Nancy was great to work with! Richard and the staff went above and beyond to help us when the online ordering refused to help us because we moved our recliner from the point of delivery. I had to go to the Ashley consumer affairs office which sent me to the online management office. They then sent the fabric for the back of our chair. Richard and his staff fixed our chair without it even being their responsibility! They are the most awesome people we have ever dealt with!!!

We were shopping for a new mattress and our first stop was at Ashley Furniture in Ontario. We were greeted by Daniel Ray who took us over to the sleep area and asked the type of mattress we preferred (firm) and showed us a few options by Beauty Rest. He explained the coil options and showed us the different base options. We found a mattress and base that will practically rock us to sleep. And they were both in stock, so no long wait! Daniel made the entire experience pleasant and efficient with no high pressure sales tactics you may find elsewhere. I highly recommend Daniel Ray at Ashley in Ontario.

We recently bought new furniture for our house that is in the process of being built. We had made all our selections for the home and had a vision of the type of furniture we wanted to be delivered this summer. We came in to buy a large electric reclining sectional and a new table with extra chairs. Nancy, the gal we worked with was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, funny, kind, and patient with us. She was great at helping us find things that matched our specific style for our new home. After showing us furniture, Nancy gave us some space to talk, wasn't pushy, and we were so greatful that she didn't give us that "sales hungry" vibe that we felt at other stores! She even helped us organize our purchase to line up better with our delivery date being out several months. We will be back to get additional furniture in the next few months and I just wanted to say, don't pass up coming out to this store. The Ontario Ashley furniture store has superior customer service and different style options that the Meridian store did not carry. They really took care of us. Nancy and Richard are the kind of people you will want to do repeat business with!

Chris was our sales guy that helped us. He was absolutely fantastic. Personable, helpful and receptive to our questions/comments and concerns when comparing mattresses. He didn’t herd us through like cattle, he took time to be invested in what we were after and let us have all the time we needed to discuss privately without feeling pressured. (they added on here that I did not purchase from their store but that is a lie. I live in Ontario and used their store. I also reached out to him like he says in his reply and never heard anything back 👎).Ordered a couch in the middle of July and was told 5 weeks out. It is now the second week of September and I still don't have a couch to sit on. I have not received any updates from them and every update I've gotten I've had to call and ask for. I called last week to find out that it came in on a truck last Wednesday after which they told me they deliver within 1 to 2 days of it arriving. The warehouse coordinator finally calls me on Friday saying he can't deliver until the next Monday and when I push back he says they will try and get it delivered by the end of the day and will call if they can't. Shocker, they never call and don't show up. Now it's Monday and he calls again to tell me that he can't deliver it till Wednesday because his trucks are full Monday and Tuesday. I point out that he already told me that they would deliver it Monday if they couldn't on Friday and he basically tells me that's too bad. So yeah. Not impressed with these people. Almost $3000 and two months later and I still don't have a couch.

Had a wonderful experience this morning at Ontario's Ashley's Furniture. We were greeted by Jeanette as soon as we walked in. Jeanette was kind and extremely helpful. She was very professional amd courteous. She listened to us and was patient as we were making decisions. At first my experience was great but then a piece of my furniture got lost had to be reordered, we had half a couch for a month. Took way longer than quoted. My sales person no longer works there so nobody seemed to care about my furniture. Shipping is out of there control to some degree but we were told we would get a discount for all the inconveniences and what a joke, furniture is just not made the way they used to be yet the prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t buy anything from here again until they figure out how to care about there customers who are waiting & paying TOP dollar for furniture. Look elsewhere.

We were interested in a bed set. Our sales rep, Nancy, wrote down the price and everything on her card and gave it to us, said we can even make the purchase on call, since the store was far for us. When I called her later, she simply denied the price she gave. We felt lied to and deceived. Didn’t care to go back. Not worth my time and energy.

When i purchased my bed the deal was when it would be guaranteed for 30 days that was not the case when i picked it up and paid the remainder it that it was 30 days i exchange the bed for a different 1 .i don't like being lied to do you

We have bought most of our furniture from Ashley's HomeStore. The price and service have always been great. Even the delivery drivers are friendly.

Customer service seems to be gone. Items at this store are expensive and you would think that if you were expected to pay top dollar you would get top dollar service. That is just not the case at this store.

I found a chair I wanted today. I said I will pay in cash and take today. Nope can't have, but we can deliver in 10 weeks. The store is struggling but yet let a paying customer walk.

Nice place to buy high end furniture.. but I am only giving them two stars because of the fact that I have waited since June 23rd today is September 9th to get my order every time I call I am treated rudely I am told that covid caused all this ..when I call I am told oh another 10 to 14 days it'll be here I've been told that for 10 weeks now they tell me that they'll call me I don't need to call them I don't understand how they can knowingly sell items to customers that they know will not be arriving to their store for months and months and months... and tell their customer it'll be here in 3 to 4 weeks... They need to say it'll be here next year.... So your getting last year's style not something new and In fashion!!!!!

My son who is 14 years old, told me he doesn't want a bunkbed anymore. (Its a handy down from his sisters) He said "Mom, I want a bed of my own". I went into Ashlys by myself looking for the perfect bed for my son. A gentleman came over and introduced himself, his name is Chris. I explained what was going on and he showed me 3 beds. I finally said i can only do so much. He says I get it. We go to the computer/tv and search on there for a full size bed. I found one that I know my son will love!! As I said Chris is listening to me about money. He tells me again he gets it. He starts recalculating numbers on his phone.. "This what I can do for you." He shows me the numbers and i was more than happy! This I can afford!!! I put half down and happily on my way!! We put the bunkbed up for sell for $100. We got someone that I know and we sold it to her for 75 including the top twin mattress. My son and I broke down the bed and it sat in the living room for a day while he sleeps on the mattress on the floor. My husband and are hard working peeps. We do what we can! We decided to gift the bunkbed and twin mattress to the family. I feel like paying it forward is like a chain link fence. It takes one link to another to keep it going. Thank you Chrs Sumner for being a link!!

I'll have to edit my last review..... I actually received a voicemail today from the sales manager asking what they could do to fix the problems we had with the Store. Although Im very happy with the product we purchased, it was the only item we ordered so they didn't need to replace the item or give me something else. The fact that they recognized the issue and tried to resolve it says a lot.

My husband and I highly recommend Ashley HomeStore! There staff was amazing, and very helpful. We purchased a sectional over Memorial Day Weekend. Since we needed it configured for our living room, it had to be ordered. We were told 3-4 weeks. It was delivered in 3 weeks. The delivery crew of 2 were very respectful and courteous. We did have a slight issue, we were missing one of the pieces of the sectional. My husband went in and talked to the Manager, and he immediately had everything taken care of. The sectional itself is of great quality, and is very comfortable. We will not hesitate to shop at Ashley HomeStore in the future! If your shopping for furniture you can't go wrong!

Relocated to Fruitland after the Camp Fire in California. Went to Ashley in Ontario with a very tight budget and a lot to purchase since we lost everything. Devrin was great, he worked hard to get us the best pricing so we could get the things we needed. He wasn't pushy, gave solid advice and was very attentive. Delivery was prompt and done very professionally. Will definitely use them in the future for furniture needs that arise.

I wasn't satisfied with the first mattress I purchased from them. I relayed my concerns, and Chauncy took the reigns, had me test out different ones till I found what I felt will serve me best. He gave me full credit towards my upgrade, and a rebate off full price for the new one. I appreciate the follow up, and making the effort to find the right mattress for my needs. The reason I purchase from a local business. Accountability. Highly recommend.

The entire experience with the Ontario store was 5 star all of the way. Nancy was low pressure sales and helped us find the exact size and style of furniture we wanted. After placing our order we ran into problems with our delivery timing because my husband had an unexpected eye surgery and they were great about storing things for us while we dealt with that. Our house is a 1940s style home with small doors and the delivery guys (Luis and Daniel) took the time and care to make sure it was put in undamaged and placed it for us perfectly. The experience couldn’t be any better. We highly recommend.

Walked in and did not even get acknowledged at all. We were there for a good while and walked past a few employees as they yawned or turned the other way. There were a couple of other people there and none had a sales rep with them either!

I had the best experinace with this location I originally got my furnature at the meridian. Idaho location. I had an issue with my furniture and got nothing but the run around from them today. no one even attempted to help me except give me the number for the claims department evan after I told them I was directed from claims to call the store. But still, no actual help. I called this store, and I was immediately helped and within an hr had my issue taken care of! I am beyond happy and they will be getting my business from now on!

Beautiful new store. Fresh and clean. Very organized which makes for easy shopping. Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Furniture was delivered when promised and delivery crew was very careful. This is my go to store. JH
