Our Ashley Store in Springfield, Oregon is conveniently located at Gateway Mall, making it easy to find us whether you’re coming from Springfield, Eugene, or surrounding areas. As part of the Gateway Mall shopping center, we’re right in the heart of one of the most recognizable retail destinations in the region. With ample parking available throughout the mall and easy access from major roads, visiting our Springfield location is quick and hassle-free. We are open 10am through 7pm Monday through Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sunday's.

My husband told me to ask for Chris P when I visited the store, but he wasn’t working that day. Luckily, Josh ended up stepping in to help me since he had worked with my husband on his previous visit. Josh was incredibly patient and worked with me for an hour and a half, never once making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time or rushing my decision. About halfway through, I even received a text from Chris checking in to see if Josh was taking care of everything or if he needed to personally come in on his day off to help. I assured him Josh was doing a fantastic job. Truly great service from both of these guys.
I went to Ashley’s and it was incredibly busy, I honestly didn't think anyone would have the time to help me out. Chris P greeted me initially when I walked in, but he quickly got tied up with another customer. Instead of leaving me hanging, he looped in another salesman named Josh to make sure I was taken care of. Josh stepped in, checked on us, and mentioned Chris wanted to ensure we weren't forgotten. Josh was low pressure the entire time. Once Chris freed up, he even came back over to check in on our progress. It was a seamless team effort and a much better experience than what I’ve typically gone through at other furniture stores.
We were shopping for furniture recently and Chris and Josh took excellent care of us. I usually dread furniture shopping because of aggressive salespeople, but they were both incredibly helpful. They didn't push us into anything and it didn't feel like they were just driven by making a sale. Instead, they just focused entirely on helping me find exactly what I wanted. It was a really pleasant, easy experience!
