Collin was super helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for! This isn’t the first time I’ve had a very successful and pleasant experience with Ashley. Nice to have something local in Roseburg for furniture that is good quality, the right style and affordable.
My experience was very good. Especially my salesperson Brooke. She helped , she answered all my questions and is the main reason my experience was excellent.
Had fun with staff
Sales girl was informative, nice, not pushy. She was there to answer questions or give advice, but not standing there staring at us either. Perfect. We did purchase a very expensive item, because of her not being pushy! Paid in full and were done with that process quickly and lots of info there also.
Very friendly and helpful, associate was very knowledgeable and made sure that I knew about the extended warranty and all that it covers
Very small selection in this location. I went in to buy a lift chair and they only had 4 to choose from. Nothing fancy all no frills models. Would take 3 to 4 weeks to get any orders in. At my 2nd stop I ended up buying the Cadillac of lift chairs at Harvard Furniture and it was delivered the next day.
