I had a wonderful experience working with Jim today while ordering new living room furniture. I tried to purchase it all online, however, there was an issue with their website. I called the store directly and was quickly transferred to Jim who was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the items that I was ordering. He really went above and beyond to get the issue resolved quickly so I could get the furniture I wanted.

I recently purchased a recliner, the first one that was to be delivered ended up being damaged and they had to reschedule, the next available day was 2 weeks out. When the delivery guys came at 7pm they had an older truck and the first thing the guys did was knock on my door and ask for water for their truck. The guys hands were filthy with grease from the truck. Once they were done with their problem they just walked in my house no knock again or anything, asked where I wanted the chair. The one guy that was unloading the truck was just throwing things out of the truck. Well they put the chair together and took pictures and then left. I was moving the chair on my hardwood floors and it scratched the crap out of my floor. Looked at the bottom of the chair and the plastic legs were all chewed up. It is harder than heck trying to contact anyone from this company. I would not buy from them again. The only reason I did in the 1st place is because they priced matched Penneys and had it in stock. Then I had to wait longer for it than if I would have bought from Penneys in the 1st place. Never again

This store is a complete joke!! Bought 2 KING pillows got delivered queens called to let them know to exchange 1 month later they barely ship me the replacement and guess what QUEEN AGAIN they literally are the worst store ever complete headache they never answer their phones and my problem has still not been solved all we hear is excuses WHEN WILL THIS GET SOLVED!!! DO YOU GUYS A FAVOR DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
