They was extremely helpful. Collin was great to deal with.
Sales associate was knowledgeable of the various beds. Brandon was polite and helpful.
We went into Ashleys today 3/26/24 and Brandon was there to help us. We found a couch and loveseat that was exactly what my mom whom we were shopping for/with wanted. Brandon is on top of his game answering questions, moving furniture around and just being good at his job. There is a good selection of furniture at this store even tho it's a small store, and we were able to buy what we needed I also want to point out we are having a new floor put in so we have to wait to have it delivered and Brandon told us it would be no problem it will be held until we are ready for it! And on top of all that Brandon is a sharp-dressed young man and I appreciate that. So many people these days show up to work like they just rolled out of bed I appreciate a professional appearance. and with the great customer service we received we will definitely be back.

I purchased an expensive mattress about a year ago. It has a warranty for manufacturer defect. The center of the mattress was overstuffed and we have been sleeping on a sloped surface ever since. I complained and my complaints went nowhere. The communication by the manager didn't exist. Now almost a year later I deal with neck and back pain daily. I sent email and pictures to no avail. Due to technical challenges I am unable to attach the photo's. I will never purchase from Ashley in the future.
Our experience was outstanding! Both gentlemen were friendly, helpful, funny, and engaging. They were informative and very accommodating. This is why I am a repeat customer!
