While they have beautiful furniture the prices are extremely expensive

Believe it or not, as much as I felt this should be a 4 star, I don’t think it would be justified. The only reason for a 4 star would’ve been the selection vs pricing on what we were looking for. But the store is clean, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly & pleasant. Not “pushy” at all. If we had the money, we certainly could’ve found something that we liked. They had a great selection, just not our price range. 🙂

It was very nice in there, and the spanish lady that was helping us was very helpful. She was very welcoming and led us straight to what we were looking for.

Giving 3 stars as the furniture styles were very nice but was not my style. Sales associates were pleasant and helpful.

Prices may be Good, quality iffy.

Harriet was amazing! This was our biggest furniture purchase so far, for our new home. She was so genuine and helpful guiding us in all the right directions. We got the perfect couch and paid an awesome price. Thank you again, Harriet!

Why would I pay for a warranty if I can't use it? My dog scratched the material of our brand new couch. We were told rips and tears are covered for 3 years with the warranty. Just got off an hour long phone call where we were told tears aren't covered. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and a waste of 300 dollars for a warranty. I'm fuming.

THIS IS NOT A DESIGN CENTER! It's just a furniture store. If you are expecting something like the Boston Design Center you will be incredibly disappointed. The young lady who greeted us acted like we were crazy for asking about real design needs because we weren't just looking for furniture. Got the vibe that we wouldn't be able to browse unattended if we wanted to. Wasn't impressed by the furniture or accessories we did see.

Older blonde woman is outrageously rude. She practically stalked my husband and i around the store repeatedly telling us we should look at the “discount” furniture and heavily implying that’s all we can afford. Since we were dressed nice and perfectly polite I can only guess that she profiled us because she has some sort of problem with immigrants. Ironically we probably earn twice as much as anyone working there. Since we’re clearly unwelcome we bought elsewhere. Very bizarre experience.

Sammy was awesome!! He allowed us time to shop without hovering and was available for all of our questions. Found a great sofa and received delivery in 2 days.

Sammy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so attentive to our needs and did not try overselling once. Completely transparent through and through. We traveled 40+ minutes from Fall River and would absolutely come back in the future to work with Sammy. Thank you again!

I ordered a mattress was told it was in stock. Day before delivery they called to tell me they don’t have it in stock. They Changed delivery date. Then call to say can deliver earlier. Day before call to say all stock they had was damaged. Changed delivery date again. Called again to say it was coming in earlier. Call day of to say don’t have it in stock. Mind you I missed three days of work do to staying home to receive. Mind you I didn’t call looking for it they kept calling us to change date. I will not shop there again.

A pretty good selection. A much better selection if you count Cardis which is next door. Audrey Ashton helped us find a sofa set we needed. She has a great and pleasant customer service attitude and is quite helpful. We will be back and definitely ask for her. Prices are reasonable and quality is good.

Ordered a bed room set 3 months ago and the quality is not great. Drawer bottoms on both dressers are paper thin, two have fallen through. The top is peeling on one of the dresser. Not what I expected at all.

Purchased the gaming desk with cooling cup holder cup holder is positioned right above the tower shelf for pc guess what happens when condensation builds from the cup holder??? It drips right into your computer tower and even though they know this happens they take no responsibility for damages and refuse a refund unless you have original box or choose to donate the defective product to charity fora love a company that wants to cause harm to not only customers but poor folks buying second hand

They over charged me for something that should have been payed already they are ripped off

The salesperson was wonderful. Melissa was extremely helpful and professional. We bought a lining room set and a recliner, also a dresser. When the living room set was delivered, it was much lighter than we expected. We had painted our room and bought accents to match a much darker color. We went back to see Melissa and she offered other options. The Manager Steve was not so helpful. He never contacted us or would speak directly to us. It must not be to important to him to try to keep a customer.

Good prices good service

Purchased a new couch for my home. Not a huge selection, but quality for price is good. The sales staff are not pushy. I only gave 4 stars because customer service does not respond to messages left. I had to call multiple times to finally speak to a human.
