Worst experience I’ve had in my life. The sales Mark Weidemann sold me a 3 piece couch under the false pretense that it is a 5 piece and that im getting a great deal. We purchased on black Friday so thought nothing of it at the time. The couch was supposed to be delivered Dec 11th and only got delivered Jan 8th. One month after the promised delivery date! And to make things worse imagine my surprise when they deliver 3/5 of what I was told I purchased! I had to make the 40 min drive back to Ashley and after explaining things to them instead of honoring what they promised in the first place they denied everything and took no action to fix the situation. Trust me avoid Ashley this company is an uncoordinated mess just take your business somewhere else after 2 months of waiting for my furniture I’m forced to go and find a couch to buy elsewhere

Worst experience ever. I ordered my furniture 3 months ago. they delayed delivering part of the order by 2 months and then delivered the wrong furniture completely. The store customer service was extremely rude and completely clueless on how to help getting the furniture replaced. The other half of the order is still not delivered with no estimated delivery data. Horrible experience with Clackamas location. Ending up canceling all my order.

Horrible experience. I made eye contact with at least five different free employees and not a single one came to ask if I needed help. I walked around and looked for roughly an hour and walked out. I wouldn’t buy from this store for that reason on principle.

Never got our furniture and they don’t answer their phones. Tried calling 12 times in one day and finally went into the store. We had received a confirmation email the furniture was being delivered in two days and to remove our old furniture, which we did. Day of delivery, nothing. Drove to the store and the employees all looked at each other like “oh no, we’ve been found out. This place is a joke!! Do not buy your furniture from here because no one knows when it will be delivered and they are all pretending.

This place is a total fraud! Facts: 1. Placed an order of near $5000, after thanksgiving. 2. I got an email saying I'd get my furniture on mid december 3. I called on the delivery date, the first sales person I spoke to I gave them my order number and they responded "How do I know that is a legitimate order number?" (What a complete joke right?) 4. The next customer service told me that they had to reorder my stuff an call me in a week or so 5. After Christmas and still no info, I called and the 3rd customer service agent told me my complete order was canceled (I had no idea, because of course they still hold my $5k). 6. When the 3rd customer service agent is calling the clackamas store to get info, they are getting "hung up on". 7. Now I am on hold trying to get hope of how to get my $5k back....the saga continues 8. Do yourself a favor and buy your furniture somewhere else.

Like everyone else I bought a recliner from these guys before thanksgiving. When they took my money said I would have the chair in a week or two. It is now Christmas and I still don’t have my chair. No one can tell me when I will get it. I don’t know why anyone would buy something from this place. What a joke.

At time of my purchase. I was not told. Of the change in ownership of Ashley’s They could not deliver some of my purchases which I needed right away. I had to cancel and buy else where. The same furniture I. Am still waiting for the loveseat to be delivered in Jan . 2025 I should have been told at time of purchase there was going to be a problem. Signed MEM

Update: 12/20/24 Still have not received my furniture. I reached out to the email the store provided to me in my first review and never heard back. Not even a confirmation they were looking into my order. I have spoken to customer service and they have no idea where my furniture is, nothing at the warehouse and no estimated delivery date. My next step will be to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hope that maybe they will be able to get Ashley to respond to my requests or at least get me my furniture. I can’t stress this enough, please do not bother purchasing anything from Ashley. This has been a horrible experience. Ordered new furniture in store on 11/30/24 and paid for premium delivery, which was originally scheduled for 12/7/24 but then changed to 12/14/24 due to them not delivering to our area very often. After not hearing any updates the week leading up to and the day of delivery, we tried calling the store to chat about what the status was. No one answered after multiple phone calls. My husband finally decided to drive to the store, 35 minutes away. After arriving, there were multiple people who had the same complaints as us and no solution was offered. We were informed that it may or may not arrive until after the New Year. I would advise anyone to save their time and money and go to another furniture store. Extremely disappointed to say the least and will not be doing any future purchases with Ashley Furniture.
