At the time of purchase, there was NO mention of the “terms and conditions” and the expectation of the customer to inspect brand new furniture (that should be FREE of imperfections) and not allow the team to leave without inspecting the furniture in case you find imperfections and sign for it. We were very excited to get our new couch and ottoman. After working a 15-hour night shift, I came home and was there during delivery of my furniture. I was not told what I was signing upon installation other than “sign here”. Yes, I get you should read what you’re signing, but when you purchase brand new furniture - it’s on the company to provide you with what you paid for!! The ottoman has sharpie marks and stains, but I didn’t see it until after the delivery guy left. We notified the company immediately only to be given the “this our policy and it’s on you to inspect”. In fact, an employee had the AUDACITY to say “well you would think if you pay all this money for furniture, then you would inspect it”. Like are freaking kidding me? It’s on me to make sure that you deliver brand new furniture without sharpie marks and your only reparation is to send out a new cover to be installed instead of giving us what we paid for to begin with? The paperwork says the delivery person is to INSPECT AND DELIVER IN SHOWROOM CONDITION. Ridiculous. Absolutely will not get my business in the future. Let this be a warning to anyone considering purchasing furniture from here.
