My mother in law has neuropathy and has a very difficult time ambulating we came to the Ashley furniture store in Anderson Sc, in search of a sofa. Avery approached us instantly and asked how he could help us. We explained what we were looking for and he acknowledged that my mother in law had a physical limitation he instantly offered a wheelchair and very politely showed us around the store while pushing her through the store in search of our request. He was extremely helpful and informative very knowledgeable of every detail of the items in the store and their locations. He actually sold us on a tempur mattress and base that we had previously explored a purchase from mattress firm. We did not instantly confirm on the purchase because we needed to make sure everything would fit he provided us with the dimensions and all information on the sofa and bed. He provided his work number late that evening we messaged him to let him know that everything would fit he insistently messaged back to let us know he could meet us the next day because that worked for us. My husband and i came the next day while Avery was preparing our paperwork we looked at living room furniture he acknowledged and asked what we were looking for and showed us the perfect match for our needs. We would definitely recommend Ashley furniture store and Avery.

They need to rename this to Ashley Showroom. The word outlet implies that you can actually buy something onsite. I was disappointed to find out I would have to pick up in Spartanburg or pay for shipping.

Great experience with Avery!

I have bought Ashley furniture before and appreciated the quality. When I bought my first set, I bought it as a happy divorce to me gift. It was perfect. This visit was to check on quality for some outdoor furniture, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We haven't had a chance to put the chairs together. If they don't meet my expectations, I'll be amending this post. The staff were extremely helpful but not pushy.

So the wife wanted a new couch so we decided to Ashley outlet in Anderson. Our salesman name started with a “L” but unfortunately I can’t remember how it was spelled.. He was AMAZING!! First off walking in the store was great. It was clean and well displayed. ALOT of nice stuff to eye ball right from the beginning. We started looking and he came to us and asked what we was looking at today. My wife said a couch preferably a section. She told him we had a dog that loves a couch to , so some like leather. He showed us a few and we went looking. She found on and sat in it and he said make yourself at home and sue how you like so you will know if it’s your fit. He asked about kids and she told she had a 8 yo boy. He told her and also poured something on it that would stain on most fabrics. He said not only is it tear proof for the dog but water proof and stain resistant for accidents from the little one. . He was very knowledgeable in that couch he even told we could customize it where we wanted the recliners in it. He also pointed out the USB charger ports built in. We was SOLD! After that we went to look at needs. Again very Knowledgeable! He asked key points like how do you sleep ( on you back , side, stomach) because that tells what firmness level you need. Things I didn’t know. He also showed us different brands and models. Even got to check out several different pillows. Again he said make your self like home and lay in it like you normally do.. fantastic guy! And thing is you could tell he was just knowledged he cared about his job!! That means everything to me. I’ll be back after I get the couch paid down for my bed! Would give 10 stars if I could. Beautiful store, lots of inventory, and great staff! Oh i almost forgot the financing was simple and easy. Was approved in no time, and I don’t t have the beer or credit!! Need furniture CHECK THEM OUT!

April tried to convince us to finance through someone else we weren’t approved for to try and get us to spend more money and after being told “no I’m good” more than once she hard pulled my credit anyway which I was denied for so THE DENIAL KNOCKED 20 POINTS OFF MY CREDIT. I was promised a delivery date by the 1st and it’s not until the 15th. After calling and speaking directly to her on the phone she asked for physical evidence of this. SUPER UNHAPPY ALL AROUND

My husband and I went this past Saturday to look for a new couch. The store was pretty busy, but Dylan made sure we knew he was available if we needed him. He gave us space to look and talk over our options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He educated us on all buying options and helped us choose the right one for us. We were very impressed with selections, purchasing options, and customer service!

Great experience in the store. Leanna was super helpful, but not pushy in anyway. Came out and help me measure some things. Even looked up a couple things online to see if I can get them. I ended up buying a outdoor patio set from her I was very pleased with her help! I think I’ll go to this one in Anderson now instead of Greenville. It’s a little less crowded and just a super friendly store to be in.

Opened up an Ashley account through Synchrony Bank with a credit limit of $15,000. Started with a purchase of a new dining room set for our new home in the amount of $2,024.49 in early August. The statement shows a balance over $4,000.00. To this day, still hasn't been resolved, even after a half dozen calls to both the Anderson SC store and Synchrony. No one to realize the issue, very frustrating. Next step will be to get a lawyer. Never again!

I have spent SO much money at this place. Bedrooms sets to living room sets (3) dinning room sets. I didn’t have any problems until my last purchase. DIAMOND CARE IS A SCAM! I was told by the sales person in 2020 that sold me my queen bedroom set that if anything happens to my furniture in 5 yrs diamond care would fix it it’s been 4 yrs. The finishing has come off the dresser and nightstands i sent a ticket to diamond care they said it was normal wear and tear and they wouldn’t replace it and only did single items not several items. BUT last time i checked I bought diamond care for the SET not ONE item from the set? 😐 I got in contact with my most recent sales rep he said he would reach out to the manager at this location. It took almost 2 weeks to hear anything back and honesty the lack of care you receive after you purchase something from Ashley is just so unprofessional and unacceptable. This is the last purchase i will make with them. The quality of finishing is poorly made. I was suppose to get a call today from the manager and then once I explained how I wanted a refund on set up since my husband and i did it (not the ppl that brought our furniture to the house) and also take diamond care off my order (it doesn’t cover anything) i got a “well if that is all you need I don’t need to call you today” oh but yes you do, because I’m a paying customer and my furniture you sold me within the allotted time period is messed up and you need to stand behind your word and fix it. Bad business here. Messy to say the least. Drop off for my furniture was SUPPOSE TO BE 8am -11am the men called me at 6:30 am and arrived at 7 am. 🙄 Not happy.

Me and my husband entered the showroom yesterday and was greeted by the most helpful young gentleman, Alex/Alec. He asked what we were looking for and showed us what the showroom had. He did not follow us around like a “hound dog” however was available for any questions we had. After trying different chairs we came out with something totally unexpected but very very pleased. Alex!!!!!!!!! He was amazing and had us in and out within minutes. Edit / Update : The bed frame I purchased in the store from was set to be delivered on 8/6/24. I was sent updates on delivery time and tracking of drivers location on the delivery day. Very convenient for making sure someone is home when delivered, but also not having to take entire day off of work to wait for a delivery. What was ordered was a bed frame unassembled and a full size mattress. What was delivered was a mattress and half of a bed frame. HALF of a bed frame. I asked the delivery driver where the rest of the frame was and I was told that is all I got it. I tried calling the store to see what was going on. Nobody answered or returned my call. I put the box in the car and brought I to Ashley to see if they could get the other half of the bed frame or refund the bed frame because nobody can use half of a bed frame. I was told in the store that a claim would be submitted and I would get the other half within days. I even told the lady at the desk that if this was going to be another 2 weeks I just want a refund. I was assured it would not be another 2 weeks for the other half to be delivered. I was sent a text for a review of my delivery. I told them I didn't receive the full bed frame and still needed the other half of the bed frame. The person texting said I only paid for half a bed frame so I wouldn't be getting anything else. I sent them the photos of what I ordered and what I received and I was sent a text saying the conversation was ended. I did receive a call from Alex the next day saying I would receive the missing half of the bed frame on 8/20/24. So another 2 week for the other half of the bed frame to arrive. Then I received the text from the delivery department saying I would receive the missing parts on 8/20/24 and it included a link to verify the parts being delivered. Once I clicked on the link it displayed very clearly that this delivery is Canceled. And the quantity of delivery is 0. So once more I reached out to Ashley to find out what is going on. I was told by Ashley that they will not be delivering the missing parts on 08/20/24 because they don't have them. They also said they have no idea when or if the other half will be delivered but they will keep in touch. This is a seemingly never ending nightmare dealing with this company. Will update again if I ever actually get the other half of the bed frame or if they give a refund. The nightmare is over. Received the other half of the bed frame today. Won't ever get anything from them again but I am happy that the bed frame is finally complete. 🙌

Alex in the Anderson SC Ashley store was awesome assisting me order my furniture! He went over all details and tripled check all purchased items! The only problem that I do have “not with the salesman Alex” is I also wanted to purchase the evolve battery packs for my new sectional which is from Ashley as well but unfortunately the manger/ general manager takes the keys home and they are the only ones that can unlock the doors! This blows my mind especially knowing how much they are and someone telling you yes we have them but unfortunately l’ll take your money but you have to get your product once the manger comes in! Please make this make sense. If this key is that important why did you take it home to stop a sale because I literally ordered it while in the store from another store just because this doesn’t even make sense that I’m on your time with my money. Come up with a better solution like have a sign out sheet of who goes in this room or maybe lock the key in a certain place in the store and assign an employee on the schedule that is responsible for that key! I think I should contact corporate about this issue because I don’t see a business owner ok with loosing out on money !

My reclining sofa has been broken since two days after I got it in February of 2024. It is now July and it still isn’t fixed. Please know you can only return something and get your money back 2 days after purchase not delivery. If something seems off send it back as soon as they bring it in the house it’s the only way you get to exchange. They are rude and do not care that you have back issues and you bought the couch to try to help resolve them and now you have your money tied up in a couch that’s broken and you can’t get a new one. I hope Karma gets these people for selling horrible products and charging people a fortune. The one photo was the one I got today saying my part had been delayed again. The second was after they fixed and my couch still doesn’t line up. It sticks out at the top. Horrible!!

Made a purchase in March, before delivery occurred, chairs we bought went on sale. Asked April if we should cancel order to get the sales price, she told us that it would be adjusted. Three months later, several phone calls and visit to the store, no price adjustment has been made. During store visit I met with Chad, and he showed me the email he was sending to the manager to get this addressed, that was two billing cycles ago. 6/21 update- Was told the store that blew me off for three months was told to contact me. Two days have gone by, still nothing.

Here we are 5 weeks later and they have NO IDEA of when the furniture will arrive. Not the place to go if you are actually looking to have your furniture in a reasonable amount of time...
