If there is a Zero, thats my review. This partiicular store told us that our furniture will be delivered after 3 weeks of purchase but it got pushed again with same excuse -"its in our WA warehouse and needs to be delivered in OR. People- Dont ever buy any furniture from this Ashley Store. For sure they will tell you lies from the start and lie again for the delovery date.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This has been the worst service you could possibly imagine. We ordered a bedroom set and TV stand with fireplace almost 5 months ago. We were quoted 3-5 weeks and have never once received a phone call. We finally got some of our order that was supposed to be “white glove” delivery and set up for us. Instead the guys said oh no we don’t know how to set this up and left boxes and styrofoam for us to clean up. We have now had 3 more trucks attempt to deliver our bedroom furniture while we took apart our bed set and have been sleeping on the floor since we were told it would be in that day. Today the delivery driver said oh no we don’t have the bed just the foot step… then he said oh ya we know we get complaints all the time about this type of stuff. When we call for the managers they have the appointment team call back to schedule another partial delivery. At this point we will be asking to return their furniture and go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. We’ve been told 4 times now that our order is cancelled by multiple people only for our card to still be charged and the items to be shipped to us. We were told multiple times that they couldn’t cancel the charge for various reasons. Including, internal policy of a 24 hour period before cancellation that they can’t show you because it’s internal, no tracking number and the order has already been processed. Now I’m going to have to refuse the package from fed ex and put in for a refund request which will take 7-10 business days. Ridiculous that being told the order is cancelled doesn’t mean it’s actually cancelled.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say thanks for the amazing customer service I got at Ashley’s Home Furniture. Julie is THE BEST!!! 5 stars is NOT enough. She was so friendly and helpful, and really went above and beyond to find the perfect pieces for my home. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and like I was the most important person in the store. She took the time to listen to my style preferences and gave me some great recommendations. She even knew a lot about the products, which made the whole process so much easier. She even gave us a great deal that made it seem unnecessary to shop around. I really appreciate your patience and your willingness to help me out. I’m so happy with my purchases, and I’ll definitely be recommending Ashley’s Home Furniture to my friends and family. Thanks again for making my shopping experience so special!

My partner and I spent over an hour selecting several large furniture pieces for our new home, yet received no assistance or greeting from any staff member. This was despite the presence of multiple salespeople who, while observing us, provided no offer of help. Conversely, these same staff members promptly assisted subsequent customers. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment.
