BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT STORE!! YOU CAN BUY THE SAME EXACT ITEMS ONLINE FOR WAY LESS MONEY, PLUS ONLINE OFFERS FREE SHOPPING WHEREAS THE STORE WILL CHARGE YOU AT LEAST $100!! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE REFUNDS!! THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE!! EDIT: Funny how the owner responds to this review like they care, but when I call to return the merchandise I got ripped off on, they tell me since I signed the paperwork they can’t do anything. SCAM!!!

Friendly enough, i bought a recliner from Ashley Furniture a while back, a party recliner. There was a recall on the recliner. Apparently, the electric LED lights have been setting peoples houses on fire, a very serious issue. I've filled out all of the forms required, was informed i should unplug the recliner, and i would be brought a new recliner that has been updated. Fine, this is not an issue. I was told it could take as long as 2 weeks. Well, i filled out these forms back in October. It is now January. I've Called Ashley Furniture and was assured it was just an error and that a repair guy would be out to fix the recliner even though i was told i would have a replacement, i have seen nor heard from anyone at Ashley. It seems that once they have the money for the product, the fake customer service really is an act and stops there. I've got the recliner because of back issues and have to recline to ease the pain. This has caused much pain and suffering, so now, along with back pain, i have had a serious headache. Update, as of 3/4/2024 - have not resolved issue. I have texted with the store and have spoken with the store, I have spoken with customer service. 6 times I have been told that a schedule team will contact me within 1 week, 6 times I have been flat out, lied to. This was supposed to be resolved back in October of 2023. Update: as of 4/15/2024 - the issue has been finally fixed. Oddly, they mailed me the parts, had to call and set up another appointment, and apparently, they thought I would repair the chair myself. But a repair man finally came out and fixed the chair, and it took all of 15 mins. 7 months to schedule and 15 mins to fix. Take from this what you will.
