We were shopping for a King size bed, so we decided to take advantage of Ashley's Presidents day sale. We were greeted by Jessica when entered the store. She was quick to assist us with our needs. We were shopping for a King bed, and she showed us the different options for the frame and the mattress. She did a wonderful job giving us the price options as will as the different functions of each one. We picked out the one we wanted and she explained the different buying options as well as the warranty and delivery. We were well pleased with our shopping experience, especially the help we received from Jessica. We have to give her a special thanks for all of her assistance. The management as well as the staff members we met were also friendly and ready to help us. We will definitely be back for any other furniture needs.

We are in the process of moving to Aiken from New York. We stopped in the store just to look at furniture and Kelley was extremely helpful. We went in on Saturday (10/18/25) to look at couches. We had an idea of what we were looking for, but not sure which couch would fit our family's needs. Jason, the manager, introduced himself and asked us great questions and that help narrow things down for us! He showed us the ModMax, and explained its' features (very customizable and washable!). When we decided that this set would be a great investment for our home, Jason introduced us to Jasmine and Orlando (a new associate who was shadowing Jasmine). Jasmine did a wonderful job explaining to us the benefits of their Diamond Care warranty, and our financing options. We had such a wonderful experience, I went back the next day (10/19/25) to purchase a new dining table and chairs and had the pleasure of working with Jason! Jasmine, who was working hard assisting other customers, took a few moments to say hello! Jason and Jasmine are kind and thoughtful individuals, and both extremely knowledgeable in the products offered by Ashley. I highly recommend shopping with Ashley for your furniture and home needs!

I have had good experiences choosing furniture here. They have a wide range of prices and styles, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Usually I walk in knowing what I want, but last time, I needed help deciding between my options. Colton was great to work with. He knew the products, even though they weren’t in the store, and was able to describe the pieces and show me items with the same dimensions. He scheduled delivery around my schedule, and I know if I have any issues, he’ll be able to take care of it.

I had a great experience working with Alisha at Ashley Furniture—she was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. Because of how well she treated me, I came back to purchase two more items. Unfortunately, Alisha wasn’t in that day, and I was assisted by Jasmine instead. The difference was night and day. Jasmine was rude, dismissive, and made the interaction uncomfortable. If she had been my first experience, I honestly would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I can’t recommend her to anyone. Customer service could be better received couch was happy with it but one had a stain so sent back was suppose to hear from someone within 48 hours never did so six days go by I reached out to them then I get a text next day saying it's been scheduled to come out on a certain day that I didn't even know about and I want be home that day and that I'll get my couch in July I understand they have certain days they deliver certain places but considering I've waited so long I thought it would be sooner a month later really not going back not with the amount I spent and I already waited 3weeks first time so almost 2months all together

It is literally the worst investment I’ve ever made. Their answer… nothing while I still pay for my installments. We walked in and Alesha was up front. I knew exactly what I wanted because I had seen it online. Up close and personal it wasn’t that great. Alesha said they had another one and that the floor model was on sale for a fraction of the original cost. Needless to say, we bought it. I came to Ashley’s to just look at sofas and chairs for my family room. When I walked into the showroom and looked at all this classy and beautiful merchandise, I immediately wanted to refurnish my entire house! Keith Jones was the first who saw and greeted me. I motioned for him that I had a few minutes later. He had information about the quality of all three. I was torn between two, and completed the purchase; only to change my mind 10 minutes later! He had no problem with this, and I apologized for any inconvenience. He assured me that there was no problem and started a new purchase agreement. Ten minutes later, I was walking out of the store satisfied with my choice, and with a huge smile on my face! I am glad Ashley’s chose Aiken! I will be purchasing more items in the future!

Jasmin was a fantastic salesperson. She was very helpful and accommodating with me running around the store looking and sitting on everything. She got me as many discounts on my purchase as she could and was not pushy in the least. The store is also clean and beautiful. I will definitely come back to purchase more furniture in the future.

This is our second experience and as the other one it was great. We were given the opportunity to take our time and ask questions while we were looking for the items. The value both time were good. The no interest if paid off in 12 months. The salesman was knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I would recommend this salesman and store.

The warranty on the piece I purchased was exceptionally good. I have never seen a warranty that good. Prices were fair. I am getting the Furniture delivered tomorrow so I don't know yet about the quality, but if it's anything like my shopping experience, then I'm sure it will be good.
