DO NOT get a furniture protection plan here. They use GBS/protect all. There's so many loop holes in the contracts where they can refuse pretty much any claim.

I called to reschedule delivery and received a dry bad customer service by Lisa, she was not helpful at all and just told me right away that my fee was going to be $189 to reschedule delivery instead of $50. Very bad customer service skills.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. When our couch was delivered two months ago, it was broken on delivery. After a series of calls and two weeks later, we had someone return to look at the couch only to tell us it was likely damaged before delivery (we already knew that) and they had to order a part. Two weeks later we received the part and called to schedule it to be replaced. Two weeks after that we received a call that they needed to reschedule. Here we are two more weeks later and they called again claiming they need to reschedule AGAIN.... We have a couch that was broken on-delivery by Ashley, not us; and yet it's still not fixed. That's over too months after buying our brand new *broken* couch. Their customer service is unresponsive and they do not follow up...

Right now, I would give 0 stars. Ashley has the chance to change that though. Here’s my story: Went to the new Ashley Furniture HomeStore on SW Bonita Road in Tigard, OR and am now wishing I read the Yelp or Google reviews beforehand. Was given the hard sell at the time, but still picked out exactly what we wanted. Was assured by store staff that excellent communication would ensue leading up to delivery. Got two calls confirming delivery day and delivery time window. Got another call narrowing it further on delivery day - Yay! Then, surprise! I received a call that today “might not happen” and if we could reschedule, and “oh, by the way” one of the pieces is damaged and am I willing to accept it!?!?!? I am on the verge of cancelling my order and will loudly join the chorus of “Do not shop at Ashley” very soon if this is not fixed. So far, caveat emptor for sure. If you are thinking about going to the newest location in Tigard, be forewarned, but I will happily update my post if they course correct (or not).
