Some difficult issues with the purchase process, but we got it done. I don’t really understand why it takes an additional week to get delivered.

Alisha in the Aiken office was very helpful in working with us to choose our new living room furniture. Listened to exactly what we were looking for without trying to push something else. Will definitely be back to use her for our next purchase of dining room furniture.

I have had good experiences choosing furniture here. They have a wide range of prices and styles, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Usually I walk in knowing what I want, but last time, I needed help deciding between my options. Colton was great to work with. He knew the products, even though they weren’t in the store, and was able to describe the pieces and show me items with the same dimensions. He scheduled delivery around my schedule, and I know if I have any issues, he’ll be able to take care of it.

Alisha gets 5 stars, Jasmine would get 0 stars if they had that as an option. I had a great experience working with Alisha at Ashley Furniture—she was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. Because of how well she treated me, I came back to purchase two more items. Unfortunately, Alisha wasn’t in that day, and I was assisted by Jasmine instead. The difference was night and day. Jasmine was rude, dismissive, and made the interaction uncomfortable. If she had been my first experience, I honestly would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I can’t recommend her to anyone. That said, Alisha was amazing, and I’d gladly work with her again anytime.

Customer service could be better received couch was happy with it but one had a stain so sent back was suppose to hear from someone within 48 hours never did so six days go by I reached out to them then I get a text next day saying it's been scheduled to come out on a certain day that I didn't even know about and I want be home that day and that I'll get my couch in July I understand they have certain days they deliver certain places but considering I've waited so long I thought it would be sooner a month later really not going back not with the amount I spent and I already waited 3weeks first time so almost 2months all together

I haven’t even finished paying for this $5k couch. It’s two years old and about three months in it started pilling. I washed it, and it made it worse. It is literally the worst investment I’ve ever made. Their answer… nothing while I still pay for my installments

I can not leave a great enough review for not only the store, but for the employee who had helped me pick the best couch for my home. Taylor was a wonderful

We walked in and Alesha was up front. I knew exactly what I wanted because I had seen it online. Up close and personal it wasn’t that great. Alesha said they had another one and that the floor model was on sale for a fraction of the original cost. Needless to say, we bought it. We did have to hire our own movers because the store doesn’t move floor models. Jason, the manager, was also terrific. He had the bed taken apart for us which made it so much easier to move. I came to Ashley’s to just look at sofas and chairs for my family room. When I walked into the showroom and looked at all this classy and beautiful merchandise, I immediately wanted to refurnish my entire house! Keith Jones was the first who saw and greeted me. He introduced himself and asked if he could assist me with anything. He wasn’t pushy and walked me to three different areas with sofas, loveseats and sectionals. He then suggested that I take my time and he would be back to check and see if I was interested in anything. I found three sofas & chairs that I knew would be perfect for my space. I motioned for him that I had a few minutes later. He had information about the quality of all three. I was torn between two, and completed the purchase; only to change my mind 10 minutes later! He had no problem with this, and I apologized for any inconvenience. He assured me that there was no problem and started a new purchase agreement. Ten minutes later, I was walking out of the store satisfied with my choice, and with a huge smile on my face! I am glad Ashley’s chose Aiken! I will be purchasing more items in the future!

Jasmin was a fantastic salesperson. She was very helpful and accommodating with me running around the store looking and sitting on everything. She got me as many discounts on my purchase as she could and was not pushy in the least. The store is also clean and beautiful. I will definitely come back to purchase more furniture in the future.

This is our second experience and as the other one it was great. We were given the opportunity to take our time and ask questions while we were looking for the items. The value both time were good. The no interest if paid off in 12 months. The salesman was knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I would recommend this salesman and store.

The warranty on the piece I purchased was exceptionally good. I have never seen a warranty that good. Prices were fair. I am getting the Furniture delivered tomorrow so I don't know yet about the quality, but if it's anything like my shopping experience, then I'm sure it will be good.
