me feel stressed or pressed too hard for a sale. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning and have already shared Toni’s card with two people looking for new furniture. Overall great experience. The employees there are great. Not pushy. I know it’s the business but I’m not a fan in any profession of marking up prices only to discount them. It makes a small or moderate discount appear bigger than it is. So my gripe isn’t with Ashley about that but the furniture business (and others) in general. If I could give 4.5 stars I would because of this.
John Keefe greeted us when we came into the store & asked if there was something specific we were looking for. We told him no just browsing. He said that he just checks on the customers every once in awhile. We were in the store for about an hour & a half before we figured out what sofa might work with the recliners we had purchased some months earlier. I approached John to ask the cost & had mentioned we liked the sofa but weren't sure if it matched the recliners. He told us to take the cushion & put it by the recliner. It was a perfect match. John was very professional yet very congenial, & you can tell he knows he job very well. Also, the cashier (I don't recall her name) was very nice as well. Fantastic service.

I am a bit frustrated because they told me their Black Friday deal was 50% off couch… but I go online and they charged me the exact online price without 50% off.. which means they hiked up their prices to make their items look like a deal. Make sure you go online first before purchasing anything from this store. I have a call in to find out why this is…. They said because we don’t have to pay shipping and yet cannot imagine shipping would be several thousand dollars.

Toni was extremely helpful and attentive during our 5+ hours in the store to furnish our 3,400 sq foot vacation rental. She even stayed after her shift ended to make sure we were taken care of. We had only 2 weeks to get the rental furnished so she helped us pick items that were in stock so they would arrive within our timeframe. We were very pleased with Toni’s customer service when we left the store. Our frustrations and disappointment began on delivery day when items that were scheduled to be delivered were not. This left us scrambling to find other options and ended up postponing our project’s completion (and our return home over 550 miles away) by over a week. It was also very hard to get the team to send over an invoice after all the changes to our original order had been made. That said, we were very pleased that everything added up exactly as promised when we finally received it. Overall it was a mostly positive experience with some definite frustrations that we thought we had done our part to avoid. 4 stars for a good, but not quite great job.

So unfortunately I have been waiting since May 16th to receive my bed frame was told it would be ready June 16th. Today July 28th it was finally being delivered. After coming home early from work waiting for it to arrive between 1 and 2pm around 4 no sign or call. I called the Medford Distribution and was immediately berated, disrespected, and yelled at by an employee Stacy because I asked why the bed that was supposed to arrive at 1pm still isn't here at 4pm. I asked for a manager and she stated she was the manager. I asked for an email or work number to a different supervisor and she denied any information. Saying "we don't give out any information " which I'm pretty sure only applies to personal email and cell numbers?... I was not rude, I was not yelling and I was treated so poorly I dont even want to do business with this furniture store anymore.

Purchased a sofa & loveseat. The undercarriage of both pieces broke down within 15 months, conveniently just after the warranty was up. Store was unsympathetic and basically said, "Oh Well...warranty is up." Trash furniture.
We worked with Toni who was great! We already knew what we wanted and they worked with us to give us the online price. The shipping was super fast too! Be aware with standard shipping they won’t bring it inside your house. Which they did not tell us. It was really difficult because I took time off work and they wouldn’t bring it inside even though my husband was gone so they piled it in our driveway and he had to leave work. A wrong piece was ordered and we let Toni know. She immediately made it right and ordered us a new piece. We loved working with her! 5 stars for Toni. Lost a star in the delivery hassle.
Not huge on writing reviews but pretty content with my experience, as soon as I was developing questions Toni showed up and walked me through and documented our intire interaction, which came in clutch with a mix up towards the end but thanks to her record keeping all worked out Also I came in late and the warehouse staff stuck around, really everyone was pretty awesome

We ordered a recliner and a dining set from Ashley furniture. We received the recliner but unfortunately my husband was admitted in hospital and wasn't able to use the recliner once he was discharged he hasn't been able to move his arms much and as a result of his condition he is not able to reach the buttons on the side of the recliner we went back to the store and asked if we could return it and the person at the desk said we don't do returns but we do exchanges with a restocking fee. That seemed fair and reasonable so my husband tried a few recliners and we were told that the sales man would call us. Noone called so I called the store and asked for the manager. I explained our situation he was quick to say that after 72hrs he can't do anything. That was not what we were told at the store and that is not what it says on their website We placed our order for the the dining set in March and there has been no communication about the status of and it is end of June.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We bought the 3 piece Bovarian sectional and waited 6 months for it. Within the first month the fabric started falling apart (the pictures don’t do it justice). We are on our 3rd set of replacement cushion covers with the same results every time-the fabric falls apart. It’s been 13 months and all I’ve gotten is the runaround. This couch is most likely headed for the dump!
Service was excellent. Quality and variety also excellent. What is not excellent is that when I gave my credit card, I didn't know it would be charged for the purchase even though I will have to wait for up to 60 days to receive my order. A deposit of maybe 25% would be more exceptable.
Toni helped us at Ashley's in Medford, and we couldn't be more happy! We had to change our whole order after a purchase because it wouldn't fir in our space and she made it effortless! Thank you so much Toni!!

Bought a couch in November, was told we should hopefully see it by February. Called the end of February and we had four people ahead of us, called again in March we were in next in line. Called in April and they said we should have it by the middle of April. Just called today and they said it would be middle of June. We decided to get a refund. I realize there is a supply issue but good grief don’t sell something if you can’t guarantee the person will get it

I ordered a blue sofa sleeper in March...on the 2nd...After a while had last I got a call saying it's gonna be a while unless I am willing to change the color. So I did and was told it would be here 2-3 weeks from then. That was the beginning of April. Still no couch. When I called I was treated extremely rare by a female. All I want is the blue couch my son paid almost 1000 dollars for.

Thanks Edie - you are fantastic! UPDATE Jan 2024 - Reduced to 2 stars. We cannot recommend the Dorsten fabric sofa, chair, and ottoman. The quality is not good at all. The fabric is stretching out, snags easily, and is losing the foam support in some areas. The ottoman was built or sewn crooked and cannot be fixed. The extra warranty we purchased has been a hassle to work with and so far the warranty service is not covering any issues with this poor quality product. We will likely never purchase Ashley Furniture products again.
I had such an Amazing experience at Ashley Furniture in Medford this weekend. I got the pleasure of working with Etie and she was AMAZING! I told her exactly what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and she found it! I was planning on buying a five piece living room set and when I explained my living room set up to her, she actually got me thinking and the five piece would have been too much and we went with a three piece. Her honesty meant the world to me. She wasn’t about selling me everything under the sun, she was about selling me what I needed for our home. I can’t thank her enough.

John helped us out a lot without bugging us. We ended up buying a mattress, adjusting base, beds for our 2 kids, bar stools, storage bench, and a huge sectional couch for our new house. The couch is awesome.
I have been waiting over six months for my furniture. with no end in sight. every time I have called they say it "should" be in next month. Now I just got off the phone and they said that the sofa that we ordered six months ago is discontinued. This is Ridiculous!

Admittedly when I crossed the threshold of the Ashley Homestore in Medford OR a few days ago I was gobsmacked by the curated abundance of everything one might need to furnish one's home. While I had a small list of needs, I thought I'd be there "forever" considering options. Enter Jarred Pagnini - Furniture & Mattress Consultant. He listened AND heard my presentation of needs; guided me expertly to options that fit our requirements; and I was on may way post haste! He's a real Pro - and delightful to work with! 5 stars all around!
I feel bad because I forgot the woman’s name that helped me (I have her card but it’s not near me at the moment). Anyways, she was very nice, she wasn’t pushy and let me look at everything I wanted plus answered all my questions. She priced matched the sale online since it was different than the in store prices and was able to help me make a decision on things I wanted that were back ordered by giving me a better estimated time of when the furniture would be here (online it would say over 2 months) but she was able to narrow it down for me. My interaction was very pleasant and after looking around online and around town they had the best deals!
Bought over $4000 of furniture. Because I was sick and could not call I'm stuck with furniture that the seats have peeled where people sits. Be sure to read the very fine print if you buy the extended warranty. Because it is a waste of money. You have to call within 30 days of noticing trouble and then they find some other reason that you are not covered. So in just over a year, I'm having to buy new furniture and have not recovered from my illness yet.

We bought their warranty and was told if we don't use it during the 5 years they will give you the amount spent in a credit to a future purchase. Been dealing with the store in Medford for a several month now and get nothing but the run around and no return calls from the manager. Call the number on the warranty paperwork and they state the store has to give you the credit not them. But they have heard from a lot of people that the store does not want to honor it.

What seemed like a great buying experience has turned into a NIGHTMARE. We purchased a bed from this store in November. The footboard and side rails were NEW, while the headboard was from the clearance section. The salesman handling our order was a hot mess, and it took over two hours to complete the sale. Upon arriving home, unpacking the parts to assemble the bed, we discovered that half of the needed hardware was MISSING FROM THE BOX. We have called the store MULTIPLE times to find out how to get the missing hardware, and every time have been told that Jordan or Dan would call us back. NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE CALLED BACK. I finally did some digging on my own and have been in touch with the "Ashley Home Store Distribution Center" in Medford, OR. Each time I have called to have the parts ordered, I've been given the run-around and told that someone would call me back. I have called a DOZEN times, and got an answer MAYBE three times, and STILL no answers. Now I'm stuck with $600 worth of useless bed parts that I can't put together, or return to the store, and NO ANSWERS. Worst furniture buying Experience ever!!!!

So pleased with the sleeper sofa that we purchased. It is very comfortable to sit on and to sleep on. The sales representative, John Keefe, provided excellent service. He explained everything, answered all our questions and did not rush us. He helped to arrange delivery and made the whole process run smoothly. I would definitely buy again from Ashley Furniture and would ask for John to be our sales rep.
I don't know how Ashley will stay in business with lack of products and customer services. I bought a sofa in May and was told it might take 10-12 weeks. I received no follow up and has to call numerous times. My sofa was pushed back to November. I called this week and was told my sofa is now pushed back to January. I have spent so much time on the phone and been hung up on many times to get no answers. You don't buy furniture with Ashley, you just buy the idea of furniture and a waste of time. HORRIBLE is all I can say!!!
Our sales person was fine the biggest frustration is that they are missing the delivery date by months. Ordered in September and they apologized but they couldn’t get to us until November 2nd. We agreed and purchased, now getting texts from our sales lady hopefully end of December. Totally unacceptable, but when you purchase they have a no refund policy. I am all about honesty, I got a text, not a phone call, a text saying your furniture will be delivered sometime at the end of December. I could not be any more frustrated than I am. For sure would have gone somewhere else. I am trying to be patient and understanding but 5 months and no delivery date??? I would have gone a different route.
We had a great experience at the Medford Ashley Furniture. Toni was great, she answered all of our questions, and also gave us plenty of time to ourselves to talk and decide. There was a tiny issue on the sofa once it was delivered, and again Toni was great, and had the problem resolved quickly. Thank you!
The selection of furniture is great and the service is outstanding. Debbie Saxbury took time to give me personal attention despite the fact she was incredibly busy. I found exactly what I wanted, and Debbie did the rest. I had such a good experience, and would recommend Ashley Furniture and Debbie Saxbury unconditionally.
Not happy with the service from two of the sales reps. Not going to name them either. The person worth mentioning is Daniel. He got back to me when finally getting my application process. From beginning to end. Daniel was very patient, explained the process and answered our questions in a friendly manner. He didn’t pressure or rush us to get off the phone. I even asked him why is he doing all the work? He should get all the commission from this sale. That’s my opinion. Daniel I’ll give you the 5 stars customer service.Thank you!

I ordered a couch set back in July and still have yet to receive my sofa. Upon ordering, I was told it would take 6-8 weeks. The first time I called for an ETA, I was told it would arrive at the end of September, then that changed to the beginning of October. That didn’t happen. Now, every single time I call for an ETA it changes. Two weeks ago, I called and was told it would be the beginning of December. Last week, I called and was told it would be in by the end of this week, 10/22. I called again on Tuesday and now I’m being told it won’t be here until the END of December! I don’t know how, in the matter of a few days, the ETA changed so drastically, but I’m really getting tired of waiting for a couch I ordered, and paid for, back in July only to be lied to about when it’s actually coming.
Seems to be great quality so far. Our home burnt down in Almeda Fire. Offered reduced prices for us and if approved ..no finance charges through Synchrony. Only reason(s) not rated 5 star: 1) The original bed frame ordered never came in after months and months of waiting. 2) The mattress cover to ensure the warranty was super expensive and so slippery that no sheets would stay adhered. Changed the whole feel of the bed.
initially I wanted to give this place a good review but that cant happen in all honesty. I bought some items 5 months ago in store. I adjusted what I ultimately purchased to items they stated were in stock or restocked frequently that I wouldn't have to wait months and months to receive. Here I am now 5 months later and still waiting to receive all my furniture, having damaged items delivered and waiting for replacements and being forced to accept showroom items instead of waiting months and months to finally receive what I purchased. Store communication has been non existent.
Good Quality so far.Almeda Fire survivors here so offered a discount price with interest free if approved by Synchrony. So financing DOES NOT go through the store..just to let you know. You open up a whole new credit card with an outrageous interest and late fee rate if you were not totally keeping tack of payment dates.9 months after waiting for our bed frame....we were informed it was not going to happen :(Mattress cover we purchased at over $200 plus dollars SUCKED. We were told "their mattress cover needed to be purchased to insure the 10 year warranty" on the $3000 bed.Slippery and can't get any sheet to adhere. Changes the whole feel of bed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!We were shopping for a new reclining sofa, so we went to Ashley Home Store. The salesman helping us showed us a few sofas, and my wife picked chose one she thought to be comfortable enough. We ended up paying over $2400. for the sofa, and had to wait a week to have it delivered. The day it was delivered, we found it to be VERY uncomfortable to both sit and recline in it. It had lumbar support, but that just made the back pain even worse. We went back to the store the day it was delivered, and spoke to the salesman who sold it to us. We were told we would not only have to pay a 25% restock fee, but also have to pay $50 for the delivery guys to come back to the house to get it.We received a call from the warehouse a few hours after it was delivered saying it would be 5 days for them to come back and get it. We don't live out of town... in fact we are in N. Medford (not far from the store).The ONLY guarantee Ashley has is to NOT return all of your money if you're not completely satisfied.So, to summarize... a week to deliver it, having to wait another 5 days for them to come and pick it up. Plus pay $500 in restock fees and another $50 to have it picked up to return it.Stay away from Ashley Home Store if you don't want to lose money.

My husband and I just moved into a new house so we went in and got a ton of new furniture. John on the sales team was amazing. He helped us pick out a sectional, new bedroom set, and a new mattress. We placed the order on December 12th. He told us it would be about a month for delivery. We get the first delivery around the time he said so. We were a little confused when they delivered 2/3 of our couch and half of our mattress. Next day came and my husband had to go pick the last part of our couch up and the other part of our mattress. I called and asked about the dresser,chest, two night stands and bed frame. They said it would be end of February. Beginning of March rolls around and I give Ashley furniture another call. They then said middle of March. I get a call end of march they say they have the bedroom set. They came to deliver it and it’s only the night stands. I call them back they then said middle of May. Middle of May we get our dresser and our chest and the head board and side pieces of the bed set. They said beginning of July for the foot board. Just called them today 7/21. The new update is August. If we would have know it was going to be like this we would have picked another bedroom set or just gone somewhere else. This is crazy that we are still waiting after placing the order in December!! Just a warning make sure you know exactly when things are getting delivered!!

I made several purchases from this store and the warranty claims are changing our minds on continuing to do business with this company. I have made several calls to check the status of my warranty claim because we are sleeping on a broken bed frame and all I get is we will call you back once I am done with this customer. We are 3 months in and nothing, I called the distribution center and she said I was busy and hung up on me. REALLY!!!!!! I wont be going back to this place. I would suggest Garrisons or any where else.

Nice store. The sales ppl were a little pushy for my taste. They almost always lead you to the most expensive items. Looked at a sectional...went to order...was told 12 to 15 weeks...we left without a couch. It was somewhat disappointing.
UPDATED REVIEW: We have been so excited to get our new mattress, which John told us would be here in 2-3 weeks. That time frame went by, we kept calling to check and FINALLY after 6 weeks it was scheduled for delivery. Day of delivery comes and they call to cancel letting us know the mattress got wet, bummer, not sure how since they are wrapped well in plastic but OK. John talks fast and around in circles for the entire next week as we try and confirm if we are in fact getting a mattress. On Monday he says he will call Tuesday to let us know for sure. No call Tuesday. Wednesday morning we get a call and a knock at our door with our mattress. Totally throwing us off, but we are excited non the less. It’s a HUMONGOUS king mattress which John said they would help us set up, they did not. So my boyfriend and I hauled this thing upstairs totally messing up my shoulder, get it all set up and find out it’s the WRONG MATTRESS. Are you kidding me?! Absolutely worst service I’ve experienced in Medford. I understand things are taking longer because of COVID, that’s standard pretty much everywhere, but everyone I have dealt with is upfront and honest about wait times, not Ashley’s. They just want the sale. I hate to admit when I’m wrong but I should’ve listened to Nancy. Previous 5 star review: Awesome service! John helped us pick a mattress and the experience was great! He knew exactly how to take care of us. I was hesitant to go to Ashley’s because of an experience in a different city but John really made this experience seamless.
Shane was more than intentional with me and my wife. He made fantastic suggestions and was more than personal and intent on getting us exactly what we needed. I would definitely consider going back to get more furniture, even if it’s just to hang out with Shane some more!
I purchased a lift chair for my father, Debbie the sales lady was wonderful,I went back to get a new chair for myself ,Debbie once again was great to work with. During these Covid times you have to wait for everything, the 10-12 weeks wait is less then I have had to wait for other items for the new home we moved into.
The first time I walked in I knew I wanted to buy a bed didn't know anything else.. the lady at the entrance was knowledgeable and very helpful. Not one time did I feel like I had to buy anything. There was never pressure from her. After buying one bed and being very satisfied I went back to get my son a bed. Once again had a great experience, no pressure and a very easy process.. Debbie Saxbury is her name. I'm sure everyone is helpful there but Debbie goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident in your purchase.
Debbie Saxbury was great and we had the best experience getting a tempurpedic and whole new bed set. She wanted to make sure we understood it could take up to a few months to get everything but we completely understand. We’ve been sleeping on our old pillow top for years so we can wait a little longer and it will make it that much better when we get our amazing mattress! If you’re in the market for new furniture definitely ask for Debbie!

Never again! We had our recliner for about a year before the recliner mechanism broke. We were upsold the "best warranty". We tried and tried to get someone to help us get it fixed both at Ashley in Medford and also the warranty place. We still have a broken recliner. We even asked for a refund of the warranty and no luck. I feel scammed. Do yourself.a.favor buy local and if you have to buy from this company don't waste your money on the warranty!
John Keefe at the Medford Oregon store helped my husband and I purchase a dining room set approximately 6 months ago and we were absolutely thrilled so we came back and purchased a beautiful bedroom set. This is the worst place to buy from . I ordered a bed in February said it would be here in April. Never showed went in and tried to figure out why they said waiting on bed rails . Then headboard went missing and still no bed rails . Said may 5 it would be in went back said still no bed rails told me end of June. So asked for my money back and that's starting to seem like a joke to get my money back. Front desk workers seem like they don't care about customers . Seems weird that beds come in pieces. I will never go back
Very nice store. Well presented displays with lots of options. Courteous and helpful staff. Great salesman. Great prices compared to other furniture type stores we have visited. Only downside is that you pick out what you are interested in purchasing and then it must be ordered. But you can apply for financing, do a lay-a-way plan or pay cash. They do charge a delivery fee on all sales however you can opt to pick it up yourself.
I placed an order on feb 26, 2021 online and was told because of covid it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. So at the 8 week mark I made numerous calls to customer service who had to contact the warehouse and third party that had my order, with the same “a week or so out” response. Week 11 I finally get a response after my 3rd call, that it would be mid June when it would be available for delivery, that’s 16 weeks!! I ordered a basic dresser and headboard for my bed. I cancelled the order because not once during these 11 weeks has Ashley or the third party reached out to me in any form to let me know if it was on back order, etc. I am beyond livid, and disappointed because I had such good experience last time I got an Ashley card for future purchases.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a couch and love seat on April 3 2021. I was told after I paid for them that the love seat would deliver no later that June 6. When I called today to check on the love seat - I was told it would now be JULY 16 !!!! They offer NO solutions to this and meanwhile I have no where for guests to sit. Not to mention the fact - when I walked in the second time - they looked and me asked me if I was heading to the outlet. HUH ? Was I not dressed appropriately to shop in the front end on the store ? lol - I would avoid this mess and go somewhere else if you are looking for customer service and quality.
We went to Ashley Furniture Warehouse in Medford, OR and Edie Barton helped us. Edie is the BEST, she helped us find exactly what we need and really helped design the look we were wanting to accomplish with our home and within our budget .... we are so excited! I highly recommend Edie and we love our new furniture!!
Ordered a bed fram and dresser once I got it the boxes where torn up, and parts of the fram was damaged told the sales person and nothing done she said ut is part of the design. I even paid N extra $199 for an extended warranty

I have tried very very hard to be understanding and nice. I even wrote bad reviews before but removed them. But trust me when I say do NOT order from this Ashley furniture. I'm sure some customers get special treatment but my husband and I didn't even get sub par treatment. Here's my story. Back in September my husband and I ordered a dining table that is bar height and couches. We loved them both. We were supposed to get them about two months later. Which is crazy, but because of the pandemic we understood. Two months passed and nothing. No call, nothing. We tried to get a hold of someone to help us and all we got was a lot of "someone would call you back" but noone ever did. We didn't know what was happening with our furniture. We had to physically go down to the store to get answers. We finally spoke with the manager Jordan. We didn't get any apologies but he seemed nice enough. He told us that our couch had in fact arrived a couple weeks ago but the warehouse people had accidentally slashed the couch and the couch we wanted was no longer available. (Again they couldn't simply call and tell us that they just ignored us instead) we picked out some fancier couches and Jordan gave us a small discount on those and we got those about two weeks after they had said but we were thankful we got them at all. The table arrived and it is damaged, the chair was wobbly and the bench did not fit the table and was wrong. The bench was super short and looks ridiculous. We contacted the store and they said someone would call us back but they never did. We again, had to physically go to the store and request the manager again to try and get it fixed. Spoke with Jordan again. Again, no apologies but he said he would reorder the bench. At this point it was February. So we had been waiting 6 months. No calls. No communication. The guys did come out a week later to fix the chair. They didn't. They said they didn't have the part to fix the chair and didn't have the correct bench. They left. My husband went to Lowes and got the part to fix the chair and did it himself. There is still a crack on the table but we dont dare ask them to fix it even under warranty because nothing will happen. Back to the bench...we had called several times asking about the correct bench and again told several times we would get a call back but never did. Again, we had to go to the store to talk to Jordan. He said we would have to wait until the end of March to get our bench. We explained that was ok as long as he simply communicated with us about it. But nothing. I went back down to the store at the beginning of April and spoke with Jordan again. Again, never one apology in all of this. He said we would get the bench soon and I made him PROMISE he would call us the next week when he said he would know an exact date. No call. My husband called him and he said we would get it last Monday. Nothing. No call. I called Friday and they said they would call me back. No call. I called Saturday and the guy said it was in the warehouse and Jordan would call me back. Nothing. Im pretty sure anyone reading this would agree this is a horrible way to treat customers. Absolutely horrible. They make no effort to make it right. No effort to communicate. Nothing. I said this before and I erased it because I wanted to give them a chance. They DO NOT care about your business. Or customers. Go to Garrisons or somewhere else. Don't put yourself through this. Don't do it. It took us over 6 months to get a correct piece of furniture after their mistake. It has taken us 8 months to get one piece of furniture that THEY ordered wrong and still don't have it. Just save yourself the heartache. Don't do it. If they make ANY attempt to make this right ill update you. But don't hold your breath. In 8 months they never have, they won't start now.
They did not bother me while I shopped. We may go buy their furniture because of this and their options and prices.

I had a great experience with the Medford Ashley Home Store. Assistant Manager Mike and Debbie really helped make my order happen. Things are understandably slow during this time but the staff was willing to check my status each time I called. Peter and his crew did and amazing job with delivery and install. The reason for 4/5 ⭐ is that my bed frame was damaged in shipping. However, both the delivery crew and store staff was so willing to make it right and get me a replacement. I love the pieces I ordered and my Sectional is above and beyond what I expected.
Zero isn’t an option or that is what I would leave. Bought a bed in Oct and still nothing and it’s March. We never get calls we have to call them and it’s always a new date that it will arrive. Well now we call and it’s in but do you think they’ve called to tell us? NOPE! So now they’ve provided another number for the warehouse to verify it’s actually in but nobody answers or calls back. Stay away and shop local...these folks give zero ****’s about customers or customer service.
If I could give it a zero I would. MY VERY FIRST TIME VISITING THIS STORE I was “greeted” by a short man. He was not friendly nor welcoming. He made me and my fiancé feel like we couldn’t afford buy from there and he was unwilling to let me ask any questions. He would cut me off mid sentence on multiple occasions. He was so off putting we practically ran out of the store. Save your money and buy local. Not only did we end up buying a brand new bed frame we bought a whole bedroom set thanks to a very nice lady at a different store. Please take a good look at your staff! When people are looking to buy furniture they want to feel at home! Not like they can’t even touch the furniture.

EDIT: Update, I got my furniture, from my order in mid december, day before yesterday. I unboxed my couches and one was smashed in half on frame, completely busted, and black stains. I called to report and was told service would call me back. No call. I emailed corporate as well. I will keep yall posted on how they handle this. Just ordered a few pieces in store. Over Christmas decided to show my son what bedroom furniture I got him on the website. Low and behold it’s hundreds of dollars price difference. So I go get my paperwork to run all the item numbers I could. When looking through the paperwork I see a protection plan had been charged that I was told NUMEROUS times by the sales lady she would be adding complimentary which was some five year protection plan, I thought oh that’s nice and she was very helpful. I signed my paperwork and left but now looking at it see that it was charged, and the hundreds in price differences with the same items online. I will be contacting the store tomorrow but I think it’s pretty shady to not sell at consistent prices. In addition if your shopping here make sure to check the website before going in and verify your not being charged for things your told would be comped.

My house burned down(not stated for sympathy, but a background reason for the shopping experience) so we ordered a HOUSE FULL of furniture from Ashley in Medford in the first week of October. At the time of the order we were told everything would be here by now. There had been multiple phone calls with no response, do on Sunday we went into the store and tried to find out what was going on. We were promised we would have a couch at least by Friday (not the original one we ordered, that was put off until March, we had to settle for something else) everything else on the order was put off until mid January. After speaking with the assistant manager, Mike, we agreed to go with the couch we could have by Friday and be patient with everything else. He knew I was extremely upset and PROMISED it would be no other issues with Communication. Monday calls were made with no answer, same thing on Tuesday. Finally yesterday, we got a hold of Mike again and he acted totally clueless about anything. We canceled our order and went to Furniture Row and met Denis, who was great and placed a new order for the house full of furniture. My couches would have been delivered today, but because we went after I go off work at 7, it couldn't be scheduled until Friday.

As you know, my house burned down(not stated for sympathy, but a background reason for the shopping experience) so we ordered a HOUSE FULL of furniture from Ashley in Medford in the first week of October. At the time of the order we were told everything would be here by now. There had been multiple phone calls with no response, do on Sunday we went into the store and tried to find out what was going on. We were promised we would have a couch at least by Friday (not the original one we ordered, that was put off until March, we had to settle for something else) everything else on the order was put off until mid January. After speaking with the assistant manager, Mike, we agreed to go with the couch we could have by Friday and be patient with everything else. He knew I was extremely upset and PROMISED it would be no other issues with Communication. Monday calls were made with no answer, same thing on Tuesday. Finally yesterday, we got a hold of Mike again and he acted totally clueless about anything. We canceled our order and went to Furniture Row and met Denis, who was great and placed a new order for the house full of furniture. My couches would have been delivered today, but because we went after I go off work at 7, it couldn&'t be scheduled until Friday.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Their delivery time is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! They estimated 6-8 weeks delivery but it&'s been 9 weeks and we have been calling for weeks with no callback, no set delivery date, the manager, goodness gracious is never around! Their sales associate don&'t have any information, not sure how they manage to be employed there and they have HORRIBLE PHONE ETIQUETTE!!! It&'s not worth their price either, $200 for a throw, you serious?!! Just find another furniture store, don&'t buy here!!!! Save your money. Go somewhere else.

We had shopped previously at Ashley and found their prices and quality excellent. When we moved into our new home we needed to change and add furniture so Ashley was our choice. Our salesman JOHN turned out to be one of the best parts of the experience - he took our ideas and pulled a number of suggestions for us to look at and helped coordinate rugs and over several phone exchanges helped us to refine our first choices to fit our needs and space. Over all he spent several hours helping us to get the look we wanted. I can't give John and Ashley a high enough rating because the survey only has five stars - but I would encourage anyone looking for furniture to go to Ashley and ask for John!!
The worst experience ever. I purchased some furniture in June 2020. I was told by Rodney that the furniture would be delivered mid-July. 8 pieces were ordered. By mid-July not one piece had arrived. Over the next four months one or two pieces would dribble in to the warehouse. They wanted to wait until all the pieces had arrived before they delivered. We couldn’t speak to our salesman Rodney because he had been fired. I threw a fit and they started delivering the furniture. Now the furniture was dribbling in to my son’s apartment. Four months later we are still missing a love seat. For two weeks we have been receiving apologies from corporate, each saying they are “looking into it”. From the looks of these reviews there will be another one of this apologies in the space below. In July of 2020 my physician recommended for me a sleep number bed. I have ongoing orthopedic issues. I purchased the mattress. The, having always dreamed of having a canopy bed I went to Ashley Homestore. They didn't have the one I wanted, but on the showroom floor was one that I liked, so I purchased it. Friendly people at the homeStore. Then started the troubles. The sleep number bed can rest on the floor, so I could have taken delivery of it at any time, but, Ashley furniture refused, repeatedly and adamantly to help move existing furniture, even if the customer were disabled. So, sometime in August the bed arrived at the warehouse incomplete, they wanted to deliver it and build half a bed in my master bedroom that was not usable and wait for the additional parts. I politely declined, and asked them to deliver the bed when it was complete. So, a few weeks later they showed up with, what they said, was the complete bed. Lo and behold, it was shipped to them with no hardware. Again they asked if they could stack a pile of unassembled lumber in my bedroom, I declined, and asked for them to deliver it when it was complete. Again, I asked the distribution outlet if I could take delivery of the mattress from sleep number, and they again told me that if it was there, I, a disabled person, would be required to remove it from the room before they delivered. So, lastly, today September 17th called the distribution center once again to see what the status was for a bed I purchased for nearly 2000$. After checking, I was told that of the 5 bags of hardware needed, 2 were being delivered sometime this week. I asked about the remainder, and was told they do not have a clue when they arrive, and it could be as late as Christmas. Once again the warehouse/delivery person was asked, by me, to please let the delivery people assist me with putting the sleep number mattress in an adjacent room for assembly of the new, 2000$ bed. Once again, this time fairly rudely, I was told in no uncertain terms that wasn't going to happen. So, we sleep on an old bed in our guestroom, where we've been now for more than a month, hoping someday a bed that I spent a great deal of money on will someday arrive. If it weren't for the sweetness of the salesperson we're dealing with at the homestore I would have demanded a return of my money a long time ago. I'm on the verge of doing so anyways. What baffles me is that there is a complete, assembled, identical bed in their show room. They clearly do not have a great number, or frankly any more to sell. Why not appease a paying customer by transferring the parts to a bed that's already sold? The only conclusion I can come to is they could care less about their customers.

4 months agoRUN DONT WALK AWAY from the lousy quality and even worse Protection Plan. It's not worth the paper it's written on. Our salesman said "even if it's a scratch from a cat" it's protected. Well, it WAS NOT from a cat but from minor wear and tear a year and a half later that the leather started cracking. When we sent pictures, I got back this note:"The photos are showing the leather Cracking and peeling, therefore, we are unable to proceed on the issue that you are having"What the H!!? A puncture or a Rip all the way through is covered! Quality of the product is NOT covered!!! Don't bother with the quarany. It's a farce. And RUN from their leather products. Our chairs are starting to crack and rip. Two years old! We've had a leather sofa and chairs from Fred Meyers that are 10 years old and still in pristine condition. Buy anywhere else.
My husband and I had been searching for the right mattress and thought we had found one. After two weeks we realized it wasn’t the one for us so we went back in hopes of finding the perfect one. We did!! John helped us find the perfect mattress, and made the process of exchanging super smooth. In the beginning he told us to buy a mattress cover, because that would be the only way we could return it, if we changed our mind about the bed. We are so glad we did! Don’t skip the mattress cover! They were amazing here at Ashley, and we are definitely coming back for any more furniture needs we have in the future!
I had trouble with the delivery time with my first couch that I had purchased. I came in and spoke to John and he helped me find a new couch and gave me great customer service! His high energy level and eagerness to help gave me an reassuring experience.
Really nice furniture but costs a bit much for those of us laid off from Covid. Also I found it frustrating that 2 circulating sales people didn&'t have correctly fitting masks- their mouths were covered but not their noses. Really?

He was very energetic, enthusiastic, nice, and determined to help us find exactly what we were looking for, for the fabrics he took into consideration that we have kids and let us know what works best for our situation. ANOTHER UPDATE: STILL having issues!! We finally received our order and it’s STILL incorrect! The chairs come in a box of 2 and one chair did not match the other three and one chair had a leg 1/2 an inch shorter than the others so it wobbled. I took the chairs back to Ashley’s on Saturday and they tell me all they can do is send an email to the warehouse and they will call me Tuesday. It’s now Friday and I haven’t heard anything. So I called the warehouse and they acted like they never heard about it and I had to completely re-explain the issues. Now I have to wait AGAIN for more chairs to come in and swap them with the old ones. I need a refund or something because this whole situation is a HUGE mess and not worth the hassle at all. The store clerks don’t help with anything so don’t tell me to call the store. Manager can look up my account and call me himself. My name is Kali. UPDATE: Still haven’t gotten my order or any calls with updates! I’ve tried calling multiple times and get voicemail. Then today I called at 5:30pm, before the closed at 6pm, was placed on hold and left there for going on 50 minutes now. So did someone place me on hold and leave for the night?! Totally UNEXCEPTIONABLE. At this point I am FURIOUS and will be going in tomorrow to cancel my entire order and account. So I don’t normally leave reviews EVER, and I don’t even know where to start, I will probably not go to Ashley’s again due to my experience and the price I paid for my items. I ordered a dining set, comes with table, two extensions, four chairs and a bench. I get a call Friday afternoon saying it was ready for pick up. So Saturday I go to the warehouse and they gave me the bench and said that the table wasn’t there and that the chairs came damaged so they will have to get new ones and they will do premium home delivery for free for the inconvenience. Also that they would be available next week. Which is totally fine, I didn’t mind at all. Then I get a call on Tuesday saying that they got an email stating I wanted to add two more chairs to my order which would be another $180. I told the guy NO my chairs arrived damaged so I never got them and they were going to be reordered. He said he will take care of it. THEN the next day, Wednesday, a girl calls saying the same thing. She got an email that I wanted to add more chairs to my order. Do they not communicate?! Also has anyone placed my order for the rest of my dining set or did I pay $1500 for one bench and a whole lot of irritation! Super inconvenient and not good customer service at all. Especially for the amount I am paying.
Back in May I went in and ordered a couch from the store manager. I believe his name was Jordan. He advised me that the particular couch I wanted was back ordered due to COVID and that I’d be looking at about a 4-6 week wait. I had no problem waiting and was understanding given the circumstances. 3 weeks in I called to check in and see if we were still on time and they informed me that the time was actually pushed out longer. I’d be looking at the last week of June for deliver. I understood but was a little frustrated that I wasn’t updated. However, I called back again, the week my couch was supposed to be delivered and yet again it was pushed out. This time until July 9th. The woman I spoke to told me it would be ready and delivered by July 9th. Frustrated again, not because of the wait, but because again, the store manager whom I made the sale with, did not communicate with me. Yesterday, July 7th, I called to confirm the time my couch was set to be delivered on the 9th and was informed AGAIN, that the delivery date had been pushed out, this time until the second week of August. At this point I was entirely too frustrated, not by the delay, but the lack of communication and respect they failed to have for their customer. I went down to the store and ultimately asked for a refund because of their bad business practices and will never be doing business there again. I’ve been sure to share my experience with this store to friends and family and will continue to educate other prospective customers on my poor experience. Not a very good example to show your associates, being the store manager.

Had a very good experience purchasing a new sofa at Ashley homestore. John was our salesperson and he worked a great deal for us, on top of the store sale. We were able to purchase a couple end tables as well, and a very cool lamp.
So before we even got inside Ashley Home Store went above and beyond. Rodney met us in the parking lot with a wheel chair so that my mom wasn’t walking the whole store on crutches. That was so appreciated. We told Rodney what we were looking for and he showed us all of our options. Once we decided, he made the purchasing so easy. Everyone is so nice here but Rodney really went above and beyond. I’ll be coming back in the future when I need to decorate my new place. Thank you!

Went here to buy a matress, a 70 pound matress in a box. I had to get it down from the top shelf, carry it to the desk so they could get my info, Then move it to the front desk for payment, no cart to put it on, no one offered to help, then carried it to my car still with no help. Thanks guys

The employees at the Medford location are very polite and helpful. Wish I could say the same for the rest of the company. Ordered a four piece entertainment center and most of it arrived a couple days after I ordered. The TV stand took about another month and a half. For the amount of money I spent I was expecting something of better quality. The TV stand is approximately 2 inches wider than the bookshelves it comes with. If I ever buy from Ashley's again then I will only go into the store. No more online orders from this mess of a company.

I am both delighted and amazed at just how helpful the staff at Ashley HomeStore have been. They have gone way over and above what most other furniture stores would have. They have worked tirelessly to make sure that we are both pleased and comfortable with each and every one of our purchases. Our salesman John has been absolutely amazing, going out of his way to bring paperwork to our home on multiple occasions, as the need arises due to exchanges/swapouts. He even volunteered his time and energy to move out our old bedroom furniture and take it to the dump for us, so there would be room for the new furniture we purchased. His precious wife Leah even came with him and helped out. They came back when I had a problem getting in between the beds to make them up, with Leah doing the job for me, on two different occasions!! All I can say is Thank You Lord for my dear friends Tami and Dan, for recommending Ashley HomeStore to us, and Thank You Lord, for giving us such wonderful people to work with, to get exactly what we were dreaming of having, but not knowing whether or not it would be possible. I went in to my local Ashley HomeStore with a specific list of recliners I wanted to look at. The salesperson took me to the first one on my list and I noticed it was priced significantly higher than the website had said. She quickly assured me this wasn't an issue, the store price matches the website. She also showed me several others (on my list as well as some that weren't). I ended up buying the first one I saw, the Workhorse, and I had a fantastic experience with the employees at my local store.
Super excited to get our table! The gentlemen in the store were great and very helpful! However, our paperwork has a pick up date of today and when I called I was told by the warehouse that it’s not in and that it “should” be in next week but there are two different trucks so not sure exactly when I will be able to pick up. Hoping sooner rather than later.

BUYER BEWARE! Had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. We lost our home in the Campfire in Northern California 11/8/2018. I say this not looking for sympathy, but to make it clear that I am not normally in the financial situation to walk in and buy a bedroom suite, not to mention all the other furniture that I purchased June of 2019 at Ashley. I was working from my insurance coverage, trying to rebuild my family&'s life. I specifically told the salesman, Jordan, that I wanted solid wood only ( I was advised by a friend of mine who is a designer that not all new furniture is solid wood and to be sure to tell the salesman) I trusted him to show me only solid wood and after confirming it with the first few pieces I felt he was clear that was what I was looking for. The last thing I picked out was bedroom furniture. Delivery took a long time for the bedroom furniture. After several months it became clear that the bedroom furniture was not solid wood. With several calls back and forth the first response was that it was too late to change. The final response was that I purchased the furniture so it was on me. He justified it by saying it is wood. Different wood&'s sawdust that has been re-formed with some kind of glue or chemical and made into furniture. His definition of solid wood is significantly different than mine. So far I have had a problem with the chest of drawers, a misaligned drawer, they did come and correct the drawer glide. The night stand had a problem also, the finish bubbled up all over it, they replaced it, took about 6 weeks I sent pictures to Customer Service on 1/15/2020, just received the nightstand today. I find the finish to be very porous, anything at all will stain the finish. I am completely unsatisfied with the purchase of this bedroom furniture. I will not shop there again and will not recommend them to anyone. I feel this is a very unethical business.
I found a sale online but was hoping to shop in the local store instead! They did not carry the couch I was interested in but they graciously offered to order it for me with free shipping, in 1/3 the time it would have taken to receive it from the online order. They also honored the online sale price! The salesman also offered to come into work on his day off to put in the order so I had time to talk it over with my husband. Wonderful customer service, we couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you again, John at Medford Ashley!
Worked with Edie, at our local home store. She was extremely helpful and nice. She assisted us in finding the exact chairs we were looking for and kept us informed about current and upcoming sales so we got a great price. The majority of the furniture quality is good. We did have some issues with a few of the chairs but we were able to use parts from one chair. In the end we only had to have one of the eight chairs replaced, rather then 3. Edie ordered the chair and got us all taken care of. Great customer service on her part. So 5 stars for her, 3 stars for Ashley due to a few quality control issues.
Rather similar items as other furniture stores. They marched Costco's price- but with more options. It is odd that Ashley makes its own items, but gives us less options of fabric than the other stores and we had to wait weeks for them to make it.
I was approached by a very nice sales associate. I was looking for a specific size dining table. Though the store didn't have it on display, he guided me to a large electronic display. He also suggested I look at the stores website. I live out of town, but I will go back.
Wonderful customer service, all the staff was friendly but the clerk that helped us was amazing. I will DEFINITELY buy from them again and refer family and friends as well. They also have great furniture at awesome prices.

Had a great experience. Lanis greeted us when we came in, asked us if we'd been there before, then asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told her a dining room set, she asked us a few questions and told us because of President's Day we could take 30% off the tag price. Then she left us to wander for about 15 or 20 minutes. We needed to wander some more, so she left us again. We never felt pressure to buy, or buy something more expensive than what we were looking at. I would recommend Ashley HomeStore.

We took advantage of their 60 month 0% financing a couple of weeks ago. Went back today to find an area rug to match. The associate that helped us on both occasions was outstanding. We recommend talking to Gentry if you decide to visit.

Ordered a new sectional couch from them in November. Upon delivery one of the sections had an issue. But no biggie, we're told they make it right and swap the piece out and should only be a week or two. Fast forward 5 weeks and we're still awaiting the exchange. We havent been able to get a hold of their service department for weeks either.
Went in looking for a recliner and was told they were having a buy-one-get-one free sale on recliners. We were also told that if we spent $3000 we would get 30% off. We found couches and recliners we liked but the couches were part of their “outlet” store in the store so they would not honor the 30% off. When we thanked the saleswomen for her help and time but asked if we could double check with the manager we were told he was “in a bad mood.” The saleswoman Edie said she would take our phone number and call us if the manager was in a better mood later. Never got a call. We went back in a few days later ready to buy the recliners at the buy-one-get-one free rate. There was no price tag on one recliner so I looked it up online and it was listed as $450. I asked the salesperson for the price and they quoted me over $800. I showed them the online price and they said that’s corporate pricing and they can honor that but they can’t give me any sales on it. They doubled the price then told me it’s buy-one-get-one free. No it’s not - if you double the price then it’s not really on sale. The saleswomen argued with me after I pointed this out that they have to deal with “freight” so their prices are different than online. Sleazy sales tactics - will never buy from here.
Sales person Lenis greeted us at the door and then let us browse in our own. Just as we we were about to leave, she checked in with us and directed us to one more item. It was perfect and we were able to happily leave with a new coffee table on order.
I've always had great expierences at Ashley. This particular time I bought 2 area rugs and because I saw an add online , I got an extra 5% off for a total of 30%. Made my day! Thank you Ashley Furniture.

I was getting new couches for my family and they said it would be ready Tuesday. We called them at 4:00 on Tuesday and they said they said they had the but there warehouse was closed at 4:00 what kinda place closes at 4:00 on a Tuesday like what
They sent me a 50% off flier. I went in last night with cash for the set I looked at 4 months ago (thre Geashill set) and it was the exact price they quoted me previously. $2156.00. When I asked why they said "you must have had one of these coupons then too." So A. You give these out all the time?? That doesn't really make it a "Black Friday" sale does it and B.It was a 15% cupon last time. Still had the quote. Then when I pulled up Ashley furniture online and showed them the original prices of each item to understand where they learned math, because each item at full price equaled $2,929.00 so how is $2,156.00 half of that? I was told THE EXACT SAME COUCH WAS $459.99 MORE EXPENSIVE IN THEIR STORE. Could not explain why. They just said we can't give 50% off the online prices but only their in store prices. Needless to say I was very upset, disappointed and will not be purchasing anything from Ashley furniture! My mom was looking for a new livingroom set and and my bestfriend was also looking for a hide abed sectional, all were ready to purchase new furniture. But, now we all have a bad taste in our mouths and will be shopping elsewhere.
We went to Ashley's and got anew living room couch set. We got some good deals and over all I am happy with how everything turned out.

My wife and I stopped in here to furnish our new home for when it&'s completed in 2020. We took a tour and one of the reps showed us the different styles and displays they had to offer. The new location in the old Costco building is so nice. It feels clean, and comfortable. We didn&'t end up purchasing on our window shopping trip, but had a good experience while we were there. I think the best part was that one of the light features we were looking at was really overpriced in my opinion. And the rep pointed out that a crafty person may be able to make a similar feature at home. I also enjoyed that they can recognize that there is move for negotiation.

We love our couch however when we picked it up from the warehouse and lugged it home- we found it had a hole in the back. Luckily, it&'s not noticeable due to positioning in our house. It was too much of a hassle to find time out of our busy schedules to pick it up in the first place and didn&'t want to go another 5-6 weeks for a new piece to replace section with hole

The boyfriend and I have been in the store a few different times. Each time the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We recieved our couch on time with no issues. Today we ordered our dresser, as soon as we walked in the door the greeter said hi and guided us to where we needed to go. Tyler and the lady that checked us out (sorry I didnt catch her name) were quick and efficient. Great and friendly staff we will be shopping there again if we need anything.

Their customer service lacks. We walked the entire outside wall of the store and finally had go find a salesperson to help us with our purchase. We had difficulties with scheduling our delivery and getting someone to return my calls. When they did they were very rude (the schedulers). Delivery was on time. Love the furniture.

Wow what a experience. So I went in one day to look for a new dining room set. I had just received some big news and shared it with Debbie which she was the one helping me. Hands down the prettiest store in the Rogue Valley, so much to choose from, the sales staff was knowledgeable and so nice. Didn't hassle us let us look around. We bought a beautiful living room set and Mattress . The process was easy and actually enjoyable. Our sales lady Debby Saxberry was so nice and knew what she was talking about. We had everything delivered and the young men who delivered it were outstanding.

WE came in this time for an adjustable bed, Debbie took her time with our Mom and made it fun to make such a large purchase. Mom got a great Tempurpedic adjustable mattress set and she has loved it from the beginning. Debbie never pressures us just explains everything to us so we know what we are getting. My friend and I went to Ashley for a sofa, and ended up with a sofa, two beautiful chairs, and an area rug! Debbie was fantastic to work with -- she knew the whole store&'s inventory well, and steered us away from something we were considering in favor of something that ended up working much better. I love their furniture-I have several pieces in our home. I went into the Medford store and was greeted by a woman. I stated what I was looking for and she became sarcastic and rude. They didn’t carry the item I wanted and she went into put down mode like I was looking for a fainting couch-no a square table. Not going back.

When purchasing a dining room table be sure to ask if it comes assembled. We were not informed of this until the end of the sale. The sales person informed us it would be an additional $180.00 for Ashley to assemble. We have regretted the experience and dishonesty.
When did furniture shopping get bumped up to the list included in Used Car shopping?I can say for sure, I found the most comfortable recliner that I have ever had the opportunity to sit in. And to the Salesman&'s credit, he was actually able to keep a straight face when stating that we could actually &"Buy one and GET ONE FREE&". Well how about that! If we purchased this amazing chair, they would throw another one in.As tempted as I was, and believe me, I was tempted. I took his card and said I needed to think about it. The cost of the ONE recliner? $1, 238.00 More than our house payment. I took a photo of the stock number and description.What did I find? The same exact chair on Amazon for .....drumroll please $493.99. Did I mention free shipping?Ashley was willing to get it to my door, however it would tack over 100.00 more to the total.So was this actually &"buy one get one free&"?Or was it buy TWO and we will smile at you as you walk out the door with &"sucker&" posted to your shirt.Did I purchase a recliner? Or two? I was actually wanting a &"pair&" of recliners. And I may have been willing to pay the inflated price. However, even though it was probably the most comfortable chair my old fanny has ever sat in....I pass. Ashley....Your furniture can actually sell itself. However, public opinion? That is something worth more than its weight in gold. No sale.
Store was clean, staff was pleasant mannered. Told the sales rep that approached a few moments after I entered I wanted to buy a recliner. I asked to see where they were all at. She lead me all the way around the outside wall toward the back showing me one chair here one chair there. I get to the back center of the store look inward and saw snake dab in the center of the store the showroom for all the recliners wow after all this time I had to find them all . Ended up buying a chair. I upsold myself once she walked away and I felt comfortable sitting in some of their spendier recliners. GOT A GREAT DEAL. Buy one get one on the recliners. I would shop there again but next time I'm going to bring more coffee for the stroll.😁😁
After shopping around we found the best price on the mattress we wanted. . . plus Ashley furniture is donating a mattress to a kid in need with every mattress sold! Overall was happy with the purchase and love that we can help a child.

We ordered a set of twin beds on mid June and was told they would be here in a week. It took three weeks to get them after calling and calling which I believe it is the stores responsibility to cal us tell us something. We finally picked them up and come to find out the hardware was missing. I was told three different numbers to call to fix the issue and left messages but nobody called back. I finally got in touch with the manager of the showroom store and was told it would take up to a week to get the hardware. I asked for a refund and was told they would take 25% of the money I spent if they do a refund or we could spend it in the store. We found something else and was told they can put a rush on the order and it would be here in week. We ordered the set on July 6 and still the order was not here in the time frame given but in fact we were told we’d have them by July 19th and we'd be given a call when the items arrived. We called them today 7/27 and were told the items are on back order and will not receive them until mid August. How is it possible to mess up this bad and expect people to pay for items they can’t use in a reasonable amount of time? I will never buy another thing from this company again. Lesson learned. Go anywhere else for your goods if you want decent service in a decent amount of time.
I have never been inside a Ashley Home Furniture Store until 7/26/19. I was on a mission to find the perfect cabinets for my kitchen dinning room, and I found what I was looking for. Everybody there was great and a special note to Gentry. He’s the man of the hour. My wife and I were in there to browse for some sofas. Gentry helped us out, easygoing and relatable. He made the purchase process easy by telling us about the layaway program because my wife and I did not want to apply for a credit card. I can’t wait to get our sofas here in a few weeks.
Debbie Saxbury was our sales person. She was really fun and very knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure. My husband and I bought furniture that we both love. It's not been delivered yet, and we can't wait.
I will not give Ashley Furniture 1 star. ( but had to or my post wouldn’t go through, it should be a negative star) I ordered furniture ( a whole living room set) from them on Memorial Day and was told that I would have it in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks of nothing I called them only to get the run around for 4 more weeks. On the 5th week of waiting they told me that 1 table (out of 3 that I ordered) was on back order. I asked them to bring the rest of my furniture and the table later. They didn’t . Instead they set me up a delivery date for well past the time that the table should be in. Finally after 6 weeks I get my living room set. To top it off, they delivered me a couch that has a cut in the arm and tell me “we will replace that arm when the parts come in.” So I paid over $2500.00 to have a couch that has to be replaced before we even sit in it? Wow, what ever you do.. DO NOT go to Ashley furniture!
We worked with Robin to find the perfect sectional for our living room. She gave us excellent service answering all our questions in detail. No pressure to sell. She wanted us to be happy with our choice. I recommend her highly.
I went in to look for chairs. The lady was so nice and helpful. I decided to come back later an purchase the chairs , after work. I was late. When I came back I went right up to the counter an told them what I was after an who had helped me that morning. She had left for the day. After 20min waiting to check out I was told by a lady manager,it would be 20 or so more minutes cause someone was a head of me. No one was around only me. They were trying to qualify a lady. I saw she was approved for 3,000 but they couldn&'t get it to go through. How rude. I was not important to them at all. I left an never will go back. Also if you see something there you like, you can go to their website an get it way cheeper. That&'s what I did.
I would give it 5 stars, but we were ran all over the store seeing one chair at a time and then we see bunch of recliners and tell the store attendent we want to see them. And the other is that it is 3 weeks to deliver. But we get a good BOGO deal. The store is clean and inviting. The people were nice.
have to post one start to post this, I bought over three thousand dollars worth of furniture on Memorial day, when it arrived weeks later it was not what I saw in the showroom floor! My chest & dresser were broken, and one of my recliners a spring was broken too. last week I got a call saying they would be out to check it, then was too busy to come over, so the next week I waited all day for them to call I get a call at 4:30pm saying sorry we did not call, but we are at your house I did not get the message until later that evening, now I just get a message recording! A week, if not days, after getting my kitchen table I accidentally put a sponge with goof off and ruined it. Ashley’s replaced it free of charge! I have literally had the WORST experience with Ashley Furniture after placing an online order for delivery to come from this store. I was forced to purchase the $200 professional set up which has delayed me getting my furniture because the store doesn&'t feel the need to call customers when their PURCHASES arrive. I called on 6/4 in anticipation of my item arriving 6/13. The woman I spoke to said I could have my table delivered the 15th but they will call me for sure when it comes in. Wait around-the 14th rolls around and still no call. I call THEM again and her response was &"oh yeah I see we got the furniture in but we can&'t deliver it until the 19th&" I asked her why I wasn&'t called when it came in and she completely avoided the question and repeatedly kept saying &"our soonest available delivery is the 19th&" She then asked if I would like a confirmation call prior to the delivery. Shocker, it&'s 1:30pm the day of my delivery and I&'ve gotten no confirmation call. So I call AGAIN and the snob on the other end of the phone wouldn&'t even let me talk before cutting me off, probably knowing damn well their customer SERVICE is a joke. I will NEVER purchase from Ashley again, nor will I allow my family who is about to completely furnish a new home spend their hard earned money on an establishment with so little regard to its customers
Easiest purchasing experience. I came in right after Memorial Day and the salesman addressed my concerns of cost and helped me find the perfect dresser. I mentioned something about a new mattress and he was quick to inform me of their sales on mattresses, and I was able to afford both the dresser and the mattress! I am so happy with my purchase. The mattress is so comfortable, and the dresser is PERFECT. I will be back to Ashley soon for a new sectional! Thank you for your awesome customer service!

The strict no return policy is complete BS! I can't even return 2 chairs that are still in the box unopened! Was told i would get called back and never did! I used to work for LA Z BOY and they do returns as long as it's within 7 days. I will never buy from Ashley furniture again!

They absolutely have the worst service ever after waiting a month for my furniture they sent out half of the furniture damaged waiting for 2 1/2 more weeks they call me last week to see if I&'m ready for my furniture delivery I say did you check out every piece she says no we haven&'t taken out of the boxes yet I said well I think you should probably do that if it&'s damaged don&'t bring it never even got a phone call back never again will I buy from Ashley furniture customer communication is the worst. Well my update two years later Ashley&'s furniture is the worst this stuff is garbage couch and chair totally falling apart

Terrible customer service. Ordered a sectional from them and when it came it was the wrong color. Had to wait an additional 3 weeks for the reorder. Recently had to replace the chaise and when it got here (after weeks of waiting) it was the wrong color and does not match the rest of the couch. Tried to get it handled only to be told that I'd have to wait for weeks more. Would not recommend this business. I guess you get what you pay for huh...

I enjoyed my experience with the sales person, Lenice. The only thing I was disappointed in was the charge for assembly and delivery. Most places I have dealt with would put it together and deliver for free. That part was upsetting for me.

We were looking for a bed for an older friend of ours. Our sales person Nancy, was excellent. She really knew her product lines and shared detailed info on all the choices and different brands. She showed us some stands that would enable our friend to elevate the head of the bed or the foot of the bed according to her needs. We are considering this purchase.

I read some negative reviews, but those are far from the truth. We walked in and we’re greeted by Robin. She was very friendly and not pushy in the slightest. She explained how a lot of their sectionals work and how the dimensions were on the backs of the price board. We walked around the whole store and found some very nice sectionals for half off their original price. We picked one and even did the additional armless chair to make it longer and paid for delivery. Totally worth every penny and Robin was very helpful and personalable the whole way through. Even the gentleman that rang us up was great to talk to. I can’t remeber his name though, sorry man! I would recommend this store to friends and family hands down!!

I found the exact same price online. Store rep repeatedly told us what a deal he was getting us. He stated he was “running numbers” and then would return with another deal. little did we know at the time that we were getting the exact sale price that was online. I got home and feel like i had just been swindled by a car salesman. i wish i had looked up the website in the store.
The Staff at Ashley furniture value their customers. Specifically Ron, the manager and Nancy a sales associate. It is imparative that sales personalell know their merchandise. Pointing you to a mattress or a piece if furniture is not enough. There is more to it than the visual appeal. Salespeople that know the merchandise are more likely to sell it because they know who makes it and to what standards it is made. Companies with a reputation over the years would sell better if that were pointed out. The quality of the filling say on a sofa, the material covering the sofa etc. A good eye for matching fabrics etc. The most important aspect of a sale is customer service backed up by quality mercahandise. We had a very bad experience with another mattress firm in Medford. Ron and Nancy both went the mile to insure not only a good product but delivery of that product during some tough weather. The Assistant manager, Jordan and Stacey at the warehouse were very empathetic and did everything they could do and more. The deliveryman were promt friendly, knowledgeable, and left us with the feeling that Ashley furniture us one of the best shopping experiences we have had in Medford. Continuing to train your staff not only in sales but merchandising is paying off. Knowing your merchandise is quinticential to a shopping experience, as is customer relations. Last weekend we visited Ashley Home Store in Medford OR, Nancy works there as a sales person and she helped us, she is so good at what she does. We are not ready to make a purchase yet, but when we are we will definitely go back and ask for Nancy as our sales person, she made us feel welcome and answers our questions in the most helpful way, and even though our English is limited, she was very patient and kind. She has even taken time out of her day off to come and view some of the homes I am staging so she could be that much more helpful. We had a minor miscommunication at one point and she was quick to fix the problem. Super nice lady.

I have worked for the Medford Ashley HomeStore for 5 years now and literally have been in the furniture business my whole life and I want to say I am PROUD to work here. We all work very hard to find out what the needs of our customers are. We are NOT pushy at all unless you think explaining our product to our customers is pushy and explaining what our sales are. I ALWAYS find out the needs of my customers to find just the right furniture that fit their families needs. I NEVER try and oversell my customers. I am ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR THE BEST INTEREST of my customer and get great enjoyment out of getting to know my customers on a personal level. We sell good, better and best and I do my best to explain the good, bad and ugly depending on what the customers needs are. We all go to bat for our customers and sometimes things fall thru the cracks but I know for myself when that happens I do everything I can to make things right. Living in this valley my entire life I know a lot of people and if I didn't believe in this store, the products and my owners I wouldn't be there. So as we all know people love to post Bad reviews and all the good ones people just hardly post so as an employee I want to say, "This is a great store and I hope you all come into our store, It is literally the most beautiful store in the Rogue Valley. When it was realized the bed is unable to have the needed attachments some nimrod over there suggested unfeasible ideas well refusing to take the bed back. This is a horrible store to do business with. The only thing they want is your money, customer satisfaction is of no priority or concern after a sale is made. And they refuse to take any return for any reason and offer only a litany of useless excuses and lies as to why they can't take it back. We bought a bed frame here several months ago. The frame is fine but the customer service and warehouse support was crap. Was told originally that our frame was in stock at warehouse. It wasn't. Was told we would have it in a week. 3 weeks later we finally got it. Like I've said. They will tell you anything to get the sale and your hard earned money. I will never shop here again for anything.

Great experience purchasing, but beware once you go in and purchase, you're screwed if you don't like it or they are missing anything. They delivered my table and 6 chairs with FIVE chairs. 3 months to get my 6th chair, multiple unreturned calls and not even a sorry, let alone appropriate compensation. Now our 3 month old couch is starting lay very weird. 3k spent, never again. Beware, if you purchase online from Ashley you have OPTIONS to return, not in store
We purchased a bedroom set and mattress online mid November with a promised delivery of December 14th. This was wonderful as we had guests coming for Christmas. The mattress arrived quickly. After the 14th came and went we called Ashley's online number to find out what was going on. You wait the usual 15 minutes for someone to talk to and then was redirected to the warehouse, only to have them tell me they don't know where my furniture is and to call back the online number. So, after forty five minutes and 4 phone calls we ended up with an apology and a date of the 27th of December. After the 27th came and went we called again and repeated the entire process. Forty minutes later and 3 phone calls, we received and apology and the date of Jan 24th. After the 24th came and went we again tried. Ashleys said they didn't know where the furniture was and also didn't have a new date so we cancelled the order. We asked them to come get the mattress. Ashleys was never proactive in calling or emailing to keep us informed. The customer service people we spoke to were nice but uninformed. Todd R. Wanek, you should be ashamed of taking peoples orders when you are backed up beyond your manufacturing capability. I know the orders look good on the books but try honesty next time and tell your customers up front they will have to wait 4 months to get their furniture.

Caleb was a great help. We went to Ashley, picked something we liked, but wanted to look around to see what else was available. We went to several other stores and came back to Caleb at Ashley at the end of the day. Meanwhile Caleb had done some online research and found us an even better option. We ended up with exactly what we wanted at a great price. He was great to work with and at no time did he come on strong.
