Ordered our furniture in January. They said 6 weeks it is now almost June. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is nearly impossible! We have received no communication from the store or our salesperson! Horrible customer service. We will not be purchasing from them again. Ordered other furniture from Key Furnishings and that's where any future purchases will be made.

There should be an option for zero stars. I will say to start, that Brandon tried to help as much as he could. So the customer service that we have received has been horrible. In the last 5 years we have purchased 2 leather couches and 2 love seats, a bed, a lounge chair, and our parents also bought a living room set the we recommended. Our most recent purchase was a complete bedroom set with an extra dresser in November of 2021. We have been back numerous times because we get no updates, phone calls, or help whatsoever. Today April 30th we went in again and the new girl manager was no help. We explained how our service has been and she offered to refund our delivery fee which was a slap to the face. We asked her to talk with the regional manager to up the discount and we're told nope, we can wait or cancel our order. Going on month six now with an ETA of one more month. Brandon tried to call other stores to see if they had a solution while the manager was shaking her head no the whole time. I RECOMMEND NO ONE GOES HERE AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A CHOICE. THE TIME FRAME THEY TELL YOU ISN'T ACCURATE AT ALL. I LITERALLY WATCHED THE COUPLE IN FRONT OF ME GET TOLD THE SAME THING AND THAT THEY COULD CANCEL IF THEY WANT. That is horrible customer service. There is more to the story that I can't add because it's just too much. Also, at the end today we find out the deal they have this weekend is free delivery, so the discount that was offered was not really a discount after all. Buyer be Ware.

Worst service ever. I was explicitly told by the store manager I would receive my items immediately. It has been over 2 months and they have rescheduled my delivery 5 times. The email address provided on my bill does not exist. I have tried to call them on numerous occasions only to be put on hold. This is the worst shopping experience of my life. At this point I will have to sue them for the return of my $2600.

Should have looked at the reviews before purchasing here. Ordered a couch 2 months ago and when checking the status my order doesn’t exist. When checking online, doesn’t exist. Called to discuss and sat on hold for 20 minutes and was position #342. Opted for a text the first time I called and no text back after a week. Don’t order here if you want customer service. I can understand cutting cost during covid but this is ridiculous. Next step is a physical visit but that shouldn’t be necessary.
