I had a great experience dealing with Kayleigh at Ashley's NE store. When we first went to look, we told her what we were looking for, she took us right to it. It was no hassle, no pressure. We were able to take our time, compare products. We weren't 100% set on buying the day we went in store. So we did leave contact info... she never overwhelmed me with text messages to push a sale through. I actually ended up reaching back out (almost a month later) when we were ready, she had all the info on what we wanted and was able to complete the transaction remotely, hassle free and easy! 10/10 recommend Kayleigh!

The moment we walked in this talk, this creepy Caucasian dude named Chad zoned in on us, we were greeted and immediately said we are only looking right now, to figure out what style and such that we needed and if we need help or have questions we will find you, clearly he didn't get the hint. He stuck very close by, which we both hated and repeated again, we are just looking and if we need help or have questions we will find you. FINALLY he left us alone and we continued to look, sadly they didn't have a lot to chose from for what we were looking for. So at end of our search we did see something we liked and were having a conversation by ourselves then low and behold CHAD gets right in our faces again and once again we both said if we have any questions or need help we will let you know. The tool could not get a clue, and left us for a spot that was fairly close to where we were, which again annoyed us, so we left! Dear Ashley Furniture: FYI do not zone in on those who come in your store, when people walk into your store, greet them and say if you need anything let us know and give people the alone time they need and if they need help and or have questions LET THE CUSTOMERS GO TO YOU! What your employee did to us MADE US WANT TO LEAVE AND NOT EVER COME BACK!!!!

Ordered a dinette set. Darius was nice during a browsing day. I came back to purchase, but he was not working that day. It went down hill from there. I never received a receipt or delivery time for my purchase. The table delivered was dirty. The delivery guys saw black dust on the table. He wiped some off too. He stated a blanket was over it, that's where the black dust came from. It should been on a box. A dent was in the chair. (Pictures were provided) seemed used. Nothing was set up, except the table, from an opened box. What set up do you pay for? The store does not want to take responsibility for their delivery. No third party. One option from the store I’d to send their carpentry staff to repair. If it’s new, it should be replaced, not repaired. Another option from the store was to provide a refund less than 50.00 and take away the manufacturer warranty. Really? Not a satisfied first time customer. Would not recommend.

A huge thanks to Greg and the staff + management at Ashley Home Store! We were shopping for a new living room and some upgrades to our dining and guest room. We purchased art, a rug, a sofa, ottoman, oversized chair, cabinet, and a swivel accent chair here. We also ordered a daybed (online only). The furniture quality is great (we previously purchased our bedroom suite from Ashley a few years ago). Greg and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We werent pressured by anyone to buy, but they were supportive and provided help if we needed it throughout our buying process. Delivery process was smooth albeit we had a communication hiccup due to a typo in our email so we weren't able to receive confirmation that delivery was in route (our fault not theirs). And the white glove delivery was exceptional as the guys were pros and had us set up in about 15 minutes time. Thanks again to this store and their team for being absolutely amazing!!

I ordered a couch a week ago and was told it would be delivered this week. I got a call today and was told to check back in a few weeks and it should be ready by the third week of August, a month later. I understand that companies contract things like shipping and delivery, but when I pay 200$ for delivery, I shouldn’t have to wait a month possibly a month in a half to receive what I purchased. I have ordered from other furniture stores before and have never had this issue.

I purchased a mattress protector. I told the salesman that I thought I already had one. He pressured me to buy it. I did already have one as witnessed by the delivery guys. I attempted to returned it, unopened and Chad Truett, the salesman, insulted me saying, “who ever heard of returning furniture to a furniture store.” He continued telling me we don’t do refunds. I can’t believe that Ashley is willing to jeopardize a possible, future sale that could be worth thousands for a $79.99 unopened product, the next day.

I had a wonderful experience today at Ashley Furniture store. I'm happy that Shaun was the one to help us find the furnishings we needed. She was kind and patience with my wife and I. She gave us enough space to look around but close enough if questions ever arises.

I'm extremely upset I ordered my furniture in June some of the items shipped and I have yet to receive the rest of my furniture it almost been over a month and my delivery dates keeps getting pushed out poor accountability on the company's behalf and no one can seem to get my furniture delivered while my kids are still sleeping on air mattresses awaiting there bedroom sets that was ordered over 30 days ago.

At the time of purchase, there was NO mention of the “terms and conditions” and the expectation of the customer to inspect brand new furniture (that should be FREE of imperfections) and not allow the team to leave without inspecting the furniture in case you find imperfections and sign for it. We were very excited to get our new couch and ottoman. After working a 15-hour night shift, I came home and was there during delivery of my furniture. I was not told what I was signing upon installation other than “sign here”. Yes, I get you should read what you’re signing, but when you purchase brand new furniture - it’s on the company to provide you with what you paid for!! The ottoman has sharpie marks and stains, but I didn’t see it until after the delivery guy left. We notified the company immediately only to be given the “this our policy and it’s on you to inspect”. In fact, an employee had the AUDACITY to say “well you would think if you pay all this money for furniture, then you would inspect it”. Like are freaking kidding me? It’s on me to make sure that you deliver brand new furniture without sharpie marks and your only reparation is to send out a new cover to be installed instead of giving us what we paid for to begin with? The paperwork says the delivery person is to INSPECT AND DELIVER IN SHOWROOM CONDITION. Ridiculous. Absolutely will not get my business in the future. Let this be a warning to anyone considering purchasing furniture from here.

Do not purchase from this Ashley Furniture store! We ordered a bedroom set on December 1, the delivery date was set for January 15. January 14 we realize that no one from the store had called to let us know what time they would be delivering the next day, only to find out the delivery was pushed back to January 31. Completely unacceptable that the store never called us, we had to call them the day before only to get the run around. January 31st comes and goes again no contact from the store about a delay. After calling and getting the run around we were told it would be February... no actual date. Finally the furniture arrived February 11, from a December 1 purchase. I wouldn't go back or recommend this location to my worst enemy! This is bad business and clearly don't value the customer or customer service.

My wife and I went into this store in November 2024 we were looking for a new bed. Darius was fantastic. He showed us many beds to help us find the one that fit our needs. We placed our order but unfortunatly we had to postpone it. In late February 2025 we went back to see Darius and he immediatly remembered us by name and what we ordered. We again placed our order. There was a minor credit hicup that Vanessa quickly took care of. On 3/1 we got our bed delivered exactly on the time they said. The delivery crew was outstanding, they were careful and set it right where we wanted it. I cannot begin to express our thanks to Darius and everyone who helped us. This is our second purchase at Ashley Furniture (first in Fl.) and it will not be our last!

Chad was very knowledgeable about the adjustable bed frames and the mattress that would go with it. He was also very helpful with the financing. He also explained that there was a trial period to test the mattress and it could be replaced for one the same price or higher. We also agreed to have my old mattress and box spring taken away. It will be donated to a children’s charity .

When I enter into Ashley furniture’s store in Sandhill, I was unsure as to what I wanted. I just knew that I needed a living room set and dining room table. Brian greeted me at the door helping me all the way through. He was also assisted by Miss Sharell they both went above and beyond making sure I got exactly what I wanted.
