We had a great experience working with Cesar! He made the entire process fast, easy, and stress-free. He was very friendly, straight to the point, and incredibly personable, which made us feel comfortable right away. Even though we didn’t specifically need a Spanish speaker, it was really nice having someone we could relate to—it added an extra level of comfort and connection to the experience. To the company: your bilingual sales representatives bring added value and should absolutely be compensated accordingly, regardless of the language they speak. Highly recommend asking for Cesar if you’re shopping here! If you’re going to spend money get the protection plan.

I visited 4 furniture stores in one day and my experience at this Ashley location was by far the best. The selection was very well laid out and extensive. Most importantly it was Ardijana who made the experience better than the rest. She was very informative, helpful, honest and not pushy. I will be returning to finish furnishing my house due to Ardijana's helpfulness.

Would not recommend Jamal at Ashley furniture and we will not shop with you guys again nor will we recommend people shop there. They will pressure you to make a purchase and not give you all the details - Jamal specifically. Don’t ignore the bad reviews!
Not super happy with our $3,000 purchase here. Jamal was rushing to sell us a couch and we somehow ended up with the complete opposite shape of the one in the show room. We showed up at 6:45 ish and Jamal offered to stay late and offered us many discounts if we ordered that day. We felt decently pressured, but nothing TOO unusual for a sales environment like this. As he was putting all our paperwork in, he confirmed that we wanted to move the chaise from the left side to the right side. We said yes, and that was the end of it. But apparently, this meant that he swapped the entire shape of the couch. And this was not very clear or disclosed to us in a clear way. We were expecting the couch to be the same as the one we sat on and discussed in the showroom just with the chaise swapped the other side -because that was what he said was happening and never mentioned anything about the other pieces of the couch being completely swapped around - and our furniture arrived and doesn’t fit in our space a because we were going off of the measurements from the couch in the showroom- the one we thought and were told we purchased. We feel frustrated and disappointed that because he was rushing and still wanted to make a sale, (despite saying we would come back) and because of this we did not get a smooth experience. My bf did math on the final total and Jamal had forgotten to add a discount that he promised us on one of the items which ended up being a $300 save on my bf’s end…… And he tried to include the ottoman despite us never saying we wanted it so… not saying he was trying to deceive us but it is clear he was rushing and not giving the experience the time, energy and details that a purchase like this deserves. I feel strongly that the sales people should be up front when shopping at Ashley Furniture. Jamal struggled to hear me out on the phone claiming he gave us all the info so we are going to go back in later today or this week to discuss in person. I will update this review if the experience is improved in anyway. I hope this couch is LIFE CHANGING! (My response to their unprofessional response - WE DIDNT PURCHASE A DRAWING - WE PURCHASED THE COUCH ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR WITH THE CHAISE SWAPPED. Jamal made a mistake by not being clear and won’t take any accountability. we are happy with our couch BECAUSE WE MADE IT WORK not because it’s what we purchased. We are VERY unhappy with our purchase through Jamal at Ashley furniture and will not shop with you guys again nor will we recommend people shop there.

I purchased a dining set with 12 chairs from the Tigard Ashley Furniture store. The delivery was delayed by three weeks, and when it finally arrived, the delivery team blamed both the factory and the store for the delay. Unfortunately, 8 out of the 12 chairs had minor damage, and the round table top had significant damage. I refused the table because I expect to receive brand-new, undamaged furniture — not something that looks like it came from Facebook Marketplace. The Tigard store promised to order a new table top, but instead they sent a repaired one. That is completely unacceptable. I later found out this has happened to at least one other customer from the same store. Very disappointed with the experience and the lack of quality control. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture based on this experience

We stopped by Ashley Furniture in Tigard last night because the sofa, loveseat, and recliner we had purchased (and already had delivered) unfortunately didn’t fit in our space. We were honestly pretty stressed about the situation and needed to exchange everything. Courtney made the whole process so easy for us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. She really helped calm us down and walked us through all of our options without making us feel rushed. Sadly I have to update my review because Jamal made a mistake and won’t take ANY accountability! We were able to make the couch fit in our space but Jamal was not clear about the changes he made during the purchasing experience which changed the measurements of the couch completely. He also tried to overcharge us but thankfully my partner caught it before being finalized. he also tried to get us to buy an ottoman despite never being interested in or discussing it. Probably would not have purchased anything had Jamal not been there pressuring us to buy offering discounts etc etc saying today was the only day to purchase with these sales. Terrible tactic and we received the wrong couch. We made it work in our space but Jamal took no accountability for his mistake which is why my review is being updated. Customer service is everything and this experience aggressively positive customer service to the end. It’s clear they want to make the sale and don’t care what happens after

My husband and I have purchased a couple of items from Ashley, but our most recent purchase was today. Cesar at the SW Bonita location was super helpful when we first started looking in October. There was a sofa we were interested in, but we weren't sure just yet. There was absolutely NO pressure, only excellent service. My son and his wife were also looking and made a sofa purchase that day. We were all treated with the same humor and respect for the budgets with which we were working. Cesar arranged for the delivery to my son's house and everything arrived on time and beautifully. Cesar remembered us, got us an excellent value, and we are looking forward to taking delivery in the next several weeks. I highly recommend both the location and Cesar for your furniture needs.

I recently had a shopping experience with this store. The sales staff were great and very helpful; however, the delivery and customer service were disappointing. My items were damaged during shipping from California to Salem, and I had to place a replacement order, which was frustrating and inconvenient. While the in-store experience was positive, the delivery and post-purchase service need significant improvement.

I originally bought a couch that I loved and would fit perfect in my apartment. Cesar helped me out and really knew the products in the store. I made sure I measured everything at my apartment and then called to order it. I know the delivery people don’t have anything to do with the store but they went to the wrong address, after waiting weeks to get my couch. The driver called me, told me he was in Portland (I don’t live there) and said he would figure it out and call me back. 2 1/2 hours later and multiple calls to the delivery driver, I heard nothing. I called the store and they said there were no customer service agents to help and they would call me the next day. They then told me I would not be getting my couch. I called the next day, they offered to waive the delivery fee, and they could have it back out the next week. They said my address in their GPS system takes them to Portland and that is why they went to the wrong place. Fast forward to the next week and the delivery driver almost drives to Portland but figured it out, even though there were multiple notes saying I do not live in Portland. The get to my place and tell me the couch won’t fit in the hallway!! I was livid and had them try anyway but it was a no go. I was without a couch for almost a month and 1/2 and I was gonna have to go longer. They took the couch away and customer service told me they could refund me but I would be charged a hefty fee so I wouldn’t even get all my money back. OR I could find another couch and use that money towards the new product. I went back int the store and Cesar was great. I found another couch, and of course it cost more, but Cesar worked with me and gave me a pretty good discount. I was gonna have to wait another 3-5 weeks for it unfortunately. With my new couch, the delivery driver calls me and tells me he is in Portland!! I was starting to get pissed until he told me they would be on their way to the correct address. These two delivery folks were better at communicating than the first guy who couldn’t even call me back to tell me he wouldn’t be delivering my couch. They made it to the correct address and were gas and efficient. I got my couch and I love it!! It’s better than the first one I bought and I’m very happy. I’m sure people are like “oh well they got ya! You spent more money!” But with Cesar working with me and being great, I got a more expensive couch for a cheaper price. I would definitely give this store a lower rating if it wasn’t for Cesar. He didn’t push me like other sales people and he didn’t hover! I really appreciated him helping me and he was just very nice, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you Cesar for all the help through the chaos!

Terrible experience with this store and their customer service. After three delivery attempts, several items were still defective. Despite promising to order replacements, they instead tried to repair the items and sent them back—poorly repaired, I should add. In the end, they promised compensation but then stopped responding altogether. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I later found out that a couple of my friends went through the same thing. I will never deal with this brand again. See the pictures below, choice is yours!
I was looking for a small accent chair for my sewing room and after trying 2 other furniture stores, Georgetta at the Tigard Ashley Store came to my aid and was very helpful, friendly and informative. She found me a comfy accent chair, on sale. It fits my room perfectly and I'm very happy. I recommend her, and Ashley store, to anyone! Thank you, Georgetta for the great help!

Bought a $350 table on black Friday. Sales person and their manager had a distinct used-card-lot vibe. They discounted the table slightly and we arranged for delivery; left happy. 5 weeks later, many phone calls to track down the order, finally told it was a few days away but there was a $749 delivery fee due. Very frustrated, cancelled the order and found it on Amazon for $251 with free 1-week delivery. This was super shady.
Went to Ashley today w my friend MJ as she was searching for new sofa +. We looked around and then Jamal began to offer assistance in the effort to accommodate the room meeting her desire. He drew a map trying to understand the space of the room, will it hold a full set or just the sofa & chair. ? After some guess work measuring & the continued application to meet the needs we were able to determine the sofa & a chair. Jamal helped with a special order to a TV stand fireplace & also walked us around the store (more than once) to find the (better suited to the room) end tables that MJ chose to pull it all together.. We enjoyed a 'mid decision' recliner message with extended store offerings explained very clearly by Jamal. A very good salesman w a great sense of humor & a good hearted man, very patiently accommodating to all the questions as well very informative to the entire selection & sale. I went to hang out with my friend & stumbled upon a sofa that I will return for at a later date. THANK YOU JAMAL.

My husband and I came into Ashley in Lake Oswego to test out the Dreamcloud mattress in person and we were helped Lina and her manager Danielle. Lina was very helpful and patient as I was indecisive about which pillow to get and helped me test out all the options, and Danielle was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between the model they had on the floor and the one we wanted to buy based off price range. They both let us take our time and didn’t mind our son testing out lots of things as well 😆 We ended up going with the Premier Hybrid after testing the Ultra Hybrid just because we couldn’t spend the extra $1000, but we are confident that we will love it. I’m also so excited to try out my Bedgear Balance 2.0 pillow tonight since I’ve been sleeping on the most broken down cheap pillows for too long! Delivery is in 2-3 weeks for the mattress which obviously I wish was faster but that’s my only small complaint.

i'm so glad that i happened to stop into ashley! i met caesar at the door, offering to answer any questions that i might have. i wandered, found exactly what i wanted, asked caesar to provide me with information and pricing, and received beyond exceptional care! i can't wait to receive the new couch for my mom's small apartment and will absolutely be back to work with caesar and all the other wonderful folks in tigard.

Brandon was great when I recently purchased a sectional at the Ashley Store in Tigard. He patiently checked in with us without hovering over us while I walked around with my family sitting on nearly every sofa and sectional in the store. He was paying attention to what I was saying I liked and didn't like. When I told him I was ready to make a purchase, he already had it ready to go. The delivery process has gone exactly as he said it would.

Arjidana (I may have spelled that wrong) had a lot of great information and was helpful. We made a decision on a mattress but were not approved for financing. I'm giving 3 stars because she was sending me a text with her contact info so we could come back to try again after we pay some things down.... And it was never sent. I also wanted the model number of the bed so we wouldn't forget which one we wanted. That was all disappointing. Made is feel like we weren't getting good service anymore because we couldn't make that sale for them

I rarely post reviews but I have to today because of Cesar Castro!!! He is a professional salesperson with integrity and follow through I haven’t seen in years. Extremely disappointed in this Ashley store location and their sales staff. My husband and I went in to by a mattress a month ago, and the SOLE reason we went with Ashley is because they said over and over it’s a week and half turn around with delivery. And bragged how fast the process is. Well the sales person we worked with Mark kept telling us it is on route and will be delivered next week and then again the following for the last 2 weeks. Which apparently they ordered the wrong mattress and kept us completely in the dark. My husband had to jump through hoops and call around multiple people to even get a single update, almost every day because there was no updates on their end. We had a delivery date scheduled but has been canceled because they “can’t find our mattress”. Now we no confirmation or delivery date set. Not to mention we rushed replacing our bedroom carpet and setting up the king bed frame and getting rid of our queen bed because we were under the impression our bed would be here. Do NOT buy from them.

Brandon was my sales person, he was extremely helpful with my purchase of a sectional electric reclining leather couch. They didn't have the exact model I wanted at the Tigard store so he called around to all the other stores until he found one in a warehouse in the Happy Valley/Clackamas store. He made all the arrangements for me to go look at it the next morning, which I did. I set up the delivery at the Clackamas store but then there was a hiccup the day before the delivery date, not enough trucks or something. The gal at Clackamas and Brandon worked together to make sure I still got my couch delivery on the day I was expecting it so I could have the get together I had planned. The delivery guys were super nice too. They brought it up a flight of stairs and set it up for me. About the couch, it's so comfortable! I love reclining & relaxing after a long day of work. I was originally thrilled with my purchase experience. It ended up being empty promises and a disastrous delivery experience. I had purchased a couch,and the sales person,Brandon, offered if I purchased today,protection would be on them. He stated it would be approximately 309 they would cover.He stated it made the couch approx 3600. I trusted and did not verify prior and that is my fault.I went home,measured, and called back promptly and paid for my order. I was sent an invoice immediately and the address was wrong. I called back and got a new invoice- this is when I noticed that I had been charged 415 for protection. I let it go,and did not leave a review for the young man as he was dishonest and I did not want to be unkind back. I set up a 12/7 delivery online via their portal. I got a call 11/30 P.M.- stating did I want my delivery early? I said I was unable to accept it prior to the 7th,and we would just keep the date set. She informed me they had changed it - and just forgot to call or tell me. She stated it was unable to be changed. The sales person Brandon,called approximately 20 mins after I hung up with the delivery partner location. He called to simply argue. I'm unsure of the purpose of the call at all.He stated the owner was Mormon in a condescending tone,and forbid Sunday delivery. We are also Mormon,and informed him of this as he seemed to want to keep going on about his dissatisfaction with it. We said and we would have been understanding of keeping the Sabbath day Holy if that was the need,we felt we should have gotten more notice,or that it should not have been a scheduled option if it excluded. We only found out by mistake, they had no intention of telling us it had been changed.He stated to only reference online a post sale bad experience if I was to leave a review. At this time I stated to him I additionally felt whats right was not upheld in our deal,and asked him to be mindful of not making false promises in further exchanges. He became aggravated, and told me although he promised the protection on them,he gave me a good deal so I should be okay with it- I was overcharged and lied to, I will not be okay with it. I have purchased approximately 6 sets from Ashley- this has by far been the worst experience. This is our 1st time at this location. I pass on my lesson learned to all that shop here- ask to see a printed invoice prior to purchase to see what you are being charged. Have the sales rep write down the offer so they are not making empty promises and not fulfilling them later. Lastly do not use their platform to schedule your delivery,and check often as they will not call you when changes are made. I do not wish for a correction in pricing at this point. Please just work to operate with integrity in future transactions, as it is currently lacking. Thank you. Update. I was contacted by Mari,who offered to connect with me on her days off. I requested she call me when she returned to office instead. She did. While it was too late to rectify the delivery- She accepted feedback, and took accountability. While I did not request a refund,it was provided for the promised coverage. They delivered the product as expected, and we found no other issues. I thank Mari for being willing to accept accountability, and strive for change,even when the mistake was not hers. Thank you for your time and kindness ❤️

Just going to put a simple math & customer service issue here: We saw a decent King size bed for 999. This bed frame was never on sale. The sales rep mentioned that she would honor a 10% discount. I had done my research and we came back after a week back to the store to purchase the bed frame. I requested the same sales rep to honor the 10% coupon which she said she could do. I added that I had a $50 coupon (valid for online/in-store) but the rep insisted that we make the same request to her boss. The manager agreed so I knew how much I was going to pay. After taking all my details and drafting the bill, I asked about the delivery fee. I understand delivery fees can vary but for a big name brand like this, the store was charging double the amount that was online ($99 vs $189). When I asked why, the sales rep got defensive and stated “that’s corporate & we are a franchise, that does not come with full assembly, they do a bad job and will not deliver soon or properly”. I built an online order and saw that the delivery was $99 with full service. In an attempt to make a sale, the rep was outright lying and defaming their own parent company. I responded that the reason I came to the store is so I could get a good deal, I didn’t want additional favors as the rep had already promised a 10% discount so I requested if she could match the delivery fees. She agreed to match $99 and continued to draft a quote. After 10 mins she showed me the price and it was 1015. My math which I will break down in a bit shortly was around $948. So I asked why the price difference and pointed towards miscellaneous fees. The rep mentioned it was a mandatory tax fee for providing education to their employees. Instead of pointing out that the discount she provided was not 10% in actuality she decided to guilt trip me that this was only $5 “corporate fee” and it wasn’t optional. She infact challenged me to build an order online and that the same fee would reflect on the online orders as well. I did build an order in front of her and there was no CAT tax fee. When I mentioned this, she resorted to lying by saying “if you purchase this online, then the store will not be able to help with anything that goes wrong”. I calmly explained that the reason we came to the store is to be able to meet a real person, buy locally and also get a good deal, the sales rep defensively told me to go ahead and make the purchase online. Price: 999, after 10% discount = 999-99.9=899.1, add shipping =899.1+99=998.1, minus $50 coupon = 998.1-50=948.1. This rep tried to hide/distort facts, price gouge and pressurize avoiding the online order by mentioning how online orders are not cared for, have below par service experience from the parent company. All of this made this individual not trustable and hence we just walked out from the store without making a purchase. To the owner: you were not losing money on any sale, especially the one that we wanted to buy and had no sale. You can make better margins and profits from consumers who don’t do their due diligence. With shoppers like me, you could have honored a sale by matching the price I wanted to pay especially because I was not asking for anything beyond the 10% discount which was volunteered by the rep. And taken a smaller profit, almost inconsequential ($67 less). All of this ruins the shopping experience. Hoping you’ll train your employees to be more ethical. We can see bs from a mile away and everyone is aware of the sales tactics. If you are going to respond to me anything but accept it was a genuine mistake, I might reach out to the corporate to let them know how the franchise is discouraging online orders by badmouthing the parent company.

I purchased multiple items in one visit, was told they'd be delivered at separate times, and the items weren't delivered when expected (things happen, I get it). They lie on delivery dates. I’ve had the worst experience with this Ashley Furniture location. I moved into my new home in August and went in to purchase a bed frame. The sales associate, Cesar, convinced me to buy the most expensive option, assuring me it would have the fastest delivery time. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. It’s been over a month, and when the bed finally arrived, it was missing a crucial piece. I had to wait even longer for the replacement part, which didn’t arrive until last week — and still, no one has scheduled my delivery. Every step of this process has been a complete hassle. To make matters worse, I’m pregnant and have been sleeping on the floor this whole time while just trying to get the bed frame I paid for. The lack of communication and support from this store has been beyond disappointing Sarah was also not helpful and extremely rude. [reply to below comment] The first customer service representative I spoke with told me that the delivery was scheduled for Thursday. Whether or not you personally reached out to me, the delivery should have already been arranged as promised. What I failed to mention in my initial review is that when I considered canceling, your team informed me there would be a 20% cancellation fee. I found that unreasonable, as the delay was caused by your company not by any change of mind on my part. Sarah, thank you for responding to my review. However, my comments reflect the overall experience I’ve had with your store. The new delivery date has now been set for next week over a month later than the originally promised delivery in early October
This was the first time to visit Ashley furniture store in portland. Mari and other staff were so helpful and professional. Furniture shopping could be a little intimidating, but it was a pleasant experience.

We called several times trying to speak with someone about our missing sofa piece and were told a sales rep would call us back but no one ever did. After weeks of being given different stories, we finally went to the store in person. To our shock, we saw the exact display couch on the floor with the right side missing. Which was delivered to our home without our consent or any disclosure. When we called to ask if what we received was the floor model, our calls were completely ignored. That’s why we came in, to get answers in person. Instead of taking accountability, the staff and manager became defensive and even threatened to call the police, claiming we were being aggressive when all we wanted was a resolution. I felt extremely uncomfortable during the entire encounter. It genuinely felt discriminatory, as if we were being treated differently and threatened with the police simply to intimidate us. I will not tolerate being made to feel unsafe or targeted while trying to resolve an issue caused by the store’s own mistake. Yes, the purchase was financed, but that’s still a valid form of payment. (at this point, I’m glad it was financed. I would never dare to give you my cash) It’s unacceptable to deliver a used, dirty display sofa to a paying customer and then refuse to own up to it. Even the police officer agreed that this situation was on the store, not us. Come take the couch and give us our money back. It’s crazy how fast you’ll come pick up a couch, but we’ll neglect a customer for weeks for getting their half of the couch. This was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. Ashley Furniture Tigard clearly values commission over customer care. Once you leave the store, you’re ignored and left without support. I’ll never shop here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either. I completely disagree with this response from Ashley Furniture. At no point did we use profanity or behave disrespectfully. We came into the store after weeks of unanswered calls and mixed information regarding our missing sofa piece. When we arrived, we calmly asked for an explanation about why we were delivered a display couch without our consent the exact same one we saw on your showroom floor. This all started during Labor Day weekend when we came in for your sale. Your salesperson, Brandon, specifically told us that if we found the couch online anywhere you would price match it. Had I not been told that, we never would have purchased from this store. It seems like after we price-matched, some staff were upset about losing commission and tried to make up for it by giving us a display couch instead of a new one. Throughout the entire situation, we were repeatedly told, “You already got the couch for a good price, it doesn’t matter.” That statement alone shows how little accountability or customer care was shown. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, we were told to quiet down, pushed toward the customer service desk, and hushed so other shoppers wouldn’t hear what happened clearly because they didn’t want to risk losing sales or commissions. We were then threatened with the police, which made us feel uncomfortable, targeted, and disrespected. We stood there waiting for them to arrive, unafraid, because we did nothing wrong. The truth is simple: we were delivered a display item, misled for weeks, and treated unfairly when we asked for accountability. You’ve now chosen to pick up the couch and lose a sale of over $1,800 rather than fix the mistake that says more about your business practices than our behavior. Customers deserve honesty and respect, not intimidation.
I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a furniture store at Ashley Furniture in Tigard, OR (6600 SW Bonita Rd). My significant other and I purchased a sectional on September 3, 2025, during their Labor Day sale. Our sales reps were Cesar Castro and Brandon, who mentioned that Ashley offers price matching. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ended. The order was entered incorrectly — my contact info was wrong, and instead of the correct sectional, I received two left-side pieces. The delivery team noticed the mistake and took one back. After multiple calls and promises from the store that the correct piece was on the way, we waited weeks with no delivery. We were rescheduled several times (October 17, 20, and then 24), each time being told something different — including that we could drive to Salem to pick it up ourselves. When the piece finally arrived on October 21, it was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly used. The legs were uneven, and the pillows were misshapen. The next day, I went to the store to resolve it, only to realize the “replacement” they delivered was actually the display piece from their showroom. When I pointed this out, the manager told me to leave and said the police would be called. A police officer ended up mediating, and Ashley Furniture agreed to pick up the couch and refund my full payment of $1,898.67. After weeks of errors, poor communication, and being treated disrespectfully, I would not recommend the Tigard Ashley Furniture location. If you shop here, double-check your order and keep everything in writing.
Their furniture is great quality. The rest sucks! The have one good sales person, Mari. The rest are used car salesmen, telling you they are going to get a water and running off to make another sale. The pressure is insane; pushy pushy pushy. They lie about prices and pretend to be giving you a deal when you can get better prices anywhere else, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Danielle in Customer Service is one of the coldest, unhelpful representatives I’ve experienced. They have zero interest in your happiness, all they care about is the sale.

We stopped by their store on a whim on the way home from looking at our new house. Mari took care of us from the second we walked into the store. She gave us our space when and where we needed it but also was able to answer our questions and had patience with us when we were being indecisive or wanted to go look at something again. The checkout process was easy and seamless and allowed for us to split between my fiance and i’s credit cards. There’s also something really nice about being able to see the furniture in person rather than clicking around on your computer at home. Different sales people will quote you a different best price. The manager cannot help or get a hold of the sales person that offered a better quote. She said, he will be in on the weekend and you can check back then. Originally in the initial review our salesman asked us to give a 5 star review and he still couldn't get the same price as Ashley Furniture in Portland. Due to a better price at the Portland store we ended up getting furniture from there. Vancouver Washington is basically PDX area. Even with tax, it's a much better deal, $150 cheaper and local. Second time we bought from a different Ashley Furniture with much nicer, honest, and accommodating sales force and managers. It's unfortunate and a bad look to be so combative in your response to Lower score reviews. Reflecting and learning from below 5 star customer reviews would help your store much more in the long run.
We love our sofa & chaise so much we’re saving for the matching chair & ottoman now! Cesar was great to work with, very knowledgeable. Delivery was sooner than anticipated. Highly recommend this sofa if you have kids/pets!

I originally gave this place 5 stars, but I’m changing it to 3. The salesperson we worked with, Mark W, was super friendly and easy to talk to, which we appreciated. One of the main reasons we decided to spend a good chunk of money that day was because he told us our items would be delivered within two weeks after looking at what was in stock at their distribution center in CA. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. We later found out that most deliveries actually take 4–5 weeks, and that this salesperson has a bit of a reputation for telling customers their stuff will arrive sooner than it really will. That was really frustrating to hear after the fact. The good news is that when I called to talk to someone about it, the person I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. She acknowledged the issue and made things right by arranging expedited shipping so our items should still arrive when we were originally told. I’m thankful they stepped up to fix it, but if you're shopping here and have a specific timeline in mind, I’d suggest double-checking delivery details—or maybe working with someone other than the person we worked with.

Brandon was particularly great to work with. He went as far as picking up ottomans from other sectionals to see if we’d like it better with the couch we were getting. Above and beyond and just a delight.
Mari was great! So professional and she was very patient with us. She looked up our living room photos online and helped us measure and get an exact match to how our living room will look when we move in. She was fun and friendly with our daughter, and she answered all of our questions easily. Paperwork was seamless and we can’t wait for the new living room set. He was not very pushy, which was a plus because some sales people can be like that and I don’t like that. So we are definitely coming back and make sure Jamal helps us out again! He greeted us with a huge smile and answered all our questions. For the next two days, we emailed a bit back-and-forth with more questions and every time he was absolutely so friendly and helpful. Next next time I hear of any friends looking for furniture, I will Direct them towards Ashley furniture, Tigard store and recommend they asked for the Cesar. I had such a great experience working with Lina today. She was so kind, personable and helped me find exactly what I needed. She made the process of finding a new sleeper sofa so simple and stress free. Very knowledgeable of the product and supporting me in narrowing down the many options that were available. We just bought a leather couch and love seat. The store was really nice. Very clean. It was a good selection. Lina helped us. She was great. She's very nice and patient with us disagreeing on everything. We made several laps around the store with her. And she didn't do one eye roll that we could see!

Jamal was fantastic. We came in to look for new couch. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We returned a week later to purchase the couch we had selected and he made the process very easy. The manager of the store was also very helpful and she helped us through the process as well. Jamal a couple days later also gave us a call as we had an old address still in our account and he had remembered that we had just moved so he called and confirmed the new address, which was fantastic!

**update** I am updating my initial review due to delivery issues. We purchased a bedroom set and couches from the store. The Sales Rep was wonderful very helpful. when the merchandise was delivered - it was delivered later than the expected delivery date, part of our couch was missing and weren’t told until the delivery driver told us (I’d like to add that I made multiple calls to Ashley regarding my delivery and weren’t told that parts were missing or damaged). They told us that seemed like someone caught it and order the missing part the night before). When we met the delivery drivers they showed us where the damage was on the bed frame looking at it you could tell the it was uneven, it was warped, and it was damaged which is attempted to be repaired it would be noticeable. We were told that the item would be replaced and a technician wouldn’t need to be sent out because it is not something that can be repaired. We submitted a ticket that same day for the replacement and didn’t hear back for a week and a half. I gave them a call and didn’t hear back about the repair or the delivery of the remaining part of the couch. Called last week and was told the couch would be delivered set that up but no update on the replacement of the bed. Once I got the update they told me they would send out a technician because their tech was backed up they just scheduled us for one. We called today and they told us they aren’t going to replace the damaged piece that they need to have the tech take a look and maybe they would replace it - keep in mind we were told multiple times they would just replace the piece. The manager at Ashley wasn’t helpful and fixing the issue and just requesting a replacement when we sent them and the repair team along with the delivery drivers pictures showing the damage of the bed and we were told they would be replacing it. Went here looking for new furniture for our new place, Jamal was our sales representative - he was very helpful and knowledgeable on what we’re looking for.
