Great in the store but 2 hrs to talk to some one in customer service is unconscionable

Very poor customer service , I purchased a recliner power sofa around Jan and it is damaged while delivery but their warranty was only 3 days after delivery. We have to purchase a protection plan it sucks .. The store customer sucks they keep on saying the replacement order will deliver soon and dates always keeps on shifting and yet I didn’t received my replacement order. Pin points : to get hold of customer rep you should wait for at least 2-3 hrs for sure and customer service and store customer service doesn’t align at all. Highly recommend NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Bought this set for nearly $2,000 because it was promised to be delivered and put together a couple days after we bought it. The outsourced delivery company delivered it with missing parts. The 833 number is NOT helpful. The delivery driver didn’t speak english so he couldn’t communicate with Ashley what was missing. They couldn’t make a claim without knowing what was missing. The ONLY solution was to refund us the $199 delivery fee and then make us wait weekSSS for their person to come and assess what is missing. Quality is great but not worth the customer service experience. To top it off the two people behind me had damaged furniture and missing pieces as well. Not worth having parts laying on your floor for weeks. Update: part won’t be in for 3 months and the email blow doesn’t help. Ended up returning the table and chairs.
Absolutely terrible experience. I was delivered multiple wrong pieces and have been trying for almost a month to get Ashley to send me the correct piece. Someone in customer service literally told me, “Oh you will probably get burned on this one” because the order was incorrect on their part. So frustrating. Can’t even get anyone to answer at the store. The number goes straight to the entire Ashley customer service que and I was 320th in line…….. not worth the headache. Never buying from here again

They were unable to help with my request for ordering on west coast to deliver on east coast, but did help me with questions, showed me sturdy sets, and tried to help as much as they could.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Initially had high expectations but at this point I'm over. I just called and after 10min of holding it told me to call back during normal business hours which happens to be 7am to 7pm mon-fri I'm writing this right after that happened.... It's 5:15pm on Friday 4/14. Thankfully I write everything down I had to call their corporate office and and they couldn't even get q hold of them. Going on a month and a half waitinf on deliver. I'll try and keep updated. Anyways it's May 26th now still haven't received my order I just want my money back at this point PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS MISERABLE... I have also made two more calls they said they were going to email me for a date and time and they never did. So I'm back to calling them again I don't know what's going on with this company but there should be a class action lawsuit against these folks for ripping so many people off all with the same reason..
