My sales associate Christopher was amazing helped me get what I was looking for. Was very knowledgeable and was also amazing with my two young boys who was excited about getting a bunk bed.

Chris was fantastic to work with. He was so patient with us trying almost every sofa on the showroom. We will definitely work with him again.

This review may be a bit late since I bought my couch back in October but perhaps it's for the best since I've had plenty of time to think about it. I came in when I had just moved to town and Les was there to show me around and help me narrow down what would fit in my space the best. He even grabbed a tape measure so I could have the exact numbers. I returned a few days later and decided on which couch I wanted. Les made it very easy to go over the payment options and laid out exactly what everything costs on an easy-to-follow chart. He said I could have it delivered in 3 days and it showed up exactly on the day he said it would, and we've loved our new couch ever since! The store may seem a little small from the outside but they keep the showroom isn't fussy and they fit quite a lot of living, dining, and bedroom furniture in there, so it's definitely worth a browse if you're in the area.

Ashley Outlet has beautiful furniture. I came in to buy a couch, & Devin was very friendly, attentive & helpful! He wasn't pushy or haggling with me like a lot of salespeople are or do. He gave me lots of time to try out all the couches until I found the one I truly loved. He took the time to run three quotes on three couches I had finally decided on while giving me more time to try them out. When I made my final decision, he didn't try to deter me from it or try to sway me to a higher priced one like some salespeople do (even though I ended up buying the next highest priced anyway). He was very personable & great through the whole process. Thank you very much again, Devin! It was nice meeting you! :)

We went into the store two weekend in a row and Les welcomed us both times. The second weekend Les and Jason were able to make the deal happen for us.

Thankful for Les & Jason for their professionalism and help last Saturday! I got a spur of the moment idea to redo my husbands office. As a 43 year old man, it was looking like a 'dorm room' so I wanted to elevate the space while he was gone on a work trip. I had literally 30 hours to complete this. I stripped the room and painted (exhausted and already over the big project I took on) my last stop was Ashley Home store outlet. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Les (he wasn't high pressure at all). Told him what I was looking for and I wanted to take the pieces home that day. Les knew his floor!!! Nothing is more frustrating looking for professional guidance and they don't know their inventory. That wasn't Les - he showed me around to the pieces I described and I landed on a nice barrel chair and end tables. They were able to increase my limit on my card and get me 0% financing. All around GREAT experience with Jason and Les, they were kind conversational and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The place is very clean and the selection is good, but this review is for Will. He was very knowledgeable about what inventory they had, how to use the terminal inside, how to shop online, what deals were happening, when is the best time to buy, and he had an answer to every question I had while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Purchased a small sofa and recliner in early June. Was told it would be delivered July 12. Now it’s August and I have yet to have a couch or recliner! And I haven’t heard anything else from the company regarding when it will be delivered or where it is.

Order a table set which half was brought in and the other left at the bottom of my ramp with drivers leaving without telling me. Had to bring in the rest of the table. Open up the box and no screws to put together. I am a disabled vet who should not be picking this up due to spine damage. Called for parts. It is now 3 weeks and still no parts to put this table together. Called all last week leaving message and no one returned the call. Too bad there is no 1/2 star for review. Still have a table that cannot be use but take up space. When I got customer service they were not helpful. Drivers were rude and made remarks on my disability

Do not buy from this place. I bought a chair in December 2024. They delivered it and dropped it broke remote and bolts fell out called right away they keep telling me it's manufacture to get parts. It is April and still not fixed.

To be honest I wasn’t planning on going to any furniture store yesterday. But I just moved to the city of Columbia! I was driving around and seen Ashely Outlet. So I went in and immediately fell in love with a Grey couch that seen in the back of the store. Mr. Anthony welcomed myself and my mother with a warm welcome. He walked around and looked for different options. Once I told him I wanted to get the couch, he walked me through a process that I hate doing. We did the credit check, got approved. He didn’t try to convince me to do it just to get a sale but he allowed me time to man sure that’s what I wanted to do. He explained every step that comes with the credit process. I am super grateful that as a new resident of Columbia, Anthony helped me to make my home more comfortable.

BUYER BEWARE! I had a WONDERFUL sales person, but an awful experience. I simply needed to exchange a couple of barstools within hours of purchase because they were not what I expected once in the house, and they would not accomodate. They pointed to the "fine print" of the multiple documents that I had to sign just to get out of the door (which should have been my first red flag)! There were no warnings, no signs up about returns, or exchanges...just a flat out "no and no exceptions." Never walking in those doors again...what a horrible customer experience.

Ashley Funiture on Forest Drive are the best! Our retail helper, Dayana, greeted us right at the door and showed us what we wanted in our price range. She also gave us an opportunity to look around and didn't hover our shoulders like some other furniture places would do. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️SERVICE/⭐️ LOADING DOCK ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: I needed to buy a power recliner for my recently-injured husband. I was immediately greeted at the door by Anthony who directed me to where they were. With multiple options, I needed to come back with my husband. I didn’t receive any pressure from Anthony at all. When we returned, Anthony was able to assist and gave us time to explore all options. He was kind and patient and didn’t hoover. ⭐️: We were completely satisfied until we pulled up to the loading dock. Somehow, my son and I had to get a recliner from a ledge about 4 feet up into our truck without a ramp or lift to lower it. In hindsight, I should’ve insisted on wheeling it out front door. An employee tried helping but, due to miscommunication, the unboxed and unwrapped recliner was dropped and our newly-purchased expensive recliner now has torn fabric in two spots. It makes me sad, but it is what it is. I do not understand how customers are expected to transfer purchases from that loading dock. It would’ve been easier for us to load it in the front parking lot by lifting it up into our truck.

We were looking for some tables for a living room and we encountered William a salesman. What a lovely kind young man he is he was so patient as I wandered through the store looking for what I wanted. He was not pushy but he was always available and by that I mean he was like I side away but he might be at the front of the store and I was at the back. But it keep time to do the purchase he was very thorough and accurate with his figures and just a lovely person to work with thank you William you are the best and I'm sure you're going to be a wonderful addition to the team at Ashley. I would add a photo of our purchase however it's not here yet and I wanted to get this post up about William because he is wonderful

Kenny was still exceptional however, the delivery and customer service afterwards was a nightmare. We were given the runaround and empty promises. My couch came with a forklift puncture. There was no sense of urgency to replace. The GM said he would take care of it and when it was time, he hadn’t. Highly disappointed and surprised as I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years.

The President’s Sale got my attention so I decided to visit Ashley to purchase a new mattress. My sales associate, Jacob, was great. He walked over introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for. He showed me a few options, answered some questions, and left me alone to check them out myself. He kept checking on me but was he never pushy. Such an amazing young salesman so why not buy a dinette set too. They didn’t have anything I liked on the sales floor so he showed me options online. Edit 2.1.24: Got a Diamond Care Rep on the phone and I quote, "The threads of the couch coming apart are not serviceable as a part of your care plan." Purchased a couch early last year, 2022. After taking 6 months to get to us we were excited to have it. We noticed issues starting around 4 months but they were small. Those grew to ripped seams and fabric nicks all over. We've had it for 1.5 years and it looks much older. We purchased the diamond care services as we have small kids and expected accidents to happen but its coming apart at the seams from normal use, nothing to do with kids. Claims filing was easy enough online but you can't contact anyone to ask questions. All lines are recordings and direct you back online with no help. Our claim was rejected *edit*due to being outside the 30 limit. We reported the item when we notice larger tears happening but submitted the date as when we noticed the first tear happen on the cushion. Ashley won't file manufacturer's warranty and they cannot help with Diamond either, just keep referring us to Diamond care policy. We've bought from Ashley plenty before but this is the first time we've needed to get help after a purchase so pretty let down.

I just placed an order today (5/23/23) with Ashley Furniture. I contacted the store yesterday by phone to see if a particular collection was available. I spoke to Crystal and she was very helpful! She answered all of my questions and shared additional information. She even sent pictures to my phone because the website doesn't 100% depict how the furniture looks in person (I live about an hour from the store). It's important to note how helpful she was because that is uncommon in most stores now. Today, I went inside the store and met Eileen because Crystal was not there, however, Eileen was able to pick up where we left. Eileen was just as helpful. I was not rushed in my decision making process and she answered all of my questions as well. If you are looking to visit a store that makes you feel at home and a valued customer visit Ashley Furniture on Forest Drive. I checked out a few pieces of furniture--It's a clean store with nice team members and beautiful furniture. I will share another post after I receive my furniture in a few days.

Fantastic experience

our experience in the store was good, but in hind sight, I would have paid somebody else double the delivery cost to avoid using Ashley’s delivery service. The delivery guys themselves were great, and very friendly and courteous, but the coordination between the drivers and the office staff is atrocious. I was told the couch wouldn’t come before 2, and the delivery guys called me at work to tell me they were at my house at 12:45. They were kind enough to wait for me, which is great because you have to repay the FULL PRICE of delivery for rescheduling.
