I knew which couch I wanted since sitting on it months ago in this store. When it was finally time to buy, I came back and ordered it as the store was competitive with Ashley online and I got the couch I really wanted with a really good deal. Thank you Collin! Also, the delivery guys were very helpful. I wish I would have paid for setup as well though. Screwing on the 12 feet was timely for me as there were no pre-drilled screw holes, plus I now have to go to the dump to take out the cardboard and plastic wrapping. I recommend delivery & setup on big items for sure. 👌
My husband and I walked in about 10 minutes before close, knowing exactly what we wanted, and were out as the store closed. Collin was very helpful and understanding, and matched pricing from the Ashley store in Springfield. Will shop here again when more furniture is needed.
Sales manager was 5he BEST! I told what I was looking for: full sizesleigh bed & mattresses. He explained the health values of an adjustable mattress; demonstrated the mattress then explained I could still get the bed set I want & adjustable mattress that would set right inside the bed set. Never once did I feel pressured; just informed. I would highly recommend the Ashley store in Roseburg, OR to anyone.
