Don't waste your time going to the store. Order everything online! Instore is marked up by 60%. Then they order you the wrong things. I had a long list and they ordered me the wrong mattress costing me an extra $150. I was quoted a price by one sales person for $599 went back the very next day and they would not honor it and charged me $650. They are thieves!!!! It's absolutely disgusting how they take advantage!

I went today with my dad and Chad helped us with moving the mattress into our truck, that ho fit perfectly in the trunk. Great service from Chad.

You have a great selection of good looking furniture. Everything was in order and the store clean and well lit. I'm only dissatisfied with the salesman. I was deceived. He made it look as if I was getting a $50 discount, but inturn, the $50 was added to the delivery fee. Therefore, I think its going to be very hard doing anymore business with you.

Dylan was fabulous! With three indoor rescues we chose Ashley's top rated pet friendly fabric. Dylan patiently responded to our concerns through the decision process. I highly recommend Dylan and the Ashley Brand product guarantee. Don't forget to donate to their cause for kids without beds and linens while there.

My partner and I went to Ashley a few days ago because we were interested in one of their sectionals. The store in general had a decent selection, and the first time we came in, Sean was very kind to us. What really turned us off was when we came back in to the store to see if we could negotiate on the price of a couch. The woman we talked to (and was one of the managers) was honestly just not friendly. I would actually prefer a salesperson who engages in empty small talk than someone who is standoff-ish. When my partner was asking her questions about the support system for the couch, she answered in ways that made us feel stupid for even asking. Then when she showed us the price of the couch we were interested in, and we showed her the same couch on THEIR website that was listed for $300 LESS than the one in store, she just seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. The entire interaction with her just solidified that we didn’t want to purchase here. We ended up finding almost the exact same couch at Rooms To Go, for $800 less, that would be shipped in 1.5 weeks compared to Ashley’s projected 8-14 weeks for delivery, all while having a great experience with their sales department. Of course, this was just our experience and may not be reflective of others’, but we were not impressed.

Dylan did a good job getting the order taken care. I am a little frustrated by the length of time it is taking my sectional. I know it is not his fault, but don’t sell stuff you don’t have or have to wait 3 weeks to get in. I am not dissatisfied with Dylan and he did great job. I went there yesterday. The whole staff are really friendly and nice. Dylan was the one who sold me my electric couch. I knew what I wanted he took me straight to what I asked for. There was never any well I'd you buy this and this it will be cheaper , when really it would be way more expensive. They are salesman but they don't try to talk you into buying stuff. He knew what I wanted didn't try to get me a recliner to go with it or a love seat. Even the guys that move the furniture around and set the store up where helpful. I can't member the guys name. But he was happy to help me as well. And thats not even his job. They also are delivering and setting it up for a great price. And they have a guy that will come and get your old couch for a good price. Dylan and I sat and talked for 30 minutes after I paid. He was just a really well put together young man. It looks like thats pretty much all they hire. Because everyone was helpful. I definitely gave a 5 star review. He even gave me some info to help me in the future to save some money to get a stand up recliner, because I have a major surgery coming. As long as God is willing and I make it that long. Not to be a downer. But my point about that was he wasn't thinking commission he was trying to help me because i told him what I needed in the future. So yeah great experience I will never buy furniture anywhere else, and they are not a mom and pop, That's Ashley's, but it felt more like a mom and pop experience because it wasn't about over selling you. It wad getting you what you wanted. And they still had memorial day sales a good bit after memorial day.. so Thankyou Dylan and to the staff at Ashley's. It was nice to walk out with a good deal. But they treated me like they new me. That was what was the most impressive thing to me. That and after I saw what I wanted he didn't even ask if I wanted to add anything else or pressure me to buy more. So definitely A+

Avoid this garbage company at all costs!!! I made the mistake of purchasing a houseful of furniture from the Greenville, SC store a couple of years ago. They delivered 3 chairs. One was used, and they never replaced it despite countless phone calls. Now, all the chairs are falling apart, and I have to hire someone to repair them. I bought a 3-piece sectional. It was supposed to come with 3 pillows. They sent one. I happened to find a matching one at Hampton Furniture in Anderson (and they were nice enough to give it to me at no charge). I still have not gotten the other 2 pillows from Ashley. I got a bedroom set. A few months after they delivered it, the guy who was painting my house called me into the bedroom. He had moved the dresser to paint the wall behind it, and there was a huge hole in it covered with the stickers that were on the bed. So-called customer service was a rude woman who would not let me speak. I went to the local store, and told them what had occurred, and the manager was very sympathetic. He said his brother was the manager of the Greenville store, and he would tell him to call me. He never did. I went back the the Anderson store and told the manager that his brother never called. He went to his office and came back to say he would be calling within the hour. That was almost 2 years ago. Still waiting for that phone call. That's just the tip of the iceberg. It would take a book to tell you about all the lies, ineptitude and the crappy quality of their merchandise. If they were the only company selling beds, and I needed one, I would sleep on the floor. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!

About a year ago I purchased a king-sized bedroom suite of of the floor of Ashley's. There were issues securing the right parts to assemble the bed correctly. No one I talked to could help until, finally, I was put in contact with a customer care representaive who listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right. My mother in law has neuropathy and has a very difficult time ambulating we came to the Ashley furniture store in Anderson Sc, in search of a sofa. Avery approached us instantly and asked how he could help us. We explained what we were looking for and he acknowledged that my mother in law had a physical limitation he instantly offered a wheelchair and very politely showed us around the store while pushing her through the store in search of our request. He was extremely helpful and informative very knowledgeable of every detail of the items in the store and their locations. He actually sold us on a tempur mattress and base that we had previously explored a purchase from mattress firm. We did not instantly confirm on the purchase because we needed to make sure everything would fit he provided us with the dimensions and all information on the sofa and bed. He provided his work number late that evening we messaged him to let him know that everything would fit he insistently messaged back to let us know he could meet us the next day because that worked for us. My husband and i came the next day while Avery was preparing our paperwork we looked at living room furniture he acknowledged and asked what we were looking for and showed us the perfect match for our needs. We would definitely recommend Ashley furniture store and Avery.

I have bought Ashley furniture before and appreciated the quality. When I bought my first set, I bought it as a happy divorce to me gift. It was perfect. This visit was to check on quality for some outdoor furniture, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We haven't had a chance to put the chairs together. If they don't meet my expectations, I'll be amending this post. The staff were extremely helpful but not pushy.

So the wife wanted a new couch so we decided to Ashley outlet in Anderson. Our salesman name started with a “L” but unfortunately I can’t remember how it was spelled.. He was AMAZING!! First off walking in the store was great. It was clean and well displayed. ALOT of nice stuff to eye ball right from the beginning. We started looking and he came to us and asked what we was looking at today. My wife said a couch preferably a section. She told him we had a dog that loves a couch to , so some like leather. He showed us a few and we went looking. She found on and sat in it and he said make yourself at home and sue how you like so you will know if it’s your fit. He asked about kids and she told she had a 8 yo boy. He told her and also poured something on it that would stain on most fabrics. He said not only is it tear proof for the dog but water proof and stain resistant for accidents from the little one. . He was very knowledgeable in that couch he even told we could customize it where we wanted the recliners in it. He also pointed out the USB charger ports built in. We was SOLD! After that we went to look at needs. Again very Knowledgeable! He asked key points like how do you sleep ( on you back , side, stomach) because that tells what firmness level you need. Things I didn’t know. He also showed us different brands and models. Even got to check out several different pillows. Again he said make your self like home and lay in it like you normally do.. fantastic guy! And thing is you could tell he was just knowledged he cared about his job!! That means everything to me. I’ll be back after I get the couch paid down for my bed! Would give 10 stars if I could. Beautiful store, lots of inventory, and great staff! Oh i almost forgot the financing was simple and easy. Was approved in no time, and I don’t t have the beer or credit!! Need furniture CHECK THEM OUT!

April tried to convince us to finance through someone else we weren’t approved for to try and get us to spend more money and after being told “no I’m good” more than once she hard pulled my credit anyway which I was denied for so THE DENIAL KNOCKED 20 POINTS OFF MY CREDIT. I was promised a delivery date by the 1st and it’s not until the 15th. After calling and speaking directly to her on the phone she asked for physical evidence of this. SUPER UNHAPPY ALL AROUND

Great experience in the store. Leanna was super helpful, but not pushy in anyway. Came out and help me measure some things. Even looked up a couple things online to see if I can get them. I ended up buying a outdoor patio set from her I was very pleased with her help! I think I’ll go to this one in Anderson now instead of Greenville. It’s a little less crowded and just a super friendly store to be in.

Absolutely beautiful store, great selection, we were greeted as soon as we walked in, they have in-house financing so we were able to see out financing power right then. Their selection is very broad and very beautiful! I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to make my purchase!

Dylan greeted us as soon as we came in. Unlike most salesmen, he wasn’t pushy at all! After walking around the store we met back up with him and he helped us price match a couch that had a better deal online. Ask for Dylan when you walk in and you will for sure be taken care of!

Opened up an Ashley account through Synchrony Bank with a credit limit of $15,000. Started with a purchase of a new dining room set for our new home in the amount of $2,024.49 in early August. The statement shows a balance over $4,000.00. To this day, still hasn't been resolved, even after a half dozen calls to both the Anderson SC store and Synchrony. No one to realize the issue, very frustrating. Next step will be to get a lawyer. Never again!

I have spent SO much money at this place. Bedrooms sets to living room sets (3) dinning room sets. I didn’t have any problems until my last purchase. DIAMOND CARE IS A SCAM! I was told by the sales person in 2020 that sold me my queen bedroom set that if anything happens to my furniture in 5 yrs diamond care would fix it it’s been 4 yrs. The finishing has come off the dresser and nightstands i sent a ticket to diamond care they said it was normal wear and tear and they wouldn’t replace it and only did single items not several items. BUT last time i checked I bought diamond care for the SET not ONE item from the set? 😐 I got in contact with my most recent sales rep he said he would reach out to the manager at this location. It took almost 2 weeks to hear anything back and honesty the lack of care you receive after you purchase something from Ashley is just so unprofessional and unacceptable. This is the last purchase i will make with them. The quality of finishing is poorly made. I was suppose to get a call today from the manager and then once I explained how I wanted a refund on set up since my husband and i did it (not the ppl that brought our furniture to the house) and also take diamond care off my order (it doesn’t cover anything) i got a “well if that is all you need I don’t need to call you today” oh but yes you do, because I’m a paying customer and my furniture you sold me within the allotted time period is messed up and you need to stand behind your word and fix it. Bad business here. Messy to say the least. Drop off for my furniture was SUPPOSE TO BE 8am -11am the men called me at 6:30 am and arrived at 7 am. 🙄 Not happy.
