WE came in last night ONLY to look at furniture as we were looking to figure out what style and such. The moment we walked in this talk, this creepy Caucasian dude named Chad zoned in on us, we were greeted and immediately said we are only looking right now, to figure out what style and such that we needed and if we need help or have questions we will find you, clearly he didn't get the hint. He stuck very close by, which we both hated and repeated again, we are just looking and if we need help or have questions we will find you. FINALLY he left us alone and we continued to look, sadly they didn't have a lot to chose from for what we were looking for. So at end of our search we did see something we liked and were having a conversation by ourselves then low and behold CHAD gets right in our faces again and once again we both said if we have any questions or need help we will let you know. The tool could not get a clue, and left us for a spot that was fairly close to where we were, which again annoyed us, so we left! Dear Ashley Furniture: FYI do not zone in on those who come in your store, when people walk into your store, greet them and say if you need anything let us know and give people the alone time they need and if they need help and or have questions LET THE CUSTOMERS GO TO YOU! What your employee did to us MADE US WANT TO LEAVE AND NOT EVER COME BACK!!!!

We had been to 2 others stores who were pushy and saw us as a sale despite us stating budget and that we were not buying same day but rather looking at our options. Went into Ashley and we stated we were looking to buy in the next month, wanted prices and to see what would be in our budget range as far as quality and comfort. They were straight forward, not pushy at all and this actually led us to buying same day. They respected our words and treated us fairly with full transparency. It was a great buying experience. Ordered a dinette set. Darius was nice during a browsing day. I came back to purchase, but he was not working that day. It went down hill from there. I never received a receipt or delivery time for my purchase. The table delivered was dirty. The delivery guys saw black dust on the table. He wiped some off too. He stated a blanket was over it, that's where the black dust came from. It should been on a box. A dent was in the chair. (Pictures were provided) seemed used. Nothing was set up, except the table, from an opened box. What set up do you pay for? The store does not want to take responsibility for their delivery. No third party. One option from the store I’d to send their carpentry staff to repair. If it’s new, it should be replaced, not repaired. Another option from the store was to provide a refund less than 50.00 and take away the manufacturer warranty. Really? Not a satisfied first time customer. Would not recommend.

A huge thanks to Greg and the staff + management at Ashley Home Store! We were shopping for a new living room and some upgrades to our dining and guest room. We purchased art, a rug, a sofa, ottoman, oversized chair, cabinet, and a swivel accent chair here. We also ordered a daybed (online only). The furniture quality is great (we previously purchased our bedroom suite from Ashley a few years ago). Greg and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We werent pressured by anyone to buy, but they were supportive and provided help if we needed it throughout our buying process. Delivery process was smooth albeit we had a communication hiccup due to a typo in our email so we weren't able to receive confirmation that delivery was in route (our fault not theirs). And the white glove delivery was exceptional as the guys were pros and had us set up in about 15 minutes time. Thanks again to this store and their team for being absolutely amazing!!

I ordered a couch a week ago and was told it would be delivered this week. I got a call today and was told to check back in a few weeks and it should be ready by the third week of August, a month later. I understand that companies contract things like shipping and delivery, but when I pay 200$ for delivery, I shouldn’t have to wait a month possibly a month in a half to receive what I purchased. I have ordered from other furniture stores before and have never had this issue.

I purchased a mattress protector. I told the salesman that I thought I already had one. He pressured me to buy it. I did already have one as witnessed by the delivery guys. I attempted to returned it, unopened and Chad Truett, the salesman, insulted me saying, “who ever heard of returning furniture to a furniture store.” He continued telling me we don’t do refunds. I can’t believe that Ashley is willing to jeopardize a possible, future sale that could be worth thousands for a $79.99 unopened product, the next day.

I had a wonderful experience today at Ashley Furniture store. I'm happy that Shaun was the one to help us find the furnishings we needed. She was kind and patience with my wife and I. She gave us enough space to look around but close enough if questions ever arises.

I'm extremely upset I ordered my furniture in June some of the items shipped and I have yet to receive the rest of my furniture it almost been over a month and my delivery dates keeps getting pushed out poor accountability on the company's behalf and no one can seem to get my furniture delivered while my kids are still sleeping on air mattresses awaiting there bedroom sets that was ordered over 30 days ago.

Brian was very informative regarding getting certain products back in our home in Atlanta. Tha Cambri collection definitely caught our eye.

At the time of purchase, there was NO mention of the “terms and conditions” and the expectation of the customer to inspect brand new furniture (that should be FREE of imperfections) and not allow the team to leave without inspecting the furniture in case you find imperfections and sign for it. We were very excited to get our new couch and ottoman. After working a 15-hour night shift, I came home and was there during delivery of my furniture. I was not told what I was signing upon installation other than “sign here”. Yes, I get you should read what you’re signing, but when you purchase brand new furniture - it’s on the company to provide you with what you paid for!! The ottoman has sharpie marks and stains, but I didn’t see it until after the delivery guy left. We notified the company immediately only to be given the “this our policy and it’s on you to inspect”. In fact, an employee had the AUDACITY to say “well you would think if you pay all this money for furniture, then you would inspect it”. Like are freaking kidding me? It’s on me to make sure that you deliver brand new furniture without sharpie marks and your only reparation is to send out a new cover to be installed instead of giving us what we paid for to begin with? The paperwork says the delivery person is to INSPECT AND DELIVER IN SHOWROOM CONDITION. Ridiculous. Absolutely will not get my business in the future. Let this be a warning to anyone considering purchasing furniture from here.

Do not purchase from this Ashley Furniture store! We ordered a bedroom set on December 1, the delivery date was set for January 15. January 14 we realize that no one from the store had called to let us know what time they would be delivering the next day, only to find out the delivery was pushed back to January 31. Completely unacceptable that the store never called us, we had to call them the day before only to get the run around. January 31st comes and goes again no contact from the store about a delay. After calling and getting the run around we were told it would be February... no actual date. Finally the furniture arrived February 11, from a December 1 purchase. I wouldn't go back or recommend this location to my worst enemy! This is bad business and clearly don't value the customer or customer service.

My wife and I went into this store in November 2024 we were looking for a new bed. Darius was fantastic. He showed us many beds to help us find the one that fit our needs. We placed our order but unfortunatly we had to postpone it. In late February 2025 we went back to see Darius and he immediatly remembered us by name and what we ordered. We again placed our order. There was a minor credit hicup that Vanessa quickly took care of. On 3/1 we got our bed delivered exactly on the time they said. The delivery crew was outstanding, they were careful and set it right where we wanted it. I cannot begin to express our thanks to Darius and everyone who helped us. This is our second purchase at Ashley Furniture (first in Fl.) and it will not be our last!

Chad was very knowledgeable about the adjustable bed frames and the mattress that would go with it. He was also very helpful with the financing. He also explained that there was a trial period to test the mattress and it could be replaced for one the same price or higher. We also agreed to have my old mattress and box spring taken away. When I enter into Ashley furniture’s store in Sandhill, I was unsure as to what I wanted. I just knew that I needed a living room set and dining room table. While this wasn't my first experience it was by far the best. Dana was / is amazing… personable, friendly.… listens and isn't a pushy sales representative.

PLEASE READ THE CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE. Bought furniture here about 3 weeks ago, during the visit I needed to go pick up my child from daycare so in a rush I decided to trust that the salesperson would disclose important information about my purchase which I believe is reasonable to expect, although ultimately it is up to me. Well they saw that I was in a rush and proceeded to “blah blah blah’d” me through the purchasing process. Well here we are today and I’m finding out information such as if you buy cash then once it’s delivered you cannot make a return whatsoever. Also, if you purchase through a buy not pay later that is offered in store, you’re obliged to pay more than 50% of the cost of the product even if you return it. Hard lesson learned and thousands of dollars worth of regret from a multi million dollar company that won’t even give you a week to see the product in your home before they keep your money forever

Buyers BEWARE! I want to start by saying Vanessa, the operations manager corrected the issue that I did had, and double checked my entire order once I brought my concerns to her so she is not apart of my bad review. I will also say Darius, who I initially met on my first day in the store was a pleasure to work with so he is also not the reason why I am giving a 1 star review. It is because of Calla - one of the store’s managers that I am giving this store a 1 star review and I gave them a 0 star review when I received a text asking me to rate my experience. Initially I came in the store for a living room set, that is where I met Darius. I shared that I would like to shop around more at other stores and he gave me his hours so I knew when to come back if I wanted his assistance. Two days later I came back but he had just left for the day and that is where I encountered Calla, one of their managers. She said that Darius would receive half of the credit for my sale and she would get the other half so I was okay with that. In total, I ordered 3 items for my living room and several items/pieces for my bedroom. The bottom line up front is Calla attempted to fast talk me and acted like a used car salesman. She blatantly LIED to me about not charging me for a furniture protection plan (that I did not want) and she “accidentally” charged me for a king sized mattress instead of a queen sized mattress. With the protection plan she initially stated I really want you to have this so I spoke to my manager and we are going to only charge you half of the amount ($250) then later she told me she’s going to give it to you for free and not to worry that I see it calculated in my total because it just has to be there. -oh and she whispered this like she wanted no one to hear -there was a coworker of hers sitting close to us and her manager a few steps away at the desk. Just know when I recalculated she definitely charged me for it ($499+ tax). What she did to compensate for it (I realized this and so did Vanessa the operations manager) she lowered the sales price on some items. All in all I was OVERCHARGED by $1,000+ tax ($500 for the King bed) and $500 for the furniture protection plan. When I called about the King mattress overcharge Calla changed the prices immediately (and seemed fake shocked). I thought it was an honest mistake but based on her other behavior I see that it was not. Thank you to Vanessa for being HONEST, fixing the other issue immediately, and listening to all of my concerns. Do yourself a favor and do not allow Calla to help you.

He helped her with her loan process to make a purchase on the sectional she wanted. Now she’s smiling from ear to ear. Where do I even start!!! First of, Greg is amazing!!! My husband and I have been shopping around all weekend for furniture foe our home with a max budget in mind. My husband and I are straight shooters, we love honest people who don't waste our time nor us them. Greg fit the bill and exceeded it. Greg was honest and kept his word on everything he said. When he felt we were unsure about a mattress, he called in an expert to help us narrow it down. We had our toddler with us whom was visibly restless. Greg was so patient and never made us feel rushed or that our toddler was hindering. Instead, he included toddler and my mother in the conversation. Greg may not know this but he helped one of our little dreams come true of owning a highend adjustable mattress that didn't cost the price of a car. Thank you so much, Greg! Originally bought a couch from Ashley and it was delivered on June 1st and called on Monday June 3rd because the foot rest hung up. Also bought a new bed which broke after a couple weeks and when I called that in I inquired about the couch which they lost the order. Ashley has now sent the wrong part twice even after the repair man took multiple photos of the problem and told them which part was needed. Here it is July 27th and Ashley says the part will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days then call them to arrange service appointment. Ashley service socks big time and I am comptimeplating seeing a lawyer.

Easy to shop, easy to purchase. This is my second large purchase and I'll be back again.
