I recently moved from Michigan to Roseburg, Oregon without furniture. Brandon at the Roseburg store exceeded all of my expectations throughout my entire experience with Ashley Furniture while I was in route to Oregon. He went above and beyond to have my living room furniture delivered within a couple days of my arrival so that I would have something to sit on. He even provided a loaner Queen size foundation so my mattress wasn’t on a floor until my bedroom furniture could be delivered. You have a customer for life!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This review is 5 stars for Cade and Gino who delivery my sofa! These guys were fast, professional and showed up when they were supposed. Great delivery team here…thanks guys!!!

I got the same couch from the online Ashley and it was $110 cheaper than I was quoted in the store! I'm glad that I went home and checked their price online. Ridiculous that they charge more in the store and it was on sale even, which made me feel like they were ripping me off. The online Ashley I would give a 4 star, good couch but took 4 weeks to get it.

Collin was very helpful without me feeling pressured to purchase anything. Answered all of my many questions, did a price breakdown on a few different sofas, and helped me choose material that would best suit my fur babes. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.

We went into Ashleys today 3/26/24 and Brandon was there to help us. We found a couch and loveseat that was exactly what my mom whom we were shopping for/with wanted. Brandon is on top of his game answering questions, moving furniture around and just being good at his job. There is a good selection of furniture at this store even tho it's a small store, and we were able to buy what we needed I also want to point out we are having a new floor put in so we have to wait to have it delivered and Brandon told us it would be no problem it will be held until we are ready for it! And on top of all that Brandon is a sharp-dressed young man and I appreciate that. So many people these days show up to work like they just rolled out of bed I appreciate a professional appearance. and with the great customer service we received we will definitely be back.

My initial visit was great. The salesman was patient while I asked questions and tried every couch in the store. Upon delivery that's when things fell apart, from getting my furniture to my place and then being brought in. Communication between the store, warehouse and I became lacking. I was told one thing and then the expectation was different. I'm a very flexible person, but can't be if the communication isn't there. Since I can't give 3 1/5 stars, I will give 4 because my furniture is comfortable and I wouldn't trade that for anything.

I purchased an expensive mattress about a year ago. It has a warranty for manufacturer defect. The center of the mattress was overstuffed and we have been sleeping on a sloped surface ever since. I complained and my complaints went nowhere. The communication by the manager didn't exist. Now almost a year later I deal with neck and back pain daily. I sent email and pictures to no avail. Due to technical challenges I am unable to attach the photo's. I will never purchase from Ashley in the future.

Our experience was outstanding! Both gentlemen were friendly, helpful, funny, and engaging. They were informative and very accommodating. This is why I am a repeat customer!

We were greeted with a young man and we’re invited to ask any questions and we asked “ is the policy still, no selling off of the floor “? He mentioned the items that were on sale off the floor in the back , but mentioned there wasnt much left. We broused a bit finally found something we really liked. He informed us of the sale and percentage we would have off. Then we asked about financing. He spent quality time telling us our options. Brandon was very informative . Being there alone, we felt he attended every one and no one was left out. A pleasure to work with a younger generation. Also, his presentation in dress and style was refreshing.

After my purchase of a sofa at Ashley’s I was disappointed to find the exact same sofa down the street at West Harvard furniture for $20 less.

Colin was helpful and totally corrected a situation for me, even though I was a total nightmare to work with. I was frustrated about shipping times and he took the time to figure out a solution. Despite me being difficult, he was always kind and patient with me.

I bought 3 beds from Ashley. My sales representative was great and easy to work with. Unfortunately I didn't ask about taking my old mattresses until after I spent over an hour with her. You are responsible for removing your own mattresses and they should tell you up front. I also made the mistake of buying an expensive cooling mattress protector. Not only does it not work it is like sleeping on a rubber sheet, the way your top sheet slides around on it. It is not returnable and I cannot sleep on it. Three hundred dollars down the drain. Also a 3 to 4 week wait for delivery on the beds. Good beds but not satisfied with service from delivery to returns.

The store clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were going to buy a much less expensive table and chairs. But Colin, the assistant manager, showed us this table and we both loved it. We had excellent customer service.

We’ve gotten a few things from Ashley’s and always have the best service. Brandon is super helpful and knowledgeable. He made picking out our couch a breeze answering all our questions and explaining the different options.

I will never purchase another item from Ashley furniture. They do not hold up to their end of the bargain. They will leave you in limbo for months at a time and won’t get back in touch with you even when you have two that you purchased on your furniture that supposed to cover it, they still don’t want to cover it

We have dealt with the manager a few times in the past. He is very knowledgeable and is a nice young man. He set us up with a new mattress and adjustable frame and gave us a very good deal.

I went to buy furniture and had no idea what I wanted to buy or what color or style but Belinda was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with what colors and style to get. She had me bring photos of my walls and where I was putting my new furniture and she encouraged and helped us with the most beautifull furniture! She is absolutely a gem!!! Her Customer service was incredible and I’m very thankful.

I spent a significant amount of money on a sectional, I bought the limited warranty and an extended warranty. A good portion of the sectional is not usable because the support is broken. It took almost a month to get someone to answer the phone at montage to make a claim to fix the broken support. They denied that claim saying that I took too long to report the issue. The local store does not call back or provide any sort of decent customer service. I want nothing more than for them to come and pick up this couch and credit me back what I paid for it since I haven’t been able to use my couch for almost 6 months. I have tried for six months to get someone to call me back the customer service is rancid, and their quality of furniture is despicable.

I dislike leaving bad reviews. Ashley Home Furniture just delivered a broken entertainment center to my home. There were boot footprints all over the box and when my wife opened the box we found half of the pieces snapped and all the rest of the pieces with cosmetic damage of varying degrees. The online customer service pointed the finger at the local store's delivery, the local store said its the online customer service's responsibility. Now I have no entertainment center, am uncertain about getting a refund, and an extra run to the landfill I have to make for this unusable product Ashley Home Furniture sold to me. I would love for this to come to a different resolution than what is currently happening.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here, sales people were awesome, the delivery only took a couple weeks and the delivery guys were great. Thanks a million.

I ordered a recliner on July 3rd.. Then a called 3weeks ago to check on the status. They told me it would be delivered on the Nov. 16th and I told them that nobody would be home for delivery... so, I asked them to delivery on Sat the 19th and they said they would... so I got the call yesterday that they are @ my house for the delivery... so, now I don't know where my recliner is...

Do not buy from them, the quality is horrible and when you pay for the premium protection, it basically covers nothing, Montague is a horrible company, never give them your money

While I love my furniature I purchased thier promotions are a scam. I was told I would have 4 payments on them as a promotion. I waited 3 months for my furniature to be delivered and then recieved my bill with zero promotion taken off the total. I called the store and was informed it would come in the form of a visa. Never recieved a visa. I have spoken with a few managers over the phone and in person who agree I should have recieved the promotion but have neglected to take care of the matter. I have been promised phone calls withe resolutions from corporate, managers, and other associates that never come thru. The promotion was the only reason I purchased from this store and yet I was scammed. I should have purchased from Amazon. Never again will I do business with Ashley Homestore.

Great customer service! Variety of products and product choices

The sales person was great and really seemed to give us a great deal. He had first quoted us an estimated delivery date of about 10 weeks. Well we waited and waited- with no communication from Ashley's- I called in and asked about the eta on our furniture. The man I spoke to was a little rude and said I should have been quoted 12-14 weeks. Ok I get it, deliveries are slow these days, just called to see. Eventually we got our furniture- 16 weeks out and it was the wrong color! Totally not what we had ordered! The management gave us $100 bucks back because of their mistake..... or we could of given it back. Why even bother? It took 4 months to get it, we were just over it. Thanks for nothing Ashley furniture.

Not a fan

we purchased a set on Feb 14 2021. we were told 10 weeks for delivery. it is now almost 5 months. They had part of the order in and we decided to wait for all of it as we are 2 hours away. we just called to see if the rest was in and they sold the couch to someone else. now we have to wait for that to be delivered again with the rest of the order. we were warned by another family member not to buy from them but we did. now we know why. will never purchase from them again.

They have the worst customer service. You will schedule a delivery for one day, they either switch it or mess up the day. If you have to call, they never seem to put anything in the system, so then your delivery is even more messed up. They don’t care to take care of the customers. Even when they mess up, you have to just deal with it. Will never buy anything from them again!

Ordered a bed-frame end of December our shipping dates have now changed several times. What a joke still no bed-frame it’s now June. If I could put zero stars I would. We did not order from the Roseburg store but of course Ashley won’t let us review from website so apologies. Guarantee our new shipping date for June 20th will change again as it has since end of December. I think we’ve been super patient and understanding but enough is enough. I will continue to post monthly/weekly on our updates as they keep pushing our delivery date out . Meanwhile Ashley took our money immediately for our purchase and we have nothing to show for it except empty promises of false delivery dates.

I love my electric leather couch

What a bad experience. I took out the insurance package on my new purchase. I later had a problem with furniture. Montage furniture insurance never received my info . Now after going back and forth with Ashley and Montage I’m Past 3 months with no resolve or any hope . The one good part was salesman Brandon was helpful in a bad situation.Ashley’s COO, Julie couldn’t have possibly been more condescending to me on a couple of occasions. I would never recommend Ashley to anyone and will never purchase anything AGAIN!!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would..

I've bought a couple of items from them, didn't like the surprise they threw at me last second they don't have free delivery they charge almost a $100.

I bought a piece of furniture and was told it was in a different store and would be two weeks. After 3 weeks called and told could only special order. I ordered this from the MANAGER. Hate a store that lies to get your business. Never enter that store again.

Great buys, great furniture

Our family purchased 3sets of couches for our 3 story home. We didn't mind waiting for the lengthy amount of time (approx 2months) To receive . However , one of the couch cushions immediately started to unravel at the seem. Thank god I paid EXTRA for the five year warranty as it's already been TWO YEARS and many complaints to correct this issue . Luckily we have many rooms to sit and watch TV or movies etc. We have still NEVER used this defective couch with chaise lounge to prevent further damage. At this point I wish I could just return it , due to Ashley furniture stores POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS NOR COMPLY WITH THEIR OWN POLICIES/WARRANTIES. I thought "Ashley Furniture " was a very reputable business , sadly I didn't read reviews until looking to posting my own negative experience. After wasting $10,000 at this establishment we now shop elsewhere for our home decor (with 100% better service).In my opinion you might be MUCH better off shopping elsewhere as well. THEY'VE SAID MY COUCH CUSHION WOULD BE COMING MANY TIMES OVER LAST 2 YEARS ...STILL WAITING.

***UPDATE BELOW*** Initial Experience: Excellent customer service. Our couch purchasing experience was great from start to finish. Both the store manager and new employee Rick were super friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend! Update: Our couch and ottoman arrived a little later than expected, but we understood the delays of COVID. However, the ottoman made an extremely loud creaking sound with even the lightest touch, so we called the store and they said to bring it in. We dropped the ottoman off and a warehouse guy was supposed to check it out and we would get a call back if they fixed it or if they needed to order a replacement. No word after a few days so we call them. Guy hadn't looked at it yet but will today, okay. They call, not fixable, they have to order a new one but it will take about 5 weeks so we can come get the old one until the new one arrives. Projected date was October 13th, that came and went no word. So we call them to ask what is up with the ottoman, lady tries to look it up and can't find the info but will call us back after she talks to someone else. Nothing. Call them again, talk to another guy who says it should be in Medford by October 26, so we would get it by the end of the week (October 30). Nothing. Call AGAIN, it didn't come, they are short staffed, can't get ahold of the Medford warehouse to see if it's there, so they'll call after they talk to someone there. Nothing. Call ONCE AGAIN, Oh I'm sorry you never got a call back, I will make sure I update you today either way. Nothing. Called and talked to the manager and she says it now looks like it will be December 1st. Meanwhile we have been making payments on a defective couch and ottoman set, and literally STILL don't know what's going on with the replacement. AWFUL COMMUNICATION. NEVER TRUE TO THEIR WORD. STILL WAITING ON A COMPLETE COUCH SET (we ordered in JULY!!!!!!!)

First time get brand new furniture. I love it.

I am so disappointed in the customer service I have received in the past couple of weeks. I purchased a couch and chair & a half about 11 months ago. A few months ago it started making a creaking sound when you would sit on certain parts of it, mostly the middle area. Ashley's sent someone out to look at it and because he couldn't diagnose it, they ended up taking it to Medford and had it for 2 weeks. They couldn't hear the noise or see anything wrong with it but apparently they put extra support in it and brought it back. Stacie was very friendly and told me to give it a few days to settle back in but call if it was still making the noise. I gave it a week, all the while it still made the same noise. I called her to let her know and she said they would have to take it again and tear out the bottom (I was under the impression they already did this and that's when they added the extra support). I called my local store and talked to Loretta , who was extremely rude. She kept questioning me as to what I wanted to do but with such an attitude. I just don't want to have a $900 couch that creaks when we sit on it. I would have taken my money else where had I known how terrible the customer service was and how such an expensive couch would start making awful sounds after not even having it for a year.

Me and my girlfriend walk in with money in hand to buy a couch. Walk around for 10 minutes while no one walks up to us to even ask us how we're doing or what were looking for. An older couple (probably late 40s) comes in after us and they walk right up and start doing what they should have been doing for us. We walked out saying maybe you should pay attention to all the people in your store not the ones you think are going to buy.

I just want to let you know that our sales person on the floor Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely polite went out of his way to take the time to explain and to answer all of our questions I’ll be coming back for sure if I need any more furniture and I will always ask for Brandon first Ashley yes Barry fortunate to have him working for the company

Great service at the store itself. My wife and I purchased a couch and were helped by Gentry. We love our couch however when we picked it up from the warehouse and lugged it home- we found it had a hole in the back. Luckily, it's not noticeable due to positioning in our house. It was too much of a hassle to find time out of our busy schedules to pick it up in the first place and didn't want to go another 5-6 weeks for a new piece to replace section with hole

I walked into the store the other day and I didn't get a very warm welcome. The employees were all sitting on the furniture playing on their phones. One lady hopped up to help me but the other employees stayed on their phones. I understand that things get slow and are boring but if a customer comes in the store at the very least you should get off your phone. Kinda of disappointed when it comes to that. I gave 4 star because all my previous visits have been wonderful .

My friend and I went to Ashley for a sofa, and ended up with a sofa, two beautiful chairs, and an area rug! Debbie was fantastic to work with -- she knew the whole store's inventory well, and steered us away from something we were considering in favor of something that ended up working much better. She showed us how an area rug would really pull the pieces together and finish the room. Everything was delivered on time and in good condition. Thank you, Debbie!

We've shopped at Ashley for a few years now. They have quite an extensive selection for the Rogue Valley. But really, more than that, the salesperson Debbie is the reason why we keep going back. She took the time to let us wander around on our own to check everything out, then she patiently sat with us to chat about how the financing would work without pressuring us into a rash decision. I'm a thinker and very much appreciated how Debbie gave us the space we needed, while being attentive enough to answer the questions we had. We bought a sofa and loveseat from her a few years ago and then went back to her for a bed with an adjustable base. We've spent several thousands of dollars with Ashley furniture because Debbie Saxbury seriously knows how to relate to her customers.

Ashley Home Store in Medford, OR has a great staff and a amazing selection of any thing you could need for your home. I needed a couch for my RV and they had just what I needed. It was a a fast and easy transaction, I'm headed back to Ashley today for a dining room table.

Great A++ Overall Experience, The Roseburg location has a great selection of items, if they don’t have exactly what you need then they assist with ordering online items and have them shipped direct to your home. Our latest trip to the store was for the Bedroom, in the end we chose a six piece set at a great price, white glove service yes please! Seems like these days it’s the people that make the difference, Carleen worked with us and I’m not the easiest, she never missed a beat, great customer service, all the staff at the Roseburg location are amazing. We will be back for more and give them five stars

When did furniture shopping get bumped up to the list included in Used Car shopping? I can say for sure, I found the most comfortable recliner that I have ever had the opportunity to sit in. And to the Salesman's credit, he was actually able to keep a straight face when stating that we could actually "Buy one and GET ONE FREE". Well how about that! If we purchased this amazing chair, they would throw another one in. As tempted as I was, and believe me, I was tempted. I took his card and said I needed to think about it. The cost of the ONE recliner? $1, 238. 00 More than our house payment. I took a photo of the stock number and description. What did I find? The same exact chair on Amazon for . . . . . drumroll please $493. 99. Did I mention free shipping? Ashley was willing to get it to my door, however it would tack over 100. 00 more to the total. So was this actually "buy one get one free"? Or was it buy TWO and we will smile at you as you walk out the door with "sucker" posted to your shirt. Did I purchase a recliner? Or two? I was actually wanting a "pair" of recliners. And I may have been willing to pay the inflated price. However, even though it was probably the most comfortable chair my old fanny has ever sat in. . . . I pass. Ashley. . . . Your furniture can actually sell itself. However, public opinion? That is something worth more than its weight in gold. No sale.

After shopping around we found the best price on the mattress we wanted. . . plus Ashley furniture is donating a mattress to a kid in need with every mattress sold! Overall was happy with the purchase and love that we can help a child.

I went in to look for chairs. The lady was so nice and helpful. I decided to come back later an purchase the chairs , after work. I was late. When I came back I went right up to the counter an told them what I was after an who had helped me that morning. She had left for the day. After 20min waiting to check out I was told by a lady manager,it would be 20 or so more minutes cause someone was a head of me. No one was around only me. They were trying to qualify a lady. I saw she was approved for 3,000 but they couldn't get it to go through. How rude. I was not important to them at all. I left an never will go back. Also if you see something there you like, you can go to their website an get it way cheeper. That's what I did.

have to post one start to post this, I bought over three thousand dollars worth of furniture on Memorial day, when it arrived weeks later it was not what I saw in the showroom floor! My chest & dresser were broken, and one of my recliners a spring was broken too. last week I got a call saying they would be out to check it, then was too busy to come over, so the next week I waited all day for them to call I get a call at 4:30pm saying sorry we did not call, but we are at your house I did not get the message until later that evening, now I just get a message recording! I will have to go through Corporate! Don't buy from this company all they want is your money for broken furniture! Medford, Oregon Store

I have literally had the WORST experience with Ashley Furniture after placing an online order for delivery to come from this store. I was forced to purchase the $200 professional set up which has delayed me getting my furniture because the store doesn't feel the need to call customers when their PURCHASES arrive. I called on 6/4 in anticipation of my item arriving 6/13. The woman I spoke to said I could have my table delivered the 15th but they will call me for sure when it comes in. Wait around-the 14th rolls around and still no call. I call THEM again and her response was "oh yeah I see we got the furniture in but we can't deliver it until the 19th" I asked her why I wasn't called when it came in and she completely avoided the question and repeatedly kept saying "our soonest available delivery is the 19th" She then asked if I would like a confirmation call prior to the delivery. Shocker, it's 1:30pm the day of my delivery and I've gotten no confirmation call. So I call AGAIN and the snob on the other end of the phone wouldn't even let me talk before cutting me off, probably knowing damn well their customer SERVICE is a joke. I will NEVER purchase from Ashley again, nor will I allow my family who is about to completely furnish a new home spend their hard earned money on an establishment with so little regard to its customers

They absolutely have the worst service ever after waiting a month for my furniture they sent out half of the furniture damaged waiting for 2 1/2 more weeks they call me last week to see if I'm ready for my furniture delivery I say did you check out every piece she says no we haven't taken out of the boxes yet I said well I think you should probably do that if it's damaged don't bring it never even got a phone call back never again will I buy from Ashley furniture customer communication is the worst. Well my update two years later Ashley's furniture is the worst this stuff is garbage couch and chair totally falling apart

I have worked for the Medford Ashley HomeStore for 5 years now and literally have been in the furniture business my whole life and I want to say I am PROUD to work here. We all work very hard to find out what the needs of our customers are. We are NOT pushy at all unless you think explaining our product to our customers is pushy and explaining what our sales are. I ALWAYS find out the needs of my customers to find just the right furniture that fit their families needs. I NEVER try and oversell my customers. I am ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR THE BEST INTEREST of my customer and get great enjoyment out of getting to know my customers on a personal level. We sell good, better and best and I do my best to explain the good, bad and ugly depending on what the customers needs are. We all go to bat for our customers and sometimes things fall thru the cracks but I know for myself when that happens I do everything I can to make things right. Living in this valley my entire life I know a lot of people and if I didn't believe in this store, the products and my owners I wouldn't be there. So as we all know people love to post Bad reviews and all the good ones people just hardly post so as an employee I want to say, "This is a great store and I hope you all come into our store, It is literally the most beautiful store in the Rogue Valley. Sales person very helpful and attentive. She answered all my questions readily and offered options. I found the perfect furniture for me. She found my set in Medford and arranged a delivery while I was finishing my transaction (initially I was going to have to wait 3 weeks for it to be shipped up from California). Very happy to cut my wait time to days instead of weeks.

Highly recommended you shop elsewhere. These people will pressure you into a sale and then offer zero support once they get their money and your item is out the door. Convinced someone I know well, into spending several thousand dollars on a new bed. Told her a bunch of lies about the non existent options for attachments. When it was realized the bed is unable to have the needed attachments some nimrod over there suggested unfeasible ideas well refusing to take the bed back. This is a horrible store to do business with. The only thing they want is your money, customer satisfaction is of no priority or concern after a sale is made. And they refuse to take any return for any reason and offer only a litany of useless excuses and lies as to why they can't take it back. We bought a bed frame here several months ago. The frame is fine but the customer service and warehouse support was crap. Was told originally that our frame was in stock at warehouse. It wasn't. Was told we would have it in a week. 3 weeks later we finally got it. Like I've said. They will tell you anything to get the sale and your hard earned money. I will never shop here again for anything.

We purchased a bedroom set and mattress online mid November with a promised delivery of December 14th. This was wonderful as we had guests coming for Christmas. The mattress arrived quickly. After the 14th came and went we called Ashley's online number to find out what was going on. You wait the usual 15 minutes for someone to talk to and then was redirected to the warehouse, only to have them tell me they don't know where my furniture is and to call back the online number. So, after forty five minutes and 4 phone calls we ended up with an apology and a date of the 27th of December. After the 27th came and went we called again and repeated the entire process. Forty minutes later and 3 phone calls, we received and apology and the date of Jan 24th. After the 24th came and went we again tried. Ashleys said they didn't know where the furniture was and also didn't have a new date so we cancelled the order. We asked them to come get the mattress. Ashleys was never proactive in calling or emailing to keep us informed. The customer service people we spoke to were nice but uninformed. Todd R. Wanek, you should be ashamed of taking peoples orders when you are backed up beyond your manufacturing capability. I know the orders look good on the books but try honesty next time and tell your customers up front they will have to wait 4 months to get their furniture.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful yet gave me my space to look around and shop. The prices were comparable if not cheaper than other places I have visited. I would highly recommend this store!
