Had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience on Jan 6th. Went in looking for a very specific recliner for a family member recovering from surgery/back issues. We had a ton of questions and requirements for the chair. They were able to answer everything, showed us different options across a range of pricing, and were super helpful!! We ended up going home that night with a floor model that was perfect. It was pouring rain that day and the salesman plastic wrapped the chair perfectly - it didn't get wet at all!! We also had a piece of luggage in the back of our truck and he even plastic wrapped that for us too so our luggage wouldn't get wet on our hour drive home in the rain. THANK YOU to Ashley furniture!! We will be back again soon :)

Couch I bought was poor quality cushions ripped not even a year later. we had an L shaped couch with a chaise and I had to use velcro tape to hold the cushion without a back in place.

I got my questions answered right off by Kaydence and then I was left to go try out different rocker recliners. I found one that I wanted and financed it. it was as easy and quick as that.

By far the most satisfying and professional furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I live in Coos Bay and decided to take a chance at buying a new solid wood TV stand from this location. What we liked the most about it was that it is locally owned (not corporately owned) and that if we had any issues, we could contact the store directly and they would help us take care of it. When we got our tv stand, there was some damage that could not be repaired. Brandon the manager was quick to help us order a new one and even had it assembled in advance to ensure we wouldn’t run into the same issue. My husband and I are redecorating our house room by room and am happy to do service with this location again. Experiences this satisfying feel hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work!

We have a sofa hide-a-bed that needed to be replaced. KADE and GINO, were PHENOMENAL AND AMAZING!! These men did the impossible. Up stairs, 180° deck turn and through a tight opening. Horrible experience with Ashley Furniture here in Roseburg. We purchased a coffee table (which was something they had on display but had to be ordered). While on a trip to Eugene, we found something that we liked better and was better quality so we called Ashley's to cancel, prior to the order even coming in and are now told that we will be charged 25% to cancel, which, by the way, was not explained to us upfront by the salesperson. They are a ripoff and will never, ever get my business again, and I had been a repeat customer. Just want everyone to know what they are dealing with if they ever shop at Ashley's. My advice would be to steer clear of them like the plague and go to Rife's or one of the other reputable, local-to-Oregon furniture stores! UPDATE: While the Ashley store did respond to this review, what they left out is that their disclosure of their restocking fee is not in compliance with Oregon state law. The only disclosure of their restocking fee is on paperwork that they retain and do not provide the customer a copy of. Oregon state law requires that this policy be disclosed either on the customer's receipt or on signage at the point of sale. Neither is being done at this Ashley store. Unfortunately, since the store did not address this deficiency, my review stands. I was hoping to be able to provide a more positive update to this.

Very small selection in this location. I went in to buy a lift chair and they only had 4 to choose from. Nothing fancy all no frills models. Would take 3 to 4 weeks to get any orders in. At my 2nd stop I ended up buying the Cadillac of lift chairs at Harvard Furniture and it was delivered the next day.

The Ashley furniture store in roseburg oregon was great. We went in, and had a friendly welcome. We're shown some of the dual recliners, and allowed to browse, without high pressure sales person following us around. We picked out what we wanted, and they explained some finance and delivery options. We now have our reclining love seat Home, and couldn't be happier. Thanks to all the helpful friendly staff.we will be back in the future.

The Sales Manager, Brandon McCraw of the Roseburg, OR store was awesome. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and showed me all the different styles and options of what I was looking for. I was looking for a love seat with electric reclining seats and a center console. I was surprised at all the options nowadays. I even checked out the electric recliners. I purchased one of the love seats with electric reclining seats and a center console. I will add a photo after it is delivered and assembled if I remember too. Lol *Thank you Brandon!

We had a great experience buying our power sofa from Ashley in Roseburg. The sales manager spent some time with us going over the special features of each without being overbearing. And he sent us a link for dimensions so we could think about it back home. The delivery was quick and the delivery guys were super helpful and pleasant to deal with. I recently moved from Michigan to Roseburg, Oregon without furniture. Brandon at the Roseburg store exceeded all of my expectations throughout my entire experience with Ashley Furniture while I was in route to Oregon. He went above and beyond to have my living room furniture delivered within a couple days of my arrival so that I would have something to sit on. He even provided a loaner Queen size foundation so my mattress wasn’t on a floor until my bedroom furniture could be delivered. You have a customer for life!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I got the same couch from the online Ashley and it was $110 cheaper than I was quoted in the store! I'm glad that I went home and checked their price online. Ridiculous that they charge more in the store and it was on sale even, which made me feel like they were ripping me off. The online Ashley I would give a 4 star, good couch but took 4 weeks to get it.

Collin was very helpful without me feeling pressured to purchase anything. Answered all of my many questions, did a price breakdown on a few different sofas, and helped me choose material that would best suit my fur babes. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.

My initial visit was great. The salesman was patient while I asked questions and tried every couch in the store. Upon delivery that's when things fell apart, from getting my furniture to my place and then being brought in. Communication between the store, warehouse and I became lacking. I was told one thing and then the expectation was different. I'm a very flexible person, but can't be if the communication isn't there. Since I can't give 3 1/5 stars, I will give 4 because my furniture is comfortable and I wouldn't trade that for anything.

I purchased an expensive mattress about a year ago. It has a warranty for manufacturer defect. The center of the mattress was overstuffed and we have been sleeping on a sloped surface ever since. I complained and my complaints went nowhere. The communication by the manager didn't exist. Now almost a year later I deal with neck and back pain daily. I sent email and pictures to no avail. Due to technical challenges I am unable to attach the photo's. I will never purchase from Ashley in the future.

We were greeted with a young man and we’re invited to ask any questions and we asked “ is the policy still, no selling off of the floor “? He mentioned the items that were on sale off the floor in the back , but mentioned there wasnt much left. We broused a bit finally found something we really liked. He informed us of the sale and percentage we would have off. Then we asked about financing. He spent quality time telling us our options. Brandon was very informative . Being there alone, we felt he attended every one and no one was left out. A pleasure to work with a younger generation. Also, his presentation in dress and style was refreshing.

After my purchase of a sofa at Ashley’s I was disappointed to find the exact same sofa down the street at West Harvard furniture for $20 less.

Colin was helpful and totally corrected a situation for me, even though I was a total nightmare to work with. I was frustrated about shipping times and he took the time to figure out a solution. Despite me being difficult, he was always kind and patient with me.

I bought 3 beds from Ashley. My sales representative was great and easy to work with. Unfortunately I didn't ask about taking my old mattresses until after I spent over an hour with her. You are responsible for removing your own mattresses and they should tell you up front. I also made the mistake of buying an expensive cooling mattress protector. Not only does it not work it is like sleeping on a rubber sheet, the way your top sheet slides around on it. It is not returnable and I cannot sleep on it. Three hundred dollars down the drain. Also a 3 to 4 week wait for delivery on the beds. Good beds but not satisfied with service from delivery to returns.

We were going to buy a much less expensive table and chairs. But Colin, the assistant manager, showed us this table and we both loved it. We had excellent customer service.

We’ve gotten a few things from Ashley’s and always have the best service. Brandon is super helpful and knowledgeable. He made picking out our couch a breeze answering all our questions and explaining the different options.

I will never purchase another item from Ashley furniture. They do not hold up to their end of the bargain. They will leave you in limbo for months at a time and won’t get back in touch with you even when you have two that you purchased on your furniture that supposed to cover it, they still don’t want to cover it

We have dealt with the manager a few times in the past. He is very knowledgeable and is a nice young man. He set us up with a new mattress and adjustable frame and gave us a very good deal.

I went to buy furniture and had no idea what I wanted to buy or what color or style but Belinda was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with what colors and style to get. She had me bring photos of my walls and where I was putting my new furniture and she encouraged and helped us with the most beautifull furniture! She is absolutely a gem!!! I dislike leaving bad reviews. Ashley Home Furniture just delivered a broken entertainment center to my home. There were boot footprints all over the box and when my wife opened the box we found half of the pieces snapped and all the rest of the pieces with cosmetic damage of varying degrees. The online customer service pointed the finger at the local store's delivery, the local store said its the online customer service's responsibility. Now I have no entertainment center, am uncertain about getting a refund, and an extra run to the landfill I have to make for this unusable product Ashley Home Furniture sold to me. I would love for this to come to a different resolution than what is currently happening.

I ordered a recliner on July 3rd.. Then a called 3weeks ago to check on the status. They told me it would be delivered on the Nov. 16th and I told them that nobody would be home for delivery... so, I asked them to delivery on Sat the 19th and they said they would... so I got the call yesterday that they are @ my house for the delivery... so, now I don't know where my recliner is...

I've been in the store several times to browse and compare items for awhile until we finally decided on the couch set we purchased. The employees of Ashley Furniture in Roseburg are super friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. Especially the mattresses. I was super impressed. The store manager Brandon is very friendly and knowledgeable as well as Collin my sales rep. I will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase more furniture.

Do not buy from them, the quality is horrible and when you pay for the premium protection, it basically covers nothing, Montague is a horrible company, never give them your money

While I love my furniature I purchased thier promotions are a scam. I was told I would have 4 payments on them as a promotion. I waited 3 months for my furniature to be delivered and then recieved my bill with zero promotion taken off the total. I called the store and was informed it would come in the form of a visa. Never recieved a visa. I have spoken with a few managers over the phone and in person who agree I should have recieved the promotion but have neglected to take care of the matter. I have been promised phone calls withe resolutions from corporate, managers, and other associates that never come thru. The promotion was the only reason I purchased from this store and yet I was scammed. I should have purchased from Amazon. Never again will I do business with Ashley Homestore.

Great customer service! Variety of products and product choices

The sales person was great and really seemed to give us a great deal. He had first quoted us an estimated delivery date of about 10 weeks. Well we waited and waited- with no communication from Ashley's- I called in and asked about the eta on our furniture. The man I spoke to was a little rude and said I should have been quoted 12-14 weeks. Ok I get it, deliveries are slow these days, just called to see. Eventually we got our furniture- 16 weeks out and it was the wrong color! Totally not what we had ordered! The management gave us $100 bucks back because of their mistake..... or we could of given it back. Why even bother? It took 4 months to get it, we were just over it. Thanks for nothing Ashley furniture.

Not a fan

They have the worst customer service. You will schedule a delivery for one day, they either switch it or mess up the day. If you have to call, they never seem to put anything in the system, so then your delivery is even more messed up. They don’t care to take care of the customers. Even when they mess up, you have to just deal with it. Will never buy anything from them again!

Ordered a bed-frame end of December our shipping dates have now changed several times. What a joke still no bed-frame it’s now June. If I could put zero stars I would. We did not order from the Roseburg store but of course Ashley won’t let us review from website so apologies. Guarantee our new shipping date for June 20th will change again as it has since end of December. I think we’ve been super patient and understanding but enough is enough. I will continue to post monthly/weekly on our updates as they keep pushing our delivery date out . Meanwhile Ashley took our money immediately for our purchase and we have nothing to show for it except empty promises of false delivery dates.

I love my electric leather couch

What a bad experience. I took out the insurance package on my new purchase. I later had a problem with furniture. Montage furniture insurance never received my info . Now after going back and forth with Ashley and Montage I’m Past 3 months with no resolve or any hope . The one good part was salesman Brandon was helpful in a bad situation.Ashley’s COO, Julie couldn’t have possibly been more condescending to me on a couple of occasions. I would never recommend Ashley to anyone and will never purchase anything AGAIN!!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would..

I've bought a couple of items from them, didn't like the surprise they threw at me last second they don't have free delivery they charge almost a $100.

I bought a piece of furniture and was told it was in a different store and would be two weeks. After 3 weeks called and told could only special order. I ordered this from the MANAGER. Hate a store that lies to get your business. Never enter that store again.

Great buys, great furniture

Our family purchased 3sets of couches for our 3 story home. We didn't mind waiting for the lengthy amount of time (approx 2months) To receive . However , one of the couch cushions immediately started to unravel at the seem. Thank god I paid EXTRA for the five year warranty as it's already been TWO YEARS and many complaints to correct this issue . Luckily we have many rooms to sit and watch TV or movies etc. We have still NEVER used this defective couch with chaise lounge to prevent further damage. At this point I wish I could just return it , due to Ashley furniture stores POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS NOR COMPLY WITH THEIR OWN POLICIES/WARRANTIES. I thought "Ashley Furniture " was a very reputable business , sadly I didn't read reviews until looking to posting my own negative experience. After wasting $10,000 at this establishment we now shop elsewhere for our home decor (with 100% better service).In my opinion you might be MUCH better off shopping elsewhere as well. THEY'VE SAID MY COUCH CUSHION WOULD BE COMING MANY TIMES OVER LAST 2 YEARS ...STILL WAITING.

***UPDATE BELOW*** Initial Experience: Excellent customer service. Our couch purchasing experience was great from start to finish. Both the store manager and new employee Rick were super friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend! Update: Our couch and ottoman arrived a little later than expected, but we understood the delays of COVID. However, the ottoman made an extremely loud creaking sound with even the lightest touch, so we called the store and they said to bring it in. We dropped the ottoman off and a warehouse guy was supposed to check it out and we would get a call back if they fixed it or if they needed to order a replacement. No word after a few days so we call them. Guy hadn't looked at it yet but will today, okay. They call, not fixable, they have to order a new one but it will take about 5 weeks so we can come get the old one until the new one arrives. Projected date was October 13th, that came and went no word. So we call them to ask what is up with the ottoman, lady tries to look it up and can't find the info but will call us back after she talks to someone else. Nothing. Call them again, talk to another guy who says it should be in Medford by October 26, so we would get it by the end of the week (October 30). Nothing. Call AGAIN, it didn't come, they are short staffed, can't get ahold of the Medford warehouse to see if it's there, so they'll call after they talk to someone there. Nothing. Call ONCE AGAIN, Oh I'm sorry you never got a call back, I will make sure I update you today either way. Nothing. Called and talked to the manager and she says it now looks like it will be December 1st. Meanwhile we have been making payments on a defective couch and ottoman set, and literally STILL don't know what's going on with the replacement. AWFUL COMMUNICATION. NEVER TRUE TO THEIR WORD. STILL WAITING ON A COMPLETE COUCH SET (we ordered in JULY!!!!!!!)

Very friendly staff

I am so disappointed in the customer service I have received in the past couple of weeks. I purchased a couch and chair & a half about 11 months ago. A few months ago it started making a creaking sound when you would sit on certain parts of it, mostly the middle area. Ashley's sent someone out to look at it and because he couldn't diagnose it, they ended up taking it to Medford and had it for 2 weeks. They couldn't hear the noise or see anything wrong with it but apparently they put extra support in it and brought it back. Stacie was very friendly and told me to give it a few days to settle back in but call if it was still making the noise. I gave it a week, all the while it still made the same noise. I called her to let her know and she said they would have to take it again and tear out the bottom (I was under the impression they already did this and that's when they added the extra support). I called my local store and talked to Loretta , who was extremely rude. She kept questioning me as to what I wanted to do but with such an attitude. I just don't want to have a $900 couch that creaks when we sit on it. I would have taken my money else where had I known how terrible the customer service was and how such an expensive couch would start making awful sounds after not even having it for a year.

Me and my girlfriend walk in with money in hand to buy a couch. Walk around for 10 minutes while no one walks up to us to even ask us how we're doing or what were looking for. An older couple (probably late 40s) comes in after us and they walk right up and start doing what they should have been doing for us. We walked out saying maybe you should pay attention to all the people in your store not the ones you think are going to buy.

I just want to let you know that our sales person on the floor Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely polite went out of his way to take the time to explain and to answer all of our questions I’ll be coming back for sure if I need any more furniture and I will always ask for Brandon first Ashley yes Barry fortunate to have him working for the company

I walked into the store the other day and I didn't get a very warm welcome. The employees were all sitting on the furniture playing on their phones. One lady hopped up to help me but the other employees stayed on their phones. I understand that things get slow and are boring but if a customer comes in the store at the very least you should get off your phone. Kinda of disappointed when it comes to that. I gave 4 star because all my previous visits have been wonderful .

Great A++ Overall Experience, The Roseburg location has a great selection of items, if they don’t have exactly what you need then they assist with ordering online items and have them shipped direct to your home. Our latest trip to the store was for the Bedroom, in the end we chose a six piece set at a great price, white glove service yes please! Seems like these days it’s the people that make the difference, Carleen worked with us and I’m not the easiest, she never missed a beat, great customer service, all the staff at the Roseburg location are amazing. We will be back for more and give them five stars

They've been really good to help me. I bought an easy chair 11 months ago and it seems to be faulty. They came and took it away for repair, and though it appeared to be fixed, "someone" really didn't do a great job. They're coming to take it to the shop again, and fix it properly. I'll do an update as the repair is completed.

Bought a couch and they didn't bother to call to tell us it is behind schedule by a few weeks.

Daniel was the most helpful furniture store rep I have ever had and i have shopped everywhere. He asked about my husbands needs because he is disabled and found the couch that I love and didn’t hurt my husband. Due to being so amazing we got a new table at the same time. Great price and wonderful service.

I would give her my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to purchase again from her in the future. The Ashley HomeStore in Roseburg, OR was very well laid out, neat and clean. They said they would match any price on the same furniture we found at another store... They did better than match the price, we actually got a couch and recliner slightly cheaper than what was offered at other stores for the exact same furniture. We left. Feeling like we actually got a good deal. We would highly recommend this store.

I wanted this to be a good review as my husband and I have had positive experiences with Ashley Furniture in the past. The Roseburg store is clean and pleasant. The sales staff were polite, patient, and helpful. That is the end of anything positive I have to say about our experience. We purchased a dresser and two chairs to furnish our new home. We were told to our faces the approximate delivery times for our furniture. One of the chairs that we ordered was going to push back the delivery time to about a month, since they do not want to deliver in multiple shipments. They told us that they could possibly give us the floor model so that we wouldn't have to wait as long. We were satisfied with that idea, and so we paid for our furniture and were told they would call about whether or not we could have the floor model. There was no call (and never would actually be a call from them during any part of this process). It was May 26th when we placed our order. So we waited. And waited. And waited. My husband called once about a month had passed. No one seemed to know what was going on. I don't really want to go into great detail about the rest of this ordeal, so suffice it to say it is the end of July and we have only gotten 2 of the 3 pieces we've ordered. My husband has called them multiple times, spoken to multiple people, and was constantly given false promises. No one in this company has any idea of what good customer service is. They have our money, so now they have no interest in us. Just this morning we called again and spoke with the store manager. Partway through, the call was disconnected and the manager couldn't even be bothered to call us back to continue the conversation. So that was great. In short, do not purchase furniture from this company if you'd like to actually receive your purchase in a timely fashion. Their sales associates are so hungry for a sale that they will tell you anything to get you to swipe that card.

They are nice but expensive

The furniture we bought is of poor quality. Cushions have already needed to be replaced after only 6 months, including the fabric. Would not buy any Ashley furniture again.

We showed up as they were closing. The two sales associates on duty stayed with us for over an hour. They did numerous price, color, accent, and availability searches for us. One of them even picked up an accent chair and brought it across the store to show us how it would look with the couch we chose. Never did we feel rushed or unwanted. During the transaction itself, everything was explained in detail and every question was answered. Three beautiful pieces of furniture will be delivered together, with six matching throw pillows, for an excellent price. I would totally recommend this store for their products and their phenomenal service.

We bought an Ashley 8" Memory Foam Mattress yesterday from Taylor in Roseburg, OR. Bought at an Amazing Value and had Exceptional Customer Service from Taylor. The Ashley Team was very knowledgebase, knew their products and found out of stock item to be delivered soon and our old mattress to be removed. We looked at competitors in our area and came back to Ashley Home Store. Thank you Taylor and staff.

Lots interesting furniture

This store is beautiful inside and the furniture is lovely. The saleswoman that greeted me was very nice and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is the prices are higher than I expected. However, they offer an unconventional replacement guarantee that's more than worth considering. Ask an associate for more details.

Great service and amazing sales. I have been really doing my research before purchasing furniture. When we walked into Ashley’s Furnishings we were pleasantly greeted by Kat. At first I thought “just another sales pitch” but by the time we walked out of the store Kat felt like she was my new bff. She really went the extra mile to ensure we were getting a great deal and not only that but that we were getting what we wanted and at an affordable cost. After 3 days of thinking it all through we went back in and chatted with Kat and we walked out with a smoking deal. I would recommend purchasing anything from her and this store. The only thing I would change is their financing process. It’s a bit frustrating because of how their system works but, we got through it and are super excited to get our new living room!! Great customer service and beautiful furniture!

My husband and I purchased what a lot of furniture from them on November 1st. We bought a dining room table and chairs, leather couch, coffee table and the bedroom set. The headboard had a major crack in it and a lot of cuts and Chip offs. Instead of two weeks we waited for about a month for replacement only to find out that the furniture came in a worse condition. If we're paying full price for a new piece of furniture that must provide us with a new piece of furniture. Am not the one that was damaged and fixed on a speedy hand. It's been quite a long time but we still haven't received our mattress cover. We would be the only ones to call and follow up with the them to only hear that they ordered some more. Either they're putting us on the list or they haven't ordered anything at all. the couch that we received was damaged by the moving team. They saw the scratch they've made and acknowledged it but refuse to take it back. A new couch that came as a replacement is just as comfortable, but I noticed a scratch that was painted over with leather finish.

Kat at Ashley's in Roseburg was wonderful, she listend to what we wanted and helped us find what was perfect for us. She let us k ow about sales, and helped us apply for the interest free 3 year plan to be avle to afford our new furniture. I can't wait to smget our new furniture delivered.

I don't know why the bad reviews, easy place to do business with, Dan is great and I got my sofa before thanksgiving as promised. I was quoted 3-5 weeks on delivery and it was exactly 27 days.

Went during Thanksgivings Black Friday sale, and despite all the craziness I was able to be helped, sold merch, and out of the doors in under an hour and completely satisfied with what I got. Thank you Ashley team, my family and I will be back!

I agree with Peri Ross, Do not give them your business. I purchased a bedroom set and did not receive a tool kit to put it all together, the delivery time was meant to be 2 weeks from what the sales gal said, it ended up being 6 weeks. Also the total price was different from what the sales gal said. I called the Medford store to get a resend on the kit and they sent me something totally different. Most of the sales people have no clue how to treat customers. As I was browsing a young guy working there made an old gentleman teary by yelling at him telling him because he didn't get a customers information, embarrassing in front of customers.

Worst experience trying to get our couch from them. Will never do business there again.
