Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I wish I could give 0 stars!! This furniture store is extremely unprofessional and rude, especially the manager Daniel who never returns calls. Every time we’ve had an issue (which has been constant), we’ve had to physically go to the store just to get a response. Even when we’re there, she’s apparently busy on her phone instead of helping us. Customer service is clearly not a priority here! We purchased a brand new dining table set and have had it delivered multiple times – first time it was a clearly used item, complete with a yellow return sticker and personal information from the previous buyer. They didn’t even bother to cover it up – totally unacceptable. The second time was still chipped and damaged. Instead of making things right, they’re now refusing to issue a full refund and are insisting on a 20% restocking fee. Why should I be paying a restocking fee for USED, damaged items? I paid for new furniture – not returned damaged furniture I never agreed to accept in the first place. The only decent part of this experience was Robin, the salesman, who was respectful and genuinely tried to help. But we didn’t spend our money to get damaged furniture and deal with this level of disrespect, the overall experience was a nightmare. I absolutely DO NOT recommend buying from this store. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are better, more professional furniture stores out there that respect your time, money, and expectations.

We had a wonderful experience at this store working with Cory Rogers! He was helpful and attentive but didn’t pressure us at all! We ended up purchasing a sofa and loveseat, and Cory even helped to facilitate a faster delivery than the store told us. I would highly recommend this Ashley store.

We purchased furniture from this location on 2/2/25. It is 4/10/25 today and we are still missing half of our order. We were told the turnaround time was two weeks. So far we have had three deliveries. The first time they did not have the railings to build our bed, they refused to take back the incorrect nightstand, and brought the incorrect mattress and box spring. Second delivery was the railings to complete our bedroom, take back the incorrect nightstand and mattress. Third delivery was one of the two chairs we ordered. Each time it had to be US who reached out to the store to find out about an update. To which we found out that our sales rep was having it shipped to a warehouse in Salem. Not to mention our sales rep ordered a full size mattress and box spring for the queen sized bedroom set we bought. We received our bedroom furnitures with chips and scratches. Not to mention that the store manager has not done anything to compensate us for the chips and scratches on the furniture nor the poor timing. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau for resolve seeing as how the company has made no efforts. Damaged furniture for 6k Update: ten weeks in and we are on our fourth delivery from them. Still pending a mattress and a chair. Absolutely ridiculous.

Felted Unattended. I'm not sure why, but it seemed like they targeted the customers they wanted to talk to and not everyone. Even though I could tell they had already 10 employees at the time.

They have nice furniture act price. but the signs are not always the exact price. You have to pay a shipping and handling charge
