Ying is amazing! I had been to tons of furniture stores and when I walked in, said the usual “just looking”. Because she listens and is so genuine I walked out with an entire apartment full of furniture from her.
My wife & I came in, not planning to buy anything. Weeded up purchasing a new sofa, recliner, coffee table set, pair of lamps, and 4-chair dining set. Needless to say, we ended up very happy with the quality of the products and customer service. Joy was very helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you Joy and everyone at Ashley Store! :))

I should have listened to all the negative reviews on here. I recently moved to Oregon and used this store to furnish my apartment. My furniture had to arrive in 3 separate deliveries. My first delivery was a success but after ordering on March 28th I keep getting phone calls and excuses on why my furniture is not being delivered. As of the writing of this post, I am currently postponed until May 4th, even though I did my job and ordered most of this furniture well in advance. Since this is the era of lip service from companies such as “we value our customers” and “we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied” even though they don’t mean a word of it, all that is left for me to do is warn others to stay away via this review. Beware of this place. The sales people will promise you the world but once they have your money good luck getting the items you wanted in a timely fashion. -written from my living room floor since I have to wait 3 more weeks for my couch.
